I've been trying to find me, chopping off those fighting souls, but it ain't across the world
I see you standing in my way
And remember the time, the place we used to fight
When the sun and moon and time wonder
Whatever the words, the time that we were friends
Tonight was falling in shadows, warm in minutes
That's a husband from New York, St. K. L.
We marched and now we're a last reunion
Breakfast is hide your way, come fight me
Do you remember who you really are?
Show me that you are still the only one for me
I'll be waiting for you
Let me hear your language, I'm trying to squeeze in
With this nishkash in the front
With all the respecters in the air
The earth I will still be in
I've been in your mind, hold on to your power
Burning right through, shining
One nose, then we're pretty as deadly as
Across our time, I see you
It's turning red skies
And do you see now? Our time
Our time, we can still play
As you need it
But when there's no more
And now it's the only time your power
Is mine
Like a spellman
Darkness broken
Yes, here we go
Our destiny in vain
You didn't slam it for the past, the future
The same way in the light, you fight with me
And when you wake up, I find your breath
Reason I can't resist and smash into someone
It's all the risks I've searched and kept
The only thing I will see is why
Is that I've become my tool
Now see your powers now, can't tell us
We are rivals again, until the end of time
Oh
Show me that you're still the only one that matters for me
I'll be waiting for you
Wait in for me, your hands holding in
Do you heart look inside you?
Can you feel it, the smarthing?
I need a unleashed
Wait again, I'm not that sure
That's reason, this is smashing through time
The weather is winter's end
We are rivals in the end
And I'm done
I'm not your mind's hold
Until your powers go
I can't stop us
I
This means glorious combat

I
Yeah
I'm gonna fly high
You know I dream
I'm gonna go to the sky
Oh yeah
I'll protect you
I'm gonna protect you
When the wind blows
I'm gonna be a magic
When the sound of the wind
is blowing
If you get me out of here
I'll comfort you
I'll start, let's go
I'm gonna go land
I'm going to go to the other side
I'm going to go to the other side
Who's going to be my girlfriend?
Wait a little longer
Oh baby
Don't fall, you have to get up
Where are you going?
I'm just going to walk to you
I'm going to sing a high-pitched song
I'm going to throw a big-doll
Take a look at the head, but don't you fly
All the way down, day by day
I don't know, all the way back up high
If you wait for us, say goodbye
All the way down, day by day
I
What are you waiting for?
I'll take care of that!
Swing me that little thing!
I'll kill you now!
I'll kill you!
I'll kill you! I'll kill you!

friend castle reporting for duty justice pure and simple
Stay down, all of them!
Yeah, that's my boy!
Hey everyone, I'm Nick or Vodable and I'm here to bring you through all you need to know about Stage 1 for Ignite 2026.
The pre-season started out with a bang.
We had some great champions that we crowned across the regions.
Team Liquid Seal and America's Navi or Nazfansir in EMEA.
We also had Reject in Pacific for Asia over in the OCE side of things.
We had Gen.
G take the win there in a pretty dominant performance and in China, we actually had an
upset OUG didn't get the victory.
It was the Connix who were the ones who came out on top.
Now let's shift gears.
Let's talk about stage one.
That's what you were all interested to learn more about and let's get into the schedule
first and foremost. Looking at our match calendar here for Marvel Rivals of the
United States Stage 1, the group stages will take place on May 21st to June 7th
and then the second phase of the competition will be the playoffs from
June 25th to July 5th. I'd be wondering why is this happening? Well if we look at
this map rotation and graphic it tells you all you need to know.
Thorman Hattons get an add-in to the map pool but also we will have season 8 be
the patch that the group stages are played on and season 8.5 is going to be the one that
the playoffs will be played on.
So you'll have DevilDinosaur chomping up the competition and the group stages and Cyclops
blasting people away in the playoffs, it's going to be a great one.
Now let's talk about format and seeding.
Seeding was already determined from placements in pre-season and if you're watching this
video you probably already know exactly where those teams have met it out in their specific
groups.
with the America's Stage 1 format. You can see it as the exact same as it was for pre-season.
Two groups of six teams will play through a round robin style bracket, which means they
play at each other once, and the top four teams from each of those groups will move
on to the playoffs. During the playoffs, there will all be best of five matches, and that
will be starting from July 2nd to the 4th, and the finals, of course, will be at the
5th with the best of seven. The exact same is going to be happening for EMEA Stage 1.
be a round robin best of three group stage with two groups of six the top four from each of those
moving on into the playoffs where they'll be playing a best of five double elimination bracket
best of seven final now talk a little bit about the pacific format i brought in a
expert from the region leiger take it away thank you audible that's going to body to leiger here
i'm here to tell you the structure for ignite pacific now we're going to start off with oce
Okay, we've got a group stage double elimination running from the 21st to the 24th of May then
Asia will be taking place with a group stage of their own but round-rubbin format from the 29th of May to the 7th of June
Now how's this going to work is we're going to get the top two from oce and then the top six from Asia
Going into a combine. That's right. It's merging everybody into a pacific playoff
These teams are competing for a lot, not just spots in the mid-season final, but it's also
prizing $650,000 in total is up for grabs, and it is split $200,000 each for EMEA in America,
$120,000 for Pacific, and $100,000 for China. Stage 1 serves as the only qualification path
into the mid-season finals. And you might be wondering how many teams from each region make it
in. It's three from America's, three from EMEA, two from Pacific, which can either be both OCE
teams and OCE in an Asia team or two Asia teams, depending on how their playoffs go,
and two teams from China for a 10 team total bracket. With limited spots available, this means
every single series carries direct implications for the midseason final qualifications.
Now here's one thing to note that if you saw some of the patches that were post on social media,
you might be questioning, where are the drops? What are the drops? What can we expect for that
when we're tuning in to the action. Well I'm here to tell you at least a little bit and give you a
preview of some of those. Let's not only talk about the stage one Twitch drops. So if you remember
way back when that Sentinels and Energy Shock were playing against each other in the playoffs on
Symbiotic Surface and Crimzo opened a portal, Dongmin jumped in and he got kidnapped by Stinkers on
Energy. Well that entire moment is immortalized in a spray by one of the lovely community artists
out there and you can get that just for watching Marble Riders of the Night stage 1 during the
group stages for just four hours total. That's just like a couple matches, could be two best
of threes that go the distance, maybe just watch a game throughout each day and you'll easily be
able to get that spray alongside 100 chrono tokens, the galactica layer mood, and the wolverine will
of galacta nameplate. This is of course alongside the current rogue drops that are going to be running
in tandem up for season eight.
And that's the big thing to know.
These ended before season eight,
but five before the playoffs,
which means in the rest of stage one,
there will be more drops to stay tuned for.
So definitely keep an eye out for those
as you do not want to miss them
and keep up with the action.
Avaudable, who should I root for?
I've been asked to power rank teams,
give my analysis about, you know,
who to predict to potentially get those three spots
for me and me in America,
cause the two from Pacific and two from China.
not going to make it easy on you guys.
There's other content for that later on,
but I do have some experts to tell you
who they are personally rooting for
to win stage one in their respective regions.
So, it's here from a good old friend here in Americas.
Hey everybody, my name is Shabey.
I'm a Marvel Rivals caster and content creator,
and my good friend Vaubles asked me
who I am cheering for in stage one.
So for Americas, I am a YWL Glaser.
I love the way Jitward and the gang play Marvel Rivals.
They don't follow the conventional rules,
And a lot of their roles are very fluid, which makes them very exciting to watch.
And for EMEA, I am the OG Navi Glazer, so I'm very happy that they won in the pre-season,
and I anticipate that they are going to carry that momentum going into Stage 1.
Well, Shibuya, you might not want to speak too soon on that one.
I have someone else who has some other opinions on who should probably win EMEA.
What's up, guys? It's me, BoreNation, and for Season 1 of Egg Knight,
I am rooting for Team Virtus Pro, even though they might have been absolutely obliterated last time,
that was a fluke. It was bad luck for me and this time they got locked in.
I don't know, I'm starting to think these predictions are very bold saying that
Virtus Pro will lock in. We need some more grounding here from another pro or
coach in the scene in EMEA.
I am live for coach for Team Heretics which is your new favorite Marbrago
team that you should be rooting for not only because during this preseason we
finished top two in EMEA only losing to Navi which was a world finalist but
also because we have the best bundle in the game which is the only one that you
you can start off to be playing for the Vibes.
Okay, top two finalists we saw during the pre-season,
not too bad of a reason to vote for them.
The Vibes are really good at heretics, I get that.
Let's talk about America's a little bit more here,
and actually, here for one of the players
that have a little bit more insight
onto why you should root for their team.
Hey, this is SmartShave, I play for Team Liquid Citadel,
and you should root for us,
because as you saw in pre-season,
every other team is just clueless about what they wanna do,
and they'll just be miserable if you don't.
Okay, okay, that's a low blow spark chief.
I think he's talking about our predictions.
I think like no one got it perfect for America's.
I got really lucky with OCE 100%.
All seeing Oracle like night 2026.
Thank you very much.
Speaking of OCE, we do have a pro from that scene
who does have some words for you.
Hey, I'm Skittles.
I play strategist for Genji Esports.
If you want to watch a creative team
that throws the meta out the window every season
and has fun while doing it,
make sure to show us your support
in Pacific stage one Asia.
You can also wrap our bundle in gear.
You get a pretty cool Deadpool skin.
So thank you to those that have bought it so far.
But yeah, thank you guys as always for being a leader.
Bye bye.
Thank you Skittles for giving us your opinions
and we'll definitely be picking up that bundle.
I already have, but I recommend, you know,
picking up any of the partner bundles
that are available for the teams that you're rooting for.
But we do have one final guest here
who does have some opinions and it's not my cat.
We'll hear from them about their team
that they think is gonna win stage one.
Yo, surprise, you're probably blinded right now.
And if you can't tell from the hairline,
or lack of hairline, I am J3.
And I am rooting for Swamp Gaming since I,
well, live in Florida and I live in the Swamp.
And I think you guys should be cheering them on too,
because they are gonna be winning stage one.
Okay, you know, we got some insight
for the community members.
Thank you all for being a part of this video,
but the big things that you need to know for each region.
Number one for Americas is Team Liquid Citadel,
right after Swamp Gaming, and then it's just a graveyard after that.
It could be YWL, it could be Sentinels, it could be Hundred Thieves,
it could be Energy Shock, it could be anyone in America's right after those two.
So those are your safe bets for people to make it into the mid-season files.
It's a toss-up from there on out.
In the EMEA, it's a little bit more kind of top-heavy, you could say, as well.
You do have Na'Vi, who did really well for themselves,
were the first team to beat First Pro in a number of months in an entire series.
and actually, since we saw way back when during Stage 1,
and now we got to see it happen again here in the pre-season,
then Rad beat them as well.
So I think they're going to have a bit of a comeback.
I think it's going to be Navi, then VP, then probably Hereticx,
and then Rad and Chikigami somewhere in there.
Pulsar has some potential based on the players that they picked up.
I'll let you take a look at their roster
and see what your thoughts are there as well.
Other side of things, in Pacific specifically,
there's the two favorites, right? It's Gen.G, it's Reject.
Those are the two teams that should make the mid-season finals.
Everyone else is kind of a toss-up.
You could have Z-10, you could have Chiefs,
you could have some unknown rosters
that get brought in here as well
throughout the off-season, even to the fold.
So we don't really know who else is gonna be contending
with those top two teams.
On the other side of things, for China,
it's been more parody than ever, right?
OEG fell earlier on.
We saw Connix get the victory,
Fiat Lux doing really well for themselves.
Those are the big three,
and they're going to be fighting to the nail to see who comes out on top and makes those mid-season finals.
So if you have three in your mind, those would be the three to look at.
Wouldn't be too surprised if OEG bounces back.
Akanex maybe falls down a little bit.
We saw some big pickups in the off-season for Fiat Lux.
So I could see them actually making it.
That's everything you need to know for stage one of Ignite.
Go enjoy the matches and we'll see you later.
the final day of action for
week one stage one of EMEA
at night 2026 is upon us.
I'm vulnerable to bring in the
expert analysis. I guess that
we can have for these matchups
give you some insight. We also
have, you know, some great
casters here to leg day and
lemon Kiwi the duo that we saw
yesterday at the end of the
show now back to close out this
week of action and I mean both
of you. How are you feel about
I mean it's been pretty good so far in my mind like that. It's been it's been pretty impressive so far
I think I'm particularly impressed with heretic seemingly not missing a beat while losing oasis like obviously they had some experience with Ken
from their time as Citadel gaming before but I thought it's really tough draw to go up against Shiggy on me first after losing oasis like maybe you needed some time to
Reintegrate Ken, but they've been surprisingly apt and making sure what Ken is really really good to go very early
I'm really surprised that everyone's been able to integrate their new
roster, but I also feel like we just got an appetizer to what everyone's
potential is. Like at best the three can only really show you so much and this
met is completely different from the preseason. So all of our expectations from
the preseason, yeah the top teams are still at the top, but yeah like Virtus
Pro is not gonna be a flawless team anymore. None of the teams are safe I
think. You know it is pretty safe though. You are gonna be able to get some
and they look pretty good so far.
Yeah, Double Dinosaur definitely seems to be
the strongest Vanguard right now,
is demanding a lot of early bans and early protects
as well as he really does change the pace of the game
with the constant threat of that kidnap
when you get those chomp downs on an enemy Vanguard
and you can press it either shield them off from healing
and essentially create a very quick fight
versus six scenario.
I mean, we've seen, you know, one-sided Double Dinosaur
hijinks that have been happening in America,
as we saw a little bit of that at the start,
right with Shiki versus Navi as well.
So, or excuse me, Rad versus Navi
for that first matchup too,
but I'm curious to see if there's gonna be more like trade
like we saw last time, Lemon,
where it was a scenario in the pre-season,
whereas either the Gambit or the Alps
that were being traded.
Now we're seeing like Gambit for Dyno,
it's like a different dynamic.
Yeah, and it's very much been the protect the Dyno situation,
but what is the company that Dyno is,
but what's been interesting,
if the team's identity is already around the Captain America,
and that suits perfectly.
But some teams are really struggling
whether to accompany Sadina
with the best babysitter ever, Emma,
or like other things that could kind of support the dyno
or just flank around it.
I mean, we got to talk also about, you know,
some of the heroes that have fallen out of favor
right from the preseason.
We saw, you know, a little bit of looks
for the Angel specifically for, you know,
Frankie Boxing on Altair Esports.
We also saw, you know, the human torch plays
from Shigigami be used at least a mile.
And I feel like Adam Warlock has been struggling
like day just because of how fast this meta is.
Yeah, Adam Warlock not only is being outspread by this meta,
but also a couple of patches ago
lost their team up anchor bonus
that they used to give to Luna Snow.
That was when White Fox entered the fray
and instead he got him up with Storm.
Storm's not seeing a lot of usage
and so he can't really do that much off the back of it.
Loses a 15% healing bump
that was given to a live stream after that as well,
which means that his self-sustaining
is also a little bit weaker.
I will say though, I mean, shout out to Heretic's actually showing that, you know, tierless don't matter because we didn't see on a Sybiotic surface that Beedle was playing the Angel and doing really well, going 23 with their chaos and casualties.
But here's the current standings for those who haven't tuned in to the past two days to see exactly where your favorite rosters are at currently.
I mean, Levin, any big notes that you have from what we've seen so far?
Well, Virtus Pro dropped a map to Pulsar, so that's going to affect the map differential there.
the game. We're going to see
the game. We're going to see
the game. We're going to see
the game. No, we had a super
clean sweep against rad and
maybe that could have gone the
distance, but Navi being
really strong in the group
stage is exactly what we
wanted to see. And shaky and
heretics. I mean, I would say
that was very much heretics
his way, but in a mantis sort
of dive matter or triple
stride, whatever you want.
Heretics have always been
ahead of the game when it
comes to the meta. So our top
teams are staying at the top.
their poll star. They're all trading blows. I mean, also to have their work out for them, right?
They have to fix off against the top of the group A to try and make it into the group stage.
And for the teams who don't make it into the group stage, they will have promo relegation
ahead of them between now and stage two. And every single series matters, especially the ones today.
Shikigami versus Groundfall, Firestress versus Chosen Ones, and Burdus Pro versus Lions. And
like we said yesterday, that Firestress and Chosen Ones was kind of going to be one to keep an eye
out for because if firestrays drop that they have so many tougher opponents to
face off against. Yeah firestrays are kind of history rhyming with pre-season
they are looking a lot worse than we expected them to be in their first matchup.
Unless it's huge amount of talent on that roster but sometimes it feels like
firestrays and they just don't get into VC you know they don't talk to each other
Chosen ones look pretty good off the back of 21k just fragging out in so many
opportunities I think that's gonna be a really strong series.
Well, it's also decent here as well is the twitch drops that we have, especially the integration of the portal pool oopsie spray as we saw from the sentinels and energy matchup in preseason.
I really hope we get some of those for EBA as we talked about before, but more drops coming in stage one for the playoffs, I assume for that as well.
But this is just for the group stages that you can see by the dates themselves. Also speaking of group stages, quick shout out to Gen G.
They just won an OCE and booked their ticket to the Pacific playoffs there alongside of the Chiefs.
So if you haven't been tuning into that, definitely recommend going in game and watching some of those matches back for OCE.
Shout out to the crew over there as well.
But we have our first matchup of the day here.
And I mean, leg day, talking about these two teams.
Actually, before we go to leg day, let me go to the 11 here first about Shiki Gami specifically.
I mean, who do you want to focus on here for us to talk about?
Well, first, Shikigami just had a really tough schedule, facing Heretics first, Gigi, they were in the grand final for a reason, and I think Shikigami is a team that's not fully comfortable on the black cat, or at least they'd rather fall back to old comforts like the daredevil with Frost Mountain, and it's still very suitable for the time being while everyone is still learning the meta.
But speaking of this team, I spoke to Kaia specifically after that loss and they said they've been really struggling hard to find their place in the meta and learned more by watching than actually getting beat by heretics.
But this is what happened to them also in the preseason growing pains, right?
They are not worried and they are confident that at the very least next week, they'll be more settled in.
Well, heretics have their number, right?
And we've seen that happen every so often with all their teams, so it makes sense that they got the win again.
we were kind of questioning with the roster there as well. But for Crownfall here, leg
day, I mean, we saw not exactly what we wanted to, I guess you could say from them in their
first series, more of a surprise for the chosen ones taking the victory there. So they have
a lot to kind of work on from them to now.
Yeah, for Crownfall, like this is a team that's got a lot of firepower, both Magellan for
hard and most duelist slots, but we haven't really seen it deliver that much. I think
that Gaina and Abu, who are definitely going to be the pairs of watch here for Crownfall,
We need to see a more resilient front line making that space where the magenta of the
heart can pop off and we never gain as good a lot of talent as one of the later additions
to this roster to try and bring up their overall power level.
I'm excited to see how powerful we're going to try and leverage with a Devil Dinosaur
to rejig some of the meta.
Well, speaking of meta, I mean, vanguards are pretty heavily important, especially with
how we see, you know, the Devil Dinosaur out there, specifically a boohoo, mainly the
one that's been playing that.
We've also seen low heat picking it up as well for their team on crownfall
but kaya here. I mean, these are the stats that we saw kind of carry through the preseason in playoffs 11
Yeah, and I put kaya is like my MVP of vanguards when it came to playoffs preseason
One of the deadliest venoms that we have out there
But I feel like the style of crownfall has been a lot more around the brawl
But this is also kind of an issue following from the preseason. I feel like crownfall are still trying to find their identity
I mean, everybody is, but I really want these duelists of Fahad and Majed to really, really
find their footing and their role on the team.
Majed, more of being that kind of melee duelist while Fahad, that hits skin.
But every time you watch Crownfall, they have a new strategy that they're presenting, and
I'm hoping that they can find a good stride going into these first couple of matches.
I mean, Fahad, 94 and 23 in terms of KO's and casualties that we saw throughout their
series.
that we saw from a jet. So you
know, doing well to stay alive.
Stay alive while getting those
chaos is a massive thing for
them. And I think going into
this matchup leg day. Keeping
your cool and composure in these
matchups is massive, especially
because I feel like we've seen
a lot of teams get frustrated
with this meta. We've seen it on
social media right about the
devil dinosaur hijinks and all
that, but I think just staying
composed is the big thing for
these teams because again, you
still have chances if you do
drop these maps. It's just
every single one you got to take
You gotta take it in stride and one at a time instead of focusing on the big picture I'd
say.
Yeah, and you don't have that much time to recover if you do talk either, because we're
in about the three, four, the groups.
So if you're knocked off of your stride after map number one, like you could just be doomed.
You've got to make sure that after every map you're able to really take stock and reconciliate
your mental into a good place, go in with a plan and make sure that you aren't over-correcting
from what you've scrimmed and
what's been successful in
practice thus far.
I mean, looking at the maps
that we have available here
for Domination Del, we're
going to Celestial Husky.
We saw a lot of that
yesterday, Levin.
What can we expect this time?
Ah, it's just a momentum-based
meta.
And speaking to Protoss from
Crownfall, they've really been
able to identify that.
And with a momentum meta like
this, trust in each other and
in your team is so, so important.
And going into this match, they
know that Shiki's the top team.
So they're taking the pressure
But they're taking the pressure off themselves in terms of expectations.
Must win matchup between both of these teams started out the first two days,
0-1 looking to turn things around and qualify for the playoffs and
keep their stage two dreams alive.
Shikigami versus Karantho, we'll see who takes it on Celestial Husk.
All right, Lemmon, let's get stuck into these bands.
We're expecting for Gambits to be our permanent first band between most teams
the moment that we have seen this rising prevalence of double dinosaur if it isn't the first protect
you can expect it to get whisked away rather rapidly. Yeah it's tough to identify what to
ban against crownfall besides just kind of what you don't want to play against in general so
crownfall protecting the dino shikigami will have that as well and the important thing of how to
deal with any dive or anything at all is the strategist line whether it's the luna fox team
up that's so strong right now with the double charms. Mantis being part of of course now
allowing to give people speed along with the now nerfed damage boost that's also been a permanent
ban. Now Captain America ban coming through here from Crownfall I'm not overly convinced by it to
be honest because we see the Protector of Shikigami coming through with the Devil Dinosaur and I think
that Isidors that want to play both the Devil Dinosaur and the Captain America or as Kaia does
prefer when it comes to those diving vanguards to play the venom as we highlighted earlier,
so I don't know if that's the most valuable. And we could have seen, I do like the white fox
protecting him through Reven Crown, for we've seen a lot of effectiveness, especially when
you're going up against a team that likes the poison like a black cat or a daredevil,
which would have crossed Mountain Monstay. Yeah, and that's why protecting the white fox is
important. If you're, you are trying to force that venom from Kaia, because it's going to be a huge
part of either getting out and out of Kaia's face, or trying to charm it and really make it so that
Kaya cannot escape and the Mantis Protect will guarantee that for Shikigami, but no
Stenna, are you considering all the Venom, so no Venom for Shikigami, that's gonna be
tough for Kaya.
Yeah, this is definitely gonna turn down the pace for Shikigami and make it a much slower
game, but when you've got the Mantis, maybe you're happy with having a slower game.
It does mean that maybe Shikigami will be able to lean in towards Frost Mountain's more
explosive melee duelist pool where like it's going to be a lot harder to try and join that uh
daredevil and like a backliner so even if he is going to be damage boosted and speed boosted by the
manzis. Let me see uh yeah what the vanguard line is going to be but then this could just force out
more of the emas where uh at least shikigami were like you said pointed out more of the captain
in America, even Crownfall have used more of the Emma than Shikigami have, but these are
two teams that kind of fell short in their first match, you know, different strengths
of opponent, of course, but this is a neutral first map and they're both hoping to cement
themselves in the meta early and also get their first match win on the board.
Alright, then with Anderson being shown off here by Beth Isidore and a bull who, but Kaia
seems to be flaunting the vanguard deadpool for now. Same with legend. By the way, legend's usual
role. Usually, legends play strategist, often being this important. Maybe strap wall? No,
so... Pull really is, wow. It's gonna be the vanguard pull. Interesting, is this what
crown pull has been cooking? A roll swap? This is so strange. Okay, we don't have Lowy in the
the lineup here for Crownfall so yeah just utilizing someone new here and the
the role of the dino here having their own sustain it means they can basically
solo anchor while the rest of the team can kind of control the perimeter that's
what you're seeing from Shikigami and Crownfall but now the attention is going
towards these banger of the Shikigami hoping to get that first cap.
