Thank you very much for your time.
Hello, everyone!
This is the APR-4 Manic!
Oh, no!
Make it fire!
You are so good, Major Takoyaki Crunch!
Please, leave sight of me!
Hey...
I'll see you again.
I'll see you later.
I'll see you later.
I'll see you later.
Well, we're four play days down, but still three remain here for the group stage of
A pack north stage to 2026. It's a pleasure to have you all back us here alongside Nick
We're running it back for the second time this stage recently kind of void one another. How you going? I
Mean our colleagues are slacking. No, like what is this? I get a message from there to go
Oh, I can't work this day. Can you talk? Yeah, okay? I'll cover for you. Okay, Jake
I got you my boys and we're back as you said this time. You'll be hosting. I'll be spectating. I'm all for it
Yeah Jake of course supporting the Lions the AFL team who are actually down at
half time who sent me a message is not too pleased so hopefully they can make a
comeback let's have a look though at yesterday the feature round Nick a
pretty crazy one talk us through it. Yeah so right here you're gonna see
Anerton in the class has taken up like three separate attack attention Nina team
kills with the frag grenade shrugs to Anerton takes a breather reloads the
weapon finally gets the kill and of course kind of resets the round here
There is a big moment rush here for Skars, they get stuck though, and then this moment
happens, CIG did go for the revival of Shugu's injury many seconds earlier and somehow finds
both kills and the third right after.
So the fact that they actually go for a rush, CIG stopped him, Skars hit the full
reset button, stands still for 34 seconds, CIG picked the lefty area, but Nina didn't,
he was always there right around the corner.
Yeah there's an overview of these stats in that matchup, of course CIG did go
on to win in overtime 8-7, so CIG not being able to fully extract all three points in that
matchup. And as you look at the standings, that will actually leave D plus Keonik as
the only team right now with a faultless, a flawless record with all 12 points. And
I guess just for additional context, top 4 costs, critical to finish in terms of
Many of the teams in the bottom four though with a very slim to no chance of being able to make it will dig into the numbers later
But you know trooper basically hanging on the dear life and those below them
Fortunately at this point basically out of them
They do and I right now the biggest question I'm gonna see it's gonna be cunichrope top four
They make it to playoffs and we need cunichrope to obviously get into the conversation
But they're only right behind being cave theorist and we have a graphic
that's gonna show you a little bit better what this all means, okay?
This is called the Strength of Schedule.
On the left-hand side, you see the current standings of all the teams,
like we just saw before,
the Busquien first, KineTruppin fifth.
On the left, sorry, on the right-hand side of that,
you see there are three next-upcoming playday opponents.
And you're thinking, okay, what does this mean?
Well, look at KineTruppin fifth place.
They're playing Trippy, the weak opponent,
DoubleRx, the weak opponent,
and then they play CIG Barbera at the very end.
They might be a little bit further behind this,
the other teams' standings, but they've played most of the strong teams already, whereas
their opponents look at scars, they're playing BNK's DRX and B+, for example.
So there is still hope for KineTrop, but it's not going to be easy.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, I am totally agreeing against KineTrop's run home, maybe being a little bit more favourable
than I'm kind of hoping that maybe for playday 7, that final matchup against CAG, they
may need to get a chance, maybe even three points to make it into the top four.
Let's pivot to the schedule for today, specifically as always, for best of ones, we'll kick things off with KineTrip, Trippy, the WRX, Skars, can you be my enemy, C, A, G, granted off by what is, I think, pretty clearly, much of the day, to round things off, E plus K, and fear X, D plus Eager, to continue that streak.
Yeah, it's very simple like that. We're not going to argue for it. Okay, it's going to be mostly expected outcome results right now with KineTrop taking trippy scouting double RX. Of course, options can happen, but we do have the expectations of who is supposed to win into this matchup.
Yeah, let's look across at the kinder trope roster for this first matchup as we
Discussed they had a pretty difficult run up until this point
They've had a tricky fixture for the first half of this stage things start to ease a little bit Nick
But I think it's probably fair to critique them that they haven't been quite at their very best
They've probably been about 10 15 percent below what we know they're capable of and it gets those good teams
We've seen them be exposed a little bit and it's now put them in this position where even in is quite
Unquote easier matchups. They can't afford to slip up. They need maximum points from here on out
With the win last night James night of the pleasure speaking to the support staff of all commission
the coach of the team spoke about your magnets influence and how he's helping announce an endless on the roster and also some of the
shortcomings that future feel that they've been having in this stage and they said it's a small details right now for us
For example, when they had the matchup against Scars, they played the Maestro very commonly, and then after the third round, Scars spanned it away,
and they kind of failed to adapt like what opponent to play in instead, make the correct adaptations and decisions,
and therefore never managed to get back into that game against Scars, which did make them a loss in overtime 6-8.
And they also had a 6-8 loss against BNK Fears in the very first playday.
So we're talking about how they're a little bit behind the curve.
two back to back overtime losses that could have made all the difference at one or two or three rounds have gone in their
Direction, so they're not missing in the bigger picture things. Is this the teeny tiny picture details?
Yeah, absolutely in the style of matchup
You would probably not expect those small mistakes to get as exposed their opposition for tonight is to remain telecom
Who unfortunately find themselves in a position on the standings they are lost by rent differential two
Can you be my enemy for contact to remain telecom on negative 20 in comparison to several place in negative 18?
So it has been a very very rough stage for these guys. Let me say good glimpses
Maybe from the likes of Demik for instance, and I think the numbers probably reflected with that
It's something numbers he's been able to post this year
Unfortunately, there has been a lack of depth on this roster
But I mean if anything from this point onwards they'll be able to play with no pressure
Hopefully that could aid them in hitting some points. There's still an opportunity for them to launch out of that point of place
You watch these reasons here right now the accident. What we see here, especially even doji, okay?
A lot of aggression the seismic and willingness to fight back against the plus here a very strong foe obviously from
Brazil team that import team
I think that yesterday's match against the plus here was the best look so far from trippy
I believe they got three rounds argue should have gotten the fourth
But the point is in the which how they got the rounds, okay?
strategically, they're still a bit behind. They don't make the best decision, especially on the attacking side, with how to go for the attack and approaches,
the executes, where to attack from and when to attack. However, they do now find themselves with confidence in the gunfights and saying,
hey, we'll take control into our side and go for those opening engagements.
Look, if they can keep Mastery at playstyle and get a little bit better strategically, they're actually gonna start getting better quite quickly, I think.
Well, I've done myself a disservice. I've actually had a look at the videos and spoiled them for myself.
Bring it up for the stream and roll that rule.
Get it to Villa.
Come on.
And fill up.
Yes.
It will be...
Yeah, give us your thoughts on the map, Nick.
Well, Trippi got 7-0ed by E&K Thierryx on this map, I think 2 play days ago.
So, yeah.
So, I'm not really worried actually to Trippi.
But I also think that E&K Thierryx might be the best Villa team in the APAC north.
impact north so they've learned more than anyone else on that map. Excited for it but I'm still
going to favorite Kinnotrope for this one. Yeah I mean I totally agree and so of course we don't
have as much data and precedent to go up for Kinnotrope on this particular map but it's really
hard to foresee a team with their skill and their pedigree and going on to lose this particular
game if they were to it's basically state gun and it would honestly probably be penciled in
as a little bit of an embarrassment to lose to the bottom team so I'm sure they'll be
locked in tonight I'm expecting to see them dominate in this matchup on a map that I think
has developed to be pretty interesting so far I think teams have certainly with longer tenure
looked probably a little more comfortable on this map especially with through primary sites
of all still probably being considered the primary sites uh basement in some instances hasn't really
been an insta pick for the defense. Also I'm very curious to see if we're going to see the
Maestro Bank will come out from Trippy because they are going to be starting on the attacking side
if we're going to let it slip through because that's going to go back to the conversation of
a Trippy strategy to be there, to do the prep work, the analysis required to kind of count to
the opponent specifically because that has been a big pressure point for the intro. They need
certain operators to thrive in the server and you're going to want to take that away from them
if you're aware of it. So I think that's the tester for tonight. The other option for
Trippy is to let it go through the first two operator bands and after that third and final round
They can mid-band the last operator and then they can attack the maestro if it becomes a problem.
I'm loaded in and ready to go. Let's kick off the first game on tonight. KineTrope should be on
Villa. It's a must-win game for KineTrope to retain contention for the top four.
And for Tribute Band Telecom, it's another opportunity to try and launch themselves out
of that bottom placed position currently on zero points, but an opportunity tonight to pull
of a massive upset and potentially abruptly end the stage for KineTrope.
See it, they bend away the Assam and they bend away the Wamai. Kind of going in the same track of
some maps like your clubhouse at times or your border. You take away a lot of the sheltering,
kind of a gactatory from the defense. This does leave open, I think, three, four operators
that will keep track of here for KineTrope. Maestro that's currently being hovered,
Bandit who's currently being hovered and then they clash and the mirror as well. I think that's gonna be four kind of pivotal operators
Villa was one of the not first maps because we look about after mirror
But it was a network mirror had a really high presence rate because a lot of the action on villa starts with you internally
Inside the map fighting externally
Think of the triple wall upstairs and statue looking towards master bedroom
You're inside the map fighting people out of the map the mirror that makes that a lot easier
here the same thing works over on the study side where you can put the mirror
windows into the office from the AVG side itself so so much you could note up
the trippy they've been banned away in terms of the ace rings top reaching so
probably gonna have a very high period here in the hibernate to just one to
one substituted and then the Monty was normally brings a lot of stability and
passiveness in the server well they can just go faster they can get
operas like I see here the solid snake the black beard and instead of going
for a passive approach, you go for a aggressive approach.
If we'd all just keep going.
As I was just speaking of regression, noting that the first side of Troysier from Kinetrope
will actually be kitchen, which I would hazard to guess up until this point is the least
popular defensive objective on the map globally.
It doesn't mean though that it hasn't been purchased like incredibly super niche.
It's not like it's been played once or twice, but there's an increase into the others that's been less favourable.
they got to offer.
I'm trying to get 50 main cover combat.
They've got a really good composition here, the attack to try and get this control,
while I get the sledge to work for that.
And the penetrate is largely situated on this second floor to contest that.
It's only Gatorada down below in one group.
I'm trying to get my swing and miss my teargust for melee,
but the issue is then they try to have the BB covering the angle,
so they get the freebie instead, off the defense of the penetrate.
Also, the crosser player, which is Kawa in this case, wants to play passively in the corner with a teammate sheltering him and supporting that position.
By him swinging out of the furrow, he should kind of surrender all that control possibility.
Also, he can jump into a planned B maybe following back a little earlier, and they would have liked to.
Normally, you're trying to draw out utility and maybe isolate an attacker on the entry there, so to go forward especially into the Black Beard was a...
Probably goes down as a mistake. Yeah, but certainly a choice.
Unoptimally probably in that situation, but for Trippie Man Telecom they'll take that, they'll meet the small wins in this matchup to try and build a result.
Oh boy.
Oh boy.
As Ayagator responds with shotgun in hand.
Wait, wait, wait, why?
That should have been called.
In regardless, Ayagator's somehow there again to find a trade.
But KineTrope will remain trailing in the round.
Again, this is a downstairs details of kitchen and dining,
you're fighting so much on the top floor, jumping down to the arms off the attackers waiting for you.
Like you said, the party should have been called.
Getting a kill to the staircase, just pretend to jump on over into his arms, they should have known about that.
Walk down in a safe location, drop down a hatch, anything but that.
You're sure not quite working together, can be a gate or flanking above.
It's got a lot of trying to lock down the bumps that can stall for as much time as possible.
There's a drone top-right watching that flank position. Now they know, forcing a get it back towards the bomb site.
But if you're a Casio, it's in favour of a defense somehow. They find one more kill to even numbers.
Yeah, Trippie main telecom haven't found themselves in a large volume of these kind of late- late-round scenarios and officials.
So they could find themselves exposed, but then with a great entry, we'll find Gatorado.
Just A-Gator left two for him in the round. He has looked sharp, and there are red pings available.
All information Trippie main telecom starts to scramble.
Shotgun out for Aya Gator, should be on counter-infocuracy here on the myscrow.
He's trying to dash around and find an opening and catch this cover of Arakaze but
won't. That's a solid start to the match for Trippie main telecom. Certainly some
mistakes, absolutely some mistakes from the defense in that round but credit to
Trippie in punishing those. Exactly and the kind of looking at yesterday's game
against D plus and how they're actually willing to fight back and take
those fights. I mean, when Kawa goes to the melee on to the Blackbeard, there's a
version of Trippy a few weeks ago where they just kind of run away, okay, man,
this guy's trying to take a gunfight. I give it to him. Let's go back and
grenade and flashbang. No, no, they just take the fight immediately. They
built the numbers and then they'll lock down the flank as they should right
here in the red staircase. And then there's ready for anything. Like, NL
was watching a little bit up, a little bit down. Does it trade it by egg?
I'm sure, but you take down the maestro. It is so worth it. And this is
It's kind of Kirito forcing the issue, maybe, but it is down to Chipmence Telecom to do the
right things in the server at a moment's notice, right, a game of adaptation reacting in a moment
playing off instincts.
Getting the first round, on the attack inside that's going to give you all the confidence
you need to keep going on forward and Kirito, they have to go for the right counter place
now.
And they're picking up a funny operating process, we're seeing both the Alibi and
the Oryx in the same round of siege.
Now, Alibi does technically counter Solid Snake. Every single, uh, Christmas challenge called the Little Fake Alibi Christmas, they actually appear as a red dot on the Solid Snake gadget.
They all could be moving or changing their POV, so you can kind of try and bait it out if you're standing still as a real player as well.
Um, Solid Snake was not played, instead they most was, because it doesn't get countered by Alibi.
And I guess the Orcs is here as a shield counter, but there's no shield.
So Trippie is on a greater bit of tag of repinging around the composition trying to devalue the trip setup
Let's test your knowledge Nick. 77 operators have been played this year globally
Where does alibi rank in terms of rounds played?
Like okay, I'm gonna say I believe I've seen it once before actually and I haven't seen a
or from the bird when I've been casting I'm gonna say alibi is the
thirdly split operating the game you're close you're close she was a 74 only
leading yana rook dog with one plate each and Thunderbirds actually up to four
and you can thank Chef Jeff but I'm pretty sure he's played it Chef Jeff is
doing it all majority has three out of the four okay it was down there it was
down there also we saw a jackal last night I maybe would have ranked at about
a bit differently as well for that mind okay rook and dog make sense I suppose
I still have a slight bias where in my head Doc has the ACOCK so he has a presence and I think Rook is sleeper strong but
Sometimes you're wrong
I've been able to yep this round hasn't been a ton of action mainly just an emphasis on the map clearance at the moment from trippy
Be a contest over the woods landing though with the ball so close a gate. It was very active in the previous round
I'm going to bring a vert element into this one with nitro and it goes without saying the pulse scanner as well to facilitate that
Wow as well. It's in his work now towards pantry
Almost time well good dodge
This side steps it. I'm just going to try back with a shotgun, very low HP
Definitely feeling the pressure of the pulse. Look at this famous tracker runs downstairs wall bang on the soft wall and
I'll find the freebie. How is also believed will all but playing the oryx
You can maybe make a case here to jump off the bedroom hatch and go for a flank attempt, but there's no C4, no impact, so no explosives from beneath anymore.
With great precision over the woods, study the Grismog line to keep the attack at bay for now.
30 seconds remain, trippy will need to be cognizant from the time remaining in this grounded.
Lay this utility for Reckless, got a riders down on the pressure.
Another flash goes the way of the Claire, but it's a team kill.
courtesy of an owl
starting to fall apart and here's the flank from the oryx
trippleman telecoms stalled out
and in the final part of this push when it all
looked so good for them
they make will try and fight back
Narokhaza can link up through study but there's only
five seconds on the clock to try and
pick this confusion off the clutch now
in the action pistol out
not enough
dina trope able to scramble back and win the round
so classic case of
eva g attack where you get the roam clear
clear get the opening pick where you get stuck in that awkward top red 90 position
it can be quite challenging to kind of progress in that moment forward you need
one of two things to happen either you find a kill in office with the person
backstabbing on the balcony and you can kind of like walk in office walk in
top red you have crossfires or you need to have a lot of strong utility
operators that can go for a plant or a bombsite rush think of the ying the
glass the monty for example the band away you didn't really have either plus
they were all against the clash from Kynotrope so you really do find yourself in a very very difficult position
also curious the Kynotrope strategy right now they've been playing the maestro in the first round
very ineffective another thing clash kind of forcibly for two rounds in a row this is a little bit
of a feeling of hey bend out the clash so that we can play the maestro later on and then if
Kynotrope wants to really like triple down on that they could bend the bra down expecting the
flashbang and then Maestro will just like completely reign supreme in the server because
there's going to be very commit like clap counters for it.
Just keep your mind cool for that next Operator Band seduction.
But now we'll see another picapella buy so I guess you're gonna be working all the way
off the rankings at this point guys because uh presence is being felt yeah even got a couple
of kills. Yeah I guess I made a couple more times at the jump above the uh the
Cav Thunderbird Jackal like four times until today. Nice.
but then it's a big jump or a double, up to eight.
Oh, the Osa and Fuse.
I would have thought Fuse would have always been played by two times.
Yeah, like when I think of it, I would definitely assume that Fuse was played more than Osa
because I feel like we saw it like three times in a row yesterday
and just like the general value of the operator, the shield bands, etc.
I just feel like we never see Osa.
But this is the thing, maybe there's that one team in a region that you don't
tend to work a lot off that just has an osumé that has a very high
patriot on it like chef Jeff from thunderbird i don't know pretty popular
in it seems to be a mix of xael and apl from what i'm looking at
i'm interested in xael loves it so much right you know they have some water
packs with it with a bandit that's like you know the way the screen
eight uh oh
bandit another good clear over towards this walking closet position from
I mean there's no jaker and a mice band like what do they expect to happen to close it like you're not gonna live
Maybe they could have traded out the elevator for some catch
Let's see if got a rather clashing there. No the elevator. Yeah
If you might know now find themselves stacked up a little bit again
This is what we saw a little bit in the last round as well where they start to still have this fight
having a pretty good football
having pretty easy pressure applied so
We'll see how they try and break that drought here in the third round and it will come courtesy of the Blackfear
continuing to play around in that walking closet position as the gator will catch and I'll
come below
And with that the man can't even
Really has been the biggest issue of attributes
Stabilizing the flanks and the backstabs. I mean it's now three rounds in a row
They have lost somebody to a person going for a flank attempt
This time a bit more down than the previous losing that verticality of famous can be a pretty big boil
They still have more than the Blackbeard full HP. That's needed for the Astral Push.
