[00:00:30] I
[00:02:00] I
[00:03:00] I don't get why you don't love me so, love me so, love me so
[00:04:00] I'm gonna get out of here
[00:04:02] I'm gonna get out of here
[00:04:04] I'm gonna get out of here
[00:09:30] I still feel so low
[00:09:43] I feel so low
[00:09:47] I feel so low
[00:09:51] I feel so low
[00:09:58] It feels like home
[00:10:05] It feels like home
[00:10:12] It feels like home
[00:10:20] It feels like home
[00:10:22] It's so familiar in the pattern
[00:10:25] I've learned that I'm caught the way I move
[00:10:30] Move to you
[00:10:35] It's how you rise to make it matter
[00:10:39] Look at me differently from what I'm used
[00:10:44] Used to
[00:10:55] It feels like...
[00:11:03] It feels like the song is gone
[00:11:10] It feels like...
[00:11:13] It feels like...
[00:11:17] It feels like...
[00:15:19] We had now into play days 4 and 5 this Monday Tuesday which means we're getting to the busy
[00:15:39] end of things for group stage.
[00:15:41] Guys, as we enter this week, this is where really top 4 is going to be a make or break
[00:15:45] for a lot of teams in this region.
[00:15:47] yeah absolutely there's a handful that are sort of teetering in terms of their
[00:15:52] aspirations and being able to make the top four and as you say there's several
[00:15:57] teams where if they aren't able to capture points tonight that's gonna make
[00:16:01] their run very very challenging but even I suppose for some of the teams that
[00:16:04] are in the top four currently they also need to be pretty mindful that
[00:16:08] points are going to be critical and there's every world in which those that
[00:16:11] are on the fringe can kind of make up that difference so I think we're
[00:16:14] a really good kind of crossroad for this particular playday and then it takes an upset or two and
[00:16:19] that's going to make things quite interesting. Especially after what we've seen across the
[00:16:22] first three playdays, how competitive the oceanic region has been. I mean, even Enterprise got
[00:16:27] absolutely decimated back on playday two. So anything can happen on a given night, certainly
[00:16:31] when it comes to best of ones. And with the table where it kind of sits as well,
[00:16:35] you've got to make sure even for teams that are towards the top and have looked
[00:16:38] really good up to this point, you don't want to drop games here and now and then go
[00:16:41] So into the last two play days next week and be stressed about whether you're going
[00:16:45] to make packs or not.
[00:16:47] We're going to the standings just to sort of highlight where things currently sit, heading
[00:16:50] into play days four and five.
[00:16:51] So effectively today's the halfway mark of the group stage and admittedly goes the
[00:16:56] top four has been pretty set since the beginning.
[00:16:59] Yeah, very much has sort of been the case.
[00:17:02] I guess the most notable thing about the top four is probably the way in which
[00:17:05] it is structured at the moment as you alluded to enter pros with their loss in
[00:17:08] the second play today.
[00:17:09] them in a somewhat vulnerable position in that fourth place at the moment also means I suppose on
[00:17:14] the flip side there's only one team remaining that has got an all three point in regulation across
[00:17:20] their first fixture which is Chiefs. Of course their run has been maybe a little bit easier with
[00:17:25] Chacademy 7 and Arcade arguably three lesser teams in a sense. I guess 7 a Valiant victory
[00:17:32] they found themselves in the top four but the discussion I think largely today is probably
[00:17:36] actually going to center on the bottom for a loss for any of those teams is going to put them in a
[00:17:41] very vulnerable position. I do need to quickly add as well the top four teams they actually still
[00:17:45] play each other quite a lot like for example this week alone Chiefs will play Circular Spheres
[00:17:50] and Enterprise so it's going to shake up the standings. For Circular Spheres they still have
[00:17:54] to play seven. Enterprise are in a position where they also still have to play seven
[00:17:59] so it's not a set standing certainly going into the last couple of play days. We'll go to
[00:18:03] today's schedule as well that we've got for playday number four again back-to-back days today and tomorrow seven versus arcade
[00:18:11] looking to solidify their place in the top four and and
[00:18:15] Virtually knock arcade out arcade need to win four straight games very unlikely to imagine that's going to happen
[00:18:21] Chacademy versus enterprise
[00:18:22] I mean kind of a difficult one to get a read on Chacademy a kind of an up-and-down sort of team
[00:18:26] We saw what they were able to do it was it was pretty much around this sort of point last stage where they went and beat
[00:18:31] We've written them off going into those games and then they just pulled off big upsets.
[00:18:36] We'll see if they can do it again.
[00:18:37] Man Alaphaux, Team Anios, crucial game there for our third game of the night.
[00:18:42] And Chief Circulus fears two of the top teams that we've had this stage to close it out.
[00:18:46] So certainly games three and four are looking like bangers.
[00:18:49] Yeah, totally.
[00:18:50] I mean, again, the playoff implications, especially for bottom four, the most obvious
[00:18:54] and sort of timely storyline.
[00:18:56] But I think for me, the secondary storyline for the night probably is generated from
[00:19:00] that last game.
[00:19:01] to see if circular spheres are kind of the real deal. If they go in and look like a competitive
[00:19:05] and potentially go on to win against cheese, that really is going to spread their chances
[00:19:10] of being a real threat when it comes to the playoffs and it comes to the top four.
[00:19:14] Let's go to our first roster for our first game. We're going to have a look at seven
[00:19:17] currently third place on the standing two wins, one loss. They're one loss being
[00:19:22] against cheese. They're two wins being very comfortable results against Manila Fo and
[00:19:26] I mean, this is a team that really needs to be making top form needs to be making packs.
[00:19:31] I think they've shown enough quality. Even their singular loss against cheese was a seven five. They were competitive.
[00:19:37] I think that had the press was at a one big five from present in that game. So I mean, they've clearly got an upping riser in Walsh, who's just absolutely taking the league by storm this entire year.
[00:19:46] in Walsh who's just absolutely taking the league by storm this entire year.
[00:19:52] You've got Prez is one of the older players and then at sprinkling of new talent with the likes of Tark and then some older talent like
[00:19:59] Pinko and Bailey, it's a really well put together roster.
[00:20:03] Yeah, for sure. I mean three of their players currently are situated in terms of league white in the top 10.
[00:20:08] So you've got Walsh, third, Pinko, sixth, and Bailey rounding it off in the ninth position.
[00:20:13] Prez has done his job as well despite being 15th rated overall and Tuck obviously is still finding his footing
[00:20:18] But has had good moments his 25th. So as a team look at really good so far
[00:20:23] I don't think there's too many huge concerns for this roster and again, it's gonna be like many in the league
[00:20:30] An improvement over the course of this stage. So they're looking to kind of just build
[00:20:34] I think week-on-week playday on playbay
[00:20:36] We've seen that so far and tonight I think gonna be another opportunity for them
[00:20:41] So just for five things a little bit of a lot easier to hype up seven than this
[00:20:44] Maybe the next team arcade have struggled immensely in fact looking at our STP tracker guys
[00:20:50] It's just the full L column. They've not won a single game. I believe for the entire year
[00:20:55] I'll have to actually go back a number to kickoff, but as we know in stage one arcade
[00:21:00] Which look had some different players for stage one and they didn't even play kickoff
[00:21:03] So we're talking about it in has one again all year stage one stage two LLL
[00:21:08] hard to imagine they're suddenly now going to go pick up a win here against
[00:21:12] seven and then you can't look to the future thing but where's a win going to
[00:21:15] come from they play show academy annuals and then enterprise to close out the
[00:21:19] stage it's never a good feeling to see a team just consistently lose and the
[00:21:23] thing is when you look at this team on paper it's not necessarily bad they
[00:21:26] just haven't been able to put it together in terms of getting a game
[00:21:30] all the way a 7-5 loss to CS a 7-4 loss to man alifo they showed early
[00:21:35] days play day 1 and 2 they were going to be competitive this stage they
[00:21:37] They've got beaten up by sheaves, sure.
[00:21:40] But they need to stay competitive here in the next seven.
[00:21:44] Yeah, I totally agree.
[00:21:45] Look, in terms of their playoff aspirations
[00:21:48] and making it to the top four,
[00:21:49] it's not impossible mathematically from this point in time
[00:21:53] with a six point margin to EP and seven.
[00:21:56] Oh, they're gonna win every game.
[00:21:58] But they basically, yeah, need to win every game from here,
[00:22:00] maybe bar one at minimum,
[00:22:02] they'd be pushing OT and getting wins
[00:22:04] and all their games now going forward.
[00:22:06] So we need to see a massive turnaround in form.
[00:22:09] It's very tricky to envision that given the timeline.
[00:22:12] Again, it's the kind of roster where I actually agree.
[00:22:13] I think there's a lot of good moving pieces on this team.
[00:22:16] And if you give them like a 12 month roadmap
[00:22:18] and the opportunity to practice as a team and get better,
[00:22:20] I wouldn't be too shocked if they could, you know,
[00:22:23] transform into a top four team.
[00:22:24] But obviously that's a complete fantasy.
[00:22:27] They haven't had that kind of lead in.
[00:22:28] And unfortunately, like a lot of the other teams
[00:22:30] that have scrambled last minute,
[00:22:31] they haven't probably clicked quite as well.
[00:22:33] So, yeah, I've probably had slightly higher expectations
[00:22:36] on them heading into this stage.
[00:22:37] Unfortunately, I haven't quite been able to realize that,
[00:22:40] but maybe just an opportunity now to try and save face,
[00:22:42] try and just get something on the board to show for it.
[00:22:46] And if anything, if these players are selfishly looking
[00:22:48] at their careers going forward,
[00:22:50] there's still an opportunity here to prove
[00:22:52] that they are good enough going forward
[00:22:54] if this team doesn't work out
[00:22:55] to potentially be brought up in another system,
[00:22:58] in another team going forward.
[00:23:01] So it's obviously something to consider,
[00:23:02] especially for the players that have those long-term aspirations.
[00:23:06] Just having a small delay before we get into this first game,
[00:23:08] but I think for RK, I don't know.
[00:23:11] I genuinely don't know, because on paper,
[00:23:14] I'm not expecting them to probably make top four.
[00:23:16] I mean, being completely realistic here,
[00:23:18] they're not the kind of team I look at and think,
[00:23:19] yeah, it's top four, but I expect competitiveness
[00:23:22] from those players, because I actually rate them
[00:23:24] really, really highly, and it's, look, maybe,
[00:23:26] in part of it, if you're losing 7-5s and 7-4s,
[00:23:30] while you're not getting the win,
[00:23:31] and clearly been an entire year where you haven't got a win.
[00:23:34] At least you can then look to that
[00:23:35] and say, look, we've been in these games.
[00:23:37] We just haven't quite had like the little moments go away,
[00:23:39] maybe a couple of clutches, little details
[00:23:42] that they haven't been able to match
[00:23:43] against the other teams in the region.
[00:23:45] It also does kind of speak volumes though
[00:23:47] to where the region kind of sits
[00:23:49] because again, I look at our kid
[00:23:51] and the players on that roster
[00:23:52] and I think maybe in years gone by 2022, 23, 24,
[00:23:55] they would have picked up a couple of wins
[00:23:57] throughout the stage without being an overwhelming threat
[00:24:00] such as how competitive this region really has become. You just don't have any kind of room
[00:24:05] to just full-fund this. Like, you just, you almost can't. Like, the teams that don't scream, right?
[00:24:10] Like, even they've just still at least got such an immense amount of talent that maybe they can get
[00:24:14] away with it. Although they should be screaming. Come on guys. Like. Yeah. I mean, in terms of the
[00:24:21] map as well, I'm interested to consider that. We've got a head-to-head, I believe,
[00:24:25] actually called this match up so we can do a little bit more of a direct comparison in terms of
[00:24:28] of these particular players.
[00:24:31] I don't know if that graphic is ready.
[00:24:33] If so, we can pop that up now.
[00:24:34] I was having, yeah, just a bit of a look at the maps
[00:24:37] in terms of how that might shape up,
[00:24:38] which could be pretty interesting.
[00:24:39] I've spoiled it for myself,
[00:24:40] but I'll try not to spoil it right here.
[00:24:43] Here is that head to head, mind you,
[00:24:44] as we signed on that discussion from Roman.
[00:24:46] And I think this probably does pretty well illustrate
[00:24:50] kind of how dramatic a difference these two teams
[00:24:53] in terms of trajectory where they're at right now.
[00:24:56] Most notably, the numbers to me
[00:24:58] that really, there'll be number probably that really stands out, is that AOST, right?
[00:25:02] So 67 across the board, 47, indicative that as a roster, as a collective, they're having
[00:25:08] pretty good sustained and consistent effort and impact inside of the server, whereas
[00:25:13] for Arcade, it's a pretty large drop off to 51%.
[00:25:17] I don't have the numbers immediately on hand right this second, it might take me
[00:25:22] a little bit if I can pat it out to actually see how that may compare to other teams
[00:25:26] here in OZ, if I had to guess, I think it would probably be in the realm of that high 60s to low 70s mark.
[00:25:33] So unfortunately, RK a little bit in terms of trailing, and I have got it now.
[00:25:38] So the number one KOST team in the league, Chiefs 78 per cent.
[00:25:45] Chakademi, funnily enough, actually the lowest at 48.
[00:25:48] So you can kind of see the range in terms of just the disparity at the moment between some of the top and bottom teams.
[00:25:53] I mean, that's the thing.
[00:25:54] look at all of the stats and I think Shaq had to be an arcade have got very similar numbers across
[00:25:59] so far this stage. The main thing that matters is when you get the wins Shaq had to me at least
[00:26:05] went and beat any of us back on playday two so they were able to get that win arcade have not
[00:26:09] had the pleasure of getting a win this entire year and they're hoping that maybe this can be
[00:26:14] the week for them you know look seven is going to be a hard team to beat they do play Shaq had
[00:26:18] to be tomorrow that might let's be real be the best opportunity for arcade play day five and six
[00:26:23] between Chikademy and then team Anios, but the reality of the situation is that in terms of trying
[00:26:29] to make top four, make finals and be a team contending, needing to win four straight begins here.
[00:26:35] Otherwise, if you lose this, you're just not going to be able to make the finals. Like, I had to
[00:26:39] look back earlier in this stage, across stage one, all of the APL regions, there was no team
[00:26:46] that made top four with less than four wins. So RK being on zero wins for games to go. And
[00:26:52] And even then, even if they were somehow to win every remaining game,
[00:26:56] they're still going to be liable to what the other results permeate,
[00:27:00] because we've already saw that back last stage, a team,
[00:27:04] the two teams on 12 points, one misses out and finishes fifth on round differential.
[00:27:08] So like that's the issue for our K2 is like their round differential not in good spot.
[00:27:12] And they're going up against one of the top players in the region.
[00:27:15] And how quickly Walsh has been able to sort of rise to be one of the top
[00:27:20] place in this region. We're not talking about just this stage now because as well, we're
[00:27:24] talking about stage one, two, you're adding in two stages worth of performances from Walsh.
[00:27:29] He currently sits third this stage. I think last stage he was top three as well. So how
[00:27:34] do we kind of rate him going into next year? Has he has he really locked in this status
[00:27:39] as a top five player in the region or do we still need to see one or two more stages
[00:27:42] to solidify that?
[00:27:43] Okay, that's that's a good question. I think it's really tricky to say right
[00:27:48] Now I think I'd be more inclined if and when we see him injected into a top 2 team in the region, how he can stand up and how he'll slot into that style of roster because really he's put on a bit of a pedestal on this team and whilst obviously he is converting opportunities and making the most of that at the moment,
[00:28:06] I think if you were on a top 2 team, we could maybe see that Rothschiff a little bit and maybe some of the huge numbers.
[00:28:10] So look, I think you can only kind of take it on face value where he is right here right now and how he is performing.
[00:28:15] And it certainly has been an impressive start here to stage 2 and a good follow-up on from stage 1.
[00:28:19] So I think if he's not, you know, in the top 5 discussion, he's probably not too far away from that.
[00:28:27] But also a kind of player that I want to see how he performs in play-offs.
[00:28:30] It's pretty safe to assume that 7 are very likely to make the top 4.
[00:28:34] And sometimes we see players in those big moments in those big matches take a bit of a nose dive
[00:28:39] So I think it'd be a good opportunity for him specifically to really show that in a best of three format with a bit of pressure
[00:28:44] With playoffs on the line. I'm throwing the fact that it's also going to be on the land environment
[00:28:48] It's gonna be a brand new environment that brings its challenges as well
[00:28:52] That could be a really really good test. Oh, yeah, I mean, I think for Walsh
[00:28:56] That's very the best way to look at it is with finals and packs on the other side of the group stage
[00:29:00] Which is looking likely would it be a bit of a a drop off if if seven don't make up for that's going to be the real
[00:29:08] Big test is can he do it on land? And then if he passes that I'm happy to lock him in
[00:29:12] Maybe it's a top-flight player in the region because
[00:29:15] You don't get to you don't get to rate players that in with Jackie
[00:29:19] Look
[00:29:22] Just hasn't got good hasn't got a good track record. That's let's be honest, but I mean
[00:29:26] You kind of look at the names around there in the top echelon, Relays to Han, then Walsh, but then it's Proxy and then Nezarati rounding out the top 5 so far this stage.
[00:29:36] Now again, admittedly we've only played 3 play days, and I think when you kind of look at players like Relays and Toohan, they've clearly got years of experience and years being at the top end of that.
[00:29:46] that you look at that and think yeah that seems normal but for Walsh proxy and Nezorati this is
[00:29:51] that sort of new generation coming through is it going to be sustainable is it just kind of that
[00:29:56] flash in the pan the only way we'll know is going into finals and then going into next year and
[00:30:02] then we'll see if they can develop into long-term prospects let's go to the bat vetoes for this
[00:30:07] series we are just still waiting on a player to connect into the lobby before we can get this
[00:30:12] this first game going we'll find out where we are heading. Clubhouse or lair labs? What
[00:30:17] is that lair? I think it was and it was indeed lair. Clubhouse is where we are heading. Arcade
[00:30:22] will get to defend first up so that's a good thing for them.
[00:30:27] And Arcade are pretty good precedent on this map. They had a three round attacking half
[00:30:31] into two on defense against circular spheres who have clearly gone on to show they are
[00:30:35] a threat in this stage. So Arcade I think will be fairly comfortable on this map and
[00:30:40] If there's anything to be slightly concerned about for 7, it's simply the fact that we haven't
[00:30:44] actually seen them play club, it's going to be a really good test in terms of team work
[00:30:48] and whilst they work good, obviously on Bank that was against Shake Padme, so you take
[00:30:51] that with a small grain of salt, I don't know, there is the potential here for an
[00:30:56] interesting result if 7 get off to a little bit of a slow start, especially on attack
[00:31:00] if their synchronization is not quite as good as, you know, is obviously required
[00:31:04] on this style of map, there's an opportunity I think for Arcade to amount maybe like
[00:31:08] a 4-2 half on defence and keep things interesting and sort of keep 7 honest, but they probably
[00:31:13] need to be getting at least, well at least 3 rounds preferably 4, otherwise they're going
[00:31:17] to be in a rough spot.
[00:31:18] Well, unfortunately we find ourselves in a rough spot here as we can't quite get this
[00:31:22] game started just yet.
[00:31:23] We will throw to a break when we come back there, hopefully we can enter clubhouse
[00:31:26] for Arcade versus 7.
[00:35:38] It's fallin' love tonight
[00:35:42] In the right place, at the right time
[00:35:46] It's fallin' love tonight
[00:35:50] You believe in magic, comes from the inside
[00:35:57] Please believe in magic, comes from the inside
[00:39:32] We're not in the game and we're still not going to be in the game.
[00:39:57] Probably for a few more minutes apologies we're having some technical difficulties getting
[00:40:00] players into the server but praying we can get started very very shortly. Not much more really to
[00:40:08] say getting into this one guys. We've already kind of touched on every key talking point when it comes
[00:40:12] to arcade and 7. Almost forgot their name for a second it's been about 20 minutes since we were
[00:40:18] supposed to start this game. Ultimately though 7 might get us back on track if they perform
[00:40:25] to the level that maybe we expect them to perform. They're in a downside they are starting on
[00:40:30] the attacking half first up so look it when we do get in there if we do get in there arcade on defense
[00:40:35] first clubhouse hopefully they can use this first half to get themselves a few rounds and give them
[00:40:41] an opportunity to find their first win this stage. I mean look I would actually argue that being on
[00:40:46] attacks sometimes especially in super one-sided matches can actually kind of be the side to be
[00:40:50] on um I know this is probably not as an extreme of an example as we've seen like Asia with
[00:40:55] wave but sometimes when they're on defense right we're just sitting there waiting for the
[00:40:58] the attack to move so yeah hopefully they're active here and we did just get
[00:41:02] word that the game is starting but I'm not believing it until I see it.
[00:41:05] Let's go. There we go. Alright. Finally we're in. Apologies everyone for the delay.
[00:41:10] Getting into this game of Lovehouse Arcade taking on seven and we'll begin on
[00:41:16] defense. First up and look probably this as well it's like usually if we had
[00:41:21] delays it's fine when you've kind of got a game that we're sitting here
[00:41:24] waiting to get into like an Enterprise versus Chiefs I think
[00:41:27] everyone can have a bit more patience.
[00:41:29] I've got to be completely honest.
[00:41:29] We're talking about Arcade as a team
[00:41:31] that does not want a single game this year.
[00:41:34] I haven't got high expectations
[00:41:36] for this individual match either.
[00:41:38] I think the form that Seven have been in up to this point
[00:41:41] has been scintillating.
[00:41:42] They've got a top three player in the league right now
[00:41:44] in Walsh, Prez is in really good form.
[00:41:47] The team is just flowing.
[00:41:49] I think they're going to be real hot favorites
[00:41:51] for this match heading into clubhouse
[00:41:53] as we head into the band's Kaid ace to begin with.
[00:41:57] I mean, first wave pretty predictable, probably going to be followed up by MIRRA or Bandit
[00:42:04] into maybe, I'm probably predicting Double Hard Bridge, if not probably the Monty, which
[00:42:10] continues to be popular here in Stage 2 for 2026 and there you have run and cube bandit
[00:42:17] into the Monty, so default clubhouse and honestly, that's probably the expectation
[00:42:22] in this matchup.
[00:42:23] pretty default, and it's going to be a better test in terms of fundamentals and team play
[00:42:28] from these two squads. Seven should have that pretty well covered. And even in a case where
[00:42:34] I think I expressed some concerns earlier that like a playtime here may mean they're a little
[00:42:38] exposed in terms of fundamentals. The follow up from that is that they can make up for
[00:42:44] that, right? It's all the hard hitters that they have on the team, the franking
[00:42:47] potential that they have, Wash, Ailey, Pingu, carry them through maybe some of those
[00:42:51] rounds where they're not playing as strong as a team. Arcade do sometimes have that potential
[00:42:57] about them and again they did get a 5-7 result against CS on this map in that first playday so
[00:43:04] look I think there's the potential for a handful of these rounds to be pretty close but the one
[00:43:08] that takes place especially early on here in this first half game to be critical I think
[00:43:12] it's setting the tone Arcade if any of the two teams that dropped their head early in this
[00:43:16] match it's going to be them so if they get off to a poor start I don't really see a world
[00:43:19] in which they formulate a combo. So I'm looking at rounds one, two, three. If they don't get anything
[00:43:24] on this first rotation, it's probably a quick GG. Look, it's been a good stage so far for physics.
[00:43:29] He's actually in the top 15 rated players in Oceania. He finds himself at 99 EPS, so he's around
[00:43:35] that sort of decent position. There's 40 players in the league. So to be 15th rated for a team
[00:43:41] that hasn't won a game all year, I think really highlights that physics has definitely been
[00:43:46] pulling his weight. Look clubhouse defense this should be stock standard for even a team like arcade
[00:43:52] you're not going to get too many more opportunities such as this to get
[00:43:56] early rounds on the board get a bit of that confidence that belief for the team
[00:44:01] mind you i mean seven are just such a dynamic team that the ability for them to get opening
[00:44:07] picks like even here for jpa looking to peak secret nothing wrong with it inherently but
[00:44:12] Then you have Loyal at the houses playing this sort of second floor romp.
[00:44:15] All that's going to do is provide opportunities for seven, certainly with Walsh on the solid snake.
[00:44:20] Forget a couple of early kills, then have the numbers advantage hitting the site.
[00:44:23] But you damned if you do and you damned if you don't, because if you just play five stack down
[00:44:26] below, then you've got the ram that just opens up the thrill boards, they get to go through
[00:44:30] their checklist really easily. They're just going to be, if you're going to be playing this
[00:44:35] sort of roam game as they are, you've got to be so prepared for the clear.
[00:44:42] Yeah, Walsh looking scary here on Solid Snake, F2 really strength for him, and Info gathered
[00:44:51] through to CCTV, we'll see if he can link up and formulate a pinch, as is up close, needs
[00:44:57] to be careful that he doesn't get timed.
[00:44:59] Also be aware that they're encroaching console courtesy of that earlier pin.
[00:45:05] He finds himself in a pretty good position, but the timing was off.
[00:45:10] quite unlucky there to not get one and be traded instead falls with nothing to show for it but if you'd open up a chance with a J-Bot
[00:45:17] who also gets back so that's pretty good work for him getting productive over the wards a little bit
[00:45:22] I think that was absolutely enormous for him to get that kill then Pinko takes a bit of damage towards Secret
[00:45:28] that just relieves some of the pressure maybe coming towards the blue side, Prez finds one towards Stage
[00:45:34] I wonder if that was maybe just a hatchpeak, because I'm pretty sure Syra was down below.
[00:45:41] Not what you needed, because Arcade did a good job of stabilizing courtesy of J-Block.
[00:45:44] Now it's an advantage for Seven heading into the execute portion of this round.
[00:45:49] And B's have spotted Loyalith.
[00:45:53] And Seven now will make the push into the site, barely towards Bot Main.
[00:45:57] They've got Pinky towards Blue.
[00:45:59] Huff and Prez still need to make their way over, leaving this a little bit late.
[00:46:03] Loyalty is ready for that bot main push. As Bayley has given his position away, DropMoto will be successful and it's tough that then finds the kill on the Japer.
[00:46:13] Bayley is aware of Loyalty because he opened up the wall with the impact and Prez, Bayley then gets the last two kills, 7 will get the opening round on Clavouse.
[00:46:20] They looked pretty good from both teams, I think in the first third of the round, RK
[00:46:26] little unfortunate with some of the timings there on the roam initially, but J-POP
[00:46:31] fall back, they were able to sort of stabilise, got pretty good positions through Blue and
[00:46:35] ensured that they had that cut-off kept at bay, the likes of Pinky for example
[00:46:39] he got taken low on HP, but the follow-up over towards Main was great and in the
[00:46:43] meantime, prior to that execute they did drop out play-off and defend, being
[00:46:48] quite captured exactly how that did take place but presumably an overpeak or
[00:46:53] just simply a good catch from Prez and that proved pretty costly there towards
[00:46:58] the end. Seven were allowed to sort of snowball their way through in towards the
[00:47:02] objective and so that yeah that's one opportunity to downfire Arcade in this
[00:47:07] first rotation, laying that off as critical in the match they need to find
[00:47:10] at least one across the first three basements. You do typically get a bit
[00:47:14] of a leave pass, even some of the best teams will find wins on this map, while simultaneously
[00:47:19] struggling to attack into that particular site. I guess that actually goes to the flipside,
[00:47:24] probably actually makes it even worse given that IK'd unfortunately weren't able to defend
[00:47:27] it successfully, so I put that narrative on the Ted.
[00:47:32] Over to Edrian for the second round. Trap heavy here from the defense with the Melusi
[00:47:39] all in combination. Probably a pretty good lineup again with the kind of work threat that
[00:47:46] Walsh is going to provide. Trying to just mitigate his ability to sneak in the map and play up
[00:47:54] main or through a threat easily is a good deal. I think I'll also have to 7 and win
[00:48:00] the round the way that they kind of did. Prez getting two kills on the drop and
[00:48:05] and not just overly fixating on going for the plant.
[00:48:09] Maturity shown that they didn't also panic when the round was a little bit equal.
[00:48:14] Time was starting to run low. Very easy for those attacking teams to then look to over the side,
[00:48:19] but they're not quite clear all the positions properly.
[00:48:23] And to gym bedroom for the second round,
[00:48:26] launch on the Daemos instead of the Solar Snake.
[00:48:30] You can play off of Azir inside a con.
[00:48:34] and they dislodged that position.
[00:48:41] Pretty standard hull from Arcade with a cash extension for Japer.
[00:48:52] Gonna stick comfortably.
[00:48:54] We'll need to play for life at this point.
[00:48:55] We'll just shoot more for also lurking down below and then you can play a dislodged position potentially.
[00:49:01] Positioned out live, courtesy of Grimby, Pinky does climb first, Loilith drops elsewhere, pop flash onto Jaypa who's still alive, finally dies courtesy of Walsh.
[00:49:13] Just delaying the inevitable death. Arcade now, replayers down.
[00:49:18] I wonder if maybe they didn't go for the full swing because of the holes opened up through that con wall, but either way he does die, they do get the easy clear.
[00:49:27] Only physics and as is left remaining
[00:49:31] RK on the defense will offer the swing somehow doesn't get the down
[00:49:37] To back to back opening kills to start here on clubhouse
[00:49:42] Tomato tuck pushes in as a bite himself down inside a bathroom, and it's gonna be two zero to seven
[00:49:50] We'll go down inside a gym
[00:49:52] As this gets afforded the space to go for a free run, he will not.
