[00:02:01] I'm still looking at you
[00:02:04] Even if I run away, I run away
[00:02:10] I'm popular in my mind
[00:02:12] In my mind, yeah
[00:02:13] What do you want from me?
[00:02:16] You know I'm my power
[00:02:18] I can't see you, you're at the top of the world
[00:02:51] You can just come by the balcony
[00:02:53] Yeah, yeah, put the mic on there
[00:02:56] Yeah, good girl, I'm from out of town, yeah
[00:06:21] No way, you can't let me go
[00:06:24] You know I'm not easy
[00:06:27] I can't do whatever everything I want all day
[00:06:30] I don't need to work, so I'm going to do my best
[00:06:33] You're the only one I need, I'm the only one
[00:06:37] Even if I do it, I won't be able to do it
[00:06:40] Look at me, I can't even close my eyes
[00:06:44] I'm only looking at you with my head
[00:06:46] I'm the only one, I'm the only one
[00:06:50] I'll tell you all just about me
[00:06:52] If I like it, let me get it
[00:06:55] Oh, you can't be like me
[00:06:57] I don't know what you're looking at
[00:07:02] I can't run, I can't run
[00:07:06] I'm standing in front of you
[00:07:09] Look at me right now
[00:07:12] I know it's not a dream
[00:07:17] I'm crazy
[00:07:19] Takuna fit, I'm a cut hit, I'm different from you
[00:07:22] I'm so curious, what's the difference?
[00:07:24] I'm getting closer to you, I'm getting closer to you
[00:07:28] Now, come to me, yeah, focus on me
[00:07:31] I can't even open my eyes
[00:07:36] I ask you with my head, I'm a blue energy
[00:07:41] I'm alone, focus on me, it's a light girl
[00:07:45] I'm a daddy, but you can't like me
[00:07:48] I still don't know, I'm still standing
[00:07:53] I'm a daddy, but you can't like me
[00:07:58] I'm a villain in my mind
[00:08:01] If you tell me, I know my power
[00:08:06] I can't look at you, I'm at the top of the world
[00:08:10] I want to follow you, I want to see you
[00:08:13] I'm not stupid, I'm not happy
[00:08:16] I'm not a fool, I'm not a fool
[00:08:20] I'm not a fool, I'm not a fool
[00:08:22] I like that, I'm not getting
[00:08:24] Why you can't like me
[00:08:26] I don't know what I'm doing
[00:08:28] I'm still standing
[00:08:31] I'm not a fool, I'm not getting
[00:08:33] I'm not a fool, I'm not getting
[00:08:35] I want it, no matter what or what
[00:08:38] I want it, can't just come by
[00:08:40] I want it, I want it
[00:12:12] Then you'll take you all for a ride, get high, get wild, get wild
[00:12:17] Shut up and drive, you may just shut up and drive
[00:12:20] I was going to bust the fuckin' diamonds down in Moody about my
[00:12:25] Looking down for the night
[00:12:27] Can't be something to mainly leave it all behind
[00:12:33] I'm chasing for the one that's blown out
[00:12:37] We were born to be the same
[00:12:41] We were born to be the same
[00:12:44] We were born to be the same
[00:12:46] We were born to be the same
[00:12:49] Oh my god, what a good start
[00:12:52] Oh my god, you are like
[00:12:55] We never know what we're gonna
[00:13:00] Oh my god, what a good start
[00:13:02] Just living in lies, yeah, it's just true
[00:13:06] This is what's happening now
[00:13:08] Yeah, this is our life
[00:13:10] Friday, April, New York, West Side
[00:13:13] Saturday, the house behind
[00:13:15] License, paperwork, L.A.S.X
[00:13:18] To ask me in, I'm back in July
[00:13:20] To come to the house, I don't go back
[00:13:23] No rebounder, now not my boy
[00:13:25] I'll put this in the middle
[00:13:26] To the unalised blur
[00:13:27] I'll speed it through town
[00:13:28] And it doesn't matter where we go
[00:13:30] It doesn't matter where we go
[00:14:32] What's got it? What's got it?
[00:14:36] What's got it? What's got it?
[00:14:38] We don't know what's going on
[00:14:43] What's got it? What's got it?
[00:15:32] I
[00:16:32] I
[00:17:02] I
[00:26:32] Yes
[00:27:32] You
[00:31:02] We're going to be 5 o'clock in the morning.
[00:31:12] We're going to be 5 o'clock in the morning.
[00:31:22] Get on, get on, get on!
[00:31:24] Get on, get on, get on, get on
[00:31:26] Get on, get on, get on
[00:31:28] Get on, get on, get on
[00:31:44] Don't care if you're the talk of the town
[00:37:22] I told you, I was done with basic browsers.
[00:37:48] When I was a player, if I was to like make a misplay, maybe it's my mouse, maybe it's
[00:38:17] my armrest, something feels wrong. If you were at home, you wouldn't do that.
[00:38:22] The Infinite Precision Armrest is part of the largest ukulele on-stage standard initiative
[00:38:27] aimed to bring your home or training room settings to the tournament stage.
[00:38:31] Not only that, but other players will also set up their game in a more natural way.
[00:38:36] The most comfortable way to play is to play more naturally.
[00:39:31] The
[00:39:43] tired of the offseason blues once worlds is over?
[00:39:46] Fear not, because League of Legends is coming to the very first Esports Nations Cup, where
[00:39:51] players split from their clubs and compete for national pride.
[00:39:56] Will China test every limit imaginable?
[00:39:59] South Korea turned every game into a macro masterclass?
[00:40:02] Will EU and NA actually play in the correct lengths?
[00:40:06] The final event of the year is not to be missed.
[00:40:09] Esports Nation's Cup 2026.
[00:40:11] See you in Riyadh.
[00:40:14] With my new phone company, Menace Mobile,
[00:40:17] our pricing structure will be so confusing.
[00:40:20] It could already be described as evil.
[00:40:23] That isn't evil.
[00:40:24] It's just typical phone company stuff.
[00:40:26] Besides, people just switch to Verizon.
[00:40:28] With their new simplicity plan, there's just one plan and one price.
[00:40:31] What now?
[00:40:32] And it's only $30 for a single line.
[00:40:34] $30!
[00:40:35] So you're all choosing Verizon?
[00:40:37] Free NERS!
[00:40:38] Introducing the simplicity plan, $30 for a single line.
[00:40:42] Can you hear me now?
[00:40:49] Red Bull gives you wings.
[00:40:52] Times like this,
[00:40:55] A where star players shine and new legends step up.
[00:41:00] Where legacies are built and dreams are either realized or ripped apart.
[00:41:06] A tale doesn't die.
[00:41:08] You can't accept the bloody god who has spent so long to talk about the world.
[00:41:15] You can't see where the damn things go.
[00:41:17] You can't do so much what you're changing.
[00:41:19] You can't judge the story that easily.
[00:41:23] In eSports, legendary moments demand speed, scale, and soul.
[00:41:28] Players and fans bring the heart.
[00:41:30] Technology brings it to life.
[00:41:33] Every frame, every stat, every decisive play.
[00:41:37] In partnership with League of Legends eSports,
[00:41:40] we are driving digital innovation that empowers the eSports ecosystem to keep expanding.
[00:41:46] So players can focus on the game, and fans can focus on the moment.
[00:43:53] You don't even know
[00:43:55] I can't do whatever everything I want all day
[00:43:58] I don't need to be afraid, so I'm just a sweet DNA
[00:44:02] You want it, right? I'm human, right?
