Getting a DLC boss in Capra Arena or getting Quelag in Capra Arena.
Quelag in Iron Garm Arena is also terrible.
And then like Butterfly Arena is terrible too.
There's some really, really dangerous boss arenas in this game.

You need to clear the entire area and then loot it. That's basically the strat.