This is gonna be the deathliest duelist.
And they're getting jumped by the superior information all the time.
I think we'll hear of course having a little bit of war.
It's a lot harder to get surprised by the Black Cat and the V-Line adventures.
But now then, like we said, Shikigami, they play a little bit slower because they don't have that diving vanguard.
So we just have to slowly arrive at this space, rather than supposedly dive in towards the background.
Yeah, vanguard deadpool is so good for them.
Kind of the double bubbles set up and the ban hammer comes out.
Shikigami's backline is in a lot of trouble, but they are trading.
Capricorn, she is the new addition to the roster and is showing off what her hero pool
can do.
A boo-hoo.
Invited back towards the point, you know what we ain't done with you, said the superior
dinosaur as legends, Vanguard swapped.
Not working out amazingly for the first fight.
And Shikigami lost his shot at just early in that fight, but yeah, Kaya's damage is
undeniable.
This is not a hero we usually see him on, and Shikigami can unlimit control this trope,
but also the perimeter, it is gonna set up their brawlers
like Frostbound for success.
If this guy has a good day,
Shikigami are gonna have an amazing result
and they are hungry to prove themselves
after well very understandable loss to heretics.
It's a crown fault.
Desperately need to overcome the expectations
as I was a part of the Yellow House,
going towards the point.
So much damage from all these headshots
of the Vanguard dead bulls who bring out
with the Regenucian mostly in the Devil Dinosaur
trying to have that advantage to pump down the damage.
Into your closing lots of laleas, split the wrong way.
And so it was an easy chase down there from the jet,
taking down below the map.
Ayana Koji, ready to try and swallow up some of the competition.
Wants Kaap, finds Kaap as well as a double dinosaur.
But so far from any environmental hazards,
I have to settle for a lesser split.
Just an isolation onto these two players,
giving Kaap full of momentary, numeral advantage
when it comes to the fight.
But it's not around here, on the back of the ultimate.
and now Frostmount is getting a little bit tricky with it, but guess who's even more
tricky front source ran out of tricks.
And I'd like that Ayano Goji with the Is Jeff Olde
did claim a bunch of the anchors from Shikigami
allowed him to flip to go through.
But man, how did Mishad live for so long,
swapped it off the Black Cat?
Go into something that he will be confident in,
is when you play confident, you're
going to have a lot more trust in what you're
able to accomplish.
Shikigami, I mean, they have the Oldes
to secure this last 20%.
Look at Isidore to be the gatekeeper at this front door,
but stepping up his crowd fall hoping the change to this result.
to shut it down and Shikigami take the first sub map of Celestial Ask.
And in a pretty one-sided fashion I would say like Shikigami or
yeah, Crownfall really only capped when they had an It's Jeff claim two off the
point and then that allowed them to cap. Didn't even get the
eliminations from it once Ayano kidnapped some people so as soon as
Shikigami were released from their Jeff shackles
they just own all the real estate. I just really think the vanguards from
from Shigami have done an amazing job in terms of spacing, allowing Frost Mountain to focus
on eliminating the backline.
Methink the choice of the Rocket Raccoon and the Jeff makes it so Frost Mountain is having
a hard time getting consistent damage and a limbs, but he is having no casualties.
So Frost Mountain is living in Crownfall's backline rent free and that is enough to just
keep Crownfall off of the objective.
I guess the mountains are high enough.
Insurmountable perhaps for Crownfall.
But maybe there could be a climb in their futures.
It's going to be an early play from Kai with the portal.
Let's see who they're going to jump to.
Maybe just try to put this in between the vanguards.
Time in here is absolutely game.
And the Tata jumps in and barely fit through.
She could only go in before a warm hug.
Oh, but Dino Trump is so nice.
He's about to get jumped by a T-Rex in the street.
That's what it was like living in Swindon.
Look at that, Wallace Sadoras is stuffing them back into the back alleys.
It's Jeff and LaGanna to try and save the team from this very aggressive push from Shikigami.
And it's Sadoras has the ult and he owns this fight.
Yeah, but Devil Beast Rampage is unleashed and it's Sadoras is going to be doing so much damage.
Limbs from having taken over Deadpool duties as well.
Having this nearly fully upgraded strap pull is certainly an interesting tech that was done here on the car
So rendered the dead bull. Yeah, we learned that a lot from the preseason from heretics that the strap will go
So well with the deathball that healing or along with the all the damage that you can get from it
So chick a gummy will be able to defend first and have lay list which yeah
I'm not triple strategist or it's usually all bad if not a secondary duelist
We have the claims of people but how is Kaia just this close to the competition? This is a blunder
Yeah, Kai was too far now over that other remainder of Shikiyama or underlings, Dremon, Kaia erects
The invisible boundary to try and keep the remainder of Shikiyama safe as they await the return of their way with Vanguard
Of course, is it gonna have access to that portal as it was used earlier?
So everything's on this door now to try and keep the point contested, gonna get more difficult though, because the Iron Alchemist's fire is unleashed
That means all the more damage from Baha to see just arms through the competition and ground folder in control
What a turn around and what a combo to with the damage amplifier as you pointed out and
Only to give up 45% is pretty huge especially against a triple strap comp of shikigami
This can be something that stalls out for a long time
And I mean crown fall took a full advantage of the slip-ups from shikigami kaya swapping off from the strange to the Emma
trying to provide some shielding and really protect and kind of secure the real estate even try to get this shield behind the
Dino, but machete is going to identify where this push is coming from and hoping to get a jump on them
The devil's chain over there, but
Knowing that linch was going into the final exam that could be a bunch of over HP
Look at how much health chicken got me have right now
500 over health given over by the dead pool and lay allows can do nothing to hang out inside their own puddle
but it's not deep enough. It's the paddling ball of healing.
Well, the deluge that was needed for Shikigami,
and what Crownfall may well have lost out on the Anacogie,
it could be too little and too late. Isidore's reset off the map.
And that's going to be Crownfall remaining in control.
Yeah, Crownfall really liked that proactive fight,
just immediately letting the Devil out in Shikigami.
They just couldn't deny it at the end.
Well, they have someone poor and old, of course, who'd deny this.
The psionic seduction of Crownfall get too aggressive.
They could be pulled into the Emma's clutches,
but there's a lot of cover here to play around.
Kaisa is to build up towards it.
Isidore about to just kind of be aggressive here
with these dino-old already getting some bubbles here.
Trying to protect himself.
Crownpaw or something.
That means we're gonna get her to one side.
Legendary airship hot there.
Ultimate Alchemist of the Devil dinosaurs.
Rampage is trying to stop these vanguards in their tracks.
And it seems that Abu's got cold feet,
but no it's just that cat.
She was hiding away in the stairwell
and Abu chases her down in the streets.
crowd full 10% away from reclaiming this map and it feels like Shikigami are gonna have so much
of a try to recon this lane as it's already casting a portal. I don't know if it'll get there in
time it does not too little too late we go to round three and from a kind of zero to 40 start
crowd full flawlessly held it until the end and it's again taking early fights they knew that
Shikigami's backline was close enough.
Catherine Lindstrom immediately fell over and I kind of like that Abuhu is on kind of this dino
and is able to just walk everybody. He's kind of was already a fantastic rogue and brawler hero
vanguard from the preseason and I think the dino suits his play style well and despite all these
kind of well roster this role shake-ups here on the crown fall side and the bands clearly
affecting them. Crownfall got back on their high horse or I guess got back on their dino and rode
into the sunset to force round three. This is the trade-off of having the mans. This is your
protect. Yeah, Kath's been able to do some great stuff with the damage boost and the speed boost
as well. Very important for Isidore, but it does mean you are forced into this triple strategist
kind of composition where Cathalelas don't have quite as much fragging power as you see from Crownfall
we're running this double duelist setup so they can cover far more angles and
well Fahad is going to be covering angles really well here with the early ultimate defense.
The rocket raccoon's strong in this first fight because he has a little bit of forgiveness
and I mean such a huge round when he's able to defend this position but this
point in particular is really tricky there's a lot of cover places you have to clear the
point on locks and now it's time to brawl.
All right Kaya it'll be on duty trying to keep this one contestant easy on the coging
and back that's a big headshot hitbox for the vanguard
they're gonna try and take advantage of
that comes with the W unicorn shield
that seems like a lot of early defensive utility used by Shikigami
they trade it for a boohoo
and that's about as good a trade as you can get
for hard around the back contemplation
whether or not to invest the galactic legend
before we oh 9HP!
before you pursue a 9HP!
for hard is crazy bro
and for us bad decision you can get back to be a silent by guy
out came the combat from Protoss
maybe for hard was waiting for that
I couldn't quite find the timing, Mages is not going to be lucky in the back-hider as Frostmound can take some down.
And what I'm for, do have a little bit of an advantage when it comes to capturing the point here.
The re-aggression from Shikigami should be enough.
I'm trying to get to Frostmound's main time, so we're going to miss out on unleashing the Devil.
They can still fight easy headshots as you go up and get to the Devil Dinosaur.
She needs to repulse the damage, but coming through is the prehistoric predator.
And the other coach is going to try their best to avoid the damage of the Ultra.
But damage boost of a range of Ultra is too much to try and deal with.
But just still thinks it's winnable.
Neither team wants to give up this initial capture,
as Crownfall are already gaining that percentage,
and once you're going down in the back, it could change everything.
A machete? I mean, it's literally solo-kirting this fight.
He's eliminated too, but I mean, there's only just so much gas in the tank.
At least Crownfall catch throughout all of this chaos,
so they are benefiting at the very least.
But Shikigami will stand tall and block the candles of Crownfall's parade and party,
And, you know, to lose out on that galactic legend, that was tough, not winning the damage boosts that fight from Protoss,
Adhert, Cramfall, and Majetta's back on the Black Cat.
He's gonna give this another swing, and this is something he's usually swapped off of, not swapped into.
So, thinking he needs more execute potential, especially with Shikigami running, like, double damage boosts with a Mantis and an Ultron,
and a Loki. This is one of the most terrifying backlines that you can run in this meta for Shikigami.
The Protoss Marks Cross Mountain approaches, ends up fighting with Devil Dinosaur, which is unideal, but a lot of damage could be going a big reason why still they can't even get enough of what happens to be able to create a legend is distracted as once again the Devil Dinosaur demands all of the attention.
Shikigami with a significant investment of their ultimate CS Force Crownfall back early.
Yeah, that will be the silver lining for a crown fall to think later and just
upon some replay review for Han when he got this galactic legend canceled he
really trusts in Abu's dino bubble to protect him and give him just a few
seconds of respite so that he could be healed and I just an unfortunate convo
at that moment she could go on me very much ahead tripling the score hoping
to take the first map and it's Kaya that could set the pace hoping to remove
someone from the fight with the ban hammer and he's forgetting the rocket raccoon.
It's going to be hard for the rocket raccoon to really take too much damage from this one
off the back of some message, Majed forces out the greens.
It's a great little bit of softening and after hard control I make something work with those
greens going once lynched from that all of those clones are going to make things a touch
more difficult.
Trying to hold the frontline but hard gets even more damage now because we're going to
amplify it.
It's so easy for Majed and for hard to carve through three strategists and for hard is
going to be able to secure the point here as Crownfall will be back in control.
Oh, but this feels like climbing Mount Everest because at least at 87 Crownfall should have
time to port over, it all depends on who's falling, who's swapping in time.
Leigh Smiget needs to have a splash, you'll have the calling card and this could actually
ruin Shikigami.
You could try to space out against it, try to not be too stacked against the Black Cat
with Shikigami.
I mean, they're just trying to emerge from the case and Crownfall already have a keen
eye on where that they are going.
Falsing push on high ground here, trying to make sure that Michelle can't stand here for
three, but the calling card makes things complicated.
Going up for a boo-hoo first and looking towards the back of the other coachy.
She goes under the map itself, tries to run early.
Super get anyone within there.
Grasp is not laid alas, has been grabbed for now.
Not the easiest frag to an environmental house to give him a cover.
What?
Oh my God!
Wait, a bow who was inside as well?
What?
I was pro-kicking.
He didn't even let his devil dinosaur out.
Well, that's what you get for not protecting Fajardo.
I can't let you know.
Hey, you're all so funny.
Get a dip.
84%.
Crownfall are making the ultimate comeback,
but the Rattavolt's an out of options.
Shikigami stepping up.
It will be the rampage of Isidore, the final stomp
to crush Crownfall beneath their feet as Majed.
Fantastic with the calling carpet.
Yano's the one who won the fight.
Let's see if Crownfall can hold on.
Shikigami have everything they need in this soon building
to try and make this one work, which is a virtual knot.
You lose Kaia to early Nort Isidore,
and now Kaia's got it.
Everyone who's already down, this could be everything.
Wish if you'd got me, we're hoping for a layer
that gets sealed on up.
Kaia's towards the back, sees a pair of therely
depressed-less animals, and that crossing
is not going to be easy.
Majed's still building up to the wall for all of this cash,
but the cash money can't beat the Devil Dinosaurs.
Overall damage, just running him down
without any mercy in his heart.
Frost Mountain joins him to assault the backline, crample, tries to cook a recon test here of the back of a bubbly other coach,
he's just getting beat to his sushi in the background, and it's a last second moment.
Shigami Urikotroth Frost Mountain just about needs to survive, almost has the ability to let the devil out.
It's now or never you can't hold this for too long, honestly.
Rage of Onshaun, ready to be unleashed for half taken down by his snore with the beam in disguise.
And that's going to be it for who the last one to fall, Majed for Sandalone. Legends can't fly in in time, and a missed flight means a missed contest. Shikigami, claim map 1.
Oh my god, I mean what a team effort from Shikigami from Leilis. Ultron supremacy in the skies.
You think this guy is a strategist? Well the strategy is to just eliminate everyone with the ultimate's first, second, third bloods going his way.
Even through the rocket raccoon resists, I mean you're just feeding him more.
And Isidore, the ultimate body blocker, had some bleed on one of the vanguards of Crownfall coming through that portal,
kidnapped the Doctor Strange through him, and the Doctor Strange is what is stabilizing you in that fight.
An incredible first map from Shikigami. We'll see what else is of Crownfall's sleeve after this.
What more do we need to do?
Do you see the dawn, the flame burning brightly?
Shining, one last time, a reason, yes
Of course, no time, I see you starting the signs
And do you see now, a time, a time we can still fight?
I've looked into the spot
But there's no more
Then now it's the only time in your heart
It is mine
Light has fallen
Warfless, broken
Can't see by your own destiny
And they
New days running for the past and future
Break the chains like it's the wind
Fight with me
And when you wake up
From that, your fries raise
And a feeling says
Flash in your soul
For the risk, but turns again
We are famous in the end, right?
And now we are so much more than we always thought
Can't stop us, we are crying so much
Until the end of time
You know what, I'm not a fan of you
Show me that you are still the only one that matters for me
I'll be waiting for you
Waitin' for me, my hands hold the lock
Take out my hands, are you?
Can you feel it? The sparks in your room
Ain't no unleashed, I'm ready
Yeah, I'm walking through fries, raisin'
Just been splashing through your tassels
And put them in, it's been chasing me
We are rebels to the end, and I said
I made a night for the deer, how is that?
I can't talk about this
We are rebels to the end, and I said
Deva's shadow start costume in game. Join the devils debut event to get the costume available now and hopefully you have better luck than I did because I had to pop every single balloon and I did eventually got it, but my soul was gone afterwards, unfortunately, and it felt like my hopes and dreams were also dashed during this series.
I mean, we've been in the
series many times like day. We
saw you know the rise and fall
of Shikigami and crown falter
out and Shikigami barely
eating out a win at the end
there. A little surprising going
into this one. Yeah, it was
incredibly close. I think the
big difference here probably
came in like, uh, the probably
for Trav to be honest like we
saw the crown full had the same
understanding that when there's
a double dancer on our field,
it's a great opportunity to play
a headshot XP. And both sides
played Deadpool. Yeah, Crown
Fall invested two of their
bands into some of Visitor and
Kaya's dive tank, uh, dive
Vanguard hero pool. Maybe just
trying to constrain what Frost
Mountain was doing while they
could play their double
duelists. But I think that in
the end, like maybe crown fall
over invest a little bit there,
knowing that likely Deadpool's
best in slot there just for
headshot capacity. Hey, someone
had to try and shake, shake,
shake you got me up. Oh, that
was hard to say because yeah,
you have a lot of fun. You
have a lot of fun. You have
a lot of fun. You have a lot
of fun. You have a lot of fun
half and half. You've banned
two vanguards, but then you
would like to get me to play
Loki Mantis Ultron. That is
what everyone is trying to get
rid of right now. And then you
have lay list was like, Hey, I
must have back and Ultron it
out. That was insane. And our
MVP being Kaya, who was
affected by some of those
bands, not being able to play
the venom or anything else,
but man, did he stand out as
the vanguard dead pool? He was
very strong as a hero even after the nerfs especially being able to target the backline
with the ban hammer right. I think just the shutdown potential that vanguard deadpool has and
while there is you know an alt generator in a dinosaur on the other team they can just headshot
time and time again so I think it works decently in this meta compared to what we've seen before
not as you know server admin as what we saw in the preseason but hey still very effective so
I'm not sure if you can see
the
the shot to Kyle on that one on
there. And but I mean, Lemon, I
kind of want to throw this one
right back to you to looking at
the stats. Once we go into this
as well, it felt like both teams
were struggling to find the exact
strategy that they want to go
for. Yeah and crowd fall just
tried to go with a very elusive
one with the Jeff and the rocket
raccoon, and it was nice to have
that that resurrect that
and they kind of were like okay our dino is on their way back which abu would
often be the first one to fall but the dino is not the most mobile guy in the
game and they weren't able to kind of delay until abu who were to return into
that fight and there's still are some sinking issues because abu who is not
playing with lowey who is usually that secondary vanguard on crown fall so you
could tell that the pacing there is being affected okay midtown for this map
for groundfall I mean we've seen you know some hijinks on midtown so far like
day for this one I mean it seems like it's just the old faithful for a lot of
teams to rely on this is a very heavy kind of like front to back map not
great for the dives so I wonder if maybe crownfall are gonna continue to try and
play with like devil dinosaur mirror maybe then I'm gonna be as worried about
banning out things like the cap on the venom couple different options that they
can go for in terms of composition might be able to see the triple triple hold
as we normally do on midtown, but this is a must turn around win for Crownfall. Went down to the
wire in Celestial Host, but this is their map, they can need to be their domain of pain for Shikigami.
We'll see if that'll be the case in map 2. All right, kind of dropped some hot, steamy bands here
for Shikigami and Crownfall. The question is, where is the targeting going to be? We didn't see
like a huge amount of respect towards the Majed Black Cat, uh, thus far. A lot of teams are kind
like they've got the aura cat,
you know, like crazy kitty Tanuki.
These people are like, we got to
ban the black cat against them.
Otherwise it's going to get
first protected and we're not
seeing that kind of respect at
the moment coming from
shikigami much more as we said
about constraining that Vanguard
Paul indeed gambit is once again
going to be first man because he
is Thanos. I thought we were
first manning dino there.
We were just still catching up
a little bit, but yeah,
cronfo got to go back to
probably focusing down the
strategies. They try to change
it up. Thinking the biggest dress on Shigugami were the vanguards, and I would totally agree
with that Isidore and Kaya very underrated in that case. It will be a dyno mirror at
the end. But yeah, it really did hurt Cranfall to have to face a low key Mantis Ultron damage
boosted situation there. So we'll see how they pivot from that.
Okay, standard bands out of the way. Now it's time to put in some personality to this one.
in America once again going to be taken off the table. And really maybe Crownfall
don't need to solve their bans that much given how close domination was. It mostly
just came down to ult economy. Given that Shikigami kind of had three
ultimates for the last fight and Crownfall had zero.
Yeah, we're targeting the vanguards again and I think Crownfall
maybe pleased the fact that they went all the way to the third round against
Shikigami and if Crownfall are in a position where they can control
how and when fights begin,
Crampfall are in a better position
because when they can defend,
they are proactive and they look good.
Shikigami though, maybe you want to give a chance
for Frost Mountain to get on the Black Cat.
And this is something we really only saw once,
and I think it was on symbiotic surface against Heretic.
So it wasn't too bad,
but then he went back to the Daredevil.
So, you know, there's always that old comfort pick
while again, Crampfall are repeating the same bands
from Celestial Husk targeting Kaia.
I'm not sure if you can see
the white fox coming out of
the back of the map. There is
potential to have something
like an ultra on here for
Crownfall if they want it, but
I wouldn't be surprised to see
the white fox come out again,
given that, yeah, black cat is
saved on the other side. But I
think for Crownfall once again
with their Vanguard bands,
Shikigami are going to be very
comfortable to just slip into
the old Vanguard Deadpool shoes
again, given that Vanguard
Deadpool works pretty well on
his flat map, so verticality is
So yeah, some respect being given to Majed's Black Cat.
I think it was looking pretty threatening,
at least in the second round,
but I also think it was everyone who supported Majed
that also made that look good.
And that's still some time that crown fall needs to get
to really develop just the strength of their Black Cat.
But having a one-sided Black Cat is gonna help a lot.
A lot of teams are bringing out the daredevil
to try and scout for said Black Cat,
or just overall keep their, their comms up to where that black cat could be.
Alright, Crownfall once again contemplating the Devil of Duelist approach of course.
Having great on the offense here, giving each of the Highgrounds easily with the
Omni-directional movement of Star-Lord and of course the
easy war climbs of the Devil of the Dinosaur, the Daredevil as well, pardon me.
Many devils on the, on the Hot Streets of New York right now.
and just one angel, Angola even, and only what Beedle and Frank are playing at right now.
And this is a different map choice too from Crownfall when they lost a few maps in their round 3,
they went to Museum and Hall of Jolly, so this is going to be a lot better for Kai to play the group,
because you can get a lot more value from the isolation walls, and that'll force Crownfall to
maybe have someone that could try to deal with those walls better, but that's what the Fahad is going to do on the hit scan here.
And it makes it very annoying for the dino if they're not getting healed.
Big fan of Frost Mountain playing the Elsa here as well.
I just hugely love the solo duelist of the Dead Devil when you're playing these heavy
front to back setups with things like a group and a Devil Dinosaur.
Masjid noted in the back that the flanking runs out and so too does their luck.
Leila grabs that one and she has a legend who's gonna be able to control the height of that man.
Has access to the fan, has a life they're gonna be on top by imagine of Frost Mountain.
Moon Knight also just to break out a spawn here for Crownfall. There's quite a resistance from Shikigami
Especially when Leilis is playing as well as he has from the Ultron now for the Mantis, but Crownfall's time to ult!
I mean, Moon Knight's a great reed here from Majed. Not only do you have the permanent arms will be low-key cloned,
but the Devil's Aniseal functions as well as well and for heart.
The second that people get even slightly less of Echo of the Moon Knight, they could be easily cleaned up by the Phoenix.
I wouldn't even be about to swap to a group to mirror Kaia because what's better to be
cringe than with more cringe or fire with fire I guess is the better saying and the
strangling prison moon night combo is very good.
It is an investment though so we'll see what the comforts will be as legend is more known
for his strategist role and more known to well not even be on vanguard so crown fall
have a ton to rain down on Shikigami's parade starting with Fahad and Majed.
All right combo of tallest ultimates is trying to get through those dreams
But it seems like you can't be a well managed cats ultimate to survive it still
It all has to break out of the invisible boundary
Lunge from a forsaken money and the good of mischief having confirmed that upon the low key
But it's only a moment the glass drops is gonna grab a boohoo and the boohoo is happy to be bought to the back lines like oh
Thank you for delivery. I'm just gonna pop my devil dinosaur rampage right now and get rid of all these
these pesky healers and strategists, Abu, who gets their vengeance for a less than ideal
celestial husk, and Kaif can't do nothing but trade her life for a little bit of additional
time on Kaif.
Yeah, that's one of the bad ones.
You get really aggressive.
I mean, the offense can deny so many sight lines.
I mean, starting with the double duelist ultimates that just rained down, forcing all the strategist
ultimates from Shikigami to have it basically at once, but now there's an early fight from
And that's a long cooldown on the portal, which means they're not going to have that
to recontest the second point unless barring a marathon of a fight coming up.
And now you have Legend already on the front lines, the Banhammer hoping to target just
anyone ideally not Frost Mountain and he's already falling back.
Isidore has to be front and center and he has his own rampage.
Oh, Leila's got a good angle here, but I'm surprised he's going and has to readjust
the deal with the deadpool that's assaulting the backline.
Isidore's already been taken down.
