so GGG just posted a new patch notes apparently we're getting a pretty
decent sized patch including new passive skills from the top section of the
Atlas so this is just the first line right now I realized there's actually
more going on do that figure we'd read it together so out of an edition of
24 passive scales to the top section of the Atlas passive, particularly affecting individual
biomes.
Okay, so they're increasing the Atlas, but that means it's 325 now.
Fortress towers, gateways, enigma chambers, and halls now award more Atlas scale points.
Players who have already completed these areas will be granted the additional passive scales
upon logging in.
Nice, so I'm 311, not 311, for instance, so I'll give these just by logging in.
maps that are available to select for the right of the nameless are now much more clear.
The Larian fog can no longer spread to maps that grant Atlas passive skills.
Additional rare spawn that went unstable, breach stabilizes will now always spawn regardless
of Varun, is spawning or not, for I'm going to now spawn after the coach.
So like the mobs spawn in the middle for breach would be deleted previously if the unique
mobs spawn so you would lose like the juice, for instance, of the rare mobs from breach
if you're like specializing in the breach and killing rare mobs for instance.
So this is just so you don't lose that.
So now all upside, breach monster distancing now correctly
increases the number of monsters in the breach.
This now stacks additively with pack size.
Relevant descriptions will be updated in future patch.

Right now, breach hasn't seemed to be the best mechanic.

Reactivation runes now described what they do
and have been made easier than others.

I was like, hey, what do these runes on the ground do?
If you're in the map, there's like these runes
you can click on and they'll like glow
and then nothing happens.
And so I was asking them, what are these actually doing?
And they're like, oh, would they make
summoning circles have an additional boss basically
show up, or it happens again.
And I was like, oh, well, I didn't notice that at all.
But apparently, these were actually bugged before,
and they were just making it do nothing,
or deleting the summoning circle or something.
That's my understanding of what they were doing before.
So now they should be fixed and actually do
what they're supposed to do instead of actively hurting you.
So that if you're wondering what those ruins on the map do,
now they weren't doing anything before.
In fact, they were hurting you before.
But now they actually give you a bonus
if you're doing a summoning circle,
a unique mob, like farming strats or something.
Yeah, kind of hard to know this.
A lot of people in my chat right now
say they literally don't even know this at all.
But you would not be weird to not have noticed these,
because they are hard to notice.
There is now a checkpoint besides summoning circle
and reactivation ruins that are far from the circle
or create a checkpoint when they're activated
to allow easy navigation back to the circle.
Reactivation rules now correctly add charge
if activated before a certain circle
and no longer breach the circle.
They tear open the Rift Breach Atlas passive scale
is now multi-choice with options
to have the effect active or inactive.
We've also fixed the issue where it cannot be allocated.
So I can explain that one real quick.
If you actually go to the tree right real quick here,
you're gonna notice like I have all the points
but I can't spend this point because it's bugged.
So that is a bug fixed currently.
Improve the telegraphing to the Bodex slamming,