They can lock down the staircase, walk in the Astral Door, they can pick up out the entire setup.
Someone's going to make that first movement going and it has to be a Moon on the DB.
It's demic though to actually strike back and catch A-Gator down below.
Now the smokes have been deployed here from the defense but despite that Gatorade of putting up a stand on triple wall,
wall, pretty exposed position, definitely susceptible to flash shield tilt, a nice pop,
the last one used as the shield we now push over towards Ashro. Then they hit the backstab.
It seems they may be able to, but Moonoo unfortunately didn't really get his man,
the clash was also still up there at the end, and Hinatro hold on against a trippy lineup that
just don't quite have the problem solving skills or the confidence to go that next step.
to show that initiation after a good start in a couple of these rounds.
And you notice when we're especially at Moon Lord there before I went for the extra push,
there was nobody there. There was nothing stopping him from walking on an in and shooting the alibi
straight in the back and then you saved two of your teammates. But there's lack of decisiveness,
a bit of fear in the server, uncertainty, not having the drones possibly, and look what happened.
A clash band falls the way, but KineTrope forcing the brava to play Maestro every single
around remaining. It's almost like it's poetry motion right now. You can tell the playstyle
of Kino Trope, but Trippie, they got baited and they really took it. Now they got us yours,
they can counter the maestro because they willingly left it open.
Anything down below has been really active and that was a great yellow ping actually.
Didn't catch that long last time. I see the replay, but you know the follow up
beyond the side hit wasn't great and yeah I'm totally in agreement that Moony probably
not getting as much value there on the bike bed as he would have liked, unbeknownst to him,
potentially having that really strong route to start pressuring in towards those key positions,
but it was never really properly leveraged there by Trippie, who again, I think that early
ground has largely been pretty good, that transition has clearly proven to be a shortfall and a
problem for them at least so far. Now with Maestro and the mix, I'm quite intrigued to see
how they try and deal with that because they should go into this match anticipating it or expecting it
especially if you're not ready to have it. So a lot of the individualistic information gathering
I'll call us onto a player using the maestro and the reason why it's so strong on Villa is
there's a lot of like what we call no man's land. I think of caffeine in a piano room.
The attackers that need to be on the window rappels and droning in, they can't quite into the building.
Evil eyes and maestro cams can just shoot any drone.
Master bedroom right now works the exact same way.
The attackers can't quite just get in the building, so the evil eyes can step away.
Five drones, relatively easily.
So for trippy, they can find some of that value from outside the building,
and S3s, your fracking, etc. would be good.
Obviously, Sophia, Air Force, or some greater soft counters.
The issue is now Demi goes down early on the Hibana.
Power again the closet swings out at every moment he's being given and again
There's no yaker in play and while my expense of these grenades and we try to dance around
This clay be a success
No C4 that was a great love from a gate out here in my eyes is
more than a most impactful player in the server of the kino chart at the moment finding a lot of key kills
of key moments in these rounds and
So in the future being that and speak the SMG in pocket
Kavera finds himself downed potentially as a result of that nacho didn't quite see but regardless still a strong advantage for kina chart
Full versus three midpoint all the way out
Tribby really lacking the pushing power if who knows and black be or anal isn't going to take the action
Most people just kind of droning outside trying to stay alive, but you gotta get in there
They know try it downstairs to go for a bomb set attack. It's shot down by aya gator leaving our Cassie upstairs with sledge and those
Outside the building still on the ash now the end of part of the decalities sledgehammer
Secondary booting charges great, but in the tourists is for all the guests in ice throw
You don't look like you need to worry about the bottom side
They can play in all the hallways out the software box then they can play in very very passive kind of basement positions
They got full instant by the side as an evil eye in both dining and kitchen
So they don't got to worry about a thing
Feels the finnitrap cruising to a round wind here barring a big clutch effort
This pair my car's a oh cheap
Yet to hit the school board as he looks to forge a path through laundry
Orster clear angles and this team is in the grave. I hit ahead of his pink phenomenal so far and
Another one for good measure the job down the hatch. She's like done in hand
We've been tough to time in this half.
Tough, tough watch.
Again, Vilea attacks. It's a challenging place to be.
And like I said during the desk segment,
Tripp main telecom success yesterday mostly came on defense against D-plus and taking good fights.
Their attacks, it lacks some problem solving skills.
That was on clubhouse.
While Vilea isn't that clubhouse sincerely with all the hard beach requirements and whatnot,
It does require you to understand the steps in the right order, the way to go for them.
Because Villa is very much like, you watch that angle, I'm gonna jump in this window, then you change the angles over here, I can now progress the hallway, you do need help with your teammates.
And there are so many fangs, staircases, chaos and server.
One of the most vertical maps is what I would argue, with PON or C4 potential.
And what we saw of course in this game so far, you know, now the Mira, before the clash, now the Maestro.
So it is just a low utility that you are against, it gives you inforcer defender, makes you
worry as an attacker.
Back to EVG, we go!
Second last round of half, which means that we may not see a basement at all here from
the military, but I find that a little...
It's a bit...
I mean, that's shocking, but a little bit surprising, were you expecting to see?
No, not really. I don't see a surprise as well actually.
I'll see what happens, you never know what's going to happen and what's going to be the
case. You think you know and then you do something the opposite, so I'm just going with the thoughts
point.
I'm lucky what I'm seeing in terms of the attack comp here. Hopefully Chippy Main
will be able to do something more to break. Clearly they're having issues transitioning
that control in towards the hit. So let's just take the first part out of the equation
and go straight for the hit. This could be a U2 layer with the glazed straight through
study, sending you in your feet. See if it works. Smokes to deploy, pull to go out,
and pressure to be generated. Plant force back, back over towards games. It's moving
now deep in the study. You can see just how much of that utility is layered and how
tricky it's proving to push forward despite that and the lull in the action is going to try to have
kept for the fey. Stuck in office, up against the chanker fire, the mirror window, the evil eyes
again, this is going to be the worst possible path. Can they break the hold right here in the middle?
A double ROH tried this exact rush against that BFK here existing actually but ended up
feeling in that rush and C-Tribute came out victorious. Actually it was at the bottom
side, they could be killed for a plant. I think he's been able to go real deep and flash
as he mentioned the flames keeping him a very good steel that should meet the
warrant but you will I still up there's so much available for you to space out
this place they can't get the plant down at a rather though can that a kill and
give his team an advantage minute 15 on the clock and the follow-up here from
PMT is much lacking and I'll try and push deeper yeah he's gonna get caught
over towards skull as he swings the deployable shield 60 seconds remain
Arakaze down and out, Uchi epidemic the last two standing, and Kinatropa Danna the nominal
job in terms of reading this push, positioning themselves, layering that utility, and it
will be a flawless defense.
I mean a lot of things that you can talk about to simplify the entire attack, they're missing
that back stepping presence, it's five people instead of office, nobody's downstairs
at a barcourt, demos, doing vertical pressure, nobody flying the red staircase or trophy
side to try and take that top red landing control, because that's the problem.
They're pushing into the bomb site, great, but they're fighting the guy involved, fighting
the guy by the bar, fighting the fire, the evil eye and the guy top red.
It's too many angles to worry about as an attacker.
And again, they didn't have a single soft destructing operator to deal with the
Maestro Evil Eye.
No Sophia, no Ash, no Fragger, they literally could not deal with it even if they wanted
to. So they picked the wrong things for the attack and I mean in the perfect world tribute
rush top main they're rushing to office hopefully they get a kill or two and they can use the
meta ventures to overpower the bomb site but they found nothing. It was a 5v5 fully set
with glass, light or a glass, lit rather, up against your Maestro and your Tashanka
and your Mira. They got a hard countered but there there was the attack or repick.
They need to be the ones to take the right operators to counter the defense. That's
That's kinda how the whole meta is going to be.
Now let's see if Kinotribe can get the cherry on top for this half which has been strong.
Lose this.
Two for Chibi would still leave the door ajar for a big defensive half to come.
to envision that naturally, but not impossible to see it always to be considered a game of
two halves. Contact likely to be made immediately over towards this study site. You can see
the cross that was in place for Kinetrope. That gatherer will be lost back. There's
no need to come to buy the raise, bloom. He'll be live-drawned. Keep him a look
to try and take this map control, but I think Kinetrope are going to be pretty
The Ager fans should have read obviously at this point. They'll probably fall into this control with little contests and just back themselves in terms of the total side.
That has been the biggest weakness for this stack attempt of clearing the direct onsite route.
We're here for the side of the individuals in Shrevee mentality. I was praising Dochi yesterday and he had a great performance up against D plus.
And a little bit lackluster here on Villa.
Granted the entire team has been struggling, but him and Moonloo in particular,
they're playing very important, very powerful operators.
If you want to see them get a little bit more value,
and then it gets worse right now, they make a skimmed out on, I mean,
a player got a rather coward in this like master bedroom area,
they just keep jumping out, they keep taking the fights,
and they catch those individual players.
This is actually tripping through the right thing.
They had a backstabber,
but they should have taken top-rest control first,
then sent the player over late.
If you go in the massive bedroom balcony first thing in the round, you're fighting 1v3,
while your teams are going for a roam clear.
So I deal the one take 5 attackers, get to this position right here in top red landing,
and then you rotate a guy onto Worsh's balcony.
Now they're lacking the best of pressure, it's 4 people taking 12 points a game.
Best way to describe it, it's looking a little one-dimensional from Trippie main telecom,
and that is going to feed beautifully.
The KineTrucks ability to hold side control, play off one another, establish,
these cross flies and then if required
yeah a little bit of utility nitro spell is still available for a coyote
there is good information courtesy of the snake up
as i say that snake is in the grave will it be another flawless round to cut off the half
it's a kina trope no it will be denied and zarakaze now looks to pad stats 30 seconds remain
we'll see if there's a feed and well there is a little bit so he'll take a nibble
three more left three more to feed but it's a clear to nec to kill
Get a trope, up 5-1 at the halftime break.
It's not to stop attributing that we wanted, but if you're big kind of punitive, you can
be very happy right now, because they're stage final playoffs dreams, they will continue to
be alive, they need every victory possible for every single playday to come, and while
they do have an easier point of today, and next playday, they do have that final
matchup of against CHE by Vale, which could make or break everything for this roster.
So they start off on the right side, five one half of these in the villa.
Now they swap it, Kinnitrape will go to the attack, and Tribula shows what they can get done on the defense.
Yeah, Kinnitrape's run to the top four is interesting. I didn't get too stuck in the weeds when we looked at the standings pre-match, but
when you run the simulations, they actually only have a 14% chance of making it, which is pretty low.
now obviously the results in that simulation aren't biased towards them having won today and potentially
going on and winning tomorrow as well against Rx both of which I think are pretty firm results or
they're going to firm favourites to get a result in those two games. I don't know how much those
two wins will move the needle and just how much of the requirement beating CG in the final play
they may end up being. That's certainly safe to say that they've looked, yep, looked tonight.
They've been able to beat down on Tripi in the areas of the game that they are weakest
on. We'll see if they can transition that over to attack and immediately off the bat
unlike the first half we are going to see this basement site.
I still feel a bit portionable about the basement like, the reputation from most
people that I spoke to was that baseman something be like that the finger like the
most of them decided from side on villa also because it's new like you don't
know how to attack it yet and I think when we're watching half the email games
that I cast like baseman was played first priority and then the other half it
was never played was like the fourth option after dying kitchen if you're
like mix things up and freighters and similar some teams they never go there
some teams they go there first that's the funny thing about a new
map where our rework is, figuring out what's going to be the meta and just seeing the differences
between the regions, the teams, etc. I'd love to have a good to see it at least.
Gatorado is eager to get to work. The castle in play will absorb some beauty here from
the attack from the Havana. It's actually a strong tool in dealing with that, especially
especially if the hard breach isn't required in other areas and if they might be hacked up
it's probably going to be that case.
So if Kinectrope ended up ultimately trying to be directly on this side, it is a possibility
especially with such limited vert on offer for the defense to counter.
Is that a mute jammer?
Yes it is.
Uh oh, it's a mute jammer.
There's no way to clear it. Again, no vert.
No EMPs, no thatchers, uh ohs.
Uh oh. I mean uh, where's the ace, where is the cannon opener?
So at least then you can circumvent the midjammers, but uh, they have a very awkward position
to be in right now, where the midjemer gets an incredible high mana value.
Stopping the Skyros and the Hibana, they're gonna have made a tiny hole in
the bottom of the nade through it, I guess.
I mean that is a way to problem solve it, but oh my, you might have
struckled just to get it all over it, but they get it done!
I really feel like they're taking the assumption possible, but at least they hate themselves, so that's good.
I honestly didn't even know that you had like a top of the reinforcement, because a bit of a curve to walls to get a port for a garage, right?
Yeah.
Didn't actually know that that was the case, but thankfully for the attackers of Q-Trope, well it does work that way.
In the meantime, AirGator has gotten some decent control over what's first for his imposition
to maybe hatch-drop and aid on the rest of this push.
Live drone from Gatorada.
Maybe an aid of that play.
25 seconds remain, it's being slow going for Kinetro, but here's the drop.
Likely heard by the defense, but nobody in position to immediately contest that
Fall's shadow advantage and off it here for a gate a bit and now able to support
Strong swing from him 30 seconds now remain and kina trip have been
Stalled out pretty successfully by the defense. We'll see if trippy main telecom can hold on, but a car you
My tunnel entry has been able to snap one back
He versus three lots of trades
Nobody up for a car you to worry about all three basement at the moment from trippy ten seconds
Muno up close, so too Aracaze, and surely Trippy will win out this basement defense.
Gatorada all alone, nothing he was able to do.
And overall, a pretty uninspired attack there from Kinetrope.
This is not why Kinetrope didn't really favor that basement bomb site themselves.
I don't think they know all the angles just yet.
And yeah, this is a very new bomb site, but they looked very lost at what the playable positions are,
where to go for the plant, where to get inside the bombsite,
a solo drop on the hatch from one player with no follow-up after, a bit of a shame.
I do feel like there was so much more they could have done in that round
if they had played more together and timed it, but oh well.
The benefit of the Fireball Elite is that you're allowed to kind of,
you know, not have a great first attacker on your own basement,
and you've got to attack it again later on.
At least now you have that bit of experience in the previous attempts on it, so...
Not too worried.
This given should be a fighting chance back into that comeback.
they're hard to disagree I think they yeah we're lacking a map of the compass in
that round and it's hopefully for them that the other remaining sites on the
second floor or even kitchen will be a lot more comfortable for this attacking
lineup I think that will be the case that you're gonna be really testing
their ability to either map clears or direct hits both of which can be really
potent especially this AVG site we saw Trippie trying to go to study direct
Last I've been quite worked out, they're high lighting there, got the team in the middle of the air, but even if they're in the trophy, they'll map the clearance column, edge them across.
They'll line up very versatile to facilitate that as well.
Let's see how they go. Now I like the introduction of the solace here, that's going to be a good tool in identifying where the push is coming from.
The high volume of drones is seen spotted over towards that bedroom side, and the rest of the defense should have a reposition.
I can't get all of the galates, he was talking about C4s and 4s, but I like impact grenades,
just doing heavy amounts of damage, full-time denial, etc.
And he's just gonna layer to the defensive setup.
Off his brush though perhaps, so he has stun, opening the wall, he's gonna run on in,
toxic paper and response, gonna slow him down, he's gonna screw it,
I'm gonna go straight through it, but bash out the mirror window and go for kills.
There's a big commitment gun spotted, you cannot hide in that corner.
and flash goes out. Oh my god. Opens up the window for a clear. Now, Arakaze and NL and
the blink of an eye. Left stranded. Over the wards landing and under control for the attack.
Sight control for the attack. Looks very good for Kina Trope. And it should be match
point confirmed as a user. Is confirmed Skull Reparax in town for Megado, a cheeky
eagle of fun that's basically impossible for the defense to contest especially with
that side pressure, Arakaze, space attack, and about to die.
That was an attack.
That was an attack.
I mean, that right there is a great comparison, right?
Go back and watch the Trippleman telecoms approach to the same exact bombs that rise to go.
Five guys, office, they don't even get top main control.
They've got funneled through a single doorway.
Here, they have top of staircase, skull, rappel, or some B some people also call it.
90 rappel, top main control and office. They bash out the mirror window, the smoke off the
anchors don't matter, and they have a blitz that can get in there, take a fight, flash
the other, everyone's pushing together. It's so well coordinated. Right here, Litz isn't
alone. There's a teammate pushing the hallway to his left hand side working with him,
it's me behind him, watching his flank. Plus they smoked off the top main flanker
off the smoke himself. So, really well executed there. Tribir gonna run it back
and hopefully for a different result you get into I guess two different
counters now the nor that can stop any of the shield pushing that Akai you can
bring in the blitz and they bring out Dochi on the Goryo where you can just pop
a Goryo fire and boom you're stolen for 20 long seconds that shooting theory
be enough to stop the push only thing is M.A. cast me the right spot with the
gadget and someone has to shoot out the Goryo canisters before the rush
happens to be successful
Nor in play this game is trippy
and fortunately for them there will be direct counter value on to
Akayu who is on the Blitz
played the Blitz in the last round and as you described there's a large part in why the bush was so successful
we'll see how Kinitrat positioning now look to try and counter that, how they try and maybe take them back out of play
I love the discussion around the effectiveness of the door and most specifically when you
have that.
Watch it in hand, it can lead you very exposed.
Gotta be careful.
A lot of things are dangerous right now in the server.
Many of them have died to utility.
The pulse, the C4s, the fire, the smoke.
You know, the smoke's going to do the exact same thing, kind of.
Why are they beating it?
Again, that's a good idea actually. So I'm smoking off the office portion, looking to take space elsewhere, and actually slamming off the mirror window instead.
So instead of brushing forward, appealing back the layers, we do the defense and saying, hey, you can only go play by that mirror window.
I can play here onto the pulse, they will spot me.
As you can see.
This is 2018, man. What is happening?
You can see the rest of the attack, the outliers from behind looking to try and crunch his position and maybe prevent a cutoff.
See how he goes about escaping this pants position midpoint of the ground and makes the best call.
call. I'll be the hatch. New drop. Dandemic was a more close proximity to the channel.
Off to some support, though. Pretty limited. Could be now largely back on the objective,
but KineTrope are starting to close. I like this info, though. They should have a pretty
good read here. Very awkward statement around, though. They're chasing each other off the
the bottom side, the colding crosses near the bottom side.
The units are progressing though, despite all these obstacles, but the issue is, they
are once you're far away from falling one or two members here in the top right push.