[00:44:05] Even if I do it together, I can't do it together
[00:44:08] Look at me, I can't do it together
[00:44:12] I don't know, I don't know
[00:44:15] And I'm up in the middle
[00:44:18] I'm still not focused on me
[00:44:20] If I like it, I'm gonna get it
[00:44:23] But you can't let me
[00:44:25] I'm so much
[00:44:27] I'm still looking at you
[00:44:30] I can't even say goodbye
[00:44:34] I'm standing in front of you
[00:44:37] Now and again
[00:44:40] I don't need to think about it
[00:44:43] I know, I'm crazy
[00:44:47] I'm gonna fit, I'm gonna cut it, I'm different from you
[00:44:50] Give up, you can't go, you can't go this far
[00:44:53] I can't go, I'm gonna be special
[00:44:56] Now, look at me, you're falling on me
[00:44:59] Look at me, I'm falling in love with you
[00:45:04] Look at me, I'm falling in love with you
[00:45:09] I'm falling in love with you
[00:45:17] Welcome to the day John for the last day of MSI playing.
[00:45:40] We have one last series here on our head.
[00:45:43] It is going to be Team Liquid, Alienware versus T1.
[00:45:47] We see them with the signing moment here.
[00:45:49] Their signatures look so cool every time, I have to say.
[00:45:53] Putting all of us to shame.
[00:45:54] And yeah, putting EU to shame as to what happened yesterday.
[00:45:57] Raz, Dagger, Dagger, actually, I'm just going to talk to you.
[00:46:01] I'm not talking to you yet.
[00:46:03] I'm just saying, babe, I don't know.
[00:46:06] I just want you to have an injection of hope.
[00:46:09] Babe.
[00:46:10] That didn't feel like hope, was it?
[00:46:12] I didn't like it at all, whenever we had, we didn't enjoy it.
[00:46:15] Oh my god.
[00:46:16] It always complained in my hotel room, I'm telling you.
[00:46:19] Bro, I thought it was a fever dream because of jet lag, but no, we actually got 3-0'd by
[00:46:24] TL.
[00:46:25] There's been a lot of 3-0's, by the way, even if we can talk about what happened in
[00:46:28] plane, but like, yeah, talk to me through from your winner perspective.
[00:46:31] Razzha, congratulations.
[00:46:32] How did this one happen?
[00:46:34] Yeah, I personally saw this one coming.
[00:46:37] Don't check my early predictions.
[00:46:39] But no, quite honestly, it was basically the 3-0s throughout play-ins expected from the
[00:46:45] T1 side of things.
[00:46:47] But then we all looked at K-Corp versus Team Liquid Alienware, and we expected it to be
[00:46:52] a competitive series.
[00:46:54] That did not happen from the draft, from the in-game play, and I appreciated it.
[00:46:57] That gave me hope for today, at least a little bit of hope.
[00:46:59] Yeah, it was not it.
[00:47:01] I mean, even Atlas was coming into the game yesterday, and this is going to be the closest
[00:47:04] series we have in play-ins, and then it just wasn't.
[00:47:06] Nothing.
[00:47:07] Honestly, the closest one kind of feels like it was T1 versus T other last on these two Tuesdays
[00:47:11] because I'm being honest.
[00:47:12] Which gets me excited for today, but before that, even if the games haven't been close to fine planes,
[00:47:16] a lot of stuff has been close in-game, and that's the smites.
[00:47:19] And I want to play again with you guys, and you guys watching as well.
[00:47:22] We're going to give you some pictures to celebrate playing, and we're going to say,
[00:47:26] who won that fight?
[00:47:28] Okay, who won the smite fight?
[00:47:29] Looking at the screen shot we have, obviously we blurred the names.
[00:47:31] Okay.
[00:47:32] You just have the champions here, so yeah, tell me what you guys think.
[00:47:35] Is that this is from playing stage right? It is only from playing stage. I'm going for blue side. Blue side has good control over it
[00:47:41] I think they've got it. I'll go red. I'm gonna go red. Which game was it? I think
[00:47:47] Oh
[00:47:50] Testing if you've been paying attention. Yeah
[00:47:53] Well, I know
[00:47:55] But you know because that was right. I'm going K Corp versus T1
[00:47:59] It is not K Corp versus T1. No, because they had the Kiana with the Cassiopeia
[00:48:03] But it is a blue side steal though, you got that one right?
[00:48:07] Okay, okay, okay, got bless those adiodos.
[00:48:10] It's your team!
[00:48:11] I should notice!
[00:48:12] I should notice?
[00:48:13] I think the Q1 vs Team Liquid painted my view of anyone winning my fight from Team Liquid
[00:48:19] side.
[00:48:20] But yeah, okay, alright, alright, alright.
[00:48:21] You know I've failed, I'll still take the win.
[00:48:22] That's still one point, you get it.
[00:48:23] Seconds might fight we have here, not a neutral, yeah, you're f***ed.
[00:48:28] Sorry.
[00:48:29] This is Q1 KC.
[00:48:31] That is the invade at the first few minutes that did not go the way of KC who are the red team and it's owner responded with the blue
[00:48:49] Securing the red buff third one we have let's go. Oh my god. Oh
[00:48:55] This was Busey O's rail steal against DCG
[00:49:01] I'm sorry Pop9, we all gotta go through at some point, we all have to go through a moment
[00:49:07] like this.
[00:49:08] Alright, nice.
[00:49:09] And we just hate our supports after it, after that moment Nero has scarred.
[00:49:12] I thought it was great first hand, I was alright.
[00:49:15] You know what, EU, Nero's American support, yeah, you better believe it, we're good.
[00:49:20] You can claim him for this one, and for the rest of what he looks like.
[00:49:23] Oh no, no, I think we're good.
[00:49:24] Alright, next one here, Elder fights.
[00:49:26] No, not Elder, whatever, no, no.
[00:49:29] So I think we, is it only yikes by Kiana?
[00:49:31] I don't like this.
[00:49:32] I think it's, I'm pretty sure this is the owner's devious from the yike.
[00:49:38] I'm just gonna make a bet that it's probably a Jose losing a smite steal.
[00:49:42] I'm just gonna, it's a bet, it's a safe bet I think, but I'm gonna go for it.
[00:49:45] So you have that one right?
[00:49:48] Is it versus T1?
[00:49:50] It is not versus T1.
[00:49:51] Yeah.
[00:49:52] It's one of yikes, great, but we know that it's really, really good for, for clutches like this.
[00:49:57] You do not try to steal against Yike.
[00:49:59] Lesson learned.
[00:50:01] We stole the series though, I'll take it.
[00:50:03] Anyway, potato refile.
[00:50:09] What happens at Cloud Drake here?
[00:50:11] I'm feeling the Habie-Geebies on this one.
[00:50:13] Wait a minute.
[00:50:15] This is T1 vs TL.
[00:50:17] It is T1 vs TL.
[00:50:19] So it's guaranteed.
[00:50:21] I don't even have to put the effort into this one.
[00:50:23] I remember this is one of my prep moments.
[00:50:25] Yeah, I'm sorry, like that is what it is.
[00:50:27] It's happened a lot throughout the last time
[00:50:29] they faced off against each other.
[00:50:30] Yeah.
[00:50:30] All right.
[00:50:31] Is he hosing?
[00:50:32] Yeah.
[00:50:32] I was going to say, I don't remember hosing
[00:50:34] getting luch in those games.
[00:50:35] Please don't make it the same one.
[00:50:36] You know what?
[00:50:37] All right.
[00:50:37] Let's see if the producers want to bully us.
[00:50:39] What's going on here?
[00:50:40] Oh, this is game two.
[00:50:41] In final three.
[00:50:41] This is the soul that owners stole as well against.
[00:50:44] You are trying to bully us.
[00:50:46] I'm going to start saying game two in the production side.
[00:50:48] From the production truck, I'm going to start saying names.
[00:50:50] They're going after me.
[00:50:51] We're trying to be happy here.
[00:50:52] We're trying to extend the positivity from Team Liquid.
[00:50:55] Okay, you want to stay happy? We can stay happy because even though the Smites didn't go his way against Barnard last time,
[00:51:01] Jose de Odo had an amazing MSI so far. We saw the listing yesterday,
[00:51:04] but I feel like he's been popping off left and right ever since the start of the tournament.
[00:51:08] Did you expect him to be that good, Raz?
