Guys, we're gonna be starting to stay hot and strong
with some spectating that I've got for you.
The newest hero of the season is Deadpool. There's three versions of Deadpool.
I'm gonna try to do a spectating for all three.
of a first off, we're gonna start with a spectating rank one dead pool.

Tank pull I've been playing a bunch of the last couple of days and it's been an absolute blast to be playing.
Also I forgot to either do pull pull for the six hog guys. They're fucking like winner.
It's been an absolute blast to play and I've been having fun with it.
So I followed the same rules. I had retro go find the voids for me.
And he went through and picked two random games from a bunch of the games I've played specifically yesterday because yesterday was when I hit Flow State.
First day was a little rough, but second day yesterday I was locked to fucking.
So yes, this is going to be quote unquote an ego-von.
However, the nice part of this is going to be the part that I can kind of explain to you
what I was doing and what I was thinking and when I made mistakes and what I've learned
from playing.
play because like, I don't even know what codes he's chosen. But even by the last game,
I was, I was making mistakes and I could recognize that I was making certain mistakes. So I'm
going to take that into account when I'm looking at this as well. You can even see it just like
my last few games of the night last name for I hopped off. I was just full flow state. This game
we kind of like our team was just all over the place. But what did you pick? Oh, this one,
The 56 in 10 game. Oh, I kind of went a little crazy this game. This wasn't even one of the best ones though
This would I just stayed alive a lot and
Fuckin this guy just kept saying chicken wing over and over so I was getting kind of tilted
Time to spectate the rank one tank pool
I'm gonna tell you before we even leave spawn, my first upgrade.
My first upgrade is always the Degels.
Extra damage is the way to go.
Right at a spawn, first fight pops E. The ideology behind us, I'm dead, I'm by the way,
I'm just gonna let you know, I fed my fucking brains out,
there's first fight, I'm literally gonna die right here.
But that's why I paused, so I can explain it to you.
So basically, the ideology is that tank pool
does similar to Amazon a lot of ways
to DPS pool, in my opinion.
Support pool is by far the most broken
because you can get old in one second.
The thing is though, you don't,
you need the upgrade for the pistols.
If you don't know the pistol upgrade,
you're basically doing fuck-all, right?
So what I end up doing is very early on, first few fights.
I just literally sit there and I spit them tanks,
hold, press my E off, cool down.
And I tried to headshot their tanks as fast as possible.
And actually many times, I will build
an old before I build my first upgrade.
Well, I'll explain when we get to that.

So, now I've learned my fucking lesson.

Because tape will play is almost like an off-take,
where he's very squishy.
But you're gonna notice in a lot of these fights,
and my team just rolls in.
A lot of these fights, I'm gonna be popping my E very early.
Small things to note right here.
Small thing to note, this something you're gonna see
throughout the entire rest of this bond.
I enjoy the sword form. I think it's inferior to the gun form. So what I end up using
the swords for actually is a second movement ability many times. So you have your jump,
which is on a six second cooldown, the dash or like the swords is a ten second cooldown,
but you can actually use it as an escape tool or a chase tool. So in this case, you see me
search to form or it says the swords and immediately switch back to guns and I use that
specifically just to chase down.
No, I'm not in the tournament today.
The concept here, I don't know, I turned it down.
I've been trying to play in last tournaments, okay?
I've got, I got dragged into one of the two,
because they were friends.
But I'm trying to do less, okay? Sorry.
So they've changed them through here, and you're going to see,

So if you don't know as about Deadpool, Deadpool loses all of his ult if you die. You go back to zero.
So you have to fight your instincts on Deadpool, unfortunately, that you have to ult whatever you get it slash before you die.
Always all before you die literally doesn't matter
So this is a fight that I knew we'd lost and I was looking to the low-key most of the time
But I could not find them and so I basically just bought my help because I'm like this is GG anyways, and if you don't all think you're not going to get it
I think I actually end up using gun-olds. I believe yeah, I use the gun-all
But I should have probably used the the sort of but I wouldn't have not done either way
I think we were probably cooked

Okay, so it actually doesn't show my upgrades.
So I'm gonna explain to you right now on my upgrade sequences.
So my upgrade sequence is always the deagles,
which I think you'll see me do first here.
Now I've got the gold guns.
First is always the deagles.
And the next upgrade I always go for is the E upgrade,
which is the upgrade that gives you like the increased fire rate,
But it also gives you damage resistance, which is really really important. So, oh, you're actually seeing it right here. Fun facts.