A rare object for a Banhammer as Legend just overextends Kass there with a punished tilt.
versus five. In advantage, more Crownfall, Shikigami need to stay on the objective,
but they don't have the meat to do so. You can't stay there against the Devil Down, so he just does too much.
Yeah, the Moon Knight into the Loki is very strong. Crownfall having good punishment to Frost
Mountain's Black Cat, and as soon as you have that Black Cat reset, go back for heals. Crownfall
know how to tempo up and really own the real estate. They got the card to the end of point age,
is having Shikigami's backs against the wall and it was the same thing for the second point after
a Porto Blunder from Kaia and speaking of Rich, he's on the van pool now. There's a lot of good
options as Isidore still has a rampage, but man, Crownfall has the Moon of Conscious. This is gonna
be horrible. Once again, combo between Fahad and Mejir, then Leila's tank survival with Amidjah
is going their way. There's a moment there is- Oh, what? The Spidey's? Hello? Nah, check PC.
This guy's built differently on the Invis too, so Shikagami reset.
They just haven't been able to have any fights on their terms.
Crownfall are literally letting it rain on them, and Shikagami just have no umbrellas for this storm.
This has to be a stop because it's time to make his insane for Crownfall.
Alright, Shikagami have three ultimates to try and leverage here to make something happen.
The Invis will bounce her already used.
Let's just use it. The implicit is exchanged to escape the attentions of Light and Tooth.
still has the band hammer in towards the back line.
Lealas wants to crash on down, moves towards the back line.
Yeah, the impact is good, but Isidore's slightly better.
Finding the white fox and chomping through the miscador
is just absolutely mold!
The back line of Crown for who finally lost initiative.
Shikigami, how does a Dino just walk on your back line?
Like that, what a play from Isidore.
The Dino MVP from Celestial Husk,
Shikigami's vanguards are so scary.
That is why Crownfall are targeting those vanguard choices, but Isidore stands tall on the front lines as Crownfall of Isidore is too far forward.
Abu could try to kidnap Isidore, bring him into his own team. Shigami have to be careful with how far forward they are.
in the midst of a chaos managed to find their own strategist ultimate here. That's out aggressively to try and get those slows but now Frostbound is going to be isolated in the next of a team. However, cool and ambulance not for me but pro toss. Great use of the Phantom Pursuit.
Gassador too far forward fell initially, but Frostmound got kidnapped and was like thanks for delivering me to your strategist and Frostmound takes one down with him.
And full teams have had losses, but it's Crownfall that are forced to reset.
And now having the Kumiho form against no straggles from Shikigami, maybe an invisible boundary soon.
All eyes are on Frostmound and kind of what impact he can have as Crownfall step up, he needs the flank and take care of this, he's stressed.
Falling cards sent on out, in countless of the Phoenix Ultima brings Calthalos as the
saviour going to be there, nothing time is left to manage to find a hedge off the back
of the Glocks as well.
Tilda said Eagles managed to get their damage done, Frostmountain begins raking their claws
amongst his backline but the healing is pretty ridiculous right now and Lucian must have
been taken down so Leoless is actually going to get something done as we move into a final
confrontation.
Yeah, Frostmountain is really trying to minimise risk but he's also minimising his damage as
Crownfall already dropped, one of their duelists, Leilis continues to survive and Avoo just can't really solo hold, now he needs straddles to help.
In this ultimate smetcher that everyone is sustained, who's going to be playing audaciously though?
This is all might be a little bit too far out for healing, is good, amazing kidnap!
The big shuffle in honor to the Devil Dinosaur and the punishment is strong, three minutes held so far on third.
Ice cold from Frostamon, he shows up when you need him to the most.
Crownfall had over three minutes for this final push by the way, and they have just hit a brick wall
And it's called Shikigami still a valiant push
But a boo needs to be the one that leads a charge with the rampage Shikigami will not have a sustaining answer
against this front line
Good now coming through onto a boo who the outcomes with Devils release
Currency of my jet instant resurrection from leech from one heads up swap
Oh, this is a rocket raccoon.
No one would need to be these additional reinforcements
for Shigegami in this position.
They're so close to their respawns.
They're going to be back in no time at all.
Frost Mountain does their best to keep the cart contested.
Kaya taps in for about a moment.
Easily using Wicked Talons to avoid some of the incoming damage.
You can't play for half forever.
The accuracy is just too high.
It's the north throne of the cart.
And they're founded on by the N-Song Inferno.
The entire animal kingdom is coming for Shigegami.
the crowd fall push and pole was so impressive from pulling frost mountain in when he was trying
to escape after a last second touch to then grabbing like you said the Isidore dino and
throwing him off of the card so that he could not contest in crown fall could cap. I mean
really good composure from this attack after man and on end of fights that were failing back to back
to back. Three minutes plus that it took for Crownfall to get this job done, but capping
on this map is so impressive. This is one of Demos' full-holdable maps that we have
when it comes to Convoy, and now Shikigami have to set that same pace at the very least
get to the end. Or else Crownfall are forcing map 3.
I could dream of a map 3 here. Tell you what, I wouldn't mind it, Lemon. For hard sitting
on 10 final hits right now and no casualties for hard has had an absolute standout game
so far showing just what could be achieved by Phoenix before seeding it over to Mijia
and go you know what buddy I'll let you catch up on those final hits I'll be over here ult
running.
The Phoenix is always rising from the ashes that is why she is a very popular duelist
right now to be able to escape dive to get away from any pressure and that ultimate that
also gives that survivability, but now what is going to be the spawn break strat?
It's going to be Leilis on the Punisher off of the triple strat damage boost bot that he usually is,
and Frostmound on the Wolverine.
You're trying to kidnap, but remember the Dino camp can't be kidnapped,
so you're looking to maybe claim Legend or really anyone else that is accessible,
especially maybe if you thought a Groot or some other cheese was going to be coming out.
Shikigami though are just overwhelming this defense with damage.
This is all in on fully Abu-Hoo.
Frostmance is gonna be getting in close,
giving a lot of damage for it,
though, I realize she's gonna be tricking that head.
You can see Abu-Hoo is technically turning their hitbox
every now and then to avoid taking too much crit box damage
instead of soaking it up over the tail,
which is a lot more manageable
for the healing output of Crownfall.
What are you doing?
Can't even gonna see this punisher team up.
Come on, get on this dyno.
Let's do some shotgun gameplay,
but shit could come here.
Very much not seeing progress,
but Leilus is shotgun.
You have to be so careful you're a Nankard and a Buddha with suffering!
Oh, the suffering is real, Majep has the hydra, but what can they do with it?
And now they're just looking to a horde of Shikigami and unable to pick out a singular target
to try and focus in upon a boo who gets to a drone, Cross Mountain gets grabbed on in,
but a quick dash out and it is going to seem like a lot of their resources have been used.
The impact is strong and Cat doesn't quite get the dark portal application that she wanted.
It's at all the next corner, Cross Mountain joins them in the respawn
And look at these sparks building up now amongst the forces of Shikigami.
The house, the house, lemon, the house is on fire.
This comp is on fire. I'm glad Frost Mountain got a bucket of water though,
because this Wolverine just had no point.
If anything, he was the one getting kidnapped by the dyno.
It's gonna be much more suitable.
This has to really find a good flank that Crownfall are not gonna see coming.
And Crownfall are adjusting perfectly to this assassin by playing as far back as they can.
And this is where Leilis, Judge Jury Executioner,
You need to just put a lot of damage down. You need to get some momentum generated.
Cross-mountain, this could be some big claw, that's right.
Here, the cleave is strong, but nice ice frame from the Phoenix.
Francis, it is not the only one that can give those over.
How comes invisible boundary, Majed?
Going to be cornered by Cross-mountain.
There's plenty of heal and a rate of cat-balling down.
In the midst of the, in the midst of the eternal bond,
as well, it seems to Shiki might well have found cat kidnapped away from the healing airway.
Yeah, the temple is really suffering from Shikigami.
You didn't see those big dualist ultimates that you would have hoped for, mainly Leilis.
You had the eternal bond.
You had the healing down, but then as soon as Crownfall matched it, Shikigami hesitated
on how they were going to keep going forward.
They're trying to sync up with Frost Mountain, who isn't always committed in these fights,
but he chooses quality over quantity of engagements as Leilis is choosing to get healed instead
here.
being careful. Yeah, she could
Shikigami have to make up for some time here.
Crown Falls sped through the second objective
after a Kaia portal blunder where they owned.
Crown Falls only needed to win really one actual fight
at the end of the objective.
And Crown Falls macro game has been so strong.
This is why they picked this map.
They have a really good understanding of it.
So Shikigami need to make this a speed run.
But that first point, that first objective
was so expensive for them.
They don't have dualist ultimates.
They just have Kai and the ban hammer isn't a game changer.
about to move a damage boost coming out from the Mantis as well, knowing that you can't really get too much value off the plans on this particular point.
Legend gets isolated, great ground coming through from Isidore, and my goodness, the vulnerabilities are going to be difficult to deal with.
Forces at the Cougar to be unleashed here from Protoss. Falling low is the fox, and does want to go too far.
Let's find themselves in the clutches of Frank Castle on the shotgun.
Yeah, this is- You cannot get close to this front line.
Leilis is sticking close to Isidore, and this shotgun is giving such a huge advantage to Isidore in the Dino V Dino mirror.
Shikigami seemed really good progress, and now they've built up towards all the good ults to go for this final push for second objective.
All eyes are on Leilis, and now we get supported! By the way, the minutes!
Ah, Majed on my flank. You heard the click from behind the heels of Jean Grey. You could play somewhat anxiously because of having access to the end zone in Burnham to save your own life if you got like what great ballsy play from Majed.
That was supposed to be Shikigami's fight, Majae changes everything, Crownfall win it off of just that
and Shikigami has to reset. This needed to just be the full push with the Punisher ult and everything
and Crownfall did so much burst damage so quickly as Kaia sets him up for a portal.
It's going to be splitting up Shikigami and now here's the surprise.
rolling on forward, guess who has the disengaged now?
Trampol has to speed away from the point as best they can.
And this was constant rotation of the Devil Damage,
or in and out of the forward game,
they get to survive in the midst of the healing given over
by the invisible woman.
Out comes the burst of the shotgun.
The damage boost from Frost Mountain as well
needs to be applied onto that.
Punisher is not currently there.
I'm gonna grab from Isisthor.
The other coach, he never saw them coming.
Oh, and I left field with Devil Damage,
so difficult to deal with the second eternal bond.
Now to be sent out by Linsham who can just concentrate on dealing with damage now is the dogful's
grasp of a defensive crown full. You see that Shikigami, the chaos there, just barely getting a
handle of it to have all these damage boosts, all these ults, and even a super late eternal bond,
if I'm honest, when it started really going Shikigami's way, but it is taking a while for
Shikigami to get those team wipes going. Crown fall now with full swabs, the moon night now
to take advantage of this group setting,
legend to the mag, to try and give these bubbles to Abu,
and also leave something better to deal with the Punisher,
with the Meteor Ems, you just trade ult for ult in that case,
and just have a shield to help Abu disengage if needed.
Yeah, real difficult to deal with the Hanna-Ponsho as well,
during your Punisher ult,
unless you're so immobile with those dual Gatling guns being deployed.
Fnavo Lil' Ash is gonna continue to enjoy themselves,
pumping away at these large head-hair boxes.
The shotgun is doing the Lord's work out here, and you don't even need to be on top of the dino.
You just have to be on top of theirs, and Layla is just so punishing against these vanguards.
Majed needs to be nosing on their approach though, going up to hello Layla, it's no seal location.
Ah, you should be disabled cookies, mate, you know they're tracking you.
A boo who's got nowhere to go, but back to respawn, there's a huge amount of car presence coming through as well.
Crownfall are working towards some good ult, but this is the final stand unless Shikigami get an even better time bank. Meteor M also has not been earned yet. 7% away. That can make the world of a difference. And he is just going to get it in time.
Oh no, and Kaya got late staggered and there's less than 30 seconds.
gonna be able to just walk up and maybe a portal should be in consideration. Kaia not gonna go
for that. Crownfall gonna swap up to the Pogs. Mijed back on the Phoenix. They know they have
space to work with. They could try and poke this down. Shikigami have 10 seconds and Crownfall are
taking an early fight. Shikigami will be able to touch but it's not gonna be comfortable.
Healing is going to be supreme
A high IQ swap over onto a white fox as well
Stop a black cat in there, tracts Frost Mountain falling super low
Has the calling card ready to go and needs to be a little green as well
Bandhammer into a back is a small resolution with ever dying
It's called the Rampage!
That's gonna be a lot of clean coming through with Frost Mountain
Literally it was already there
Frost Mountain's reach got absolutely crazy on the backline now
Bandsome pursuit, it's crazy maneuvers
All the APM from Frost Mountain gets higher and higher
As we go to extra rounds
I was worried because he was starting to get mixed up on against the low key doppelgangers of who he was really dealing with and then
identified the cloak and dagger and that's when the car of the house of cards came tumbling down for crown fall who just
Almost by the way just one out the map right there came down to an overtime push for shikigami
Both teams now finishing with no time at all
it will come down to just a minute, basically, each with Crownfall attacking first and man the
impact of these swaps from Crownfall have been huge. The Magneto against the Punisher trying to
not mirror but to counter. We'll see and they'll have time to swap and do exactly that once they
leave the spawn on doors. You could even see maybe some Moon Knight but not believing in this
Wolverine so we'll focus more on the defense. Frost Mountain, you could tell he's put in the
time between yesterday and today to be a more confident black cat. He is the whole reason
why Crownfall had no healing at the end of that fight. So Frostmountain again, you live and die
by him and Shikigami, that's their hero. I'm calling Carpere sense of a praise, which is
pounce after pounce. And it might be a bug type move, but with Frostmountain's terror ice, the
offensive potential goes crazy. And Crownfall now having to attack first. Someone saver attacking
first is a little bit of an advantage here is you could hold in the same
position and win the game or save crown for we'll be able to leverage that one
though as Majed once again is feeling the moon night and I like it yeah this is
just a large amount of burst against a stacked group and Isidore is just gonna
be kind of the solo vanguard I guess Kaia will be there here and there but
they're trying not to get farmed by the moon I'm a jet actually goes to the Elsa
to have more of that health percentage damage there is an off-angler that
Crab fall are trying to note and it will be either legend or somebody that has to jump up there
But yeah
I'm still ready to go heads in towards the back trying to cut through some racoon states right now
Peelings going to be solid and Kyra on the other side have actually been able to trade up for a yana coach
You just like all of their strategies to see gauging great self-sustained coming through from the vanguard and I was understop the car in
in its tracks. Damage exchange between the double-divered source layer lighters hits headshot after headshot.
The bubble shield generator not ready yet.
As Frostmountain looks towards the back lines, hands a little bit of cash to work with here.
Majed looks them on the approach and down to half HP. What can you do?
Betrayal and find the high frames.
Oh no, ends up in the Dynabove!
I'm afraid you need more than staking eggs to get past Majed in the morning.
Aw, not the bench, hurting them in the end.
Crown fall, it's a decent push, but you need more out of this minute.
And you gotta let this Elsa farm, this will be a huge Apex predator if they can farm up in time.
But of course the damage boost could be just what tilts the scale for Shikigami.
And a very early invisible boundary, cause like, Yano got picked.
Shikigami, have the resources and the ult.
Alright, I'll come up with an ultimate attack here.
Feel about what a suddenness of a hard one to try and take down.
Because with Yano, I'll provide great damage in onto an ultimate.
Lioness's turn has nearly arrived.
89% so far, Flotor's gonna be the primary target is Laird.
No, he's just so scary, the aura, I can feel it.
That's tough, because Crownfall could have had a later hurrah in that fight,
with things like the Apex Predator and other big, like it was around 70-80%
to a few of these big game-changing ultimates.
But Shikigami, they farmed early, being able to have more of a push and pull at the beginning,
keeping Isidore alive, allowed Lindstrom to farm up the invisible boundary before Yanukouji's,
and playing kind of that risk and reward with your vanguards is what makes you an incredible
strategist. And speaking of incredible strategists, Legend, who's now on the vanguard, had that first
pick onto Lindstrom and what looked like it could have tumbled everything down for Shikigami,
Crownfall saw progress because of this death pool, and we'll see if that will be enough,
because the payload that finish line for this second map is just short of that first objective.
Yeah, you're exactly right, Lemon. That pick from Legend forced so much space to be given up by
Shiki to be able to survive during that resurrection period while the battle rake will beacon from
calf. And that might be exactly what keeps Crown Full in this series. Legend, by the way,
most final hits on the team right now. Evidently, the Roll Swap seems to have been cooked well.
Yeah, I'm glad that groundfall are kind of changing things up. It took maybe a warm-up
time for Isidore to work off of a different Vanguard than Lois when he spent a lot of
time with, but Shikigami now are on the offense and it's the Punisher special yet again. No
Magneto and you won't be able to swap to this because you'll probably have to portal if you're
groundfall depending on really when this fight breaks down if it ever does for groundfall.
Yeah, big thought there. Kai actually gets pulled in by Aiyama Koji, which is gonna be a huge turnaround in terms of the amount of misses when I'm gonna be solo Vanguarding.
You can see a pretty good kind of step without knowing.
Oh, I didn't have to worry about another Vanguard in my face. I think I had shots. I could just stand him away with the objective now.
Ah, 30 seconds though, an ultimate stalemate, and now a Van Hammer comes down on Bludgeon.
From to the strategist, and Lindstrom pays the price.
All right, Michelle. Oh, nice reef like that. Just making sure that I believe some of the healing that Kendra from Rocket Raccoon was directed away from the Punisher.
Ten seconds remain, but it's not that much of a wild dash for Shikigami.
Oh, five seconds and Shikigami still have to touch, and it may just be Frostbound off the Black Cattle do so, and this finish should fade off into the distance of having Kai to take back over.
Take back over, he has to ban Hamory, he could try to remove someone from crowdfog, at least neutralize him for the moment, but crowdfog also has to hide ground, and Layla is just trying to focus on making them uncomfortable.
and Crownfall scurry for the hills for one last fight.
Yano is gonna be on portal duty
and Mached will be back,
but he's not fully respawned,
so there's only one strategist here for Crownfall.
All Yano has to do is protect the portal
and allow that path to go through.
The last of them aren't even bought,
and Shigagami cannot be pushed on the cart!
Because of Yano,
the planet is so scaring to stay here,
so they can't stay here forever.
I wish I'd be taken up,
but Layla's gonna get there in time.
And we end Song Inferno's nothing when faced with this.
crown for what a recon test.
Mujep with the swap over onto the Loki,
putting forward a doppelganger,
bringing out the Rooms of Regeneration
to make sure that everyone can stay alive long enough
for that cosmic yarn amplifier.
What a perfectly managed fight
after getting absolutely shell shot by the black cat.
And that was as close as it gets
on crown falls map choice,
Leila's to the sky,
got him off the objective,
and the rest of Shikigami out macro'd,
by Crownfall, but now the ball is in Shikigami's court,
what map will they go to?
We'll find out after the break.
Do you remember who you really are?
Show me that you are still the only one for me
I'll be waiting for you
Baby, again, everything you've done is crazy
The sense smashed into a cycle
Before the risk of turning in
The arrivals will be in my hands
And I don't mind holding you down
There's no end to our lives
We are right to steal the end of time
We are flesh, we're like a whip
We're fights, fishing across time and space
But you are my designated end
You see the dawn, the flame, burning brightly, shining on those that know reason, yes.
Of course, no time has seen you turn in lip-stance.
And do you see now, our time, our time, we can still fight like the wind in the fire,
Wonder how it was
And now it's the only time your heart is mine
Light has fallen, darkness broke down
Yes, if I could understand you, I'd play
You dare to smile in front of others the future
Break the chain, make the flame fight with me
And when you play, yeah, I'll make your heart's racing
This is the shift of time
We'll pull the wings, turn sides again
We are close to the end
We are always there
We've been drawn minds
We're always there
We're always there
On the ends of us
The end rivals on the edge
We're still the end of time
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Show me that you are still the only one that matters for me, I'll be waiting for you.
Wait up, I'll be your hands holding on to your heart, looking side of you.
Can you feel it? It smacks you.
I need a blood, a shadow, I need a color, I've got my true colors for me,
Who needs to watch America's when EMEA has all the action, no more sweeps available.
going to a map three between
Chikigami and Crownfall and well a double C9 at the end in overtime could not have predicted that myself but 11 I mean
talk to us a little bit about like kind of the macro fights between these two teams we saw it be a very back and forth
affair especially in that third checkpoint. Yeah I just wanted to say also all the underdogs are really stepping up there's a
There's a lot of map three force forces against the top three teams and shikigami has got a lot of respect from this community
And yeah, just macro game things from the Kaia portal and second objective not really working out that
clears out their entire second point defense and not a great way
But who is incredible like day is fahad and we've been waiting for him to step up
Yeah, we've been expecting behalf of this kind of hitscan demon for a long time
And hasn't really had the space to make it work in many cases, but it seems like with the devil dinosaur changing this huge
Presence in the front line. It's continually demanding all of that attention
Finally for hard had the space to work with walked away with 12 final hits a lot of them were in the initial push of
Crown for which was just so heavily momentum based in the part kind of gave up that primary duelist role to machete
so that they could step back and use the Ultron to try and rebuff some of their damage that was incoming.
But honestly, what a play from Fahad, their reactor at 51.5% on the Phoenix.
We saw a lot of flexibility here too, Lemon, in terms of like hero pool from both teams,
just trying to figure out, you know, exactly what works best for them.
I think the Vangar targeting for these Valiant Protects against Shikigami cannot be understated
without crowdfunding. I've kind of read them with the prep for the series.
Yeah, and they had to just go off of the Loki Mantis Ultron for Shikigami and incorporate things
like the Cloak and Dagger and whatever else, Invisible Woman if needed, still very strong in
this meta. And yeah, two very different approaches of how to break spawn. Midtown is very niche in
terms of the composition that you can run just to get out of spawn, whether it's the Moon Knight
from Crownfall or Shikigami with the Punisher. And Leilis was a huge standout for me on the
Shikigami side, but there was a lot of hesitation on the Shikigami camp of really mitigating their
their aggression as much as possible and they're going to go to Central Park, which speaking
of like really niche compositions and a niche map, it's definitely one of them.
I mean, this is D-Map though, like for Shikigami for what we saw in the pre-season, right?
I don't think we'll see a flyer composition unless they somehow manage to ban out the
Devil dinosaur instead of the Gambit specifically because how well it can target the flyers,
but even that, I mean, I'm just excited to see what compositions we see from them because
seems to be like the comfort pick, the domain of Shikigami from what we've seen.
Yeah, but it certainly seems like the one where the hero pools can be flexed the most.
I wonder if we are going to see the triple flyer again, given that one of the large
strengths of that triple flyer composition with the Angela of a human torch and the
Ultron was that you could often take a fight on your terms on the back of an Angela kidnap
and that's very difficult to do against Devil Dinosaur because not only is he immovable,
but also can grab the Angela out of the end midway through that kidnaping.
I mean, it's joking black cat to the mental fish that grounds as well. I mean, there's a lot more counters than there were from preseason. So it'll be tough. I mean, they got to ban out the black cat. They got to ban out the devil that is so they got to ban out invisible woman too, which we saw, you know, sometimes it worked when they didn't play the invisible woman on the other side, got the band for that and had it on their own end as well. But I'm really curious on like what the prioritization is going to be there because this is do or device as I said before, right for these teams.
Shiki Gami, if they go down 0-2 this early,
it could be a chance lemon that they don't even make it into the playoffs.
This would be the biggest upset of stage one thus far.
So far, guys, this is only week one.
We're seeing Curtis Pro drop a map.
We saw Shiki Gami just now drop a map.
Like, all the teams are really still trying to figure out the meta
and the race is on to figure out Black Cat,
to figure out how to support Dino,
and what maps to go to for these compositions.
I'm just excited to see how things will unfold for essential park our final map of our first of three mind you
Best of threes that we have today starting off strong. We'll see who could close it out here
This lemon is where shikigami shocked the region and potentially the world by taking their first map off of
of Na'Vi, one of our reigning champions here in EMEA
and a storied legend of a team.
And now it's far more inglorious trying
to rescue their series against Crownfall,
a match where they were very heavily favored coming in,
I'd say.
Yeah, and Shikigami would have liked a clean win here.
And now I'm worried about a win at all, because to be fair,
it was just two C9s and a crazy overtime push
that gave Crownfall the win on Midtown.
on their very much mat pig.