Logging out while Heaviestone will now restart
the Heaviestone animation when you log in,
unless you log into your place.
So currently how it is in the game
is you can literally,
if you get Heaviestone from Sprint here,
something like that,
log back in, you're right back on your feet, so people are cheesing it, so they're
moving the cheese. Empowering infusions, double skill, now grants 35% increased
spell damage if you consumed elemental infusion, previously 30, so they're doing
some buffs here, look like this one's 30% elemental duration, so 30, 20, so they're
doing some buffs here actually to elemental and infusion stuff, this is
nice. I would say that they feel kind of, they feel unfun to play and also feels
like like Marsha weapons etc just have maybe better nodes than this so these
are that these are nice if they're actually like buff buffing this these
are all like straight buffs buffs to the passive tree love to see it code
lightning and fire to support gems no longer limited to just supporting attacks
these now grant 25% damage is extra coldline your fire retrospect okay nice
removing some of the limits of making this only like Marsha weapons now you
can actually do a toon mint on spells is a really big deal if I'm doing a fire
build or something. This is probably a gym going to use. Some more options here. Love
that. I spite support no longer than we just tax same thing. 25% damages extra code. I
spite too is no longer. Then we just tax. Intervates supports no longer. So now we
can get extra damage, lightning extra damage code. These are really nice spellcaster buffs
because there's actually currently a deficit in my opinion for spellcasters. So this is,
This is, you'll love to see it, conductive runes, now it's a base crit of seven, refutation
cooldown no longer recovers while the buff is active.
This is a nerfed to refutation, which is just giving everyone like, you know, an insane
amount of block thinking type of ability here.
Proposion trigger wave now is a base crit of six percent, acolyte of chelous, archon
skill no longer disables you from dealing elemental damage while active.
So a buff or maybe a bug fix to that, that's kind of hilarious, you did it before.
which is eternal life passive skill no longer prevents life reservation.
Oh, because of the, yeah, the pastor of the damage.
Okay, so you can actually use like the at series communion, for instance, with this.
This is kind of super nice because this means you can do life reservation with the spirit skills
on the eternal lich and then actually where the damage that goes through your energy shield
completely, you know, doesn't hit your life pool, right? That's actually really
strong. That means you're getting a lot of like basically free reservations on the
with eternal life. That's actually very strong. Moat buff stacks from Jimmling
Legionnaire Virtuous Barrier now persists between non-town or high-bought
areas. Small buff there. Infants granted to socketed skills by the Jimmling
Legionnaires Advanced Thermatology Passive skill are now only shown when
holding alt on the socketed skill. We've also addressed a handful of issues with
this ascendancy provides to some scales. Nice because that's literally what I am
playing right now. I am actively playing this ascendancy and they're talking
about this. This quality is only shown when you're holding alt now basically,
but glad to see that they're working on that one. There's been a lot of bugs,
etc. with this here. Quality on Mirage Archer and Artillery Blister is now
functional. Nice seismic cry of 4-chamber shield ball. Now this way the quality
benefits they provide. Stamped is 20% more area of effect as its special effect. Fixed
a bug where explosive grenades, storm lands, plasma blasts were gaining one less projectile
from quality than intended. Room mass were revered. Investments now grant 10 to 15% energy
recharge. Maximum number of regime infusements you can have is now equal to the maximum number
of any single type of elemental infusion you can have. And the emergent instinct ancient
augment room now grants regenerates 5% of maximum life per second if you use the command
instead of 10% over 2 seconds when you use a command scale.
Okay, nice changes to spellcasters, elemental damage type of casters, and more usable supports now.
So overall pretty nice changes here, and bug fixes for the Gemling.
Alright, Gembo changes, Elite Abyss monsters have had their damage, loot, and experience lowered.
We've also had significantly reduced the amount of life that they've had.
So they're easier to kill, but the loot and XP you're getting from the elite Abyss mobs has been lowered as well
Okay, Lightning Tindra was used by the shepherd of the pit. Now it gives
70% less damage man. They really did remove some of that damage, huh?
Constant damaging wave after the hive fortress starts collapsing no longer knocks you down west sprinting and also just a note on the
Elite Abyss this is like kind of continually one of the more juicy things to farm. This is
maybe the best like just mapping farm mechanics so or one of the best anyway so
that's kind of that's that's a hit for people that are at best farming for sure
skills are unusable when you don't have divinity are now grayed out correctly
just a visual change. Hurano the meat carver now do is 28% less damage is 20%
life or slams deal 50% less damage defeating captain heartland journey's
in now spawns a portal back to Freya while the dark misquests actively a
bit of just quality of life there and sister tattoos in the halls of death are now easier
to find.
That's nice.
You kind of have to do some running around for that.
They have the display of monster modifiers, you can buy modifiers above 8 instead of displaying
and X other modifiers.
So there's a lot of juicing of modifiers and things like azimiri, wisps, et cetera, this
leaks.
This is just like a visual clarity buff basically.
on strongbox word labors are no longer interactable until you hold the advanced description bind
aka ALT and update the visual style keyword underlines, a button to open the Path of
Exile trade website for the market panel and play with the controller.

the attack damage gains extra physical damage on the fist of stone, we're not functioning
unless the gloves also have an attack damage gains extra lightning modifier. So if you're
playing stone fist, the extra physical damage modifier is now basically usable. So that's
nice. This is another interesting one here, the O-Roth's Resolve Unique Flask was missing
in description for its modifiers and no longer has instant recovery or excess life added as
guard for 20 seconds. It now instead now provides 2.5 to 5% of maximum runic ward per second
during effect and gain guard equal to current runic ward for 10 seconds from the effect
in.
So the time is the runic ward instead of like guard based upon access life recovery.
So this is a change for runic ward people.
This is actually like a pretty big deal honestly.
So a little bit of a bummer because like the access life recovery was really nice guard
but now you have to have runic ward so I kind of like the owed version but if you're stacking
Runic Ward, this could be pretty good.

We're commenting on the damage of the Biscuit Comet Scale,
Microtransaction Equip.
So you literally have to pay to lose microtransaction,
where if you had this on, you would do no damage.

on the Blood of Stones Atlas passive scale
was not causing the summoning circle bosses
to drop the additional loot for being powerful.
So this is a buff for people doing summoning.
This plus the activation runic one,

to summoning circle boss farming type of Atlas people,
which is what I was trying earlier
and it was not dropping anything.
So maybe I'll try it again.
Mere Fury showing bugs, some quest tracking type of bugs,
fixes, runic knowledge and scope time, Wimpy Targavo.
So these were the issues with the quest could not be targetable.