Once you get into the top right though, it's mostly concrete floor, there's only
I'm thinking our statue should be fine.
Robin man!
Derek with a knife!
The shield is coming, we're dead!
In the meantime, I may get a different one back,
so even men can't have a cousin who's so low on HP
and taken down.
30 seconds on the clock, fuse a skull door.
We're in a power position, over the wards.
Main stairs.
EPC inside have started to aid him.
There's Bochi and AV.
0-7, Eager to have impact in this match and will need to have impact in this round
and does so, but now needs to clutch up big to deny the map from Kino Trope
but Gatorade are too sharp, great day for him and overall a good day and a good result for Kino Trope
Very much so, again the team were gonna happening in the early stage
stage taking a part like the smoking aids with the sunlight charges smoking off the
crossfires so then mid-round is gonna stabilize and getting a foothold and
figuring out where is the attack going to come from and then of course the final
execute where you're seeing so many jump attacks happening with two attackers
fighting a soul defender or an attacker for him a grenade and then going for a
free fire should be started off really hot in the opening round and then the
kind of lost most of their steam very shortly after getting slung out
lacking the problem solving skills and I'm not sure there's a map problem for
them I didn't see again the teamwork of strategy not being deep enough just yet
leaving a bit more time to join the server.
I totally agree I think the kind of track though was of course the debut of this new
look map in 2026 what did you make of their approach to the world.
I quite like it it was nothing too over complicated it felt kind of old
school style villain in a lot of ways which i think we've seen also from eml people going back
in the history books and bringing out the old strats the mirror sit-offs you know how to hold
certain angles like a being astro for example and i love how they actually leverage the maestro
a little bit more strategic this time they don't just go we love maestro we're gonna play it oh no
they bend it what do we do now they went here's one of my show here's two really difficult
clash rounds and now we're gonna bend the bravan play the maestro you're gonna bend the
clash and we can steal the show. I like that there's a bit more layering to it, fading their
point into a bad position.
Here is the match summary and the statistics for this particular best of one confirming
that 7-2 is all in favour of Kinetrope. Gatorada walking away as the server-wide MVP
in this matchup and I think rightly deserved. Aya Gator as well, I think still deserving
of a show that actually brought the most kills on the side of Kinetrope. It was
very disruptive, particularly early in that first half, which was exciting for him
on the opposing side for Shrippy, unfortunately a single member of the squad going positive
today.
So, getting a very tough look and it's a team effort if you're going to trope, yes, if you
have that aggression in Aikido and Gatorada, that's exactly how they play the style, then
Akayu, Eklare and Kawa, they play the back line, they play the support, they bring
that depth to the roster, so I love how they're utilizing every single player on
a 5-man squad.
Well, our interview is ready. Let's fire it up.
Okamesh from Kino Trope.
Hello, my friend. How are you? Congratulations on the win.
You guys looked really good today.
Yeah, thanks so much.
We were preparing for the era, so on time.
That's all right.
And this time as well, you added a bit of a track card, one can say, right?
When you did it against Scar, she played Maestro, Maestro, Maestro,
They banned the Maestro. Oh no, what happens now? Today you played Maestro, played Clash, played Mira,
you're showing many different obstacles and many different issues, and you kind of baited them into
banning the Clash instead. Was that something that you learned from the Scars game or did
you just forget to do it last time? There was my run before the Stage 2, but we ran
and then we shoot more like mid game communication to the I get a middle pick was it was not on
the paper but he just make I don't know how to say it's improvised yeah improvised and
yeah he made a potential beret and then he make he picked a mirror and then that's
We're very broke this time, so we need to be more adaptive from now, then.
That looks like, well, from Go Well.
Yeah, it was amazing.
I guess in terms of talking about improvising and making changes, this was the first time you played Villa this stage.
Do you feel like it played out as you planned, or where there may be some differences inside of the server to what you expected?
Their basement defense was very impressive. I didn't expect that because basement bombsite is very weak from direct push, compact push.
So everyone is going to be a total in basement bombsite, but this time they long, I was like, oh they make so bold or brave strat and then little bit we struggled of it.
But now we know how to push now.
Thank you for the trip before running.
Yeah, good learning experience.
Before we let you go, Okamesh, would you like to make any shout-outs?
Oh, shout-outs. Okay.
We need to win the next game and the next game,
and then we need to qualify to play well.
So, in Japanese, can I say it?
Sure, yeah.
Okay, thank you so much for your support. I'll do my best to play with you.
Thank you for your support!
Kino Trope, 7-2, easy day, go back, rest,
prepare for the next matchup.
But no, actually, hold off, it was a 7-2 victory,
but the Spaceman Dom site, we can learn from
how certain things happen we can learn from,
we practiced adaptation, like a Gator picking up the mirror,
that we actually learned from in the moment
of that matchup.
So, it's about giving 100% of the Kino Trope
every single day right now, boot camp style, okay?
Because every single match is low key,
do or die for them.
So I love to hear that kind of mental side.
And of course, I think Maktip now
is an endless in the background as well.
is only going to fortify that Trina 4 even more to make sure it gets the best performance possible.
That's one best of one down for the night, but three remain double RX and scars on the other side of this short frame.
I'm from the Enterprise Esports and we're competing in Ocean Out and the APL.
My earliest memory of playing video games was with my dad and my two brothers playing
four person split screen Call of Duty.
Playing games with my brothers and my dad is 100% where my competitive side came from
because it was always trying to be the best in the household sort of thing.
And that was just, they felt the same way as well.
So like in basketball as well being the best at shooting threes or in footy
who could kick the furthest. It's this sort of something I've always had and it's something
that is definitely present when I play Siege as well.
Life growing up in Perth is very relaxed so basically it's just playing sport or video
games either way if I'm inside I was playing games when I was younger but if I was outside
always had a ball in my hand whether it was a footy or a basketball and yeah playing
with friends as well and yeah driving down to the local court sort of thing. My free
time was either literally playing games or playing sport. I was really no nothing
else. Originally I was the worst obviously because I was very little but I quickly
overtook my dad at first and then my eldest brother as well I easily overtook
in video games and sport but I'd say in video games I became the best very fast
but in actual sports maybe not so much. My middle brother Mitch or Sage on as a
lot of people know him. Definitely my main like role model in life for sure
the way you like conducted himself in even school and every day like I
looked up to him a lot and getting to travel with him and play on the same
team with him really helped me. Even this recent like solo trip my first ever
major without him and it did feel weird because even if I'm just thinking oh
what are we eating I'm asking him for a bit of guidance but yeah he taught me a
lot and he was definitely like the person that I try and be the most I
guess. My family is very supportive and even of what I do now like my mom and
my dad watch all my games and they're very like happy to have me in
the house still like not paying rent and just playing video games which
which sounds a bit silly, but they're very, very supportive and I think like they never
pushed me down an alley or anything and I clearly didn't want to go to uni or anything
so they were completely fine with that and then yeah Mitch was similar, like just helping
me through but also being realistic so if I'm doing something stupid he's like yeah,
probably don't do that.
My dad started with Romer Six Vegas and so did my older brothers and then I remember
when Romer Six released, Mitch kind of got into the beta and I would sit on the
couch and watch Mitch play Rainbow Six like for hours and hours but I was never brave enough
to try it and yeah I started playing on console once Mitch moved to PC and then eventually
one year I got a PC for Christmas and that was how it started.
I mainly played Call of Duty, I feel like it was a bit repetitive and whatnot but I think
like Rainbow Six is really unique, like every round is different, you can have different
combinations of operators depending on the way you play as you play aggressive, passive,
no round is the same and I really think that I've never got bored of it because
of that.
bad on remember six console at the start and I would just play with my school
friends and we'd be stuck in gold for like we'd play a thousand games a
season instead of being gold but the thought of seeing a diamond in a lobby
or anything it was just something I really wanted to achieve and I wanted
to get to that top rank so I just kept grinding and grinding and then
eventually on console I got pretty good but it wasn't till I loaded up on PC
that I kind of it kind of just felt instantly comfortable and I would like
slot straight into the top rank lobbies and it just felt natural I
I remember for when Mitch or Sage got a PC he was always pretty good.
The first ever challenge league team he joined, I was just really excited to watch his game.
I don't think his team was very good, but I think he was pretty good.
I watched all of his challenge league games, all his pro league games while I was still
playing on console and I was like, basically like his biggest fan.
As soon as I got a PC and I started getting a little bit of a feel for ranks and I saw
like, I guess Mitch showed how accessible it was and how actually doable it was to
get into pro league.
I think he kind of inspired me a little bit, but as soon as I got a PC I knew that I wanted to play pro, for sure.
I'm gonna keep it going until I'm done
I'm gonna keep it going, I'm gonna keep it going, I'm gonna keep it going until I'm done
I
Hmm, the same secret, yeah
I'm sure my heart already noticed
I don't care if it's you
So a convincing start to the playday courtesy of KineTrope demolishing Trippy over on Villa
but it's time to shift the discussion across to another key matchup when it comes to top
four contention, double RX and SCARS up next and in terms of the top four implications
Nick probably more so a little more emphasis on SCARS here with double RX trailing guys
Yeah exactly, if double RX or BME would, I don't know if BMEs can make it, but if there
were to a big surprise there, let's first look into double RX and see what their, so
what are the other gents, but now who they are representing, so to speak, what the roster
is, Jin, Carmel, Akusu, Maui and Yu-yu, and they've had not the end of the world
results so far, but like I said, like the hope here for making top four is probably
like very very low in terms of percentage but it's about learning for the future and in general
given that experience it's always going to be a top situation you make a roster changes or
the meta shifts the bit out of your favor for example and it can make it go a little bit tougher
you saw them up against b and k phyrix and like i said earlier today
b and k phyrix probably one of the best teams right now in the world on the left definitely
the best team so far in the pack nor double rx they couldn't kind of hold a handle to them
They got more or less demolished
Yeah, they've been in the mix. So they've just been trailing. They haven't been horrible though in terms of the attacking win percentage for this squad
It sits at 41% defense trailing that a little bit courtesy of some one-side results
33% I think they've been okay overall. I certainly see room for growth on this cross foot going forward
And if anything an opportunity to try set scars tonight
It's like a cross at their lineup a team that has been pretty solid up until this point 46% of tag 57%
Defenses and they've been room for growth in both of those areas namely probably the attack
They've they've been able to post results and I think that pushing stars to overtime yesterday
Will be a pretty big confidence maker that they can at their best take it up against the very best in this
Yeah, I mean we're always going to be talking about the individual who comes to the scar,
so I mean they having pop-off moments.
They're kind of just taking turns to the Nina, Rek, Fishlight, like they're all so formidable
in the server and yeah, taking C3 all the distance is going to be one of those moments
where that could make a difference for top 4.
Also just for our expectations of performance in general, we've seen the high level package
right here, gap findings, the pushing, going for these big moment plays, but
often you know what's showing this particular matchup that came up time and time again maybe
the minute or as long as it possibly could. Yeah absolutely I'm excited to see how they'll
play tonight I'm hoping it's one of those performances from Skars where we see them walking we see
them at their best again but the third of them not making top four is routine minimum at this
point they came into the day sitting at a 90 plus percent chance of qualification and it's
certainly not a hundred right so you can't be a phony to slip up in this kind of moments
and so the map video will be critical let's jump across and see which do you know what's
happening here or not yeah I did change though you need to stop looking at man I never look
it's more exciting this way oh it's gonna be 90 for a layer oh I don't know why you know cause
I'm not even okay oh my god it's 90 for a round uh well yeah again looking at the
the numbers for these two though uh in terms of uh there's really only one map played by
proteins over the course of this year. The blirex losing to D-plus KIA, able to collect
three rounds so decently respectful, that was 13 days ago. For scars it has been quite
the drought. You have to go back all the way to April, 169 days ago for the last time
they played labs and a pretty big win, 7-3 over KineTrope in that particular matchup.
as I load up the result it was of course in a best of three. Nina, the MVP on that map
going 12-6. He will be one to watch in this best of one.
All he's going to watch is Nina. I mean if you have a map where lost space can be utilized
and taken by defender or attacker he's going to get in the action. You see right there
a key matchup. Akasu versus Nina. Just you know Casual 2k. There's Nina no big
feel which pick commonly play different all erics and the asami of course the
win rates on the little bit lackluster because I think that's the right
result but you just see their good preference for them as the scars when
some music well listen to win the round with the thought
yeah so the bands and but end up being for this particular matchup by first
probably anticipating that to be followed up with the ended all the
mirror either all I'd say probably the mirror is probably a little bit better at
the moment especially considering the threat of the Zofia you can kind of keep
the bandit at bay especially for the IT wall and we'll see what they end up
opting for and there you go the mirror in play and the grim on the side of the
attack when you think about it right like Kaid has such easy counters
Maverick, secondary MPs, Thatcher, etc., Bandit like you said, Safiye below.
I'm not loving the Bandit Kaibans, the big old 2026, but I fully understand why it's still happening.
When I play ranked, it's very often the same story.
It's just you don't want to be forced into picking EMPs or a Thatcher just for the sole reason of getting the wall opened up.
up and for whatever reason Maverick has completely fallen out of favor in ranked and cashew and
Pro League I said that but Cromon was hovering it right now if Maverick came back into a high
presence rate I feel like we could just see the end of it but then it defenders not bend the
Maverick and then you back to square one it feels like a unwinnable battle in the operator
band selection for both teams where you probably will always have some sort of wall denial
and some sort of wall-breaching bend away till the end of time.
Wait, guys, new idea. What if we remove reinforcements in the game?
Would that solve the problem, do you think?
Everyone is just soft now.
You ever think we're going to get the half-free reinforcements in the game
that they please the little one?
Hey, hey, so I actually asked my viewers about that
because I felt kind of ambusous.
Supposedly, what they announced is that it's going to happen
in the test server for like year four or sorry season four so it's gonna be after Osaka so it's
gonna be some time between Osaka and SI is when they're gonna do the test for it and I imagine
based on how that goes they're probably announcing that SI when they actually will just slap it in
the game but I don't know because I also was like that hasn't happened yet they spoke about it
and maybe that's when the downsides of getting a full year roadmap revealed is the human brain
doesn't comprehend exactly when all the details are happening, you just go, oh, how false! I like that!
I would have do that right now, but you gotta wait like nine months for it.
Yeah, I mean, it's always forever. I think it could be a big change in the game, but super keen for it.
There's a disround though, as we lock here. It remains one down,
and it's checklist stuff at the moment for double rx who have still bought that Maverick
despite the
Perhaps an anticipation for the bandit
Of course have the uh, so feel so it could be very difficult for scars naturally to keep these walls electrified
They know for a drop. There is some presence down below from the attack
Nina trying to find a timing here on to leave
time though me quite find it he gets away he's away Nina has low on HP so once
you have five is one thing but a C4 is another he's ripping it throwing it and
getting the kill the yoyo the Hibana in the grave looking for that flank potential
but I pursue as a good brain about it it goes into the long wins engagement
towards games room instead of going to that narrow hallway towards 90 you
want to create distance between yourself and the post shotgun that's
them sure. He also wants to access the good equality beneath the bombsite and he'll get both
backwards that direction. The only issue with double rx now is that time is taken away 45 seconds
in spit theory being applied here. Garrett store backstab, vertical pressure downstairs and of
course that attacks the mountings at a meeting on the other side of the map.
He's gone.
Oh, look there, from where Shoryu is, he's hopping up and looking for more, and that's
exactly what he'll find.
He's in there showing some fight and can go for the rest, so 15 seconds will remain.
Three versus four, favourable here for Skars.
Now it tries to take space, but this one can pull, go to see a wreck, we'll net the kill, you can continue to fight eventually, we'll fall
And there's the catch onto the funnel, number of occursive solid start here, our Scars
We're a bit of patience, some of the Scars once upon a time didn't have much off similar to CAG actually is
Always fighting, running, pushing and those very strong winnable rounds where you're playing 4 versus 3 and
and timers low for the attack, they should be winnable like 90% of the time
by the team like scars in the past where they only win them 50% or 60%
right here they showed us a great bit of discipline
never letting off-cattle grafters, never leaving pillar
and waiting for the attackers to get right by the bombsite doors into that cross
and then they swank over the kills
so very good to see there from the basic fundamentals
also respecting their opponent despite them being a bit lower on the standings
I'd love to see that.
And for Double LRX, I was a big fan of their office,
of the Lila Brothers, getting sub-destruction, the Maverick, the Hibana,
getting different ways of dealing with the potential Bandit,
which, by the way, scars were hiding the Bandit, the entire drone phase,
so they didn't know for sure whether they were being up against it or not,
but they still brought the constituencies in case of.
And that's the big sign. That's good.
I think we saw some positive signs in the opening round of LRX, maybe convincing me that we
could see some flight from them in this game.
The stars will continue to try and remain disciplined over the course of this match,
all but lock in their appearance in finals again for clarification heading into the
day the chance of them making it seeing it about 90% plus it would be pretty
disastrous to take a lot for them to not make the top four given current
standings but I'll take anything for granted and this is a matchup for them to
have the same muscles and get a little bit of form and confidence as we
close it towards the finals. One bar off over towards kitchen now under pressure
but able to eat up those impact grenades and Koromomo did catch rank on
in his rotation attempt, Wachai will be confirmed, like this was in the corner and Akus was injured
outside. I don't understand how Wachai got injured. I was looking and waiting for it,
but there was no grenade thrown here from the Maverick and they had a Sophia and switched
before, maybe it was a trade, I'm not entirely certain. Either way, it gives
that the pushing power to Maui on Blitz, because Hat was starting up and injured,
there was a really strong crossfire established between the two defenders and
then Maui cannot force him to run away and then catch the kill from the other
angle from the cruiser so big moment there with double rx to get the first
step done very successfully. Having only three attackers left it's by all means
winnable but it does test your problem-solving skills because now you
have no extra member. Every single of the three attackers has been the
perfect spot with the right tools with the right amount of health either
going for a plant or going for a push in the kill. You cannot afford to make
any mistakes. He's going to maverick the outside wall. Right now, time pressure on single and
cutting off the bomb site rotation. Akusu and Nomad and Mao and the Blitz working together,
likely working down the Exo Staircase approaching the bomb site.
In 50 seconds, problem solving is decided to be tested.
Yuke is able to deploy his utility and still has two gas babes remaining on the smoke.
It's gonna offer really good still out, especially you can sit in our and a cruiser up both critically low on HP
It's gonna be a challenge for them to push to that utility that ends up being
Left and it seems to be a case chop's not landing in the boots. Let's go deep or
Fish like able to work inside of the smoke and the glasses giving him full vision
Because of that gas babe and who's who being so low. He was unable to follow up
Edge up, should be pretty cool.