[00:49:58] Tart Covery, really nicely, good setup for potential post-plant, that wasn't needed in
[00:50:03] the end.
[00:50:04] And seven, a strong start here on Clubhouse as expected.
[00:50:07] Yeah, I mean, if it wasn't concerning leading into this game for RK, which evidently it
[00:50:14] was, two-way down, early tactical, this is a very, very difficult position with
[00:50:20] their stage almost officially over a lossy roll, but we'll put a line through their name, it's...
[00:50:27] We'll put a one through a ten, eh?
[00:50:30] Yeah, pretty close, no. I don't think there's a team anywhere in any region that made it into the final
[00:50:35] four with just three wins. And they still have to play enterprise. So I mean, look, this is a big
[00:50:41] timeout. Two rounds in, clearly not going their way to start on the defensive clubhouse.
[00:50:44] They're losing picks early, back-to-back opening kills from Pinku. They're also then losing
[00:50:49] the onsite battles. I think if anything this is just more affirmation of what we were talking about
[00:50:55] pre-match, what we kind of expected, the feelings coming into this game. But more of it's to do,
[00:51:02] and the focus really is more on 7 and the way that they're playing and how good they've been
[00:51:07] this stage. And setting themselves up for a pretty now high chance of making packs, if
[00:51:14] If they win this, is respect, if they've got nine points on the stage,
[00:51:18] they'll still play in Anios tomorrow, then Enterprise, then Circular Spears.
[00:51:23] So might be in a position where they'd only even need to maybe win one of those games,
[00:51:27] depending on how the results go.
[00:51:29] So there'd be almost one foot in the door.
[00:51:31] Effectively, if they beat Anios, they're probably dead tomorrow.
[00:51:35] So I think they just set themselves up now for what's a big run home for them,
[00:51:40] because none of those are going to be used again.
[00:51:42] Certainly enterprise circular spheres. They're not going to be easy games
[00:51:46] So for seven coming into this week, it's all about that sort of job done get it done mentality
[00:51:52] Don't worry about arcade
[00:51:54] Winless team struggling to love to win this game. We just got to focus on ourselves send them against him
[00:52:00] I mean, we're going to be finding to get into the top four
[00:52:03] seven aren't there yet, but
[00:52:05] They've showcased they've got a very high chance of doing it and I'll tell you just stepped in the way
[00:52:12] As expected, we return back down to basement for this third round.
[00:52:24] Absolutely critical for Arcade to be able to find success on this site, and in conjunction
[00:52:29] with the tactical time out use they need to also find value from that.
[00:52:32] And we'll see if that is to be the case again, a roam to be employed, except clearly
[00:52:38] though not unfamiliar with tackling this.
[00:52:40] It's the exact same lineup as well, so you're just running it back
[00:52:43] Yeah
[00:52:46] From seven though dropping the snake was jumping onto the glass and it's the exact same open kill
[00:52:52] Exact same matchup same kill just wait earlier in the round
[00:53:00] And now they'll go hunting for Loyalty
[00:53:03] They've been might have been a mystery in there by the way
[00:53:06] Did you claim the puck position by the way?
[00:53:09] Because I'm loyal off over towards me.
[00:53:10] Well, at least Syro main stairs maybe fall across so if Tuck does push by himself
[00:53:15] Bailey actually ends up dying of physics who did also push main stairs
[00:53:19] So the rear grass for Arcade was their way back into this round once he lost lose that first kill
[00:53:25] That's very much ready, but not ready for the swing. Yeah, this is better
[00:53:28] But also what is Tuck doing? Why are we solo pushing?
[00:53:32] So this is where for seven I didn't need just started to want to go for the shortcut route and being okay
[00:53:38] Well these guys aren't much chop
[00:53:39] We don't have to really clear together as a team and that right there is a good little lesson
[00:53:45] Against the good teams are on packs at finals, etc. You can't get away with that. You couldn't even get away with it here
[00:53:50] Why is talk pushing top main by himself? You know, they're roaming
[00:53:55] I'll say the rest now they group up. Yeah now they group up, but it's too late
[00:53:59] And all of this is, yeah, escaped.
[00:54:02] Gonna rerout.
[00:54:04] Probably job, imagine here.
[00:54:06] I have a bit of contacts.
[00:54:07] Ooh, contact made.
[00:54:08] Not in a position to drop Modo hatch, but can flee over towards stock, so...
[00:54:12] That's a win for him and doesn't necessarily need to drop immediately.
[00:54:17] Default's also up over the bar.
[00:54:19] So bar default is up.
[00:54:21] Some big blunders in this round from 7.
[00:54:23] Be fair, I haven't really been around bar,
[00:54:26] Mainly because of that top floor clear, but yeah, it's still what 30 seconds left to go in the round
[00:54:30] Not one person off to check it once you get in there
[00:54:35] I mean it like this is
[00:54:37] Two part one arcade running it back being a little bit more prepared for the room clear from seven and also seven
[00:54:43] Playing this so much worse like that then played this way worse than I did in the first round
[00:54:48] That's not to take anything away from arcade, but this was a horrible clear from them
[00:54:51] Well, okay, we'll get one on the board.
[00:54:56] Well, I mean, they've done their job. They did pretty good work.
[00:55:01] Their off-site lawyer, luckily, was...
[00:55:03] Well, discipline wasn't droned or cleared correctly there by seven.
[00:55:08] So they get that one critical round in the first rotation to
[00:55:13] maintain some semblance of competitiveness in this match
[00:55:16] and also successfully converting the tactical time out.
[00:55:18] out but they need to build upon this being able to defend basement twice successfully in
[00:55:25] round 3 and potentially then the 6th is not going to be enough. I highly doubt they'll
[00:55:29] be able to attack into a 2-4 deficit so they've got to find a bit more success either gym
[00:55:35] or cash. I'll reattempt gym here immediately which was a dominant outing last time for
[00:55:41] 7 with 4 players up at the front of the round as we look back at the previous one.
[00:55:46] Loyalty is a good job off site.
[00:55:48] It's all tated by some good discipline over the woods.
[00:55:51] Dacuzzi ball and then default camera.
[00:55:53] Still left standing by a 7-4.
[00:55:55] He's clear.
[00:55:57] He's got a wood stock.
[00:55:59] Looked in put a foot wrong.
[00:56:01] Punished 7.
[00:56:03] And as mentioned, it's back to your bedroom.
[00:56:09] We're opening kills in a row for Pinko.
[00:56:11] He's off to a hot start.
[00:56:16] A little change up for RK, of course the mirrored band away so forced to drop that.
[00:56:26] So Snake was only played once in the first round so I don't think it's gonna be a band
[00:56:29] too much for FF7.
[00:56:30] Didn't play to bedroom, didn't play it in that previous round, opting for the glass
[00:56:35] instead.
[00:56:36] I'll put Loss on the Deimos.
[00:56:38] I think Mirrooloss is certainly gonna be impactful here in this two bedroom round.
[00:56:43] They bring the Fenrir and, well just the Fenrir had to replace the mirror, the rest of the
[00:56:48] lineup stays exactly the same for Arcade.
[00:56:50] Oh, Raft's extension as well.
[00:57:01] And all of us probably bolstered a bit in terms of confidence after his pretty good
[00:57:10] solo endeavor in the last round.
[00:57:13] This one though is quite challenging in terms of being a static position where as long as
[00:57:17] 7 play their cards right you're very rarely going to get rid of the escape here, it's
[00:57:21] also...
[00:57:22] It's typically how much utility you can eat and also how many kills you're able to find
[00:57:26] before you know getting cut out or being flushed out etc.
[00:57:29] 7 will prepare for that push, Kennel's open dart, they also have the air jab lineup
[00:57:35] ready to go for Puck.
[00:57:36] Under death mark we wash, like with the frag grenade, this position but a good pop-up.
[00:57:42] Flash as well.
[00:57:47] And a good clip. I mean, I think you take that trade.
[00:57:51] I think you take that if you're arcade. I don't know about 7.
[00:57:56] I think I'm in a bit worse. It could have been a lot worse.
[00:57:59] Well, obviously, but I think 90 seconds to go to the round.
[00:58:03] So half the round for a 1 vs 1, they've still got a checklist to go through towards the site.
[00:58:08] That's just insane from Bailey. I don't know if he had information on Jepa's position. Jepa just didn't look ready
[00:58:14] Certainly not as ready as Bailey did while I was up close with the band after clears as is towards top red
[00:58:19] And yeah, I mean, this is just a case of arcade just was too isolated gunfights off-site rather than opting to fall back with
[00:58:26] After round time expired they could have easily just started to retreat back to site
[00:58:32] opted not to and
[00:58:34] Archie's self and physics doesn't quite get through but he gets a second go at it
[00:58:38] I mean, here's the one that has to be active here and find probably one or two SIROS in
[00:58:42] a one and done position.
[00:58:44] Pretty unlikely to find a multi from here.
[00:58:47] 40 seconds.
[00:58:49] And the Howe is Bailey allowed to win that.
[00:58:57] I was about to say that it should be a free kill for SIROS.
[00:59:01] Whereas then the Vault in, now they get the information on Pissick's position.
[00:59:05] Walsh goes hunting, 7 will get their third attacking round. I don't know how Bailey's winning that vault in
[00:59:11] Amazing shot by the way, like for him to vault in hit that headshot as quick and as clean as he did
[00:59:16] That's insane, but he shouldn't be allowed to win that fight
[00:59:20] Yeah, I mean also hit that insane swing on to Jaypa. Just yeah, probably an element of pink is advantage a little bit
[00:59:25] I know the vault animation sometimes when you're fighting against it can also be a bit janky
[00:59:29] So it could have been the case of Saira's screen there, which is obviously unfortunate
[00:59:35] Yeah that was a clean shot and if you died down to Walsh, it could have been pretty big.
[00:59:40] A minute 34 vs 4, but the difference was they still had a solid position top red and Jaypa was playing a cutoff on first floor towards stage bar.
[00:59:48] Now instead if they had gone back to site and made it a 4 vs 4 there would have been about a minute left in the round for 7 on the attack.
[00:59:55] It led a bit more difficult to clear the 4v4 with good default positions held and anchored by the defense.
[01:00:01] But as soon as those two died out to 4v2 and the rafters hold is irrelevant
[01:00:07] Yeah
[01:00:08] All stakes raised now if I cater to go on a win this game and get maximum points
[01:00:13] Which they basically do need of course to make top four now even standings
[01:00:17] Just find it almost impossible to envision them doing anything less than a three three half
[01:00:22] So I need to win cash and then it's go back down below and win that around number six
[01:00:26] So this is basically do or die now for their stage
[01:00:31] Overall, there's been some pretty positive moments.
[01:00:36] Law and the Stylo physics all hitting the scoreboard.
[01:00:38] As is the day, but they will be pretty much eager to get themselves into this game.
[01:00:43] Seven to play, the Glaz set up here into the rafter's hold.
[01:00:48] Keep Stylo at a great challenging for the defense to peek back into the Glaz here.
[01:00:52] Like J.P's position here.
[01:00:54] Fokker Raj kicking off the support, and he can easily launch soft work at bay as well.
[01:00:59] I'm sure you just drone this lounge position if you're gonna go for this roster seat. You've got to drone lounge
[01:01:05] A Jepa should not be afforded this space for free. They should know of his position
[01:01:11] It was a shock for him from pinkie, but I don't know
[01:01:19] Well smoke by the way, there are a lot of you to literally use me by our seven another whole lot to show for it
[01:01:26] Walsh Blades is smoked and the pressure comes from Tark as well with the nades forced to
[01:01:37] stand up.
[01:01:38] They do get down as a sire, they weren't ready for Jaypa to swing to up down and Walsh
[01:01:45] connects on the glares, it's only physics left.
[01:01:48] I think they're going to get to three in this half unless physics pulls off a one
[01:01:52] versus four won't be allowed to get the revival of sorrow it gets the long-range
[01:01:58] nitrosol to connect on to Walsh F mark on physics position knows that he's now
[01:02:03] pushing in and around red stairs
[01:02:11] it doesn't look a little bit apprehensive here just then move them oh
[01:02:15] almost the timing and then the hatch it on to pink who physics from a 1v4
[01:02:21] or 1v2 and this looks a little bit more doable considering Tuck low on health that's gonna have
[01:02:26] to probably come down to Prez. Does this get cleared? Not properly well held from Prez.
[01:02:33] So a fourth attacking around acquired for seven. Yeah, barring a catastrophe it really should be
[01:02:41] the game locked up. We'll see though if they could do it in a clean fashion from this point
[01:02:46] onwards of course there's still plenty of motivation for seven to get this done
[01:02:51] in regulation walk away three points that would keep them within touching
[01:02:55] distance of both CS and sheeps and pending the result later tonight of
[01:03:02] course those two taking each other on you know to some kind of world which
[01:03:06] is maybe like an OT result or if CS win then they'll be equal with
[01:03:12] chiefs for instance so I can have further implications down the line when
[01:03:15] does come to seeding of course that is later to be determined pending more
[01:03:20] results were in the sort of just eclipsing the halfway point of this group stage but
[01:03:25] I think seven of they played well they've done good enough so far and they'll be
[01:03:29] looking to just refine things a little bit further here trying to open up this
[01:03:34] margin as wide as possible they will be attacking them into naturally the
[01:03:37] most difficult site here on clubhouse right back in round number one with
[01:03:44] ability to roam clear then it did break down on the B attempt back in ground number three
[01:03:50] and given that an identical lineup here from Arcade and you can see there from the player
[01:03:54] cards in terms of positioning as well very similar there's gonna be a lot of off-site pressure
[01:03:58] months again from Arcade.
[01:04:08] I was gonna say 4m 1s, 4m 2is etc but they did beat this
[01:04:11] I'm getting the first round and then the second round they just look a little
[01:04:16] disrespectful. I'm wondering what Sira is trying to do there and that's another
[01:04:20] opening kill for seven. Big reason why they've been so dominant in this half.
[01:04:24] Five opening kills. I think this time they're gonna be a little bit more
[01:04:29] in sync as a team on the clear out for the remainder of these defensive
[01:04:31] rumors knowing that RK, especially once they lose one, they don't just
[01:04:34] immediately dropped back and Bailey's dead.
[01:04:40] Once I was looking at Bailey's position so I don't know exactly where and how
[01:04:44] that did take place and isn't that hard for each movie.
[01:04:46] We're short cutting again.
[01:04:48] Yeah, at least that secondaries is back up but yeah, not ideal.
[01:04:56] No insight by the way, so I mean Walsh's position oil pits fine but it
[01:05:00] has to be team orientated because it surprises the one with the kit. So is
[01:05:03] Is he going to follow behind? They're going to go for a plan.
[01:05:06] What's the overall goal here with that early?
[01:05:08] Because it's going back up Garo, so I mean like, 7 just, they, at times,
[01:05:14] look very indecisive as to what they want to do.
[01:05:16] Do they want to go into the roam clear? Do they want to go more direct?
[01:05:20] They're trying to bait Walsh in here.
[01:05:22] We're prone position from Jpop.
[01:05:24] I actually like this idea from Arcade.
[01:05:26] We potentially glow.
[01:05:29] This player can't die though.
[01:05:31] As is, almost does fall.
[01:05:35] They won't trust the team, do they?
[01:05:36] Why is there no one outside secret?
[01:05:37] Like, just go to secret window.
[01:05:38] Just put, here we go.
[01:05:39] Press.
[01:05:40] Oh, and why are we pulling you two out, Brent?
[01:05:44] What are we doing?
[01:05:46] Holy moly.
[01:05:48] Oh, that's a frustrate.
[01:05:49] It's very frustrating because, like, they have it in the bag
[01:05:53] and then they just throw it.
[01:05:56] Well, that's the hard 4-2.
[01:05:57] OK, we'll get their second defensive round.
[01:06:00] It's gonna be a tough second half for them though.
[01:06:30] So they hold it
[01:06:32] Send me gifts just in case
[01:06:36] Tell me where we went wrong
[01:06:38] Started out as homies
[01:06:40] Ended up as lovers
[01:06:42] How did this all work
[01:06:44] Can't we rediscover
[01:06:46] Baby
[01:06:48] What it was
[01:06:50] For that to be honest
[01:06:52] It was just a love
[01:06:54] You were so romantic
[01:06:56] We were picture perfect
[01:06:58] Perfect so much freaking passion why we never got it back
[01:07:10] Trying to get you out my thoughts today still chain to you when I walked away
[01:07:14] Still change, you know, it'd be hard to break cuz I kept it way too real to automate
[01:07:18] I want to talk to you for my country's sake trying to make my mind and body cooperate
[01:07:22] He still has the shots to give for ones you take but then I took them all to heal and lost the way
[01:07:26] me round, round, listening to Marvin Gaye
[01:07:28] women this what was cause now it ain't
[01:07:30] and through my mind I trail for hours till it all
[01:07:32] the vows of my monster prowlers on your pace
[01:07:34] see how you spending days without
[01:07:36] eating me inside that I'm phasin' out
[01:07:38] but I plays it ho and it drains me
[01:07:40] I done made some ho but it pranks me
[01:07:42] you want the riff from the head it is, here it go
[01:07:44] hope what you did to me head gone real slow
[01:07:46] hope what you hear with me bad I'll let it go
[01:07:48] but I can't have both from done I hope it's love
[01:07:50] a bomb that's gone blow
[01:07:52] no regret, no rewind, no more waste
[01:07:54] No more time, no more weight, let's go away, I stay, I'm mine, no regret, no one, no more
[01:08:01] waste, no more time, no more weight, let's go away, I stay, I'm mine.
[01:08:09] So a 4-2 lead, 4-7 heading into the second half here on Clubhouse for our opening game
[01:08:14] of playday 4 at, uh, one of those weird kind of halves where they did a lot right,
[01:08:20] Clearly and they also kind of fluff their chances. I think of really putting this game completely to bed instead
[01:08:26] They leave the door slightly a jar for arcade. We've got nothing to lose now on their attack
[01:08:31] Heading into the second half Monty Banda way along with the Coyote ace and bender
[01:08:36] Again very much an outside long shot kind of chance, but
[01:08:40] We haven't seen a change of things
[01:08:43] Okay in the past so
[01:08:45] Whilst it is very very challenging to envision that comeback. It's not impossible
[01:08:49] and the guys we've kind of set off broadcasts or even on broadcasts itself
[01:08:54] it doesn't feel as if at least on the attack 7 when Nier is refined as they
[01:08:59] probably would like some of the roam clears there on basement really weren't
[01:09:02] up to the kind of standard that is going to be required if they're gonna
[01:09:05] play this map in playoffs for instance against top teams they're gonna
[01:09:09] struggle so either a map that needs more work or one that we probably
[01:09:12] won't see much of going forward at least in Vesta 3s but they've done
[01:09:16] enough in this kind of matchup they've done enough they get in the
[01:09:18] job done, obviously 4-2-1. It is very difficult to be overly critical regardless of opposition
[01:09:24] strength.
[01:09:25] Run to defense now, they need to be pretty ruthless from this point onwards. Other caveat
[01:09:30] as well is of course, round differential, what influence that could have when it comes
[01:09:34] to placements later on in the stage. They're round diff heading into this matchup pretty
[01:09:39] healthy at a plus 7 for reference CS and EP above and below than at a plus 6 and a plus 4
[01:09:46] respectively but if they can get close to and increase that deficit that we'll probably serve
[01:09:53] them well later on. You don't want to be losing this opening round of keeping so you're 7 and
[01:10:08] really keep that draw a draw a job for arcade and get back to a 4-3 game if
[01:10:13] then the hope that they can win the attack rounds in the second half if arcade
[01:10:16] they've got nothing to lose here go for part try and make some more high-risk
[01:10:20] plays happen they kind of go into their shells and look to play default tack here
[01:10:26] on club it's largely unlikely to work out for them I like the fact that
[01:10:30] physics is on the black beard though just kind of help facilitate and they
[01:10:34] push into the the building if there are rumors dislodge them towards meet locker
[01:10:39] and leave this and go outside to dirt I think that might be his play because
[01:10:46] Bailey is over towards dirt
[01:10:56] I've been able to get a lot of space here little risk which is what you want
[01:11:02] Okay, ground down to where to track this.
[01:11:06] Okay, because ultimately it's forced back.
[01:11:10] Some kind of value I suppose with a drone off the board.
[01:11:14] That'll hop a little bit. I don't know if that's really worth the trade in terms of the hatch being
[01:11:18] pre-opened, but I think it's a
[01:11:22] pretty minimal on the grand scheme of this particular ground. And the hatch is going to get opened
[01:11:26] in a way so it doesn't really matter. Yeah, I would agree.
[01:11:30] I think physics is the biggest that this round has been. Obviously great this stage, but on the Blackbeard especially, if that shield can have an influence.
[01:11:39] It goes with a lineup over triple.
[01:11:42] Okay, it should be ready for this. You shot it whilst they were watching it.
[01:11:46] You know, you can just try and hold this for as long as you can, especially when the Habana is placing these X-Cars.
[01:11:51] Usually it has a second player watching for that nitro cell, so there's no point for Prez to throw it this early on.
[01:11:56] Especially with the Blackbeard over towards Modo, this would be a better position overall
[01:12:02] to probably get used from it.
[01:12:04] Should be able to now peek at Intel, K-Physics towards Modo.
[01:12:08] Oh, nice.
[01:12:09] Shots landed from Falsch.
[01:12:10] Then Falsch away by the Fragade, good clear out, open kill for Arcade, Jay put a follow-up
[01:12:16] onto Bailey and Pinkoota then falls towards Blue.
[01:12:21] This is does go down president and tough to try and clutch up late
[01:12:26] But it just gets caught in the back and it's gonna be arcade to get this to four three
[01:12:32] This talk is gonna get a chance
[01:12:33] He will not be afforded that chance with sorry behind him and arcade will go back to back rounds and
[01:12:40] Since the third round it's three two split in their favor. Yeah, sevens losing control of this match quickly
[01:12:47] Yeah, I mean it's all well and good for us to sort of sit here in the grandstands and
[01:12:53] think that this game is over. There are five people on this planet that can't be thinking
[01:12:56] that and it's the five on the side of seven inside of the server. You've got to play
[01:13:00] it round by round. You cannot expect this result to just land on your lap. I don't
[01:13:03] want to be overly critical actually in terms of the defense that route. I generally think
[01:13:08] that was overall just really clean work from Arcade. We're able to expedite the checklists.
[01:13:13] They establish map control pretty quickly and then with the hatches open that helps give them a bit more time
[01:13:17] They then use that range hard breach effectively here over towards triple and that ultimately found prez
[01:13:22] The Flushing towards church as well was absolutely spot-on in terms of the U2 and the Blackbeard getting supported like it was really good
[01:13:29] Physics has been outstanding for Arcade this stage. I don't know what his long-term aspirations is but
[01:13:36] He's a clear, clearly highly talented player
[01:13:39] out. It's easy to do well when you're in a winning team. It's a lot harder to do well
[01:13:44] when you're in a team that doesn't want over here. Physics has just kind of kept going
[01:13:48] back to the well and now it's a 10 and 5 big influence in these rounds. These are two
[01:13:53] multi-tool rounds. This is now the test moment, 7. I paid a good a little bit of
[01:14:03] momentum. I think 7 would have got to a point, especially 4-1 up on their attack
[01:14:09] thinking, yeah, maybe we've got the job done earlier than we thought. Two in a row
[01:14:13] to arcade and now it's time to lock back in.
[01:14:22] So the two baffled is still out on the CC side clear in conjunction with
[01:14:28] rafters. This will just tramp lead a bit of time and if some of the drone
[01:14:31] economy as well here on the side of arcade classes does fall on the exterior of
[01:14:36] the building was that it was it a kitchen runout I didn't see a classic
[01:14:48] the winners open on the word is when the observer team is a razor bloom outside
[01:14:55] okay I think I quite see the utility mark us so that's on me for not
[01:15:00] I'm not catching that, but obviously it doesn't net the kill with the Bres, but it does mean
[01:15:04] it has his low for the remainder of the round, and you take that if you're in the defence.
[01:15:09] Yeah, it's free damage, again more of a stall out, which is clearly the tactic for 7 in
[01:15:13] this round.
[01:15:14] This is where you start to go back towards site.
[01:15:17] It's a minute 30.
[01:15:18] Don't over-invest in this cache site extension.
[01:15:22] Keep a barrier, block the door, look for the rotate back to site.
[01:15:31] Don't sit here forever.
[01:15:32] We're going to sit here forever.
[01:15:33] Yeah, they might.
[01:15:34] Yeah, it'll work.
[01:15:35] It'll work.
[01:15:36] They've got top-top road.
[01:15:37] Impres will rotate afterwards, Lodgy, so they've got that cross-exterior con covered.
[01:15:42] This is, yeah, now actually pretty strong for 7.
[01:15:47] Okay, probably not layering that utility over to what's top right as it effectively as was required, but we'll find follow-up
[01:15:54] We'll see if that I'm going to find out the defense.
[01:15:56] Washes on an island.
[01:15:59] He's getting pushed by multiple positions.
[01:16:04] Oh, ends up getting caught.
[01:16:07] He had at least get that kill onto Syro, so takes one with him, but with straight 3v3. This is winnable for Arcade now.
[01:16:13] very much so maybe we've jinxed this match up maybe we do see anything I'm not
[01:16:23] taking any blame hey I'd like a plating I'm glad we're actually gonna get a
[01:16:27] competitive match oh J-part that's an over swing Bailey will punish oh my
[01:16:34] god that's a clean shot onto Loyalith and as is that initial damage from the
[01:16:40] Razorbloom shell also cops one to the head a fifth round acquired for seven a escape
[01:16:45] In that eighth round on Jim bedroom because it started to get a little interesting when it got brought back to a 3d3
[01:16:53] They're just leaving they're just leaving that door slightly a jar for arcade
[01:16:57] I think there's enough of a skill difference between the two teams that it's not gonna matter too much
[01:17:02] But if this were you know chiefs or an EP game
[01:17:05] I think the way seven have played tonight hasn't been clean enough to you know beat the really really good teams
[01:17:11] But it's enough to get the job done against arcade
[01:17:19] Yeah, I think some of the macro work from seven today has been a little bit rough around the edges provided
[01:17:25] The ones on the interview might be a talking point or a question in terms of was that kind of their?
[01:17:32] assessment of the match
[01:17:34] In the post but yeah as you're kind of alluding to I think they've had enough
[01:17:38] Just enough individual brilliance and individual moments to sort of make up all that we've had Bailey in a couple of rounds
[01:17:43] Hit some really clean shots
[01:17:46] Walsh is
[01:17:47] in in the mix on a couple of occasions
[01:17:51] And of course
[01:17:53] remister not mentioned into who has been
[01:17:56] very strong especially across this first three rounds finding a
[01:18:00] Back to back the back entry kills and sort of setting up the team
[01:18:04] Four success and so five three now the score line CC cash up next
[01:18:12] Okay looking like I'll be posturing for the capital clear onto rafters
[01:18:34] I don't think this round is going to just come down to how well Arcade will deal in dealing
[01:18:44] with that rafter's hog, considering they brought the cap of town, I imagine that's
[01:18:47] going to be the plan later in the round.
[01:18:51] I like the little delay on the horizontal extension from 7.
[01:18:58] Okay, probably want to open up jacuzzi open up that threat
[01:19:03] In bedroom side and then rotate back to deal with rafters
[01:19:12] It's taking them a lot longer to do this then they probably anticipated well left towards main stairs
[01:19:19] Don't find anyone close by Walsh actually rotating down into basement halfway through the round
[01:19:25] How it really started either on that raft is clear might not be afforded the chance to do so and physics now in towards Jim
[01:19:32] Might be a case of arcade just foregoing that garage clear
[01:19:36] Yeah, they might go for the util set here to flush out
[01:19:39] Top red smoke it off use the flames to ensure it's not as much as possible
[01:19:43] You can then send loyal with up red. I find a bit of a pinch in that kind of
[01:19:49] moment
[01:19:51] Walsh laid down below doesn't really compromise the ability to plant inside of cash speaking of a pick on to J. Pop
[01:19:59] Oh, that's a pressure from below. That's a good patch from Walsh
[01:20:03] Yeah, he was always in the better position in that fight knows there's more probably coming his way over the water main stairs
[01:20:11] Thanks contact with one
[01:20:13] Physics to get the clear and a second on to pinkoo
[01:20:17] physics is just sharp this days 12 and 6 at 2 KD but maybe in another game that is not
[01:20:27] going to be a win because Tuck sits inside a logic much to the demise of Aziz when poor
[01:20:35] old physics as much as he's tried this stage it's just not working for him and arcade
[01:20:40] 15 seconds need an all-time play not happening Bailey snuffs that out 6-3 lead
[01:20:48] for 7 you have to feel for physics he's tried mightily hard this stage
[01:20:57] yeah he has I mean he's not giving up without a fight great catch there to
[01:21:02] aid a little bit late in the round though unfortunately in the meantime we
[01:21:07] obviously saw Tuck their reposition, Lodgy caught up, the rest of that commside push.
[01:21:15] We're both in the defense though, Warsh being able to disrupt from below, took away the snake threat red stairs,
[01:21:21] and Arcade never really able to deploy that utility and get themselves into a plant in that particular round.
[01:21:30] And obviously you're not out of the thick of it by any means,
[01:21:33] but 7 are in a good position. I'll go back down to basement up next.
