Maxim was then left with Simply, and Simply greatly surprised people.
He took a 2-0 over Max-M, which wasn't that surprising, but the 2-0 over Hera turned a
lot of heads.
Simply on Yamato Cannon, now find themselves in the upper bracket finals, which is the
best of five, and actually guarantees you a top three position in the tournament already.
If you're in the upper bracket finals, you are in the top three already.
If you lose, lose from there on out, you're third.
If you lose, win, you're top two, and if you win, win, you're number one.

In the lower bracket quarterfinals, Tyler was able to oust Maxim against his
favorite strategy, Paladin Rifle. It wasn't that convincing especially the
first game. Tyler won Luke's Immaculate when he was being aggressive, when he was
attacking the micro.
The aggression looked clean. His first six to seven minutes are pretty much
perfect. But when Maxine turned on the paint train for minute eight, it was all the Tyler
could do to stay alive to get his torrents and doctors with he ward out, but stay alive. He
did in the advanced Tyler woke up at 2 30 a.m. His local time in Missouri with dreams of warcraft
haunting him. But also, okay, he felt it was kind of a prophecy. He saw builds, he saw shapes on
on the ceiling, forming in front of his eyes as he figured out what he's going to be doing
later today. He was manifesting his victory. And victory is what we expect from him over
Dante's. Dante's looked better than he has ever looked before in Warcraft 3. Dante's
relentless pacing and harebrained schemes have seen him to get better in a better, better

a victory for Tyler would leave Tyler no doubt in shambles. Mary maybe against Pox was the most
uneven battle of the tournament so far, with Pox dispensing with her 2-0, getting his Warden level
6, and Mary maybe watching in consternation as her people were unable to get a grip on that warden.
That leaves us with another lower bracket finals match between Hera and Pox. These are still best
of three, Hera and Pox is going to be a hotly contested series. And it is going to be the
second one that we're going to be looking at today. Starting with Dante's Tyler, then Hera Pox,
then it's going to be the winners among them in the lower bracket semifinals. And the winner of that
is going to play the lower bracket finals. But they'll have a break. It's back to back games for
the winner of Hera Pox. But after the lower bracket semifinals, there's going to be a break.
we're going to zoom in on the upper bracket finals and then whoever from C
Impley or the motto cannon wins they're gonna watch the lower bracket finals and then finally there will be a grand finals
The grand finals is a pure best of five without the so-called bracket reset
Bracket reset is kind of a strange name
But it's it's the term that is colloquially used to describe the idea that the double bracket system remains true
even in the finals, which means that the lower bracket guy would have to win two
series in a row. That's not the system we're using here. We're going for an
easier to understand, more clean, more competitive, pure best of five, but there
will be an advantage for the winner bracket person. They're going to be second
to veto the map out out of a pool of seven, so they get more information when
they veto their map out. They're also going to pick map one and two for the
best of five. That alone is never enough to get you to victory, but it is a bit
an advantage. It gives you some percentage points of an edge. It's going to be really close.
It's almost the pure best of five with some map advantage in the Grand Finals. You also
don't have to play as many series if you go there. I would invite Max in to co-cast the
set but he said today is going to be a family day and he was grateful for it. He's also

Warden is a hero that specializes in mobility with her blink teleport ability and direct spell
damage with fan of knives. I'll give you a letter once. Here's a proof because it doesn't damage
that does damage. They play it on ladder. It performs a small slow on the target as well. Okay. Whereas
fan of knives can hit up to six targets in a flurry of blades doing virtually instant damage to targets
around her the ones that are most adjacent playing the warden and you have a goal of leveling her up
fast using the tc raider she's worked really well against night elves i'm not doing that i don't know
and she that's looking at my first time ever doing that and getting him in and out without
being able to die very well it has plenty of tools that pox leverages to keep her alive so at some
point in the game when the warden gets high enough level pox will attempt to start taking down acolytes

then extreme greed with an early fast expansion it's very difficult for people
to adjust to the pacing differences that you create with that yeah yeah he's
most likely creating that feeling again where he's putting a lot of pressure into
Pox's mind here so but he sees there is not so many ghouls this time so maybe he
has an idea about it is not at all in but he is not scouting anything so we
would like to see Pox sending a whisper to make sure that he knows what's
going on because the Xpo is being built right now from here. I think most likely in some way Pox is

losses sustained were fairly catastrophic enough. With the Wisp that was lost near the expansion,
we have one Wisp here, one over here and then a third one and a fourth one. I think five Wisp
were killed by either detonated or killed by Hera which gave experience or at the very least

again it's gonna have lumber issues you have a farce your shadow like this buying

might just be crypts for like ghouls or maybe fiends that's two crypts and a graveyard
synced up with the finishing of the Hulls of the Dead which two experienced
worker three players says this could be Garg's this could be synchronized for
production with Tarak's appearance and then he's gonna continue hunting Wisps
but we've never seen Hera make a Garg intentionally. He has made some Garg's
unintentionally. Yeah we're gonna find the answer very soon but Grubby what worries
me here is that Pox doesn't really have any production right now and he just
made his first lore. He has two archers and a warden. This is not looking good.