Doesn't get Ivar.
Probably expecting to swing from the whole line and maybe being able to follow it up into the player in his back
but in the end, unable to get Ivar.
10 seconds though, the floor line might have potentially watched this up.
He doesn't have the best routing and the positions from Skars are good.
I'll take, round two.
Sgt. Alkard moment right there and there are missing one critical thing for the attack.
No verticality.
No soft reaching charges. Sophia died early. Maverick can't do with the gadget. It's really iffy
So they can play by that strong pillar position in the bottom of XO
And that's what I said earlier about getting the right attackers in the perfect location
Had the defensive scars there not dead pillar. You could do what you did walk down XO
Take the fire walk into the bomb site. The issue is they did play pillar and they also had a watching for the injury here
and what downed him? You see that? He impacted Nade the Blitz shield and it gets injured the
moment it exploded, but it wasn't the impact that injured him. I'm so confused. Um, either
way, they did take Killr and they had a Warden, so they were smoking against a Warden
and the Blitz died for nothing. It's a bit of a stroke on the server. I'm really curious
what happened. I frankly have no clue. Maybe Sophia spammed him, but Sophia died at the
same time so I don't know. Might have lost.
One thing's for sure. How will I hit the storage? I don't know. You're gonna have to light up the replay following how you look. I'm gonna have to, genuinely.
You saw the Q's tech that Fed posted. Speaking of replays, I'm telling you, Casual can teach players a lot of things because Casual players, they just do stuff and they don't care.
I don't care.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, let me cook real quick and pull out that, the craziest strat that in cashlows, like
a whatever, but then like in pro play, you can just make a break around.
Very intrigued though to know if that was to be used in a pro match, if it would be
considered an unintended mechanic and not actually permitted.
That would be a can of worms that I would not want to be giving to Angledimps.
I do wonder as well if there's other... I mean I tried to think of it quickly when I saw the clip.
The other positions where that fuse tech would actually work. I'm sure that you could find them.
Oh yeah.
I have a story from the G2 days where Uno and the rest of the team spent like two straight hours in custom games
to find a huge cluster charge that would deny the bandit from tricking on
Kloppau's basement church triple wall. It was like a kitchen they put it on in a
kitchen hallway where the first fuse would destroy the top soft layer above
the reinforcement and the second fuse charge that possibly go down into that
reinforcement and straight down towards the bandit and kill the bandit and the
bandit batteries. That was back in the bandit tricking meta. And we
never used the once in pro league but we did spend hours trying to figure it
out in custom games and then we did succeed but it was a shot that was never utilized by anybody
so wasted time on the IQ so you still do it yeah theoretically yes i don't see why not
someone go in there and spin a couple hours and think about this because i'm not going to do anything
this sounds being a grind but finally blood will be drawn gin is as you say going to the
plan inside of storage bountiful's from a momo as well but despite that it is a success
And so we enter a post, 10 double rx, forge their path towards taking their first round.
It seems as if Skars have other options, as a Kuzu now finds himself isolated over this
cargo, not the best of positions and fish like seemingly ready and waiting.
Got a little scary for Skars in that third round, but it is still a Skars round in
the end.
A lot of people would be questioning why the player in the attack upstairs in IT was playing
so aggressive swinging towards Pillar, but it's because they didn't go for a default
plant spot.
They pegged much deeper than they normally would and therefore the guy in IT had to
also walk in and take those slides.
With that though, the WRX they lose the gunfight upstairs, they lose the verticality
and it heavily works against them.
They lose two separate members to it and the postman, not very strong for Sophia
that was stuck in games room with no line of sight towards the actual case and
couldn't have time to go top floor either so against more details right now not
going the favorite double RX and stars rather than great about punishing them
as well we will call a technical timeout we'll set them to the game they are
attacking after all here in Night Haven and they are expected by most
players to get three maybe even four rounds for it on the possible it could
still fight the title
We really are seeing labs on one occasion this stage, so the numbers aren't going to mean
a whole lot in terms of global numbers though for this stage.
Labs has been played on 20 occasions, 56% in favour of defence, so you're definitely
the kind of map where the attack can find success and try and hit that 3 mark, a 3
around on the benchmark.
I mean to the credit of DoubleRX, they've looked decently competitive over the course
of these first few rounds, but one percent is catching up with them.
And SCAHA is a so mechanically gifted that you give them the small opportunities.
They will seize them, and that's exactly what you're doing in the case.
See that if that changes here in the second rotation as we return back up above, we'll
see how the blarex try and shape up in this re-attempt for this site. The lineup, at least
as it stands right now, suggesting we could see a pretty heavy clear of what's involved
is with the cap detail and the nomad, etc. So that could be interesting to watch.
In a banded bender way, so walls will be opened up with guarantee. Scarge from the
ying from play. The ying has been super instrumental, but it does give you less
pushing parts and attack, leaving open like I said the capitol, operators at the glass,
any of the shields.
Pricey enough we're not seeing a ton of like solid snake demos which were both very very
efficient operators here in Nighthaven both the roam clear, the information, the vocality,
even just getting a bunch of throwable utility cause mind you solid snake owners spawned
with one of any throwable in pocket but with every death in the server, his teammates
or his opponents there's a little satchel that drops on the ground and you can
pick up one more of any throwable so you can have one grenade, one more flashbang, one
12 grenade, and you can throw out the grenade, keep another grenade. You do have a lot of
potential to chain reaction those, and not even as a map where you often find a kill
before the execution so just something to note, the value there is a bit higher than
in some of the maps. We're doing our best artwork here on the exterior server wall
IT wall hitting both some people's in here by next time is also a half straight into
If we've quite seen the aftermath of that wall, but there it is tonight
since the decent clean as
Warwick's also work consights simultaneously
have a bit of a pincer attack at the moment defuser is routed
The opposing side to suggest that they do shape up for the rafters clear
Eventually in here is that you to say maybe to follow in the meantime
I'll play it down, but his utility already expended and Akuzu did find one back. So
Certainly while stabilized position double our expert. This is a key moment in the round gin
As he tries to take space over the world's warehouse to pull the successful
They're all good spot here above teams. They both want to get to a stronger position inside the map, but
Strong to do so. Attacker's getting cattle control and off tank and aqua as well. They shoot like to be everything and it gets cleaned up immediately
It's not turning to the flash and now the follow-up from mouth
as he walks to the click of the core
Reactive faded I think
Most of...
But either way, double-RX have been able to march forward elsewhere.
A sign of a good split attack, and it has left Wreck on an island, and double-RX with their...
Sight strain on this position, and...
It wasn't the cleanest of shots, but it was enough for double-RX to get their first round on the board.
They've had to take from all those different directions.
Calwalk, IIT, meeting backstep and Aqua Hallway ensures that all they got to do is win one good gunfight and the backstep pressure
Will become too much for Scars. That's where they find that gap. They create good a bit of space
Nina probably regretting swinging out so offensively early in the round to go down
Making that 5v4 into a 4v4
But I'd love to have one more gun for the late round execute
Benefit is that if Scars don't want to keep going to that bomb site
They could just simply go elsewhere, but they actually will just double down and go straight back to it
Probably saying guys that was a mistake on our side
We can play the same operators make teeny tiny adjustments to get a much stronger result for ourselves
So it's back to double RX to adapt and counter this accordingly and go for a different attack
Right when the same is actually in twice is probably gonna be a red and counter by scars
You don't see repeats too often in the modern era.
You can see how this one does end up shaping up, solid work over all there from level Rx.
I think they're being rewarded for some of the good macro play they have had on our
flow over the course of this stage and just being able to be a little bit better
refined in actually being able to translate that into some wind conditions there.
That's all the work from them.
I now have to try and back it up here on the exact same site where scars will be arguably
better prepared.
A very different looking push here from double Rx.
Bring double primary hard bridge this time around as opposed to just the singular
last round.
Now Blitz no longer in play
Like introduction of the floor is that's going to aid a lot
There's the only side utility things of which there is a high volume
So we're gonna open a cake right now with the bar X setting things up
Very good to put the air jabs with forage runs go to destroy utility
I'll use the last bit of hot destruction bill mostly on this
I'll put in my wall and my T's, I'll sell mass and I'll all spend, but we used to have
a ton of supplies and pocket all the T's in fact, for later use.
So they're, instead of doing like a 50-50 where they both reach the wall together and
they both have spare and pocket, they're just spending everything on one guy.
To enable co-mobiles to go for the entry, Thine's the kill actually, onto a shoy.
The catwalk control, more or less glanted with that kill, it's a matter of if they
can get in there.
So now they get the airchips, the mix-makers, and lock down those rotations towards IT free.
Limiting Scar's aggression to try and get back the numbers, and they're not gonna get it.
Absolutely sick of Nina downstairs. Two times now when Nina dies.
A little bit too early here in the pulse.
And now it feels like for Scar, the only option they have is to keep swimming in,
because this 3v5 feels undefendable as the timer's taken down.
We've seen special moments from the likes of Wreck in the past and it feels as if he'll
be put under the spot like here in round number 5 as he gets pressured down below the impact
from a Kuzoo.
Doesn't take a damage, but fish like and you kids hit that car door at 3 vs 3 40 seconds.
the kills and Akus being so on HP makes it almost like a 3 versus 2 actually.
A single team that talks with Babe, three of which are here for you kids
can be starting to go on out and limit one of the three angles they can get
attacked from. So scars have sound cues to do intel. No one will attack you from,
it's your first chance to play. That one there is a kill and the case now
caught on the ground.
Yeah, and if Akus is so low on Karamo, it's a far away as if looking like a
Not the round they're supposed to win, but I mean they'll take it losing two players early and somehow finding that comeback
DoubleRx giving them too many 1v1 gunfights in the server, something that you don't really want to do against Scars, they're so formidable that kind of play style.
It leads us to a potential 5-1 half of Scars, unless DoubleRx can get that second round on the board.
And they're not going to go basement, they're just going for the tertiary of storage control instead, working off the map control, the verticality.
And we did see DoubleRx get it planned down successfully last time, but not successful in the retake in the post plan.
that so it was a loss eventually yes it was and so the re-selection of second
form back to back ends up being a net success for stars on around now all the
half and an opportunity for them to consolidate this lead or maybe throw
the blarex to show last signs of life storage is the next site up on successfully back in round
number three my scars that did go down but a very snappy retake from scars did patch
the blarex off guard so if they are to get themselves in a plant position this time around
certainly a part of the game they'll be looking to tidy up
I see a Thatcher and I see a Blitz.
I usually tell me that they want to go try and go for a plant.
As well as the other thatcher there's no wall and I'll operate this and play develop
and bend away.
It's going to go downstairs, it's going to play the one watching below possibly.
EMP to the floor to support the planter getting a little home my god Nina.
Good night and goodbye.
Three rounds in a row and he dies early.
This time, it just walks up, pushes here by the barricade, goes straight on the barricade
bang, once it hits, gets the kill.
Oh boy.
And now with double Rx even thatch in the basement with the EMPs ready, there's not
much that can stop them from actually going for a plant.
There's no more C4, there's no root for the pulls, it's just the Tuxedibs here
from Mashau, which can be EMPed midair by the thatcher.
Yeah, it's looking good at the moment full of double Rx and what is a T-proud.
We're sure you gained space though, smokes do go out and there's coverage up above on the bird, push forward, plant denied.
Utility ultimately not the biggest difference made during the round. Shade of gunplay and positioning there from Skars.
We'll net them the win. It looked promising for double Rx but it's got to be kind of a punch to the gut to lose this round.
In such a fashion that one will hurt. That one will sting Skars up 5-1 at the halftime break.
I
It's been a great start for Skars. A 5-1 lead stacking those rounds on defense and
more double RX to each other. A little bit of fire to being able to net one round, a
plant in another and a promising setup there in the final of the half-neck. They just weren't
quite good enough against his ruthless Skars outfit to make those opportunities count.
It's been an uphill battle, that's for sure. And again, this might be one of
games with double RX is going to say guys we we should have won three and a half looking
good for a potential fourth maybe and it could have been a whole different game. You can talk
about that after the match is over of course right now. You just kind of feel a bit of sadness
in the server if you're a player on their side thinking not good enough mistakes are
happening here and also taking scars and not even laps the map where I would say
they're very efficient on but this is also the struggle of being a lower ranked team
your map pool, your depth, your strats, not going to be as good as your top opponents.
And I don't know if there's any like good map feeder that could happen here from the
side of double rx where they would be favored.
So they chose the most comfortable spot for them and they're also going to start here
in the fourth option bomb side of kitchen with the kimono on the play.
So try not to throw a kerf ball in the worksite now towards gars.
I think every time I cast with Jake and we see this site he has an aneurysm.
He is not a fan of this objective, I don't know what you all thought of, but the numbers
aren't pretty bad to be honest, it is incredibly attack-asided.
I think there are a couple of exemptions to that, some teams are really good at defending
this side, but in general I swear every time I cast it, it's just a shamble, so I'm
intrigued to see how it goes, it's very tough for the defense, you can't challenge
the vert, big alliance on the lobby extension, you can get exposed by the direct hit, so
there's a lot of options here to start with.
If you see this stat there, it said that if defenders get opening, you can get a 100% conversion to a round victory.
So it's very simple. It all boils down to can they find the first kill and then they'll win the round.
Don't know what complicated.
You know, in MOBA games, there's the term they say, don't worry, we're scaling.
And it's like, if you're losing a game, you cannot say we're scaling as we're coping.
I'm not sure we have a c-strip for that actually, but good bit of damage there close to Kormomo on the clash doesn't die
But it could be destroyed now by a bit of fire or Sophia's suffrage is actually
You know the scaling term though, are you afraid?
Yeah, yeah, yeah
What should we do in C3R? My favorite game is obviously Rainbow Six, but I do dabble in them over every now and again
Not gonna break it. Okay
You don't gotta be good. Just gotta participate. Can I have a bit of fun?
the biggest thing I learned in those style of games though is it's never your fault it's always
a team always there's always someone to blame don't worry it's never you usually often is jungle
diff but sometimes you can support diff as well as I know what your role is I mean when I play
she's professionally I just blame my teammates as well like KS go get you know she just kind of
picked a player that was it open and kill with the defense 100% conversion rate double RX
Statistically cannot lose this round. I'm getting scared for the neck. I would hate to see them lose the round now
I know how it goes
Like super unique to lock it all cars. They've got the top control with the cutoff and the nomad
The clash is susceptible as you mentioned to
impact the new kids the flames and we're showing us
You're totally convinced and there's the intro what did I did you get barricade banged or
or must have that is unlucky honestly but really fair it didn't have much 120
health before so they get the revive off which should be safe to get it'll be
all the same if they go to the revive though and they just walk in the hallway
that could be a problem and I feel me see the blocks below I think they have
no idea they're injured they have no I don't take it back they got it
even man count like it oh he crawled past the corner he crawled into the
Holy and dying.
Mmm.
Oh.
Interesting.
I would have thought you were on the other wing.
Let's see how this one shapes out.
Half a minute for Skars to bring this round back.
Another parricade bang.
You like to hear me?
A parricade bang.
A parricade bang.
The LRX could be the first team to lose this side on defense after getting the
opening hill.
Skars are cashing a stage worth of luck in that one round.
Two barricade bangs, one injure, one kill, an air jab goes off for a third, and it's a flawless round after the first member of Sascarz goes down early.
What have I just witnessed? It's a complete disaster. I mean, sometimes you play Polly, and sometimes you're just not lucky enough to win a round.
And that one felt like the letter for doubleRX. They should have had a good chance at that one, but not a chance in L.
And with that, no world in which DoubleRX can get all three points a night, they came
into this evening with a single digit percentage chance of making playoffs and so I think it's
probably a pretty safe bet that they are now out of the running for top four.
And they've put in a good effort tonight, genuinely lucky and good two to three rounds
over the course of this matchup.
unfortunately that is proven to be a devastating difference maker in this
matchup stars on the other side I'll be able to lock in all three points as
swiftly as possible as they try and keep their chances of a live of finishing
top at the end of the stage that's possible pending other results but
Most importantly, they secure themselves into the farm.
What's he thinking right now about what our double RX can do to really shake things off?
It's just about the individual things, right? Getting your gun high, staying strong, not making too many mistakes in the server.
I mean, Fish likes on the few shields. He's gonna bring that out. We spoke of it earlier when we were watching the first game.
Pressence is felt.
There could be two hundred people down, so let's make it the exact same thing.
They want to isolate these defenders.
Just build that advantage.
And it's a very big role here from doubleRx.
They have four out of five people offside.
Getting very active.
Which is good if you want to control the map space.
What happens if Scars hit the bomb site in about twenty seconds from now?
A lot of trouble.
Kuzu is looking potentially a little dangerous here over towards 90.
We'll see if Skars are counted for that potential flank as they go for a lurk in the side and
it's a success.
No one's in sight!
No one's in sight!
Go!
It's now Skars' site to lose and Skars' round to lose barring a big fight back on
double rx but it's you and jinn they're both up above just like to go for the plant as jinn
gets zoned off oh it's crumbled here and despite the plant going down it won't count for much a dominant
display from stars who walk away with all three points should be enough to unofficially lock them
in to a top four finals position and for double rx they've run in stage two seemingly now
I'm still in a prop dent.
I mean very well done, you carry so much about it.
Again, Scars, I think they came to the States too with a bit of a question mark from everyone and themselves about what is the level actually at?
Are they going to be contending for top 4, for top 2? Will they barely make it into playoffs?
No, they're different in conversation for that top 3, you know, together with the likes of CAG, B+, Scars very much in that conversation.
looking consistent looking good didn't have to clutch from us today either we're supposed to down to double our axis
I'm gonna see inability to close out rounds that little strong early to mid games
But then a lot of weak late games or the trying to plant they get stopped or they do it a planting
But the retake isn't successful
All right in the post office school. So some shortcomings, but no, I didn't invest in sure for double RX
Yeah, definitely
We're on the receiving end of a few unlucky moments over the course of that yeah of one but
Definitely not enough to make up for a seven one
Deficit and looking across at some of the numbers on the side of scars
It's you kids labeled as the MVP of the map walking away with over a 140 EPS a nine to one
Hey D and much like fish like and wreck and 88 percent cost as well
so those guys were having a consistent impact and essentially all but one of those rounds.
So an impressive display from Skars, ultimately the kind of result, obviously, that you would
expect in this game as we look across schedule and how that is shaping up. That's two down,
two to go, and we haven't really seen anything too surprising up until this point yet.
No, and I think not to be that guy, but next game could be a speedrunner half as well.
CIG by Viral OB against, can you be my enemy?
The second best team for Indian standings against the bottom CIG team, we don't know how they're supposed to go.