And imagine what Shikigami could do on their playground,
as we'll see at least one dino in the picture.
That has been the bread and butter of Shikigami.
Isidore has been insane on it.
And I think Crownfall have really stepped up
on how they've been able to sort of really support Abu-Hu,
which I felt was left alone a lot on Celestial Husk.
But now Legend's been stepping up on the Deadpool
and whatever else, even like the Magneto
when facing against Leilis's Punisher.
It seems like Lunar Snow hasn't been catching so many bands so far, like is Lunar Snow just
the truth now?
It seems like we're going back to the old classic days of Marvel Rivals, eSports, as
Manz is once again going to be taking off the table.
Crownfall, like they didn't change their bands.
Heading into map number two, and I was like, okay, maybe this isn't ideal, but you know
what, it was close enough on domination, but maybe we don't need to change it.
See if Crownfall once again banned the Venom here.
Shikiami are going to have a chance to protect the Venom.
really amazing. Makaya is amazing on the Venom and to be back on his comfort because what did they
protect? I think they protected Black Cat last time and we'll see. Yeah, okay, so Crownflower are
going to respond. Make sure that Frost Mountain won't get that and he's fine maybe just going back
to the Daredevil and being a flexible kind of duelist in that in that way. Yeah, also we've seen
Frost Mountain temporarily pick up the Mantis as well when they were supporting Leal as his
I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean,
I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean,
legend coming in super niche.
What's fun, though, is that the
dino. Once you put the bleed you
get the grab you could throw
people into the penny mines and
usually it's Chicago me that are
reinventing the wheel, and this
is certainly one of the wheels
of all time that crowd for are
trying to do. Um, yeah, it makes
it so that when you play front
to deal with the mines, find out where the nest is, and maybe that'll be Frostmound that has to
add another objective to his list of identifying where the nest is, because that is the number
one thing you have to do at the start of this fight. Okay, production has confirmed to me,
thank you production, but it is indeed the Vanguard full fan. But now you've got to deal with the mines.
The mineship here needs to pick up here the Leila's, but we'll have to take a rather audacious
angle to try and find that spider nest, and when you're being constantly patted by Fahad,
It's a little bit easier said than done
Interesting pathing here from shigagami to just curtail this choke point
That is usually impossible to get through and especially get around the mines which are now placed on top of these strategies here for crown falls
So trying to negate what kaya can do and they'll find people who are not in the nest and the cool down for the root on
Legend is so short so is the door and kaya about to not have a fun time
Yeah, like that's 25% of time hard stone is kind of crazy
This is also going to make it a lot harder for me to try and get value out of these guys
You can make constant healing of a cyber web snares, but she can't if you just stand within and kaya
When you're getting these constant stuns
You can't get your symbolic resilience when you want to as you need to be in control of your character to press the e
And what's a mad dash of the exit here for half playing doorman?
He's gonna need to see your ID. He thinks it might be a fake
Yeah, I'd be scared playing any flyer into for hard he is not just warmed up
He is heating up. This was the MVP from midtown having what at least what did we say?
60% accuracy or something crazy like that very very high and now crownfall will have the escape ability of the end song inferno
Let's jump can maybe try to stabilize shikigami the invisible boundary will cover the entirety of the objective and kaios trying to block off
Some of these heels and no one could jump into this end song inferno
Hard might have that ultimate force by being pulled down by being visible. What?
Oh! Okay, she is not here to play anymore. She is here to dominate.
All the mind gets cleared here. Isidore does that for their more squishy members.
As inside of the shield, there's no healing to be given over to Legend.
And that might be the end of the Legend of Penny Parker for now.
And so Yana Koji is just going to send out a doppelganger.
A momentary distraction. The portal opens.
Kelsey even for who Legend stops over onto the Devil's Island.
So as someone has to, you can't leave such a powerful character on the table.
A big grab onto Kyra into his Iman form, still inside of those shields, that means that even less healing can come their way.
Leila just pounds down with the rage of Ultron from a farmer shed, simply clings onto the back of one of these pillars to try and avoid the incoming gap.
All across mountains, hands of conch, so it's my turn to take the point.
Oh, no!
No!
It's- that's a word I would describe it with for sure.
Now no- and there's no portal to kind of jump into that with, so...
Blunder there.
End.
As we'll check in very soon on how the- okay, yeah, the whole lobby is cooked.
We will sort out this tech issue glad it's not just me and you're losing me on the dance floor when I hear dancing queen
Oh, yeah network every day
And we're back baby like it never happened lemon
Yeah, okay, well act like some straddles did happen either Isidore the Rampage pulling in the other Dino into his own
Clutches of this team
Protoss of the Invisible Boundary may shikigami not have any real estate to play with, but this is the Isidore Playground
Good value here from Lenshram as well, like half time get inside of the ultimate body block there by legend who's still on the devil dinosaur
Well maybe a little bit overextended, the healing is going to be difficult to deliver all that way
and so Shikigami are going to get even more presence on the objective.
Frost Mountain is feeling very confident here on there.
I'll find it was going to need significant poxing though.
Survive through the roll.
Have you seen the shed?
Okay, going after the Mantis, bound out by Leilus and the shed.
Well, he definitely put some stress down. The cooldowns have been forced and now Galactic Legend's getting into position and the shed is watching carefully.
Alright, CrossMath needs a lot of pocketing here, a lot of healing debuff given over as well.
CrossMath gets grabbed into the Emma Ultimate by the Devils chain of the Daredevil,
but my Z5's gone too far this time, but the Inflate runs out, so too does the Healthful Abu,
who now grabs all of the space, but has to grab a double done as well to make it happen.
Too late on the Invisible Boundary, Legend cannot be saved.
It has to be rewritten later, but Abu has got so much charge to try and work with,
Fahad tries to stop the approach here where he needs to be pocketed and looks towards an attempt at attack here from Fahad, but everyone just scatters away and is able to easily survive most of the damage.
Unless you're doing an amazing job of giving these invisible woman shields to these fliers so that Fahad is not easily able to take down these targets and now that the skies are clear, the shields are down, Fahad is just absolutely relentless, yes, she could got me cowering.
Kaira, used for so illiteration but I think it was a quick escape there from Ayana Koji.
Force to use the greens to try and survive this one.
Kaira is going to use the symbolic resilience to make sure the Sponsors of Health to try and deal with the pushing that's coming their way.
Kat almost has access to Vassal Resurgence, but gets 1 v 1'd on the outside.
What a great identification for the hard, as both the invisible boundaries are drawn on that.
Protoss and Lindstrom both keeping their teams afloat.
Now there's not much to try and stop Frost Mountain and Isidore.
They might decide that it's time for an Alpha Strike.
Isidore could have already done enough by themselves though.
Also, the Frostmatic just hold on to the ultimate for dear life now.
The other coach noted as they emerge from the shadows,
they always meet low Q the entire time.
You never expected it, but Laylaz says they've had enough of these tricks.
It's an attempted portal back.
Got a touch right now.
It's not going to happen.
And okay, now this is bad.
But hey, I would say that was still a really great defense from Crownfall.
You brought that down to the last 30 seconds,
and Protoss' invisible boundary pretty much got the 9.
He placed it towards the cart and they were still trying to get out of the castle doors because Shikigami placed their own invisible boundary
And then you couldn't even get to your own
defensive resources so Shikigami just really going toe to toe here
Galactic legend could be awkward as Frost Mountain has to take to the skies and crown fall her now going back to their fortress
Big force of the green server a generation of main being down could be a huge opening for Frost Mountain to try and work with
with, but going through that doorway is a little bit risky for hard. He's a little bit wide right now.
Grofflatt could try and shut it down. There's the N-Song Inferno, and oh my goodness,
for tracking down the pit and the Alpha Strike,
Kath once again catches all of these hands, the N-Song Inferno, combined with a Devil Dinosaur.
Only a minute left, every stagger here matters.
Grofflatt's bow is going for a Hail Mary, and it catches Krautfall over extended.
Aw, without the damage boost, that could have been risky, but it seems like Frostmountain
found the ideal timing.
Three squishies are down, and there could be staggers on others if they're brave enough
to move forward.
Yeah, the perfect reaction from Abou puts the shield in Frostmountain's space, brings
out the sign of seduction, forced the rest of Shikigami into submission.
Now, speaking of Galactic Legends, it's this time for Majed, but he needs to get close,
and he's already trying to find an off angle.
Shikigami may not see this coming.
We're going to the end.
Alright, already having forced out the invisible boundary,
Mjeds gonna have an opening here for a second,
that the ultimate goes down,
watch for Mjeds to try and make something happen.
Frost Mountain gets a momentary touch onto the card,
for Frost Mountain already down,
Mjeds doesn't really have anyone who can challenge him in the skies,
but knows he should be going to have to make their way through this choke point,
and so he can easily sit back and wait to find a value off the ultimate.
Once the ult runs first, he will find Layla as he goes directly into the hands of the hard.
It should be easy for the hard now to farm up these final blows.
Frost Mountain opens.
The pentagram of Ferala, but what spell is strong enough to claim the throne itself?
The crown begins to fall from Shikigami as the defense is looking strong on the outside.
The heart can take to the sky, hovers empirically as the power of the Phoenix itself
carves through the sorceress of Grim.
Layalas emerges, the rage of Ultron to be well known.
The sparks build up over time, starting to crumble on down.
And Fahami's to worry about the damage coming from the outside,
but a frost mountain falling.
there's no one to contest and crown full hold at Dracula's Castle.
Protoss on this invisible woman has been a difference maker. We don't get to highlight
these heroes, especially on the strategist side of things. Protoss just matching invisible boundary,
mirroring it almost every single time and using it as soon as he has it. That pull on the Star Lord
was everything, especially mid-flight if he doesn't have those eye frames. Absolutely ruined
in shikigami's momentum and the star lord is a huge part of your win condition. So pro
toss really manipulating this fight, the push, the pulls are everything for crown fall to
deny these shikigami people that can give them success. And yeah, shikigami still almost
got to the end though. A lot of teams get full held here. So I still think this is very
winnable for shikigami, despite kind of how tricky, how much of a thorn in the side it
was to go up against a penny defense and whatever that was.
Shikigami found a way around it and threw it
and all the way almost to the end.
This is hard once again, popping off on the Phoenix.
We'd love to see it.
29k damage so far, by the way.
Can you tell they're up against the Devil Dinosaur.
Crownfall, this is far from one already for them,
but very impressive.
Even as, like you said, we've got a highlight
for strategists for Crownfall.
Despite an early invisible boundary,
which we found somewhat objectionable,
They really got it together for some very disciplined survivability on the latter half of the map
Shed back on the black cat. There's a lot nevermind
Oh Star Lord, okay, so some more verticality for this cramfall team now
You have a strong front to back having the Emma as well
A boo is gonna hope to place a shield behind Isidore ideally and maybe even try to get a double grab
A double grab would be disgusting as this sort of was falling low already and the healing
is just not there.
Kyle was late on their approach, could not distract for hard.
So now everyone can look towards one vanguard and he won't last for long against this double
duelist.
Lindstrom is going to be taken out on the other side.
Diana Koji managed to grab that one off the back of some mystical missiles.
Wow, this is a swift cap for groundfall.
The portal okay does come in in time, but this is not a stable shigurami squad
Especially with a venom who is not gonna tango well in a brawl situation like this
The short of seraphim is certainly being tested right now by the canines of the dinosaur
Chaya forced to use a symbiotic resilience here as Frost Mountain is directly in the path of the hard
You're doing so much damage of these direct hits now with the Phoenix who definitely needs the buff
Yes, uh, goodbye, yes, and all goodbye point contest as kaya can't get it done and crown fall is setting a good pace here
This is an insane pace. I was just saying how this is like the hardest point to attack into and crown fall made it a speed run
And they did so without these two, but really invest ultimates
They almost have every single one on the board if shikigami don't get control of this upcoming title wave
They're about to get washed out and crown fall are going to go in with a record pace into final point
So Kai has already been pushed off on every dive angle. He's trying so good marking on these bank guards
And cramp within these use a single ultimate to take that first point I've which means we're now loaded for bear to try and get through
Second strategist in the eyes of the jet right now, but it's gonna be an opening to a boo-hoo to start with
Parage of Ultron pops out already
Of course they are CC and you know all that happens
And it's gonna be a big investment here from both sides as the Anacosia decides.
The staying power's going to be the name of the game for powerful.
Frost Mountain starts to scare some people away for hot blood on a very audacious angle.
And it needs to be punished or they could just do so much damage.
This is so deep!
Oh, the spray from Shikigami here, they are all over the place!
It needs to be a huge pop-up here from Frost Mountain.
But Majed just manages to get away temporarily.
Abu who catches these hands a couple of splishies are noted.
Frost Mountain manages to duck him to cover.
and now it begins to believe a blast of barrage inside of a small room is a thing that could get it done.
Finally, Shikigami finds himself a sense of stability.
I just want to appreciate the Protoss shields again to keep Mejeta alive and not 1v1 against Frostmound for as long as he could,
but there's just so much to juggle as a strategist with all the ultimates that just came out.
Crownfall, I mean, had plenty of time, and it'll be up to the rampage of Legend,
who is ahead against Isidore, where now a new Dino has emerged for Crownfall,
and we'll see what kind of havoc he can cause.
Numerically, Cross Mountain should have an advantage in all of these fights.
It has double damage, which is from Lothi, Ultron, and the Mantis.
Cross Mountain could be the primary target here,
but everyone's going to easily shoot down at this Phoenix indeed for hard.
Just forced to go back to full HP,
but now it's time for Lothi to open it up once, counts super badly.
The Devil Dinosaur's rampage does so much damage,
The pocket is so strong, three strategies to look to each other begin to recite their patty cake and in time there's going to be an opening as Legend falls on down and frostmounds with their double damage moves.
Can carve through these vanguards untouched.
Legend gone left out the dry because Shikigami were diving Crownfall's back a lot and now you miss out on the dino, but let's see if this psionic seduction will actually get Isidore to with his knees.
He's being so well supported by Leilis on the Rage of Ultron and Crownfall find themselves
out of stalemate.
This is the most difficult part of the second point to push with the high ground angle LOS
advantage going to Shikigami and there's an invisible boundary exchange coming up.
Invisible boundaries ready to make moves.
Cross-mountain doesn't only use their own ultimate yet, knowing that ALI Cochi does
have access to this and Protoss is going to be able to pull up after explaining why he
wrote ultimate.
Protoss is going to be able to lay out a second on here.
That's going to make it very hard to smile.
It's gonna all come down to Kat. Has about a couple of seconds here to try and build up yet another strategy result to keep the remainder of the team in a
Defensible position. Still there's gonna be landfall made by the end song inferno and crown fool.
They're never gonna grab it. Do you think of the back of the ultimates that have been given over so far? Kat just in time gets the soul resurgence.
Everyone was so low, but now they're feeling healthy. They're feeling hearty.
They're full of Vim and Vigor as they roll forth onto this backline.
But so far away, Mojed now getting a look into the backline. Three strategists.
And that's going to be a quick grounding as well for back of the beam of the devil dinosaur.
You cannot carve through the devil itself.
You need to instead go for the squishier targets.
There's the devil dinosaur, finally rounded upon by the vanguards.
You catch him so much higher, almost has a piece of the abyss.
99% he's going to fall down with.
Oh my god, just these invisible woman shields are dying so much from a jet
and eventually the spin to win.
A backflip into the backline of Shikigami
and they cannot withstand the storm of a crown fall.
crown fall two and a half minutes to go to the finish line. We will be determining a winner
of this series in this next section of the map. We enter the castle. We enter the court of Shikigami
with a rocket raccoon swap from cow to have that forgiveness. You need to be able to maintain
momentum. Crown fall has to be careful with really how they they are supporting legend,
which this is a new role for him and also a new hero, which you can tell that crown fall are
Adjusting but the silent production if she could got me or not careful if even if they dive a blue could try to peel
We're just that ultimate if he wants to
But today there was no of each other's locations
Kai's already had to use the symbolic resilience himself so cannot get to audacious with their
Influencia has to use their ultimate as legend's already got two, got three
That's gonna be a big grab onto the Recruit, bro
I wanted a snack and managed to find one, carved them down with the beam
It's not over yet for Shikigami, but losing it. Oh, it's not what she's supposed to be. It's not what she's supposed to escape!
Oh, that's one less tournament, God!
Have you heard of the legend, Daito? Now you have a 4k in that fight, but it's not over.
Now this is the last hurrah for Shikigami, invisible boundary against the charm, and Ayano has something up his sleeve too.
Layla's now waiting for their opening. Protoss has a narrow window here but needs to be built up before Layla's can take them out.
Here comes the galactic legend. Protoss needs to be sustained through all of this. What if he was grabbing me there?
And now with the shield being raised, surely it's easy to survive for a boo-hoo.
The heart has the end song in Furno, ready to be the final note in this chorus.
But first he's gonna go for Kai, who has not been taken down.
Because we got Apple Vibing, so much damage out of Shikigami, but Frost Mountain is nowhere inside it.
It's said to mars the attention of the backline
And while you're looking towards Frost Mountain
You're not looking at your dinosaur
The mountain has been scaled
But the scales have been stripped from the dinosaur
As if Shikshaub itself was striking
The jet towards the back
The dev already's we let on out
Needs to try and find themselves an opening
And wants to get under lynch
And the healing from Cather's going to be good
It's an all stain
On the point no matter what
Down to a single strategist
Has knees to try and crawl her life right now
Sending the healing from downtown
Majed is just doing their best to stay in mid-air, they're so close to making it happen,
Isidore's almost down, Frostmounds are gonna be the same, but he chumps on through the devil,
Kaya sacrifices her life for Isidore, makes it to the point with her ultimate!
Man, Crowdfall just kept going, she could go beyond no resources, all thanks to Majed!
Her rolling play is from Crowdfall, they've maintained the case, all third backs,
and she could go beyond every spawn advantage, it's not over!
Flintstrom's there just in time, and up for an ulti-soul for a solo dino for a dino.
Once again, Lealas is popping the ultimate, he's building them up so fast in the face of the abyss,
juicer the crowdfall offense. For hardly any there, a boo who's already down,
an end song inferno, once again going to try and scream out to heaven.
The beg for victory is to doors down, Frost Mountain does their best to keep this one
sustained Lealas, but a sliver of HP and the healing's gonna be delivered just in time.
Legend says alright my own legend then, begins the rampage, takes away the opposing vanguard
Kai has got no HP to work with, but there might be a heal or two on the outside
A return of the sorcerer, the pentagram, the forerunner might well be the shape of victory
that Crownfall have so desperately longed for
Up come the greens, through a generation of someone with no safety
A moment of respite for Crownfall to take a breath and try and asses this
As I call for yard amplifier just means there's too much HP to try and get through
They need to be on the cart at all times. There's nothing left in the overtime.
A boohoo cannot stand up to a devil dinosaur, but Isidore is equally taxed with their position
to continually lay down this presence. On the cart and gaps have been taken down.
Only Limstrom's there for the heels for hard to straighten, struck after shots,
and the rampage from Isidore. Surely this has got to be it. Surely this has got to be everything,
and they're pushed off the cart by Isidore's war. It's simply too powerful.
I can't believe it the fight that never ended the resilience from the defense gets cracked like an egg and
Shikigami
They lead the train to victory towards the finish line and take this series in three
But that could have gone either way. I mean how many more heroics does it take out a crown full?
You'd like a three or four came from a boohoo
was camping out the Chicago
me. Stries. I can't believe
Chicago me were able to get
back into his if it wasn't for
a portal and everyone else that
joins us speaking of that
Vodable. That was absolute
cinema. I mean it couldn't have
gotten any closer than that.
Easy door clutch. I do have to
give a shout out to the calf.
She touched at the last moment
on Rocker at Coon when no one
else was if they did not
actually get there in time.
It would have been a C9 and it
would have been a win for the
other teams. So shout out to
specifically, but it was a whole team effort to hold off the extinction event that we almost saw there for Shikigami, right?
This was a must-win series and it going this close makes me worry for them
But hey, they can at least celebrate for now and what a win that was like there actual prime-score, so AC Cinema
Absolute endgame endgame looking stuff right there. I like Shikigami. It was so close
I'm glad we finally get to see crown for kind of move into their final form because we're like after after what happened
Earlier this week our crown for gonna be a real team. They certainly are
That was just a crazy performance that we saw before but I believe we have an MVP to crown from that matchup
That we just saw yeah, easy door on the devil dinosaur has to be especially towards the rally at the end
I mean just being the embodiment of the vanguard as he could have ever out for here lemon on that last objective
He really was a dino supreme and it really was one-sided in my opinion at the start of this series
And then that's when all hell let loose and then legend was stepping up on the dino role
And the crown fault were always trying to adjust on how they could have a better vanguard matchup against shikigami
ground faulted everything to target vanguards from shikigami in terms of the
band and isidore was able to stay on the dyno that was a very important protect
that shikigami went for it for every single time and look how much like the
studs speak for itself how all of shikigami like got together it came
around isidore when he was controlling that space was everything I do have to
give a big shout to a sub legend though towards the end there I mean getting the
quads even set up the chance for them to get the victory at the end there
dispossessing kaya time and time again and isidore from the objective forcing
cap to be a little bit more proactive as the rocker akun moving forward and
even doing some damage to just to push them up from the objective and I gotta
say like everyone on this either side did the best that they could in this final
moment like they but one team proved to be a little bit stronger yeah I think
Shikigami just relied back on their fundamentals for teamwork. This team hasn't really changed that
much with the exception of Kath being added and Nami still being on the roster. And I think they've
been rewarded in like when the chips are down, you know, like when it's do or die and you have to
just rely on your fundamentals as a team, having that familiarity and that trust of each other in
those high pressure situations, I think really allowed Shikigami to do those things that like Kath
He's like taking part in these high trust situations as well. She's coming. He's a touch on the rocket for tune when there's a devil dinosaur there, bro
You know it's scary too. I just wanted to give some credit to the Fahad Phoenix man
I've been waiting for grandpa to really cement their identity and Fahad has always been a really good hit scan
But also the jack of trades of all the hit scans and Phoenix is the one for him 62% accuracy
the game. We've seen a
dino without 130,000. I don't
think we've ever seen a six
digit stat line until this
matter. But Fahad had a big
task upon himself to deal with
that. It was just a masterful
performance from, you know,
both teams towards the end and
Shikigami. They just got the
edge at the end of it, which is
just great to see from their
side of things, too. But I
believe, you know, we'll have
an interview later on
potentially with the winners, depending on if we can get them in. But looking at these highlights,
it means this was a movie of a matchup. And this is only one map out of the three that we saw down
to the wire every single time. Couldn't have asked for anything better. And I just got to say for
like the crownfall fans out there and the players themselves, I mean, don't feel disheartened here,
especially with how well you took a team who got into the top echelon of the preseason like that.
Yeah, I think the crown for walk away this of our heads held high and a renewed confidence heading into next week
Especially as this is the first time we've seen legends come in to play the back
Oh, and uh, like I was like I didn't even address it when they bought up a roscra
I was like maybe that that was like a bug in them reporting their role or something
So because like we saw that legend was like Melissa's an invisible woman but at the vanguard, I go like
That ain't real. I said it's an optical illusion
But honestly very impressive and I'm really hoping we get to see more of the legend Vanguard legends
Yeah, I mean I love the roll swaps that we're seeing throughout like
Americas in the a we've seen some in Pacific as well here lemon
I feel like that just goes to show that you have to have that flexibility in a game like Marvel rivals
Yeah, it's a lot of the strategies to have to kind of flex to everything else
I mean we already have crisis on the duelist and be on the strategy
So the roster is everyone has really had to be flexible. And I still think the game differential is very important whether it is, you know, who's going to get the top seed, but also for a team like crown fall, who it's really a contested group, they're
probably going to be fighting for third or fourth seed and taking a map off of a really good team like shake a dummy could make the world of a difference for playoffs.
I can't even predict now who's gonna be those teams from this group to even make it into the playoff like potential here as well like
Looking at both the groups that are available, right?
We have you know crowdfall fire straight cheeky gami it chosen ones reason in heretics heretics
I feel like it's the only safe one
Like day for this group big
Why heretics they go so pretty clean win over shikigami. Yeah, I may have a little bit of teeth and troubles integrated calf early on the light
We've seen it. We've seen a new version of Crownfall now. Crownfall certainly are going to be regretting their first day performance, to be honest.
Yeah.
He's going to put their playoff spot in some real danger, but they're big with a lot of the secret source of the legends now.
And we're still, it's still early days. This is only their second game out of five.
