Many people will tell you there's no single profile of a child molester, but I think what
we have to look at is there's two types of child molesters.
For child molesters, like the guy sitting outside a school or outside an arcade who
draws the kid in with candy, who draws the kid in with showing the kid dirty pictures,
and then gets the child and violently molests the child.
That's one kind.
That's not the kind of child molester we're talking about here.
What we're talking about are those people, teachers, youth leaders, priests, scout
leaders who work in youth organizations, institutions of trust.
And while it's not true in every single case,

Oftentimes, and again, we have to realize that over 90%
of people who molest children and some statistics show it
higher are males who molest young girls and males who molest young boys.
And we also, of course, have the parents who molested children.
We're not talking about those people as well.
We're talking about people who molest in the context of an institution.
And in these situations, we tend to find that these people are single, unattached
persons. These people present a terrific, eager interest in children. They cater to
children. They know what children like almost better than the parents who
send their children to these institutions know. They present themselves as
people who will spend any hour of the day to meet the child's needs. So after
child leaves the scout troop or after the child leaves the boys and girls club
they come home and they need something for instance go to travel for school
supplies that person will do it for them. So again what people need to look at is
people who are over eager to be around children people whose homes when they
go into the person's home they see they have kid games around the house.
they have things that children will be attracted to because the one thing about
child molesters is that they know what children want they have practiced it for
years and years and years and the thing about child molesters is they and the
way that the way they practice it is they go from job to job attempting to
molest molesting children and leaving if somebody figures out who they are
And so molesters, while they're not cut out of one cookie cutter, they're people who seek
the attention of their children.
And it's a gut reaction to the extent that nobody can say yes, that's a child molester.
But people have a queasy feeling when people are interviewed typically after these cases
are over.

my kid, but I thought he just was being nice about it because my kid never complained.

So we decided to go to the streets of Nigeria
to conduct our own IQ test.
I raised the budget and dispatched my team.
Well, the findings were very disappointing.

It has been reported that Africa had the lowest IQ
in the world today.
On the state of Nigeria, we have come to confirm that.
We will conduct IQ tests and bring you the numbers.
You see, there's something about black people.
Whenever a white person come up with a report
that's negative towards black people,
they complain about racism.
Well, lately, I think they hate me more
than the white now.
I raised the budget and dispatched my team.
Well, the findings were very disappointing.
So we conducted our own report.
We're Nigerians who went to the street of Nigeria
and conducted an IQ test.
It was so disappointing that I had to tip one myself
to make sure this thing wasn't that difficult.
And I'm not bragging here.
I did pretty well.
Our findings did not deviate from the report
you find on Google.
Welcome to the IQ experience.
When you search online, you find studies claiming
that South Saharan Africans have the lowest IQ in the world.
I've seen this report for a long time now.
However, my Western audience and the commentators
often insist that IQ is the reason
why black Africa is backward.
True to form, my team did not fail.
They delivered a thorough result
and we have the video evidence to prove it.
IQ testing has two format.
William Stern developed the original classical formula
based on Afrait's Binet's work.
The modern version, which no longer uses the term mentor age,
instead it applies statistical normalization
where schools are distributed around a meme
with a standard deviation.
This method was influenced by the statistical work
of David Bexler.
I have never wanted black Africa to be better
than when I was going through the result.
Let me explain how we conduct the test and who our candidates were.
We set up to the streets of Lagos and we place our tables, computers at mall, high street
and popular areas and at random anyone who wants to come we offer the 1000 area to sit
down and complete the test.
In Nigeria, education incentives are often necessary to encourage participation.
It's hard to determine whether the monetary reward had a negative or positive effect
on the participants which may have invalidated the results.
One dollar.
Nevertheless, the candidates appeared to enjoy their experience.
Our candidate included a mix of young and old participants,
male and female, as well as A-level students.
Everyone who participated was above 16.
Only 3% of the participants scored 102.
and another 3% scored over 80 and over 90, respectively.
The highest group, 26% scored 69, followed by the second highest group, 20% scored 76.
Disappointingly, 52% of participants scored below 70, accounting for half of our candidate.
Overall, the average score was 73 while the median was 69.
This raises some pertinent questions.
How does IQ affect a population's ability to invent, produce, develop, or run a country?
Is the IQ test really useful?
IQ testing can be useful, but its value depends on how much you think it is, and what your
opinions are.
Well, per definition, IQ average would always be 100, right, because it's region-based.
That's what most people don't understand.
It's always region-based.
So, men's in the USA, men's in the UK, the average would always be 100.
The tests are based on that.
Now, if you want to measure IQ in a country like Nigeria,
that doesn't have an official mean baseline yet,
you have to measure it based on another country's average IQ.
So the average IQ in Nigeria, based on UK,
or then average IQ in Nigeria based on, let's say, NA,
then they have this IQ, right?
Because it is region-based.
There's no global IQ.
There's no global hundred average.
It's always country-based, right?
So it like, you have no,
you have no substance whenever you try
and do a study like this
and your IQ yourself is fucking retarded, right?
So you have to actually explain your process
and your baseline IQ you're using from which country, right?
If you're gonna match them with that, right?
You're gonna have to explain your process more carefully.
Having said that, even if you were to explain,
even if you were to take like, for example,
the mental test I took in Sweden, right?
You take that exact test under those exact circumstances,
And you give it to them in Nigeria, that would be a fair assessment based on the Swedish IQ average.
And you would have to take into consideration things like malnutrition, the fact that they haven't seen in this case.
They have never used a laptop before in their entire life and they're using a fucking touchpad.
That slows down because these things are also time based.
if you're going to do a proper one it's based on time as well. It's not just like
do whatever you want. It's time-based, 20 minutes, the official MENSA ones at
least. And I did see that they're using the Raven mattresses that you're
supposed to use. I saw on the laptop screen but the circumstances aren't
right. So if you want to do a proper study, do a proper study. I do
believe that the average would be lower because of things like malnourishing and timing and
the fact that they never used a fucking laptop before.
Those are all circumstances, but I am yet to be convinced of the fact that there is a
genetic difference in IQ.
But if all the other circumstances were correct, no one has proven that to me,
the list.