Well we've had two sided one, two sided games brother, so far up until this point, Nick.
Let's see if the third will also suffer that same fate.
Can you be my enemy? And CIG by Viral on the other side of the break.
I just remember playing ranked one day and I got a message from president literally saying
do you want to try off my team and they were like the best challenger league team at the
time and I was just a ranked player so I think having that sort of connection elevated my
name a little bit compared to the rest of the people.
Esports is a very big who you know.
There's a lot of friendship teams, and even playing ranked, like it's all about, you know,
if you're friends with the other pros and stuff. And I think it definitely helped my
Pathbird approach just having a brother in that existing esports community, because
as soon as I started playing ranked, a lot of people were saying, who am I? It's a
Seijun's brother. So I think that for me personally, and I think that for a few other
people, esports communities are really, really helpful to become a pro player, basically.
When I first joined Challenger League, I think that I had absolutely no idea what I was
doing. Even throughout the first stage of Challenger League, I think I don't even think
I got more than like seven kills in an official for the entire stage, but like my team has
just trusted me and I used that first stage as like a learning curve and then I think
we qualified for Oceanic Nationals in 2022 and that was the first time that I got to
play against like the big teams back then which were like Nights, Wild Card, or whatever
sort of thing. Playing against them was like such a surreal feeling and it's a really
big adjustment but yeah I think it took me like at least a year to get into a sort
competitive player. That first year of 2022 my goal was just to be competitive against the best
because that's what I thought was sort of the what I needed to do as a pro. Throughout that year
I then got picked up to Bliss and I kind of once I joined Bliss it kind of elevated to the next level
and I could feel myself sort of surpassing some of the current pro players and that was like the
most amazing feeling and that's what like encouraged me to keep going and now it's like
I want to do that at an international level. I think the biggest challenge for me at the
at the moment is taking that next step.
It's actually like the challenge that I'm currently on
is taking the step from an host siege player
to an international siege pro player
because we don't get the opportunities
that teams in Europe and Brazil, for example, get.
So like the only time that we get to prove ourselves
against the best is at an international event
if we even make it.
So I feel for an host player that would all say
the same thing that that's the biggest challenge
is taking that next step.
I
I
Baby, say it, I'm making it
I'm dead, but it ain't a lie
La la la la la, I like it, I just wanna, wanna, wanna
I'm ready to turn right to be right
Cause I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm
Take two or one, give me a buck on my butt at the night
Good class up, give me a buck on my butt at the night
I'm a legend, I'm like a spy
I can't hide it, I'm playing dead
Because I'm in coffee, yes
Cause I wanna marry you, I feel like a girl
But I don't care what they say
I like it, I go la la la la la
I like it, I just want to, want to, want to
Oh baby, say it and make it
And tell me what it is
La la la la la la la
I like it, I just wanna, wanna, wanna
Oh baby, it's alright to be right
Cause I, I, I, I, I, I
Yeah
Salad, I just go to your wall, fight for it
To make you stay just fine, yeah, yeah
I like it, I go la la la la la
I like it, I just want, want, want, want
I like it, I just want, want, want, want
But when it's all right to be right
Cause I've been on and on and on
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
The flower of the eons, as far as I can dance,
I'll be blown away.
I can't find the code to ring in the far side of the honeycomb,
I can't see it.
I'm breaking up with you.
This is the last wish of mine.
I'm happy
The waves of people dying
The light that shatters
The twinkling light that shimmers
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
two games down two to go it's been a little bit of a speedrun so far this
evening let's hope that we get some closer games to follow unfortunately
I'm going to transition to talk about the next game which probably really
shouldn't be all that close here G can you be my enemy Nick this is likely
to be another one side of the fact it should be on paper I would have to say
that anything is possible, but CIG they've been more locked in than ever feels like, right?
Osaka Major on the line, they're trying their best to get to the highest level of pass if
they can, because they have to go into playoffs obviously, and then play view of 3s, play
even top 4 opponents. I don't think they're going to let go of that speed right now.
They're going to keep going as hard as they can.
Yeah, let's have a look at the rosters for this matchup, it's like diving into
the game when they are good to go. Of course, up first is CAG by Varyl, formidable force,
another solid stage from them so far, but a very small blemish on their record, Nick.
It was a victory, but in overtime against Skars yesterday, which unfortunately means
they are unable to have a flawless run through this group stage by dropping a singular
What's the point? Is there much more to be made of that or is it just the best of one kind of thing?
We spoke to Zac, aka Arcoli after a match, but he said how it wasn't really too bothering about going into a losing position and going into overtime and whatnot
because it did start ahead in the 4-1 match that you saw here in the replay system.
And I think that's spoken about their mental changes, right?
When Spartan first joined the CHE roster as a coach, he was not just in all the
interviews about how mentally this is quite a weak team at times, how they're
either giving up or they lack confidence or don't have the right approach to
practices like scrims in their everyday life and the more we speak to them, since
Spikey Dog and Sinister kind of changed their structure, they keep saying how
the mental is better, they're more confident, they never give up and how
they generally now believe that they can beat these really good teams that
doubting themselves and I think the results showed that too.
On the opposition for tonight can you be my enemy? They entered the play day with no points to show you for their efforts so far.
They do find themselves slightly elevated above Trippie courtesy of their round differential but
an opportunity tonight to have a little bit of a free punch at the giant.
What have you made of that performance so far this stage Nick and do they stand much of a chance here at all against CIG?
I will say that they are looking a little bit better over time, but they're still a little bit behind the curve.
I think the biggest thing to note is that they generally always have somebody dropping like a 0-10 scoreline, which is a big problem.
It's not an issue that your occasional player goes to 0-7, 0-10, it happens once for everybody,
but it's like every single match, like here, a total of 0-4 for example, right?
And then next game will be an argument, it's a gingo, they take turns,
and they never have the full 5v5 up in the server necessarily.
But then on the other side, we also have seen them starting to go into themselves and having some big pop-off moments and having a touchability which they've been missing in Stage 1.
So, yeah, getting better and better, but not quite there yet.
Yeah, hard to really disagree with that assessment.
I'm hopeful that they can show a little bit tonight. They'll be playing with the freedom of not really having too much to lose in this particular matchup.
The odds are absolutely stacked against them and not every day of the week that you see a matchup that is this
One-sided on paper, but one thing's a certain is the map video. So let's have a look across at how that has been confirmed
I haven't
Ruined it for myself this time next time. I'm seeing it live alongside everybody else rank or layer
In the final map hang and rank
Can you remind me on the attack as well? A map that can definitely lean itself into being favourable for the attack, so we'll see if they're able to capitalise on it.
Okay, so I mean, can you remind me? We're just going to look at their executes, their setups, their discipline, the step 1s, the 2s, the 3s.
When I lose a round, I'm just really watching for how successful they can be, how many of those checklist items they can cross off on their attacks.
attacks because that's going to show us exactly how much they've improved and how good they've become.
For CAG Barbaro, it's CAG, right? You're going to do great things regardless and it's the matter
of how one-sided they can try and force this match up. Yeah, in terms of numbers for this CAG,
over the course of the year since March, a 4-3, a little bit mixed but that would be a
kind of international performances I would assume. But can you be my enemy one loss? And that
was actually against SCARS so on a similar footing to CAG if not trailing slightly behind that was a
2-7 in favor of SCARS so maybe a little bit of a precursor for what you'd expect but that was quite
a while ago and maybe can you can you remind me have been able to refine this map a little bit of
course it is going to be a tough one there's no other way to pitch this than being a super
one-sided affair. We've seen a couple of results this year in this stage in APL that were a little
unexpected. So nothing comes for free and CAG will need to still put their best foot forward.
Just a Yanaki there in game saying good luck to CAG by Veryl. Yeah, good luck to you guys. No, have fun.
Over at the Bands are rolling by. We saw some crazy win rates like Shuri getting a
multi kills or two kills or more had like a 93% win rate and around the city by
Veral whenever DD picks the shangha 89% as well mix those two together I mean
it's over right well upper the bands are gonna be the glass and the Monty and the
kaid and the asami so nothing really too crazy I love the fact that CIG
opting for kind of like specific target bands towards can you be my enemy
rather than just your double heart breach or can I usually approach here
still paying some respect than preparing future matches with this experience.
Let's jump into this one though and take it on a round by round basis and see if
can you be my enemy have the means to clear signs of competitiveness in this particular
In particular, that trap contains a lot of aspirations to be clear that's essentially nil, rounded down to 0% going into today.
There might be still a weird way they can make it, but it's extremely unlikely what they can do is make it to the statement here and maybe make COG look a little silly this week.
If they were to get a result it would be massive news as for this opening round, a lineup from
me on my advice rather suggesting that this is a sense of hatch-drop inter-site and solid
snake given the license to lurk over the water garage.
It's good that that's here, obviously executes and BME, they have a lot of that in this round.
The question is, can they get to the bomb site?
Will it be stopped early?
Because CGL, map presence, outcamps, Jokers goings, mid-jammering, other mines, roaming
side of Telus, Narkyves, an open area.
It's okay to go almost quite a good time in there, getting a freeway to SAC there,
but it's just been eluded, crossing around the corner.
Exactly they're actually caught off guard if in the Yokojou and most of the intel there in some lobby in the SSD demand
Not you can it second floor lobby yokai so indeed there was full intel on the attack the entire time
I was a massive nitro from Addison
And that will likely confirm the round for CAG pardon me borrowing yeah some kind of what come back but I
Don't think the comeback is on the cards
He's old over towards stock.
Now you're almost catching picked over towards Lobby and whilst it won't be a flawless opening
round for CAG, he's probably a sign of what, respect, over the course of the next 35-40
minutes.
So let's start the match for CAG.
Every single FighterZip for one had a yellow ping either from a Valkyrie or a Yoko drone
from CAG.
Complete dominance in the early stage of that round.
This is the problem often with picking a heavy, execute attacking lineup.
What happens if you do not get to the bomb site?
They die with every single sense roli poli in pocket, every Thatcher EMP, and every flash
from the Blitz.
Nothing really came to life.
This is often why we see attackers need to pick the kind of attacking lineup.
You go straight for third tunnel, into what server and you attack the bomb site directly
so you can utilize everything on the site itself.
If you are going to go for run clear, do not be shy about spending your utility, it's better to spend a good portion of the things you have in your pocket so that you can get to the side of the winning chance and to never spend any of it and you don't even get to see the bomb site.
So for BME, that's kind of going to be the starting point.
Okay, we got our U stuff, we fall around us over, ready to try and get to the bomb site blue so we don't get there at all.
Let's jump in to round number 2 and at least I'm so far so good looking like it may well
be another direct hit here from any beam of enemy.
It doesn't necessarily have to be super fast paced but with the low route and the sense
in play I think it's pretty safe to assume that if you're looking for a console hit
They do have double catch, and that could throw the attacking utility and the layering of that off, significantly pending where CIG is at the bottom.
Also just a very clear and concise pen here from CIG to round to narrow. First round, double intel, the echo and the valkyrie.
second round double denial in the sense of the details like you said the egg on the wall mine
and it's a very simple and clear wing condition that everyone knows how to play around
for BME they've got to create a gap and make that opening occur that can be the armor flying
up a hatch in stock of janitors combined with a flashbang of some green bees some chaos by the
side in the uh early polis or scents or an injured early peak here on to annatin possibly
should be a free beat walks up a staircase does confirm the kill from nova there great job
EME is starting off much stronger around here.
Good scouting in the round here from Can You Be My Enemy, spawning the double shield setup, Jens, and Stock Hall.
It's actually looking like it might be a Muramaru patch stock here, which is very interesting.
Yeah, it's gonna be for the red bonsoil of the sense will deploy you so we may be enough to meet
Cg off guard
Straight up Kenny catch a timing red pin courtesy of the grim and the timing is found and the kill
Good work. I want to show reap a nice sort of set play from the attack this ground
But cg will not go down without a fight soccer
massive 2k
As the DMRs now start to get to work for the attack leaving DD man and the hero
He's now in the grave alive, meaning it's one versus three.
He did it.
Not impossible for DD, man, but he's positioned well in Truly9, known in the crosses.
Ah, cut off on the attack.
Quite likely to go down at the moment's time, but there's no rush here for the attack,
and the creep is caught.
That was a really good round.
Can you be my enemy?
I love there, they may execute there. The flashbang, the grim bees, up the hatch in the stock, they go for a comfortable swing.
I sometimes you see the armor, you know, you go up the hatch, enemies have kind of left the area, so you just kind of stay your ground and don't make the play.
No, no, as so just white swings, the hallway gets a kill and keeps with that aggression.
That combined with Anizen dying early as the bandit opening def, well, the 5v3.
the part to stop, to get a win to work on the other side, they're in top square, they're in
stock, they're almost giving CIG no place to thrive in, and to make matters even more difficult
for the defenders, we did have that DMR nerf happen in the most recent patch only a month or so ago,
meaning that playing Aroni and Tuporau, much much more challenging and much much lower
picker across every single region, so when you get those DMRs activated on a long angle,
It's very hard to fight back against as a defender.
Maybe we will be in for a competitive match.
It's always early.
We'll give it all that early.
Until we've ultimately seen a little bit of both halves play out.
But at least the second round there from the attack was sharp.
Some nice creative playmaking being displayed there.
I don't think that I have personally ever seen an official or if I haven't been a long time in a maru
I can stop the hatch
I don't work out of it
Yeah it's good of it
I'm the raiora here in this round suggesting that we could see some more creative strategies deployed
which is certainly an exciting prospect
I mean I'm thinking for open air
I mean you can close off a lot of different doors
both with flank and like arc house and sewer door in that case
You can close it a double door that leads from the kitchen bomb site into open air bomb site giving this cross class to the defenders and
Like you said, I just love raw because it shows that there's something special being made up for this map for this round rather
We'll have to wait and see exactly where it goes down right now. Toby is downstairs inside a server
Looking to walk on up for these teammates. He's closing up his first door. I
Think towards the sides that they can attack the wrong game instead of the half living the script here
Pressure being generated towards our close control of the square, there is an impact though that could open a reroute opportunity for COG, now up close, DD man!
So much pressure flashed out the quad walls, open, how is he still alive?
He's in a cross, finally falls!
In the meantime, two members of the attack are dead.
He's done a good job there, DD Man, to just hold on for a little while longer and allow the rest of the defense to reposition.
Yinagi now trying to link up over towards the position of Blitz.
He falls, and it's in with good isolation.
And Yinagi coming out of the wall selectively.
Solid effort again here in this round with the pocket play from the attack, but ultimately,
The man especially offered really good stoll up on the side the rest of cg by viral work quick to respond
Yeah, I mean they had the right operator
It was the right second they each of the pockets are gonna go for a counter
Right in fact that the archives Romer has impact grenade to destroy the the gate of the Aurora
Makes all the difference and then CD kind of surrender the bomb site and go for a backs that play
Archive, Teller, Server and say we can have Blitz have the site itself, he can't go for
a plant, he's the last attacking member upstairs being the flank watcher on the Nomad so, he
don't have any way to win the round and they can circle back towards the Bum site, I sleep
nob on the Blitz and get the round locked in and funny enough it's going to be an
echo target band away by BME having a single round presence, they did not enjoy playing
against that operator yeah it's been up next the Grim and the Echo to be banned
out Echo was actually selected by the last time out on this Locker CC set as for
the Grim had an appearance on second floor and the yeah proved to be pretty
useful tool and some of the info gathered for the stock hall clear neither
which will be available for the remainder of this first half, line up from the attack again,
suggesting probably a hatch drop set play. We'll see if they're able to actually get into
their set positions this time. IQ. This is the thing that's a little bit
flies in time, says that you could just have left the echo open, played the IQ,
You'll notice that they move around the house to catch them or not
But each you're gonna play the IQ regardless. It's a nothing though if you'd rather get rid of it
And there's no chance that CG by Varel would ever ban the IQ because that is like it's not gonna happen in like seven years
I think at this point
Such a reality
Either way, I'll deal with this the
Immunable cameras here from Edderton placed inside a server inside a lobby instead of square
Those are the three areas for all the Valkyries
seems as if this round may hinge on this awful sight success
shereep will be impacted all the way
and this guy's great damage
shereep doesn't get cut off surprisingly from the repelop top square
a little bit crazy
nitro cell down below that's for the pop square double door entry if you've had
The rest of the team will creep, the square side will be as well, so you can go and cap
the bay courtesy of the FNOT mine.
I'm being taken but in a 4v5 for a basement XE it's a very very difficult position now
for the attack playmaker to take, calculated risk.
They've still got a decent chunk of the Nile utility available.
They continue to land E-shots and Sherry repels himself to 5 kills over the course of this
map so far.
Leaving the last few manoeuvres.
Pretty deserted.
Yeah.
A lot of hope lost in the final 40 seconds.
Again, very good room conditions for CHE, early aggression with the Valakims, C4s, fall back towards the side, used him at advantage.
Or a Tiner, working in favor. This could be a trouble, though. DD Man blinded it.
Somehow gets the kill, watch him know that. What? How does that happen? I do not understand.
Esma almost is taking down as well, but he will get the kill eventually.
But a 2v4, Royal Fire. Again, probably no chance of win this one. They're both getting poked by the bomb site.
You can drop the hatch, but this door, no chance to push this.
Oh, there's a gap actually.
I'm gonna put down my print, uh, be a stat on the skill line, but...
Yeah, solid work there overall from CAG, great early pressure, hyper-aggressive off-site.
Healed that defense back.
And then before, can you be my enemy where I would have prepared properly for that execute?
They had already lost two members.
And whilst I don't know the numbers they're not readily available as to how many 3v5 executes are successful on that site
I
You link the better life summit is very minuscule probably single digits. So
We've got the expected end result in that round and CAG now find themselves
Looking good keeping it simple and it's in the hiding the bandit right now
try and do some trickling on the walls. It's a good old spot.
You know what you got, D-Making Active, playing the Solar Snark and playing the
Vitality, and they're opening up a lot of the desk also instead of CEO, so they're
expecting me to get D-Banks out of CEO and taking away any of the plant
locations by opening up all the self-destorable areas. Probably knowing
that the scents will be going to be in the mix-can or a shield of some sort.
There's going to be the Raora pocket pick again, the Kali and the Amaru, maybe a different
way into the bombsite this time from Toki, instead of going for the stock catch you can
try and go for it.
Ganodars, who knows?
I mean, how many more trips does he have up his sleeve?
How many trips does he have?
He's got one more in him.
One more.
Surely.
They also get 3 DMRs effectively with this lineup.
Jibana has the new one that is on the Jibana, Capitao, Patcher and Nook.
Of course, Aurora has the MK-17 whatever, the same as Stitch and Lion.