You can be hop on all of the dead pulls.
So you want to, if you're on PC, bind your jump to space bar and to scroll,
we'll down or up whatever you prefer.
And you'll actually see here that I can actually
be hop my way through on dead pull.
And so you can actually do out of spawn a lot of times.
I don't think I do it in this.
I think I developed it a little bit later on.
Is what I'll do out of spawn is I will right click with a sword away from the team,
away from the team and then jump to be hot, because if you jump next to a teammate, you
bump off their head and you don't get any distance. So you almost, you always want to be
away from teammates when you're doing the jump on tape. So you can get the, uh, the increase
whatever it's called. Yeah, we're fucking dead. So I think this was actually, I was still
pretty early in the day. I was still experimenting with the bubble a little bit. When I got
like last night when I started hitting a little bit more of that flow state of like understanding
the character even more. The bubble honestly like is only really good for saving yourself in
these situations. I tried so many times to save teammates but unless you're the upgraded bubble
and even then it's really not worth it. You've got to have to use a defensively or take space.
So I'm probably going for the upgrade here. I believe I go for the E upgrade.
I actually can't tell from the spectator client what a brand I went for but I know it then
And that's the correct sequence.
And then I just find their thing here.
Yeah, and just pump them.
You're actually gonna notice like,
it's weird.
I'm actually pumping tanks a lot of times early on
until I catch a DPS on the flank or something
and then I'll go for that.
Small little tip actually with the swords really fast.

But some fun fact with the sword,
the swords you get three rough refreshes
or two refreshes if you hit somebody, right?
So you know how I was just explaining how
I used it as an escape tool.
There are certain scenarios where I will hit an enemy first,
get the refresh, and then jump out.
So you get a little extra damage in.
But it actually can even work even better for you.
I think I actually get thrown off the map here
at some point on Jeff, where I use the heading somebody
with the sword as an escape route.
I believe this is the game.
We'll see if it happens there.
This is a number one tank pool, Mar-Rattles. It is technically a spark-cheaf whose rank
for on the leaderboard right now, but he couldn't get a Vod from him.
And I also thought in the spirit of Deadpool would funny to do this.

If you were on the cart and you're the last one there and you take a photo of your of someone

It's more like that. Cause you're still alive. You're just invulnerable.
Where would I go there actually? I didn't even see.
I swear to go back up the body and I didn't back up.
So you notice that a lot of times I only use the gun all more often than anything,
I like the gun all much more.
It just feels more impactful and also it's easier for me because a lot of times I've noticed
that I will over extend with the sword form and so I build a good habit to not over extend
one. Oh, I think we're dead. We didn't. So actually that was a good example of trying
to get out. I ended up hitting somebody on the way out. So I actually got a second dash
up and bad. So if you're trying to escape with the swords, like kind of how I've been
using it as an escape tool, there's actually a world where hitting someone first might be a
good idea because you get, if they're if they're along the way with you, right? Like if
behind you, you're where you're trying to go. You get a second one after, especially
you don't have the upgrade, because I think for Tankpool, the upgrades are very, very important
to go. The Eagle first, then E, absolutely number one, number two. After that, it's probably
bubble. Bubbles in the third upgrade. Fourth upgrade is probably Gunnel. Gunnel is probably the
best tool, is the one I go for most times. You can, if you really want to go for the second
dash. Second dash actually works really well too. So you might have asked right there, why
did you take a photo there? Well, I'll be real with you. I forgot. Second thing, um, is that,
I was also, yes, this fucking Loki, I could have found out a few times throughout this game,
she kept the in behind us in places. The other thing that always, sometimes I found that actually
taking the photo mid-fight is a little trolly because you're rolling and you got damage going
and you stop like a solid two or three seconds. So like you'll lose enemies if they're backing away.
So taking your photo is like the right play, go 80% of the time, but there is about a 20%
where it's not. Do you see how much damage we pump out by the way?
Do you see upgrade to have a skill or upgrade because the up arrow?

I actually just managed to build the ult faster than I got my first upgrade on the first
fight.
So a lot of times in these first fights, especially over time.
I don't, this game doesn't go to over time.
I want to have the second vod in over time, but I've actually found that doing this
on overtime is so strong because you build your ult faster than everyone else in the lobby.
And then you basically hard walk on someone like a DPS off-right-milling or something.
And you challenge them to the 1v1, you bubble them off so they can't do the damage and you just start hitting them.
Because you have your upgrades already, and overtime especially, this is an overtime, this is defense, so I still don't have build my upgrades.
But...
Fuck.
Escape using the swords.
Hey, that's once I figured out I should use the swords
for an escape tool more than like an engaged tool.
I end up playing much more aggressive.
I think I'm not a good example of I jumped in with the swords
because I knew I could get the reset.
The second it was looking a little spooky, just dash out every time.
I always look for it as an escape tool, or I'm sorry, and not even another time I use it as an escape tool, 10% of the time it's an engagement tool, even less than that maybe.
And we just do so much damage.

I'm gonna start with a little bit more of a thing, I don't wish I didn't even get

A lot of times there's like these like, where they call them real life.
They're called, they're like called like pathways like desired paths or something like
that where people walk a certain path, even if there's not a path there, but like
one. There's like, there's like, desired paths and arrivals and and and people will
look walk like a certain angle. It's just in the lane and so it's if you just
spam that angle you get more hits. Yeah this photo is the photo is giving you
upgrades. So they got onto the moon knights. I believe this one was looking for it.