They still have three and a half to try and make something work.
Yeah. I mean, looking at the, you know, other playing field that there is there, you know, they got fire strays to play off against still reason, gaming and heretics.
So could get some wings there, especially reason
and fire straight hair tics, maybe a little bit more
of a struggle, but unfortunately, we
couldn't get the interview going.
So we'll talk to them a little bit later on.
They probably just need some time to cool their ads
after that victory for Shiki Gami.
So we're going to be heading on over to a quick break.
Then after that, it'll be fire straights versus the chosen ones.
Don't go anywhere.
Make us fall in the darkness, both at the end of our destiny
And then, two days running for the past, the future
Break the chains, leave the way, it's like we've been
And when you're ready, get up, open your eyes
Raising up your sense, smashing the silence
Before the risk, we search again
We are almost at the end
Rise up, I'll be your mind
We'll walk on to your power, step on the path of us
We'll ride the sun down until the end of time
I
Check out the new Penny Parker legendary costume in the shop available now to June
the new season. I've been
at the. I've been at the
new season. 19. Penny Parker,
the freshman and there's a lot
of different options to as
well for the color ways that
you want to rock with this
costume. I mean, I
definitely recommend picking
this one up. We got season
Penny Parker play as well.
Uh, last map. So you know,
Hey, it's getting rocked.
There's a decent chance that
you can see more of that in
some of the later stages, but
I feel like Central Park
Lemon is the one that we see
at the most. Yeah so fun with
we're not really expecting the
Penny Parker. Yeah we're
expecting a lot of good things
for our next series that we
have on the docket fire
strays versus the chosen ones
again. Another must win for a
fire strays here similar to
what we saw for crown fault
there specifically and you
know talking about fire
strays here as well. Jen I
mean what can we expect from
them and I heard that you know
got a chance to talk to some of
them as well. Yeah really a
rough rematch against reason
game. They lost to Oh, and I spoke to binary about it and they knew it was really rough.
They had some troubles playing in certain matchups, of course, not telling me what and
when, but just but that they are confident about what they've changed from yesterday
into today, and they think that that result will show. And personally, binary was absolutely
shattered from that loss. So a kind of needing to recoup and going into today with their
heads held high. Well, for our next roster, the chosen ones,
They were a team that, you know, a lot of people had questions about going into this and like they yesterday they definitely shut up all the doubters as they could one thing to note though crash will be subbing in for JDX for this matchup and I feel like JDX is like the second best player on the team there.
Yeah, JDX definitely was pretty impressive crash listed themselves here as Luna snow. We'll see if the DPS Luna is real it's only really my ranked game so maybe it could be really games as well.
But for me, all of my attention is going to be going over onto 21K, who is just very much the powerful avatar of this team.
A lot of resources go towards 21K, and Bro walks away with the goods very often.
Looking at the head-to-head between these two teams, specifically in terms of results, right?
The chosen ones were that Lions 2.0 Academy roster for Season 7, got the victory,
We only dropped, I believe, like two or three maps the entire time.
And the other side, you know, Firestrays, they've been rising through the ashes of
stage one last year into the preseason itself with stellar performances across
the board as an organization.
So nice to see those improvements, but they did have a little bit of a bump
in the road against recent gaming.
What we saw that last time, so this could be their chance to regain here, Lemon.
Yeah, and it's kind of really surprising to me for Firestrays.
I think it's purely a coordination thing.
the game. And so, you know,
the game is really, really
important. The roster is very
high quality. The talent is
there. Sloppo is one of the
most excellent star Lords that
we have, and this is a very
much a star Lord meta to try
and really match the how mobile
and how fast these fights can
be. And speaking of fast
fights, yes, Celestial Husk for
map one. Celestial is pretty
solid in terms of fast fights
me and leg day. I feel like
this is just our home base in
a little bit. My first map is always random for domination. It seems to be
still has about 70% of the time. Kind of weird that when there are four to choose
from, well fine if you're in quick play, but it's still has definitely has these
these longer fights to begin with. So we're once again going to be tested.
I'm really interested to see what compositions both these teams come out
with right. Fire strings it felt like they just didn't have a grasp of the
meta against recent game before and the chosen ones. They were all dive all the
way and I expect to see the same 21k Coco as they mentioned in the interview. They were saying
the best to Captain America in the world, so maybe we'll see some Captain America bands coming
out here. But, Matt Bohn, another must-win for Fire Strayz to stay in the conversation for the
playoffs. We'll see what they can do. All right, question is is 21k going to be catching any hands
in these bands as well? Lemon maybe, but they're there or could be taken away. Is it a pretty
scary fellow. Admittedly, a lot more of the melee door spans are going the way the Black
Cab, but we haven't seen a huge amount of that from 21K so far. And indeed, Double Dinosaur
is going to be protected for both sides, unsurprisingly.
And Fire Shires are still trying to figure out their Vanguard setup. I think that's their
biggest issue right now. Is it going to be Blacks though? Is it going to be Binary running
the Dino? Binary has a very strong Venom and Cab, while as Blacksup prefers more of the
Groot and the Emma, and a more front to back style. So you have two very different, I guess,
approaches to the vanguard set up for fire streets. Well, it's felt like chosen ones were cemented a bit earlier, and that's why they took that surprising win over Crownfall.
Yeah, like, getting surprises in these early rounds is very important because obviously there's not much tape on you, yeah.
This could be the choice once you have Luna for one of the first times we have Luna available this late into the draft
We could see it protect onto it
But of course seem that black has getting my attention
Maybe you want to try and do some triage on 21k and protect with dare devil and there it is
Yeah, that's been a comfort to for chosen ones although the black cat has always been an option
But since I get to banned out you want to give something to 21k so now the white fox gets protected
but the Luna snow team up will not be available.
So we'll see kind of what triple strat comes out.
And on a map like Celestial Husk,
where you have very high ceilings,
obviously there are no ceilings.
That's where Ultrons are kind of that other level
of damage boost, which speaking of Ultron,
that gets finally banned out by chosen ones.
Yeah, good call, Laman.
Ultron being taken off the docket here
is also really important for Daredevil.
Daredevil has a lot of trouble interacting with the Ultron.
On these, like you said, open sky maps,
of that much geography to really climb and get into Malay range of the ultra
where you can start chaining together those righteous crosses to stay on the
aerial era.
See if chosen ones if they've been figured out or not or if fire strays
really have figured out themselves and I think snossed has looked really good
on either the Jeff or the Fox in that case and fire strays though the
domination looked a little wonky against reason gaming taking originally
100 to 0 loss on Cracola Grove. So they kind of need to get settled here early for fire
strays because like I said, the talent is there, the mechanics are there. But on such
a fast meta like this, it's how you communicate and it's how you coordinate. And while on
chosen one side, there's a lot of, I would say, it feels bad to say unknown quantities,
but I'd rather say untested quantities. And Coco returns now on the Captain America.
They ran on Burnin' to Chala against Crownfall and lost that, so both teams have suffered
on domination before, and now as the doors open, we have of course the double dino and
a long side cap to accompanies the dinos.
Yeah, not the most common binary pick here.
We have seen a lot of Hulkram in previously, but Hulkram does not have a great match up
into the double dino, so I'm going to be interested to see how Crash handles their DPS
debut here on the list of the Star Wars.
I can't remember what's going on.
Quick up and coming, close up matchup
on the high ground for control.
Yeah, this is where, if you can defend from this position,
the Star Lord just having the unlimited skies
and you have to go through this lower doorway.
It's not fun.
So many options to push through,
but fire strays need to get a good push going
and now if their cooldowns are back,
they have Haster at half health who gets healed back up
and now it may just come down to the ultimate,
but Crash is getting plagued
It's going to use those sideframes to get away.
Alright, goodbye, Kukukukukukukukukukukk.
Oh, shit.
See, it's not fair.
Actually, using a rare aggressive, like, Van Hammer
is healing that as a strategist.
Oh, which is not the most common that we see come on out,
but it is going to be seven minutes
able to easily rebuff all this incoming damage
utilizing their melee force.
Really, yeah, interesting that Znaas is on the Strat Pool
and Demon's the one on the White Fox.
This is a different approach because demon has been known for that daredevil, but they're going to run with just the solo duelist at the moment, so all eyes are on Sloppo and Crash, while Crash has a second duelist, so a lot more damage available for the chosen ones, and you can tell based on how far back they pushed Firestress.
Oh, I love this aggressive ult here from seven minutes.
Just stomping down with the Gumiho, forcing out the return ultimate.
The close-up is already down, as Damian's been able to use their own Gumiho.
That's many charms as well.
Has to making sure that anyone who tries to move forward
is going to be continuously slowed, bled and shot
as they take out their counterpart in Black.
So, and a quick grab onto Binary is going to finish this one off.
It's for chosen ones, claim the points.
Yeah, and I think a lot of teams have underestimated what chosen ones can do,
I think groundfaller were the ones who were the kitty pigs to that to just realize how good this team is
Fire strays though built up towards at least the invisible boundary
So if you just can't get space you can always put that down
Especially trapped the dino is gonna be very much slow by that, but wait a how does a Jeff get caught?
We got caught by one of the headshots of the
Dead four which certainly did not make things easy income is free releasing of the devil from 21k trying to get the value here on that
early engagement but would have to fall in down so he just fell down for healing for the chosen ones to try and survive this one
And it's going to be the final exam already used here by Zinovsky and everyone plenty of over health look at those blue bars for fire
He's crazy man. They put me in a room a rubber room with a bunch of sharks
And some rats, okay
Well, we've got some two exchanges of the galactic legend.
I also think chosen ones, what a blunder.
Your Jeff should not even be in a line of sight of any kind of hitskin.
You could heal from a planted away if you need.
And chosen ones, they extended it to 52% of the lead swings back in Fire Stray's way.
And at least the silver lining is that, well, the win condition of Fire Stray's
has gone off the galactic legend, but now it's binary and Black's though.
That will have to deny these entry points.
They're marking it quite well, but Coco is gonna try and make his way through.
We're not here for black so as well as camps in America being chomped on to democracy's finest warrior
I'm actually not gonna get too much of time off the back of that ultimate though as the chosen ones were very smart to simply back off
They are playing more space off the back of this as they wait for Coco to return
Yeah, good kidnap from black so in that moment not afraid to grab the captain America's lock was dealing with a flanker
21k trying to harass these strategists. They are below them though and fire straights
They're just anchoring off a black cell and just trying to group everybody back up
It's gonna be who could trade back lines here first
Pretty chill so far from 21k I've been able to get too much done
But it's getting this constant attention from the remainder of fire
I trust the Polish pound from Snot, not sure who was affected by that one
But so a minute at least we've tried to cleanse themselves by unleashing the kumiho
And then it's leashed back to the spawn
Black cell managed to grab that one off the back of the kidnap
Out comes the deadpool in your area heal from Snot
to make sure the remainder of the team is well-sustained.
We're crashing for the Monkei in the background.
Once again, the attention of Deadpool is demanded
for these triage measures to the Monkei and Crazy
find themselves scuttled on their attempt to dive
and snoste.
Well, here comes the pinch.
Crash is living, so he will be back
with the galactic legend those swappers on the hunt
and tonight, anyone coming through the final portal
plays by seven minutes, but also,
So, fire strays, I've used two straddle to bits in a fight that is just in clean-up mode, so, you know, there's some code for chosen ones that going into the next round, fire strays have a lot less ammunition and a lot less tools to try and kick off celestial vault coming up.
Coping over... vaults? Ecopnomic? Nomics, by the way?
you know, you know, you know
what? Sometimes sometimes if
you're fire straight, isn't
you kind of got bounced in
your last game. You just got
to take the wins where you can
get him, you know. Yeah, and
just a slop. Oh has been on top
of it. 16 and one always
checking crash at the door and
fire trees. Yeah. I'm. Used to
strategist. Ultimate's there at
the end, but really it's all
of Jeff is not, you know, the counter that you would think, but it is a good back to use it on
because you could throw people off of the edge of the map, so crazy has some making up to do.
Yeah, I've got to really make up that deficit. Obviously, crazy does appear to be doing more of
like a pocket job with 21k here. Trying to make sure that that dive is supported or at least get
some extra damage from a joyful stream as well, but it doesn't even have to be constantly.
Oh, and there's an in one side of in this that is gonna make a difference for sloppable versus crash
Who is gonna get that extra shield sloppable is gonna have a lot more protection?
And he could maybe win edge out that one if you want to get crash
All right, that's that begins early with the devil dinosaurs rampage the finer is easily able to give the additional
strategy to stop some of it here of the freedom charge give me run that x-ray as well as bonus ultimate generation in their own
Rivers allows an officer instantly have access to their own here to try and use the punish pound to shut this one down
but instead I think they will have put a debuff over on to the daredevil to stop them from getting too frisky.
21K still seems pretty audacious as they roll in towards this backline.
These strategies are just getting beat from all angles.
It's a mean streets mugging of fire right now as the chosen ones have used the intimidation to get their first catcher.
Still soft by a fixer that swam as winnable.
Catches 21K in the streets, guns them down with the dual element guns.
and the remainder of the chosen ones have actually been split into two groups, a pair of squishies,
a nice TP away there from the white box, but does leave Crash isolated and the chase down
should be fairly strong. So Crash can be able to survive for a little bit longer and seven
minutes is to be pretty confident in their duel against Sloppy right now.
Yeah I was worried about the hesitation from Sloppy when that 1v1 you have in this advantage
and he waited way too long. They do swing the fight, it was 4v4 but now reinforcements
have returned and Crazy is probably throwing some people out of the fighter off the map either way
Okay, fire strays are sent packing.
All right, Chosebong's going to keep the point
with only four players as well.
Very impressive, crazy,
just some great evasion off the back of the HGF.
Yeah, I like the fire strays counter positioning
against the galactic legend that came out.
They went into the caves,
but eventually Chosebong's got impatient
and ran down closer in that case.
Now Kumi-O form will be what to watch as 21K,
hopes to flank around and see if he can catch this backline
he's close to letting the devil out so chosen ones have huge old advantage and
they're at 73% plus. Alright lots of damage on the closer cannot survive the
devil's chain the healing simply was not there and now Svapar has decided to be
going to try and commit to this one with Coco down they think that it might be
winnable the devil begins to be released here by 21k chasing down their fellow
duelist and that's a lot of the fragging power now missing from the side of
fire straights still it might be winnable here but with 90% fire straights have to
side whether they get a TV back or just call this one in 100 to zero fashion has to bring even more
to the table with that rampage. I don't think you can really park the portal now. Supposed to
touch too late and fire find themselves actually fired back up on. At 100 to zero I mean that's
a bullet straight to the chest amazing job from chosen ones and I think it's crash just being
uncontested on that star lord that that galactic legend 1v1 matchup that we were looking forward to
I think I really think that, uh,
Slappo should have just went for it
because the best way to deal with
the Star Lord is another Star Lord
shooting back and when you have closer,
who could it just shielded you?
That could have been a moment to not
only cancel the chosen ones win condition,
but to throw the fight back
into fire straights favor.
So that hesitation.
Yeah, they fire straights
acted a little late in that fight
and made it close,
but then chosen ones capped the point.
So they farmed all the way up to 99% plus.
and then it was cooking when fire streaches had nothing left and they never won the fight so
speaking of this upcoming fight galactic legend for crash and an invisible boundary from closer to
try and seal him away from the team there's not definitely going to be on the time ahead to try
and build up their final exam before crash let's loose with the ultimate it shouldn't take too long
for a Deadpool mind you but we might see the chosen ones like lacking in their hope to make
make sure they don't feed too many in the way of strategy
systems before they make their first big engage.
And Slavo is looking for that big engage
and can really use this mobility to unlock the perimeter.
This is going to be a really hard round
to get some macro going.
And Slavo is just checking 21k at the door.
But that will be something for firestrays to know.
All right.
Can we have a leash there by seven minute
bringing the remainder of the chosen ones with them here,
rolling on forward so much HP as they sum up multiple members.
They just refresh with the Kumiho again and again.
Slopper had the eyes here on to Crash, who refused to pop the Galactic Legend.
Slopper's actually been able to generate an ultimate of their own while Crash was waiting,
was too nervous about closer bringing up that invisible boundary.
But it's not been mucked in the back by both the Daredevil and the White Fox.
These melee duelists are so difficult to deal with, HP becomes zero real fast.
Crazy matches to get on to Blacks. So difficult to do on the Jeff when Blacks is immovable, but perfect play
Yeah, and a great is Jeff all from crazy getting the dino and one of the strategists leaving sloppable out to drive for those heels and
Chosen ones winning that first fight is everything
You see that the haster is getting into position to pressure the choke point and fire strazer have binary on the whole to try and have these
Bubbles mitigate some of the damage in the exile to make sure people can't leave
Now you're starting to see the potential of chosen ones and why they took that series
against Crownfall, their coordination off their Dino 21K and Hastur. It's like peanut butter
and jelly when you watch them. They work so well in tandem and you get everybody weak
from Fire Shraze and then 21K knocks all the pins down for the Shrike. Fire Shraze have
already changed their comp and they really only have Black So to depend on for this upcoming
rampage and it has to be Demon that steps up. He was an amazing Daredevil before and
he needs to do the same thing again.
Crash finally lets loose with the ultimate, all the mid-air interception potentially coming
through from demon but now they've run out of utility where can you go but back to spawn
still the remainder of five and i should get rid of 21k and koko who made a much deeper dive
seven minute isolated in the midst of all of this but still the damage can't be done more of a tpv
available yes for spirit sanctuary can receive the remainder of tco all binary are they inside of
the ultimate it seems like an only grabbed closer for now which is not the ideal target for crazy
perhaps relief away from binary was strong on their signature hero of the Hulk for chase down
a seven minute on the outside works out well. 99% though what a stall from chosen ones when the
fight broke down they at least returned to the objective to get it to this point and they use
a lot of ultimates to squeeze out that percentage so fire strays have the strat ult advantage
coming up with closer and snoss close to that kumiho form but fire strays are also gate keeping
right at the entry. Binary's already used bubbles so he has to leap away. One of the most mobile
vanguards that you can get. He's going to try and combine with someone like Demon. Give him those
selfless bubbles. Fireshrays need to iron out their coordination because they cannot make a mistake.
Yeah, no mistakes, no Mulligan. Absolute perfection is all they can do. As you see,
Sloppo and Demon continuously just nipping at the corners of TCO's formation making sure they never
It feels safe to move far forward too quickly.
And Kogori is to stay close to the remainder of their team here in case they need the freedom charge for some manner of triad.
Fashrace happy for a slow fight here as they accrue percentage and it will outdive onto Closer.
Still has the invisible banjo, but of course, you certainly know that Kumiho is going to be on the each first to try and stop this forward momentum.
Has to try and stand in the way of it as well as they continuously bleed so many players and out comes the rampage!
Stop the closer! All the healing's gone in about a moment!
You blink, can you miss it? You blink, can they're gone?
Oh, fire strays, they've been put in the kennel!
Oh my goodness, the chosen ones have absolutely dominated them!
Enclosure got put on Elise, she's not the first time.
This invisible boundary has to be placed immediately
to get some stabilization for the Steves.
Noss is already trying to get kidnapped by Hastur,
and now the healing is on the side of fire strays
against the Kubeo form of 7 minutes.
7 minute, oh crazy how many of you are going to be able to wait here inside of the invisible boundary
It should be fairly easy to try and take down crazy with the amount of damage
It's going to be coming that way and attempt to end me there, but I've got someone but I'm not sure whom I think actually the Captain America
Might have got that midway through, Binary goes monster mode, trying to break the world, trying to break the chosen ones
But unfortunately, fire strays are being broken over the knee of 21k
It might have been a little bit quiet so far, but he's getting loud enough for me to take notice now
A quick century from seven minute craters got a healing still to do so anyone gets gonna be coming back with a
Slide amount of all things a quick swing into the fight to try and make something happen
And there's no way to get back into the foot you have a binary Bruce Spanish suits
He's no mercy and stop those here on the cloak and dagger a moment of the dark force teleportation gives them a touch of
Sustainability and they're still an eternal bond as well
But has to see in a chase drag from their ultimate the damage is going to be strong
can they return to it in time?
Tinnacity gives them all the movement that they need.
But guess what?
21K is feeling spectacular.
Oh, the friendly neighborhood is gone.
And the indestructible guard can't save you for long
against the menace that J. Jonah Jamison demands the pictures of.
I want pictures of Spider-Man.
I want pictures of victory.
And I want to know who this chosen one is,
who dares to stand against fire strays,
and they make them look foolish on Celestial Husk.
Oh, my God.
What a marathon of a fight and chosen ones.
Take the map over fire strays.
The new team to join here in stage one ignite
and they come in blasted.
I can't believe that 21K, the multi-chills
throughout these fights on the Daredevil
was just incredible and the coordination.
I mean, Haster is looking incredible also on the dyno,
kidnapping everyone from Sloppa from his own eternal bond,
which I guess he swapped to Cloak and Dagger
to even grabbing in midair
when he was on the Star Lord like chosen ones are insane on how they're able to play off
of this tempo that seems to be never ending, forcing out mistakes from fire strays and
closer not having the invisible boundary really set fire strays back.
But the choice of map will find out what that is after this.
Time, the place we used to fight
And the sun and moon and time wonder
Whether it was a tender heat or a crowd
That has fallen instead of snowmen and ips
That's impossible for me to take you out
We are standing out for our last reunion
Break the chains tied your way, come fight me
Do you remember who you really are?
Show me that you are certainly the only one for me
I'll be waiting for you
Play it again and I'll make you cry
Breathing through the sense that you're in the sun
Before the wind is quenched, there's still a kid
The other will still be here
I'll make them, I'll make your mind whole
But your power is never against our backs
We arrive to the end of time
We will clash, we'll battle with
We will fight, we'll sing across time's face
Is what you are my destiny
You see the dawn, the flame, burning brightly
Shining, run those memories, shining yes
Across all time, I see you, it's turning red
And I do see now, I'm dying, I'm sorry we can still fight
To fight like the wind is far and from when they're on the line
Then now it's the only time your heart is mine
The flight has fallen, the darkness has grown
And yet we fight for our destiny
New day's running for the past, the future
Brains will change me, go away, fight with me
And when you wake up, a match of pride's raising
A few fists in smash, she'll go wild
Before the whispers of death
We have never seen the end
Now it's time for me to come on and to walk with me
Always love and stop us
We have by no sign yet until the end
I call to you now
All of you
you to embark upon with three new costumes in the game. The legendary one, of course, as you
can see, the Formula R costume there for the Luna Snow fans out there. And then of course,
Hela's got a pretty awesome one as well. And even Ultra, I like the color scheme for that one too.
It is available in Game of Mini Battle Pass that you could take part in. And there are free options
as well but uh what was unfortunately three from joseph once i guess was map one against fire
strace here what's going on in the camp of fire strays like that i i couldn't tell you what's
going on but i'll tell you something i i respect that i like all the players on fire strays i think
that they are some incredibly skilled individuals who i have consistently rated very highly but this
team is far lesser than for some of these parts like i i don't know what's going on in the comms
for this team, but they are like each of these players is individually fantastic, but together
they're not playing very well as a group. Yeah, it's a tough spot for them to find themselves in,
especially after you know having that loss against Reason 02 with that matchup and got pretty close
somewhere there, but 21K also looked pretty amazing, you could say, Lemon. Yeah, Emergency
Spider-Man, by the way, like just got to the point lightning fast, but was lightning fast on the air
and I think it was a huge part of working in tandem with Haster.
I think it's been a coordination thing, a synergy thing from the chosen one side of how they've been able to build up this roster.
And especially on a map like Domination, your comms have to be clean, and it was just cleaner from chosen ones.
Firestrays just had mistakes forced out, whether it's closer who didn't use the invisible boundary at the end,
the stakes forced out, whether it's Closer who didn't use the invisible boundary at the end,
Slopper who hesitated in the 1v1 galactic legend against Crash, like Fire Strays,
I think lacked confidence against the team that really suffocated them if they didn't act quick enough.
I mean, even with the like, sub situation that we were talking about, right, for this matchup,
we saw, you know, JDX, they're unavailable today specifically, and we got to see Crash coming in
and fill that role like expertly here that day on the chosen roster playing basically the exact same composition as well
Yeah, I think that crash is doing a really good job of like not
Demand into much of their resources, you know as well like sometimes you you get given that chance to be the tallest player
And maybe you need to play it like a little bit harder and crash doing a good job here of making sure that stopper never feels too
uncomfortable with taking a more audacious angle on crazy in seven minutes of a seven
minute can save their cooldown so when they're most impactful when you go in for is like
teleporting spirit centuries where hey you get a shield in the middle of the enemy team
you pop your melee form and suddenly you're doing a lot of healing and a lot of damage
and it's really important that crash is the one who continuously enables that by giving
the poke where it's deeply admittedly is doing a bunch of damage when it comes to like the
raw outplay mostly just keeping Blacksore in check making sure that hemmel down is all
doesn't feel like they can just walk onto your back line,
but also not taking much damage in the run as well.