[01:21:40] I was successfully attacked by Arcade last time out in a pretty dominant fashion, physics
[01:21:47] finding a 3k back in that 7th round. It was a good sort of moto drop into church clear
[01:21:53] from them last time out. And I'm sure 7 will probably more aggressively defend triple
[01:21:58] this time. I like the inclusion of the mirror here too. That should probably make
[01:22:02] some of these anchor positions for the defense a little more fortified the
[01:22:06] clashes while also a great counter into that bucket
[01:22:17] where's this wing gonna come for arcade is it gonna come at some stage this I
[01:22:23] mean I just don't know where it's gonna come from place you're counting me
[01:22:28] tomorrow they play any awesome and they play enterprise three games remaining do
[01:22:32] you think they get a win
[01:22:34] oh let's see Shakada be being a good match depending on if Shakada be hit that
[01:22:41] weird purple patch mid stage or not was they like last like last stage earlier
[01:22:47] in the year? Shakada be really take it to EP then I think I'd be quite
[01:22:51] concerned for RK being able to get a win this stage in terms of the other
[01:22:55] the remaining games, annuals, again also depending on on the day for annuals but I
[01:23:00] think that's probably unlikely and then I don't think AP are gonna let another
[01:23:04] loss go their way here in the group stage so yeah it's tough. I think maybe
[01:23:09] Chacademy but outside of that probably unlikely. I'll tend to agree. Find out
[01:23:17] very shortly which Chacademy we're gonna get this week as they play
[01:23:20] enter players after this game. We'll play the slower pace to potentially close this game
[01:23:29] out on Church Arsenal. This time they'll bring the clash, the mirror, they're not going to
[01:23:33] give Arcade any chance. They're playing the clash for Info Pinky with the pre-Rip Nitro.
[01:23:37] He'll throw that through the floorboards. See this every now and again is a bit of
[01:23:42] a pocket shot. See if it works out here for Seven Pinky, you actually fall back
[01:23:48] Go over to church, see if they come back to maybe assist here, but maybe they give it up on that plan, maybe it wasn't the original plan all along either way though, it's not going to come into fruition.
[01:23:59] You can see that mirror setup though in play here, just to provide Prez a bit more safety, a bit more information, we'll maybe aid a little bit here, we're trying to hit this nitro pre-throat over the wall, which didn't work last time.
[01:24:10] But all slight set from the defense here, the seven look much better prepared for this push from Arcade, which on the side of Arcade is looking eerily similar to their last attempt.
[01:24:30] It's all well and good to spot Pinky there inside of Arsenal, but if he's not going to move and you've got 50 seconds on the clock.
[01:24:36] some point arcade are gonna have to actually make the push in towards the
[01:24:42] site. Another boogie order bridge is available from Loilith. I did get some
[01:24:47] damage onto Pinku. He has now made the cross as physics main
[01:24:55] stairs to trying to deal with this triple wall.
[01:25:00] On-high launcher out from Syro.
[01:25:03] At short finish.
[01:25:04] This is the slip in.
[01:25:05] Doesn't go for the plant initially.
[01:25:07] Now we'll look for the turnaround plant.
[01:25:09] Did get the down onto the clash.
[01:25:10] Easily dealt with him.
[01:25:12] Nice opening kill from physics.
[01:25:13] He's doing it again.
[01:25:14] Syro to follow up.
[01:25:16] And it's going to be an absolute slaughter.
[01:25:18] That is incredible.
[01:25:20] Arcade have done it again on Church Arsenal.
[01:25:22] They've just got that ability to push in
[01:25:24] and win the gunfights as a collective team.
[01:25:28] and they keep this game alive. It's been a strange game. Arcade of looks really clean on that site,
[01:25:35] attacking on both occasions. Obviously there's been plenty of issues to highlight elsewhere,
[01:25:41] other objectives on their defense, but attacking onto that site genuinely was really,
[01:25:47] really impressive on both occasions. Seven evidently made a couple of mistakes in that
[01:25:52] round, but I don't think they were too egregious. It was just great work from Arcade of the
[01:25:57] little adaptation there in terms of trying to hit Ashe wall instead of going for the
[01:25:59] more predictable sort of moto job into triple that I think has caught out the
[01:26:04] defense a little bit there initially we saw a way with Nitro we saw good pressure
[01:26:08] laid them up above on the vert it was yeah nice unfortunately they're nice from
[01:26:13] arcade on one side in this half isn't going to ever never be enough goes
[01:26:16] without saying. Streaming bedroom as the context we're pretty dominant
[01:26:21] both times out four seven on the first rotation three alive and three
[01:26:25] live opening kill on both occasions. Arcade needs to step up big time here on
[01:26:34] these next two sides. Well I think at a moment seven they need to step it up a
[01:26:39] little bit too. I mean they've been fortunate that on Jim Badger and Cash and
[01:26:44] CCTV they've just looked far better. But yeah the feeling this is gonna be
[01:26:51] one of those kind of games that maybe you walk away with the wind but
[01:26:53] you walking way happy with the overall performance maybe not right now that
[01:27:01] just be I think happy more than happy to just walk away with the three points
[01:27:05] get this done
[01:27:12] it's when they can get very very good for a team like seven you know you're the
[01:27:16] better thing you know in large part you've been better the game is clearly on
[01:27:21] bit of a nice edge arcade have shown they've got that ability to push into
[01:27:25] site whether it's a 5v5 or a 4v4 and just overwhelm you what that might do then
[01:27:32] for the mindset of seven is thinking what do we have to play some of these
[01:27:34] more off-meta positions try and take some of these fights a little earlier get
[01:27:39] ourselves a good numbers advantage disrupt their attack so that they
[01:27:42] can't push into the side as a clear formulated team of five. But instead, you look at the
[01:27:54] lineup and again sort of what they're bringing. It's eerily similar to what we saw for the
[01:27:57] last round.
[01:27:58] Yeah, trying to draw you to the cash side. We'll see if they peel back or if they
[01:28:05] want to stay in a fortified position. It seems like they opted to peel this time.
[01:28:09] So respecting the clear from Arcade, which was pretty decent last time out.
[01:28:15] That themselves didn't anchor back on the objective, which was the biggest win condition for them last time out.
[01:28:20] Like, pretty proactively around the clash, who continues to posture around.
[01:28:26] 60 seconds Arcade, their next step will be confirming this map clear.
[01:28:32] It was a position made to push main alongside with push here through jacuzzi.
[01:28:37] So it's pretty split attack here from arcade. I don't think that's inherently a negative art
[01:28:41] They need to ensure that the final push here is well synchronized
[01:28:49] Oh physics caught by walls, that's a big loss for arcade their top player dead
[01:28:55] Nice little tucked-in spot from walls. There's still my triple nitro cell too, but I don't know if they're gonna get
[01:29:00] Any opportunities to really use those
[01:29:02] Jayper has made contact towards top main stairs. He knows though that in Lodgy there is the key threat of Walsh and that's a lovely swing on to Syro.
[01:29:11] The Loyalty found two now three kills to two versus two, 17 seconds to go.
[01:29:19] Brez with the shotgun. Walsh shots down Loyalty, denies him an ace potential.
[01:29:25] Japer towards Jim slips into bedroom doesn't have the kit.
[01:29:29] Five seconds, all that remains and in the end, seven.
[01:29:34] We'll get to seven.
[01:29:36] All three points are quiet.
[01:29:38] They got tested in the stand zone.
[01:29:42] Yeah, they did.
[01:29:43] It wasn't the cleanest game of siege
[01:29:44] that they have ever played,
[01:29:46] but again, first time we've seen them on club.
[01:29:48] So I think they get a little bit of breathing room
[01:29:51] in that regard.
[01:29:52] I'm most critical here.
[01:29:53] They don't have to walk around all three points.
[01:29:54] So they did not be too distressed.
[01:29:57] I do wonder if it's a map we're gonna go see in future,
[01:30:00] especially when it comes to playoffs.
[01:30:03] I can't even start screaming more
[01:30:04] if that's all I'm saying against EV Chiefs.
[01:30:06] Axe finals on stage.
[01:30:08] I don't know if we wanna see Seven on Clubhouse
[01:30:10] unless they really get to work on it.
[01:30:12] We'll speak to Nebsi and kind of get his views
[01:30:13] on it too, guys,
[01:30:14] because I don't wanna be too downtrodden on it,
[01:30:17] but Clubhouse is that kind of map
[01:30:19] that really separates the top end, the real top end.
[01:30:23] And 7, look, they started fine 4-1, but there were a lot of mistakes and you can get away with that against Arcade
[01:30:30] But even still just barely being a 7-4 game against the team that has not won all year
[01:30:36] Yeah, absolutely, and I mean in terms of the side of Arcade important
[01:30:39] I mean we get the sun gets crazy throughout the entire match, but also
[01:30:42] in terms of the summary just to kind of
[01:30:45] With the cherry on to put the cherry on top physics walkthrough is a phenomenal result
[01:30:48] He actually ends up being the top graded player inside of the lobby and just continues this
[01:30:54] front of form.
[01:30:55] I don't know what the future will entail him, if there's going to be opportunities elsewhere,
[01:30:59] if his team is going to continue to grow and improve or what.
[01:31:02] The fact that he has been able to show this kind of proficiency despite being on a team
[01:31:06] that's suffering in terms of overall results is really impressive.
[01:31:09] So good work from him.
[01:31:10] There were definitely moments of the team play being great.
[01:31:12] I really want to praise them.
[01:31:13] Those basement attacks were almost flawless.
[01:31:16] They were really, really, really clean.
[01:31:17] They kept seven on edge in terms of this matchup.
[01:31:20] So they deserve praise in some areas,
[01:31:23] but unfortunately still trailing
[01:31:25] in terms of being able to find a result.
[01:31:27] Unfortunately as well for Arcade,
[01:31:28] it's kind of the same old seven, five loss to see seven,
[01:31:31] four loss to Manelipo and now seven, four loss to seven.
[01:31:35] It's been the case of so close yet so far.
[01:31:37] Let's go and chat with Dempsey though
[01:31:38] from seven after their win.
[01:31:41] Congratulations to you Dempsey and the boys
[01:31:44] for getting the win.
[01:31:45] Another three points looking really good
[01:31:46] or the overall quest to get to finals, to get to Pax.
[01:31:50] You don't have to ask though,
[01:31:50] kind of sitting in talking about the clubhouse specifically
[01:31:53] as a map of the way you guys played it.
[01:31:56] Do you want to hear our thoughts first?
[01:31:57] Or I'm kind of keen to hear your thoughts first as well.
[01:32:00] I heard a little bit of thoughts.
[01:32:02] I was happy with where we went.
[01:32:04] I'm happy with that.
[01:32:05] I mean, like I know,
[01:32:05] I don't know how it is over here,
[01:32:07] but in NA clubhouse is the map
[01:32:09] where the better team goes to lose.
[01:32:11] So we were definitely, you know,
[01:32:13] not really thinking about that,
[01:32:14] But I'm sure it was in the back of the minds, but I'm proud of our improvements we've made
[01:32:18] since the beginning of the stage, right?
[01:32:20] I think in stage one, our biggest struggle, I mean, I wasn't a part of the team, but going
[01:32:23] into it and hearing of the boys, the biggest struggle was 100% going to be our mentality
[01:32:28] behind things.
[01:32:29] And the mountains and the leaps that we have made in that, I'm so proud of everybody,
[01:32:33] right?
[01:32:34] We are so much mentally stronger and to see a barrier like, oh, it's clubhouse.
[01:32:38] We might lose because of the statistics behind it or the past behind it.
[01:32:43] That didn't affect us at all today.
[01:32:44] I'm really proud to say that I think we were we knew it's the map we wanted to play actually we were planning on playing it
[01:32:50] And it played out how we wanted there was a few sloppier things, but
[01:32:55] Yeah, for sure, I think again great win the biggest thing was I think it's some of the especially attacking rounds
[01:33:00] Towards the tail end of the first half some of the macro and maybe some of the synchronization was a little bit off
[01:33:05] Is that something that you could sort of sense in the comms?
[01:33:08] Is that something that obviously guys will chat about later at looking to refine it because I think the biggest takeaway
[01:33:13] It's just like this was good enough against Arcade, but if this is like a land situation against one of the better teams
[01:33:19] That's where you could get exposed and that individual play might not be able to thrive quite as much
[01:33:24] So as much as I want to say stuff and be critical as the coach and stuff
[01:33:28] They're all very self-critical and I think that's a great trait that we have is we everybody will call each other out
[01:33:34] We'll call ourselves out and you know, sometimes it might it might not be a tour benefit
[01:33:38] I think communication is something we can improve on but like I said before like I think that already like
[01:33:42] everybody's much better communicators and just nicer human beings to each other. I've been really
[01:33:47] proud to see the people just mature and become better nicer humans together. So it's it's it's
[01:33:51] nice. I'm enjoying it. On a bright note though, Nevesy, you guys are for all intents and purposes
[01:33:57] kind of one win away from being able to sort of lock in a top four spot. You know, that 12 point
[01:34:02] margin is especially with a good round differential, which is what you guys have is usually enough
[01:34:08] with three games remaining. You're in that sort of position now where how do you especially
[01:34:12] as a coach, kind of keep everyone level-headed and grounded knowing that you're pretty close
[01:34:16] to that sort of finish line of getting finals locked in.
[01:34:20] Um, I don't think they're really, as me, it's to just keep the same expectations we have every day,
[01:34:26] right? There's nothing that changes with the, like, we could have played the teams in a complete
[01:34:30] opposite order and these last three teams that were about to play, these last two teams
[01:34:33] would play at the very beginning of the stage, right? And it opens completely different.
[01:34:36] So I think it's all mentality, it's all the perspective you have on things. And I think
[01:34:39] I think the boys have that same mentality too, right?
[01:34:41] We have a bunch of players who've been around the scene for a long time
[01:34:44] and whether it be Tier 2 or Tier 1 have played in a lot of competitions
[01:34:47] and even have a little bit of LAN experience.
[01:34:49] So I'm excited to hopefully be able to show what we can do on LAN
[01:34:52] at a Tier 1 level on LAN and be able to hopefully maybe even translate
[01:34:56] to some international competition.
[01:34:59] Last one for UNEVC, but provided the boys do get to finals,
[01:35:02] which is likely, will we be seeing you in attendance in Melbourne?
[01:35:08] I have my Passport, the lineup for what I'm supposed to receive my Passport is like two
[01:35:14] days before the LAN actually begins.
[01:35:16] So fingers crossed it arrives before then, but either way, I'm just proud of what we've
[01:35:21] done, whether or not we make the playoffs, and result aside, the improvements we have
[01:35:27] made since stage 1 to stage 2, and to see each player as human beings, I'm excited
[01:35:32] to keep playing every day and show what we got for the last few play days.
[01:35:36] The improvement has definitely been notable.
[01:35:38] Navzi, anything you'd like to say before you let you go?
[01:35:42] No, thank you to everybody.
[01:35:43] Shout out to Seven for supporting us.
[01:35:44] A lot of org support there.
[01:35:47] Also, just shout out to anybody from NA watching this as well.
[01:35:50] Appreciate you guys.
[01:35:52] No, that's all, guys.
[01:35:53] Appreciate you guys for casting a game as well.
[01:35:56] Thank you so much, Navzi.
[01:35:57] Congratulations on the win, and hopefully we'll see you tomorrow.
[01:36:00] Hopefully see you guys.
[01:36:03] So, at 7-4, victory 4-7 over RK.
[01:36:06] They get the job done, a little bit of slipping and sliding along the way, but clearly the
[01:36:10] better of the two teams.
[01:36:11] And I think, you know, in the end of the day, any kind of criticism that goes their way
[01:36:17] is not because they're a bad team, it's because they're a really, really good team.
[01:36:20] And they're a true contender this stage.
[01:36:22] I think if they can get to Pax, they can get to Finals.
[01:36:25] I don't think they're the kind of team to me that's going to, or at least strikes
[01:36:28] me as a sort of team that's going to freeze up in that sort of LAN environment.
[01:36:31] I think they'll relish it.
[01:36:32] I think they'll embrace it.
[01:36:33] This is a team that missed out on finals last stage fifth spot missed out by
[01:36:38] Basically one game and that hurts like that's gonna kick you into the high gear of motivation going into stage two
[01:36:44] And we're seeing that firsthand. They are
[01:36:46] Effectively kind of like one win away now from locking in that position
[01:36:49] I think they could make a really good runner and be a real dark horse going into packs
[01:36:54] Yeah excited to see how they can go. I mean I think I quite like the mentality that
[01:36:59] that Nebsi was kind of projecting there in terms of the interview were largely positive,
[01:37:03] obviously highlighting and explaining that there were a couple of issues, but as long
[01:37:08] as you're cognizant of that and you're improving upon that, I think the positivity will actually
[01:37:14] probably help actually translate to that being improved over time.
[01:37:17] So yeah, it sounds like they are very much on the right track, and the only question
[01:37:22] now that is remaining that literally no one can answer, we kind of have to just
[01:37:25] see how it plays out, is where does it actually lead them, how much of a threat
[01:37:27] will they be assuming they may play us.
[01:37:30] And Walsh continues his hot form as well, 13 and 8 with the 1-20 EPS.
[01:37:34] Let's go to the schedule for the remainder of the day.
[01:37:38] So big game still to get through.
[01:37:40] And the next one to follow will be Shikadibi versus Enterprise Esports as 7 get the win.
[01:37:45] More and more pressure on teams that are not currently inside of the top four
[01:37:48] to pick up points.
[01:37:49] Shikadibi desperate to get some points against Enterprise.
[01:37:53] But we know similar to the last game, it's going to be a one side of the fair.
[01:37:57] Most likely if we do follow the script you said it earlier.
[01:37:59] EPs already kind of had their one dropped game for the stage.
[01:38:03] Don't think they're in the business of having a second one.
[01:38:06] You can't maybe maybe you get one.
[01:38:08] They did get one.
[01:38:09] I don't think they want a second one.
[01:38:10] Otherwise, it's especially would be rough then going into chiefs tomorrow.
[01:38:14] So we're going to go to a short break when we return to Academy versus Enterprise up next.
[01:38:27] I play for Weboo Gaming and the APL.
[01:38:40] My earliest gaming memories was on the PlayStation 3 with my dad.
[01:38:44] I used to play Call of Duty, the first modern warfare I think, like Cod 4.
[01:38:49] I used to play a lot with my dad on the PS3, like sitting his lap, holding the controller,
[01:38:53] they learned how to play.
[01:38:54] I was three years old at the time. I'm not sure when maybe a few years later
[01:38:59] I'd play a lot of like GTA 4 so yeah very child-friendly games. Yeah, after that
[01:39:04] I would just play like all of the new Call of Duty's that would come out every year
[01:39:07] Play a few racing games like Need for Speed and stuff, but yeah
[01:39:10] Let's say just like the Call of Duty's every year. When I was 15
[01:39:13] I kind of saw like a lot of my friends around me would kind of sign you at PC's like they'd get part-time jobs
[01:39:18] Save up and buy a PC all of the youtubers I was watching as well streamers were getting PCs ended up working for
[01:39:24] my dad for like a summer or something.
[01:39:26] My parents helped me buy a PC for my 15th birthday.
[01:39:28] My little sister is seven years younger to me,
[01:39:30] so we never really had hung out
[01:39:33] and especially never really played games together.
[01:39:34] Like by the time she was able to function as a human being,
[01:39:37] like I was already playing a lot of like single-player games,
[01:39:40] not really playing like kid-friendly games.
[01:39:42] And my older sister just never had interest in it to us.
[01:39:44] I first played Siege when I was 11 years old,
[01:39:47] I wanna say, in the first beta in 2015.
[01:39:52] I played, I thought the main game mode of the game was Terrorism.
[01:39:56] I very rarely remember like, playing on canal.
[01:39:58] I would sit on my drone, go red ping all of the terrorists,
[01:40:02] and then go kill them.
[01:40:03] And I would do that like, on repeat.
[01:40:04] I thought that was so fun.
[01:40:05] I literally didn't know that it wasn't the main game mode.
[01:40:08] I ended up going through all the situations
[01:40:09] and stuff and that was fun.
[01:40:10] And yeah, I just never,
[01:40:12] never even thought to like, press the multiplayer button.
[01:40:14] Not until the full game released
[01:40:16] and probably not until like a month
[01:40:18] after the full game released.
[01:40:19] I was just so excited.
[01:40:20] I would even replay the situations over and over and like thinking back to that, I haven't
[01:40:25] touched the situations in maybe 7 years.
[01:40:28] If the situations were revamped then yeah, I would definitely go on a once through but
[01:40:32] not more than once.
[01:40:33] Yeah, so when I first got my PC, the main game I was playing was like Siege like in the
[01:40:38] you know, the competitive mode like the ranked mode, I was playing a lot of Siege.
[01:40:41] But I also tried out like Valorant kind of when the COVID era hit, it was around
[01:40:45] around the same as time like I got my PC and I was 2019 and COVID 2020 so I
[01:40:49] played a lot of Battlefield as well.
[01:40:51] I'd mix in Minecraft, 2K, racing games, stuff like that,
[01:40:55] but my heart's always been in shooter games.
[01:40:58] I actually quit Siege for six months when it came out,
[01:41:01] but I ended up coming back
[01:41:02] as most people that quit Siege do.
[01:41:05] I played a little bit of card rank play,
[01:41:07] which is with my mates and stuff from IRLs,
[01:41:08] but nothing really as seriously as Siege.
[01:41:11] For me, single player games,
[01:41:13] I think they're more enjoyable than multiplayer games,
[01:41:17] especially as I've gotten older.
[01:41:19] But when I was growing up, like around my teenage years, I enjoyed multiplayer games more.
[01:41:23] Especially when you're still progressing and climbing the ranks in multiplayer games.
[01:41:27] I feel like that's more enjoyable than being the top rank and smashing everyone.
[01:41:31] Then it goes to single-player games are more enjoyable.
[01:41:34] I haven't always been a quiet natured person, especially in the ranked lobbies.
[01:41:38] I like talking my shit, but it's usually just all in the server.
[01:41:41] Especially when I meet people that I've talked shit to.
[01:41:45] I can always put it behind me and just keep it in the server.
[01:41:48] I think that my mum was a bit confused at first when she saw me typing in chat a lot and talking trash to the other team,
[01:41:54] but I think over time she's understand that it's just a part of who I am, but my online persona, so...
[01:42:18] I
[01:44:48] of the game. So we return for
[01:45:02] our second game of the evening
[01:45:04] up next. Academy versus
[01:45:06] enterprise. Real David versus
[01:45:08] Goliath story about this one
[01:45:10] does and certainly if
[01:45:12] enterprise back in their hot
[01:45:14] form as a roster since their
[01:45:16] performance was much much better 7-0 over man alipho. So ended last week on a very high
[01:45:21] note and they'll be looking to start on a similar note for this week.
[01:45:24] Yeah, absolutely. It's a very similar kind of matchup right where they'll be very much
[01:45:28] looking to get in. Get the job done. Could be a water which as well, we see a map that
[01:45:33] hasn't been tested for a little bit as well, which I think is probably pretty with
[01:45:38] opportunity, maybe even fill it on the cards of the sailor matchup. We'll have
[01:45:40] to see. Yeah, it's a very,
[01:45:44] very, very one sided matchup on
[01:45:45] paper and AP will be here to
[01:45:47] prove a place. Let's go and have
[01:45:49] a look at the enterprise roster.
[01:45:51] So a little snapshot really on
[01:45:53] them this day, seven, five, we
[01:45:55] know the team and it's on play
[01:45:56] day one where they were well
[01:45:57] and truly tested. They found
[01:45:58] themselves kind of down in that
[01:45:59] game. I think a three one lead
[01:46:00] to begin with the annuals
[01:46:02] eventually did get back to get
[01:46:03] the three points. Then the
[01:46:05] shock lost to circular spheres
[01:46:06] on play day two, which was on
[01:46:08] clubhouse. Luckily for them,
[01:46:10] responded the next day with a 7-0 on cafe against men LFO and maybe that result was enough to kind of maybe kick them into gear for the remainder of the
[01:46:18] stage remains to be seen Jigsaw though an incredibly hot start along with Trujhan has been exceptional this stage
[01:46:25] second highest rated player only behind relays
[01:46:29] 160 EPS so to harness in career best form Jigsaw still top six rated in the league
[01:46:35] I think that's what you want if you're enterprise now
[01:46:38] It's just a matter of getting player back into the roster and feeling good. He was like many that performs a lot better against men
[01:46:45] Alifo so I think for this kind of team
[01:46:47] I'm just gonna take a little bit of time to gel Nate said it best in the interview and look if they
[01:46:52] Continue the form that we saw in this game in the highlights. They're gonna be hard to stop
[01:46:57] Yeah, I think in terms of the area to probably look at them specifically as an area of focus
[01:47:03] He's going to be those attacks now. Clearly the CS game has sort of thrown that number out of whack a little bit
[01:47:10] Then they got one attacking win back on clubhouse, but it means that their win rate sitting into today
[01:47:15] Is only at about 56% for reference cheats top of the league
[01:47:19] With a 70% rates of an out of 10
[01:47:21] So I think for me that's where we'll see them shine potentially in this matchup
[01:47:25] Is if they can refine those attacks and I think trying to get player in on the action trying to give him a little bit
[01:47:31] confidence. I think this is a good style of match up for him to, you know, find a bag of kills and
[01:47:36] really set himself up for the rest of the stage. Yeah, I think the player, I wonder as well how
[01:47:41] much of it was meant to kind of coming into this roster and the expectations on his shoulders to
[01:47:46] perform the way he did back in stage one. The truth of it is, is that he didn't need to come
[01:47:50] into this roster and perform to his stage one level because it's such a well rounded roster.
[01:47:56] It's a team game at the end of the day got two hot to hunt. That's in hot form jigsaw's still jigsaw
[01:48:02] So if a player he doesn't need to come in and drop 20 kills a game
[01:48:05] Admittedly he started of course very very quiet in the first two play days
[01:48:09] And currently sits 30 second rated player in the league overall
[01:48:14] 79 EPS 83 EPS, but he's got that ability
[01:48:19] I think to just now after that win against Benelope once maybe the pressure
[01:48:23] to be able to do that.
[01:48:24] So, I'm sure it starts to
[01:48:27] relieve when they get these
[01:48:29] wins and they're going to look
[01:48:30] more and more locked in for
[01:48:31] finals. I think you'll see the
[01:48:32] best out of him. Yeah, hard to
[01:48:35] disagree. Let's look at if he's
[01:48:38] opponent this evening. Of course,
[01:48:40] shy Academy. They come into this
[01:48:42] evening, sitting seventh on the
[01:48:44] standings. They will remain
[01:48:46] there for now as arcade failed
[01:48:48] to get any points tonight.
[01:48:50] that they really need to find points this evening with 7 just getting that
[01:48:55] victory if they were to lose to EP as well tonight that gap between them and
[01:48:59] the top four will only grow further so at minimum got to push OT
[01:49:04] preferably of course though a win to stay within touching distance a team
[01:49:08] overall that's been okay so far this stage the metrics aren't amazing for
[01:49:13] them across the board in certain in terms of some of these team stats but
[01:49:16] Their ability to generate a win over Anios should be too overlooked, they look decently
[01:49:20] competitive as well, against 7 in the previous playday, back on bank, so there's some good
[01:49:26] moments for them over the course of that map.
[01:49:28] I think just overall as a team, probably just lacking a little bit of that experience
[01:49:33] and synergy as a roster.
[01:49:35] So again, should be improvements over the course of the stage, but not expecting
[01:49:39] that improvement to have been, you know, rapid and overnight, and to be good enough
[01:49:43] to take that hit.
[01:49:44] Yeah, I mean, I think real quality on the team, but we're talking about, I think a team may
[01:49:51] be in a very different era of where this team's at compared to an EP team that's clearly got
[01:49:57] high aspirations. I mean, we're talking Osaka, we're talking Six Invitational. That's probably
[01:50:01] not on the same wavelength of a team like Shikademy. We've referenced this a few times,
[01:50:07] that little purple patch they had back in stage one. So for Shikademy, it was actually
[01:50:12] on playday three, they beat enterprise seven-five, then the next day they beat chiefs eight-six.
[01:50:19] Those played a three and four that little purple patch. The games after that though,
[01:50:22] they hit a seven-one to rival, they were able to beat arcade and then they lost to six target. So
[01:50:27] that they're an up and down kind of team, but we'll see which version of Shaikhaid of me
[01:50:32] we will get tonight. They'll know they're the underdogs, they know that they got nothing
[01:50:35] to lose. They are very much the David in this David versus Goliath battle.
[01:50:39] It's their biggest challenge for the stage ahead if they can get a result in this game
[01:50:45] And this is where the conversation now turns to well
[01:50:47] What the future look like for Chicago?
[01:50:50] They've got two points at the moment if they can somehow beat EP in this game
[01:50:53] You go to five points, then you play arcade tomorrow that could get you to eight points the last two games are against circular
[01:50:59] Threes and men and many sports out of flow
[01:51:02] Realistically you win this you could go in a run you could make top four. Let's go to the vetoes and see where we're headed
[01:51:09] Yeah, we'll see where the rule that table takes us again important to remember that try coming as a
[01:51:15] Ross star as an organization as per the last age where but to get that shock myself against EP and
[01:51:21] It's labs much to your
[01:51:25] Regrogement it sounds like well the funny thing is I mean we haven't we still haven't seen villa at all in those
[01:51:31] if I'm correct
[01:51:34] Yes
[01:51:35] But the thing is when we went did NAL we got nothing but villa
[01:51:39] So, to me there for me personally, I'm like, okay, I've had my Villa fixed.
