This is every single one-piece arc explained. Starting with Romance Dawn, it begins as a
Luffy as a child in the village of Fusha. He idolizes the pirate named Red-haired Scalpes,
but one day Luffy accidentally eats a devil food called the Gum-Gum-No-Me, which gives
him the ability to stretch the ice rubber, but takes away his ability to swim. Fast-forward
a bit, a bandit named Higuma captured Luffy, but Chang saves him through the his arm
