[00:10:29] And when something gets sent to collections, those organizations contact the credit people

[00:10:34] and say, hey, this guy just got a collections request.

[00:10:38] And that makes what's called our credit score, which is how people make sure that we're

[00:10:42] or good to lend money to or do any kind of lending to,

[00:10:45] that credit score starts going down.

[00:10:47] And the problem is that here in the United States,

[00:10:50] it's real easy to get your credit to go down.