[01:51:43] I really wanted to see how the Ospoys would play it.
[01:51:47] We won't get it.
[01:51:48] We go to Labs.
[01:51:49] Let's head into it.
[01:51:50] So Academy will begin on the defense here for Nighthaven Labs against Enterprise.
[01:51:55] We still wait to see Villas introduction into the Oceanic region.
[01:51:59] It's interesting to see the stark difference between regions and how they sort of play
[01:52:06] around these new maps as they come into the pool.
[01:52:08] North America is just like new map, everyone is like we've got to play it. In O's everyone
[01:52:12] is like we've got to avoid it.
[01:52:15] Yeah, absolutely. Yeah I don't know how much more to add on top of that. I think if anything
[01:52:22] it's the up and coming teams might want to direct there a little bit more in O's or
[01:52:28] maybe not because they don't have the scrim experience then you kind of double that
[01:52:30] down with the top teams who also don't want to reveal too much and give away secrets
[01:52:33] to the other teams aren't sort of screaming it and have those pods out there so
[01:52:37] Unlike NA where they're probably just throwing in the deep end straight away and have a lot of more of the teams have the time and the resources to
[01:52:45] Work out their strategies early on. We don't really have that in OS
[01:52:48] So there's honestly no incentive for either end of the spectrum really to go there early on
[01:52:52] I think it's definitely gonna be on the cards for playoffs, but obviously we're gonna have to wait a few more weeks
[01:52:57] or
[01:52:58] That's advanced to play out, double hard breach denial, so IT wall of course to be a focus as it often is on every side here for labs.
[01:53:07] And then it's the Monty and the Snake, very strong duo at the moment out of play for EP.
[01:53:13] I think also when you go into an international event you can't have not played the new map at some point during your regional stage.
[01:53:22] Whether it be group stage, whether it be finals, at some point it has to be played.
[01:53:26] I mean, I'm sure that it's been scrimmed on, but you need to play it in an official a couple of times, I think before you go overseas.
[01:53:32] And that's going to then be, you know, I think a big advantage for the North American teams going over to Asaka if like, they've played so much Villa.
[01:53:39] That's just an extra map in the pool that maybe these other teams and other regions, depending on if they wanted to play it, or if they'd been able to play it, might not have.
[01:53:48] That's an advantage. And you want to take every advantage you can into those sort of tournaments.
[01:53:52] Check out me on the defense first up and see what they can do in this game against an enterprise team that looked red hot to close
[01:53:59] Out last week. We'll see if they can start right hot this week
[01:54:11] In terms of the key entry players to watch in this kind of match up I'm waiting for the
[01:54:17] the numbers to load up now, they're letting me down, okay they're ready to go now, the
[01:54:25] entry so far this particular stage has been uh, hardly jigsaw, at least a year wide he's
[01:54:31] going at a plus 30, that's really really impressive, I should have kind of made some of those numbers
[01:54:38] are going to be a little bit all over the place given how many players have actually
[01:54:42] played for the roster this particular stage but oddly enough, Paken has done
[01:54:47] pretty good job 11-11, Rhealers was 24-16, he's no longer at the ground, Rani though sits at a
[01:54:53] plus 9. Fortunately Kyvonex is the first to fall though in this particular round, and so shall
[01:55:00] it kind of be on the back foot here for the opener. You should be so careful when you plant
[01:55:06] that as army rafters position, when you go for those sort of peeks like the clear over towards
[01:55:10] blue, Rendo jigsaw combining Kara a little late to the party but now makes his way in,
[01:55:15] It doesn't stop jigsaw. Just mowing them down a clash or not. It doesn't bother him as Randy falls in sight
[01:55:22] This is he peered. They're very very best
[01:55:25] Kakin's been looking for info originally was over to wards electrical now first floor getting nothing and Cairo
[01:55:32] We'll get an easy plant down knife yourself looking for one looking for a free pick. We'll get it on to play up
[01:55:38] But it's too hard who gets to me to trade
[01:55:40] I think in player's head right now he's probably thinking, of course I had to be the one that
[01:55:45] gets killed by the pulse in that kind of stage.
[01:55:51] Yeah, it has been somewhat.
[01:55:57] I think as well, just going to be a bit of an adjustment for him in terms of the role
[01:56:01] for him on this particular team and the influence that he's able to have in terms of the
[01:56:05] operators that player has been looking to exploit so far this stage so I'm looking
[01:56:11] at his most played attacking operators so fear, nomad, sense and then it'll arrange
[01:56:18] different heartbridge operators and then U2O operators so definitely more
[01:56:22] U2O focused at the moment defensively, likes of like Sentry, Jager, Kaid, even
[01:56:29] playing with the Mirror Smoke so the Banker rolls as well on defense so I
[01:56:33] I mean, he's not playing in operators that usually are going to be super frag heavy, and so he gets a bit of a pass in terms of numbers, but still, he pulls up below the delta kind of for that sort of role.
[01:56:43] I don't get a too twisted, he's still performing the low weight, what you shoot on those particular operators and those particular roles, but it's naturally going to be a bit more of an adjustment period for him.
[01:56:51] I guess it's difficult to argue that he should be playing like on the smoke and the day most etc etc when you have
[01:56:59] the likes of too hard and
[01:57:01] Of course drinks on the team so
[01:57:03] People would have known that coming into this that it was going to be a bit of a change of scenery for him, but
[01:57:10] We're gonna make the most of it as he builds in to this second stage as a team though EP
[01:57:16] Absolutely dominant in that opening round. I mean to be fair though
[01:57:20] But he was playing similar alps back on Chiefs as well, certainly on the defense, like he's
[01:57:24] playing Smoke and Goya on Chiefs, because he's the most extensive operator.
[01:57:28] The difference really is on the attack, the attacking side is way different, because he
[01:57:32] can't just play like the Solid Snake look, because that's the Jigsaw territory.
[01:57:36] So like the attacking side, his wall that he had on Chiefs is kind of what Jigsaw does
[01:57:41] on this team.
[01:57:42] So on attack he's, you know, playing certainly different operators, but on defense from
[01:57:47] what I've gathered he's actually playing pretty similar ops.
[01:57:54] I can round in and this time Cairo will go onto the blitz.
[01:58:00] Player, there's that opening kill on Kymenix.
[01:58:03] Back to back opening deaths for Kymenix is not ideal for him to start certainly on generative utility like the lesion.
[01:58:11] And he pees that kind of team that will just beat you into submission.
[01:58:15] It's very easy to drop your heads when these gunfights go against you so constantly.
[01:58:21] Kakin little lob tap on the head of two Honeys.
[01:58:24] Had a good stage so far. Has Kakin.
[01:58:33] Hi, it's Jan Jigsaw.
[01:58:35] Yeah, right. Kakin is the top performer on the team.
[01:58:38] APS plus 11 KD
[01:58:42] His KPR has been 0.73, which is actually pretty impressive
[01:58:50] Fortunately that down
[01:58:54] The three versus three minute left still got Cairo on the blitz Brenda get to work as well the skeleton key
[01:59:02] And I think it's this little moment here for player this could see where he
[01:59:05] he shines. You got Kyra on the blitz, you got Brendo that's going to be supporting Tuhan,
[01:59:11] Jigsaw, Ted. You've now got to step up and kind of do what you did back on Chiefs. I
[01:59:16] just wanted the player, that's going to be his element. 3v3, 35 seconds, he knows he
[01:59:21] needs to be the guy to do it. Shaz gets a good kill from Nano on to Brendo. Further
[01:59:26] and further, more pressure on player. To find a couple of kills, Kyra is pushed in
[01:59:31] towards tank. He goes pistol headshot on to a wizard. Kara is doing it all until Shaz was
[01:59:37] able to beat him out and now player in a 1v2. Rani has the ankle. Shaqadami have the round.
[01:59:42] Yeah, Kara was on a bit of a rampage there, but some good fight back on the first floor
[01:59:48] initially and then ultimately the anchorage was just good enough to keep the Blitz at
[01:59:54] bay. Yeah, so I got it to Shaqadami being able to win out that round started to look
[02:00:00] pretty sketchy but the fight back especially on that onsite play was just
[02:00:05] good enough also able to eliminate player quickly and not allowing him to isolate
[02:00:11] the two remaining defenders on the side of Shrekatomi. Taking the fight to EP
[02:00:18] they're in the second round is a positive glimpse as to you know what we might
[02:00:22] be able to see here produced over the course of this map. The tertiary site
[02:00:27] Up next
[02:00:31] Everett really important for sure Academy to probably get that second round
[02:00:35] You don't want to give up to attacking rounds to begin here on labs and allow enterprise to just get that confidence flowing need this to be a contest
[02:00:43] And I think with where a pig are probably still at as a team if you can make it a competitive first half put rounds on the board
[02:00:52] AP might lose a little bit of confidence
[02:00:57] I'm gonna make sure that they just stabilize a little bit though these opening battles to in a row for EP
[02:01:08] If you're Kyvinix, this might be the kind of round where you
[02:01:11] Try and play a safer position. He sits command at the moment. We go to the street
[02:01:16] troll storage for this third round
[02:01:27] Tempo is going to be pretty interesting here for the EPs to help pass the ability to try
[02:01:33] and take these entry jewels, take map space, whether they go for more of a direct route.
[02:01:37] We'll see how that develops over the course of this first half.
[02:01:43] They'll bring up the average entry time, E.P.
[02:01:47] Well, they currently sit at a minute twelve, so third actually slowest in the league so far,
[02:01:53] They've been leaving entry largely to the late round.
[02:01:57] As a bit of a contrast, they shot Academy actually number one in OCE at the moment.
[02:02:02] So minute 33, it's a 22nd gap between the teams heading into there.
[02:02:07] I have to have the lead quickly.
[02:02:21] Somewhat slowcase third round halfway through.
[02:02:24] Now they're looking to swing onto both Kakin and Shaz.
[02:02:27] Brenda and Kyra are immediately full.
[02:02:30] So it's a two little engagement.
[02:02:35] Drops to lounge at a poor timing court on the rotate from to harm but wizard active as well
[02:02:41] Another two versus two the second round straight down to jigsaw and play up versus Rani and wizard
[02:02:54] And we alone on the action 60 seconds on the clock
[02:02:59] Rani and wizard they'll be eager to clutch this one is
[02:03:02] Big Surim player trying to find info player does have two high launches remaining in pocket.
[02:03:09] There is a yellow ping offering information, though the kill not netted.
[02:03:18] The user that is collected, wizard to watch the drop, Rani will have his side set, cargo
[02:03:23] side probably for garage push.
[02:03:25] Oh but did get caught in the backside from that warehouse position.
[02:03:30] Oh my god! What?!
[02:03:34] How does he connect that? Now forces the 1v1, Jigsaw for the plant gets off it, Wizard makes the move.
[02:03:40] 15 seconds, this will probably be the last attack from Jigsaw, surely now has to go for the kill,
[02:03:45] and he will. He goes for the swing, but Wizard's having that kind of round!
[02:03:49] He's the wall of Wizardry for a reason! Two in a row for Shikademy! It's game on!
[02:03:55] It is.
[02:03:57] And look, there's precedent already this stage that EP can sometimes crumble under that early pressure.
[02:04:02] So, positive sign for Shark Academy, I don't think they could have really asked for too much better of a start in this matchup.
[02:04:09] They're keeping EP on their toes, they're looking competitive through the mid-round.
[02:04:12] EP are going for pretty slow build-ups, trying to play a pretty heavy sort of flush game with the utility
[02:04:19] and really trying to jam that tempo into the match.
[02:04:22] But so I kind of be kept pace there and a bit of magic there from the wizard able to clutch up that round
[02:04:28] He was quite literally pinned in a corner jigsaw knowing exactly where he was but was able to win that
[02:04:34] critical dual
[02:04:36] You be sure pretty good fight to get it to this three versus two, but then
[02:04:41] Starts with a little diet that Ronnie got caught like so many ebbs and flows in this particular round coming down to a lot of
[02:04:46] individual moments and brilliance
[02:04:49] That's a nice high builder for the team
[02:04:51] And hopefully he's the only wizard that shows up this week
[02:04:59] I'm
[02:05:03] Little on the nose
[02:05:05] So if you go back top floor, it's actually a really good chance now for
[02:05:10] Shai Katamine, it's funny that this is the only site they haven't won and yet it's usually the most defender side of sight in the region
[02:05:15] They do their access to the mirror, Grim taken away, only played in that last round.
[02:05:21] Mirror was played in all three rounds of Flash Academy, so that's going to be a hindrance
[02:05:25] for them, but an opportunity to go 3-1 up against Enterprise.
[02:05:29] They're very quick, I'm trying to bring up Jigsaw and his clutch numbers over the
[02:05:41] course of this stage to kind of say where he sits obviously clutching is very good at the
[02:05:50] best of times because I bring it up he's one he said he had one clutch successfully won
[02:05:57] the course of the stage so far so four attempts overall most of those made very very one sided
[02:06:05] affairs though so yeah well I mean you played in two games one was a 7-0 win and the other
[02:06:09] was a 2-7 loss so probably not gonna have too many clutch moments in one side of
[02:06:15] matches like that. Yeah.
[02:06:21] Shackademy, you know, this game, yeah, they're a podium is enterprise but for
[02:06:25] their own sake, you know, you win this and you've got suddenly a path to top
[02:06:28] four would really shake up the standings. They play arcade tomorrow and
[02:06:32] they'll go in his favourites. I think we all lose from this game. And then
[02:06:37] the last week is Circular Spheres and Man-Ella-Foe. So, they've got their own destiny to control,
[02:06:44] but you've got to win this game. You lose this game and it's going to be far more difficult
[02:06:48] even if you win the last three, you would finish on 11 points, and that's typically
[02:06:55] not past the cut-off. So, they started well here very lively
[02:07:00] and the only downside and it has now been prevalent for round straight has
[02:07:07] been these opening battles for straight opening kills for Enterprise but
[02:07:11] having converted in the last two rounds
[02:07:15] well that's a wise win from Kybinix clear from two-hunt has been good he
[02:07:20] continues his red-hot form this stage pushed through feeling confident top
[02:07:26] top floor has been very, very volatile.
[02:07:30] KK knows now you can hold here all you like needed Shasta in his battle.
[02:07:34] He cannot and it's a quick top floor hit again from EP.
[02:07:38] So two, two, one, both times on this top floor.
[02:07:43] That's really dominating the early battles though.
[02:07:48] Yeah, top floors where they look certainly most comfortable so far,
[02:07:51] just structurally and kind of just, I guess, pattern repetition for them.
[02:07:55] Very much an autopilot style site for them given the way that Shake Academy is sort of playing a defensive leads
[02:08:01] Yeah, a peeve and they just got that read on them on that particular objective
[02:08:09] They're looking far more competitive on both
[02:08:12] Bank assembly, but we had next then sort of control room likely to follow
[02:08:16] And we'll see if they can try and replicate that success
[02:08:20] I think the biggest threat they probably faced was the Blitz last time out.
[02:08:26] They had like to not to ban it and double it with the Monty, they went a bit more in for
[02:08:30] with the Grim, which we know E.P. really effectively do use.
[02:08:35] So if the Blitz is to reappear, they're going to have to try and deal with that.
[02:08:40] And it appears as if that is going to be the case.
[02:08:44] So really critical for Shai Kanami. They got away with it last time, we could then work late,
[02:08:48] I have to emphasise the, uh, brocones of that particular operator, but actually the last
[02:08:53] second carry comes back off it onto the primary hard beach, and we'll see if that's significant
[02:08:59] that they try to go for more consolidated push here.
[02:09:02] They do have the ram, so they could be a bit of a bit deployed, but I don't think
[02:09:07] it's going to be an overly complicated attack, it's the kind of matchup where you don't
[02:09:13] I don't want to be overconfident because it's too much.
[02:09:31] We are climbing next again.
[02:09:33] At that time though, not as much as his fault, just really well played from Enterprise,
[02:09:37] but it is his third opening death, fight straight, opening kills for Enterprise.
[02:09:43] Shot spots one
[02:09:45] Falls away wizard point land with his nitrocell
[02:09:50] Academy of all retreat back to the first floor, but they definitely can't think about just going back to basement yet
[02:09:56] They need to stay contesting
[02:09:58] Rinalse search activated by to hunt a lot of the shot there from Shaz jigsaw thinking you can peek back around the corner
[02:10:04] Ronnie also shuts down to Han and just like that
[02:10:07] So Academy have the extra play and now they can if they so choose go back to basement
[02:10:14] You're totally depends if
[02:10:15] AP have the structure and pay the lace to cut off they have a lot of that
[02:10:20] That's probably not quite as simple as I can be walking back to what's like
[02:10:23] They also have this horizontal pressure from Cairo as well
[02:10:25] So cake and gets caught Shaz is not out of troubles Ronnie neither wizard will actually push up
[02:10:30] Vending stairs to try and help get his teammates back towards the objective. So this is still a pretty precarious position
[02:10:37] For the defense as AP begin to circle this first floor. I
[02:10:45] Think it just got drowned as well
[02:10:53] Oh
[02:10:56] Play on the move
[02:10:58] Now I'll play it by himself after losing Brenda to Ronnie
[02:11:02] Ronnie and Wizard have been really solid defensively for shy Academy
[02:11:06] 45 seconds we'll grab the kit or he heads down cargo stairs
[02:11:16] I was actually have a drone in pocket here, but you could look to use and get his teammates to play off
[02:11:24] This were chiefs player I'd back him in but just hasn't quite been the
[02:11:36] I got ready to go
[02:11:38] 12 seconds he's giving himself very little time now. He's not gonna be able to plant
[02:11:43] Taking a little too long on ping
[02:11:45] Ronnie first contact wizard will just play close by to Ronnie. They're playing this really well together and player will run out of time
[02:11:53] Yeah, wow, that was just a little bit too slow placed from player
[02:11:57] Hey, you have to go for the win and instead it was hoping he could maybe draw one of them out into a bad position
[02:12:03] isolate the gunfight and credit to
[02:12:06] Raniin
[02:12:08] Was it wizard at the end neither of them just peaked neither of them gave him any kind of opportunity and
[02:12:13] The time just fizzled out. He had 45 seconds 45 seconds and time ran out
[02:12:19] Yeah, I don't know if that was on jigsaw then but at the cargo side push
[02:12:24] They really could have used him being more in a more advanced position early if
[02:12:28] Uh, Kyrie didn't get caught out there.
[02:12:31] If he got killed, if that player with top bending got killed by players ninking forward, it would've played out very, very differently.
[02:12:38] They would've had advantage with Darno Push, but yeah, Slappedness, you know, this column or desync, whatever the case was, where he wasn't quite in the play, meant that, unfortunately, it ended up being a bit of a trade.
[02:12:48] Which was an ideal idea.
[02:12:50] They're kind of caught right there and obviously play pushed up and down Shaz, but the damage was already done elsewhere
[02:12:58] So I kind of be playing good disruption Siege at the moment
[02:13:04] And they'll be looking to compound this into a 4-2 scoreline storage control one out last time was reliant on a clutch
[02:13:13] But they still played decently overall and I'll be looking to reprepate it here in the final round of half
[02:13:18] I've been a fourth round for shycademy and I feel like this is a real threat for enterprise if this goes 3-3
[02:13:28] Probably still feeling like enterprise you're in an okay position
[02:13:35] Regardless it's been really competitive from shycademy and they're giving themselves the best chance to cause an upset
[02:13:42] That purple patch
[02:13:44] middle of the stage, Shai Academy, that show not to date, much to maybe the demise of Arcade tomorrow.
[02:13:51] Surely not another opening depth though for Shai Academy, come on.
[02:13:55] It's five straight to EP. Make it six straight, Shaz.
[02:14:01] Oh look, they've been able to win three rounds in these 4v5s. Maybe they can make it a fourth.
[02:14:08] We're just following the same script.
[02:14:12] they're playing it on hard mode at the moment but they're still finding a way
[02:14:18] which is pretty admirable. Let's see how they go in trying to salvage the final
[02:14:25] round of the half. The entry mind you if I kind of hitting into the day 48% EP64
[02:14:34] so the wall is a gap but it's a massive golf.
[02:14:38] the air jab. It's a trade. That's going from K, that's better, but then he also is outnumbered
[02:14:44] finally now Enterprise using the numbers advantage a little bit better. Everyone's a bit more
[02:14:48] in playable positions off each other. Wizard falls, Rani not in a spot to be able to trade.
[02:14:53] It does seem like Enterprise will just squeak their way to a third round in this half,
[02:14:57] which will set them up nicely heading into their defensive side. Take a mighty effort
[02:15:07] here from running for storage he does somehow hit that headshot onto Cairo up in
[02:15:12] flames he's very much stuck inside a storage he'd be don't have the kit and
[02:15:17] then Brenda feeds him one like there's no reason for you to be there Brenda in
[02:15:25] the end to harm finishes it off but scrappy scrappy siege from enterprise in
[02:15:30] that half it is tied at three to three heading into the second half
[02:17:37] So a tight game on Knighthaven Labs, tied at the half 3-3, but EP now go defense, which
[02:17:47] I think they'll be quite formidable.
[02:17:49] And so for shy Academy, that fourth round missing does mean they're going to have to
[02:17:53] steal a few defensive, steal a few attacking rounds in the second half, which like the
[02:17:58] way that they're playing, they should be confident back themselves in there in with
[02:18:01] a chance.
[02:18:02] And that's all you could ask for after that first half that didn't get blown
[02:18:05] way the way that Manny Sports LFO did back last week on playday three. The band's server for
[02:18:11] enterprise first up defensively. The band's the ace to snake that banded in the mirror.
[02:18:20] You know, it's a pack at that replay package from the last round. The streak of open kills
[02:18:24] continued. If Shakadamir able to target that in the second, then they give themselves a decent
[02:18:28] chance here to get back into the match. A bit of a swing from Brando, ultimately they're not
[02:18:33] Overly punished as Tuham was able to net the pick safely on Vert
[02:18:39] Default top four site here up first from E.P
[02:18:44] Zombie available and in play and they're also gonna see nor and I believe this will be the first appearance of
[02:18:50] Nor here in osu!
[02:18:53] Glimpses of it in other regions. It's being a little bit mixed in terms of its effectiveness
[02:18:57] and unfortunately it's I mean quite useless but it's close to useless when
[02:19:02] there's no shield in play and that kind of means obviously is evident by their
[02:19:06] picks have not brought a shield this round.
[02:19:08] That's not me. If you want I can let you use it.
[02:19:10] And we get to see Norr for the first time as well.
[02:19:12] I hope you get over what happened.
[02:19:14] I did just say.
[02:19:15] Oh Jigsaw? Yeah I know but I'm doubling down on it because I haven't seen it up to this point.
[02:19:18] I don't think you've seen it either up to this point.
[02:19:21] I have. Yeah.
[02:19:22] Oh you have?
[02:19:23] With Nicholas.
[02:19:24] With Mr Moritz and how did it go?
[02:19:26] No, I haven't seen it.
[02:19:28] Not great.
[02:19:30] To be fair, there was one round in particular where it did keep two shields at bay and get them both low.
[02:19:36] There was a blitz at a 1-t.
[02:19:38] Half of the life from the outcome of the round, but it was actually pretty strong in that regard.
[02:19:42] In other areas of the game, like hard bridge, etc. it was not super effective.
[02:19:48] Do you see it here?
[02:19:50] I mean, it'll keep with their mind at bay a little bit for a momentary moment, but...
[02:19:54] momentary moment momentary momentarily I feel like the
[02:20:02] research is run across the corner opens up anyways the Horus launcher and and I
[02:20:08] think the operator in general is really easy to fine-tune to get it into a more
[02:20:13] playable position not to the point where it's gonna be an instant ban or an
[02:20:17] instant pick I'd like it to find that sort of nice a niche usage it's
[02:20:23] It's clearly when it was first announced and with the way that it was originally, it was
[02:20:28] looking as if it was going to become a quick staple in the lineup and then there were some
[02:20:32] changes that turned it into a basically don't pick it at all category which is not what
[02:20:38] you want whenever new operators come in.
[02:20:40] Yeah, maybe somewhere in the middle going forward a little bit better in terms of
[02:20:47] the timings.
[02:20:48] I think so.
[02:20:49] And we'll see.
[02:20:50] Either way, I'm starting to take a bit of space, con aside, really good information available
[02:20:54] here to Kaur on the pulse both on Rani down below, triple impact threat, so Theo and the
[02:20:59] double push up towards Khaan.
[02:21:00] Khaan's going to play off that call, I'll go search it, this is pretty risky.
[02:21:04] Yeah, Rani's a good decision.
[02:21:08] The player that continues the opening kill domination from Enterprise in this game,
[02:21:14] Make it seven straight, which Academy is saying make it stop.
[02:21:21] Nice angle from Kyro, just a little pivot inside of electrical.
[02:21:25] He doesn't quite get the ability to go back to safety as he got caught off by a Kaken.
[02:21:32] From that spot already job done.
[02:21:35] One and seven for Kyvenix has just been unable to win any gunfight.
[02:21:41] can longer-range battle towards Conn to stock go his way.
[02:21:46] Exhaust having his fun with the Horus Launcher.
[02:21:50] You could just be spamming the rotate hall for us, look.
[02:21:56] I'll be able to kill Kakin with the Horus Launcher, get it?
[02:21:58] Let's see.
[02:21:59] Yeah, player and Brando combined, they don't allow them any closer towards the site.
[02:22:05] So, 4-3 lead for Enterprise, and I think we're going to see quite a lot of this
[02:22:09] of this domination in the second half on their defense.
[02:22:12] Shikademy never looked likely on that top floor.
[02:22:16] Yeah, the opening kills are just really killing Shikademy's chances of being able to look even more competitive on this map.
[02:22:25] I mean, the halftime school is certainly decent, but what could it be if they were a little more refined in that area of the games now?
[02:22:33] Let's see if that can be a point of focus for them and improvement as this half does
[02:22:40] develop.
[02:22:41] We go over to storage control, up next, 50-50 split back in that first half, looking at
[02:22:49] the one I peered defensively so the nor not to reappear but to play the whole solos
[02:22:53] combination for the vertical levelment down below.
[02:22:57] So much damage done before Chakadami in that last year could really get to work
[02:23:01] on the side itself which is never a great feeling for top floor when you've got so much
[02:23:05] utility to play into. Try coming in with a late repeat pivot here and likely to go I think
[02:23:12] quite direct towards the side.
[02:23:14] It was of course the first time we saw a door in Oceania at this stage.
[02:23:31] pretty funny as soon as you go double shield and jigsaw puts it away
[02:23:46] interesting that entrant don't go basement for this round instead opting to go storage
[02:23:50] and control
[02:23:51] They have a smoke, pushing with the blitz, and do lose wizard to the knife of Tuhan.
[02:24:08] Another open kill for Enterprise, making it straight.
[02:24:11] Shaz does really well with the pistol.
[02:24:15] Microsoft 2 laying on the follow up.
[02:24:18] for Chikademi, Jigsaw and player though at the exact same moment flying to kill each after
[02:24:22] Shaz did such a good job towards blue.
[02:24:26] Tries to battle Jigsaw, Kymenix is usually being the first death for Chikademi, 0-3 on
[02:24:33] the entry battles will now be their last death and doesn't find a kill and player
[02:24:38] is just starting to get quite a few kills now in this game.
[02:24:41] Matching what we're seeing from Tujana Jigsaw, he's joining in on the fun.
[02:24:45] Make it now fall from the last five rounds. You just get a feeling they're in control of this game now
[02:24:53] Yeah, very much time to lean that way
[02:24:57] Chacademy will take their tactical time out
[02:25:01] As they tried formula to way back into this match that yeah open kill magic remains at 100% in favor of EP
[02:25:10] He's a moment there from Shaz over towards the water stairs, the blue stairs there, and
[02:25:15] that last round over there to double, then succumb to the pressure of Jigsaw as he looked to transition
[02:25:20] over towards the site, and unfortunately the rest of that largely direct push from the
[02:25:24] attack did fall apart.
[02:25:29] Shunt will have a chat with the lads, of course Shunt with a big alt of T1 experience,
[02:25:35] always rated him as a really strong player inside of the server, especially one of
[02:25:39] the bigger brains and typically is actually a standout on the teams that
[02:25:43] did play on in the past so an opportunity for him to try and flex his
[02:25:45] brain a little bit here and instill that on his roster assembly tank to be
[02:25:51] played next to be defended side in the first half we'll see if that does have
[02:25:57] continuance here in two second looking across the lineup here from
[02:26:04] AP initially scope us in play from Kyra be the first appearance of that operator
[02:26:10] Was the push from Shaz a highlight moment for him
[02:26:14] Then a highlight moment in response from jigsaw and being able to cut him down as the rest of the
[02:26:20] Attack there was largely cut down
[02:26:24] We'll see if he can have a successful room here in this room in the long run
[02:26:27] Is this the recipe for enterprise player jigsaw to harm a big three sort of frag is Kyra
[02:26:33] Does he's shield stuff? Brando does he sport his stuff? Is this the makeup of what EP?
[02:26:39] Kind of look to her guess ahead as to how they want the roster to sort of play out
[02:26:47] I mean if you're restricting the talent pool to oce exclusively or even APL to be honest
[02:26:51] I think you're not gonna probably have a much better team than this
[02:26:56] Oh my god, how do you get a kill onto the blitz 10 seconds into the round?