With only 10K taken so far.
One thing to note too,
like this is another MRC heartthrob roster
that came through the ranks of, you know,
tier two into the pro seed
and now is able to go toe to toe
with the best of them.
Fire Strays again, had such a great performance
that we saw tying with the likes of Virtus Pro
during the preseason finals.
So, you know, it's a crazy thing to think about
in terms of results.
and now we're seeing the chosen ones, you know,
taking down Crown Fault before.
Now one step away from taking down that team
in Fire Strays here.
I'm more curious to see though, Lemon,
like what this map is gonna be option-wise
for Fire Strays and Museum of Contemplation,
it makes sense.
Yeah, they choose this again.
They went to a museum against reason gaming
and they unfortunately lost that.
Yeah, it was close.
It's just, again, they're still trying to figure out
their Vanguard setup and you saw that.
Fire Strays protected the dyno
and eventually abandoned it to go back to old comforts
around the Hulk, around whatever.
And I think that was also a lot of Vanguard swaps
that we saw against Reason, where there is the cap,
the Emma, the Venom, and no dino, yeah, and the mag too, yeah.
Well, Museum of Contemplation will hope that Firestrage
can figure out the art that results in a victory for them
because they have been observing the wrong display
so far in this group stage.
They need to come out with a win to tie up the series and that differential is going to matter a lot for those tiebreakers
Getting at least one against the chosen ones will be a good boon for them
But we'll see if they can do it chosen ones one away though from securing their second win in a row
Looking at an end of the day today with the chosen ones at the top of their group potentially Vlamin
Which I don't think any of us would have seen coming black cat gonna be banned away from fire strays
I believe the gamuts already been banned away from both sides predictably devil dinosaurs back on the menu
Yeah, fire trees are gonna protect that and hopefully iron that out that was
Being traded between black so in binary in the past and it's all gonna be depending on who's the second vanguard
If they want to run a more front to back with the Emma then binary dinos if they want to run a more hybrid
Kind of half dive half dino then binary will go to the cap and black so will be on the dino
So fire straights. I'm sure they learned a lot from that first map, but also hopefully they keep composed after you know
Some fights then go their way when it should have
Yeah, like there are a couple of fights that went their way and they may invest some ultimates
And then they missed some old Muslim if I didn't go their way
Sometimes you just roll those natural ones and fire straights into opening a lot of emphasis here
We're trying to shut down 21k. Don't know what 21k plays outside of those melee
the game. It's not going to
be a good option. It's not
going to be a duelist and
making sure that the swapping
over on to mantis. It's just
pocket crash here is not going
to be an option group has been
protected. This is very much a
black. So mainstay. Absolutely
is that now this is telling us
more that front to back style
and now chosen ones will have
to start thinking about
counters in terms of how you're
going to bring down those
walls where I mean, it was
and they're gonna choose to at least ban that from fire strays and potentially have a one-sided
phoenix all depending on what is a crazy skewer pool who's mostly known for the strategist at least
mostly known for those admittedly like we've seen them swap over onto like a tracking base or
like a style like a punish is not too far of a leap from that and if they do like playing balloon
snow as well but the phoenix like the one side of phoenix could definitely be a big boon here
Because we know that Sloppo and Damon are both pretty solid on the Phoenix as well.
I think that's a high value ban from the chosen ones to be head in towards our map.
It's going to be the chosen ones defending first.
So we'll be able to lock in on their composition where Crazy returns on the Star Lord,
which was very well supported and despite being a strategist player,
he was the one that kind of led a lot of these fights, speaking of Crash, with confidence.
I like that he was ulting before, and he was ulting as soon as he could in these fights,
which had fire strays always reacting instead of being proactive.
And that's really what hurt fire strays in terms of just spacing, because fire strays
had to constantly hide away from the storm that is the galactic legend.
Fire strays are going to have not only just the moon knight to break out a spawn, but the
punisher to deal with the group walls.
We'll see how fire strays deal with the upcoming defense.
Then by dead bull H32
21k definitely showing like some baby crazy kitty looks here being able to move everyone to the ultra after being mostly in LA
To a list that we've seen so far, but what I'm gonna be interested in here is of course
The old classic combo of the group in the moon night for now
It seems like the shows mom did not really give away too much free poke early to try and learn how to build up
Yeah, just this Moon Knight is just such overwhelming amounts of damage and as you try to run away
That's the exact position that Groot wants you to be in. He will not let you escape. These walls are perfect out of black, so
All right, Sloppo. Good accuracy.
And so does you don't need to be accurate. That's the beauty of Moon Knight. You can have two speeds here for chasing down Perkot.
That's what is gonna be gas gas gas for Sloppo. Do they want to try and challenge the
The uh... the Ultron here seems like it's a tricky portal coming through from Crackle.
I'm not supposed to move.
Big grab!
A little bit in time.
Oh, but now you don't have one of your strategists.
21k gets picked, caught a stray, I guess, and Fire Strays have a strangling prison coming
up.
If they can win this fight without Ults, that would be amazing for Fire Strays, but hell,
oh my god, Blackstone proves why they protected the group.
Yeah, three squishies within. This is Black Souls signature hero. If they have to have one binary, just capture some both.
Look, you can get his healers like, oh, heal me? Maybe.
There's not some guys that, like, this backline is not the most conventional. It is very, like, gas, gas, gas, you know.
It's all damaged. Two Cosmic Yarn amplifiers and 21k. He's on the meds.
Okay, I said emergency, Spider-Man. This is, we're not, we're not this fumed, are we? Like, there's just no way.
You're trying to really toss people up on the fire straight side, but they can play clumped around the dyno
It's gonna be really hard for 21k to find value
But I'm looking forward to seeing it to get close to demon on the punisher though
The shotgun is gonna hurt a lot but drags people away from the fight
Well, the most important case a little bit different has caused us a green zero at the back of this dive
Throwing forward now demon is gonna be doing basically unlimited damage because we can't amplify and the final judgment
Perfect. The Chosebons, they've done a really good job of disengaging here.
Firestress may have pulled the trigger a touch earlier. They could disengage right in real speed boosts to their name.
Okay. Still all the hands and conches will go on down, but Snossky's too late to actually give him the amplification over to that Moon Knight.
Finally they will return, courtesy of the Cosmic Yarn Amplifier. That one might actually have been a copy of the Yarn Amplifier as well.
Crash looking for victims is temporarily grounded and is maybe providently grounded by the Devil's Iron Source of follow-up is gonna be there.
the forest has been drawn up here by Blacksore, and the trees will have their day.
And binary had said that they were confident in the changes they made from yesterday into
today to very swift gaps.
And hey, gifted some extra elimination there at the end, and may just be spelled out actually
from momentum.
The eliminations are going chosen ones way, but Firestress will have respawned advantage,
so this is more about just farming all charge for chosen ones and being managed, managing
to disengage without being staggered out any more, but Firestree's strangling prison won't
have the Moon Knight combo, but could still do a lot of damage if chosen ones continue
to just be out like out macro here.
Oh, closer, 0.21k. Sad to see, but that connect to what the Spider-Man does,
where's like the sound-scene character, and binary.
Brozak got like shacked behind a poplar tree right now.
That wall was too thin for you to hide behind, buddy.
And as he shows the ones that are still trying to get their bearings,
they're on both sides of the objective.
By the way, fire trees are getting spawned, can't they, guys?
Oh, Soprano should take out the crash, but has to so deep right now,
using their rampage here, the damage is good, but the healing's not really gonna be there.
I guess still 21k gets this one!
President Washington with the Necro streams, I see that tier 3 sub-bag.
I know what you are. Out comes the freedom charge from Coco.
Trying to make sure that everyone is going to be safe.
However, there's no way near Black Soaps Ultimate.
Everyone needed the additional HP to try and survive a strangling prison.
So a lot of mobility gets used by Coco.
And he's like, you know what? I see the opportunity.
Ugh, decent cope that I can give Chozen 1's fans is that at least you trapped firestrays
and spawned long enough to take out some of this time, but now you've gifted them 5 volts
of bits coming into this next fight and there's only one a fate of both worlds to give you
that much of a cushion of survivability.
Firestrays are just speedrunning this and the Spider-Man still hasn't gotten that pick
potential that they were hoping for.
Okay, still has access to the Galactic Lightning Crash.
We got closer to her, but here comes the damage boosted final judgement,
and it's so difficult to work against this.
Kogakar is like, I'm bringing my shield, nah, you won't, babe.
Not for a second, like, the Kupio is a little bit, let's say, optimistic,
going up against the Dormini guns of Franklin Castle.
I was not expecting this level of a crash out from Chosen once.
It's like this is about to be like a record fast pace from Fire Strays.
We've really not lost a beat since what the end of the first point,
but chosen ones, it's going to have to be a big Spider-Man 0 from 21K, or this is over.
Another Cosmic Yarn Apple Fire makes the approach of 21K is so difficult to deal with.
99% on their spectacular spin as well.
Who can possibly come close?
The answer is going to be no one.
It's no surprise that this is Fire Stray's map pick as they look dominant on that number two.
Now you're maybe starting to feel the pain of not having JDX in the lineup and maybe not having this wealth of a hero pool of
different swaps that you can go to if you're chosen ones and I don't know harp on the Spider-Man too much
I think they get enough of it in my ranked games
So I'm gonna just you know give some props to Fire Stray's on how they're able to maintain momentum
It was the damage pressure of having a moon night punisher, which is just insane amounts of DPS and as
Chosen ones are on the back foot black. So is one of the best groups that we have here in EMEA
So we always had a wall behind the Haster's dyno or whatever it was on the other side and fire trees were always catching them
It's trying to escape and it shows in the level of casualties that chosen ones really have suffered and
and fire shrees just kept kind of the,
they kind of just kept swimming throughout the bath.
I didn't really feel too much of a pushback.
I'm happy to see some of a minute with a swap here.
Not gonna lie against the double poke
of Punisher and Moon Knight.
White Fox is not a great hero.
Like she is a very strong hero in her niche
of being able to like get rid of dives
and make sure that when it comes to melee combat
in the back line, you're generally gonna win.
But against that much like damage down the range
The poke of Groot, she does not excel, and this is about Luna.
You can get a lot more done as well as have some greater triage.
Oh, 21k is going to be playing the...
Okay, can be playing the Stranger's Dead Boat.
I think they're probably going to swap to the Duelist Devil once they level that.
And 21k having his Black Cat Band is another level of this.
Is that on the Strat Pool?
Cocoa at least will return on the M,
as it's like he did on the previous map,
and Crash will do his...
will do some larping of JDX on the Phoenix,
It's going to be a big tool to try and take down these crude walls.
That was such a thorn in Chosen One's side.
Okay, quick.
Upgrades a headshot.
I imagine here to send it down the line and just do unlimited value up to that.
However, already it's using their final hits.
Oh my goodness.
That's a very early jackpot.
Well managed here by 21k.
Still 5 to a good job of disengaging fire.
Have to be careful to stay within the line inside of their strategies though.
And this is allowing us to close the build up towards the ultimate as mighty quick.
Okay, the Emma is starting to flip the Dino, and then there's the Grab Provaster to get these vanguards off of his fellow vanguard, and the Rez has come through for fire strays. They'll need a breath in their lungs very soon, and life's so open to stuff the life out of Chosen One!
Four players inside, here comes the Culling Aura of Sloppo. The Ver is going to be plenty of fuel, and coming through from Crazy's healing tunnel.
Oh, and Slepo not many chances for reset gears, they grab from their party by Crazy, it's unlikely to be allowed from Hello, did it quite make it, oh that's sad, so you could truly break a man, Lemon, you must give him hope first.
But what's that worth you didn't have crazy heels like literally his heels throughout this fight and fire straight one it so that was all
On a Luna which can only flake one person and then try to do as much single target healing as possible
And that also never popped the fate of both worlds like chosen ones gave up on that fight and they're just not very coordinated right now
So chosen ones now have the time bank gone and you're looking towards a rampage a silence deduction and fire straights have the space out
against this that's why they're playing this back corner then you have the judge the jury and the
executioner of demon who has gotten so much value out of this ultimate so koko needs a
good shield against this and there's no other answer all right trying to force someone in its
ultimate early gear using a double dynar rampage what a war from koko to try and keep demon
and binary constraint can you break through with the ultimate by phoenix no it gets rid of
And you made firestrays angry, taking away domination like this, and you made firestrays
angry.
is angry taking away domination like this and man if they're mad they're playing
good and bad. Now Sloppo has the Cracket Impact coming up if you get some good
initial damage and he will also unleash a lot rise on crazy and seven minutes to
just keep the heels up. The 21k is on the Vanguard Deadpool now instead of the
Shrat one and just have the two-two-two set up as chosen ones could try to close
the gap with the Venom trying to draw them in with the charm but fire
trees they're just trying to set a
flop over success.
There's so many walls up too from black so
Black cell chosen was to try to play out of range and so I just got kicked out.
I said there girl, you're about to play 1k and do a step forward 4, oh yeah.
But the next step is there, oh the extra damage, the Cosmic Yarn Amplifier.
Yeah your 4-4 might be strong but the power of Cosmic is a touch stronger.
Has to do their best to keep on this car but down goes the overtime, down goes the longer.
And down goes the hush that the chosen ones had of stopping fire here and now.
they look a lot cleaner.
Irish trees send us to map three
and um. Yeah, just off of a
stronger neutral. That's all I gotta
say. Didn't even need to crack an
impact. The solo strangling prison
is aura from black. So and just
died of supremacy from the fire
stray side and yeah, I called it
my bad on the vanguard Deadpool.
It's just we've never heard of
duelist Deadpool before and 21
K is trying to bring out all the
Pocket strats if you will and chosen ones will have to think about what their map 3 will look like after this
Look at that, how big it is
Don't fall, you have to get up
Wherever you go, I'll be there for you
Sing a high-pitched song
I'm a new dream girl, I'm a new girl
I'm a new dream girl, I'm a new dream girl
I'm a new dream girl, I'm a new dream girl
I'm a new dream girl, I'm a new dream girl
If you run to us, say it give me all
All the best, my baby
Say it give me all
I've been waiting for a long time, my heart is shining like a star
You know nobody but I'm what the night
I've got the top, I've got the first, I've got the top
If you look at me, I'm all the top
The more I try to protect you, the more I get tired of it
Don't don't back down to the Paris world
Don't talk no more, oh yeah
I hear the sound of a dream
If you forget me before you die
I'll light up the stars
I'll start from the start
I'm a little nervous
I'm thankful for the strong eyes
I'm going to be like this again, and someone's going to hit me
I'm going to wait a little longer, so don't disappear until you wake up
I'm going to do whatever I want
hero pool, no puns intended there, for the side of this chosen ones roster after the
ban of 21K, you know, the MVP we saw and I'd say like not SVP, but whatever like the lower
end of that would be, LVP, I don't know.
Least valuable player, I don't know, blacks are looking very good here on the signature
a hero of the group going 31 and 2, which on, when you're going out against the Devil
Dinosaur as a vanguard, is very difficult to do, but was absolutely pumping out for
damage and often getting 4, 3 or 5 people in cyber-strangling prisons and those were
some very squishy, easy to frag members of the chosen ones.
Yeah, I just wanted to say it's very difficult to have a little amount of casualties as a
fellow group main because especially when you're facing Emma and Dino, there are two
you and uh, Blacks, who just
played around his anti CC wall
well, but always had chosen
ones running away from him,
which is the best position you
want a group to be in and to
play against an Emma and still
get at least three in your
strangling prison like Black.
So it just identifies these
situations to max out the value
on the group. And then there
just wasn't anyone taking down
his his walls ever, or at
least that just wasn't a
priority on the chosen one
side because Black. So was
using it more as ceilings than
than isolations in these neutral fights.
And that's really where Fire Street is shined
was in these neutrals.
For a clock, not just having the backline here.
Yeah, oh yeah, the backline.
Do you block it?
Oh, man.
I do want to mention, though, the backline here,
though, for the Loki and Rocket.
I feel like we've been seeing a lot of that recently
in this patch specifically because of the buffs that we saw
to Rocket specifically.
and Sonasta actually not going down a single time
is kind of crazy to see throughout the Museum
of Contemplation.
Usually we at least have some sort of casualties
coming through here, and they actually
were able to remain up the entire time.
Yeah, this is every question.
And yeah, chosen ones, now they were the ones
trying to swap up their vanguard line from Benims
to Emma's to everything.
And just ultimately, it was just the lack of damage
that came out.
There's a reason nobody plays Spider-Man and Duelist
deadpool, it's mostly the vanguard and the strat pool that comes out, and it was really
the bandface that favored firestrays. They banned both black cat and daredevil, which
is the bread and butter of someone like 21k, and also treason ones are not running their
main duelist, so they're really starting to suffer if they don't have a big enough hero
pool.
Yeah, question is here, four convergence, are we going to continue to see this like
same band line towards the show? As long as we just try and get rid of all of 21k's
the last map that was played
between chosen ones in crown
fall went three to in their
favor for all the jelly of for
convergence. So not too
surprised that they're going to
the old faithful that worked out
well before. We saw Coco on the
Captain America 32 and six doing
pretty well for themselves.
Drill and K though actually
flexing a little bit to the
Ultron when they needed to so
really curious if they secure
you know the the duelist line
up here in the bands of
players. So we're going to
they've had a couple of
some of the players that
were here. You know the
duelist line up here in the
bands and protects or if they
have other focuses either way,
devil dino was unleashed one
sided in their favor at that
time because it wasn't
actually protected it for
crown falls. I feel like
firestrays have studied that
map to kind of know what to
expect from the band line
here, so we'll see if they can
close things out. Get there
first win and make it so that
chosen ones do go down in this
There's anybody's game lemon question is will first rays be able to go back to their popes long
Like they just like standing far away where 21k can't hurt them and yeah
Okay, yeah, we're chosen ones that like okay, they cracked the code we've got we got to protect it
It's gonna be done man now a question is for fire straight is do you try and get rid of a cancer America?
you get rid of a devil dinosaur?
Captain America is going to be their first fan here,
but they will get another one before a protect
comes through from the chosen ones.
Yeah, trying to get rid of Coco's Captain America.
21K ran the Daredevil and was incredible in Hall of Shalia,
like Avadable said, against their matchup against Crownfall,
which could have gone either way.
That last map was an OT, barely a winnable game,
and still chosen ones were able to clutch.
And they were able to kind of overcome a lot of challenges
in that Crownfall match.
And I was surprised that they never really got
their heads above water when it came to Museum of Contemplation. That was an absolute rundown
and now they're hoping to perfect their band phase to make their lives a bit easier for
this potential Final Map, or is Final Map.
Alright, Mantis off the table. This is likely going to try and poke fire towards a more
double-duelist kind of setup, but we do see that both Demon and Slopper were happy with
that. I liked the Winter Soldier alongside the Punisher. I thought that was pretty good.
Ultron's going to be protected though, which means that Demon or Slopper are both going
have that available as a pivot. White Fox Band, I think it's very good here for the
chosen ones. It's a trance. That would be the main way to stop a dead devil dive.
Instead, you're going to be more reliant on something like a shotgun from a punisher.
Wouldn't it be bad for Firestress to aim for a Star Lord Band just because
like JDS or Crash now, I guess, cosplaying that. That was kind of his main thing at this point.
But final protect for chosen ones. Are they going to want to protect the Dino or anything
like that. There's a lot of things. This is how they iron out their comp, because you
could tell that if they don't play their primary comp, chosen ones actually fall apart. I still
think there's a chance for a bounce back there. So yeah, the dino is going to be basically
secure for their vanguard line. Yeah, chosen ones wandering. They took a moment with that
dino band there. I think because they were wondering like how much uses with double dinosaur
going to get, but they saw that the enemy captain America are gone. So we might have
to play this a little bit more slowly when it comes to how we want to take our daredevil
So I'm a simple folks in a vanguard line see if we can draw out some strategist resources with something like a devil dinosaur kidnapped and then send in with their devil.
It's going to be like a multiple stage engagement here from chosen ones.
It's going to like that explosive vanguard entry.
And I could see chosen ones running in Emma with this.
That was kind of their plan for Museum of Contemplation.
The double grab, the double flip.
But now you don't have Luna in the mix.
So Emma slightly weaker without that team up because that ice wall very underrated kind of like a budget route, if you will, on how you're able to kind of.
on how you're able to kind of isolate people from escaping as blacks will return on the group now chosen ones
That was a big issue for them of how to take down these walls
And they even like tried to keep the phoenix around to do just that
But also they didn't have a best second duelist option running spider-man or duelist Deadpool
I guess they'll try and deal with that
But now chosen ones feel like they'll probably get their confidence back now that they have their vanguard lines sorted out
So we can focus more on the defensive side of things where basically if it ain't broke don't fix it fire
Strays do what they do best and having also snoss on the low key is something an extra boon to them
Okay, what I'm interested in here is our Coco goes gonna get value out of the Angel you're looking at two
nominally immovable
Vanguard but a lot of your focus is gonna be on just softening up the back line and likely joining 21 KMVs
I was maybe just hitting the ground when you're when you're
and I guess it's not going to
be very hard to dive Coco is
actually sending it on the
Angela taking a page out of
either Beetle or Frankie's book,
I guess and we saw success on
Angela just for this first
point though. Otherwise I'm not
so sure but can also be
interrupted and I guess
fire shows are running
strategies that could
necessarily be annoying to
multiple beams, devil dinosaur can just be grounding them and the poke from demon.
This has given 21k a moment to get in towards the back line though you can
see there's suspicion like the Among Us button has been pressed among the
fire strays. You can't push the dino who is front and center at this door and
the Phoenix can also fly back up, hence the word Phoenix, so we'll see who
Coco is trying to displace and I don't think it'll be these ones. Loki also can
just go in viz and trade with the copies so not a lot of easily tackle
wall targets I mean yeah Coco just being absolutely stopped on their way in as
well 21k falling down is gonna take so long to get back into that position
for chosen ones like we've no venom and no cap or what do I don't know what do
now the choice of compositions I've been scratching my head about for chosen
ones but hey dare doubly protected the dare double for a reason finally it
comes out and Crash will be on his signature Star Lord.
You just need something to contest these verticals.
And of course, Krazy's on the jab
because you weren't able to protect the Luna in this case.
So finally, Trozor ones get to the right composition here.
And half the time, Bank is gone.
You still need to work up towards some ults.
Firestray is very much in the driving seat.
I'll like to see the coupierre as well.
He's going to have a great angle to try and bring down
a strand of interest.
You might want to go early before there's really
too much pressure on there.
That one can be given 21k. It gets grabbed into a mix of the enemy team. Don't mind if I do. Thank you very much.
One player is going to go down surely. A second zoom to follow.
Up come the Ironwood walls and well, it might not be the Cretaceous period, but the vegetation still growing like the oxygen in the atmosphere was a much higher percentage and it's growing strong.
That would kind of risk you for Blacks to go for that ult, but when you're against the triple strat, there's obviously going to be a lot less damage and not running an MR or something like that.
like that. Anything to throw his shield into this group space is going to be tough. Coco
not able to stop that either. So this is looking full holdable just based on vibes. I'm a say
it. The alley on black. So that's got to be a mental boomer on this point. Fire. Stray's
got a wave of ultimate to. We'll see how Slopo can live throughout this for demon to unleash.
Put the pressure down on chosen ones who take to the platform and is trying to access these
strategies. 21k and Coco were on the hunt.
The vibe is good, 21k better. 7% away from letting the Devil out right now as Dan is
in a very safe position.
Vyra is going to be the one to make the engagement happen.
The Devil Dinosaur rampaging in towards the back.
Trice to grab out.
Trash has to can't quite get them to throw off.
And the same can be said of the opposing Devil Dinosaur as well.
Into the Lampas of the Lowkey.
Vyra now gets Isolacy.
Trash don't know what Bro was doing with that.
I think Vyra has just been trying to take out the Hoseki on the butterfly instantly
by crashing into the wall, 31K is going to be catching many Ultron hands, but 7 minute
with just a correct force visit to get rid of Daemon, a resurrection force coming.
