has to be turkey can't be regular I mean it can be if you just don't care but if

right? You're gonna have a flat skillet on the other burner and on that on that
skillet you're going to have 85 grams of washed fresh mushrooms and you're gonna
cook them up with some seasonings. Then what's that in the eggs and the sausage
and the hash brown is done.
You take the eggs, put all the egg and egg whites on the plate.
You dump your sausage on top of the eggs.
You dump your mushroom on top of the eggs.
And then you take your one hash brown patty
and crush it up over the eggs.
And then you got a hash brown bowl.
And that'll run you like 500-something calories
and like 50-something grams of protein right there.