[02:26:59] How do you make it 9 straight opening kills? We're looking for a flawless opening kill
[02:27:07] metric for AEP. Varani at least gets rid of Tujan on the Solas, but then Playa beats out
[02:27:13] Kaken. It's been a lot of back and forth fighting here on Nyhaven Labs in the last
[02:27:17] few rounds especially. Absolutely, AP are more than willing and able to take on as
[02:27:23] many of these jewels as possible. Trying to force Chacademy into submission really and
[02:27:31] they'll now be again another disadvantage. I mean if there's any consolation they've
[02:27:35] been in this position in every single round so they kind of know what it takes now to
[02:27:40] fight behind from a deficit. Evidently that was more successful on defense. I think we're
[02:27:44] now starting to see the natural disadvantage that is exemplified on attack where it's
[02:27:48] even more difficult to take with make plays, EP can lay it back. They've also got the
[02:27:54] scopepost for that additional run on the second floor. Good drawing work from Kyvenix will
[02:28:00] identify roughly where Karo is right now. One thing to have the info though, especially
[02:28:07] player down it's pretty difficult to commit to the play.
[02:28:26] Rain basement except for Brenda who holds towards storage. It's a call from Rani. No one close
[02:28:33] by to really play off her although they do spot him out on the ping. He'll be forced
[02:28:37] drop. 60 seconds left in this ninth round advantage for Enterprise. What's the
[02:28:44] path forward here for? Chicademy. I'll fire away back up above. Alright, it survives.
[02:28:49] Hot floor now and if you want, you can transfer straight away back down. Player
[02:28:54] ready for the pushdown. Inter-exo got the double kill. Only Kymidix left. I know
[02:28:59] exactly where he is now and Brenno ready and waiting. While the formality
[02:29:05] Now have very much entered this game after Shakeademy got out to a very good start
[02:29:12] Led three to two thought this was gonna be competitive and enterprise
[02:29:17] Since then for straight doesn't help for Shakeademy that they've literally been 4v5 the entire game
[02:29:24] Hending into the tenth round match point and into the bands
[02:29:29] Yeah, being a good result though, I think for player defensively is going for oh, but again
[02:29:34] he's playing a pretty like-for-like role when it comes to defences you highlighted, attacking
[02:29:39] though you're still solid 4-4, 83% cost as well, so it was influential in the over 1 majority
[02:29:45] of rounds in that first half, so yeah a big outing for him, a big result. And as a team,
[02:29:51] APA have done a good job, but when it's hard to look maybe a little bit sketchy at that
[02:29:55] mouth time break, they've been able to really consolidate here, they've been able to do
[02:29:58] a better job defensively, which again naturally can happen, but they've done a better job
[02:30:02] Inconverting that advantage
[02:30:04] Feeling back over the inclusion as well as scope post to keep caro active in that round
[02:30:10] It's good defense overall from EP across that first rotation
[02:30:16] You go back above
[02:30:19] Academy will respond by taking the pulse out of play. We did see that back in the
[02:30:24] First two rounds on the side of EP car of both occasions. They played it so it's gaining for a concert here for this top floor here
[02:30:31] than storage controls at that element of verticality.
[02:30:34] Does that mean that U-Tool is going to be really, really, really prevalent on the objective
[02:30:41] if you've got the Fenrir and both the Izami in play?
[02:30:46] Nor as well, also, with extra targets outside of potential hard bridge this round, which
[02:30:52] shines off a little bit.
[02:30:55] The problem with that though is that if you're trying to bring out your Horus Launcher against
[02:31:03] the Blackbeard it can just shoot you, so it's like, I don't know if that's really the best
[02:31:09] one to be trying to use that Horus Launcher against, see how it plays out, take it
[02:31:16] on the Kali. Because he should be able to open up my Teal, though, stall out and then
[02:31:30] does Cairo make his way over with the Horus Launcher? Yes, he does.
[02:31:35] There we go. Pretty good combo there and being able to deal with some of that hard breach
[02:31:43] potential of the attack, since they're not just exclusively useful against shields.
[02:31:52] Is it great for the follow-up? See if this one is a success, all the ones that are up for jigsaw.
[02:31:58] And just gets stored out in time. And then Horus launch out.
[02:32:04] And don't mind this combo. More effective than I thought it might have been.
[02:32:08] It's just delaying so much time as well finally IT gets opened up at the minute and a half mark when usually sitting through
[02:32:16] Minimark shaz down on the black bit towards warehouse to hard
[02:32:21] Keeps the opening kill streak going the way VP they're on the verge of flawlessing its entire game
[02:32:27] I get into the first pick every single round
[02:32:32] It's all sitting in IT. I don't think Kakin is aware of this
[02:32:38] I get the fright of his life
[02:32:40] And jigsaw fully knows at this point his position is clearly not known. Can I really thinking about a peak?
[02:32:47] Now jigsaw thinking about the push-up cake and death. Oh, there's one rafters jigsaw probably should have died to be honest
[02:32:55] Everyone asleep at the wheel
[02:32:57] Your hunt calls it GG easy and in the end it was actually pretty easy
[02:33:00] It was very dominant from enterprise a little shaky to begin with as shake had me brought their best in that first half
[02:33:07] they looked really really solid at times but ultimately enterprise far too good. Return to form
[02:33:13] for play out we saw a north 7-3 a comfortable result in their quest to get to base. Yeah can't
[02:33:20] play too much if you're in the AP camp. Attacking can actually be very difficult here online so
[02:33:25] the fact that we're able to find three a good example to kind of match up where you find three
[02:33:28] you give yourself a good foundation you can head into the second and have fallback if required
[02:33:33] and ultimately it wasn't even needed in the end. Big carry factor for them in the match
[02:33:37] was that entry metric and it was one that was shared across basically everyone on the team.
[02:33:42] It wasn't just, you know, the Dukesaw show, whilst he was highly influential in that particular metric,
[02:33:47] it was shared across all members outside of Cairo. So everyone having impact when asked upon
[02:33:53] in this particular match. Good moments for Shokadami, but unfortunately their attack's
[02:33:58] just getting exposed there. Yeah, good game from Rani, Wilson had some good moments and
[02:34:03] And Shaz was influential on the blitz, he actually had one of these better games, but
[02:34:07] where they lost it really, the opening kills, you're never going to win a game of Siege if
[02:34:13] you give up 10 straight opening deaths and you are just always 4v5 unable to get into
[02:34:18] the building, unable to play that trade game.
[02:34:21] Clearly a golf between the two teams in terms of overall talent and teamwork, but
[02:34:25] if I'm shock-catted me I'm not walking away from that completely disappointed.
[02:34:30] I think there were good elements certainly in that first half that they can kind
[02:34:32] I look to to suggest that you know work on some some things that they can get a bit more competitive towards the end of the stage
[02:34:39] Let's go to our interview with Nate off of the wind for Enterprise
[02:34:43] That's all it went in the end Nate
[02:34:45] Yeah
[02:34:46] Tested in the first half which is always good for the boys and then they just kind of put down
[02:34:50] The foot in the second half on labs
[02:34:52] So we've got to see a little bit of the nor and to borrow combo as well on it
[02:34:56] How much have you guys cooked with that? It's not taking all mayors on accident
[02:35:01] What do you mean it was on accident?
[02:35:05] Accidentally selected Nord?
[02:35:07] Yeah it was accident mate, it doesn't work.
[02:35:09] It's a bug I think.
[02:35:11] That's one of the many great things about having Kyra on the team.
[02:35:15] That was just a bit of tech there and something that we've been working with and testing how things work.
[02:35:20] It's obviously a very base level of how Nord works with interactions with utility.
[02:35:26] I guess it was nice to show that it's not just a shield counter.
[02:35:30] counter and has multiple use.
[02:35:33] Yeah, for sure. Big focal point for us actually heading into this game was
[02:35:36] highlighting player and specifically on attack, maybe some of the issues that he'd
[02:35:39] been having sort of translating his role of his previous team now into this one.
[02:35:43] Defense wasn't an issue and it wasn't tonight either, but his attack actually
[02:35:47] looked really, really good and the numbers reflect that. Has that been a big
[02:35:50] focal point for you in terms of trying to make that role more comfortable for
[02:35:53] him?
[02:35:53] I
[02:35:55] Think for sure
[02:35:56] It's like if I can have player firing on both halves then it's it's it's awesome
[02:36:02] But like you said, it's a big shift. There's a lot more. I think there's a lot less
[02:36:06] Lurking and opportunities to find himself getting more picks now and he has to do a lot of he has to do a lot of work in the
[02:36:10] So that he's drowning way more
[02:36:12] He's getting rid of utility making sure he's in the right positions the right time
[02:36:15] So we definitely I think yeah, we've been working very hard to make sure he's comfortable and he said before this game
[02:36:19] He's a voice
[02:36:20] He can feel it himself. He's like I'm settling it a lot more. He's like I'm feeling a lot more comfortable
[02:36:24] He's next time's all be a lot better. And I think individually as well. He's trying his best to
[02:36:28] You know, like obviously had a really good stage last time, right?
[02:36:31] And it's gonna be very hard to talk
[02:36:33] But I think yeah, he's trying his hardest to be more of that like team
[02:36:36] orientated help the cop gonna turn
[02:36:41] Now I need a favor from you. Okay, and this next question. I don't want any of this. It's just another game
[02:36:46] It's just one at a time
[02:36:48] Tomorrow
[02:36:58] For you
[02:36:59] Really, I guess because for the boys is just another game
[02:37:01] It is but for you like you've been a part of the chief's organization for a long time
[02:37:05] You've had a lot of success with them clearly what four of the five same players, etc
[02:37:11] I know you're gonna just treat it like another game
[02:37:14] But is there a part of you that goes into that tomorrow really wanting to win or like what what are your feelings?
[02:37:19] How are you feeling going to that? Yeah, obviously in my head? I
[02:37:24] Split the org from the match like when it comes to the players like you said the run we ran on last stage the org
[02:37:31] Hold a lot of respect and a lot of good memories, but when obviously comes to the game
[02:37:34] I want I want to destroy them. I want the game. I don't want to sit here
[02:37:39] And never last I was like, oh, let's have a good be a three more pressing EP. It's different now
[02:37:43] It's more we want to keep this momentum going we want to keep this confidence going and that's what we've been practicing especially for this match
[02:37:50] We haven't been really looking at this chiefs much specifically, but we've prepared for it the exact same that we did every other game
[02:37:56] We are keeping our reps. We're keeping our focus on we are preparing for the next game our next round and not really preparing for
[02:38:04] Like like you said life for this next chiefs game, but like yet and I had a bit of land to the fire
[02:38:08] I don't think I've ever lost an official to realize so I think I think I'm gonna keep that straight
[02:38:13] I mean obviously the team hasn't changed that dramatically obviously Oda comes in
[02:38:18] Wettables comes in but do you feel as if going into tomorrow you should have a
[02:38:22] pretty good insight as to how they're going to play what pops all of those
[02:38:24] sort of metrics that being the previous coach for the team and largely
[02:38:28] the same players you should have really good insight into that game and it
[02:38:33] give you an advantage oh yeah for sure obviously like I can give these boys
[02:38:37] the insight on how these players play like how Jake plays how box plays but
[02:38:42] That doesn't necessarily mean I'm going to sit here and underestimate that the fact that these guys don't want to improve.
[02:38:46] Oda is a ridiculously talented and a ridiculously knowledgeable player.
[02:38:50] He's been to places of international events that I haven't even been to.
[02:38:53] And Wettables obviously has been to these stages where he's been to the highs, played on these great roster, he's played on these Dynasi roster.
[02:38:59] So I'm not going to sit here and be like, oh yes guys, we're going to go into this Chiefs game tomorrow and I know exactly what they're going to do because it's not really the case.
[02:39:05] But for sure I think it gives us a little bit of an advantage because I know how they play
[02:39:10] and I don't think they'll really change that much and if they do change then we're also
[02:39:13] prepared for that.
[02:39:14] So I think it will be a great game for us.
[02:39:17] It was a tremendous performance from the boys tonight, certainly in the opening kills
[02:39:21] to go 10 straight, like that doesn't happen often, it doesn't matter who the opponent
[02:39:24] is, doesn't matter the map, doesn't matter any of the circumstances, 10 straight out
[02:39:29] of 10 rounds.
[02:39:30] Yeah, that is, trust me, that is very, very rare.
[02:39:32] So big ups to the boys on that one and to yourself anything you'd like to say.
[02:39:37] Obviously shout out to you guys, shout out to the org and also everyone wish Jig a happy
[02:39:41] birthday.
[02:39:42] Happy birthday to you too.
[02:39:43] Thank you boys.
[02:39:44] How old is he turning?
[02:39:45] I wouldn't have to claim that.
[02:39:46] I've got my job.
[02:39:47] 20?
[02:39:48] Yeah 20 I think.
[02:39:49] Can I turn someone off?
[02:39:50] Alright thank you mate.
[02:39:51] Obviously best of luck tomorrow against the old team.
[02:39:52] Here's the ladder boys.
[02:39:53] I think it's even better that they got tested. We already saw them win 7-0 last week against
[02:40:17] man a la focus. We know how good they are. But when you get
[02:40:20] tested early, Chacademy beat them last stage. Like Chacademy can
[02:40:24] have those kind of days and it was looking like we were going
[02:40:27] to have a competitive game. But it's the shine, the sign of
[02:40:31] maturity and growth that when the game got a bit tough,
[02:40:34] Chacademy went three to up enterprise said none of this
[02:40:36] three is all they get.
[02:40:38] Yeah, man. And again, it's all well and good to look at
[02:40:39] that entry metric. It can kind of go both ways depending on
[02:40:42] how the team's doing it in the moment. If at halftime,
[02:40:45] they're sort of sitting there feeding themselves up thinking,
[02:40:47] How's this 3-3, we won every single entry, we gotta be winning these rounds.
[02:40:50] That was a failure.
[02:40:52] I can carry into the second with the negative connotation that I could go on and lose the game,
[02:40:55] but I didn't really sense that at all over the course of this matchup.
[02:40:58] They just, you know, did their thing, grinded away, and got that result.
[02:41:02] And so, yeah, an exciting result.
[02:41:04] All of them, and I mean, I'm eagerly looking at that next matchup as well.
[02:41:08] I wanna credit your interview skills, the fact that you got anything out of Nate in terms of wanting to destroy Chiefs.
[02:41:13] I thought it was pretty impressive.
[02:41:15] So, yeah, yeah, hopefully that'll be a good game.
[02:41:18] Yeah, none of this, so it's just another game.
[02:41:20] I like those guys.
[02:41:22] No, he wants to beat them.
[02:41:23] And then that's the right approach.
[02:41:24] Let's go to the schedule.
[02:41:25] We've still got two more games fought today.
[02:41:27] Menelopho, Anios, and then later on,
[02:41:29] Chiefs versus Circular Spears,
[02:41:32] which that last game's gonna be absolutely amazing.
[02:41:35] The two top teams neither have lost in regulation.
[02:41:38] The only two teams left that have not lost in regulation.
[02:41:41] But before that, Menelopho and Anios,
[02:41:43] This also has its own stakes on the line really being the loser of this their chances of top four
[02:41:48] I don't want to say it's over, but you're looking at like maybe a 1% chance like a lot would have to go your way
[02:41:54] Whereas the winner stays in a really good position then going into the remaining playday. So the the game up next for me. I
[02:42:01] Wouldn't say determined who gets into top four, but the winner stays in the race
[02:42:05] Yeah, I totally agree that next matchup is really really big both trailing in terms of making it into the top four at the moment by a
[02:42:12] a growing margin, so they can't let it grow any further.
[02:42:15] Alright, let's go to the break when we come back, it's Annieoss vs. Mayn-Elephore.
[02:42:37] Last time in the first season, I was literally copper, like copper 4 or something, so...
[02:42:40] It was a lot of fun even being copper so I would say it was a lot more fun
[02:42:43] I wanted to get gold like gold was a my goal at the time
[02:42:47] And I literally couldn't go out of copper, but I was still logging every day and have fun
[02:42:50] I had like 300 games in the first season
[02:42:52] So it was definitely still fun for me even though I sucked the very first time that I kind of like clicked in my head that
[02:42:58] Something that I could be good at or something I could do you know as a job
[02:43:02] Maybe it's like you're playing champion ranked and you'd verse like a full five-cycle pros and you beat them
[02:43:07] And especially if you play good, then you know you kind of get a bit cocky, you know
[02:43:11] You're like 15 16 years old
[02:43:13] You're like well like these guys suck like I just smashed them the second part today is like when I was playing a lot of ranked
[02:43:19] I was 16 17 and I get like number one in the world for me
[02:43:22] That's like an indicator of you know
[02:43:24] I can I can do something in this game for me the biggest barrier to take an exit and
[02:43:30] Competing is obviously age like you can't play in the official tier one circuit until you're 18
[02:43:35] So that was a big barrier but another barrier that I faced was I was very good at burning
[02:43:40] bridges with other pros because as I said like we were kind of smashing other pros and then
[02:43:45] I talked shit to him in the chat.
[02:43:46] A lot of them wouldn't like me and that's why I never played pro league in OS when I turned
[02:43:51] 18.
[02:43:52] Straight away I went to Asia because I don't think many people in OS like me.
[02:43:56] Someone that I can say like the relationship has evolved and like kind of one of the
[02:44:01] last people that I talked shit to a lot when I was underage was like Oda.
[02:44:05] probably one of the older guys that I vividly remember talking shit to and he
[02:44:09] did not like me for a long time but it's in 2018 and I joined like an actual
[02:44:13] pro team the mutual respect between us grew and yeah obviously I met him in
[02:44:17] person at like events and stuff and it's just a lot easier to like see who a
[02:44:21] person really is and connect with them on like a human level you know when you
[02:44:25] see them in real life see I would say that's definitely a person that I would
[02:44:28] remember talking shit to. Basically I was smashing everyone on ranked and a lot
[02:44:34] of people didn't like me as I said. I would smash them while I was solo queue so obviously
[02:44:37] they invited me to play. Our core trio of us three, we would just never lose a game on
[02:44:42] Southeast Asia. It would be like top one, two, three in ranked every single season and
[02:44:46] yeah after that we just got lucky with Blast coming in, relamping the league and all coming
[02:44:51] in which is bleed. I wanted an English-speaking roster and they wanted to you know they wanted
[02:44:55] to compete at international events so we just got super lucky to be honest.
[02:44:59] What made us so good in terms of our core three was that I felt like we were putting
[02:45:03] more time into the game than anyone else, even than most of the pros.
[02:45:06] I was probably putting more time into the game than school, and I was in high school
[02:45:10] at the time.
[02:45:11] And just like the chemistry as well, because even though it's ranked, we were playing together
[02:45:14] every day for two years, so we know how each other plays, we know what we want to do,
[02:45:19] how we want to play.
[02:45:20] So that kind of chemistry from playing together so much helped us a lot in the early days
[02:45:24] of L10.
[02:45:26] My parents didn't really ask questions about what I was doing when I was playing.
[02:45:31] And then obviously I spent a lot of hours playing the game.
[02:45:33] I didn't really understand the scale of what I was doing I guess.
[02:45:37] And they didn't ask questions about who I was playing with.
[02:45:40] Because if I said I was playing with a grown man from China then there might be some questions
[02:45:45] raised.
[02:45:46] Obviously I had to explain to him when I wanted to go to Singapore at 18 years old to play
[02:45:51] a video game full time.
[02:45:52] But yeah, before that they didn't really ask.
[02:45:56] So that first conversation, it was a very long one because I had to explain everything
[02:46:00] I had to explain like how Pro League works, how you make money because making money to
[02:46:06] play a video game is a foreign concept to like a lot of older people.
[02:46:10] So you have to explain in detail all of that.
[02:46:12] You have to like show proof as well because obviously moving to a different country at
[02:46:16] 18 you have to show proof you have a house to live in, you have to show proof like
[02:46:20] there's safe people there, you're not getting like human traffic.
[02:46:24] A lot of that and just like explaining to them and showing them that I had a plan
[02:46:28] yeah that I wasn't just going on a whim.
[02:46:30] There were definitely doubts like I did okay in school like I could have gone to any uni
[02:46:37] I wanted in my city and I could have studied whatever I wanted
[02:46:40] I had opportunities as well to come to Japan and teach English and food hawker
[02:46:44] Teach English to like little kids and stuff
[02:46:46] There were good opportunities for me to do other stuff that could have led on to good career paths
[02:46:51] But my heart was super invested in gaming. There was no other choice for me to be honest
[02:47:00] I
[02:47:30] It's once in a game, they know their name, they know their name
[02:47:36] I can't help but give it life, it's one thing in a night
[02:47:39] Start the time if you see the light, let's give it life
[02:48:30] Well, race for top four continues to heat up here for APL.
[02:49:00] Oceania as we head to our next matchup two teams that will be hoping they can stay in that race
[02:49:05] But you lose this and it becomes a lot more difficult for team an EOS and man eSports
[02:49:10] LFO playing each other now man eSports will play CS tomorrow an EOS will play seven tomorrow
[02:49:16] So it doesn't get easier for either of them, which means you lose this
[02:49:20] Probably likely to then lose at least one more that means you're done
[02:49:24] So you win this maybe you still got a bit of room to breathe
[02:49:27] But it's going to be tough either way to make top four from here the way things are kind of shaping out
[02:49:32] It's live seven. It's chiefs the DP
[02:49:35] Is there an extra spot circular spheres hold that for now will mean to be seen. Let's go to the rosters
[02:49:41] Yeah, I mean, I kind of agree. It doesn't feel like there's room for one of these two teams to make it
[02:49:46] But it remains to be seen how the rest of the stage I was developed as we look across that man a lot foe
[02:49:51] I don't have obviously don't want to approach this match up with too much of a
[02:49:55] a negative approach in that sense, but when you look at the numbers there is a
[02:50:00] super concerning red flag for this team that's actually a separating factor
[02:50:03] between the two. Both are struggled on attack. Men Alpha sits at 38%, whatever.
[02:50:09] Their defensive win rate though unfortunately sits at 3 out of 13
[02:50:13] rounds, so only 23%. That's a big goal to their opposition. Aniel's sitting
[02:50:18] about 52%, more than respectable. The defense has to be a big, big
[02:50:24] improvement from them tonight if they are to see a result. So for me that's the
[02:50:29] biggest win condition for them is being able to find success on defense. Well at
[02:50:33] first two games tonight I think we're pretty easy to go in and say well this
[02:50:35] is the favorite team. Who's the favorite team in this matchup?
[02:50:39] Oh, two questions. I mean if I'm purely looking at this from a numbers
[02:50:44] perspective it's hard to look us annuals so I think man L if I go into
[02:50:48] this one with certainly a point to prove in that record. Let's go to the
[02:50:52] team annuals roster it's been an awkward stage for them so far a couple of ups
[02:50:58] couple of downs mainly downs they look they were competitive on the opening
[02:51:01] playday against enterprise maybe even could have got a point from that game
[02:51:04] ended up losing 7-5 they go to overtime with a loss against
[02:51:08] shake had a me so that really put a a dent there on their stage but then you
[02:51:13] go to overtime and you beat circular spheres who up until that point were
[02:51:16] undefeated in regulation so that may be salvage things a little bit just to
[02:51:21] give them a chance coming into this week where they play Manila foe and then they play 7 if you kind of look at this run from
[02:51:27] Playday 3 4 and 5 these are the things you've got to be beating if you want to make top 4 all while and good to be competitive against
[02:51:33] Anios that's right against Enterprise as any us but
[02:51:36] If you don't win in these games
[02:51:38] It's it's not gonna help you then get to the top 4 and get to packs
[02:51:42] And so when you've got a player of proxies caliber who's had a tremendous stage up until this point
[02:51:47] he's been one of the top performers and really kind of like again part of that new gen coming through
[02:51:53] making a name for himself on a roster that hasn't really had a lot of success he sits fourth rated
[02:51:59] for the stage coming into today great for the multi kills he's a hundred percent on the entry
[02:52:04] three and zero so maybe look to try and get him more into those entry battles
[02:52:08] to be your facilitator in a matchup like this and I do think I agree with you Annie
[02:52:13] probably coming in as the favourites but it's not by any means overwhelming
[02:52:17] favourites like both teams have got a good opportunity in this game with finals
[02:52:21] on the line as we head into the map leaders yeah biggest red flag for them
[02:52:26] is entry 37% they are the worst team in the league when it comes to winning
[02:52:32] out entries so again that's gonna be their focal point for this matchup
[02:52:36] and he has to kick it off defensively here on there which ultimately ends up
[02:52:40] being the map pick of man LFO and so this is I think we could have set a better stage
[02:52:48] right highlighting the man LFO have really struggled on the attack the defense that remains
[02:52:54] to be seen in the second half if they can improve that as well and for team Anios if
[02:52:58] you're defending on lay you really want to be setting yourself up by getting that entry
[02:53:02] dual which they have struggled on so this should be a good matchup expecting it to be a pretty
[02:53:07] scrappy affair, but there's a big carrot dangling at the end of the line. If you lose this, you're
[02:53:11] basically out of playoff contention. So this is must win. It's a solid map for both teams. First
[02:53:16] preference for men, Alepho, a 3-1 record for team Anios. As we head into it, let's get this on the
[02:53:21] way. Anios will start on the defense. Must win territory. You lose this. Your chances of top four
[02:53:27] are going to look very slim. Both teams currently finding themselves on three points, but in
[02:53:32] different ways for any of us
[02:53:34] it's been through their overtime
[02:53:35] matches and I T win and I T loss.
[02:53:38] Then I'll have only got a single
[02:53:39] win this stage, but at least
[02:53:40] back in in regulation against
[02:53:43] arcade the run home for both
[02:53:45] teams. Of course, after today,
[02:53:47] then I'll have a will play
[02:53:48] circular spheres then chiefs
[02:53:50] then chikademy and for any of
[02:53:52] they will play seven then
[02:53:53] arcade and then they play
[02:53:55] chiefs as well. So pretty
[02:53:57] equal run home, which means
[02:53:59] that if you win this, you
[02:54:00] will get at least breathing room against the direct opposition and have a chance, a very
[02:54:06] small chance, but a chance still to make the top four, but spots are looking difficult to
[02:54:10] get as we head into the bands. It'll probably be Ace, Kaede, Monty and either Mira or the
[02:54:17] Bender.
[02:54:18] We're excited to jump into this one as we confirm the second wave of bands and we'll
[02:54:25] see if they are the expected set of the Monty.
[02:54:28] Yeah, leaving the shield play-up is certainly a risk, I'm expecting to stand up in the region.
[02:54:36] Yeah, I'm expecting to see it properly.
[02:54:40] Interesting.
[02:54:41] Oh, they're also going to bring the North here in the opening round, so...
[02:54:44] I'm actually going to be really intrigued to see if during this prep phase,
[02:54:49] is machine going to run around and try to scare off the attack from picking the shield here,
[02:54:54] here or does he hide it and try and then spring onto the shield that's a kind of
[02:55:00] an interesting line game to play because I think either can sort of work I mean
[02:55:05] evidently based on his positioning at the moment is not showing away from being
[02:55:08] spotted so if that is to be the case man I'll foe then need to decide if I
[02:55:12] want to pivot off this one too
[02:55:24] So of course of this year
[02:55:26] Anios beat arcade 72 on this map lost to chiefs 3 7
[02:55:30] and beat men alpha 7 4 circular spheres 8 7 4
[02:55:35] NLFO
[02:55:36] The arcade 71 pitch like enemy 7 5 lost to chiefs 1 7 and obviously lost to anios 4 7 as they run it back
[02:55:45] You know on there
[02:55:47] hopes of finals in the air for both teams and so I wouldn't be surprised if this
[02:55:53] ends up as a scrappy affair. I'd actually be more surprised if this ends up really
[02:56:01] one-sided like if one of these two win in a kind of anywhere from 70 to 72.
[02:56:06] It'd be very surprised. It's Hunter that gots the opening kill and it is on to
[02:56:10] Chef, Chef!
[02:56:13] Hunter's gonna be really scary this half on the solid snake, so...
[02:56:18] Sage has been set for that to be established early.
[02:56:23] As Hunter looks for more, he's got so much perceived pressure now on this position where Anios may...
[02:56:28] I like to try and clear it, try to peek, but if I'm in front of him, I'll be trying to scare him away.
[02:56:32] I have to make that commitment though, when you're already a player down and his machine will fall.
[02:56:36] I believe that was the triple impact.
[02:56:38] Nice.
[02:56:38] We've been there by elements.
[02:56:40] It's really good read earlier here from the attack.
[02:56:42] Yeah, it's a really good start from NLFO.
[02:56:44] I mean, that's quick pacing, not really just wasting time.
[02:56:47] Especially when you're attacking into Master and R6,
[02:56:50] it's very easy to get lulled into that sort of setup approach,
[02:56:52] get AWP's mares and...
[02:56:54] you know, work through the checklist to find two early kills.
[02:56:57] It's a decent start.
[02:56:58] Did lose beers, but I think that's largely okay in the grand scheme of things.
[02:57:02] 4v3, halfway through this opening round.
[02:57:04] They've still got plenty of really solid utility to help them in the site most notably sharky on the yank
[02:57:10] Razor pops his first gas babe a cock caught towards master. It's another kill going the way of man alifo proxy defending though inside of r6
[02:57:18] He's the star man for annios, but it could only get one on to sharky
[02:57:22] Which means a razor remains as the solo alive on the smoke has got two gas babes
[02:57:27] It won't matter elements shuts him down a man alifo with the early statement here on layer
[02:57:34] Yeah they got off to a really nice start in the round, they as you were kind of alluding to very quick in attaining map control.
