node is because my body is just so overwhelmed from the last two weeks of food poisoning

and the best advice I can give to any new parent
is make sure that every single person around you
that is involved in your life knows you have a newborn,
and that they are the priority and do everything in your power to start making
your daily schedule like water. One of the biggest mistakes I made when I had my
first kid was I tried to build my life around my kid and that will do nothing
because you stress and frustration as you not only aggravate your significant
other but also don't get yourself what you need and also don't get your kid
what you need. So one of the best things I can recommend for new parents
is you no longer have a schedule. The child is your schedule. And build your life around
that. And your life will be so much easier. It's all about managing expectations of everyone
around you. So, yeah. Good luck.