[00:51:10] Not at all. It's funny because personally, I believe he should have gotten MVP for the split that he had during the regular season in North America.
[00:51:17] But he's somebody that comes on stage and he talks about how he's just trying to play with no pressure, like it's any other game.
[00:51:23] And usually when someone says that I was like, okay, I'll see it before I believe it.
[00:51:26] And I've been seeing someone who is just in flow state constantly and performing really well in an international stage.
[00:51:33] So yeah, I think the performance that we have seen, I did not expect and I love it.
[00:51:37] And it looked his adaptation over the course of this, the couple of series he's had as well, especially against T1 last time.
[00:51:42] Because he got to shut down a twin of those plays in the bottom lane.
[00:51:45] He was constantly adapting to what owner was trying to do.
[00:51:48] And then it kind of came into these skirmishes where it really felt like Jose Dioto was taking over.
[00:51:52] And I love that he had like some of the counter picks available like the poppy like he has some of these cool picks
[00:51:57] We got to see the leasing from him yesterday
[00:51:59] It felt like Jose de Oda was really popping off and against someone like owner
[00:52:03] You have to be able to control that bottoms out of the map because you know that's where he's gonna play
[00:52:08] Whoa, whoa, whoa bring that what bring that screen back up. Don't look at this
[00:52:16] Out to get us okay
[00:52:18] Today is a new day! We don't need that negativity.
[00:52:21] It's a European production, okay?
[00:52:23] Exactly what it is, right?
[00:52:25] But if you're not going to get the neutral objectives, maybe you can get control elsewhere against C1.
[00:52:29] What are we looking at here for him?
[00:52:31] God, I feel like there are so many things that were happening that were not really giving me a lot of positivity.
[00:52:37] I will say, from Jose the other side, I just love the fact that there's some creativity in the draft.
[00:52:42] Like, I've been enjoying that part.
[00:52:43] Yeah, and I love again that he's been able to play so heavily around that bottom side,
[00:52:46] because I think that was where, especially in Game 2,
[00:52:49] they were able to do a lot of work against T1.
[00:52:51] And I kind of wanted to break it down
[00:52:52] because I think he worked really well with Core JJ
[00:52:55] coming into that game.
[00:52:56] And I think Core JJ, along with Jose Diodo, was exemplary.
[00:53:00] But really, I want to highlight what Core JJ
[00:53:02] was able to achieve, because his Nautilus in that Game 2
[00:53:05] was absolutely spectacular.
[00:53:07] So on your screen, you can see that T1 went for this invade
[00:53:09] in the bottom side, in the end of catching Jose Diodo
[00:53:11] as he came across.
[00:53:12] He's just burned Flash, and now they
[00:53:14] want to try and follow up with this.
[00:53:15] But as we start to play it out, I
[00:53:16] I wanted you to keep your eyes on how CoreJJ ends up playing this fight because it's instrumental to blowing this game open in front of the team Liquid.
[00:53:22] So as we get this initial engage, you can see that basically what T1 want to do is try and jump on towards the backline of Team Liquid.
[00:53:29] But immediately you get this play coming through from CoreJJ, where he ends up hitting Vi with that hook, so he interrupts the Q that's coming through.
[00:53:38] He completely ignores Carrier and will then immediately slam another Ultimate on towards Paze, which then shuts down any sort of follow-up that's coming through.
[00:53:46] And at this stage, Team Liquid kind of realized,
[00:53:48] okay, we have this big ultimate that's come across the front of us,
[00:53:51] and what we want to do is play back up into this choke point,
[00:53:54] because if we can get T1 into this sort of position with this Taliyah,
[00:53:57] who's starting to come down from the top side, we can actually play with this fight.
[00:54:01] But again, watch how patient Khorjhaj is in this,
[00:54:05] because at the moment he has both the lockers and this heal up and available,
[00:54:08] which you could throw at him, easily think,
[00:54:10] okay, we're going into the fight, we're about to take a lot of damage from Kheri as ult,
[00:54:13] but he's patient with us.
[00:54:14] and you'll see now in just a moment as this engage comes through and he gets knocked to the side.
[00:54:18] Watch there, he immediately gets the heel onto Jose Dioto, pops the locket there as well,
[00:54:24] which is onto Jose Dioto, and that is the one thing that keeps Jose Dioto alive because now
[00:54:30] he's able to run up into this position which draws T1 deeper again into this choke point,
[00:54:35] and it's going to be Paze who's trying to follow up in this play that actually gets clipped by
[00:54:40] and then the Unraveled Earth is here, just there.
[00:54:44] He gets stunned, Paze tries to then follow up,
[00:54:46] and immediately, Core JJ with this monster hook
[00:54:49] that defined the play, set up Team Liquid for this play,
[00:54:54] where they get the kill, and sure he dies in the end,
[00:54:57] but it's the understanding by Core JJ in this fight up,
[00:54:59] who the targets need to be, how to interrupt T1,
[00:55:02] where to position in the fight,
[00:55:04] and crucial cooldowns that really blew the game open for Team Liquid.
[00:55:07] from for team liquid. I feel like this international event I love that highlight
[00:55:10] has been amazing for Corday J because domestically there's been a few
[00:55:13] question marks on the bot lane as a whole but for sure from Corday J who's
[00:55:16] like in his peak moments in his career can really control the map and team
[00:55:20] fights like those the fact that we're seeing that alongside a lot of the
[00:55:22] positives of the rest of the map in team liquid that do give me hope so you know
[00:55:26] what I wasn't I was kind of negative on the 3v3 spot side I was kind of negative
[00:55:29] a lot of things happening in team liquid not after watching that. I love how we're trying to
[00:55:31] convince Raz that he's gonna be okay. Thank you.
[00:55:35] He's been here forever, he played against multiple iterations of T1 and actually we caught up with him yesterday after the game and ahead of the ones he's going to have today, so let's check out what he has to say.
[00:55:48] In any situation, they will keep trying to find a way to win the game. I think that was really big.
[00:55:55] They think about how to win the game and never stop thinking about it, so I think that's really hard for an enemy team to finish the game.
[00:56:03] the game. I will try my best to get stronger individually to match how Karriea played.
[00:56:11] Some of the play he's making was really impressive. Yeah, I try to do the same thing as him.
[00:56:20] Try and do the same thing Karriea is doing. That is a tough thing to do.
[00:56:24] Yeah, especially if he has rusted old man hands.
[00:56:27] I was going to say Karriea's mechanics are insane. I don't know if you're,
[00:56:30] Don't know many people who are able to do that. I do think one thing that gives me a lot of hope from team liquid side
[00:56:35] I'll start with like the top side of the map because the last time we saw this matchup
[00:56:38] I felt like Morgan did
[00:56:40] Incredibly well versus Doran and it also was the same case for Kanna
[00:56:43] I know that like I think from the one side from T1 that we've been seeing a weakness from is the early laning phase from Doran
[00:56:49] I will say he doesn't get a lot of the draft resources the lowest in terms of counter pick rate and a lot of that resources go towards
[00:56:54] The bot side of the map, but and but you could see he's not doing well with it
[00:56:59] Yeah, but it's also Morgan has kind of been on a tear.
[00:57:03] Yeah, he's solo killed both the Korean top laners that we had him against and had an amazing time against Doran.
[00:57:09] And I do think it kind of speaks a lot to him as he started to shift away from what he was known as domestically on all these kind of tanks and kind of being that weak side into,
[00:57:16] No, I'm going to play the Yasuo. I'm going to play the Rumble. I want to be a carry. And he's been stepping up massive things.
[00:57:20] One thing I'm concerned about though, all these things I'm saying about the early landing phase, Doran when he gets some of these later game team fights have been on tear against us.
[00:57:28] I mean that's the thing you look at Doran and often you're gonna be like yeah sure
[00:57:32] He might be one of the weaknesses for someone but for me he carries his name so well
[00:57:35] He's the shield for this team. He's the guy who no matter what happens
[00:57:39] Even if he underperforms he doesn't get any attention
[00:57:41] He doesn't get any counter picks but he's gonna be able to protect his team and actually find ways back into the game
[00:57:47] So how much do you want to bet on this early laning phase for Morgan here?
