The players are really good and we have some fun workcasts and we have some fun back there. It's so much fun
What a line wow before we continue we do have a quick update on our tournament lineup
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances team Indonesia is unable to participate in the play Galaxy Cup world final
and as a result, there will only be nine teams competing here in Cologne, still going to be a lot of fun.
Group Blue will remain as a five team, Group and Group Purple will only have four teams,
but the rest of the tournament format, because I know you're worried, it's going to stay the same.
Don't worry.
It's very straightforward.

Long groups, five people, long groups, four people.
It makes sense.

Yeah, and it's been a long time, right?
Regional qualifiers, only nine teams remain.
They've traveled from all over the globe to fight here and to try and take their shot at being the Play Galaxy Cup World Champion.
And they'll be doing that across two days of competition.
Today all nine teams will battle the group stage.
Then tomorrow we'll have the cross-match section.
We'll decide which five teams advance to the grand final and then compete for the championship.
That sounds about right to me.
Also, it's not just about the teams.
We're also going to be recognizing one standout individual who will be the Play Galaxy Cup tournament MVP.
Whoo, you know, I think it's based off how well they play who makes a difference big impact

So today's competition will begin with the group stage.
Nine teams are competing across two groups.

And of course, the teams, they earned their places here through five global regional
qualifiers with the first place teams placed in group blue and the second place teams
grouped in group purple.
And each group will battle through three intense PUBG mobile matches to earn as
many points as possible. Yeah, we also have stuff for people watching at home. So thank

and they're gonna be a big name to be I think it's better say I mean look you
talk a lot about how good Argentina is they got a player from fury I'm looking
out for team North America okay okay when you think of esports dominance
North America comes to mind all right why did you both stop talking wait well
you see the problem is is there in PUBG mobile not the case really yeah
he's bringing the crashing down to earth yeah for this guy so actually in

like San Juan, but I do. I
think it's something so

is a little bit open at

there's some areas where you
can hide in the bush, and
it's pretty frustrating when
you jump out someone, but
It's like legendary location of the map for hot drops.
I think we're going to see some hot drops in there.
We saw some already in kind of the scrim matches that we watched.
So some very aggressive action.
Is it a high variance map because of the hot drops?
To a degree.

but it was one of the smallest that we played in the competitive genre.

normally a good location to go
as well blank. That's kind of
kind of an important spot too.

It's fun, but between the river,
you get a lot of teams sitting out there for about 10 minutes,
just eyeing each other up, like we're getting through.

I've seen some thumb grips come into play here.

You've got to have them get slidey on the phone
sometimes.

Which actually holds up during some very heavy spec games like PUBG mobile can be special all that render distance
So these players are just fine the pump grips. They are helpful, but mainly just for anything

How close is Romania to winning that fight?

There was a good initial opening knock-off from the Mooney.
The problem is the team really wasn't there
to follow up on it, that's the problem,
Which is exactly why Argentina isolates that position down towards the south side because they know the follow-up is not going to come through too fast.

I think two team Romani put up way bigger of a fight than I actually initially expected.
