He just has a lot more recovery time on his attacks and what not now, I believe.

dodge the cross slash consistently or you need to parry it.
I mean, they might have gone a bit overboard with the nerf, but Raut Slash definitely was
fucked up.
That was like my main issue with the fight.
Yeah, you could guard counter it, but physically it'll last for three minutes though I think.