[00:57:51] How impactful is that gonna be?
[00:57:53] Not as impactful, not as impactful
[00:57:54] I still think about that Gragas, like a flank that he had versus Team Liquid, where he just kind of won them the game.
[00:58:00] So I'm worried.
[00:58:01] But it's even in that game too that we just broke down our TL for to open the game.
[00:58:04] It was then dorm with this insane public execution that kind of won the fight then for Team 1 later on in the series.
[00:58:10] So it just feels like you can kind of put the man down, but it's so hard to keep him down, which I think speaks volumes to Dora.
[00:58:16] Listen, I feel like a lot of fans, if you watch LCK, you know it, there's something called the T1 Circus.
[00:58:21] And I know we shouldn't be talking about this too much, but I'm just saying that there's avenues into this game
[00:58:25] I do think that we had
[00:58:28] Good elements when they played against team one last time
[00:58:30] Is there any aspect you want them to see improve upon since the last time they faced off against them?
[00:58:36] What are we looking at here from the T1 side?
[00:58:40] Those team fights like Paze is just always gonna try and find windows small windows to get back into the game from team liquid
[00:58:46] They need to be a lot more consistent with the lead that they have
[00:58:48] I think as well just trying to solidify that bottom lane like the male cameo kind of lose the game open in game one if you
[00:58:54] Can try and get rid of some of these picks maybe in the band phase
[00:58:56] Hope that then you can be a little bit better prepared and maybe that game doesn't run away
[00:59:01] 100% like I think the early prep from T1 team liquid has been great right yeah game one their early level one prep was
[00:59:06] Phenomenal and then the team might tap in and guess who's winning a lot of the small skirmishes. It's T1
[00:59:11] So like the early mechanics is just great from that team
[00:59:14] I think the prep is on point from team liquid just need to see better team fighting
[00:59:17] Let's check out what the fans think here with the mastercard fan prediction. I think it's gonna be very one-sided
[00:59:23] But still still I want to be I want to see who hopes
[00:59:25] Please take these and I want to see who hopes you know what?
[00:59:29] 19.5% of the fans think that team liquid and where it's gonna take it
[00:59:33] I think that's as good as it gets round that up to 20
[00:59:39] 33% prediction
[00:59:41] What are you doing? Yeah, you guys are getting this wrong again by the way, you know what I like what I'm seeing
[00:59:47] I think this has been convincing you that you actually should believe it's here.
[00:59:52] That's how this test is being...
[00:59:53] You're supposed to be the one with the like American flag waving over your office.
[00:59:56] I will give them a game.
[00:59:59] Three-one.
[01:00:00] I have enough faith for one game.
[01:00:02] You know what?
[01:00:03] It's always hard because at the end of the day only one team advances tonight between
[01:00:06] and Team Liquid Alienware. Let's see who gets to the main stage.
[01:00:36] This is about to go down.
[01:00:38] We're going home.
[01:00:39] We're going home.
[01:00:42] This is your time.
[01:00:43] This is your home.
[01:00:44] This is your fight.
[01:00:45] Fight with your fight.
[01:00:53] Welcome everyone to this incredible series,
[01:00:56] the final series in the playing stage of MSI 2026,
[01:00:59] between T1 and Team Liquid Alienware.
[01:01:03] where and no surprise whatsoever, but I'm thinking it might be a bit of a T1 favorite house here today is a
[01:01:11] It's hard to say hard to say, you know
[01:01:14] You look out there, you know, it's like half-core JJ Jersey's half baker, you know
[01:01:19] I don't know
[01:01:22] 99.9% T1 fan. I was walking outside the venue before
[01:01:25] Thousands and thousands of fans have lined up hours early to get in to get the best seats to be able to be in the
[01:01:32] for a row, watch Baker, watch T1, do what they are expecting them to do, which is smack
[01:01:38] down TL.
[01:01:39] But after yesterday, a lot of optimism for TL.
[01:01:42] Of course, a tall task to beat T1, but I imagine we will see a significant uptick in
[01:01:46] performance both from the lessons they learned last time they played and from the confidence
[01:01:50] they gained after that absolute demolishment yesterday.
[01:01:53] Both teams are on a 16-winning streak, you know?
[01:01:56] That is numbers don't lie.
[01:01:57] The numbers don't lie.
[01:01:58] Basically the same thing.
[01:02:00] Same thing.
[01:02:01] You can lose or you win.
[01:02:02] It's a 50-50 matchup.
[01:02:05] TL did make me believe in the last series a number of times.
[01:02:09] I mean, game two was the big one.
[01:02:10] I felt like compositionally, I thought
[01:02:12] they were going to outscale.
[01:02:13] I thought they had really good answers to what
[01:02:14] T1 had drafted.
[01:02:15] And they were up 6,000 goals.
[01:02:18] But T1 are just out team fighting them so badly
[01:02:21] in that series.
[01:02:22] And the games are decided by team fights these days.
[01:02:25] You can bravely, through individual laning,
[01:02:27] through smart map play.
[01:02:28] But basically, every game with legalizing
[01:02:30] in front of the play these days, is going to be decided in the 5v5.
[01:02:33] And TL were clearly a couple steps below where T1 was, right?
[01:02:39] You know, T1 was just better in the 5v5.
[01:02:41] And so, TL, if they want to get a game,
[01:02:44] if they want to have a chance in the series,
[01:02:45] have to be able to have the incredible early games
[01:02:47] that they had last time, and then pair that
[01:02:49] with much better team-playing.
[01:02:51] Yeah, and against a team like T1, we just
[01:02:53] have to understand that it's really just not
[01:02:54] over until the next as well.
[01:02:55] Six gags, at least, seven k, eight k.
[01:02:57] It does not matter.
[01:02:58] This is a team who if a single player missteps or underperforms will find a way back to the game
[01:03:03] Even in situations that for a lot of other teams the world would be unwinnable
[01:03:06] But now we enter picks and ban presented by HyperX. Here's the big thing for me
[01:03:11] Want to see if we get more of this priority on Perry?
[01:03:15] Excuse me carry Israeli champions the Camille immediately banned and what we've seen across every series thus far in MSI is this champion
[01:03:21] Is a terror wouldn't surprise me if for main stage. She just becomes
[01:03:25] Yeah, absolutely. I mean, has been pretty terrifying. It's also one of these things where I think it is kind of more about the player than the champion is my initial read. You know, whether or not that stays true, it's hard to know, but we will find out.
[01:03:39] There's just so many scary champions against Kariah and that's kind of the problem is there's so many threats on T1 that you can't just throw all your bands in one direction and expect to win. You can't get pickers, Orianna.
[01:03:48] You can't give Kerry his barred. You can't give Kerry it feels like it's Camille now
[01:03:51] But his pike has been nasty like this guy's insanely flexible
[01:03:54] It's just whatever he plays he's gonna look good and people have like should have banned that and reminder as well
[01:03:59] T1 coming in undefeated on the upper side of this frack if they don't get the luxury of double elimination
[01:04:04] But in this game one they get the luxury of right a first selection both side and choosing where they're going first pick
[01:04:09] They've opted for first pick here
[01:04:10] So do you want gonna feel really comfortable in the staff especially if they have a lot so much of what team the good alien
[01:04:16] somewhere, brought to the table yesterday.
[01:04:17] Absolutely, and I think it's a really good point
[01:04:19] that Winter's back at advantage, you know,
[01:04:20] I was talking about it with Spawn on the desk yesterday.
[01:04:23] And he was mentioning it is about a 58% win rate
[01:04:26] for teams that both get Blue Side and First Pick,
[01:04:28] which is, you know, what you are gonna see here for T1.
[01:04:31] So even just not paying attention to the name plates,
[01:04:35] it is a significant advantage to be First Pick
[01:04:37] and Blue Side.
