The LCS is back as an independent lead this year.
If you've been living under a bigger rock, and still even though the LTA is,
the LCS never won away, but there are still some changes.
Try and tweak it already, worth reiterating.
In 2026, the LCS will have three splits.
Starting off with the LCS lock-in tournament on January 24th.
The winner of LCS lock-in qualifies to first-stand.
The best, the best, the top two, to MSI.
In summer, we'll send the top three into worlds.
The formats aren't much,
sub three with no best of ones.
So you can learn more about them in the previous format video
if you missed that.
Dickets for LCS lock in are available now.
The matches will be decided in the upcoming draw.
The IXR for team changes,
set rules have joined the LCS.
If they behave anything like they do with their valorant team,
all of the night cannot wait to find them for their ambience.

If Riot's gonna pay for their Korean boot camps,

the additional slot will be given to their league.
In total, this means up to four LCS teams
will be in Korea during MSI.