And then you got the newly buffed Kagi Sniper that has a smaller zoom scope,
which actually works pretty well in favor, because you're not going to be giga zoomed in.
And it shoots faster as you reload faster between the fields because of the pump.
It's been a quite nice, successful operator actually since the buff.
I also quite enjoy playing it myself. Feels a lot better.
shit we're just gonna fly out the elevator hatch i'm sure that's what i'm thinking yeah
palming the garages right now it could be the finish point it could be stuck again though i don't know
i mean true it would be crazy enough to do it twice
well he just might be he's in the main staircase right now i could go to either open area
or could go towards the elevator hatch right now undecided you gotta get Nova up the
the red staircase partially and go for a bit of pressure point first and then we'll see what the
plane will be but it's under the elevator so flash grenade up the hatch they've got to get this first
pick.
130.
Hope it gets the gore button and it was all the best of timing with the U2 layering but
I didn't didn't expect that caught out that Sharate plays coverage well.
Jibusu too.
And so with that CAG have been able to find themselves in an advantageous position.
set play from Can You Be My Enemy was initially great, but the follow-up from CAG was better.
I mean two defenders on the top main hallway made a huge difference.
Sure if we trip back effectively C4 went down, took down the armor and the elevator and a second
kill to follow right after. Sure if you can get eight kills in a single death this guy
seems to be unstoppable in the last couple of months. This force can be an
need an awkward spot both DMR kind of sniping operators right now close up
some doors smoke off the angle try and go for a push but 45 seconds left the
numbers against them it's gonna be tough mind you DD could play this round
from beneath as it's solid as they couldn't theory surrender the bombs they
want to you know so they opt for at the moment it seems to be that
establishing these trade positions potentially could retake through
elevator opens up the opportunity for Sharip to swing by, PD pops out, that's that last kill.
CAG being able to withstand the pressure nicely in that round.
I will say I do enjoy BME's mini-excuses, doing it in a very different fashion.
I would have liked one difference there in that round, a flashbang. They were culling the wall
to force a bandit trick and then a toss in a grenade. That grenade almost killed the
the bandit alone. Amuro flies up, one bullet gets the kill, and then the second teammate
the one Mai was behind them. And they go with a nade and a flashbang, maybe then Shui would
be blinded, Bust and hit the C4, Nade runs away, and it just gives the Amuro a better
chance of the gunfight as well because let's say Emerson stopped tricking the wall because
of the frag grenade and ran into elevator. Amuro probably doesn't have any chance
now unless you get the kill with the nice animation so to speak, going up that
So they're very small things to improve upon, but I love how they're doing things differently, how they're getting creative.
And while the score line is 4-1, there has been much closer rounds than what the score line actually displays.
Yeah, for sure. They've been pretty creative inside of the server, but unfortunately when you are playing against the AG, those ideas need to be almost perfect.
perfect. If you can make a couple of errors, you can do it quickly.
So they can't be faulted for creativity but
the requirement seems to be the main talking point for can you be my enemy today
and maybe a reflection of, you know, areas of improvement going forward into
I guess next to them probably. That's how it calls and then
beyond that re-qualification for next year.
the IQ into the top all this round yeah let's see how it's like this operation
dust line the second ever if first expansion is wrong word season
where this exceeds operation black eyes into this line operation it was
order black bit and alchry i reckon we should bring back very j black
i do it i i don't want to i don't you would say yes to that you wouldn't be as strong nowadays as
he was back then there are more tools to work against it right but it still would be a complete
pain the bot to deal with but also yeah i would mean i would main him so i don't mind too much
this is my thing monty he gets permit against me it's fine i don't think many people these
days would have experienced the black bit or remember just no crazy or was it
was genuinely insane yeah no what you do against it much like this round for
B would be to go down towards and it's in a trade back not so far the team are
it's not hitting the shots but you're not defends DD man instead so it ends in
low on health DD man dead it's almost by two even numbers but any's not done
with the killing just yet finds another one and this is not gonna be
about executing the strats and setups? Is this going to shoot up like two deathmatches right behind the server?
Absolutely. I'll turn with an extra rip. Let's see if that one will land. Might not be required.
Take as our last left over towards main. A few more to find.
Peel open though from Zaka. Get to be collected 50 seconds.
important round for CAG to just ensure that they maintain the dominant mark on this match.
If they allow this clutch to happen, it just puts them in a slightly, very slightly compromised
position.
So let's see how they go about looking to lock this one down.
30 seconds.
Push main.
Sound bow has been made.
And CAG will be very much aware of this position.
can't afford to isolate themselves and they don't. Zaka with good coverage and overall a strong half
for CIG by Thal.
Another match, with a 5-1-1 half here at CG by Vero showing their dominance and leading
behind a very strong legacy for the competitive year of 2026 so far in domestic play, only
beaten out right now by D+, they fell into an overtime matchup against Garves and lost
single a point but other than that they have been flawless so far and for can you be my enemy
still looking for their very first win?
Yeah absolutely and of course with D plus taking on fear x in our next and final matchup
of the playday I wouldn't be shocked if fear x nagged a result in that in which case CAG
could end today in top spot once again it's possible definitely possible we'll have to
and see how that match eventuates, but those performances.
Would you make a bet on it, like Jake, where he said,
like, I'm going to shave my head if X team wins?
Because I saw Reddit post about that.
That was an extremely different situation, though.
Do you know the context behind that one?
I don't know.
I do not know the context, but I do not.
Oh, was it the 4v5?
No, it wasn't.
Yes, I'm going to say elevate 4v5.
And Jake says, no, no, it wasn't the 4v5.
This was the I don't know. I'm crossing wise. So this was actually Asia. This was the way bone match against oh, yes
F5 F5 went up five one against way bow defending on layer
And he said just say that he said out. Yeah, he said that if f5 winner will shave my head
Did you say that at the five one mark or in the beginning of the game? I?
I don't think it was right at the beginning someone can oh my god
Oh my god
So if anybody's called and you're gonna choke it
He could call it like a couple rounds in or something
But I'm fine with that
Nah
I respect it
I respect it
He stood by
Do you think that he would have committed to going bald
Had he actually managed to beat Waybo?
I think so
Yeah he would have done it
I'm told by a bunch of guys
I'm gonna fly through so that was the time of the game
And he stood by
What do I call though? Like imagine making that stage and they go okay, then watch 5-1-2 and they're like, oh snap, I made a mistake.
Be careful of the promise that you make.
Better keep them.
Meanwhile for EME, they're playing the Orcs on Yanagi.
This is the third Orcs, the second Orcs maybe.
Oh, the third Orcs are today so far.
So twice earlier than Villa, once down here in Bank.
So he goes down early as you go, you remember.
And uh, Saka's in the bomb site.
There's an attacker
cleaning up the utile in the middle of the bomb site.
Do they even know that he's here?
I had to rub my eyes there for a second because I thought it was an abandoned site.
He walked past the echo.
I made ping as well.
Oh no.
Yeah, no clue where he is.
Suki has zero idea.
Absolutely not.
He's a shadow.
Oh my god.
Whoa.
He had double scan.
He's going to come in for him.
Well, there's not too much they could do unless they go for the pinch, but when your two players down you definitely can't be relying on a trait
That's obvious in a clean kill back
Zaka with more information
Creates me to space with the grenade and can I just sit inside of God. He'll be a perceived pressure point
For the remainder of this round and there we go as full in the grave one view five
This has been an insane round. I really do wish I understood how Zaka got into this position
He's now on for the ace. Where's the last one?
As he is hunting for the last kill, C.A.G. will surely try and give him the ace.
No, they didn't even try it. Should have been spotted. Now over towards fault.
Paul goes out.
Position is known. Sacker in the perfect position and he gets the ace.
It flows round for C.A.G.
It's an effective 1v5.
There's the one to be won to be won by the bomb site as he spark his face there
I said, it's smirk finger. What are we doing? Like what is going on right now?
Dude seconds the goat. I mean I must leave the drop the lobby hatch or walked in from server or garage or means
It's the only way seen obviously, but he walked past the echo
So he walks in get the first kill shoot a couple of like the camera the Gory canisters and walks through the entire
bomb site the echo doesn't see him he doesn't see the echo and then we just
solve all the kids of paper disgusting round and it just goes to show again the
levels there is the rainbow six siege
right now if I've ever quite seen around like that on basement I genuinely
when we flick to his POV it took me a second to realize we were actually
Respectating an attacker because it made no logical sense of a thing to be in that position at that point in the round
And just no one knew
That was a crazy round
CAG now finding themselves on match and map points
Incredible
Sack is seen on 13 and 2 right now after that. Shuri right behind them. On 9 and 3, that's the line clear right now.
12th floor attack. Sorry, sometimes an open area attack. Hard to see sometimes.
And B and Me just need to fight every sip of the way. You cannot let them execute.
You also cannot afford to lose to any members, so it's about again being flawless.
Lay those on cover!
Activating so much!
You two sit then from CAG
looking to
perform a bit of a flush here
while they don't have a dedicated
VIRT operator
they've been just trying to flush the defense out and they can now
try and get to picking control
as well
and then there's the lobby
so I'm trying to find the space
and up to 13 kills might do as well
so it's been a monster
performance from him today
with pop flash and kill, 5-3 in favor of CIG.
Last one, again kind of speed running this, to see other players have a stock force in their drop difference, the king go.
They'll be called about to go out, you'll have to answer the phone or take the damage, you'll take the damage actually.
They need to king go in very low HP, about 25-30 or so.
The CIG is very close in towards the bomb site, they got strong operators, shield, heart destruction, and lion skin at the pocket.
the pocket of course entered on the back here and it's going to get worse the king
gonna be five could be a double flawless yeah
let's see how this one concludes will it be a flawless round the 7th one
it's a king going looking to make a play through the ROU eventually gets caught out
See a G with another dominant performance this stage. It's now the third
71 victory with the stage 2
Locked in focused
Discipline perceived by Vero only really able to get bested by one of the two teams right now in the region
That is being beat close and scars scars came close
We couldn't finish up the job
DME can be close whatsoever and I'm very thrilled to see how they will fare other than the close, especially on PO3 from later in the state.
That was a guaranteed rematch, I imagine.
They've been the grandfathers of each other twice already for the year.
I feel like that rivalry has to also continue, I'll be very happy about that.
I like certainness and interesting moments in Can you do my enemy and that's not framed in a negative light.
There are definitely some nice set plays on them in the first half.
Kyle just saw great ideas with the Amaru and some other pocket track ideas and set plays
which to be fair were actually pretty decently well coordinated and I think they got a little
maybe unfortunate a couple of those opening rounds just getting outmuscled by CAG ultimately
in the end so I don't think they can walk away hugely devastated off this result and
hopefully they can just build upon finding their game and seeking that improvement
for the remainder of this very short stage and then in preparation for next year as
well.
got to think about it again. There's a long term for both the best teams and the worst
teams in the region. For the best ones to go to international tournaments, for the worst
of ones, but improving step by step, day by day, stage by stage and getting up to a
high and higher standard, it takes a long time, especially when all the best players
in the region tends to get funneled into the top teams, right? You're always working
with kind of the middle packed players, if you will, and there's no discredit
to them. It's just that they are no CAG by barrel.
Sparky is on the line, let's get him in for another chat. It feels like we can't avoid him this stage.
Welcome on inmate. That is win number three. This stage with a 7-1 scoreline.
How does it feel walking away with another dominant dub?
Yeah, good. They made an effort.
They did? Okay.
Gaston Moura strats, Gaston Poggan execution there.
there yeah you just roll out of bed put on the tank top go all you think be me
today and I'm just gonna watch what are we doing Sparky what's the look today
looking different yeah it's just it's just very warm no we just primed and
then we come to the game like every day okay I think they fell kind of kind of
following up on that like what's the lifestyle like working with a team
obviously that's located in Japan, seeing that you're in Europe.
Talk me through just kind of simply like the day, the time zones, the schedule, like how you make that work.
Yeah, so initially like first six months I was working, so we're screaming the morning for Japan,
which is like 1am for me in the night.
So I would work like, like I would not see the sunlight, but then I had to stop because it's actually like harmful
to not respect your circadian rhythm, which is like following the rhythm of the sun, basically.
So right now I do 7am, like I start in the morning, because 7am is when the team screams, which is 2pm GST.
And then I just go throughout the afternoon, just review stuff, make some threats.
That's it, yeah. 8 hours a day anyways, so yeah.
I don't really have any more questions, obviously very one sided game for this one specifically,
but looking at the schedule up next for tonight, pretty big game between D plus and FioraX,
you have much of a read on that game considering pending that result, you guys could actually
phone yourself back on top of the standings.
Yeah, that's a good question actually, because I was wondering, I'm still kind of trying
to wonder where the teams are at and also where we're at, because it seems like
You know, we've been focusing, like, I don't know, I have this theory where, like, when
you start getting some international success, you start losing points, like, regionally.
Because, like, you focus way more on, like, being able to counter everybody sort of thing,
like, every kind of playstyle from every region, where the competitors in your own region
are playing to counter you.
So they're just basically focusing on the process we were focusing on before we
we actually understood that we could go further internationally, so I feel like this is going
to be the hardest stage to be honest with you, but I don't quite know where, I think
the effects could win, I think this game is going to be like a good telltale, because
we got the scars versus us now, the effects against DK, so this is probably going to
be like the biggest telltale going forward.
Sweet, we won't hold you any much longer, any shoutouts before we say goodbye?
No, just thank you to the fans for watching, thank you to the company and the sponsors.
Awesome, thanks mate, we'll catch you later.
Have a good night, bye.
Have a good chat with Sparky looking as chill as ever and why wouldn't you be?
They've had so many dominant results this stage, looking really well primed
and ready to go for best of threes later on?
They never flanked the casters, have you thought about that?
It's always like thank the sponsors, the org, the fans, the product...
It's never us, man, which is here.
It was bad, man.
Oh, that's like crying, Nick.
Well, our break is ready, let's get ready for the next game on the other side.
D plus Kia, E and K, T-Rex, fingers crossed.
We get a close game tonight.
It was like a bit of a mixed feeling, it was like a bit of sweet beating him because obviously
I wanted to see him succeed and I know how hard he works so I really wanted him to succeed
but at the same time obviously I've got to compete for myself and there was one game
beat them and I had like 25 kills and everyone was like wow that must be so amazing but I walked
down into the hallway and he was already there to shake my hand but I just felt horrible feeling it.
Yeah after that game that we beat him and the 2020 through six invitation qualifiers we both kind
of walked down and said all right we want to do this together. I felt like I was finally happy
winning because we were doing it together. I always had a dream of like lifting a trophy with
him on an international stage or whether it's like an eight pack plan. Unfortunately we never
never got to do that but we still got a lot of good wins, we won O.S. League a lot together
and I think that was the most rewarding feeling was winning with him.
Perpenhagen as an event was, to be honest, our whole team, we were just walking around
like fans. We had a bootcamp before at Australia's HQ and the MAE team was bootcamping next
to us and we just spent the whole time like, like, sport just walked past. But I think
we weren't really fully locked in and we didn't know what international competition
was like so it was definitely a huge wake-up call for all of us and we went back and the
next event was a lot better. The start of 25 was I was lining up with the first team that
I played on-pro without my brother basically and there was a lot of hype around it, EU imports
of course and for some reason playing Siege just actually didn't feel the same to me and
for the first half of 2024 that was sort of the whole thing. I didn't find myself
passionate, I wasn't into it, I was showing up to scrims like I showed in the results
that was my worst six months of siege in my entire career.
It took like an off season of me
getting back into a team of my friends,
which was the Chiefs roster, which was,
it was really good for me.
And I got my, my want to play the game back as well.
And I think having my brother on the team helped a lot.
But I think that Chiefs team that I was on really
got me back into the swing of things
and it made me want to play again.
And now I'm on an enterprise
and I'm so happy with the roster
just playing with like five friends.
For the six months that I was not on a team with Mitch,
it was, it was definitely a weird feeling.
and I think that I didn't adjust to it very well.
And him coming back into the team made me realize that.
Me just being my own player was,
I definitely didn't do a very good job of it in GG.
But him coming back onto the team
made me feel a lot more comfortable.
At the same time, I'd achieved so much myself
that I was no longer sort of in his shadow,
I was no longer say, John's brother,
which was a good feeling.
But at the same time,
I honestly did not mind being said, John's brother.
Let's put them in the ground.
Fall back!
Team one, report.
Alive in Bernstein.
We have their orders. We need to go for Nix.
They'll come in.
Be my eyes. You can cover her.
All right.
Hostile, setting a payload.
Huh?
I need to go for Nix.
They'll come in.
You cover her.
Oh Nix.
Hostile.
Sending a payload.
Your corner, Nix!
Surrender!
I see one old man.
One old man about to die!
I'll be sure to run this up. 3-4 is down.
Hack my phone!
Huh?
What if it-
Do it now!
We're thinking their thing.
We trusted each other...
...and it paid off.
Ronde will for extraction, team 1.
遠くで揺れる 光 同じ先見つめ 心をきっと気付いてる 君じゃ無限に無い
It's all about the body
It's a promise
I laugh at the times
It's okay if it's like us
back to this. I had a whole thing lined up, but I don't know if I can say it. You know what,
I'll go for a 3. Roodleblower has left us in despair. He is hoping Game 4 is a close affair,
welcome back. Played a 5-8 pack north. I don't know what the hell my eyeballs just got bleached with,
but it's great to be back and yeah, I'm really hoping that this final game of the night,
Nick, is a fanger. D plus Kia, they've had a flawless run up until this particular point,
and FioraX have looked pretty competitive over the course of this stage so fingers crossed we get
a close effort. FlauLess points and FlauLess moves but enough about the project I talk about
the BAK FioraX boys as well give them a bit of love they of course have a new member on the
roster and DLT since Misa has departed and fully retired from professional Rainbow Six Siege
and I think that pretty good looks so far from him individually going completely dead even
28 to 28, but also the way he's fitting into the roster, becoming a sort of an entry player
and feeling like a gross spot that needs to lift behind. And there I say it, without cursing them,
this might be the best AKPX look since Dark's departure. The former coach was now currently
on British Pro over in the E&L. Yeah, look, I think when you state that some people may be
raising a bit of an eyebrow, but to be honest, some of their numbers actually do look really
strong on paper the attacking win rate to me stands out as probably being the
most exceptional metric they are number two in the league they're actually ahead
of D plus Kia now of course you do have to pack a fixed screen and whatever but
I still think that's an important number to highlight there at 59% in terms of
that attacking win rate still some improvement to be found on defense
just sitting at 50% right now so even 50 50 so that's an area they're
I'll be looking to tidy up
And one of the things about these guys that they just play very structured in the server to be that twice
But as I think it's 701 victory
So they've all just shown us that they can do some strats on the new maps in the map pool and kind of create more and more depth
We're going back to the great dance moves. Okay, I want to talk about
Of course one of the top of my mixie because those are two members that you saw on your screen in the very beginning
Okay flawless dance moves. They also have a similar position where they have had roster changes
They have Ion joined the squad and Yuri and they've both filled two very different roles
Ion is all about being the inshini attack and that the
Disruptor on defense always looking for early engagement and early kills to get them into that five before position
Yuri is pretty much playing shields on every
Single attack around just getting in the face of their opponent and they've been started so well into this rush as well
Must I be Gefirix they just had this good structure in the background
But they can say okay, we have two new players and we're not gonna just give them the role of the
Person they replace one to one
We're gonna find like a natural way of doing it, but still get what we were missing before whether it's gonna be aggression or structure
Or in this case for example a shoot main
Yeah, that structure
evidently has been a big strong point for them especially early ground they had the
strongest the highest entry percentage in the league
60% and whilst their conversion actually sits number four overall at 69 because
they're making up for that by finding a higher volume of entries overall that is
certainly aiding them in a lot of these rounds and the stage so far. Let's have a
look at the veto though. Where will these two do battle tonight in this
best of one? Very hard to see how this one will shape up. It could be going
back to fight tonight and instead it's Xiao Lei, D-Rex starting out on defense.