[01:04:38] And T1 have earned that by not dropping a single game
[01:04:41] in play-ins that came in the favorites.
[01:04:43] They looked like the favorites.
[01:04:44] And we have left Bard up for Keria.
[01:04:47] All right, let's remake.
[01:04:48] It's 1-0-2-1.
[01:04:49] Well played.
[01:04:49] Well played.
[01:04:50] The ages became 100%.
[01:04:51] No, certainly Keria on this Bard.
[01:04:55] Well, there's a lot of Keria's champions
[01:04:56] that could feel a little unbeatable,
[01:04:57] but this is a champion that can be incredibly terrifying.
[01:04:59] And already, it kind of signals to Team Liquid,
[01:05:01] hey, you cannot be picking immobile Keria.
[01:05:03] Keria's going to find a way, going to find those angles,
[01:05:06] and see if they have an immediate response.
[01:05:07] Because they left this open.
[01:05:08] They knew what they were getting into.
[01:05:10] Yeah, they absolutely did.
[01:05:11] And this is one of the things that TL has talked about
[01:05:13] times where they say, yeah, you can you can plan someone for leaving a champion up, but sometimes
[01:05:18] in field it's actually to win the whole series. You can't just throw and ban something the entire
[01:05:21] way through. So you come up with a good plan. You say, all right, this is how we're going to try
[01:05:25] to beat Karius Bard. Obviously, there's a Herculean task that's going to be incredibly difficult,
[01:05:30] but you come in with a plan. If it works, great. If it doesn't, at least you don't have to ban it
[01:05:34] from us this series. And that is kind of the thought process that some coaches have had.
[01:05:37] But I'm excited to see what TL will bring out here because
[01:05:42] Karrie as Bart is insanely hard to stop.
[01:05:44] I will say, you know, there's a lot of criticism towards KC for leaving it up.
[01:05:48] But KC in that game, we're actually in a pretty good spot.
[01:05:51] And then Karrie did Karrie of things and made them look silly and they won the game,
[01:05:54] but kind of does that on a lot of chance.
[01:05:56] Well, it's true and sometimes Karrie is just going to do Karrie of things
[01:05:59] and there's nothing you can do about it.
[01:06:01] You can't ban a player on the enemy team if they could.
[01:06:03] I'm sure that he would be on the shortlist.
[01:06:05] Absolutely, but that's just not how the game works.
[01:06:08] This is a reminder of how incredibly good he is individually.
[01:06:11] But as we go later into the draft,
[01:06:12] we see on the side of TL already really strong
[01:06:15] engaged options here, and the mobile champions
[01:06:17] might also be a concern for G1 and C, the J4 option.
[01:06:21] But in the midi's response, if owners sin,
[01:06:23] no stranger to the team.
[01:06:24] Oh, that guy's pumped up.
[01:06:25] One of the signature options for him, I'd say.
[01:06:27] And now, Pays interestingly, opting for something a bit
[01:06:29] safer.
[01:06:30] Maybe we see a game where T1 aren't actually
[01:06:32] playing towards the bottom side.
[01:06:33] Yeah, and I think the Ezreal makes a lot of sense,
[01:06:35] I was going to say, you know, the classic pairing, if you are going to go Caitlyn barred,
[01:06:39] you see that they are already showing rail, you see if they're already showing Jarvan,
[01:06:43] and you have to pay some respect to TL, because I think their prep and drafting has been really,
[01:06:46] really good throughout this event, even in the losses against T1.
[01:06:49] I thought they had draft advantages in a lot of those games, and so you're coming in, you're
[01:06:53] expecting the one to full send it, and maybe T1's readers, you are hoping we will play
[01:06:57] a lower mobility carry, someone like Caitlyn who is more vulnerable that you can full send
[01:07:01] it on and really punish.
[01:07:02] So they are going to go the safer option,
[01:07:03] put Paze on the Ezreal here.
[01:07:06] And he is a demon on this champ, as he is on many others.
[01:07:10] To me, so much of the series is just
[01:07:11] going to come down to Ken, Yon, and CoreJJ stand up,
[01:07:14] to Paze and Keria.
[01:07:15] Because they are, in my opinion, without a doubt,
[01:07:17] the best bot lane in the world.
[01:07:19] And they were the clear issue in the last series as well,
[01:07:22] both in lane and in team fighting.
[01:07:24] They clearly outclassed T-Laws bot lane.
[01:07:27] Absolutely did.
[01:07:28] Of course, we've seen an uptick in performance.
[01:07:29] those games that they've spent sense losing to T1 have not been wasted.
[01:07:33] But there's a tight timeline to turn around.
[01:07:35] And it's not enough to compete head to head,
[01:07:37] but it might be enough to stem the bleeding and adjust.
[01:07:39] As you see, Casio taking away.
[01:07:40] Pair with that Ryze bin.
[01:07:41] Really trying to set up clear to be comfortable.
[01:07:43] The downside is 80s dropping even lower, even further in the draft for Yon.
[01:07:48] So a comfort pick isn't super likely.
[01:07:50] Yeah, I mean, to me, I'm not that worried about AD Bins in a game one.
[01:07:53] I just think there's so many that can kind of slot into whatever.
[01:07:56] I'm expecting probably an Inivia bin as well.
[01:07:58] ban out some of the common answers here to the rise.
[01:08:02] But the question to me is, yes, Yon and Kor have looked much
[01:08:05] better.
[01:08:05] And I think Kor, just in general throughout this event,
[01:08:08] even against T1, has looked way better than he had in NA.
[01:08:11] I didn't even have him in my all pro, to be honest.
[01:08:14] But the question is, when you have those other matches
[01:08:17] against DCG and KC, does that really transition over
[01:08:20] against a team like T1?
[01:08:21] Or is it just the level of competition
[01:08:22] is very different, right?
[01:08:23] Because T1 has outclassed everyone in play and is quite a lot.
[01:08:27] Life would be so much easier if the transitive property really just worked one one exactly
[01:08:31] But the comparisons are always going to be the hard point, but as predicted as they'll we are going to see the India taken off the board
[01:08:37] Questions as to what Doran and faker are going to table especially Doran right because that was one of the few lanes where team liquid
[01:08:43] Alienware were able to really just crush in the 1v1 incredible performances from Morgan or return to the Lord Morgan era to start the season
[01:08:50] But Kaisa, historically, really good option into the Ezreal in the later stages.
[01:08:55] Those first few items for Ezreal still favor him.
[01:08:57] But Kaisa champion who really doesn't care if Ezreal wants to play the distance,
[01:09:00] she can get right on top.
[01:09:02] Absolutely can, and this is a throwback.
[01:09:04] It's full comfort for Yon.
[01:09:06] He used to play this style a lot when they kind of dived Metas.
[01:09:08] So they are going to be looking to full center.
[01:09:10] They do think they were hoping that T1 would have gone for a Caitlyn or something
[01:09:14] easier to kind of get in on top of.
[01:09:16] And Bessa going to be blinded here for Doran.
[01:09:18] So the question is, what can Morgan go towards?
[01:09:20] It's the investment fell a little bit
[01:09:21] obvious when she saw the renecing ban.
[01:09:22] That's kind of a meta ban that you are going to throw out there
[01:09:24] as protection.
[01:09:26] Morgan has been incredible.
[01:09:27] And that is kind of the other side of the story
[01:09:29] as people have looked at this and saying, it was really close.
[01:09:31] If only Yon played better, they could have won.
[01:09:34] But you can't guarantee that Morgan is going
[01:09:36] to be chain solo killing Doran.
[01:09:38] And that Jose is going to be getting advantages over owner
[01:09:40] at times, right?
[01:09:41] They played so damn well.
[01:09:43] And that is not easy to do.
[01:09:44] That is not a guarantee by any means
[01:09:47] against players of T1's caliber.
