Then I made not an erection sauce, but a reduction sauce, erection sauce.
That was made with dark soy sauce, a little bit of chili oil, a little bit of sesame oil, a little bit of butter,
light brown sugar and mirin. And then I use all of those together to reduce the sauce,
so it's a little bit thicker, do a light drizzle on that with the pork belly. I also did
grilled pineapple as well on it with the cut scallions, and now the reason why I do these with these
is because these, oh, by the way, the seaweed is also put on there as well. So there's a little bit of seaweed
