It's like level 120, you're starting off your journey, you're really, you're nothing,
you have nothing, you're naked, you're getting like random vendor items and you're
happy about it and you're getting your first couple bags and that's exciting and you know maybe you learn
a first profession and you're starting all of these like you have lots of little things that you're
getting for the first time all of these things it's overwhelming how much there is to do with the
very beginning you could choose to go professions you could choose to get whatever you know you could
use your gold sparingly but as you get higher level your gold starts becoming less of a problem you're
you're not like, oh, I can't afford to train ThunderClapp.
So you can afford to it.
It just means that you might get your mount later.
You know, you might be not feeling forward to mount.
You can afford the basics.
You're not in poverty anymore.
Right?
So after level 20, you're not in poverty.
One to 20 is poverty.
Then 20 to 30, you start getting like really cool items.
Maybe you do your first dungeon.
You get your first blue item.
You've never had a blue item before.
It's really cool.
It's a cool bar.
And it speeds up your dungeon.
your auto-tax, you're doing like 30% more damage, right?
And as you continue, these items start carrying into things,
and you know, it's less exciting to replace your cruel bar
with a Nomor weapon because the cruel bar baseline is really good.
It's still way better than the vendor weapons at your level.
So the difference between the impact you feel on upgrades
gets smaller and smaller over time.
And, and, um, this is a big pole, sorry.
And, you're starting to get, like, less and less things that you get for the first time,
and it's like a repeat version of the same thing you're supposed to feel excited for.
Like, you should be excited for your first green pair of shoulders, not your first shoulders.
You know, always my first blue pair of shoulders.

I think that starts
disappearing even like you're not even getting gear upgrades like post 30 very often
gear just stops flowing can we get some kicks man someone kick the screecher
And so, so like you have this down, this like down time in like the 30s, right?
Like, like, one to 20, you're excited for green items, right?
Like, let's just think about this, right?
You're excited for greens, right?
And then 20 to 30, you're excited for blues.
Your first blues start popping up, even all the way, right?
But the problem is 30 to 50, you're also still supposed to be excited for blues.
It's the same thing. You're just replacing old blues with new blues. You're not getting a thing
right with a green to a blue. You're feeling a huge power spike.
Right, and you get an item that's blue and then now that slot is no longer available to be replaced.
Like you'll get like a no more item and it's like that's just staying with you until you're 55.
And so I think you lose that dopamine that you get early.
And so I think that you can maybe increase the power of items or decrease the power of
items.
I don't know.
Maybe somewhere in this increase the power of blue items from dungeons.
people more cruel barbs to seek. And then that might help. Right? Like, more
whirlwind acts kind of things. Not every class has a whirlwind acts. You have like, you know,
maybe you get like, as a warrior, you go for like a crypt. What is it called? Corpse
make her like like um maybe give like some lower level really strong items from dungeons that
are cool like there are there are a lot but there's also like pretty big gaps it becomes
the length of items yeah that's so that's that's what I'm saying is that the frequency
of this kind of stuff too is really fast in the beginning.
You get like a hundred greens that are like plus one
stamp plus this whatever.
And they're like interesting because you have white items.
But then as you fill out your character,
your the impact of most things that you experience
are like lower because.

And so like I think that you can give, maybe maybe just have to have some things for people to be excited about