[01:09:49] Absolutely right you need that simultaneous level of overperformance with that day where they're able to match to you
[01:09:54] One go ahead to head and you need that problem to step up. It's a lot of different variables
[01:09:59] Are the reason why he won so heavily favored in the fan prediction as well as I think by a lot of the analysts right seeing how much
[01:10:05] Tiel have been able to step up over the last few days what they'll be able to implement in their game
[01:10:09] Oh, they didn't even have 50% win rate and predictions anymore
[01:10:12] pathetic the fan they follow their hearts, I think which as we know they're frequently wrong
[01:10:17] We're humans, we make dumb choices all the time.
[01:10:20] We air.
[01:10:21] That we do, that we do.
[01:10:23] My fatal flaw was loving North America too much.
[01:10:26] My fatal flaw was believing in KC, so I think you're doing just fine as far as fatal flaws
[01:10:32] go.
[01:10:33] But we'll see if there are any fatal flaws in either these teams' strategy or execution
[01:10:36] as we get ready for the first game in this series.
[01:10:38] Again, final series of the playing stage.
[01:10:41] The winner will hot drop into the main stage and play against BLG.
[01:10:46] So the stakes are astronomical, and they're not stopping any time soon.
[01:10:51] It's going to be exciting here, and even though T1 obviously has an upper bracket advantage,
[01:10:56] that is getting spent in game one.
[01:10:58] There is no reset on the bracket, anything like that, so if they lose, they are out of MSI, period.
[01:11:03] T1 never goes out early in tournaments, so the worst they've ever done at Worlds is semi-finals.
[01:11:09] Anytime they're at MSI, they're usually having a deep run.
[01:11:12] They're never knocked out before, you know, the bracket stage before that elimination stage there.
[01:11:15] The 2019 MSI that you fans love to bring up, that's their worst result.
[01:11:19] Third, fourth, third after, once we got to double it.
[01:11:22] How many teams are left?
[01:11:23] Yeah, more than three or four.
[01:11:25] Exactly.
[01:11:26] Unfortunately.
[01:11:27] Already seeing some early aggressive trading here in the bottom line, Kerry trying to make
[01:11:29] the most of that barred level one, getting electric crew propped down.
[01:11:32] A bit of chipping away, but both sides burning heel, so not the end of the world.
[01:11:35] And the pot already used for Jan, and he's going to be missing about 100 HP as well on
[01:11:40] top of that, even if the potion does expire.
[01:11:41] So, significant HP advantage there for T1,
[01:11:46] and it's carried towards the predict
[01:11:47] with the cosmic binding, can't find it.
[01:11:49] And this is the difficulty, right?
[01:11:50] You can look at a matchup like this and think,
[01:11:52] great, we're gonna do well later.
[01:11:54] You know, just hold on, but that is so much easier
[01:11:56] to have been done against these guys
[01:11:57] who are just so incredible at pushing the limits
[01:12:00] of every matchup and punishing you on every minion.
[01:12:03] They're gonna crash the wave, they're gonna stack it,
[01:12:04] and then when it bounces out, well, guess what?
[01:12:06] You gotta be able to fight them
[01:12:07] or you're gonna be losing minion after minion after minion.
[01:12:09] That's why it gets so hard.
[01:12:10] You can see Kord doing what he can with that crash down, trying to get a little bit of space.
[01:12:14] But he knows that in these early levels, you're just not going to be able to match the power of the Ezreal Bard.
[01:12:19] Both the range and their early kit, strength of their kits.
[01:12:22] A few more levels, maybe things can even out.
[01:12:24] But you said it's not easy to weather the storm.
[01:12:26] We like to pretend when we're not watching, when it's a lane that we're not in.
[01:12:28] Hey, just hold on buddy, it'll be fine.
[01:12:30] But always easier said than done.
[01:12:32] And you can see here, of course, Karya, some impressive, impressive numbers in terms of his individual games.
[01:12:38] and certainly a player we're going to be tracking across the entirety of this tournament.
[01:12:41] But first he has to make it to TL and well he's done it once before.
[01:12:45] But Kenny do it twice. That's the question on everyone's mind.
[01:12:48] That's true. That's true.
[01:12:50] I will say Doran already looking a little bit more comfortable in his laning matchup.
[01:12:54] Last time we saw this up against Morgan it was working on the rumble.
[01:12:57] So things are a little bit different this time.
[01:12:59] Up in carrier now moving to number three, 193 international games played including this one.
[01:13:04] will put him into number three passing
[01:13:07] Shao Hu, a legendary LPL player.
[01:13:10] Here's that full list.
[01:13:11] And this is the International of Six.
[01:13:14] Some impressive stuff, as we see a little bit of footwork
[01:13:16] there from core.
[01:13:17] But it's crazy to me because this edition of T1,
[01:13:22] the most latest one, is new.
[01:13:23] The one before that even feels new.
[01:13:25] Keria, of course.
[01:13:27] Nice job production.
[01:13:28] Love the animal edition.
[01:13:29] I'm the goat of supports.
[01:13:30] And I like this for Keria because he knows it.
[01:13:32] And I like when a player owns it.
[01:13:34] And he's backing it up every time he steps onto the Rift.
[01:13:36] That's why we started shaking in our boots
[01:13:38] when we saw the Bard locked in.
[01:13:39] Yeah, absolutely.
[01:13:40] I mean, it is really, really cool to see him talk about that,
[01:13:43] right?
[01:13:43] Because when we talked about how that had been his goal,
[01:13:46] is to become the greatest support in the world,
[01:13:48] and now feeling confident that he can say that he is.
[01:13:51] They're looking for a three-man dive here.
[01:13:52] Yon is coming back.
[01:13:53] What was that flash?
[01:13:54] A magical journey.
[01:13:55] It was an awkward flash.
[01:13:56] Now, I'm trying to make it back into the top.
[01:13:57] I don't know if the tower's going to be safe with the readout,
[01:13:58] because Paz is just getting hundreds of chip damage for free.
[01:14:03] Two minions left. Q connects. They're gonna take down Khor.
[01:14:06] Looks like Yon might be back. Q locks off Yon, and he manages to live.
[01:14:09] Yon doesn't seem to be long for this world, but Q just going a little bit live.
[01:14:12] He's got Qid. Looking for a bit of vengeance.
[01:14:14] Rune Prison goes down, but extra damage, and he gets one back and return.
[01:14:18] Good roam from Qid to salvage a super dire situation.
[01:14:21] Yeah, really nicely done there. A buy. Qid just ghosting down towards bot lane.
[01:14:26] He's gonna catch most of the wave. I wanna see this again.
[01:14:29] So this was after he had already wasted his flash.
[01:14:31] I'm not really sure what happened if that was a misclick or if like he'd already spent his flash and it was a hex flash I saw
[01:14:35] But that looked bizarre there from core
[01:14:37] But quick comes in owner had flashed out to actually dodge that turn aggro otherwise he could have gone down to yawn
[01:14:42] So quid knows he's gonna be able to chase him down get that kill and you can see a little bit of look of frustration
[01:14:47] So I think that was definitely a bit of an oopsie there from a core
[01:14:50] But quid they gave him a lot of bands to help him out in this mid lane
[01:14:54] They've been up the Ori they've been down the Casio as well as the Anivia which are tough for that rise and quid is very
[01:15:00] depth on the champion and is going to be able to get an early kill. Get that tear stacking right away.
[01:15:04] And pressure on him now to transition that lead because it also means that Paze has been able to
[01:15:08] pick up that early kill. Get that early sheen that Tio already stacked and definitely got to keep
[01:15:11] our eyes on. His click immediately going to flash forward. Follow-up is there, the flip back is there,
[01:15:14] but it might just be a little bit too late. The red buff is still ticking. Faker forced to flash away,
[01:15:19] but not getting the kill is frustrating. That's two flashes burned on the side of TL.
