I mean, first of all, in the hierarchy of a team, the coach has to be the number one priority,
you always respect him, you always give him his time to talk, because at the end of the day, he's going to make the decisions.
And you can ask, what makes it good coach?
For me, it's a balance of both.
A tactical coach and a coach who understands his players and understands his team.
No, I don't need that.
and how to improve their team to the best way they can play.
And there's just such a big variety of coaches.
I think all coaches have their own way of doing the things they probably want to be
kind of the same, but I think everyone's different and I think everyone has different strings.
One being a tactical genius, the other being maybe more of a guy that takes care of,
the team that makes sure everyone feels comfortable.
You also have the one that has both, which is my opinion, the perfect fit, right?
And it's always interesting to see how coaches, I had opportunities to
which actually also get to chat a little bit late
in the beginning of this tournament.
And he was a coach that I didn't really
thought too much about, never got to work with him.
But he's just a very smart and very intelligent.