So for example, I should have thrown the bubble on myself.
This is where I started to feel really comfortable using the swords, the guns, and
playing more aggressively, but I hadn't felt bigger at high when I used the bubble just
as well.
So I have a future me can tell you that I am using my bubble a little incorrectly sometimes
in these fights.
I should have used it like just to throw it on the ground on myself and basically, if
you're playing Winston at a Overwatch bubble dance, so that one is a little better.
It helps me cross, dash, back out to escape.
But then, well, you get the upgraded bubbles a little different.
But I don't have the upgrade bubble yet.
And that's a little bit of low priority.
Choose the atom.
You guys, the funny thing, and I, you know what the funny thing is,
I've noticed with the old two things.
One, either people don't notice that it's on them,
and they like stop shooting and like, or sorry,
they start shooting like going into different directions,
they start taking damage and not realizing it.
or they get terrified and they run for the hells.
I think that'll change as the game goes on,
he'll get more comfortable playing against the old,
but so far that's where I'm at.
So jump out because I was a little isolated,
grab an upgrade.
Okay, you might say, what the fuck was that?
Why are you grabbing an upgrade then?
What I found with Tankpool specifically
is if both supports on both teams
are in the middle of their ults
and everyone's standing in,
you're not dealing anything.
And so that is actually the safest time in the middle of a fight to grab enough great.
Like you could theoretically just walk up on a tank and just start blasting him, but you're
just feeding all charge probably to like, I guess you're not feeding all charge because,
you know, you could be, they could be getting nobody else, so they're not getting
healed up, right?
But like the other supports probably healing too.
So I just take the upgrade.
I just take a second, you know.

I should have just immediately jumped out,

It's genuinely worth in fights like this, jumping away.
It is actually unironically genuinely worth to jump away.
And these fights also, by the way,
you know, not to toot my own horn or anything.
Holy fuck, I'm 39 and 4 at this point in the game.
And for those who don't think deadpool
does a lot of damage, like even tankpool, guys.
If you are hitting your shots and spamming your E up time with the deals, you do a crazy
mod damage.
You're doing almost four levels of damage in these games.
With arguably slightly better utility than the core.
It's not even a good farming all, ult is nice to stay alive, right?
It's really good to stay alive, but I'm not like that.
I'm not, I think the ult is kind of underwhelming to me now.
The only thing that makes super chop up, I like appreciated.

Although I will say, when Tankland Deadpool came out, he looked super complicated and really hard.
I actually don't think he's that difficult.
Like he's, he's definitely a hard to like understand everything that's happening at the same time.
But once you get a basic understanding, it's a lot more than a can of call than, like combos or something like that.
I'd argue ROG is probably more complicated.
I actually didn't mean that, that's not true.

I don't want to say the law of things going on.
So I actually got pulled there by the M. I think, did I get pulled?
So I hit the cloak and dagger trying to dash out.
This is a good example of trying to escape.
I actually ended up getting a reset.
And then I think I was pulled for a half a second.

So, I don't know if it's a button coming back.
So I have all tier. I don't know if it's really going to use it.

of quick mobility, get back up into the fight.
But sometimes actually I've noticed that when I'm like
using it for mobility, I just, I bump into someone
and then getting a free dash is kind of awesome.

as support should I be chasing my own team to heal?

I'm not playing by the way, I'm not playing support pool, but no, no, can't heal stupid, can't save stupid, oh yeah, so I'm not going to cook my ass right there, so I I go for this this Ultron and then I hear the floor is hunting me, I'm like, no, I'm good actually, I don't know when I got the upgrade to the sword, so I'm going to explain it one more time, just a case you may be missed it, uh, here's my here is my book, okay, someone you're going to draw the book on the screen because I don't have the book here,
Degels is first, then the E, then the bubble, then the single-alt target, right?
Then the double swords, then the sword upgrade, damage sword upgrade, and then the sword alt.
That's my alt rotation. So it's always Degel, then the E slash damage resistance,
extra like shooting, then bubble. That's the top three first first for tank.
Then I choose personally, I've been choosing the single target one,
though I've been exploring that these sort of a little bit more, I haven't found a ton of
success with it yet though, but that could be user error. Then it's second dash for fifth
old upgrade, Katana's damage for sixth upgrade, and then sword alt for the last upgrade.
But the sword gives bonus health and shield, so does the gun one. The gun one gives you bonus

if I get grudelted as a team,
if we get grudelted, you get like the AOE,
Dimension resistance, which is kind of nice,
But other than that, though, you will tend to overextend.
Tip people will target you more.
And what I've noticed is when I choose the one V1 target
is that if it's say like a moon knight
or someone who's flanking, right?
A lot of times, I will isolate that guy.
I will choose them, and then I will bubble them.
And they have to break the bubble,
and they have to take the fight with me
as I'm shooting them.
They're not getting healed.
And also, they're taking the residual damage
not hitting shots because they're hitting the bubble.
And I just, I found that I don't lose any DPS up time as well.
That was one I really wish I got that killed.
And don't get me wrong.
I think the sword one has a lot of use.
But in my own experience so far,
it's just, it's been better to not worry about the sword one.
Because I, I, I, I end up not getting kills with it.
It's good for stall.
It is actually exceptionally good for stall.