Curvacy is about a recall beacon, and now Fire are all out of their sustainable Ultimates.
They've used 3 Trudges Ultimates to live here, and there's no need to deal with 21K.
And they slow off the touch.
And a melee range Ultron ult is not what I had on my bingo card either, whether the chance
for chosen ones to frag and it's a strangling prison only on one.
Nice only youth there, takes up seven minutes, Sloppo.
Just sits above waiting to bring down the damnation directly on to be opposing Jeff.
I think they're crazy, only granted one of their own teammates of that one to instantly spat them out.
So anyone can like it to be chased down, a quick spark explosion is all that it takes.
Sloppo is now in their safe zone and you've got to go and try and contest both a group who's all walled up
up and a devil dinosaur if you want to touch Coco that want to deal with that one
daemon's TPing back like so yes it's been burned away the fire track damage strong
against him as Slaffo is the strongest fire type contender here bends the fire
around the time so try and find the squishies has the next to find out that
the heat is just too intense in the kitchen because we aren't amplifiers for
cherry on top there's nothing he's gained for for chosen ones Jesus Christ
to play your little aim
trainer on the point. I mean,
it's it's easy to let the
elimination feed all go in your
favor. Fire Shraze just sat
back, let all the competition
come to them and just the
composition just didn't come
together until there was two
minutes left. There was a chance
to, uh, Far Shraze didn't have
the most impactful ults,
whether it was a melee range
demon rage of Ultron, only a one
of old Tron, only a one-man strangling prison, but it still got treated out and
that's all firestrays really needed to do. It is a full hold, not a single take
earned from chosen ones who now have to think, what is going to be the composition
to pull off a perfect hold? And now we look at all those perfect stat lines,
there were only three casualties on the firestray side. Total!
Oh, that is a that's a rocky and I think most of them were brought back by the
Battle Recall beacon as well because Nostra's able to throw a yet another
Battle Recall beacon when they copy the rocket raccoon. However for the Chosemons
there's only one path and one path forward. You would download a car and
you wouldn't let the Chosemons go to a matten and before in a best of three.
And for fire strays to just also keep themselves mentally in check and use that
frustration from dropping the first map into retaliation. Incredible. Blackso is
setting up a portal play, but he is facing a low-key backline and the
placement of this isolates for strategists.
Oh unbelievable vulnerable as well. Just on the cloak and back and ascending through that
parricade. Seven minutes. It's gonna be used to farm up some extra rage. Damon looking over to
wards of the vanguards. A quick leap up from the devil dinosaur. It's gonna be
good peel close our yes has fallen on down is this enough to claim the momentum back is the question
this is going to make it very difficult for Goku to survive there's no regeneration debate to try
and blow for it now everyone can run down with devil dinosaur has to has to stand alone as
far as we get momentarily distracted by the ghosts in the night 21k demanded attention is going to
be in a five versus one scenario gets grabbed out of the sky by daemon on the war marine that's
That's enough out of you, bub.
That's has to try to save their compatriot,
but it's brought doom for their efforts.
And having incited that doom, the cataclysm
visits upon the lands of the chosen ones.
And here comes the person's exchange.
One last touch, thrown off the point,
and surely this is going to be the chosen ones
done and dusted as 21KTP's back.
Wow, just barely a recon test.
I was worried about a giant C9,
and it's still almost capped as demon.
The claws are out, tearing through the chosen ones
and the pain sandwich to seal the deal.
The nail in the coffin, fire strays are your series winners.
The wall nine, baby, just drag him off the point
with the last stand.
Great stuff coming through from demon.
And you know what, fire strays, you saw,
like they're willing to get a little bit juicier,
get a little bit cheeky, but they got a bit more wild.
Once they recaptured their confidence.
After that museum of contemplation, I think they were
medislaving a little bit too hard on domination.
They're like, oh, we could be a dive team, bro.
You are not a dive team.
I'm going to be real with you, homie.
I'm going to keep it a buck.
You are not a dive team.
But you look really good when you're sitting back.
You're doing your parking.
You're managing your things a little bit more slowly.
This is what we're used to seeing from fire strays, right?
They put the ultron in the bag, and they
are able to turn things up to 11.
And that's what we see happen here, the triple strategist.
That's the way to win for this firestray team.
And it took them a while to go back to the drawing board,
but eventually they did.
They were able to come out on top because of it.
I think the big issue here shows the lack
of flexibility right for the chosen ones,
especially because we saw the ban on the Captain America
and they even said the interview.
I think it was JDX we talked to yesterday.
It was just saying, yeah, ban the cap,
doesn't matter, we're still gonna win.
Well, I don't know.
Now we gotta see what happens when you do ban
that's what we're doing. We're
doing a lot of things. We're
doing a lot of things. We're
doing those target focuses for
you know, the strongest players
on this chosen ones roster. And
yes, of course, the one caveat
is that we did have, you know, a
sub coming in for JDX for chosen
ones, but fire strays really
just showed. Hey, domination
didn't matter. We just want to
prolong the series. Best we
could. So you know, looking at
the MVP here, I mean, it's got
to be demon at the end here,
especially with, you know, the
four man last stand that we saw
being really good on the hitscans to the melees to also the damage boost of whether it's the Ultron or whatever else.
Like he's just been such a flexible player and also a boon to this roster, whatever he needs.
He provides and Firestrays stayed composed all the way to the end.
And there was a chance for Chosen Ones to kind of get it together.
They actually had picked off Closer on the Cloak and Dagger in that final fight.
Znos was at 30% HP and they couldn't iron that out.
They had fireshires really lacking in resources, but what fireshires didn't lack was damage.
And you wouldn't expect the Wolverine to do well against, well, a Dino who can't be moved and a Loki set up and whatnot,
but Demon just absolutely tore them apart.
Slice and dice. That's what we saw happen at the end there.
And look at the post-game stats. I mean, binary, slot bow, not going down once.
A back line only going down a single time for fire strays.
I mean, that's the big difference here, right?
We only saw a couple of final hits
from the end of the chosen ones.
The full hold strategy was just too strongly there.
Yeah, just being able to sit back in that position,
like, I think it all came down to their bands as well.
We figured out the chosen ones pretty, pretty quickly
after that first map,
after we got a little bit shell shocked,
five of the times, like, oh yeah,
this, maybe he is that guy on Captain America.
This is quite concerning.
And like, like Lemon said, like chosen ones,
do a couple of, a couple of flexibility issues.
maybe it comes down to having a sub in for their duelist line.
But hey, if they're gonna first protect Medea Devil,
we know that 21K is gonna be on that.
We're just gonna get rid of all the options
to go faster with Medea Devil
to make sure he's always going in on his Larry
so that he can't really do too much
against a triple strategy setup.
It's just a lose-lose scenario
based on the cop that they could have brought
into this map, unfortunately.
So they have a lot to learn from this.
Of course, it goes to show that the chosen ones, you know,
have some wiggle room between now
and the end of the group stage in terms of improvements
and fire strays.
This is them actually having a better result, Lemon,
than we saw in the preseason week one,
because they had only losses to their name men,
so at least they come out with one here.
Yeah, I like that they just played their own game today.
Like two maps where Blackstone gets to play Groot
is a great day.
And it's also, the issue with Groot
is that it's hard to control the momentum.
If you get out pressured, Groot doesn't deal well with pressure.
He wants you to stop from escaping.
He wants to isolate you in with him and not the other way around.
And I think that once Firestrays got their duelists in order in terms of the amount of
damage you're putting out, whether it's Punisher, Moonknights, Phoenixes, then I think that
the Vanguards were set up for success.
So I'm really proud of Firestrays.
Well, it sounds like we have binary for the interview coming up here as well.
So we'll hear from them in just a little bit,
but it's just great to see, you know,
how well this team was able to perform in binary
specifically on the map, I mean, 50 to zero,
they're looking pretty good on the devil dinosaur,
showing people how it's done.
I mean, I've been glazing the binary Hulk for a while,
but we could talk about the binary dinosaurs.
We bring them in for a quick interview.
Well, good morning binary, congratulations on victory.
Could definitely see, you know,
the difference from domination
to the latter half of the series.
What made you guys lock in after that first map was dropped?
I mean, after the first map we lost, we realized we had to kind of target band 21K to take the victory.
So like the second map was probably really hard for them to play and uncomfortable because 21K was kind of out of heroes.
Like he's like known for his dead level and cat, but of course his Spider-Man as well.
Actually it was kind of popping up on Spiderman, but probably not too much scrim time on this.
So definitely I think we got them caught off guard there.
But yeah, our first domination map, I feel like it's a bit like hard recently because
we usually wait like one hour and like even more sometimes in between the warm-ups because
We're getting told in to join the lobby like really early, but
Yeah, then like everyone feels like kind of locked out sometimes
So we had to like needed first map to like lock fully in
Yeah, no good lives a little bit worried after your domination because obviously yesterday wasn't the result that you guys
Wanted so what was the what was the turnaround from your last match to this one to change the fate of fire straights? I
I mean it was primarily like certain matchups like yesterday we had like a lot of struggle
because we just faced like a really hard front to back matchup and when you usually go scrims
you want to always like play the best comps so if you play into other teams you play like
dive into dive you play a lot of front to back into front to back like what's best in
certain maps, but rarely you play like those non-mirror compositions, which we were like
some players were kind of confused or we as a team were kind of confused like how to play this
matchup. So we struggled a bit on the against reason, which also showed in the results.
But I hope we figured that's quite out. I still feel like our today's result is not really
It's great. I think we could have done way, way better.
I feel like looking at our roster and also at the previous results,
it should have been a sail through the sea. I don't know how to say it,
but we're still struggling a lot, which shouldn't have been the case, I feel like.
So, yeah, I mean, it's not really something to be proud of today.
And yes, that definitely didn't, yeah, not at all.
So I hope you are going to come out with the win, right?
Yeah, you already started, right?
Like we talked already and how everyone is kind of having a hard time with the meta,
and you were confident going into today with the changes that you knew you had to do from yesterday,
which is such a short turnaround.
Did you feel like at least playing your own game, at least off of like the Groot and stuff like that,
going back to old comforts, helped you kind of just be more familiar with how you wanted to approach these maps?
Yeah, definitely. I feel like if you have Blackstone Groot, there's like not even a chance of losing like even against Nabi, we took a map with him on Groot and we lost one map where it was insanely close.
I feel like if this guy is on Groot, it's just a free win. Like you don't even have to play the game anymore. Like the other five people and yeah, that definitely enabled us a lot with having a zero open for us.
for us. Awesome. Well, thank you binary for joining us for the interview. We'll catch
you on the flip side and congratulations on your win. Thank you very much. Thank you
for cheering us on. And we said thank you for you guys can hear it. We appreciate you
binary. But yeah, it was good to hear the insight there towards the end of it as well.
Right. You know, seeing exactly the adjustments that they had made talking about the composition
and differences between chosen ones specifically
and what they saw from reason
and making those adaptations is super important.
And nice that they were able to do it a lot faster
than before, Jen.
Yeah, and I think just, yeah,
they want to, they know their potential is higher
than where it is.
And I like that they're still striving to be perfect,
even if they didn't get the best performance today.
They still had a win.
And I'm glad that they still put trust
into the block zone group.
Well, we have one final series
close out week one of stage one for EMEA.
It's Virtus.Pro versus Alliance after this.
You're a magic that grows longer
The sound of the waves is so loud
If you look for me from the wall
The light will shine on you
You have to start, let's go
I'm gonna fall in love with you
Close your eyes with your warm eyes
I'm gonna melt away with my hands
Wait a little longer
Oh baby
Don't fall down, you have to get up
I'm not sure if I can do this
But I'm here for you
Sing a high-pitched song
Take a look, don't go in, don't you go
Just wanna go head-to-head
I'm gonna be down
Until the day I die
Welcome back everyone to our final series of week one of the action here in EBA,
Foughtable Leg Day Lemon here to close out the show. We have Vertus Pro who did get taken to a
map 3 almost taken down by Pulsar in their series but rallied back and were able to put
the sparkler in the bag that time because he was on Ultron for some reason. Either way though,
I mean, talking about this roster here, Jen, or, excuse me, not Jen, leg day, what can we expect for them to adapt from the mistakes we saw previously?
I'd love to see them continue to maybe put Sparkar on that Elsa. Like, some teams, they're like, oh, wait, Elsa's still pretty good.
Like, she got a slight nerf, a little snap on the wrist. She's still an incredibly powerful character.
I'd love to see them do more to leverage the hitscan prowess of Sparkar, given that we've also seen Phoenix pop off a lot here.
that's the way it is. That is
pro. Honestly, what I want to
see from this roster is a lot
of two to two as well. Like
like five really flakes that
hero pool as well. We know
that he's a good bear devil. We
know that he's a good star Lord.
We don't need to be playing
triple strategist in every
situation. Yeah, but some teams
like the front to back style
here like day, so I don't know
about that. I like the heels.
Yeah, they like to have side
that way. Well, we'll see what
they come out with specifically
composition wise here against
the Lions, though, and the
Lions look pretty decent in
their series as well. Jen
looking pretty solid so far
with their matchups against
altery sports. And what can we
expect here? An all Saudi team
joined by Gainer and man, this
was a really solid showing from
them against Alter mainly
against the race to who can
really own the black cat who
can master that inside of me
like that's how impactful Saddam is on that. And Xerx, if he's on the Phoenix, he just adds to that tally. Gainer, I think, is huge in this meta as well, whether it's the Captain America, the Venom that is still strong in the meta, while Zad kind of can be that solo anchor on the dino.
So this is a really strong roster that I think with time will be looking like they could top the charts.
that. Well, they hope to talk
to charts this time, right?
They got to owed by Virtus
Pro in the pre season when
they matched up against each
other, and now they're facing
off against themselves again.
So Celestio Husk, our favorite
here in the EMA. We go to another
time, but no surprises, right?
I mean, these teams are very
familiar with this map by this
point. We saw a lot of it in the
pre season as well, and we've
seen a lot of it today. So you
know, they kind of know the
based on just what's been played so far here and looking at our final series of the day,
Virtus. Pro, they want a dominant performance to shut down the haters and doubters that
are out there, right? The world champions need to regain their former glory and this
is the first step on that journey.
Yeah, the Virtus. Pro doubters, they have been loud. They've been yelling from the
rooftops or many people have asked them to stop and get off the roof. The Virtus. Pro
the game. And that's what
might be washed. Still that is
probably have a lot of leg room
in stage one before midseason
before all of the naysayers
could be proven wrong at land.
And vertus program to keep the
dino and the lion's going to
opt to. Yeah, okay. Both
dinos are going to be in the
picture. I'm just catching up
here, but hey, it's going to be
about dealing with the black
cats. Virtus Pro have not been
one's been banning that world. The first matchup you had to get rid of it and now we get to see the
debut of Virtus Pro on the Black Cat. I'm thinking it could be anything from Sparker to Phi. Phi has
been the one that could learn all the new heroes and has done that even with the Wolverine and that
matches this playstyle well but then also Sparker was the Psylocke Goat, the best in the world so
which also has transferable skills there. So now Lions have to think what can we do to stop the
assassin.
Okay, Daredevil has been protected here, wouldn't mind seeing Virtus Pro ban away a diving vanguard
just to make sure that Daredevil is going to be in more of a lonely dive attempt, no,
just making sure that he won't have a flake coming through from a luna snow.
So now they are going to run the risk of going up against something like a captain america
or a venom to help aid those daredevil incursions, but as you said, Fi really is that player
as we learned from Fincy in an interview where you just tell him to learn to hero, you go
I was like, I've been in ranked for 17 hours somehow and I've learned the character.
And he's like graying and has like a beard and like everything.
Like he hasn't left this set up.
Like in full haggard.
So he's got his master Oogway on.
For many years I haven't practiced in the black cat.
And speaking of just Virtus Pro, a big thing that was affecting Virtus Pro when they did lose that one map on music and
the game. And so what we
really wanted to do is to
use him. Compilation was the
Vanguard being targeted. Finsy
wasn't allowed to play the
Captain America, which very
much affects that hybrid sort
of pseudo front to back and
dive style that they like to
do and fire is going to be the
one on the black cat while
sparker. Again, the skies are
unlimited here on Celestial
Husks, a star Lord will be on
the menu, and I think the
counter the black cat. There's
been so many different
options, but based on the
would be great but it all depends on who is most comfortable for you in the
hero pool so Lions opting for the setup of the rocket raccoon in white box to be
able to be elusive and also res. Oh I forgot the Finssey's gonna have the
black cat theme up here from Captain America as well which does increase the
shield health as well as make a pinpoint accurate reflex which could be
interestingly useful against something like say a white box. Right now Finssey's
It's just kind of keeping this high ground while Xerx wants to get a good LOS.
Actually both these main guards down, speaking of main guards, one's been claimed by the Dino.
Dino crowd earlier, it's gonna be able to get out of there utilizing all of their movement cooldowns.
You can see that Fyze is getting a little bit pressure when it comes into going towards the back.
QB under assault, full self-spirited sanctuary from the Fox.
And I like what I believe is yet to be invested.
They're gonna send some strikes from far away.
Oh, uh, get them, Battle Rake or Beacon.
distract Fincy. I mean, it worked out in the end, Zia taken down by Nevix,
where the backline were all of these towards the assault of the Icelandic warrior of democracy.
And it ruins the momentum of Liza having that respeaking, because Zia had fallen early or at
that point, and maybe they could have fought again because of it, and now VP gets the first cap.
60% already for Sparkle on this galactic legend. He has just been farming away,
and you've got to be careful what off angles you push if you're alive. Even if you're someone as
sustainable as Gainer, Nebix will chomp down and call everyone to hunt.
A lot of information here for VP to work with Spark and making the most of his quality
and obscenity approach with San Fram is already half their HP before we even make the engagement
and forcing Frederic low on the back of that one and Rexx has been taken down by five so
it's going to be a little bit wanting for when it comes to the healing output.
ZR the Mephrae will have to stand alone and well against the tide of Dinosaurus, it's
too difficult to do.
I'm just so surprised Lions chose to protect the Daredevil instead of the black cat which
was kind of a huge part of their success.
But either way, when the bands come out from VP, there's only so much you can do and Fai
is just so quick on the executions.
Really truly being able to play anything in the hero book.
60% and growing.
Galactic Legends about to rain down on Lions Parade and they have no straddles to counter
it because they've just not been able to really heal much.
Yeah, you haven't really had many fights to try and play with here spark around the other side looking for a target
Only see Seattle in gainer at the moment wherever lions disappeared to their parents out of the perfect hidey-hole as well
I'll spark as range and so now be peering enough to deal with their own black
It was you coming through from the circus Parker getting inside into cover and chasing away at the
Japanese fancy inside of this cover
There's not too much in the way of feeling coming their way finally lines to execute it five things
This is workable with the calling card though, even with only a singular healer, 3-0-4% away from the invisible boundary.
Can you be just managed to dodge away, utilizing their own each death, and that means the fire has no resets with which to work?
Maybe the calling card is what forced that Jepholt to get out of QB, so VP, I think are playing with their food,
never insist demonstrating exactly that, Lyah's already down their vital.
What's supposed to make space on this Lyah team? I guess Kubeo form will do it.
And her form's gonna have to be the one to make it happen. Unleashed onto a point, still Lyons are in control.
Denigine used a Freedom Charge next to give her Sustainability 2 Lyons.
Out comes Scythe, copied usage of the invisible boundary.
Satam falls down inside. Didn't even know he was invisible, but still Gainer looks towards the back.
It's gonna be difficult to try and get anything done against Fiverr with all those eye-dreams.
But like with Phantom pursuit, you'd be gone to the abyss, but maybe something can happen.
So they popped the devil dinosaur's rampage, but Rodrigo is more than keen to meet that
being his full boundaries drawn under healing, he's strong against the damage isolated into
a mix of VP and a test to turn around here from Zad with the help of Saturn who can let
the devil out but truly have the HP to make this one work.
Pinty tries to finish it off now, the free-in charge surely going to be the last though here
as Zad yet to fall, Zerx goes on the other side, the devil unlates for the rest of VP
you can make him just scatter away as they wait for Sparky to deal with their problems.
Sparky going frag, he's been a strategy for what well last year and seems to be evergreen
in 2026.
Oh, Sparky's going towards your spot, it's time to call 911 and it's time to portal.
Xeon gonna do just that, they emerged, the Daredevil's trying to identify the Loki's
of side pay, no ult for VP, but man, they are just in the driver's seat.
Lexus down, Xerxes too, Sparky's tracking just too clean, Satsang being chased down
by their counterpart here of
by mostly get one over London.
See as protocol citrus the wrong
way with the cover disappeared
and so spark easily finds their
other half and that's going to
be sat and and by deflecting each
other respectfully.
And disrespectfully, I mean,
VV just with the first cab
deny lions not only just the
strength of their black cat.
That's something that everyone
had to watch out for is if
satan was going to be able to
have that and they VP ban it out before Lions could protect it and it's now you have to
weigh that first protect very carefully in the band phase.
Gee how much more do you want the black cat over the dino and Lions I mean it's been so
much centralized about their vanguard line which is the strongest core of the Lions roster
and only three casualties on the side of VP you could tell that Lions are thrown off their
game and are lacking the amount of damage to deal with VP and when VP have all the
the space then someone like Sparker can just double the other duelist damage. He has 10k
already and it helps when you have an invisible woman on VP side to kind of give those shields
over so lines will have to overcome a lot here in the second round.
Interesting that Pai is going to match with Daredevil here.
It might be then more concerned about the information that's given over by Daredevil's wallhacks
compared to the raw damage output of the Black Cat.
That Vex has for Rampage 2 is going to be a tone-setter as the fight will take place on the high ground
and eventually you'll have to drop down just in case who is going to be dropping down.
Is it just going to be the Dino or how much are Lions going to try to run a death ball as Pai is getting punished
and all almost brought down to his knees,
eventually finished, and that's huge for Lions.
But where's the rest of the VP?
Like, what's going on?
Like, is Satham just having a sense of him, you assume?
So, Nevix still flicks his Riddable,
starts the RAPH, falls low,
still no healing to be found,
so I've been to Retro.
They've just been cowed into submission in the back.
They've been hurted by Satham.
Yeah, VP had Nevix dropped towards the point,
leaving VP's jewelers completely exposed
and Lions deathwalled on the high ground.
They focused on winning the war, not just the fight, and they got both out of it.
They claimed the first point, and with the double strats, not triple for Lyons,
they'll have galactic legend advantage, especially as VP emerged.
Yeah, I would like to see an early fight from Lyons.
Okay, we're doing sidefights.
What their priorities here are, moving everyone from the low key and the endless warmen,
they still allow them to use these regeneration rooms to basically no sell all of Xerx's ultimate,
although Fi has to stay back inside them to maintain safety.
So those are all of the reasonable traits, Parker.
With his own galactic legend,
how can he be able to avoid this one
by going down into the map itself?
Looking towards the back,
Sassam's gonna be in a very vulnerable position.
A big grab in midair,
and the Blaster Bronze are trying to copy it afterwards.
Gainer's just giving everyone so much in key
with the lack of a freedom charge.
Now, Rek's gonna be the primary target.
Parker's tracking solid.
If he bullies in the clip,
the element guns can get it done so easily.
But now, going up against Xerx,
it's a rough drill to try and take.
his fight takes out Ziyad on the other side.
Gainer's gonna bounce around on the point for points themselves.
The 61% is gained.
And both Galactic Legends being countered,
Xerx was too busy trying to deal with all the site bait clones.
So you let VP have Loki and you're gonna pay the price.
While his Sparker, I mean, had to try and take down Lions
while they were in the middle of the jet puddle,
healing them up.
So kind of good neutralization there.
Lions get up to 61%, not too bad.
But VP now get to sit on the high ground
have invisible boundary, no straddles from Lyons,
so Saddam has to be careful, has to ultrack this
and not be caught in the midst of the slow.
All right, all of the sniper aren't taken again.
Lyons so good at death-balling and VP,
often unwilling to fight it,
instead just trying to draw out some extra extensions
and so it might be the one to make it happen.
Gain those four run on down,
trying to contest the points
and was collapsed upon by all sides.
Enough spark, needs some healing.
51 HP, she'll give another Guardian shield
The invisible woman announced time to get tracking clocking in for a shift of a tracking factory and boys working overtime today
50 bullets in the clip another on the frag feed. Oh spark is nasty
Lions they're trying to force the VP hand, but VP disengage gainer
Gainer cannot get close without taking so much poke damage and that is going to be tough
The invisible boundary never came out from VP now. They have both straddle commits
This is going to be devastating if Lions don't get ahead of this and have to be a big ult from Saddam and even then there's answers from VP.