So, two video and in this one I'm going to be playtesting every single tamed Pokemon,
I mean beasts in the entire game that is not the monkey.
I'm going to finish off with the monkey because we know that the monkey is going to outperform everything
and the purpose behind this video is to get the feeling for every individual tamed beast boss
so that we can then verify what we're going to do next league when the monkey gets nerfed.
But there's some pretty cool ones in the list. We'll see if any of them can even come close to the monkey performance
I'll be playing this in a Sylvan effigy build that we just threw together and it's a pretty high budget
I'll say that Sylvan energy is not a cheap approach and so far based on my testing with this build
I will say that using minion splash on most of your minions is very very attractive
That's part of it
Or you can get a breach crafted belt with melee splash and not use that extra support for them
Another thing to point out is that Ramirez were quite old, which does the same thing
as something like this one, like loyalty.
They stack.
I don't know if they stack additively, but it seems like they do, and this means that
we're going to take a lot less damage.
This is a hybrid build approach, where the innovation energy shield, mostly, we're focused
on innovation, and we're going to have 95% deflection, which is going to mitigate a ton
of damage.
The build should be extremely tanky, but we're also using Ghost Stance for this setup, so
that when we finally do take a hit, we're going to be regenerating the energy that we
get and if you have an enemy shield providing aura which stacks with the discipline we can
get pretty juicy amount of spirits which is pretty cool.
So in this case we have a, we don't have the energy aura right now.
However my team beasts are having out, they're not very good, but I'm going to be using this
video to pick up some more rare beasts and I'll be essentially testing every single one,
they're all level 19 with full sockets and I'm going to go through each and individual
of these beasts, get a test for them, see how they feel, and make a little teal-ear

So after testing the crowbell, the TLDR notes is basically he's very effective at applying
stun, and this is because he does have increased chances of stun build up, or has increased
stun build up. He's lacking as an AUE coverage fast, but the thing is he has some auto attacks
that don't really have that much area coverage in general, and this is being run with the
effect of a melee splash belt, and it's still felt a bit lacking. Obviously, I feel like
I'm a little biased as I've been spoiled by the monkey, where the damage output can't
really compete as expected, but he's a good stunner. So just a generic on-hand kind of

Wrathbreaker is the hyena from Act 2 in the Vestiri outskirts, the very first Sony you
enter when you get to Act 2. We're going to try this one out. We're doing this in pretty

He's fast, decent coverage when he's using his slash-projectile ability.
Lassian inconsistency in coverage, because sometimes he can use the slash ability
and he kills like one guy or targets something that's about to die
and the rest of the pack is behind him and does nothing.
nothing. Builds of charges randomly causing missing attacks because he's charged.

All right, we just finished out testing the K-Mera, and he was extremely inconsistent.
He had a really cool poison barrage projectile that seemed to be doing collateral slash mortar
damage.
Henry rarely was using the skill, which seemed to be his top end ability.
he was leaping towards the target was very effective. The problem was he was kind of
locking himself in animations and starting to brave you the breath attacks. And similar
to the wrath break, he would do that on targets. It was just way off and then it would miss
the rest of the pack. He would start flying into the breath attack. It looks really cool.
You really do. But cameras don't see cameras.
Don't try to change. Makes him a very, very poor choice to play with. We're just going
move on to the next one which i believe is going to be well we should take one of these it's going to
be the rukkar rukkar's even fucking worse uh whatever rukkar is absolutely asher okay where
you find a yeti but this is the frost bird we're going to try out next

He has a breath attack, he does the projectiles, I like this guy, I mean he looks cool but

have as much air to cover as I was hoping for, and he's not monkey fast, no escape,

good coverage, pretty cool and effective abilities that are fast and they have
good coverage. He's consistent in his performance because the biggest drawback
is that he's just not fast enough to compete with the top choices despite
having a consistency. So if he was, if his movement speed was considerably
faster than his, he's not a slow unit. He's pretty fast but not fast enough. He
would actually be really, really fast. Obviously, like I said before,
Monkey's gonna be the best one, but you know, that's my car. I should look him pretty solid
It's a little faster movement than he could actually be a pretty damn good contender
We're gonna move on to the cold version of the monkey. Let's go

So this guy has all damage to contribute to freeze build up. He will have the speed
Without a doubt will have the speed and he has the area cover if he just doesn't have the crits that the monkey has
But he has to damage I
I mean this is funny like the guy that has less damage
He does less damage than
The the monkey but everything else is the same as the monkey except that this guy contributes a freeze build up with all damage
That's like the big the big thing that this guy is bringing to the table
Mila, you see this, he's got the damage, he doesn't have the same damage, but he does
have the area coverage, he's aggressive, all of his, it's just the monkey.
It's the monkey's tool sets, except no crit instead he has freeze build up instead, like
that's basically the entire gist of the monkey, or the Yeti rather.
finishing test in the Yeti, which I did use early in the league on the league launch days,
the Yeti you can find in the howling cave that I've been introduced. This is basically just a
complete copy of the monkey. Now, unlike the monkey, he doesn't have the crit strike chance at 25%,
he has 5%. He doesn't have the 150 crit multi instead, his all damage contributes to freeze build up.
His monkey low bro. He's probably better off using something like freezing mark to make
use of this component, but he does significantly worse damage than the actual monkey. So again,
like we said with all of these units, that the monkeys is way better because of the crit and
crit damage. The Yeti has the tool kit, the mobility, the cleavage. Overall, consistent
high performing with the movement speed and the way he covers the screen with this attack.
This is a default.