One of the first shillings I've seen all states to cast there I think I feel like
it's been avoiding me if you will and thinking about the matchup on paper I
can't help but feel that D-Post do get a small uptake on the advantage maybe
like a 60-40 just because they got a bit more of that aggressive prowess fast
entry play style whereas for PNK D-Rex in my mind I think a bit more
structure, strategy, I like them on maps like your bank, your clubhouse, your cafes for example,
Orgula, but that was like this first ban from D-plus, respecting how strong they were on that.
So very curious to see how this one will go. If P-Gephiax takes it, it doesn't cost like a
huge opposite of the standings, but it certainly makes things even more interesting for playoffs.
Our stand is ready to go. Let's jump in. You can see there the recent form for D-plus here,
Looking very strong here on
Chalet after the result earlier tonight in our last match up CEG the first team to confirm themselves
The finals E plus Kira if they can snag two points or more tonight
They will join them in the top or course for fear X
They still have a narrow path for making the finals
But a result tonight would go a long long way in helping bolster their chances
Waiting for the final Albar Band there it comes.
We're seeing to no surprise the Sulla Snake and the Deimos again such a high presence rate
on maps like the Chalet that's all about the fracking and the entrying.
And it will leave open of course the shields and the Uten operators like the Capitaurs
will get paid right off the bats.
But this is the thing, I said earlier being a fierce lobster play strategy, they
will play the fall back, the layers, the depth.
it's opening up initially. This is something that we almost never see. The clash with the maestro,
the shanga, castle and denari. This is a lineup that says we're gonna challenge you every step of
the way. We can start holding, missing the plant pressure and library. We can fall back and play
office, piano, master bedroom. We got intel, we got retail, we got shield, we have plant denial,
we got protection with the castle barricades. And honestly if D-Blood hadn't been the way
the assami over my the player that put one of those operators in the mix as well either
replacing the denari or the castle so I see a lot of bunker down and they're saying D plus
we're gonna taste your problem solving skills rather than your gun fighting skills
I would make the argument that that has been the area where D plus keyer is a roster this
stage of undergone the most dramatic improvement is really their ability to
find plan Bs and wind conditions and rounds that haven't been optimal. I think
especially in stages gone by that was where maybe they just lacked the
composure of the means to you know snatch rounds or in some cases find
round closure but this stage I think we've seen a gradual and steady
improvement in that area of their game and so hopefully they'll be able to
the fruits of that here in this opening round what is a pretty significant match in the context
of qualifications for top four especially a fear axe a loss here would put them in an awkward
position where top four is still not a certainty. I think that's key or a, of course highly likely
I think they're at about 99% plus to make it irrespective of all this result as they are to
get the opening pick but regardless I think they'll be eager to try and prove a point
this group stage and firma flawless stage which is impressive there is very very few regions and
some regions even within APL where that is a constant, Waybo have sort of made it their trademark
in Asia but also much more difficult. We're seeing more of the rip here D-plus not necessarily confused
and it's a prize about what's happening in the server doing saying always on this office
balcony you find bit of pressure guilty in the far room getting over in kick trying to close
Close the gap, close the distance, and nearly comes through, but look at that perfect time
of Yunxin, great space in there with the flash, just burning down precious seconds, you see
the Maverick, he's gonna start opening up that wall, but that's also gonna take a lot of
time, that is not just a thermal charge, put it, pop it, job is done, we're gonna
spin it to 20, maybe 30 seconds, covering that wall fully, then we're gonna look
at the Shanker Fire, the Maverick who goes down and falls down to Ion, so now let's
denial, let's intel to actively use here, follow the setup in K-Phoenix, leaving
a bit more pressure on the Jungtze on the front lantern flash.
He tests here for D plus K of 45 seconds and can't shoot.
He's holding for a month and a half, close out of the water, half full view to a later
world, and wants D for making this push tougher despite that cold as I've been a forge a half
before.
He'd fall in the meantime but open a pocket of space for you to exploit.
He though is now outside the building, so to his eye on.
If yous would be collected, if they try and pick themselves back up, 8 shots in that shameca launcher might take default out of play.
Quick force, a deep push from the attack in this round.
I am lit up, tries to hold the line, but the heroics are being disciplined and not presenting a free opportunity for Deposkea back into the round.
A great flash to facilitate that play. Now they soldier on an island, but it's a 1 vs 1.
Falls is on the ground though.
Soldier 3 seconds, just needs to hold on the swing.
Woo! Always slams with the pistol that Soldier wins out.
Beautiful.
Again, you saw those final evil eyes there,
instead of obviously giving constant red and yellow pink information to Soldier in the 1v1 clutch.
And it was a back and forth trade, a player injured, a player traded, another player injured,
back to even numbers, really bouncing back and forth on who's going to take the lead in that round.
And D plus it does end up for them to kind of go for the simple approach
Let's just get the green bees walk forward win the gunfights and for being a fear is the complete opposite run away
Kill back the layers wait for time plant denial information
To completely different play styles meeting beautifully in the middle
But it's that traits being right there from soldiers saving his teammates salt off
It was an injured for a kill and then find in the final one-to-one for his team
There's JLT the new kid on the block actually being here shining three kills in that opening round
I'm deciding an explosive start to the match.
We haven't seen too much of that tonight to be completely frank, but he is hoping that
this match will be bang up, expecting it to be high quality and given the nature of Shal-A.
Pretty intense.
I decided to see how they plus K trying to approach this side of the lab to me suggesting we're gonna say pretty big action over the world's mess
Also speak about KineTrope and their ability to force different operator bands, and I
Do have the feeling that when being confused get more and more time together with this core five men
They could in that same conversation an attack for some of the play a pretty good glass
with a good Yank, a good Monty, and he shoots there from movement, to be honest.
And on defense, I'm ensuring stuff like the Maestro, like the Clash, all none to deal
with.
Bad timing there, the Ion.
Maybe if you've had a freebie, if you didn't go with a Flashbang first into the swing.
In Geo-Theorics, they fall back once again, surrendering map space step by step.
Offscreen, those soldiers in the Clash are taking a lot of damage early on.
They're prone to fire.
However, there is no Fracker-Nate in action for the attack, so it'll be the only
you be able to stop this clash and no met air jab or get that final capital fire
oh yeah they deal well with that hurdle when they reach it so other threats
around the map as well like this from levy dedicates himself to the plank watch
JLT also under pressure he falls though smoke play does facilitate the
hard breach but it also opened that window of opportunity for JLT for peak
here to see all the glosses
it's all trying to retain his life elsewhere, plant himself low on HP
overpeek from JLT, he's pressured difficult position to play
he does a great job to net a kill with that fearx in an advantageous position
once more. I just gotta play around the toxic babes here from wukimann and
4 soldiers on the clash. When you got to worry about what, 3 angles right now, fire place,
blue stairs and the eventual headstrap, potential headstrap. So you dedicate your attention to
each angle, you should be kind of locked into your spot. We see one player going inside
the dining, this angle right there. Jung Sang, off the bomb side, has to try and close that
gap to get closer towards it to help his teammates and keep the first go for a kick
push attempt. They actually find a soldier in the clash somehow, now the attack,
Arguably favored with young thing still on the wrong
35 seconds
It's looking like we have another close round on the cards
I'm pushed down over the words library. Love you not too far behind and Yuri will retain position up above in library
He's likely to try and drop against a half wall position can fear ex deny. They can find the trade
As Ion gets kept at bay
Yuri is so low on HP that Gaspe is susceptible to that but Woogieman won't be able to throw it out
In fact on the press show, no that's right, Woogieman was also a shotgun out, can he find the second?
Wow, what a snipe.
The boogieman in the server once again steps up, always so clutched in the final moments of a round
and just look at the positional game there from BNKFYRX, not expose themselves to any of the bad angles
playing by the desk, it's at a bar, playing it's at a stock room only exposed to that
door swing and then playing together off the trade game once more.
E plus were doing such a good job though by dealing with all the variable factors in that
round.
They actually locked the new thing with the dookie be called and a swing off screen
and they got that kill.
It was hit their eyes towards the bomb side and alright, well they're about to
execute.
The crazy thing happened, wukie men walked towards the rotate and triggered the
air jab that affected both the defender and the attacker.
And because it affects them both, it actually favourites the Enkir's units.
Because that Ion on Nomad was about to fly in the building, fly in the bombs and try and
get the kill.
And that gets stolen out.
So his teammate pushed before him and the timing got desynced.
Crazy small details there in the server.
You can't be afraid despite defending on Shelly, off control and attack us.
Paradise.
They're holding on strong.
Incredibly close round for the Clutches, but they have a 2-0 lead.
And that's already two close rounds in the books, both going the way though of VRX, so
maybe kind of match up head to head where neither team will be pulling off prominence.
be looking to just stack rounds and chip away at the scoreboard. So Phyrricks,
will we be pretty pleased with how this map has opened up onto the POS key to
try and formulate a response and probably find a little bit more
competitiveness through the mid-round, maybe trying to compound their advantages
and make good use of the position they find themselves in.
library entry from the post here all this particular round as they try and
leverage
your certificate mitty's dad about time there's a bit of an awkward one
waiting for admin confirmation of what the set the thing is gonna be right now
by expect to play it out I mean E plus trillion number me need to lose a player
why it is too late I guess 30 seconds I've been requested so we play on I
imagine which is unfortunate for D plus of course they didn't lose midi at the
exact same moment yeah good to say if it was as a result of the dropout but I
don't think so so either way in fear it's probably would have had an
advantageous position we'll see if D plus key can formulate some kind of
response but they've got so little groundwork done trailing by a large
Majan
Time as well as starting to quickly become a factor in this round and fear exit just lately peeled back
Thing is very smart saying 5v3 we can actually do something that normally into the strategy is a bad thing to do
Let's surrender all the backspace fall back way too far does not give them any gun fun
She does have significant from this advantage
Later by the bit made it out smartly there from B plus in the grave. I should get the kill from Jirin saying
Maybe falling on backlit with too far, except that one player with good link gets caught.
Final 60 seconds, look at the call going out, trying to catch up the rotations here,
behind attack and mouse to bedroom.
Ynkir theories have always been no playable space inside the site itself.
Maybe balls could have just been a little more patient there, but understandably,
D plus key are desperate to try and find this next pick and get the ball rolling forward in towards the objective.
objective. This will let you to literally spawn off of your courtesy of the smoke,
and then it's spot on from Ryder. It could reposition once more and bring his
sights towards trophy stairs, falls dining side, player up close, unlikely to
have a read on that tuck position and the late flick doesn't land.
Ion 1 versus 3. Unable to win out. Unfortunate circumstances in that third
round but credits of fear x and peeling back and playing it properly and getting
opening pig as well despite the disconnect this one and they definitely
had an advantage and played very smartly throughout the round
it's a scary spot though if you do you plus I mean
you're starting to feel that pressure now a bit of frustration maybe even how
that last round turned out final umbered events in the first half will
become a clash okay and don't give me
surprisingly enough for me I didn't think don't give me that big of a
problem but it kind of plays into the you know the traffic to wall deny operators
at the mirror band the kaid but then the solid snake demos a doggie be you're
kind of targeting the big three that impacts individual operators sound cue
damage information or just map control you can argue that lion kind of does
the same thing but if you stand still not much happens obviously so again one
team playing for the structure the fallback the passive utility the other
one trying to weaken the gunfights off their opponent into a technical pause
ago I'm correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it was midi that dropped out all
the servers and so we are waiting for him to join back last we saw his and we're
still off so that's never a good sign may have been a full PC blow up or
something to that effect I'm really hoping it's not the case that thought
we had the other night with Orgin at 4v5 elevate
to play with a man down due to constant disconnects. They ultimately went on to win that game very
different circumstances. I don't see D-plus.
And who did they play against? Because who was their opponent?
Very, uh...
Elephant Esports.
Yeah, Dolphin. Very easy opponent, comparatively to this matchup where I don't think D-plus
would be able to 4v5.
No, this is like a second...this is like a battle for top three, right? Bink with
Let's say top 4 right now, like Scars, Pinky Strix, CAG Barbarale and Depos.
They're all in the conversation to top 4 right now, Kill and Drop on the outside looking
in, trying to get in there as well.
This is like crazy if this would be a F4v5 game because it's unwinnable.
Almost like we're solving the G2 vs Falcon's game.
What are we opening up against?
Maybe it was the Falcons.
Yeah, Falcons.
It's like, just not gonna happen.
So you wanna see Mithy get back into the server and if not, then I just
I would that you could sub in Michael you can you can play 40 plus those speak Portuguese you speak English
It'll be fine or about it
I think you want me something in although I did load up a bit of 3v3 the other night and
You know sometimes when you don't play siege for a little while you actually come back and get the buff
I felt like that last night. I admittedly the quality of the opposition may not have been
Pop notch. I was in some shots. I was feeling pretty sharp. It was fun
Okay
It's gonna be into a sharp tactical timeline from D plus. We're back in business. It was actually
Yuri who just came here, but me to just have bought this camera view. So I thought I was wrong. Yes, same
I was like, oh, oh Yuri's back held the coach here from T plus gear will talk to the boys and
I think it's a matter of inspiring a bit of confidence and saying guys. They're playing like this
Maybe it's not what we expect on show lays a different pace than usual, but these can be the solutions, right?
It's a matter of changing your playstyle and going for a very different approach
It was going head-on into all these uterine knowledge has been a big problem for them. Yes
There were some close rounds, but that closes in good enough right now. You got our wind around
Fortunately for us, I believe we have 10 players back in server as we have a very quick reflection on that round
I look at the replay package
which in much to say could heal back from Phyrax and unfortunately in circumstances for
P plus Kia who will now look to re-enter the server reinvigorate after the tactic
kicks them out an opportunity to have a proper chat diagnose what's gone wrong so far and how
they can look to remedy that of course the kind of map where you probably want to look and
set your sights on a three round half if you are attacking and that is going to require
than to really dance back hard here on the second rotation.
It was a very different setup here from the first time around.
No clash, no maestro, no cancel.
It's a lot more open and more about the traps,
the passive utility in terms of fighting back against B+.
Probably gonna have less of a battle by the Bumside
and more of a battle in the hallways,
missing top blue staircase downstairs in kitchen bar because if you get to a
5v5 with this defender lineup on the side itself you have almost no way to win
unless you're hitting some nasty shots right you got three toxic beers or plant
denial and you got traps which mostly just gives you info a bit of chip damage
so we have spent three twitch apps not that's in the phone trap I'm not
Are you sure you're gonna blame the Twitch player or the Gachi for the strat again?
Oh that is a... Oh my god that is a tilter.
You're 0-3, you can't attack timeout.
You have lost both of your shots without getting that single horn trap.
Despite that they're going to force the issue and try to push forward and it doesn't work out.
Oh no.
My NA from D plus KIA wasn't all in.
Theorex are called their bluff and with that you know charging towards a 4-0 lead
and look even if you take out the last round out of the equation with the
technical issue this is genuinely being quite dominant for Theorex. I know there
were a couple of close rounds to begin but the overall play feels very
convincing. Yes. Being K-Theorex up until this point, D-plus key are being kept
very honest at the moment it should be a simple open and shut case in the fourth
round even now in the 5v2 they're having somebody watch the default camera and
defense to support you here on the missing position the enemy dies nothing
in the world can they go flawless well he gets the first one wait for the
second he gets indeed they will using protect sim full teamwork there from the
Korean team of being KFVX they are shot in the door straight in D plus
his face and you gotta talk about the mentality and the tilt factor. Again, you're down 0-3,
you're ahead of disconnect, you call your technical timeout, you get back in the server,
you spend two Twitch drones, three saps trying to get a single thorn trap, okay,
doesn't work out, you jump in, three people die immediately. You never get rid of you in St.
Downs as in Bar, round us over. And now it's 0-4. We're talking, you need the mental
fortitude of a world championship level team right now to come back to this one and you only have a
couple of rounds and it's going to be over so you gotta switch that right now.
I don't think that may be a critiqued possibility, maybe some points there that make resilience
and their ability to fight back from these positions so I think tonight's a great
test for them improving that they've been able to improve in that department as they're kind
of alluding to it. I wouldn't get too much more frustrating than this to lose several postman's that
have a PC, have basic utility and the play set in the last round at least. It's just completely
all apart in fundamental areas so let's see. They need to switch on. I don't really foresee
a 5-1 half comeback. I mean we've had several of them tonight that have snowballed very
quickly into dominant wins and because you definitely don't know what to do with that.
Into more execute heavy operators to blast blitz, to lie in three to one countdown, scalore.
You go crazy, simplified. You don't do the trick, you know,
clean to the trickery of the roam clear and different layers to round. You also get the
first pick, your rada goes down early, landscan comes out. When the smoke pops, it could be
the way in, just one more for and towards the bombsite, if you go for a good fight.
Here we go, falls goes, deep and he dies into the warden, the perfect counter for the defense
and you reach and survive one tick of HP. This is looking really good from fearaxe,
they're doing a great job of being well set and prepared for these pushes, and whilst it is a
four versus four, D plus key and I need to transition into a plan B. This could have been
a kind of ship because D plus one is exact same a tickets control literally
yesterday sorry last week on a different playday rather they day three
where they do one one shoot up rate of the blitz goes in deep to a start and
the other one becomes the panther they have the perfect answer a jump out
there for which the window goes on a one-for-one tray taking down the
glass operator very high value for Munich who was roaming they got one
one took his baby in park if a plan denial one must he fell from soldier
on the warden and also see through those flashbangs from levy on a
the Nomad. What this means is that the Enkv Erics completely in the driver's
unit comes to planting and bomb site control.