[02:57:42] And map control is one thing, they were also able to net the open kill, but then also pressure the site directly very early on throughout the structure of the defense.
[02:57:49] Well placed triple impact as well from elements.
[02:57:54] There's some solid work there from the attack.
[02:57:58] Trying to build a bit of a lead here, attacking into lair.
[02:58:01] Let's see if that ultimately ends up panning out for them, because again this is very much
[02:58:10] going to be based on what we've at least seen up to this point a game of two very distinct
[02:58:16] halves given the attacking and defensive win rate for these two teams.
[02:58:22] And Yoss again they've been pretty good in most areas of the game but lacking a little
[02:58:27] bit on attacks so the second half is going to be a challenge or typically a little
[02:58:31] bit more of a challenge for their men LFO though where it's the biggest start
[02:58:35] contrast defense has been really really poor up until this point of course
[02:58:42] EP does skew those numbers pretty significantly so if you take with a
[02:58:45] small grain of salt but there are glaring issues on the defense and that
[02:58:50] persists into this week we need to see them have a lead here at the half
[02:58:52] time bro. He also just can't over rely on just proxy he gets two kills in that
[02:59:01] round you know where are the others where's the rest of the help it's been
[02:59:05] really really good this stage. As I said, 4th rated player overall the next
[02:59:14] highest is chef chef 20th. That's a big discrepancy between your number one
[02:59:19] player and your number two player. I now have one player that's really over performing compared
[02:59:27] to the rest of the team but the others have still got to be at a pretty decent level.
[02:59:31] And as influential and as good as Proxy is, I do feel like Chef Chef still holds that
[02:59:35] mantle as the sort of make or break on a team like this. And Chef Chef is performing really
[02:59:39] well. They as a team typically perform well. Very much looking like a direct hit as Pluto
[02:59:48] catches a razor. It's another good solid snake lurk though. It's been established very early
[02:59:56] and you just need to clue onto that. You start making the way back down. Chef Jeff was still
[03:00:00] top main stairs as machine is understanding now that, okay, this is direct. He saw the
[03:00:06] Monty but didn't prepare for Pluto. Sharky going for the plant. He also have ACOG's
[03:00:12] position known from the death mark of Beers. Plant will be successful. The Rome game
[03:00:17] circumnavigated by men alathoas, they got a direct attack. Chris won't mind not even getting through the floorboard
[03:00:23] And the annuals will now be aware that they're a little bit too late to the party in this round
[03:00:28] Sometimes never too late. Acog gets the kill on Topludo
[03:00:31] He is still on that first floor. Chef Jeff battling over the wall yellow
[03:00:36] Down a 1 HP in that timer most importantly is starting to really tick down proxy caught by the Monty of Sharky
[03:00:43] This is just a well orchestrated round for a man on a phone a cog is stuffing the sheet
[03:00:49] But it's not gonna help them win the round who get on for the counter diffuse
[03:00:53] But immediately as time now expires got forced off it is more like the freebie chef chef by himself will pad his own stats
[03:01:00] Not even really is the time does run out to nothing start for men a lot on the attack of lair
[03:01:05] Couldn't have asked for a better start
[03:01:08] Yeah, absolutely again, they get a great value from the solid snake
[03:01:11] they're being able to create gaps in this defense on-site very early. So Anios is forced to scramble
[03:01:20] and it's very difficult to fight from that kind of position as you're trying to get back towards
[03:01:24] site you're trying to track where the rest of the attack is it's very tricky at the moment so
[03:01:27] they're being well tested. Attackers need to locate and defuse bombs. Some solid work there in
[03:01:32] in the end from man alofo. We'll go back to the second floor, past the R6. He's trying
[03:01:44] to force them into a default plant for this one with the janker and the smoke combination,
[03:01:48] but yeah, just the rays are getting caught out. We're good to blame him when he's the
[03:01:51] anchor on the back line. It's the rest of the defense that isn't providing enough
[03:01:54] info and pressure around and allowing and facilitating that kind of play to be effective.
[03:02:01] obviously some good fight back there as well in the post as the defense tried their hardest to get back into the round
[03:02:06] But yeah for this one specifically so if I can see tank of smoke
[03:02:11] I'm only gonna bring the one form of trap utility in the form so
[03:02:16] I'll really be relying on those razor blimbs and the barbed wire
[03:02:19] with him and a razor. It's a
[03:02:22] try and keep any look threat at bay, but
[03:02:24] It's also probably not gonna be the way which the attack actually plays it out this time around
[03:02:28] So we're pivoted from man Alaphore electing not to play the solid snake this time out
[03:02:33] I look at transcended push around the utip out past the Monty
[03:02:37] Maybe we see the vault into our six styles of play in option here
[03:02:43] I've also got the utility to go for the mesquite, so it's pretty flexible
[03:02:51] Back to back opening kills as well
[03:02:53] It's early days but the warning signs are already there for Anios and he needs to switch
[03:02:59] on.
[03:03:00] As we head back to Master in R6, you lose this for the second time running, especially
[03:03:03] with this lineup now to really bonk a down, drop out the North, bring in the Tchenka,
[03:03:08] delay especially against the Monty, keep Mezop's control for a little longer.
[03:03:14] I'm not worried as well about the back hit too with the early positioning.
[03:03:20] That's very early, not yourself from ACOG.
[03:03:27] Better stall out though, early gaspates from a razor.
[03:03:34] Making it more difficult for man-elephoto to get into a good spot, I'm in half way
[03:03:41] through this round now and their largely still really just off some mezz.
[03:03:54] Again they're playing into default here, he's going to play into the hands really nicely of this lineup from Anios.
[03:03:59] Provided they can deploy their utility efficiently.
[03:04:04] That best position was exposed momentarily but...
[03:04:08] Manalpho were unable to isolate that position
[03:04:12] A couple of moving pieces elsewhere for the split attack, but it's able to call first blood
[03:04:16] Manalpho and Nios finally find themselves in an advantageous position
[03:04:20] They've been few and far between as Manalpho pivot our six side
[03:04:22] I mean they should win this round now, they really should
[03:04:26] Shaki goes down, Hunter default
[03:04:29] Much better from Anios
[03:04:31] Again, they just set themselves up to win the round better
[03:04:34] Good early utility usage, didn't just hold onto the gas babes
[03:04:37] Really kept Manila for it, Bay. Strupted their plan.
[03:04:43] Little bit more Clued on. Looked a little bit more ready in this third round.
[03:04:47] And we'll get themselves this top four.
[03:04:50] Finally.
[03:04:52] Looked to the second go around.
[03:04:54] Still have the Shneaker Launcher. Still got a Nitro Cell.
[03:04:57] It won't matter. Won't be needed. Won't be flawless.
[03:04:59] But it is much better from Team Anios.
[03:05:02] More of what we expected coming into this match for it to be competitive.
[03:05:05] And while the first two rounds were clinical for Menalafo, that was the response I was anticipating from Anios.
[03:05:13] Absolutely. I'm finally able to disrupt that rotation.
[03:05:18] I do wonder if that means that Menalafo might go back to looking like a low-heavy team.
[03:05:24] They tried to go a bit more structured, tried to think about the default, then tried to go for the Monty, forced into the pivot.
[03:05:29] They think probably look probably as well-synchronized or as deadly in that particular position and well look that it's going to be more challenging now for them to pivot back to the stake.
[03:05:39] In fact impossible onto the stake now banned out, but we might see the daemons to supplement that and be as well jumped immediately on that as I kind of expected.
[03:05:46] men alpha would deal with some of the trap you till
[03:05:49] that has been brought here up equivalently why the defense in the form
[03:05:53] of form played it all three rounds so far
[03:05:57] so we're likely to see the defense come back on to
[03:06:00] Ella, which will be the case here in the fourth round
[03:06:03] and the Fender
[03:06:11] look it's fine to have a rough round or two to begin the game
[03:06:14] Trying to get your feet set.
[03:06:17] It's all about the response then. That was a much better response.
[03:06:21] Through a way that Nor went back to basic, good utility usage early.
[03:06:26] And so now the response has to be here as well for this fourth round on Lab, where last time it was just that very easy directive from Pluto.
[03:06:34] What's the change up now for Anios?
[03:06:35] They know if they go for a big overextension, say top floor like they did last time,
[03:06:39] time to come back to bite them if there is that direct hit from Manila Foe. So maybe it'll
[03:06:44] be more of a first floor focus, easier to then play the bird, easier to then get back to sight.
[03:06:50] They're thorn-bound away so they bring the Denarii as the direct replacement, otherwise
[03:07:03] it's the exact same lineup. But at least without the solid snake is a key threat
[03:07:09] that does remove that ability for Manila Fo to kind of get that easier entry directly
[03:07:16] and also then limits their ability to clear the roamers.
[03:07:19] So emphasis now on Pluto with the death marks in this round as he puts his first one on
[03:07:23] the Chef Jeff.
[03:07:24] Yeah, Almond's clearly looking to try and get himself lurked into the map as well.
[03:07:38] it in position though to keep that at bay from medical allowance with a reed, really bold even off
[03:07:48] that drain to push it solo and as you can see we'll pivot old spare and give up on that play for
[03:07:54] now and you'll start posturing to get themselves peeled back down over towards filter and so space
[03:08:02] will be taken on the flip side here, the man on the boat. We have, of course,
[03:08:07] vacants and again they're gonna get in towards Lockers. A little more ease. They
[03:08:13] thought Barricades and the FNF lines have certainly really brought information
[03:08:16] so and yes won't get caught off guard this time. Yeah I mean look how quick
[03:08:20] the retreat is back to site for them so they can leave proxy first floor.
[03:08:23] You want to maintain someone on the boat. They're four stacked down into site
[03:08:27] from Anios. This is gonna be far more of a contest from them.
[03:08:31] Certainly not going to be that quick plant that we saw from Man Alaphaux back in the second round.
[03:08:35] It's his first kill is going to be really critical for either team to get it heading into this final minute.
[03:08:41] Sharky just wants to keep pushing forward as he should on the Monty.
[03:08:44] Pluto is hoping someone will overextend from the defense.
[03:08:48] It is a little bit more patient. He would have got that first kill then and then onto a Razor.
[03:08:53] Razor tucked in left side though. Pluto has got at least the angled cross and they've got information about the direct pressure as well.
[03:09:00] as well. Sheen will fall to Sharky. The fact that the Monty's able to pull the pistol out there,
[03:09:05] that's a big loss for Adios. Great clear from Hunter onto Chef Jeff as well.
[03:09:09] And Racer's still stuck inside a toxin.
[03:09:13] Nacol comes and saves the day, along with Proxy from the first floor, but he now remains as the
[03:09:18] solo on the first floor. And Sharky will go for the plant. Proxy's on the move,
[03:09:23] acid impact to open up the floorboards. We couldn't find an angle to disrupt the plant.
[03:09:27] We enter another post plant proxies low sharky will go shield up on the Monty elements
[03:09:33] Is he ready for the drop? Not quite close. He's on top of the kit
[03:09:39] He's got sharky to relay over the information as proxy will make his move looked for the prefire swing really was his best
[03:09:47] Chance to maybe win the round, but it's man a la foe that take basement again and go through one up
[03:09:52] And that will prompt a tactical time out to follow courtesy of Team Annios.
[03:10:05] Getting beaten up a little bit at the moment.
[03:10:08] Look, reddit to Matt LFO, again the numbers on paper at least from what we have this
[03:10:13] stage suggested that this was going to be a really difficult match for one.
[03:10:17] Doesn't quite look like that right now.
[03:10:20] to be seen though again two halves that we could see a dramatic shift in the second critical
[03:10:25] though still for me for team any us rather to keep within touching distance as you can
[03:10:30] see frame clearly having a I don't say animated but in-depth discussion up until this point
[03:10:37] what's maybe going wrong and how they can look to improve that for rounds five and six
[03:10:42] he'll be sensing more than anyone that being able to stabilize here defensively is going
[03:10:46] be critical in their chance of being able to win this map and beyond that stay
[03:10:51] alive for a top four finish. Well of course that interview that we had last week
[03:10:54] with Chef Jeff easy to remember and just how depressed he was even after the
[03:10:59] win and talk about not really being able to have a lot of time to scream and
[03:11:04] not feeling as prepared for the stage as its repercussions. You lose this and
[03:11:10] doesn't seem like we're gonna get Chef Jeff on land and now the photo looking
[03:11:15] really really good right now in their attack inside. I think frame and the
[03:11:20] team probably sensing that this is now dual type probably need to win the next
[03:11:25] two routes. Yeah I think I would agree with that I mean two would be salvageable but
[03:11:35] even despite those numbers from that LFO that they're definitely struggling how
[03:11:39] much of that was skewed by EP remains to be seen and I would definitely
[03:11:42] I wouldn't be relying on that by any stretch of the imagination in terms of a path forward for the wing cons
[03:11:47] So a big couple of rounds for any of us stage on the line most pressure they have been under this stage
[03:11:56] We head to the tertiary site
[03:12:00] Next for the first time in the half
[03:12:04] Defense to rely here on an interesting lineup they don't double down the solos and warden as the former
[03:12:12] Chef Jeff is on visual shock on this one, not leaving much to the imagination, he'll be looking to scavenge around the map for a pick, but certainly a big risk to be taking given the context of the round.
[03:12:27] Well out of the time after Anios, it's definitely at least crucial you win this one, otherwise
[03:12:36] you fall one down, you then only have the chance of getting a second.
[03:12:41] Not ideal when Chef Jeff just cannot get anything to work in this game, 0-3 start for him.
[03:12:47] It's his second time, the opening death and this, again, white early on, 2.5, 2 minutes.
[03:12:53] Now another 2 minutes of the 5 rounds play, 3 of them have been really early opening kills,
[03:12:59] largely to the way of Manila foe.
[03:13:05] Once everything is vulnerable now, you're already naturally going to want to have one on that
[03:13:09] first floor, they no longer have that so the site is vulnerable.
[03:13:13] Gaps open up against the defense, they can go for the plant and a raze is dead on
[03:13:17] the solace, they can't get intel then on Sharky planting inside of Bunkz, a minute
[03:13:21] and a half through this fifth round and we end to the post-plant.
[03:13:24] Man, I felt again, step it up, pace-wise,
[03:13:27] and Aniosk caught a sleep at the wheel out of the timeout.
[03:13:30] Ludo's already in a good position to play the drop.
[03:13:33] Machine dead.
[03:13:34] Ludo does get beaten out by Proxy,
[03:13:36] who again continues to have a good performance.
[03:13:38] Ian Aikkonk, 2v4.
[03:13:41] But how are you meant to win this?
[03:13:43] There's only 20 seconds left.
[03:13:44] You've still got a deal with Sharky on the Monty.
[03:13:47] And while you do beat out, the statue appears.
[03:13:49] Elements dead as well.
[03:13:50] Proxy doing everything he can to try and win this round for Anios Aikop to get on the kit, but denied by Sharky
[03:13:58] What's Proxy meant to do? He can't kill them all and get the post plan
[03:14:03] Someone save this guy. He's too good to miss out on finals
[03:14:07] It's a sigh because he did everything he could a quad from Proxy, but it's man a la foe that go for one up. Oh
[03:14:14] Oh, yeah, he was giving that his all. He poured his heart out there at the end of the round.
[03:14:23] That it wasn't enough. Everything was against him. Quite literally all the odds against him.
[03:14:28] Tim, I would win that out. Perfect operator. Operators still are positionally very good there.
[03:14:35] in the post from an aleppo extend that lead four to one I wonder what's running
[03:14:45] through the minds of these any os players as they face this deficit they use
[03:14:49] their tactical time out they know the playoff implications and so far today
[03:14:55] they haven't quite come out to play it was this roster hasn't had that inside
[03:14:59] interviews hasn't had the longest lead in longest preparation but
[03:15:06] I'll tell you what if the monty's not in this round I genuinely think proxy wins
[03:15:11] that round yeah oh she can see yeah she can't let
[03:15:16] read but I don't think he's saying anything too nice there I think he's a
[03:15:19] little bit animated that was after the tactical timeout as well
[03:15:23] I have to fight you.
[03:15:27] I mean, to be honest with Chef Jeff, and look, that might be a frustration on his own part because he did die early on the vigil.
[03:15:36] And as soon as he died, unfortunately, then that opens up the site on Bunk's Briefing.
[03:15:41] When you deal with that first floor Roma, or Site Defender, it just becomes so much more difficult to stop that plant.
[03:15:48] So now the best that they can do is to on the defensive layer.
[03:15:53] 3 plants in this half as well from MNLFO, I mean they've had good structure, good teamplay
[03:16:01] individually Proxy easily has been the best in the server, maybe even second best in the
[03:16:05] server has been Acold, but yeah they're down 4-1, so the overall teamplay from MNLFO
[03:16:11] and their structure has set them apart against Anios.
[03:16:15] Yeah, hard to disagree because this is the last opportunity any of us will get to keep
[03:16:27] the head above water.
[03:16:28] 1-5 would be very unfavorable.
[03:16:31] I want to revive from ACOG.
[03:16:33] It was a small opportunity on Hunter to maybe land that critical headshot.
[03:16:38] It won't quite be the case.
[03:16:41] NLFO looking to shape up over towards Skybridge, transitioning towards R6, the Monty has been
[03:16:46] a bit of a headache so far.
[03:16:49] Elements below, triple impacts.
[03:16:51] We've seen success from this before.
[03:16:54] He'll probably wait for a bit of info here to be relayed, likely from the safety of
[03:16:57] the Monty towards this R6 position.
[03:17:01] And evidently there from the defense, nobody on the first floor to find that trade
[03:17:06] or to find the contest.
[03:17:09] forward from Artbreach here from Pluto, going to see if the Hibana elements will continue to linger.
[03:17:16] Proxy has gone to security, but quite a distance away still for now.
[03:17:23] Proxy can patch elements here, this would be huge in terms of a win condition for the round.
[03:17:28] Yeah, but it does also then take Proxy away from the site. That's my only concern.
[03:17:33] Like your best player is going to be playing a sort of lurk role, so Chef Jack and Ged
[03:17:37] Acock actually does get the opening kill and a follow-up on to Hunter.
[03:17:42] Nicely done from Acock. It's been he and Proxy that have kept Anios afloat.
[03:17:47] He does overextend a little bit. Razor able to get the kill on to
[03:17:52] Beers and it's a two versus two. The good news for Anios, they got Proxy.
[03:17:56] The bad news for Anios, Shuck is still up on the Monty.
[03:17:58] Alamut's on the move. Catches a Razor in the back.
[03:18:02] How did a racer end up in that mess position and Alamance then rips the head off a proxy and the heart out of
[03:18:10] Anios a
[03:18:11] 5-1
[03:18:13] Attacking half from men LFO is putting the sword to the throat of Anios as we head into the break
[03:18:19] It's do or die time now if Anios lose this game. They're definitely not making finals
[03:19:02] I can't let you go
[03:19:12] I can't let you go
[03:19:52] Stand for my hand, understand
[03:19:56] For my hand, understand
[03:20:00] Baby
[03:20:16] I can't let you go
[03:20:18] That's a bang up. We got nothing but tunes here in APL and apparently we've got Amanda
[03:20:41] Alepho on Slaught on left by one half
[03:20:45] I said going into this game goes the one thing I didn't expect and I didn't want to see
[03:20:50] Was a super one-sided effect is really coming into this game
[03:20:53] It was a hard toss up who were the favorites with both kind of lent maybe into the camp of any awesome
[03:20:58] And it wasn't a case to write off men Alepho, but I was not anticipating that half and men
[03:21:04] I'll forget to go defense now. You think I go straight to top floor again. Just it was either a cogon proxy
[03:21:10] And even when Acoge and Proxy did do their things, it still wasn't enough.
[03:21:15] Yeah.
[03:21:17] That was rough for Anios.
[03:21:20] And whilst I did expect them to potentially be able to recover, and even half maybe even a 2v4 on a really good day,
[03:21:27] unfortunately it's now 1-5, I think their mental is probably pretty beating up,
[03:21:31] and then Elepho clearly firing, playing well as a team.
[03:21:34] So this looks like a very very tall mountain to climb for team Annios
[03:21:43] See if man alpho can get this one done in a
[03:21:47] Clinical fashion as mentioned a few times now defense for them up until today has been rough to say the least
[03:21:53] I think a really good opportunity this style of mind-trafford position that they're now being to
[03:21:59] Maybe put that storyline to rest for now and
[03:22:04] We're putting a really convincing effort here. The Bands of course try Bandit, Monti Blackbeard, Double Shield, Double Hard Bridge, Denial, all pretty standard.
[03:22:16] Hunter is switching over towards Skybridge. Jeff Jeff draining out that entry currently.
[03:22:24] 0-4 star for Chef Jeff again, I just feel like he's the kind of parameter on the team.
[03:22:29] I mean, Proxy's the star.
[03:22:31] But if Chef Jeff is having these kind of quiet games, they just don't tend to perform well
[03:22:36] as a team.
[03:22:38] Hopefully, for the second half on the glass, maybe you can push in, get a couple kills,
[03:22:46] get the confidence flowing if they can win this top floor, get themselves still
[03:22:49] a chance.
[03:22:50] But no time out.
[03:22:51] That's already been expended.
[03:22:52] talking earlier.
[03:22:53] You know, if I ever know that they're in a good spot here to kind of rejuvenate their
[03:22:58] stage.
[03:22:59] Especially if they can actually win this like 7-1, that's massive round differential.
[03:23:05] You pretty much snuff out Anios' chances or finals and strengthen your own.
[03:23:11] They're on the cusp of putting together a really, really big performance.
[03:23:20] It's one of the four nitrosols that they had available, used by Sharky, but we have three
[03:23:24] more left.
[03:23:25] 90 seconds to go in this round.
[03:23:27] It's just Ops and Mez controls damage for Anios.
[03:23:32] Jeff pushing over towards Skybridge.
[03:23:34] All the candellas expanded from a Razer machine to Fallblow, two elements defending this mezzanine
[03:23:39] position.
[03:23:40] As Pluto shuts down a Razer, that pushing will be denied, Jeff's still on that donor.
[03:23:45] And lo and behold, it's Proxy and ACOG, yet again, Guzz.
[03:23:49] Proxies looked deadly, so I'm not going to rule them out entirely from making this play happen, but a bad timing on the entry.
[03:23:57] We'll see him eventually fall.
[03:24:00] ACOG elsewhere, in the grave.
[03:24:03] Man Elpho, looking very focused.
[03:24:06] Yeah, this is brutal now. This is absolutely brutal. This is the kind of result, Janios.
[03:24:10] Maybe you would expect this against Chiefs or an Enterprise,
[03:24:13] But against a pretty much direct competitor to try and get into the top four both teams came into today on the same amount of points
[03:24:20] And yet it's a 6-1 game
[03:24:22] That's really demoralizing and dare I say may have long-term effects on the remainder of the stage because like we already saw chef chef
[03:24:30] Depressed after a win. I'd hate to imagine what he's feeling like now
[03:24:35] I mean, I think it is pretty evident there in the player cams. I wasn't seeing many mouths moving
[03:24:40] So it seems like unfortunately they've, you know, at least eternally in their minds waived
[03:24:46] the white flag and I mean it's kind of one of the situations where it's tricky to blame
[03:24:50] them from the outset they've had a really rough game, nothing's gone for them.
[03:24:53] They know if they go on to lose this, that their aspirations of making playoffs are
[03:25:00] basically done.
[03:25:01] I mean obviously with NLFO now on match point, no opportunity for them to even get three
[03:25:06] points in this match up.
[03:25:09] Obviously very difficult to foresee the maybe being a push OT in which case there would be mutual instruction really for both teams
[03:25:14] But that's so far off the picture right now. It's not even funny
[03:25:19] This has been probably one of the more unexpected dominant results that we have seen in this region for a really long time
[03:25:25] This has been a really impressive performance for Manila foe who have been able to
[03:25:31] You know, I think smell blood in the water and being able to capitalize upon that
[03:25:39] One of the goal right now for Chef Jeff would be to get off this toner. You don't want to lose this 7-1 when you have a 0-6 game.
[03:25:49] Bigger issues really as a collective for the team unfortunately.
[03:25:54] They put ACOG on to the Blitz.
[03:25:56] Had to basement for this round.
[03:26:09] Clearly, Mennalefo is just going to play this as a stall-out bunker on-site, hopefully that
[03:26:16] any of us don't get much from the vert with the boogie otter breaches from the ramp.
[03:26:20] Hunter will defend over the wards blue stairs, so it should be M looking to play this
[03:26:26] out from the defence on site.
[03:26:33] Oh Chef Jeff will keep sprinting around, he's getting his steps up.
[03:26:44] He's been up with a successfully clear the entirety of the map.
[03:26:48] There's the first and second floors which means that his primary job, at least in the other round,
[03:26:53] Push unsuccessful, or may call get Hunter to double down and all while from the map for me
[03:26:59] That's strong blue stairs hold
[03:27:02] Very crucial part of defending his basement side, especially if you're playing that sort of five-stack
[03:27:07] You've got to be able to defend blue stairs don't allow them into filtration
[03:27:12] Second goal down for Hunter as Kenny maybe get back to side this
[03:27:16] drone is being annoying but he does eventually get the reload on the SMG-11
[03:27:21] still defending his position I mean why not at this point it's a 5v3 minute
[03:27:24] left of the round he's gonna be dies it's being dropped on from him
[03:27:37] boxing for the shot done here this is not gonna be fun I'm taking a sit-and-wait
[03:27:44] We'll peel back. You'll go for the second option play safe behind the mirror now over towards
[03:27:48] This exit position into filter double stack here from team and y'all son of a user falls
[03:27:54] Yeah, wrap this one up Hunter looking for the ace
[03:27:58] It's only chef Jeff left will be the ace so will the chef Jeff's first kill
[03:28:03] It's still get both 15 seconds as he goes hunting
[03:28:07] Beers will go down but I think it's the kill. It's both if the ace chef Jeff doesn't get a kill either
[03:28:14] And it's a demolition job on there from Manila Boat!
[03:28:19] Haha! Yeah, what a day. I think Sali and the team can be really proud of the effort that they've been able to put in today.
[03:28:26] All the numbers suggested that if anything they were slight underdogs, the numbers weren't great for them heading into this matchup.
[03:28:33] It should have been close, it should have been at least competitive. We didn't even get that.
[03:28:37] And that's a credit to this team. They played really well from the offset today. They set the tone early.
[03:28:41] made no mistakes and that's exactly the kind of siege that's going to serve them well is to try
[03:28:45] and fight back to the top four. It gives them a real big booster now and a good platform that they can
[03:28:50] now go into tomorrow basically full of confidence in their matchup against circular spears that they
[03:28:56] are still a real chance and look it's one step to defeat Anios it's another step now to take it
[03:29:02] up for a team that's in the top four circular spears will be playing chiefs so regardless of that
[03:29:07] that result, but let's just say Chiefs win for the sake of probably favoritism tag is
[03:29:12] because Chef Chef made the highlight package with his little rent. I don't know, this could
[03:29:18] really give them a path now to the top four. If they can beat Circular Spheres tomorrow,
[03:29:22] they would be on nine points, CS would be on maybe seven. That would actually then
[03:29:28] going into the last week have them in the top four playing for their fate, which
[03:29:32] they will then actually have to play Chiefs and then shycademy. So who's to save
[03:29:36] from here either way by getting this result like we said coming into the game it sets up the winner to
[03:29:40] still have a chance the loser though i'm kind of ready to put a line to anios now for that i mean
[03:29:46] they still have to play seven tomorrow they still play rk they probably win that game and then they
[03:29:52] play chiefs so i mean i don't think there's a way back for anios now let's go to our interview
[03:29:58] though uh fresh off of the win for uh a team that really i think we didn't favor paluto too
[03:30:04] much coming into this game but you guys proved us wrong. 7-1 over Anios, you guys looked exceptional.
[03:30:11] Thank you very much. It's been a tough start to the stage but we're on our best for now.
[03:30:17] Yeah congrats on the win, you guys were phenomenal this evening. I think actually looking
[03:30:21] across at your team the one thing that you have going for you as opposed to many other teams
[03:30:25] and it's kind of always the case in OZ is that longevity, not making changes since stage one.
[03:30:30] Can you speak a little bit to just how much of a boost that gives to you guys
[03:30:33] Kind of just having that synergy heading into stage 2.
[03:30:36] I think it's mainly thank you to Sali, he's been keeping us all on the same page, it's
[03:30:41] been roughly about a month now that we've been together.
[03:30:45] I think as long as we're all on the same page, we're happy to keep going, I think that's
[03:30:49] one of our strong points.
[03:30:52] Without opening Scars Pluto, you've been on the wrong side of those kind of games
[03:30:56] a couple of times this stage now, how does it feel to at least be on the right side
[03:30:59] of it?
[03:31:00] Um, you know that that game that game's a bit 50 50. I like those guys and beating them. It's probably
[03:31:07] most of the end of the stage for them, but being able to win a game after those there's two rough
[03:31:12] losses we had. It's feels like we're kind of remounting, mounting the saddle game ready to keep going.
[03:31:19] Well, that was kind of our, I guess, story coming into this game right from our perspective
[03:31:22] was the loser, the chance to make finals now. Let's be completely honest, probably unlikely,
[03:31:27] but the winner still has a very good chance and for you guys now you get this win you do so
[03:31:31] Confidently and comfortably now sets up a big game tomorrow against circular spheres
[03:31:35] Which I don't think the gaps that massive is that the belief now being resplored to the team that you can still make finals controlling your own destiny as well
[03:31:43] Um, I don't think we've ever doubted that we can kind of make it to playoffs. It's just
[03:31:49] It's been tough
[03:31:51] I think CS as a team, they work pretty well together, their whole system, what they've got going on, they don't really scrim and it works for them, so they're a bit strong right now.