Oh my, we've got Angel here.
Once all of these squishies could be contemplating popping out with the Galactic Legend, seems Gaina chases Gaina away.
Only Z-Art now is going to be in their sights as most of the squishies have been able to flee from the scene of the crime.
Gaina just doesn't have the path to get away from Spark, and the healing's not going to be there either.
Also, Statham Ulted and VP are so economical they didn't use a single straddle, so this
could be VP's math barring a miracle that Lions are praying for.
Alright, never to come through early, Statham, two versus one in the back, great 2v1 manufacturing
here by VP, inter-generation runes down to potentially, maybe one or two in the next
all of this, but it seems that Tha is going to shut them down rather quickly with the
race of the devil. Rex next up inside of their sights and attempts to drag the
daredevil from the safety of the invisible boundary, because Tha is feeling
audacious, feeling brave, and he's gonna need all that bravery when facing down
the source for a supreme, a satan, brings up the portal and brings lines back to
the point where it's only to face the danger of the Royce and the Roused Polar Bear
The predator has made sure that this is not going to be a stubborn icy crumbles underneath the founding of lions
Out of the freedom charge here again
It can give them for extra health but can you even survive in the face of this much damage dance off the point for about a
Moment and that's enough for VP to claim the map
Tough situation to not get anything out of your daredevil old and then you have to use galactic legend while the invisible boundary is online
line. Maybe they were trying to get some stragglers on the perimeter of the
invisible woman old but man this was a pretty I know the score line doesn't
look one-sided but if you actually watch how these fights broke down first
second third bloods all in favor of a vertus fro this is them really hitting
their stride bouncing back from their first match we'll see what happens after
this
Oh, I love you so much
Oh, I love you so much
Tell me give me a hug
A long time ago, I was just a kid
I was like a light in your eyes
I was so close to you
I'd just run, run, run
I just look at you
I'd try to look at you
I'd try to look at you
I'd try to get away from you
Don't talk to me
I'd run into you
I'd try to find you
The world's easy now and then
Turn up the volume, don't you go
Turn on the head, don't you burn
I don't get down, I'm very happy
Get up now, boom boom, like a bang
To us, it's all gone
If you come tomorrow
The expectations have been met by Virtus.Pro and we'll see if they can close things out
strong in the second map depending on what the Lions choose for their selection.
But the Lions, I mean, they had a decent performance, right?
It wasn't 100% to zero each time here like Dave, but I would say, you know, once the
one fight was won by Lions, it seemed like the rest of it was just all Virtus.Pro all
the way.
Yeah, that is pro. When they figured out their plan, they were pretty good at executing it.
We saw a little bit of sloppy play on the second map of Stasdiel Harzgrohe.
They didn't see the high ground away fast enough, so the tight back didn't work out quite so well.
But after they figured out their plan and they could draw in Gaina or make sure that his path
he was constantly harassed by the Pope, that was coming through from Sparkler in particular,
things became a little bit easier. So much damage done.
Not going to lie, Sparkle might have been doing a little bit of damage farming on the old Devil Dinosaur, we saw it, but not a single casualty to their name, you can't complain when it comes to results, and that's what Sparkle has been putting up.
Yeah, I mean, looking at these results here, Levin specifically, like, these are the numbers we wanted to see, you know, from the group stage, and we did in pre-season for Virtus Pro, so just writing, you know, the mistakes that they had previously, but I think it's also, you know,
just goes to show how strong the team Pulsar was and Lions still looking for their footing here.
I think Virtus.pro just straight up won in the band draft. Like having a one-sided Black Cat
denying Saddam that that huge rune, that was the whole reason Lions were as successful as they
were against Alter was Saddam 1v6ing and VP did their homework. Sipy's allowed to play Loki,
which is such a good deterrent to any kind of dive, whether it's Gainer or Saddam. They were
never even able to accomplish as much as they would have. And at least it takes a
lot of time to figure out who the correct clone is. Yesterday, Idrisil's path
was also the choice of the Lions when they faced Ulter and that's how they
closed out the series with a full cap. But again, it was off of the black cat and
now they have to wait. Do they want to protect the Dino first or protect the
black cat first? That is a good question. Yeah, they got a 3-0 victory. They were
were able to hold them around the first corner before even getting towards that final touch
or alter eSports. But you know, that's a team who didn't make it to the playoffs versus
a team who, yes, they fell to two top teams, but it's still the world champions and furthest
pro right. So two different battles you could say for what to expect here and also just
a different time period as well with the meta, right? You know, teams know the strategies,
know what you're trying to play from just looking at the footage and the results and
the replays in game shout to the devs for even adding that eSports tab and
allowing the fans to go into it.
But going to interest a BAF convoy here.
This must win for the Lions and see if they can be the second team during
stage one to take a map off VP or VP back in the saddle will close things out
and sail off into the sunset.
There are splendid shine of Asgard and Eegs guard certainly are a little
bits contrasted with the muddied crown of bird as pro with their fifth to
6th finish in pre-season. But now is their time to recapture the spark and the confidence
of the people as we hit the world's number two. And once again, Denver Dinosaur is indeed
going to be a big priority.
And the Black Cat gets banned from BP to the Lions, which deciding to now go for the Protect
on the Dino, and they get away with protecting the Black Cat. So Lions are so centered around
nine strategists and repeating a lot of what they already banned that maybe they're not
too concerned about Fai's black cat, but I'm concerned about Sadaf not having black cat. So
we'll see if we're going to repeat the result here of Celestial Husk. Yeah, does the satam
ban on black hell set force for daredevil protects us the question as this can allow
Virtus. Pred to essentially have like a free slot for their last ban or they can ban away the daredevil
and just try and take away all of Satam's most impactful heroes, Luna Snow is gonna be
protected.
Virtus.
Probe, do they take away the daredevil now?
Do they just try and wait for the satam?
Satam doesn't have any fun, you have a white box to be a great pick away as well.
A phoenix.
Okay, that's uh, well I guess that's out of the hands of Serks now, but this is gonna
mean that Satam is likely gonna be on the daredevil the entire time, maybe not so worried
about it.
Yeah, um. Yeah, the Zerks played the Phoenix and was incredible on interest.
Those path they paired that with the black cat or set him also went to the
Ultron. So that's the fall back plan there. Lions had their Luna banned out.
So now as in in that in that magic and altar. So now they'll have the Luna
double charm team up with the white Fox. So that'll be very strong to go up
against any kind of dive. But in a situation of front to back playing with
with an Emma and a Dino, VP should be too much affected by this.
Yeah, VP.
They will likely be able to deal with Statham reasonably easy with something like a Phoenix or Star Lord.
Star Lord's got a really good matchup against Ultron.
Even better, nobody has a larger clip to try and play with as well.
The Virtus.Prior, they can play the Ultron.
I'd rather they didn't, but they can.
I'm dead, but oh so I think look uncomfortable on the Emma when he gets his captain America banned out
That's in his fallback plan and you could tell that he doesn't have a thousand hours on it compared to maybe some other heroes
That he has but he's still one of the best vanguards that we have an EMEA for a reason watch out for these Emma walls to come up
Behind this lion's dino once again you got to double grab two of the dino once that bleed is applied
There could be all hell breaking loose and lions are just gonna depend on more of a poke phase as a moon night
It's what's gonna try and break out
Lions from this corner and could be a nice area to let corn shoe rain down as there's a kid that
Seems that one of the hallmarks of bps plays out the moment
They are very quick to pull out the location of the captain America and they literally are poking him almost
Instantly so putting here on some of moon night is certainly interesting from lions. I don't know if I love it
I mean against both the Loki and the Devil Dancer it makes a lot of sense
But it does mean that like your pressure on the fire is going to be incredibly limited about like a reliable hitscan
Because they're just trying to farm the the Loki in this case and does a good job of doing that
I mean he already has the old so
VP how quick can they leave he got double jump from Dredro and so you can diamond the form dash out and
Oh Casey had a sling to line
Alright, trying to actually put down a hand to conch you on top of the kidnapped victim of the Devil Dinosaur.
It's an interesting combo, but it doesn't work out this time.
And Spark is just able to play in this incredibly audacious position.
Essentially, he's just positioning themselves like a vanguard right now.
Rage of Ultron declared by Sats.
I'm gonna get some fire on that Spark here, maybe.
Like, just trying to shut down the Ultron at touch.
That could be a great start, but headshot after headshot, bomb up onto the Devil Dinosaur, looking towards the back, blinding.
and some of the better does good damage,
but the Lions is not necessarily face away, just engage.
Sparkler is in kind of a very aggressive position
and Nevic still fails and outs.
He had what was close to grabbing Sparkler in some moments
and this Vanguard Lion is just untouchable.
Sparkler has all the space in the world
to just play the aim trainer
and Lions, they better get comfortable in the spot
because it's gonna be tough to break out of it.
Xerx is gonna have another hand of conch
coming up maybe you can have the Luna snow boost that up I really don't know
what it's gonna take out of Lions because it's hard to get a good line of
sight around kind of this zigzag area and Gainer he's trying to get some sight
lines but he's getting checked. Still in the sound zone of getting calm to be
checked and damaged. You can never reach their targets in a full HP.
Now getting in a good spot getting around this corner is a nice job and now
Xerx could target this backline with an OOF.
Alright, now for generation demands.
Is it going to be enough to save Trigger in the middle of this?
Would it be?
So, keeping an eye on what's at level with damage boosts, either, but the healing should
be good to keep the rest of the team in a good position.
So, I heard a quick guard of initiative up comes the invisible boundary, and now for
damage from them, it's going to be very difficult to deal with.
Looking for a target to try and chomp along through.
Eventually, it's going to settle for a new night, combining with Sparger for a partnership
of damage, chasing down Voluna's smell with direct impact he's given over, but the ultron
healing is going to be strong.
C-Admin and the deer of this fight is still going to try and clutch it out, utilizing their
ramshade.
And it's all in here from Lyons, they think they've smelt some blood on the Savannah and
indeed they might well have been able to as the regeneration runes are going to be forced
out here from VP and Space has to be ceded away.
And VP did not suffer casualties here so they're able to retake and they need to get some space
before this car gets too close.
This choke point is so annoying for the defenders
to get back through and it's,
Lions are making good progress.
They have to maintain this.
Okay, Vince, you have to stand here now
and take this damage.
The fight can at least sustain them.
The rage movement is gonna be so much healing
for everyone to try and deal with.
A big e from Zav,
what's off healing for about a moment.
The fight can still survive through this one.
Satsang noted in the air,
the hitstands are so much to deal with this.
And even with the hand of Kongsu descending from on high,
The Egyptian Guard of Lunar Powers not enough to rouse the bear, Ursa themselves will roar over Eegsgaard
and an isolation onto the white box of no one in TP range
means that Surriderability is not on the cards for Paul Rex nor for Ziad
a first point hold for Virtus.Pro, as they do some classic front to back.
This, yeah, they really did, the TP, the triple strat is insane.
the amount of support the amount
of heels that come out of VP.
Is incredible.
Lions I'm pretty sure registered
zero limbs off the hand of
conscious something that should
be at least guaranteed to have
one when you have someone
literally CC it in the middle of
it.
And then lions pushed VP to the
very end choke points a
position that defenders usually
cannot overcome.
Lions through every old in the
game.
Nuclear bombs at everything
They either had Loki lamps, they had invisible boundary,
they had Saipae, you're letting Saipae play Loki.
I think that's a big issue.
The band phase continues to go the way of VP
and Lions just really tried to change things up
and target things that were not all of the strategists.
They tried to weaken the duelists of VP
and in this new meta, there's different considerations now
and look at the work that the strategists have done.
Two casualties total on the VP side.
understand why I was doing a fantastic job of like I didn't want to see him play
the Ultron because I think that fire's got so much time to play things like the
black cab but when they're just gonna play the moon night and there's no real
way for Ultron to take consistent damage like why not just hang out in the air and
be like essentially invincible duelist. Fincey also has been doing absolute bits
actually out damaging nevix rare for a never bang god to out damage with double
dinosaur but the fully charged Emma just standing there with three like sources
of healing behind them does so much. Yeah and the Emma is just such a tank shredder
too once you scale up that energy and Lions gave it their all on the attack
and now to defend the finish line stands at the end of the first checkpoint and VP
just need to build up towards some ultimates and the kidnap from Nevis
claims Z at first. Three of the strategists but you really couldn't tell right there
Z and certainly was blocked off from so many of those heals by the big shield of
the opposing Devil Dinosaur of a salvation through fight. A quick eye frame. Oh, was that a telepathy? My goodness, bro, he's nasty with it!
Aw, he's put in the hours, he's put in the work, and lions, if they don't emerge out of this, there's just got...
not gonna be a re-contest on the flank, will be Gainer to touch, the VP strats are in sight,
you need to get the portal in, and he just gets pushed off the payload!
Yeah, unfortunately importantly into a fully charged them a frost and a devil dinosaur. What is a wizard to do throw in even level 20 yet?
He doesn't have his level 9 spell slots
You can need a level 9 spell slots
We really wish to try and defend this one but lines are all out of wishes the fairy godmothers ain't clocked in today
It's a national holiday for them. Verna's crow just stand on business and they just
Send out shots after shot
Sparkrum has an end song in Furna, barely even going to need to use it.
Z-Ad's got no real survivability to their name.
I think Popper E early in Panic, but honestly, what can you do but Panic when faced with VP?
VP, stand on business and stand on the corpses of the Cubs.
What a swift series for Virtus Pro.
Bouncing back from that unfortunate map drop yesterday,
but still ultimately topping.
being at in second seat, I should say, but still topping the group A charts now two and O in the
standings of Vodable. Welcome back so soon. That was fun to watch. Yeah, I mean, you know, got to
take a little bit of a breather, walk around my apartment and then come back and sit down and
like, oh, we're already done. But no, I think it's more just like Virtus. Pro back into what we
expected, right? Pulsar just goes to also show how strong of a roster that was. And even with,
you know, the doubts that a lot of people had going into the series and saying, you know,
Oh lions they look so good against altar. It just shows that there's levels, right?
We saw you know, none of the rad VP kind of be those like top three going into this group
And now you can kind of see exactly why that's the case as well and looking at the MVP again
I mean not too surprised who it is right at sparker
We saw how strong they were in map one again not going down the entire
Series this is the expectation met yet again here leg day. That is our
Grand finals world champion MVP
right there. I mean, when I swore the patch notes for season eight, I was, I was not a happy boy. But, uh,
I know someone who was with Sparker because they buffed Phoenix.
Yup.
Buffed Star Lord. Like, it was a very, very solid patch for someone who just sits in
Maine and aims like a demon.
I mean, talking about, you know, someone who's just doing really good specifically for this team,
I feel like the back line as well that we saw, you know, it's built a little bit shaky against pulsar
But I feel like sipe and jidra really figured out exactly, you know
What they want to focus on here too and even with all the bands lemon targeting this back line of verters pro
I feel like they might need to spread that love around a bit if you're trying to take down the world champions that are VP
Yeah, you literally have to pick your poison and it all tastes bad
that would have been my MVP
just because let's see he also
had no casualties. I mean most
of the VP didn't but side had
such good utilizations of the
region domain to save people like
five who have to escape from the
lions and to always know what
the team needed to be basically
undiveable to make it so that
gainer didn't accomplish anything
on the captain America which is
both in positioning and also the
choices. So, Virtus Pro all around reaching flawless levels of execution and even getting
really good at the stuff like Emma, kind of their tertiary vanguards, if you will. So,
again, great uses of the shields from Vinzy to basically make sure that Ziad was a victim
almost every single fight. I mean, this was just a highlight performance that we saw for
Virtus Pro, right? This is the, what we witnessed during the preseason group stage, right? Them
take it down teams and not really struggling too much. And I think it's great for them specifically
that they did drop a map so early against Pulsar because it you know it always forces a team like
this to lock me into analyze. Okay. Why did we go down with the band phase? Was it the way that
they were playing their heroes? And I think they realized you know Black Cat was a big issue that
they didn't have as much experience as they would have liked against. So taking that completely
out both maps like they I think was a big difference maker. Yeah. I think VP's draft is
definitely improving quite a bit considering that it was their primary weakness about a year ago.
Obviously they've bought EQO in since then and helped them to really iterate on their drafts.
Well, we've drafted in Finssey for an interview. Welcome in Finssey. Congratulations on the victory
there. I mean, I want to talk about the previous series and the one that we just saw here.
Some people online were saying, you know, was it Virtus.Pro just doing bad or Pulsar doing
really good what are your opinions on that one I mean I think that definitely
enterrated team they got super good players that have been around for a
while but I also think we played pretty bad we played the wrong heroes many
times maybe we must have our last man on map two and three but I think we fixed
all of that today and hopefully for the rest of the tournament
Okay, so let's think about, like, the progression of VP this year. What would you say are the
big goals for the team in terms of your self-improvement over the course of this year, given that you're
already world champions, I want to know how you iterate on that?
I think it's just keep going with water views a lot, expanding like our game sense and
knowledge, expanding our hero pools and playing different comps and stuff. But I can say we
We don't mess up in the draft phase, and most importantly, picking the right heroes
in-game.
We've been struggling with that a bit, but we're getting better at that, so I think
that's the main thing, so we can improve on.
Yeah, and talk to me about how those hero pulls are expanding, because you're putting
more hours on the Emma, and it seems like between Fai and Spark or Fai is the one doing
the Black Cat, so talk to me about how you guys are ironing out these roles.
Yeah, it's mostly like Fai plays the melee heroes, and Spark plays the Hits gun, obviously,
And then they both play Ustrone and both play Mantis, so we can play Tribal Support the melee hero or Tribal Support the Escan hero.
And then me and Navix play mostly all the tanks.
I think it's really good to be able to play all the tanks. Just in case anything happens, you can tip and out so you can play any comp.
So yeah, I think we're just all working on our heroes like in our pools and then also expanding a little bit outside our pools.
So, I do have one final question before we send you away, FnC.
We got to talk about the elephant in the room, right?
Drop to Navi, drop to Rad during the pre-season.
You're playing off against Rad Esports for a rematch from that matchup next Saturday.
What are you guys doing to prepare differently compared to the last time in the pre-season?
Yeah, I mean, I guess Navi and Rad, we just think we didn't have the draft completely
on lockdown.
We didn't pick the right heroes in game.
We were kind of lost with the camp.
We hadn't played much camp yet because people were mostly just first planning it and then people started doing Elsa
So now we've had like a month or something of camp practice. So now we're ready for that
So I think we're gonna do way better now
Love to hear well, thank you for joining me Fidzi congratulations on your team's continued success and we'll see you next week
like. There you have it. I mean, feeling confident knows the things that they have to work on.
I feel like it's one of those things like, Oh, you know what do we need to work on? It's
this, this, this and this. But hey, you know, they know exactly what they need to focus
on here as well. The hero selection, the draft as well. And it's not necessarily the mechanics
because we know the world champions for a reason here like that.
Yeah, like when it comes to mechanics, that's one place where I'm never really concerned
about about VP like if you put them in a death man if you put them in like a do match room like they're winning all their
dolls they don't get out talented when it comes to how fast they are on the mouse and keyboard you know so that's definitely so
But they don't need to focus as much on
11 I mean final thoughts that you have about that series as well right we saw some you know great
Improvements I would say based on what Finzi was saying as well
Yeah, he looked like they're obviously working on their flexibility and they show improvements every single time and they face off against
to be the best black cat.
So that has to be a ban for VP.
Yeah, we'll see more focus on
that as well. But here are the
end of the standings at least
for the first week of group
stages, of course, Virtus Pro
back on top. The Lions looking
for a bounce back rad as well.
But Group B is as close as can
be. No real front runners. I
guess you could say heretics and
reason, of course, but it's
As can be no real front runners. I guess you could say heretics and reason, of course
Just because they've only played a single series over there. I mean leg day. There's still a lot more to happen here
Yeah, like crown for being o and two after we just saw them almost be shikigami like no one say you
Group B like crown for being in last place. I'm like
I can see the making playoffs is a he's a wild draw to be honest over in group A things are going kind of as
expected, Virtus.Pro vs. Ryan is definitely going to be one of the great determining matches
for the entirety of this group, but we also need to see how Pulsar stacks up against some
of the rest of the competition after taking them out of the VP.
Yeah, I'm most excited to see, you know, the performances from Pulsar specifically on where
they were all met out there as well.
And I know Lions, they're definitely wanting a bit of a bounce back to after their performance
here against Virtus.Pro, but again, it's Virtus.Pro.
So yeah, it's a good team out there.
You can't really fault yourselves too much for going down there, but you know, talking
about the matches that will be starting again next Friday, this is the end that we have
for the show here, reason gaming against Heretics to see who will be at least the undefeated
team for now in Group B for that matchup.
Shikigami vs. Fire Strays, there will be another heated one as well and Pulsar, they're just
going through the ringer here like that.
Yeah, like VP into Na'Vi, it's certainly a draft of all time.
Get out of the way.
Get out of the way early, but it's just cruising on easy street, baby.
Reason, like, importantly for all of these matches, which are going to be happening next
Friday, there's a week of scrims until then.
True.
And the teams that are down in terms of their match scores so far are going to have a lot
more like concrete improvement that they can make, and we did see like a big turnaround
for fire strays in particular between week one and week two of preseason.
So I wonder how many of these teams are going to have successful
triage on the weaknesses that have been revealed.
And I think fire strays really found a good stride here today.
They are looking so strong.
They finished out that series in style while Shikigami really floundered
in their first match against heretics, which don't blame them.
But with that and Shikigami went the distance in their series.
But like I worry about that.
And I think this could be fire strays getting back on their high horse
in terms of the standing.
So that'll be my matchup of that week.
Yeah, there's a lot of good matches to come,
not just on Friday, but Saturday and Sunday.
Another three days of action will be happening there.
But we still have some more for week one.
It is going to be America's following us up.
And we had some game three, some banger matchups today.
And hopefully they do as well.
That's been all for me.
Votable leg day at Lemon.
We also had Detcher and Ryan earlier on.
And Moxie will be joining us next week as well.
So stay tuned to the action.
We'll see you on the flipside.
Oh, yeah
I'm gonna be mad at you
You know I'll dream about the night
Oh yeah, oh yeah
I need you, I'm gonna find you
I'm gonna be mad at you
I'm gonna be mad at you
I'm gonna be mad at you
If you look for me here
I'll be right here
Don't don't don't don't don't don't
Just hold me down, hit me, just hold me down
I don't know what's up, my baby
Hit it now, don't look back at me
If you wait for us, take it now
I don't know what's up, my baby
I don't know, I don't know
What should I do, I'm thankful
I'm so lost, I'm so lost
Oh yeah
I'm waiting for you
To be there
I have to wake up as soon as I fall
I'm curious about where I'm going
I'm always with you
I sing high-pitched songs
I don't know if I'm doing it or not
Take all the hate, get to it, just fall
You don't need no more, you need to leave me
Take all the pain, take all the pain
Run to us, take it now
I want to open my eyes, all the moments
I'm sorry, if you get better
There's nothing more, you're the perfect one
The fire up the fire
The nerves is in our hands
Throw it up the fire
The fire is in our hands
The fire up the fire
The fire up the fire
The fire up the fire
The fire up the fire
If it's raining on us
Oh I'll don't be done
I'm not bad by the way
Oh I'll take you now
I wish we used to fight when sun and moon and dark wander
The time when there was a time that we were crap
Like a solid shadow swimming in the heat
That's what has come for me to sink you out
We are sent over last week again
Precision's falling to work, come fight me
Do you remember who you really are?
Show me that you are still the only one for me
I'll be waiting for you
We can't let them jump from the sleep
With the sense that she knows how it works
For them it's better to admit
The levels in the end rise
And I think you're my toll
And you know as well I stand to rise
We arise till the end of time
We will flash the light away
We will fight
Missing across the entire space
But you are mine
Take it, take it to the end
Do you see the dawn, the flame burning brightly
Shining one nose and a reason, yes
Across all time I see you turning the sides
And do you see now, our time, our time
I can still fight like the wind in fire
And it's fine, it's over now no more
Can always be on the time your power is mine
Like a strong and darkness grown up
You've got more or just a needed thing
New days finally put across the future
Breaking the chains like the wind fighting with me
And when you wake up
I'll find your prize
Raising up your distance
Smashing through sorrow
But from the rest of the time
Yeah, I was in the beginning
Why is that happening?
Don't mind too much
I'll just help you out
And stop us
We have rivals again
Until the end of time