He plus again forces the enemy to gunfights without the demos or out there.
Solid Snake at Tokobi as the LT is better. He finds Mitch in the basement.
It's on Levy. He needs to be the one to clutch up this round. There's not much
that you have to do from his position. It's him being so low on HP, so susceptible
to that natural self from Solid or just a single shot in the foot to be enough to
and it kills the spot that he gets aggressive.
He's left levy on an island.
One versus two, great swings in response.
JLT making it work with the UMP.
And Ferex are absolutely dominating the scoreboard.
It's ridiculous. They're doing it in so many different ways.
The strats, the roams, the jump outs.
I mean, they're staying so proactive. It's disgusting.
How often do you see a player jump out the Westman window
window to white swing the people outside of the bar gaming bomb sites then try and get
back inside and he kills the glass no less a super high value pick.
It's the small things, it's the big things, I mean look at this as I said on playday 3
September 12th I believe, D plus it is exact the second skin drop, the blitz runs into
stock door, flashes the gun stock goes to the kill and then you have the second
shield player, the black goodness case instantly going for a plant attempt.
The whole idea is that you're distracting the guy who's depending on you in stock, so that
yeah the Blitz might die, but you get the plant down so you win the round.
The difference is here, it didn't have a thatcher to catch any particular midair, and
the player in stock, the smoke operator, didn't care about the Blitz, he was throwing the
smoke deep towards the Blackbeard and the ward you can see through the smokes then
shut down the Blitz in the side angle, so they're dedicating who's gonna be doing
a what job, stopping both the push and the plant.
Likely, that's a kind of shit. Most likely you are prepared for the exact now to happen before the mountain started
Yeah, the longer this game is on the morning more it feels justified that school line is 5-0 there's
Absolutely a case to be made that for the opening portion of that was very much a coin flip that landed in favor of fear expert
as it's developed and as you're
Describing the read and the counter play from Firx has seemingly been massive strength for them.
And it's one thing to know a strategy, it's another to know how to counter it, and then another thing on top of that to actually execute that on a matchday. So credit to them.
And good. Definitely the kind of matchup where they could have gone in fearful and not making, you know, not having confidence to execute these plays, but not the case.
Another game's entry, again, from D plus Kia. They can't help themselves. Shield in first.
Insane threat contact, and there is some utility to keep this attack at A for now.
JLT comes on one side to support.
Good flash. Insane.
Under pressure, as Yuri tries to push forward.
Limited success, the shield stands, and while not as limited now, 2-4.
On the side of Fyrex and D-plus Kia finally.
Putting themselves in a strong spot, Woogieman as well.
Also, Law and HP, as he picks from dining, but he's able to scatter back.
Here in Monty, instead of the other more aggressive shields, it's time to stabilize these routes, and he actually does a great job with that.
This time, gets into the setup bar.
It's a match, he gets that kill, like you mentioned.
Good thing, you can hear the flashbangs, the grim bees, forcing back the NK3x from swinging those gunfights.
The job's not done.
They'll take up off the side, do a bit of vert, and they'll walk on down.
If they have both the Grimm, Sophia, and the Monty right now, they'll probably be a big trifecta here, fairly attack.
They get infill, they get divert.
You also get a plant monster in a single C4. Yeah, this C4 hits that could change everything. Yeah, I think it's pretty eager
A multi here, especially if it's the multi will absolutely
Narrative in this round
When does he use it? Oh, he was just a little bit too haphazard. They'd be just getting a little bit too greedy
Not wanting to find multiple members of this attack
JLT does a good job to propel himself to 10 kills as writer falls down over towards trophy hatch leaves him in one versus three
Surely, he plus Kia are about to hit the scoreboard. It has been rough. It has been frustrating
It's been tough work to get themselves in this position and finally
They will hit the scoreboard and give themselves a very small foundation to play off. It's a five one-half in favor of fear acts
10 out of 10, let's wait, I been going big on the beats
out of state, do research, check out the back of my place
I breath so heavy, your tank with nothing, still up on it for the long run
That ain't a cheat, I say the right one, don't try me out right like a python
Had enough of the time, let me hush you, got my limo, came up off a testin'
Does he gon' hang up like tankers, I'm chosen, he my niggas and rich, it's a frozen
He can bring out the gang like I thought he, and it don't make me no bigger to show it
The stinkers, I'm here for the trophy, can't make it long, but they cannot appeal
Show them netlist and out of view
What you think it cost me out to deal?
All I know is I came in for the joke
Since it took me out, I've been running low
Now I know where I ain't tryna feel
Just point it off, point it off, tell me
My money wrong, project wrong, feel at home
Got the juice many made, I'm calling game in his face
Soon as Slim hit a J, money gave
My people know I won't belong to me
Y'all see it now, I'm still the same
I know they can't tell you how I move, I still ain't did it right, I'm from the Tungus
Yeah, I never even claimed that we was cool, Really I was just plain and by the rules,
Still movin' like gang, I need to lose, I'm the most slow one, know it till I shone
And that's why I'm just tryin' to keep it smooth,
That all of my primes is to prove, That I can make it all real without their blues
And for the hard on panel, stop it soon
All I know is that I came here for the dope,
I've been on the phone, now I know I'm to the world, I ain't trying to be, just point it on, point it on, so I hear the beat
So I hear the beat
So I hear the beat
So I hear the beat
That's one half down and a critical half to follow, not just for these two teams, but
especially for KineTrope.
They find themselves outside of the top four at the moment and pending this result, their
path forward to making finals could be a whole lot more challenging.
fear axe from this position go on to win their chance of making top four which
currently sits at about 23% drops all the way down the single digits 9% so they
will be absolutely cheering on D plus K for the second half Nick but I think it's
fair to say that they were pretty well dominated in the first half.
It feels notable that they're bound to win this in regulation and just take
the victory but it's not it's not a gives out a guarantee but attacking on
chalet looking as good as they have been everyone's fired up we've had some
closeness with GLT from woogie man from soldier it's hard to count them out
there really is you possible have to go absolutely a monstrous performance
around defense
Yeah, here's where I've been taken to the final round of the half with D plus Kira.
Finally able to jam the games play with the shield front line which they have
tried on several occasions which is clearly not being super successful.
Siege though, obviously, in two halves. It's very possible for them to, with that one round buff,
be able to come back here but it does leave you such a small margin of error
where Thierryx now have the ability to choose on your couple of rounds and that's enough to hit the wall.
You know, being a fierce drifter trickery as well, whether it's going to be the few shields or, as I said, like a ying or a glass, or in this case, a sense.
Thierryx, whether it'll use the character of sense during this top floor defense, or use the side forward.
You tend to see it being played on the dining and kitchen attack as you can actually roll in those
that synths device to the drone holder of the trophy, window here to the left and also the
dining drone holder to cut off the frostbite. It could also be used here to just get inside
a trophy to get it in the downstairs pressure. With the repellent solarium and outside the
bathroom I'm expecting to be a solarium attack. Take solarium, you take trophy, you walk up,
you reach the wall, you go for a plant by the closet and then late round you can use a
sense to cut off those angles also works to block off the window here looking towards the bathroom
balcony so tldr a ton of different use cases for these gadgets of new gay px
i'll see how they try to uh combine them
go to with a cheeky look immediately if they're choking just mainly
no contest to be shown at the most of their best care but of course maybe the
in play, and so you need to be mindful of that, watching for potential flank West Bank currently.
As evident on the player cards, the entirety of this defense is situated
on the second floor, area for the coverage on the bathroom, jump in,
and the util out here likely to follow to facilitate solar entry.
And you see how their life measuring three times just to cut the ones
is about a perfect flawless execute, coverage, distraction,
you need to somehow get inside a salarium, and right under, not utilized in a staircase,
life is going to be the repellent step, if cobalt angles perfectly, it should be a free entry.
It's a very gentle and bold, that now makes things challenging for the attack.
I'm probably probably going to be dropping back up pressure being mounted though over towards this half of the balcony position
and you know what I'm saying give it no other option but to drop down maybe he can link back up over towards trophy stairs
but it does now bolster the piano position with the back of the boat on the vault
back to trophy stairs we're now going to this solid position
85 seconds, soldier desperate to find an issue. That is a weird position for my eye on.
And a good catch in response.
Yuri and Legger, they hit the scoreboard.
Soldier though, not done.
He's hungry for more.
33 and a beautiful tap.
Somehow gets the down. That to be confirmed.
Living in falls, they were in an immense amount of pressure.
15 seconds.
And JLT hits a sharp shot.
What?
In the blink of an eye, it's all up to falls.
Over towards office.
This is a very difficult round for foes to be able to clutch and fear X out of nowhere
able to win the round and propel themselves to match point.
I'm so good, it's so calculated, disciplined, this patient, I only have one area of like
if I wanted to approve that attack this is what I would do.
They didn't get to utilize the severe soft reaches whatsoever and obviously Yuri was
in the bathtub so you cannot destroy him from beneath it's gonna be an
unbreakable surface but you did see Jung's on the sense fighting with the
player there on the bathroom door constantly jiggle peeking in had JLT
spent one Sophia's suffrage downstairs in West Main you can watch the angle
vertically you might even get the kill with timing that could be a way to get
a kill maybe fishing for a player deep inside of office but doesn't quite a
bit more map control downstairs chicken dining chicken West Main chicken
fireplace with the lobby flank. Other than that, it really was close to a flawless way
they have to be engaged to go about it. The trade game, going one by one, you know, you
would easily get a double kill if they both went deep into Solar, but it was just one
guy walking in deep, Wukime with 20 HP, and then Soldier behind him, much more ready
for a fight, gets three kills. A beautiful setup. And D plus, they're down. That
6 skull line this almost never happens for them the entire time they've been in the APL
Has it ever happened? Maybe I'll take a little look actually. I don't think it has
I don't tend to deal with a whole group. Let's look at the early stage
No, and at best of one, they have never been in this position before.
Since joining the APL.
They've lost them having a B.O.3 and obviously lost a B.O.3, but they've never had a group
stage go this way ever.
They usually are very dominant.
We don't get another 7-1 tonight, especially this matchup.
Really expected a tight contest here.
Newrecks have come out to play, you're the same with the Crack Grenade is on point.
Oh it's beautiful!
I think the night actually fell short and probably didn't matter as a headshot anyway.
I don't think he moved.
Yeah but the grenade indicator, I mean it gives you that confidence right?
If you just swing there with HDLT in a raw 50-50, you don't feel like, oh I'm gonna win
this necessarily.
But with the grenade, you're using there for the trade, you get this boost of, okay
this is so winnable.
And it just makes a difference in that fight, me to get in 2v1 from the basement, they
built that early lead.
And strategic remaster class once again, problem solving here from being in case
of, oh what, it's disgusting.
The pixel prefire on the shield of the iron to get library control, air jet comes
out.
Doesn't connect though.
And then when we took the exact same location,
Wiggren knows that they cannot push deep into the library.
The airjet has been pre-positioned on these boxes somewhere.
Look at that maid!
Look at that maid!
Oh my god!
Holy moly!
What is that?
Great idea!
You guys are on another dimension tonight!
They- what?
Was that from fireplace,
double door,
bounced off the ceiling or something?
Like, it's crazy.
And then they catch him from the opposite double window.
I mean, what-
What is Deepa supposed to do in this round?
There's anything they can do they move they die they don't surrender lay down like this has been amazing
This has been
unbelievable
If flawless rounds to cap the map
From PNK fear X in one of their most dominant showings ever
That came out of nowhere
This is ridiculous. They take the
performance of a light title of this first like I mean imagine the possibilities if this became the
everyday performance from being a theorist they did this against not a weak team not a mid-pack team
but against a like a guaranteed top four and expected maybe top two finish in the stage for
key post which has been to every the most big grand final up against the ad to go to international
tournaments they were on a whole different level and I'm not like you know I'm a bit
against the one-sided matches being like 7-1, 7-2 in these kind of high stakes games,
but the way in which BKFB are explained is so well-deserved.
Oh absolutely, I think it was 2-4, right? There were definitely rounds where they
either had just really good reads, or it was just them down to the countering players who were
kind of leading to their ability to counter-strike, and then there were other rounds at other
circumstances, especially what we kind of saw there towards the very end, which was over a
a really strong team play and the utilization of the utility across the board was like an
absolute top notch. It was almost perfect. It was incredible. And look, a little bit disappointing
that we didn't get a close match up. But for them, that's a massive bolster in confidence
and form as we get towards the tail end of this group stage.
Also, mind you, with Misa retiring, he was like the really sought after individual
players from Korea. GLT steps in. His own former teammate back in PhD Talon days,
JLT just went 12-4 and throughout the entire stage he's been a mad consistent
player. He has some big shoes to fill but he's filled them really well.
Well this is gonna be a fun interview. We've got Nix from the side of Firax
to bring him in and say hello. Congratulations mate. That was I mean
pardon the French but that was effing impressive man. You just smashed him.
Thank you man. Thank you. I'm extremely proud of the boys. They played the
game plan perfectly today and and yeah honestly just just very happy and very
impressed with how we played as a team. I mean the final round is my highlight.
Two grenades get two kills with some crazy teamwork and angle positioning but
I am a little bit curious about the prep work and maybe more about the bar
defense. I noticed because I was casting the D-Pulse previously on September 12th
they did the double shield strat where the blitz pushed into stock and the
life it goes in the plan.
Was he a player, reactive play in the moment,
or did you guys literally see this happening prep for it
and had the counter ready for it?
Yeah, definitely had that prep before.
Shout out to Nova.
I don't think I've given him a shout out this entire time
during the stage, but he puts in so much work
behind the scene.
He's always prepping, always looking
at what teams are doing.
So we always have a pretty good understanding
of what teams strategies or what teams map rules
are gonna be going into a game.
So, yeah, we just, you know, game planned and executed perfectly.
I think the boys knew what was going to happen in that round and we were ready for it.
I guess after a dominant result like this, how do you try and walk away from this
and recompose yourself going forward?
How do you try and carry this momentum through the rest of the stage?
I think it's just about setting a culture and just like, you know,
just taking it day by day.
I think the guys fully understand now that we are.
We are, I don't want to say a top team because, you know,
We have to beat CAG, we have to accomplish those things.
So we have the ability to be a top team.
These guys are extremely talented.
I tell them every single day that they're underrated players
that the region as a whole is underrated.
Even coming into working with APAC North,
I think there's a lot of stigma around the region
and people don't give players the credit that they deserve.
These guys are insanely talented and they work hard.
Yeah, absolutely.
Nix, before we let you go, any shout-outs?
Shout-outs to the boys.
They deserve the win.
They've been putting in tons and tons and tons of effort.
We're going to continue to keep our head down, continue to grind,
and hopefully make this run for Japan.
Awesome. Well, again, congratulations.
Massive performance, all the best for the rest of the stage.
Thanks guys. Have a great night.
Well, thank you.
Well, I mean, I'm so trying to honestly comprehend that result.
Not that I didn't think they had it in them,
but it was also just the fashion in which they played this.
It was not by any means a fluke result.
They had really good prep, really good counterplay.
Really good teamwork overall and it's really nice to hear it from Nix, who is previously an outsider of this region to come in and really praise the quality of these players and respect them in these 50 years.
So I'm excited to see where they go from here and how they try and carry that momentum forward because it is so challenging.
And this is the question that we actually played the best today. Who's gonna be here in the P?
I have a personal favorite, but I'm not gonna say what that is until I see what the actual graphic will show us because I'm not sure they agree with me.
Okay, it's gonna be Joe T. Okay, that was my personal favorite as well. I mean, again, as I said, replacing these big shoes to fill.
I mean, this was one of the, well, this was the match of the day with the most kind of things on the line for standings or top four.
And I think as Nix has said in the past and we've said before as well, the big question mark for B and K theorists is level.
Are they up there in the top of the conversation? Are they higher? Are they lower?
I think today really showed this ceiling.
I don't think you can play much better than today, but if this is your best, that's a very good place to be.
Absolutely. I mean, there's absolutely no doubt now in terms of their ceiling.
At least here on Chalet, and I think that that's going to be what we track going forward over the next couple of play days.
on other maps and they play to a similar level once their map pool depth like and then again it
taps into the discussion about consistency right it's all well good you could go into a
best of three and smash your opponent on the first map if you get a chalet and it's when
you're comfortable on it's not enough to win the series so it's about trying to consistently
produce those results not even day-to-day but just within a best of three right so I think
that's gonna be really really interesting to see if they can transpose that across two
finals. Have a look at the schedule. Look at these scorelines man. Absolute speedrun. I've had word as well. It's actually the most one-sided day of the stage. Only 33 rounds were played in total. The previous was actually Asia in day two, which was 34. So it doesn't really get much more one-sided than this.
ridiculous and I mean some of these matchup like double rx and scars can't
be my enemy is a siege of a barrel I mean that's gonna be a one-sided game sure
but KineTrope Trippie could have gone either way with KineTrope's current level
and D plus being a fierce in especially should have and how that impacts the
standings well I think we should find out because this had had some
implications in the possibilities here KineTrope still sitting in fifth place
with their victory because being a fierce got the full three points but
they are only a game away from each other basically and now with people not getting any points
they are tied with scars in second, only one point ahead of being a Fiorix
we have a sandwich here in top 4 where one game can make a break depending on the opponent
you have all teams confirmed in terms of pop or bottom 4 CIG they are locked they will 100%
be in finals unfortunately for double rx can you be my enemy and trippy main telecom
None of those teams will be eligible to get through the top four and after that result
Kinetrope it was the worst outcome for them for B-Rex to smash their opposition tonight.
Their chances of making the top four sit at about nine cents.
So they have a very difficult path forward now to make the top four.
Tough, tough, tough.
But I like the fact that APL is getting more competitive across the board.
I think I've said this as well during the last stage when we're working on Asia, Asia,
OZ, and if I can't remember, we're all looking like we have more and more teams able to be
competitive and more upsets that can possibly happen which makes it that much more exciting
to be watching the games because, as I always say, you never know what's gonna happen.
Competitive?
I thought every game tonight was a speed run.
But I know what you mean.
Well, tonight they were, but yesterday, next week, who knows, it could be the
complete other way around.
It could well be, well apologies for the short night, hopefully you guys are still able to farm your packs. South America League starts in just a few hours, so if you're awake be sure to tune in, that's us done for tonight. We'll see you next week for more, EPL action.