[03:32:02] I mean they're having a good stage but I think you guys, on your best day, can probably beat most teams, isn't that probably the way you feel as well?
[03:32:10] We just need to do what we do best and that's just, if we're consistent, we're not consistent. We need to try our best to be consistent.
[03:32:18] Ah, Pluto, anything you'd like to say before we let you go?
[03:32:23] Shout out to Sali, he's my lovely man, that's all.
[03:32:27] Shout out to ChefChef2, I love that guy.
[03:32:30] Yeah, hopefully ChefChef, I'm sure he's patting his kitten right now and consoling himself
[03:32:33] after a rough game, but Pluto congratulations on the win and best of luck for what's going
[03:32:37] to be a big game tomorrow.
[03:32:39] Thank you guys, see you tomorrow hopefully.
[03:32:43] Hopefully we can maybe see Pluto tomorrow, but I said that to everyone so I'm not
[03:32:46] by his foot. Seven one for Man Alifo. Look, I was not expecting this result, but if you had a set to
[03:32:52] be coming into the game, you know, Man Alifo win, I would have said, yeah, that's fine. Like, that's
[03:32:56] probably a result that could go either way. That sort of match up that whoever shows up on the
[03:33:01] day wins it. Proxy showed up, A-Cog showed up, no one else did, unfortunately for Anios. But for
[03:33:07] Man Alifo, one of the biggest strengths that they have, I think, is they're not
[03:33:10] not rely on one or two individuals, they all pull their way evenly.
[03:33:14] Yeah, for sure. Again, wasn't shocking to see Man Elfo take the win.
[03:33:19] It was more so the fashion in which they did it.
[03:33:20] And yeah, sometimes in even in a scoreline that's this so one sided,
[03:33:25] sometimes you can kind of look at the losing team and be like,
[03:33:27] Oh, they got a handful of unlucky moments or brands that think go their way.
[03:33:30] Or, you know, some 50 50s here or there where you pad that out.
[03:33:34] Maybe it was like a seven four in reality or something like that.
[03:33:36] That simply not the case.
[03:33:37] And this kind of matchup, right?
[03:33:38] Like Man Elfo straight out of the gates, dominant, dominant, dominant, the singular slip-up over the course of the entire map was unforeseen, really impressive, and a good demonstration of their ability to bounce back as Pluto was kind of alluding to in the interview.
[03:33:53] They played well below the standard they set early in this stage, fortunately for them, and off the back of this result, they have an opportunity to find that salvation.
[03:34:01] And ace from Hunter at the end as well just to add insult to injury along with chef Jeff on the donor
[03:34:07] Unfortunately rough game for him. Let's go to the schedule
[03:34:10] We are now through three games tonight as we saw the 7-4 win for seven of arcade 7-3 for EP and 7-1
[03:34:17] For men alifo over team Annie or sets up though the final game of the night chiefs versus circular spheres
[03:34:24] Which is the one seed versus the two seed or at least that's where they were sitting coming into the day
[03:34:30] both teams are the only two teams remaining that have not lost in regulation.
[03:34:36] CS did lose in OT, but that's the only blemish on what's been a really good stage so far.
[03:34:41] So it sets up a banging end to tonight.
[03:34:44] Chiefs vs. Circular Spheres win this and you very much have got one foot in finals.
[03:35:00] And it's kind of what made me hook to Terra Sun in the start, like being able to drone,
[03:35:15] see the enemy's locations and like plan out your own is what hooked me.
[03:35:19] And then obviously the more I played, the better I got, which made me want to play
[03:35:23] more and you know, raise my confidence in the game as well.
[03:35:27] The early days of Bleed were insane to be honest like everything
[03:35:31] That they would show us while we were at home before we went over it looked too good to be true
[03:35:37] But when we went over like everything was was perfect like we had the best gaming gear
[03:35:42] We were staying in houses that none of us could even fathom staying in I was staying in a house on a private island
[03:35:48] It's in Toaster Island was saying in a house near Orchard Road a 22 million dollar house being a fresh 18-year-old
[03:35:54] challenge to a different country to play games. I felt like I was a little celebrity to be honest.
[03:35:59] Yeah, everything was perfect on the early days. There was no pressure on us because we were a
[03:36:04] brand new team, all the cast and stuff, they didn't know who I was, they didn't know who Asti was.
[03:36:09] All they knew was we had Reeps and Hoven. I think it was kind of after we started
[03:36:14] smashing everyone and you know getting 7-0-0 for all the stages every stage.
[03:36:19] The end of the pressure kind of built up a little bit but in the first season
[03:36:22] We were still like just four friends having fun
[03:36:26] just playing the game on a lighter scale yeah four friends
[03:36:30] so the first event we qualified to was at lanza
[03:36:33] in 2023 we actually missed the first major which kind of devastated us
[03:36:38] because we went for the stage 70 and then we got into the playoffs and it was
[03:36:42] no lower bracket we had a bad day against
[03:36:44] fury i think yeah we were out of the major and the off season back then
[03:36:48] was like three months so there was three months of
[03:36:51] us just like sitting doing nothing to us just trying to improve. When stage 2 came around
[03:36:55] that we didn't want to have the same thing happen. Stage 2 came around we went flawless
[03:37:01] again and we ended up losing to Fury again in the playoffs but we had a low bracket this
[03:37:05] time so in the low bracket we we ran through that and there was ended up playing elevate
[03:37:10] in a barn burner game at like 3am in the morning or something Reap struck like a 25
[03:37:15] bomb in one map. By the end of that series I couldn't even be excited I was so exhausted.
[03:37:19] My teammate now on Speakeasy, he was on elevate at the time bursting us.
[03:37:22] He said he finished that series, took a shower and went to work.
[03:37:25] So that's just one of the most memorable moments of my time playing.
[03:37:30] I think going into Atlanta, like we were still kind of in the mindset, you know, just four
[03:37:34] friends having fun.
[03:37:36] We saw as well like the previous major Scars made like a top eight run.
[03:37:39] In scrims, we would literally smash Scars, we would 11-0 them like multiple times,
[03:37:44] 10-2, 9-3, 11-1, always, we'd always smash Scars.
[03:37:48] So we kind of went into it with that perspective, like, oh, these guys just got top 8 and we're
[03:37:53] literally smashing them.
[03:37:54] Like, we can seriously play and we ended up scrimming as well, like, when we got to the
[03:37:57] play hotel for Atlanta, we scrim phased and we smashed phased, we scrim fury and got smashed,
[03:38:03] which is not fun.
[03:38:04] I think we scrimmed on what's in my coming boo.
[03:38:05] We had kind of an easy group, like we had Kagonal group, who, you know, at the
[03:38:09] time they literally got grouped at every event, so we had that like mental bonus going
[03:38:13] into it as well.
[03:38:14] made out of groups and then it was Swiss stage and that was our first like real
[03:38:19] international match-ups. We ended up missing M80 and Sonics and we beat both
[03:38:27] of them so we went 2-0 in Swiss. I don't remember what happened after that actually.
[03:38:31] I think we won the Major actually. After Atlanta we like barely scraped into
[03:38:37] ESI like based on points. Even though we won the Major we needed something
[03:38:40] thing or someone that could help us kind of go to the next level. We're looking
[03:38:44] around the the ecosystem for like coaches and just so happened that Julia
[03:38:50] from Eminem at the time, they all collapsed so we ended up being able to
[03:38:54] snag Julia. Going into SI 24 it's kind of our first like true test to see how
[03:39:00] good we are and if we kind of needed to make changes to our roster or our
[03:39:04] system. SI's you know always start with BO3's start with the group stage so
[03:39:09] you know the best teams are gonna come out of the group stage there's no funny business
[03:39:12] not just like cheese beer ones
[03:41:09] Welcome back ladies and gentlemen, it's our last game of the evening that is on the horizon
[03:41:34] And then a pretty big one as well at that.
[03:41:36] Chiefs vs. Circular Spheres, the one seed and the two seed coming into tonight will do battle.
[03:41:41] Both teams have not suffered a loss in regulation.
[03:41:43] That's the main story going into this.
[03:41:45] Does this don't feel a step too far for Circular Spheres, guys, because Chiefs are in some
[03:41:49] red hot form, but I guess for CS, similar kind of form line for them.
[03:41:54] They did, of course, end with an OT loss to Annios last week on Blade 83.
[03:41:59] Maybe took a little bit of shine off them coming into this week
[03:42:03] I mean somewhat right, but they still can't have the 72 victory over EP white from the record, right?
[03:42:09] And that's a pretty impressive performance
[03:42:11] So yeah, we'll see if chiefs have done their homework and whether or not CS have scrimmed or not heading into this week
[03:42:18] Yeah, we'll see if chiefs can continue their red hot form at the moment three straight wins
[03:42:23] They beat Shakeademy 7-1. They beat 7-7-5, which was a really good result against the team,
[03:42:28] clearly on the rise, so a bit of a challenge. And back to 7-1 formalities against Arcade.
[03:42:33] So you could, I guess, look at the schedule they've had. Two easy wins against Arcade and Shakeademy.
[03:42:39] But they also beat Test against 7, and a similar test now for Circular Spears coming up.
[03:42:44] They do play Enterprise Devote, so the ultimate test. Let's head to the rosters and have a look at Chiefs.
[03:42:48] Let's look at the be-hitting team of Chiefs who currently have Mardai ad, one of if not
[03:42:57] the top performing player in the league so far.
[03:42:59] This particular stage in Real Ace has been in red hot form and he's going to be a key
[03:43:02] stakeholder in this particular matchup, but I mean team-wide, they've looked good.
[03:43:06] And I think even in terms of pairing on the discussion, highlighting individuals,
[03:43:10] I think Wettables has slid in really nicely into this particular team in terms of the
[03:43:15] role perspective.
[03:43:16] He's done a great job so far.
[03:43:17] He's been hard hitting him in the server.
[03:43:18] I think it's just been given the license and the tools to be a little bit more frag heavy than maybe we have steaming in the past.
[03:43:23] So, it's been great from his perspective to find that confidence earlier to kind of tap into and make it some old form.
[03:43:28] I got left on the table into his past rosters, so yeah, Chief's overall looking like a really solid team, and this is going to be a good test.
[03:43:35] This matchup, CS can be a frustrating team to play against, and so Chief's going to be kept on their toes.
[03:43:40] Yeah, I think that I agree with that in in large part relays is also yet be number one radar player up until this point of
[03:43:47] 170 yes, so just to really highlight his numbers 41 and 12 the KD department averaging a 1.46 KPR
[03:43:55] Zero sorry seven zero on entry as well
[03:43:59] He said five three K's and a 4k the only downside is one and four currently in the clutch
[03:44:04] But I don't think there's been too many clutch moments and the way that that particular statistic works
[03:44:09] like if it's a 1v5 that actually adds to your overall record in that department, but yeah,
[03:44:13] the highest rate of EPS that we've got currently at this stage. Look, he's been sensational,
[03:44:17] and I think exactly what was needed for Relays to step up his role on the team with the loss of player.
[03:44:25] How's this for a number? So the Chiefs have played 28 rounds up until today. There has been
[03:44:32] I mean, one round, only one round, where really hasn't ticked the KOST column, it was the
[03:44:40] fifth round against Tri Academy.
[03:44:42] In literally all 27 other rounds he has done something influential and impactful in the
[03:44:47] round.
[03:44:48] That is how good he has been so far and if there's no signs of that slowing down CS
[03:44:53] will need to find a way to contain him this evening.
[03:44:56] He's not the only threat on the team as well.
[03:44:57] I mean, Wettabors is having a career form research
[03:45:00] and with this roster change that he's made
[03:45:02] coming over from rivals to join chiefs
[03:45:04] along with Oda and the coach,
[03:45:06] it's all just been kind of going their way
[03:45:08] up until this point.
[03:45:09] They haven't had it easier as I said,
[03:45:10] the seven game was a good test for them,
[03:45:12] but ultimately chiefs are the team to beat at the moment.
[03:45:15] Their opponent's circular spheres
[03:45:16] will be hoping they can get the job done.
[03:45:18] They've run so far this stage, seven, five over arcade.
[03:45:21] They had that seven to dominating result
[03:45:24] against the enterprise on play day two
[03:45:26] for kind of a return to reality, 8-7 loss against Anyos on playday three. But if anything, sometimes
[03:45:34] when you have such a big win over EP, maybe you do need a little bit of grounding after that O.T.
[03:45:39] lost to Anyos. At least they were able to get a point from that game. They'll be hoping for more
[03:45:43] in this against Chiefs. It's been really fun to watch this thing sort of rise up the ranks
[03:45:47] in the region. We've been mostly speaking about the likes of Nezaradi and Sword and their
[03:45:51] impact is the you know new gunners coming through the region that goofed calmer
[03:45:55] their solid guffees has also had some good moments so it's been a really solid
[03:46:00] start to the stage I think it would be incredibly disappointing if they would
[03:46:03] miss finals from here. Oh yeah absolutely I think they're in with a red
[03:46:08] hot chance that a lot of they're just making top four but if they can build
[03:46:12] up some form and look steady on land you never know what kind of upsets they
[03:46:16] could produce in that kind of environment either so yeah they've
[03:46:19] I think for me the most exciting king to watch so far and as you alluded to with both Nez and Sword on the team
[03:46:26] To the new upcoming players in the region
[03:46:29] I think they've really invigorated the other three on the roster and they'll have a lot of faith and belief that they could really
[03:46:35] Take it up to top things after that EP result and yeah, despite maybe being grounded in that last game
[03:46:39] There's no reason to think that they can't
[03:46:42] Do something special here again tonight and take down chiefs
[03:46:44] So again if they can keep chiefs on their toes early and keep them guessing that's probably gonna be their path to success
[03:46:49] What are those things again like salt smelling salts? Smelling salts. That's it. Yeah. And
[03:46:57] this is what he looks all about. Okay. It looks like they did the job. You can see. So I just
[03:47:01] light up. Yeah. I mean, I think they should give themselves every chance coming into this
[03:47:04] game that, you know, you've been, you've already been in surprise. Yeah. You've got
[03:47:07] that little wake up call from any of us. Clearly the talent is there. If you don't
[03:47:12] beat EP seven two on an absolute fluke. So I think they've clearly got good confidence
[03:47:17] coming into this match. Good
[03:47:21] way to kind of reset after the
[03:47:22] last six days having that off
[03:47:24] as we head into the map videos
[03:47:26] and see where we will be playing
[03:47:28] for our final game of the
[03:47:29] evening here for play day four.
[03:47:31] And as we go as we go through
[03:47:33] the rule, let Villa Cafe, please
[03:47:35] be Villa. It is Villa Albury
[03:47:38] first Villa, but oh, this
[03:47:40] stage since making its way into
[03:47:42] the map full. Of course, we
[03:47:44] got treated as when we were
[03:47:46] will be well-prepared for this but we also had it in Asia. I don't know if we've had it in APAC North
[03:47:52] but it's nice to see it make its debut. So tonight's been the night of debuts with Nor and now Villa
[03:47:58] in the Oce region. Yeah in some of those Villa matchups we've seen, typically the team actually
[03:48:04] with older pedigrees in some situations the cases do look a bit better given the reappearance
[03:48:09] in the pool. That storyline probably doesn't have as much going forward given these two
[03:48:13] teams. It's probably pretty even, I would say. So yeah, I'm going to jump in and see if there's some
[03:48:18] new ideas thrown into this map. Let's head straight into the game for our final match today to close
[03:48:23] out. Playday number four. It's a big one. It's the one seed and the two seed. Chiefs and circular
[03:48:28] spheres. Nine points and seven points win this. And certainly for chiefs, you may as well lock
[03:48:32] them into finals. You probably could even do that already. But for circular spheres,
[03:48:36] this would be a huge result. They can get to 10 points after already dealing with chiefs and
[03:48:41] EP their run home looks pretty clean they play man a la foe chicademy and then
[03:48:46] seven so it would be a big result for them if they lose it though well then that
[03:48:50] game tomorrow against man a la foe then still needing to play seven and top four
[03:48:54] could still be up in the air for them so they'd love to try and get all three
[03:48:58] points on villa against chiefs and the other aspect as well when it's a new
[03:49:02] map coming into the pool if you're circular spheres I mean it's probably
[03:49:05] better off that you are actually going on to a map such as villa where
[03:49:08] the Chiefs maybe aren't going to be as fully prepared, but also knowing Chiefs, I feel as
[03:49:14] if they will be very much prepared for Villa, otherwise they would not allow it through.
[03:49:18] Solid Snake Ace, when Mai and Thorn will be the bands in the chat already, off to a nice
[03:49:22] hot start.
[03:49:23] Oh yeah.
[03:49:24] We've seen a surprising lack of chatter so far tonight, so maybe this will be the
[03:49:29] one to subvert expectation and be a little more lively.
[03:49:33] Yeah, the bands are not super unusual for Villa
[03:49:38] Well, my in particular seems to be a huge mainstay
[03:49:40] There's definitely some useful clearance mini games that you can play
[03:49:44] If the warm eyes up you can certainly try to play with the Jager for instance, but
[03:49:49] Naturally a little bit more challenging
[03:49:52] So not too surprising to see that band out the other three as well making perfect sense
[03:49:57] We won't go to basement up first a site
[03:50:00] which of course is newly added to the map in replacement of the old best floor objective, but
[03:50:08] we have seen some, I guess, heating issues from the attack and came to the taken-and-on at a tier 1 level, but
[03:50:14] nonetheless, we are going to AVG first and I have to bring the numbers up, but my
[03:50:19] head much hits on it being actually pretty favorable for attack already. It's proving to be very difficult to defend.
[03:50:30] Yeah, it's looking for an early start, but it was straight into Guppy's, so the Blackbeard
[03:50:36] shield hits the bullets.
[03:50:39] I think in terms of like the whole attack defense, attack certainly had really, really
[03:50:48] good elements on it in North America League.
[03:50:50] I think it was sitting at around 53% attack of win rate, which is quite high.
[03:50:56] But considering this is the first time seeing you to knows, I wouldn't be surprised if Chiefs
[03:51:04] do well defensively in this first half.
[03:51:08] They look very active, I mean it's an ABG side but they're playing all the round.
[03:51:14] Matt with Relays of the Oryx starter basement, they've got Stap Trophy extension in play
[03:51:18] here in the opening round.
[03:51:20] Healers now makes his way up towards the top floor.
[03:51:25] Oh, timing.
[03:51:28] There'll be an opportunity there for Neptune into the vault.
[03:51:31] He'll be in there as well to find a...
[03:51:33] ...timing or potentially to have found a timing, but good coverage there in teamwork.
[03:51:37] Let us see all the key to the box.
[03:51:40] It's going to be an interesting interaction.
[03:51:42] They must want to flash, but with the mutant in play,
[03:51:45] those deathmats are going to be far less effective.
[03:51:49] Yeah, a lot of early counterplay from both teams at the moment, so hopefully it's a pre-person to play for the coach.
[03:51:59] There's a rider trying to challenge the clash over towards 90, but he's the one that loses quite a lot of health.
[03:52:04] Can't let him outtake his place.
[03:52:06] Further, Senjai Kenna down the hallway.
[03:52:09] They want to open up the wall into vault.
[03:52:13] This is an old-school tactic, 90 control, open up vault.
[03:52:19] These days you've got the secondary opener, you don't need the full hard breach.
[03:52:23] Back in the day you would have to bring a hard breach to open up this vault position.
[03:52:28] I like the fact that J. Ken is not completely forfeited in this spot though.
[03:52:33] They actually find the opening kills from him.
[03:52:36] Wettable beats out Nezaradi who was low, goofed the vault, moved the wards, landing,
[03:52:41] and they all just dead as box and relays get to work along with Neptune and it's a wonderful start for Chiefs.
[03:52:48] Yeah, pretty clean across the board. Look, can't fault CS and their ability to have gotten that map control pretty quickly,
[03:52:53] lay pressure as well quite promptly.
[03:52:57] The kind of matchup where you've been traversing high quality opposition, you need to be really clean in that sort of transition phase of the round.
[03:53:03] Evidently, they weren't. Chiefs were able to sustain that pressure quite nicely.
[03:53:08] I had a fire with fire there with some good initial pressure at 90 and then the onsite
[03:53:12] mode as well was pretty clean.
[03:53:15] Down to basement we go then so the new site on offer here for the new look villa, important
[03:53:22] to note that the vertical game is very limited for the attack to explode while under defense
[03:53:27] as well, very limited in scope.
[03:53:29] There are some new hatches in play though offering routes in towards the objective
[03:53:33] for the attack and hard breach opportunity as well here on the garage side which is reinforcing
[03:53:41] currently. Mirror in play will allow for a little bit more of an open defense here,
[03:53:46] especially down below on the objective directly. And if I aim and play as well it makes the
[03:53:52] clearance just a little bit more difficult. A little circular spears now that I'm going to
[03:53:57] bring the sense in play. To me, suggest we either see the garage in break than they try
[03:54:03] use this sense to cut off some of the angles that are still available for the defense or
[03:54:07] we could see some kind of hatch drop play here from them.
[03:54:15] Yeah, first look at Basement in the region. I think Basement's been a little bit hit in
[03:54:20] this attack. I certainly had good ways to flood the site. Defense though can also kind of stall
[03:54:26] out the attack if you deal with the shield early in the round.
[03:54:28] boxes gonna get some help though to deal with these key with these exkiros
[03:54:40] Neptune also pushing in towards garage on the clash as they're really wanting to
[03:54:46] solidify this mirror window
[03:54:58] Reload.
[03:55:03] That's a risky look, and there's a picumits to it into the shotgun.
[03:55:06] Pretty common that we see the smoke posted up in this position.
[03:55:10] It could seem that stuff used to maybe try and force it clear, but at minimum, they are forcing out the utility from J. Cannell.
[03:55:20] Which just has to be my opinion, it's all by and off timing.
[03:55:22] I think it was actually, was it...
[03:55:23] E no less team, playing this position with the casting NA LTV, really really good job typically in sort of holding down this spot
[03:55:29] So it's very key for this objective
[03:55:31] Well karma though needs to maybe find a timing here on the long angle, the blue shield will cover Jakenna for now, Relays to find first pick
[03:55:40] One for one trade to open up the second round
[03:55:44] Nez for Relays
[03:55:47] So it's probably as equal as it's kind of get between the two teams in terms of top performance
[03:55:51] for their respective teams. They've got to deal with this mirror though. Only a minute
[03:55:59] remaining in the round. I haven't really been able to lay the groundwork getting into
[03:56:06] the site. That's my concern right now. Goof will just send it there. I mean, I think after
[03:56:10] Karma died, Goof probably thought, I've got to get the next kill. Sword finds one
[03:56:15] still playoff of guppies.
[03:56:19] Hex kill, all important for Saw, they're actually on the opposite side of each other, nicely done,
[03:56:23] it gets Neptune, but Jay Kenner then, I mean that's when you've just got the numbers.
[03:56:27] Neptune pretty much throws his life away for Jay Kenner to get a free swing on to Saw,
[03:56:31] only guppies left, 1v2, 20 seconds to the gas-babying pocket for Jay Kenner.
[03:56:38] Unimpossible for guppies, but as soon as it comes time to plant, that's when it becomes really difficult.
[03:56:43] And for Box and Jake, you just gotta not make a move until it becomes plant time and it is now plant time for guppies
[03:56:51] Really good patience from lunchbox and Jake cannot and then lunchbox gets the easy kill on to guppies to no start for chiefs
[03:57:02] Yeah, she's looking really solid at the moment. The structure is pretty sound
[03:57:04] I think they've definitely come in with some pretty well thought out strategies the basement
[03:57:08] site they're kind of exposing that
[03:57:10] So for CS I think it's also just about sort of taking note of what's taking place so far,
[03:57:16] keeping that in a memory bank then when they reattempts. They also have the option of calling a
[03:57:22] timeout, extending the break after round three if they feel like that's maybe necessary just to
[03:57:25] have that breathing room. But Wednesday had this site in particular does play out kitchen to be
[03:57:32] the next selection. So things like not to go start trophy up next instead play below that will
[03:57:37] introduce something more vert play here from the defense and that's probably a
[03:57:43] comfort pick for them. You can see the lineup, the quad nitro cell with the pulse and the velcro
[03:57:50] information, the mirror as well which will potentially facilitate a little more input
[03:57:54] gather as well. So yeah I think that is kind of side and the composition here from chase
[03:58:01] suggesting they're really looking to play into their strengths and lean heavily on that teamwork.
[03:58:07] So I did go back actually and have a look at the NAI stuff.
[03:58:29] They played it six times, so it's a really good sample size.
[03:58:31] This first time getting to see it in this region, it now actually has swung, Fendt
[03:58:36] decided but in large part because of basement basement in NAL this stage is
[03:58:41] 76% defensive win rate 50-50 on stat trophy AVG has been attacked decided and
[03:58:48] so is kitchen dining and and that's the other element to this map too for those
[03:58:53] that haven't really seen it since it's come back in but all four bomb sites do
[03:58:56] get played and played extensively.
[03:59:03] That's definitely a fit nicely into the meta, while that's grinding you too heavy than it
[03:59:11] used to be and even despite that the sights are flexible enough for the defence to be
[03:59:17] able to have a little bit more freedom.
[03:59:21] Nez gets caught out on his low-toed deer and falls back with the presence of mine, look
[03:59:28] at what's Astro there from Chiefs.
[03:59:31] Nnett first pick again, Relays is in red-hot form once more, throwing no signs of slowing
[03:59:40] down.
[03:59:41] Nez has an inkling on Relays' position and hits a sharp low bang, out of his clean,
[03:59:50] I'm almost certain that drone just looked through the hole and spotted him and that helped out Nez to hit that shot
[03:59:57] So it wasn't just a random wall bang like he already had the inkling
[04:00:00] They already knew he was there and he got the confirmation and it hit the wall bang
[04:00:03] It's still difficult shot to just hit that one time
[04:00:06] That showcases his quality so finally now circular spheres get a chance. This is their first real chance in the house
[04:00:13] win a round
[04:00:14] Now first two and the first one was really one-sided second one chiefs were always in control
[04:00:20] It was trying to get some information on the heartbeat sensor 48 seconds that's still
[04:00:26] Maybe the thorn in the side for CS is they do need to get a wriggle on
[04:00:30] But they find the next kill onto where it was now time not as much of a concern
[04:00:35] And I just launch walks and j. Kenner again previous
[04:00:38] This is the previous round, this time they've got four players to end with.
[04:00:44] They both get one each, love that though from Nezarati.
[04:00:48] Gets the trade, leaves Jake Kenner and the 1v2 against Gopis and Nezarati.
[04:00:52] 20 seconds on the clock, pushing to sheets, they trade each other.
[04:00:57] Gopis outside didn't have to do anything.
[04:00:59] Yeah, I think he may have been out of play there, not in control of his operator, unfortunately,
[04:01:08] from what I could see, but look at that, Nez had to step up massively in that round, and
[04:01:14] whilst the 1-1 trade there on J. Kenner was a clean shot, it wasn't probably the highlight
[04:01:18] of the round, we saw a great vault down trade, and before that the wall bang into
[04:01:22] relays courtesy of the drone so great work from him and circles fears prevent
[04:01:29] that door from being slammed shut they've shown something in that first
[04:01:33] rotation they're keeping chiefs honest for the rest of the half of the day was
[04:01:37] under clash to be unavailable here is that wall bang solid work from
[04:01:43] as a righty you had to take the put himself to vault down fine box and then
[04:01:47] a huge 1-1 trade there at the end.
[04:01:51] Was he in the middle of a climb?
[04:01:53] I think so.
[04:01:54] He's trying to go for a drive.
[04:01:58] Yeah, very lucky that Nezawadi watched up in that round.
[04:02:02] He gets a 3k.
[04:02:03] They win the round through the palm sides back over the AVG.
[04:02:09] But again, this is the benefit of a map like Villa now is that for Chiefs, you go through
[04:02:13] the rotation and you think, well, we don't need to go back kitchen and dining.
[04:02:17] we can go stat trophy through the next rotation. Imagine though, obviously they go on AVG, then
[04:02:23] they'll probably go basement and then the question will be asked, do they want to go
[04:02:27] back kitchen dining or go stat trophy? They will have the mirror available as well, back
[04:02:33] down in basement, but the clash definitely helped keep that mirror window up. Where
[04:02:36] are the balls? 20, not even, actually 10 seconds into the round, finds their first
[04:02:40] kill and it's on to Nezorati. Speaking two parts, you get rid of the Twitch, but
[04:02:43] also get rid of CES's best player.
[04:02:49] Yeah, absolutely.
[04:02:50] And definitely the player's target if you want an influential kill to kick off frown
[04:02:54] for the more than usual.
[04:02:57] That team with a nitro.
[04:02:59] It's calmer, I think, on the other side here.
[04:03:02] He's got his way.
[04:03:05] Tricky position for CES.
[04:03:09] Quad nitro is still up for Chiefs.
[04:03:12] But it was still up as well on the pulse and he will be super valuable in being able to feed information on this push
[04:03:21] It's feeling comfortable and I'll start to feel back
[04:03:26] All straight opening kills to the chiefs this goes kind of 3-1 lead CS
[04:03:32] Definitely finding themselves on the long side of things in this half
[04:03:35] Any time find it way back into this round similar to the previous one
[04:03:42] A lot of posturing from both teams.