[01:15:23] Exactly. They get both the flashes there that is so good from Faker. Being able to actually tank
[01:15:28] that gank had a really good timing on the flip back to be able to deny some of
[01:15:32] the damages. Jose was coming in and in that picture in picture we saw that
[01:15:35] Yon lost his flash to Kariah as he was trying to push out that wave after they
[01:15:38] had gotten the kill and so Yon is gonna be very vulnerable as a result here and
[01:15:43] Doran, Yon, gonna have to do their best to hold on.
[01:15:46] Morgan on the top side. Zerber's bringing us up. Might see the 1v1 here.
[01:15:50] Doran gonna get knocked back. Just barely not gonna click the wall.
[01:15:52] Doran now trying to dash through. Pick it back on the house for Morgan.
[01:15:54] Wants an extra burst damage, but it's just not enough.
[01:15:56] Doran checking over to 6. Has the vamp just stretched through him.
[01:16:01] Nicely done there by Doran. You can see Morgan was trying to actually wait out the ultimate.
[01:16:05] Doran was trying to predict the ult and actually immune that with the buffer.
[01:16:09] area, taking a big chunk of damage, but has the magical journey to keep him safe across the map.
[01:16:13] This fight's breaking out in the lanes, even without the support of junglers.
[01:16:16] Yeah, that is just so big for T1. You're already putting your energy into this bot lane, getting him ahead.
[01:16:21] Pays pulled back, three stacks.
[01:16:24] Second skin.
[01:16:26] We're not wandering and spotting out Jose to the other, but with this bot lane in such a comfortable position,
[01:16:29] it's gonna be hard for Jose to contest this crab.
[01:16:31] Yeah, I mean, Pays also got the kill down on the bot side and Yon is down two full waves.
[01:16:36] So this is tough, but here comes quick.
[01:16:38] One morph is big. Hard to get out of jail free card here, but at least they'll be able to secure the crab.
[01:16:43] Faker roaming down, poking his head in.
[01:16:46] Hosie Dio to take it over to level 6 is pretty big.
[01:16:49] Maybe they can capitalize in mid lane. Faker very aware of where his opposition is, however.
[01:16:54] Hosie Dio might not care. Cataclysm?
[01:16:57] Walking at him menacingly?
[01:17:00] With a Vanadic Darvinskin? The man has a lot of aura. You gotta respect it, but it is just gonna be an all for all trade.
[01:17:05] Yeah, not the greatest there from Jose is gonna lose that all the other day
[01:17:09] So here it is earlier and we can see Morgan tries to wait it out
[01:17:14] Then get that stun into the wall just barely missed it tries to flash in and actually go for a Q flash to try to just make it
[01:17:20] So it's unreactable basically from Dora, but then Doran flashed over that is able to win out on that 1v1
[01:17:26] And then Morgan without flash of course cannot retreat
[01:17:30] Really slim margins in that 1v1. I think if Morgan gets him into the wall and gets the bonus damage
[01:17:34] I think he actually has the kill and Morgan remember was a shining life for T on the previous series
[01:17:37] Is he now jumps over carry his head, but there's just no way out for members of team one
[01:17:42] Seemingly appear on the top side out of nowhere
[01:17:45] Starts with a cosmic binding but now team liquid want to turn this play back in their favor all too forced out from owners
[01:17:49] The debate from TL can they keep pushing in have to be careful fighting into that joke
[01:17:54] Faker has so many cool downs up so we'll just back off have to contest with that all
[01:17:58] I really like how active quit is being though
[01:18:00] He got early Swifties and he is just running around everywhere. They're looking to scrap
[01:18:04] We have heard TL and Quinn in particular talking about how fast T1 looks to play,
[01:18:10] and that you need to be able to match that pace.
[01:18:12] Because if you try to sit back, your teammates are going to get preyed on,
[01:18:15] they're going to be getting picked off left, right and center,
[01:18:17] so you need to be as active as they are.
[01:18:19] And Quinn is trying to do just that, tries to match the play towards topside,
[01:18:22] now moving bot to try to get behind Paze, but he has a ward,
[01:18:25] and that should mean that he is probably safe.
[01:18:28] Paze should be fine. God is the initial burst of damage.
[01:18:30] Rude connects, but there's not really any follow up there.
[01:18:33] Yeah, you can see that it feels like with knows how important it is that he leverages lead
[01:18:37] He's the only member of the team with the lead on the map, right as dominant as Morgan was in the previous series
[01:18:42] You know, we saw the stats briefly on the side there
[01:18:45] Thus far in this first game
[01:18:46] It just has not been the case even if the margins were close ultimately getting the kill to put snoring in such a comfortable spot is
[01:18:52] T1 almost 2k in the lead only eight minutes in and it's like I was saying in draft, right?
[01:18:57] You can't take that for granted. You can't assume that Morgan is always gonna get those kind of leads against one
[01:19:02] It's just not going to happen.
[01:19:03] Doran is too good of a player to always get that sort of an advantage over him.
[01:19:07] So, you know, both Doran doing better in the 1v1 individually,
[01:19:10] and then T1 putting a lot of resources up towards that topside to try to cover for Doran,
[01:19:15] make sure that without the flash, she couldn't get ganked.
[01:19:17] And as a result, we were able to actually kill off Morgan.
[01:19:19] So there really are trying to put more of an emphasis, I think, on this top lane.
[01:19:22] And that may be one of the adjustments that T1 came into today looking to try to really polish up.
[01:19:28] And thus far, they're kind of, they had the cake, and now they're eating it too,
[01:19:30] because not only are Pays and Karius still winning on the bottom side,
[01:19:33] but it also limited a strength that we saw previously.
[01:19:36] Again, it was an 0-3 loss from T1, despite that up in CS,
[01:19:39] up in Golden, up in XP across the entire series.
[01:19:42] Not something we frequently see.
[01:19:43] A testament to how good Morgan was playing on the day,
[01:19:45] but Doran clearly coming back stronger
[01:19:47] and with a lot more support in this top lane, Morgan.
[01:19:50] Megan R back into the wall, but there's simply too much damage.
[01:19:54] Perfectly timed ulti from Karius.
[01:19:55] Well, just to deny that extra tower shot.
[01:19:57] Yeah, that is actually crazy.
[01:19:58] Turns off the tower there,
[01:20:00] Because had that been a split second earlier, Morgan would actually live in that, you know,
[01:20:04] and maybe things could look a little bit more awkward, but beautifully timed there by Keria,
[01:20:09] they get another kill, it goes to Doran. Morgan has been put in the dirt,
[01:20:13] T-Lifting Liquid just trying to get something back on the other side will get a dragon,
[01:20:17] but they're down 2,000 gold now already.
[01:20:21] Dragon is the consolation prize for the top play, but it's tough, right?
[01:20:24] We already see that first item completion coming in from Doran, so accelerated.
[01:20:27] 1k individual lead eclipse now finished.
[01:20:29] It's only going to make things that much harder for Morgan.
[01:20:32] Just survive and you see the swap now from TL core taken up
[01:20:36] home on the top side alongside yawn who 32 stacks left on that
[01:20:40] call will start to get close to that first item completion.
[01:20:45] Now there as you say you know another item coming in there for
[01:20:49] T1 and it's going to be about team liquid trying to find picks
[01:20:53] trying to find some place here which is not that easy to do
[01:20:57] You know, there are some targets that you want to go for.
[01:20:59] Obviously, the Ezreal will be great,
[01:21:00] but he's going to be hard to lock down.
[01:21:02] You know, Faker, you could try to look for him,
[01:21:04] but of course, if you overcommit,
[01:21:05] then you are going to get really punished
[01:21:07] by these melee champions in the front, right?
[01:21:09] If you're trying to dive through Doran and the owner
[01:21:12] and you're annoying Pace to go Faker,
[01:21:14] that could be really, really tough.
[01:21:16] So I do think Team Liquid is going to have to be
[01:21:17] absolutely on point with their engages.
[01:21:20] You've got to make sure that you are pixel perfect
[01:21:22] as you're going in,
[01:21:23] or I think the fight's going to go terribly.
[01:21:25] They do, owner finds control ward but is spotted in turn. Morgan about to go mega so I don't think we'll see a dive here but just a continued threat.