[04:03:47] Karma's going to be careful.
[04:03:52] It's Garfys though that ends up dying towards main stairs courtesy of Jake Kenner.
[04:03:58] The lunchbox does go down to Goofed but Karma holding this position if he opts to try and
[04:04:03] push up these stairs he will die.
[04:04:06] You can see his patience is really being tested right now.
[04:04:10] I'm a bit of a stand-off.
[04:04:15] There's gonna be no incentive for that cross down below to be broken and that's part of
[04:04:21] the force of the fight.
[04:04:23] He's trying his best to draw up the defense but Chief's just giving him nothing at the
[04:04:27] moment.
[04:04:28] I guess we've got a calculated option here.
[04:04:32] He's up on that for now.
[04:04:35] Sorts still fighting for study control.
[04:04:37] This has been a pretty brutal round.
[04:04:39] CS.
[04:04:40] It's also by himself. I mean you got karma that's been sitting Harry Potter for ages. There's a lovely swing on a jay-kenner
[04:04:47] It's kind of like three separate
[04:04:50] Individual fights love that clear from karma would be ready for where the bulls don't know caught on the reload
[04:04:57] Neptune still inside of games has a nitrous soul then where the bulls caught from goofed
[04:05:04] Both on the first floor now both making the way up main stairs
[04:05:07] Nettoon, love that angle, hits the shot onto sword, 12 seconds left, goofed, his position,
[04:05:14] now known, Nitrosol, free rip thrown to the doorway, just kept goofed at bay for a little
[04:05:19] longer.
[04:05:20] And this should be a round win for Nettoon now, the time expires, he'll run at goofed,
[04:05:26] oh my goodness, yeah, okay, ooo, check people first.
[04:05:31] No sweat though for Nettoon, 3-1 lead for Cheese.
[04:05:34] Yeah, that was a spicy round. I mean fair play to circular spheres through the midround there
[04:05:39] They kind of looked dead in the water, but I think a testament to some of the individual brilliance on this roster
[04:05:44] They're able to value their lives while still taking risk
[04:05:48] You know, they struck a balance and couple of those individual players per fruitful
[04:05:52] They're able to put it lit down all the way to
[04:05:56] Was ultimately a one versus one
[04:05:58] The time was the enemy there, so the spheres, you know, calculated the risk pretty well, they
[04:06:05] had to take a long, long time to break down parts of this defense, and wait for the chiefs
[04:06:10] to kind of make their move.
[04:06:12] By doing so, there was only about 15 seconds left, Neptune was, despite being a player
[04:06:19] down, it could lean pretty nicely into the clock and had the best position on that
[04:06:22] side, but it was very difficult to break down if it hasn't been hard breached
[04:06:25] from 90 so he does a good job in the moment and we're gonna go around the
[04:06:31] world here in the first half it's trophy start up next and drinking that they're
[04:06:38] going stat trophy in this round rather than basement considering pretty decent
[04:06:43] but maybe they're scared but apprehensive without the clash which
[04:06:49] was quite good all in that basement round maybe just give stat trophy a
[04:06:54] go see how this plays out. Which I think they were always probably likely to go
[04:06:59] anyway in the sixth round. And they'll probably play this largely similar to
[04:07:06] that extension that they have for ABG as Jakenna. Ah, the early kill. Two in a row
[04:07:10] now in favor of the Chiefs. Two minutes 50 and I think about almost two
[04:07:14] minutes 40. Back to back rounds. I'm at 0 and 3 on the entry as well. 1-5.
[04:07:21] It's a big loss he's a talented player the opening desk not helping CS in this match
[04:07:36] We're leaning on this
[04:07:39] How does he even get damaged in a song lucky on the timing that recoil was just so lucky
[04:07:45] I don't know how much of that you could pin on skill that was so
[04:07:48] Yeah, very much. Oh
[04:07:50] Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness.
[04:07:55] Hello, what was that for breakfast?
[04:07:58] How'd he touch you all these bullets?
[04:08:00] Yeah, I remember in the Matrix, he should have been dead way before Goofy even got down
[04:08:05] a 1HP.
[04:08:06] It tells us to leave circular spheres in a good spot though.
[04:08:14] Goofy on health, bit of reliance now on sword and guppies, and heading into the
[04:08:20] second half of this round you still got double micro that you got to contend with.
[04:08:24] Relay is roaming around the map basement at the moment now making his way up red stairs
[04:08:28] as he goes for the rotate. I'm trying to take care now.
[04:08:33] But with Goofdown, Guppy's dead. Only Sword left up. It should be 4-1 to the Chiefs.
[04:08:44] And basement after this which is going to prove to be a challenge for circular spheres but
[04:08:49] at least there will be no clash to contend with
[04:09:01] probably just uh unofficially time out here hang on a second
[04:09:05] hey oh he gets that kill there that's 1v2 i don't know maybe we've got a little interesting
[04:09:11] has a lovely tap bow from sword so chiefs go for one up and like the e p game
[04:09:15] clean sweep so far on the opening kills it's a big advantage to have yeah
[04:09:22] absolutely and a massive strength for chiefs up to this point as we prepare to
[04:09:29] go back down to basement one out last time chiefs had a pretty well thought out
[04:09:35] strategy on that site very akin to what we've seen in some of the other regions
[04:09:39] as well so maybe they've been yeah ripping some bots having a look having a
[04:09:44] pick and we can translate that here to OCE, I'll replay all that last round, as if Nez has
[04:09:52] been spared and even Rift got spared as well so the replay operated clearly. Playing favourites
[04:09:57] in this package I don't know if we're going to have a look back at the whiff, but it was
[04:10:02] certainly probably the most egregious we've seen in a really really long time, very
[04:10:05] unfortunate for Nez Variety and rank. I mean on a serious note I could have played
[04:10:09] it very very differently how do you have been able to find that kill so.
[04:10:12] Unfortunate for certain those fears, that one can be marked down as a little unfortunate, but we're not lucky.
[04:10:17] They need to lock in here.
[04:10:18] Now, a final round of the half, they need to maintain touching distance.
[04:10:22] Easy as said than done but I'd just like to see circular spheres play with a little bit
[04:10:45] more pace to close this half out but it's pace and sight you've got to go through the
[04:10:49] checklist but with guppies on the monty you should be able to now take a bit
[04:10:53] more space in towards garage no clash to contend with guess the mirror's still
[04:10:57] up green action cells through gas phase but jcanna's gonna be playing back
[04:11:01] stairs
[04:11:07] guppies is gonna be really pivotal in this round without the clash to
[04:11:13] can test him. He has to be the one to really push forward.
[04:11:20] We got the Thatcher too to help aid. Oh my goodness. Oh I saw those feet show and I thought
[04:11:26] for a second with both wetables and Neptune looking at it, it's thought that's the opening
[04:11:30] deaths to extract now for chiefs. Yeah, see that's a laring pressure pretty
[04:11:39] nicely, but Chief's ability to sort of persevere and take it head-on has been a massive strength
[04:11:46] for them. Karma now to sneak through the garage. Guppy's taking space to his right. Again,
[04:11:55] they're second to speed as they're kind of entering this mode like we've seen a couple
[04:11:57] of times where they're sort of waiting for a mistake. They're waiting for movement
[04:12:00] from Chief's.
[04:12:01] Well, they look apprehensive because they don't look like they've got the confidence
[04:12:04] to be the ones to get aggressive on the attack. And the problem with that
[04:12:07] And it's the time starts the window
[04:12:09] Chiefs look rather set and you get no like that and then you get caught like that once you actually try and start to do something
[04:12:13] Now it's going to be the desperate place the desperate place haven't been all for four of them
[04:12:17] And it kind of has made some of these rounds seem closer than they and they have been as copies though falls to Neptune and
[04:12:23] Yeah, you sit around and wait for too long and eventually chiefs
[04:12:28] Apprised and ready for you
[04:12:31] And the half looks like it's gonna fizzle out as a ready does get the easy kill on to Jake cannot
[04:12:37] I mean you just don't have to play that angle there for lunchbox like let him walk forward
[04:12:42] just play it the doorway.
[04:12:43] Yeah.
[04:12:44] I think they're just getting a good forward.
[04:12:46] There we go.
[04:12:47] Yeah that's much better.
[04:12:48] I see them from around.
[04:12:49] I really don't realise how lunchbox get back in your home mate.
[04:12:52] Let him walk to me.
[04:12:53] Don't wipe your hands.
[04:12:55] A 5-1 half for Chiefs.
[04:12:57] I mean really dominant here on Villa.
[04:13:00] We'll see what the second half has to say after the break.
[04:15:07] But he hasn't had much to do so far this stage. I think he's only called a single time out. That was back in the
[04:15:13] Game against seven on playday two. Otherwise, it's been seven one seven one and now five one
[04:15:19] I mean the team is just rolling hot. Everything's working for them
[04:15:24] Six nothing in the opening kill department and it's a team effort like not a single
[04:15:30] Multi-kill round from anyone on chiefs in that half
[04:15:32] They weren't relying on relays to have to go and drop a whole bunch of kills
[04:15:37] 73 from Jake Anna 73 from launchbox 63 from relays 5 3 from Neptune 4 4 from
[04:15:43] Wettables who also went 1-0 on the entry. So I mean a
[04:15:46] Perfect half really outside of dropping a single round in kitchen dining and even then in that round it required a Nezarati 3k
[04:15:55] so I
[04:15:57] I mean, faultless, really, from Chiefs and the question now begs how are they going to perform on their attack, which, you know, Villa has got many different sites that are pretty attack-descited, so you would imagine they should be able to get the job done now.
[04:16:12] Yeah, seems to very much be trending that way. It's been a phenomenal effort from Chiefs, so I guess fear is not really looking as red-hot here on Villa.
[04:16:21] I'm kind of like maybe map dependent.
[04:16:24] I mean, I did bring it up before and I didn't think it'd be a huge determining factor, but
[04:16:28] what I think about it, she's probably naturally do have just a little bit more experience overall
[04:16:32] on this style of map.
[04:16:33] Of course, it was in the pool from ages ago until about 2023, over a course of several
[04:16:41] years.
[04:16:42] Well, Wettables would have had a lot of experience on map, but Revis didn't even
[04:16:45] make his debut until mid-24.
[04:16:48] By then, the map was out of the pool.
[04:16:49] actually made his debut kind of mid 2023 so wouldn't have had a lot of time on it
[04:16:56] I feel like they're like wet and oddy you combine the knowledge of those two in the
[04:17:00] experience of those two it's and Jake Hanna as well Jake Hanna was around
[04:17:03] since 21 so it's quite a full engine
[04:17:11] there's a righty over what's dining is be carefully doesn't get caught but
[04:17:15] that pantry is barricaded off and there's a little escape up in the red, he's just moved
[04:17:22] below on the first floor as he's now able to initiate the clear jump out and there's
[04:17:27] a roddy and a couch full of wettables.
[04:17:30] Switched on.
[04:17:31] I feel like Wettable's back on arrival, dies there.
[04:17:35] He's just a different player on Chiefs.
[04:17:38] Just looks more switched on, looks more ready for gunfights, more game sets in the server.
[04:17:44] I think it doesn't die there. That's the solar state as well.
[04:17:47] He's still got a drone in pocket two smokes. I think he's used the shot drones.
[04:17:51] I don't know if they're
[04:17:52] industrial or not, but
[04:17:54] It's another opening kill as well. Seven straight for chiefs trying to replicate what Enterprise did earlier today where they went 10 straight
[04:18:14] Yeah, but get back on your shock drinks like that's caught out or over towards 90 valuable tool to the thorn
[04:18:21] And the Fenrir
[04:18:24] Electrical as well with those two and be
[04:18:27] exploited
[04:18:29] This should be pretty default now in the cheese. Yeah battle towards 90 open up vault
[04:18:35] Sweep across from Sappro beside send everyone back to site. They probably don't need to contend main stairs held by karma
[04:18:44] I'm going to left into the round.
[04:18:48] Might be the only concern now for Chiefs would be how quickly they can execute from this position.
[04:19:00] Oh, nicely defended from Wettepaul, C.S. wanted to try and maybe retake 90, Neptune into site.
[04:19:13] A double kill entry for him into the building.
[04:19:16] Palmer gets one onto Wettepaul's, but that's it.
[04:19:18] It was a clean hit from Chiefs.
[04:19:21] Six-one lead.
[04:19:24] And it's a real defining moment in the stage for circular spheres.
[04:19:29] They lost last week to Anios after beating Enterprise and are now getting beaten up by
[04:19:34] Chiefs.
[04:19:35] It's the reality check that they need probably going into their match tomorrow against Man
[04:19:40] Alepho that they've still got some work to do.
[04:19:42] They're not quite there with the big boys just yet.
[04:19:44] One result against EP doesn't make you a contender.
[04:19:47] You've got to follow it up and since that result they've not been able to follow
[04:19:50] it up.
[04:19:51] Attackers need to locate and maintain spot on.
[04:20:21] silly enough to respect circle spheres as an opposition irrespective of you know
[04:20:24] how much screaming they're doing or how they play the game or whatever else you
[04:20:30] still gonna be able to contend with that inside of the server and I think that
[04:20:33] playstyle they've looked to deploy the experience they have here on filler
[04:20:37] sort of connecting the two and making a game plan that works against circle
[04:20:40] spheres has been a really good showing on them and well rewarded for the
[04:20:48] The mine 7 approach that they've looked to take, relays as well, 6 and 3.
[04:20:55] And so I think it's a pretty safe bet that he'll remain number 1 in OCE at the end of the day.
[04:21:04] They're quiet after he stands still when he's averaging 160 EPS and he's sitting on a 130.
[04:21:09] Oh, the opening kill streak comes to an end.
[04:21:12] They will not go flawless like Enterprise. It's all downhill now here for Chiefs.
[04:21:18] GG.
[04:21:20] She gave the two points to CS.
[04:21:23] They might get this round.
[04:21:26] They're running it back on AVG, but they're also not really playing the site.
[04:21:30] They just want to go and play entry positions with the kills that's worked.
[04:21:33] They got both lunchbox and relays.
[04:21:42] and this is uh, fairly flexing his muscles here, he can't doubt his mechanics and once
[04:21:55] like he gets more experience at a tier one level, put him in the right system, it feels
[04:21:59] like he could be the next generation for osu!
[04:22:06] that tumble. If he's best at the one versus four, two players low on the opposing side
[04:22:11] has plenty of time. Not impossible. Yeah but not likely. But the only way CS loses
[04:22:33] round is effect just start throwing their lives away now raise the bloom was there for cover inside
[04:22:37] a closet so six two then that's all you can really ask for now if your circular spheres close the
[04:22:44] game out on high note win a couple of rounds just feel a little bit better going into tomorrow
[04:22:48] that's the key takeaway I think if this were you know play day five and you had a week off after
[04:22:53] this year maybe it's easier to just want to leave the server and be done for the week and
[04:22:57] that's not the case then they're going to be playing again tomorrow in a pretty big game
[04:23:01] against Man Alaphote and all of a sudden how quickly you know think about that
[04:23:06] game and it's important CS will go into that with seven points Man Alaphote will
[04:23:09] go into that with six points so the winner of that leapfrogs into the top
[04:23:13] four heading then into the final week and it puts then a whole heap of
[04:23:18] pressure on circular spheres to kind of refine that form that they had at the
[04:23:22] start of the stage. I think a couple of rounds here will I think definitely
[04:23:27] help them then going into that match tomorrow. But I'm also really hungry boys
[04:23:36] and I'd like to go eat so if we want to just wrap this one up I'm also okay with
[04:23:40] that too. I'm pretty hungry too. I look to be fair we've had a couple of quick
[04:23:43] days tonight to make up for the uh... 30 minutes of light stuff.
[04:23:49] We've been made up for it. I think we've been finishing our entire team on it for 10-30, so...
[04:23:56] I don't think Chase is going to mess around too much.
[04:23:58] We did some good aggressive play in the last round from CS to help facilitate a couple of those early kills.
[04:24:05] And it could be another one.
[04:24:07] But really, this was kill LUDON.
[04:24:09] Nice pick. 7-4.
[04:24:11] A human?
[04:24:14] Oh, Nels doesn't quite get back in.
[04:24:16] He tried.
[04:24:19] I'm actually looking across at the stage two numbers so realas was just ahead of to Han on EPS and I do wonder if I
[04:24:25] Tonight that could flip
[04:24:27] I think about how to hunt it earlier today
[04:24:30] Did really well
[04:24:33] 130 EPS so realas
[04:24:36] 118 so far tonight. I've got a little bit after this round. So
[04:24:40] it'd be a close
[04:24:42] Little flight at the top of the standings in terms of EPS
[04:24:44] We'll find out tomorrow won't we really versus to Han chiefs versus EP well you won't but I will I'll be watching
[04:24:51] I won't be casting
[04:24:55] Special guest tomorrow
[04:24:58] Very special I don't think he's actually done us. I think I think we've done every OS broadcast up to this point
[04:25:06] Yeah
[04:25:08] Before anyone gets excited, don't snoblock Jay Monday, you would never allow that.
[04:25:17] He also wouldn't be special.
[04:25:21] Oh, he's special?
[04:25:23] In one cut away, yeah.
[04:25:26] Oh, so much pressure down sword, has to answer the call, literally no choice, I mean there's
[04:25:34] not you can do. Deathmark, Jugger payload on one HP. This one's done. Chiefs stamped their
[04:25:41] authority as the best team in the region, at least going into tomorrow. They get to 12
[04:25:46] points, and they've virtually got one foot into finals. If you're a Chiefs fan, make sure
[04:25:51] you get packs, because they'll be there. Yeah, looking that way, well done to Chiefs,
[04:25:57] putting in a huge performance this afternoon. Looking very comfortable. We're back on
[04:26:02] I think going forward, unless you're a team that has the kind of long standing experience
[04:26:08] that these guys do dating back to when the map was in the pool, probably unlikely that
[04:26:13] we see any team allow it through going forward.
[04:26:15] So if anything, that's also a big boost for their map pool going forward into playoffs
[04:26:20] as well.
[04:26:21] And look, overall, some good glimpses from the circle of the spheres.
[04:26:24] I think in terms of mechanics and all that, that was fine.
[04:26:28] Not the problem in this kind of matchup, which is the overall team play from Cheese
[04:26:31] and their ability to match the game plan from circular spheres that ultimately led to the end result.
[04:26:38] Unfortunately for circular spheres there really wasn't a whole lot that we could kind of talk about
[04:26:42] and say well this was a positive, this was okay, I mean there's a riot he fought valiantly, so did
[04:26:46] Goofed, but Sword was okay. Ultimately it's a team game and the team just really got stuffed
[04:26:53] and Chiefs were just far too good. It's again another challenge that they've been able to
[04:26:56] deal with. They beat Seven earlier on in the stage, the others more than comfortably
[04:27:00] this one added to the comfortable list. It was in the end nine rounds, eight one split on the opening
[04:27:06] kills, so a very dominant performance in all facets from Chiefs. Let's go to our interview
[04:27:12] and it is with Jake Henner as he's as always one of the renowned interviewers. He's still not on my
[04:27:18] screen right now so I'm a little bit perplexed. Jakey, where'd he go? Can you hear me?
[04:27:22] I want my take. There he is. There he is. Oh come on guys. Had a heart attack for a second.
[04:27:30] I thought you were going to leave me. Jaki, big win today against a CS team that clearly
[04:27:35] have been pretty good up until this point. I mean, any team that can beat Enterprise
[04:27:39] 7-2, you're probably going to give them some respect and give them their flowers, but
[04:27:43] you guys just estimated them today. Focus through it.
[04:27:48] I mean, we're a well-ordered machine, but they do have a guy called Chrysalis on their team who hard carries them.
[04:27:53] And also IGLs them, so they're not to be messed with, CS are pretty good, and I hope to see them at the LAN.
[04:28:01] Yeah, congrats on the win, mate. One thing we were talking a little bit about was, and we've seen it in other regions,
[04:28:06] some older players, older teams that have had experience on Villa slot in pretty nicely given the maps only go on a minor change.
[04:28:13] Was that a feeling for you guys that Villa would be a comfortable map?
[04:28:17] Did it feel comfortable getting back into it?
[04:28:20] Yeah, it's a comfortable map.
[04:28:21] I absolutely love Villa.
[04:28:22] It's probably like one of my favorite maps in the game.
[04:28:24] And it was also my first ever pro league officialized 7-0 Chef Jeff on Villa.
[04:28:29] So good memories.
[04:28:32] How do you remember that?
[04:28:33] And why are you going to add in Chef Jeff?
[04:28:36] Well, it was Chef Jeff's team.
[04:28:37] I don't remember who else was on the team, but Chef Jeff was there and we 7-0ed them.
[04:28:40] Jake, obviously a big game tomorrow. We spoke to Nate earlier in the broadcast about his
[04:28:48] thoughts, you know, having that match and what it means for him being on Chiefs and coaching
[04:28:54] you boys. What are your thoughts, I guess, in that perspective when you're going up
[04:28:58] against what is enterprise, but you know, player, a former teammate, Nate, former coach,
[04:29:04] what are your feelings going into that game?
[04:29:07] I can't really give you a march because it's only the group stage game, so I mean we obviously
[04:29:12] want to win and like, I don't know, there's no ill will against them, you know, like AP
[04:29:16] got deeper pockets so, but I'll give you a better answer when we play them in playoffs
[04:29:22] eventually.
[04:29:23] Okay, I'll hold you to that one, mate, and we'll get that one live at PAX, we'll get
[04:29:27] it on the stage as well, make sure Rob gets all that interview.
[04:29:33] In terms of how you guys are going at this point, now you've got 12 points,
[04:29:36] very much, I think you literally in the need for one point to absolutely secure top four.
[04:29:41] So you're clearly going to be heading to Pax.
[04:29:44] How do you kind of keep things grounded to close out the rest of the group stage?
[04:29:47] I don't know if you guys know who Kinchi is, but he helps us a lot with that sort of thing.
[04:29:55] He calls it default mindset.
[04:29:56] So you're going to kind of block out those thoughts and just play every game.
[04:30:02] The best thing you ever said to me was you just have to look at life as one problem
[04:30:06] of time like you can only focus on the problem that's in front of you so you just got to stay
[04:30:10] you got to stay in the moment you can't think about the future.
[04:30:15] My head immediately just tried to come up with two problems at once that you have to solve
[04:30:21] it went bad I can't say it on broadcast Jake I'll leave you with that one thing you'd like to say.
[04:30:29] I've actually been given a shout out so shout out Chiefs shout out Kenji
[04:30:33] um our sports like shout out shout of course and then uh i'm gonna shout out chris luis you know
[04:30:41] i love that guy i hope to see ccs at the land i'm actually cs's number one fans like they don't
[04:30:46] know it but i'm their biggest supporter every single cs game i'm like yelling out of my chair like
[04:30:52] i'm excited for them and then i've this comj sherlock wanted to shout out today so shout
[04:30:58] Yeah, TomJaxHillrock.
[04:31:00] And he wanted to start a hashtag.
[04:31:03] I don't know if you guys like this one.
[04:31:04] He was like, hashtag get, oh, wait, wait.
[04:31:07] Let me get it right.
[04:31:08] Hashtag get wet for wetables.
[04:31:12] Get wet for wetables.
[04:31:13] I can get around that one.
[04:31:15] Yeah.
[04:31:15] I thought he was gonna go with that.
[04:31:17] I thought he was gonna go with that.
[04:31:18] Have a nice game day or tomorrow.
[04:31:19] I thought, no, in Tom, I'm surprised he didn't do
[04:31:21] like a hashtag get Tom to Pax or something like that.
[04:31:23] And I'm sure he'd have a great time,
[04:31:25] but maybe it's a too long a flight.
[04:31:27] Jake, it's been a pleasure as usual. Congratulations on the win.
[04:31:31] And I'm sure either we'll speak to you in the interview and we'll definitely catch your packs.
[04:31:36] It's odored tomorrow.
[04:31:38] Oh, nice. Okay.
[04:31:40] When are we getting Neptune in?
[04:31:46] Probably never.
[04:31:47] I don't know.
[04:31:49] Ask that guy.
[04:31:50] That guy hates his life.
[04:31:51] So I don't know.
[04:31:53] All right, take care.
[04:31:54] He's gone shut down.
[04:31:55] Best of luck tomorrow in the game against Enterprise as we say goodbye to Jake Hanna 7 to win over
[04:32:03] Circulus fears and
[04:32:05] You couldn't ask for much more guys
[04:32:07] They dominated this matchup that we build as the one seed and the two seed because that's what it was
[04:32:11] But in the end it was just a gulf between the two teams
[04:32:16] Yeah, for sure look everything with the ruthless mentality
[04:32:19] I think that yeah, clearly the fact that not only was it a comfort map for some of the
[04:32:24] he's played in years gone by. I mean coming from Jake himself. His favourite map and maybe
[04:32:30] that's a sentiment shared amongst others on the team as well. So it was risky for Circus
[04:32:35] to take them to Villa. It doesn't quite pay off in terms of an end result to show on
[04:32:38] scoreboard, but hopefully they've got some key learnings that they can carry forward.
[04:32:43] So our MVP for the night, look no disrespect as it is going to be Hunter and Void. Did
[04:32:49] he have a good performance? But it was a tough one for MVP tonight. There wasn't
[04:32:52] a clear cut, you know, 20 bomb
[04:32:57] performance, but hunters 10 5 2
[04:32:59] 0 on the entry was enough to
[04:33:01] solidify got himself an ace as
[04:33:03] well to close out the game in
[04:33:04] which for men out of vote, they
[04:33:06] weren't the favorite. So we
[04:33:08] built this as a game that was
[04:33:10] going to be contested and it
[04:33:11] wasn't. It was an absolute
[04:33:13] demolition job as well from
[04:33:14] men out of O71 over any or
[04:33:16] effectively putting a line
[04:33:17] through their chances of
[04:33:19] getting into finals. Big
[04:33:20] performance as our MVP here for
[04:33:26] the day. But it means now, guys,
[04:33:28] we are officially past halfway
[04:33:30] for group stage only three days
[04:33:32] remaining ahead of finals at
[04:33:34] pack. So let's go and have a
[04:33:36] look at the standings and where
[04:33:38] we sit. I'm quite intrigued to
[04:33:40] see how this same shot for
[04:33:42] shape up changing. Yeah, it
[04:33:44] is. Cheese will retain top spot
[04:33:46] with the perfect run of form
[04:33:48] the end of this first week but critically the gap between fourth and fifth is closing.
[04:33:54] Circular Sphere is now just eclipsing man LFO by the one point and so there's a serious
[04:34:00] fight on both of those two teams hands to retain a top four position.
[04:34:05] EPN7 not officially safe but in good stead achieves basically at this point a lock and
[04:34:11] then as we look at the bottom three, Anios, Chikademi, Arcade.
[04:34:15] There's an outside world for Anios to make it, but for Shrike Academy and Arcade, unfortunately,
[04:34:20] it's highly unlikely for them.
[04:34:23] Going forward, my sites are set on CS and Man Alaphode.
[04:34:27] There's a really good contest to develop between those two.
[04:34:31] Even for 7, they play Anios tomorrow, then they play Enterprise, then they play Circular
[04:34:35] Spheres.
[04:34:36] Now, how those games will play out, we don't know, but clearly not easy games.
[04:34:41] you're playing, you still got to play the three seed, the four seed and then the six seed.
[04:34:45] And if Anos win that game tomorrow against seven, it'll really kind of shake things up.
[04:34:50] But I agree. I think in large part, Manila Foe play Circulus Fierce tomorrow. So four
[04:34:54] versus five, both only separated by a single point. That's going to be a big determining
[04:34:59] factor in terms of finals. But even for Manila Foe, they then still play Chiefs
[04:35:03] next week. So a lot of the teams that are essentially in the top six all still
[04:35:08] kind of play each other across the last three play days. So nothing is set in stone. But
[04:35:12] for Chacademy, look, they play arcade tomorrow, they're going to start their last desperate
[04:35:16] run and hope other things go their way. They did then play next week. Circular spheres
[04:35:20] are man a la foe. Maybe what they can kind of do is be the gatekeepers and shut down
[04:35:24] a couple of teams with aspirations to get into the top four. Clearly for arcade, they
[04:35:28] are officially out now. They will not be able to make the top or regardless of
[04:35:32] their last three play days. So really for them, it'll just be a case of can
[04:35:35] they upset another teams run home and find their first win for this for the
[04:35:39] year actually because they want a single game all year. Yeah absolutely they still
[04:35:43] had the potential to be influential but I'm glad you highlighted it right that
[04:35:48] game tomorrow night CS ban LFO feels like it really is going to be huge in
[04:35:54] terms of tomorrow yeah across the board some massive games and then of course
[04:35:58] EP cheves to round it out doesn't get much better than that so might want to
[04:36:02] best of one but a bit of a precursor probably for playoffs and excited to see how they take form.
[04:36:08] Right, we're done for play day four, ladies and gentlemen, but as we've just alluded to, tomorrow
[04:36:12] you don't want to miss it. Play day five for APL Oceania. It's the big one, Enterprise versus Chiefs.
[04:36:17] You've got CS versus Menalifo, four versus five, seven versus Anios. Last hurrah for Anios,
[04:36:23] can seven continue to book their place to finals. So much to unpack tomorrow. Hopefully we'll
[04:36:28] We'll see you there.
[04:39:58] I