[01:21:32] There's like no tier one tower as safe as Paze.
[01:21:35] Gonna cancel the reset. Maybe T1 opts to dive on the next wave but it would take a ton of time and Yon already on the way. Kariah.
[01:21:44] Further delaying the play but I think just trying for a little bit of a tempo advantage there to deny the recall to topside.
[01:21:49] Exactly it's Doran because he's pushing topside that is why he spent the alt there
[01:21:53] Normally, it's not worth it just to slow down a recall
[01:21:55] But not only does this mean Doran is gonna probably kill the full tower
[01:21:58] You're gonna lose at least a full wave if it wasn't already other minions dying there
[01:22:02] So Doran's gonna be able to get first-power gold off the back of that help there from Keria with the three grubs
[01:22:08] That is such a nice play from Keria that I think a lot of people would not be thinking about it
[01:22:13] Just give so much tempo now Morgan who has been preyed on by all of these ganks all of these plays
[01:22:18] You've got solo killed in a very close situation then gets attacked in four-man dove three-man attack in the jumbling killed
[01:22:24] And now he gets altered there and loses the full tower you're down to K
[01:22:28] It doesn't matter how well you play more than one
[01:22:30] All eyes on Kariah
[01:22:33] Better revenge for the early action on the map but Pays against still standing unconcerned the three members
[01:22:38] TL are standing in his face
[01:22:39] But a nice pick a little bit of something back for TL
[01:22:42] But should he be concerned about the fourth member it wasn't concerned about three the quit is now down here
[01:22:47] And they're thinking about going for this dive.
[01:22:49] Yonah's pushing in, but Faker is moving, and so is Doran.
[01:22:52] Track force completed.
[01:22:53] TL betting a lot on this dive.
[01:22:54] Weaver's wall spotted.
[01:22:55] They're going to try to burst him down as quickly as possible.
[01:22:57] They get it done, and it looks like they're going to get out scot-free.
[01:22:59] T1 continuing to push.
[01:23:01] Nice flick back on the hose.
[01:23:02] A Doran sprinting into the play, but a ghost burn by Quid
[01:23:04] means TL are going to walk away.
[01:23:06] A nice dive to knock Pays down a pick.
[01:23:08] Yeah, that is actually a really good couple of plays there.
[01:23:10] From TL, they kill off Keria.
[01:23:12] They immediately pull off the dive on a Pays.
[01:23:14] Quid is playing a brilliant game.
[01:23:16] Altino!
[01:23:17] It might now be in trouble.
[01:23:18] Keria continuing to run forward.
[01:23:20] A bit of damage returned.
[01:23:22] Atlas, a nice bit of extra healing and could survive.
[01:23:25] Doesn't even flash.
[01:23:26] That is a lot of confidence there, you know, knew the limits.
[01:23:29] That it is, but Yon might be in trouble as well.
[01:23:30] Q2, Wukker in the center, and Slam does not connect.
[01:23:33] Hose of the order is still here.
[01:23:35] Keria!
[01:23:36] Playing pretty aggressive for our little healthy.
[01:23:38] F.E.A.L.T.!
[01:23:39] Ah!
[01:23:42] I feel like sometimes T1 live five seconds in the future,
[01:23:44] and it's now fair.
[01:23:45] That was dangerously close like the bar play early. Oh, they do. They live five seconds in the future
[01:23:50] Man, I think we saw him walking to the brush there with that Ward over the wall very likely from Carria
[01:23:55] Really well played by him again. Just trying to delay Doran doesn't be a bit careful has no alch
[01:23:59] But Morgan is now his on cooldown as well
[01:24:02] Yeah, I think saw an angle but maybe a bit over eager but now it's quid who's moving in Carria
[01:24:06] Forced to flash back, Core on the way as well, flashed forward
[01:24:08] That's gonna be the route another pick. This one on the door and then Mikhail's not enough to keep him standing Carria
[01:24:12] I hope he can get away out, but he just doesn't have to cool down.
[01:24:14] TL grabbing another man.
[01:24:17] What can't quit do this game gets a shutdown?
[01:24:20] This man is playing three lanes and jungling at this point.
[01:24:23] Quid is on one easily having his best game of the tournament so far in my view,
[01:24:29] but they are still down over a thousand gold despite the heroics from the quid.
[01:24:34] Thankfully, Doran, you know, was shut down to get the kill on the carrier.
[01:24:38] Morgan gets a little bit of gold back there.
[01:24:39] So, you know, Morgan just really needs to stabilize because he still has a lot of ways to go to even get towards that triforce
[01:24:46] And he does those you know spotting faker faker forced to back away
[01:24:50] But yeah, even as we're watching that play happen focus on the kills that are coming through so many waves are being deleted by towers
[01:24:55] So many plates chipped away at by faker in the top lane by pays in the mid lane is mid lane tower falling
[01:25:00] I think that map feel a little bit smaller for the side of TL
[01:25:04] So as good as those kills are to bring the game back a little bit closer still have to play clean pays locked up
[01:25:09] Over the wall, flashed out of the cataclysm.
[01:25:11] Yon immediately gonna chase the owners on the way and not before Yon manages to take down his opposing number.
[01:25:15] Core trying to split as best he can.
[01:25:16] Jose, you know, chasing Karrie and he manages to grab the kill.
[01:25:19] Owner now moving through two.
[01:25:20] Core stepping forward, but it's all eyes unquid to try and make the difference.
[01:25:23] Morgan moving in as well.
[01:25:24] Unraveled there, stopping him from getting too far forward.
[01:25:27] Jose, you know, looking for the 1v1 versus Faker.
[01:25:29] Red buff still procs.
[01:25:30] Owner on a killing spree, but will finally drop.
[01:25:32] Faker nowhere left to go!
[01:25:34] Jose grabbing the kill!
[01:25:35] It's a blunt battle, it goes.
[01:25:38] 15 kills, 15 minutes, what a way to start off the final series here on Plains.
[01:25:43] And look at the patience from Yon.
[01:25:45] Waits until both the E and the Flash is used to go in with the killer instinct,
[01:25:50] knowing there's no escape there for Paze.
[01:25:52] Orner does a good job taking him down, but then they have the extra man.
[01:25:55] Hosea is just buying time here for Morgan to be able to come down to help them out.
[01:26:01] Quid is working on Orner, is able to finish him off,
[01:26:03] even though he just barely gets that kill on the CoreJJ.
[01:26:06] It's another great fight here from Team Liquid.
[01:26:08] We're just keeping things so scrappy in this game.
[01:26:12] They clearly have the idea to play at the same pace as T1.
[01:26:19] And then we have the coach reactions.
[01:26:21] And you're completely correct.
[01:26:23] I mean, ultimately, T1 still ahead in goal, I think,
[01:26:25] because of so many of the macro plays,
[01:26:26] trading and evening and kills.
[01:26:27] Isn't going to put you too far behind.
[01:26:29] There weren't these massive shutdowns.
[01:26:30] It wasn't that big of a lead.
[01:26:31] But TL keeping it close makes a lot of the rest of the game
[01:26:35] feel much, much more contestable,
[01:26:37] especially yawn is getting closer to that second item.
[01:26:39] And you can see why they would pick the Kaisa into this Ezreal.
[01:26:42] It's not going to be easy for Paze to step so far forward,
[01:26:45] especially now that he's missing the flash.
[01:26:46] Yeah, absolutely.
[01:26:47] It can be pretty scary.
[01:26:48] You can see Karya did rush for the Mikaels.
[01:26:50] So wants to have that cleanse, wants to keep Paze safe,
[01:26:53] because he is, of course, playing barrier.
[01:26:54] He's not going to be playing cleanse.
[01:26:56] So is going to be there with the perfectly timed Mikaels
[01:26:58] every time it feels like.
[01:27:00] We are seeing Morgan, at least now relevant,
[01:27:02] Of course, still very behind Doran is counterpart who does have two items and is a terror
[01:27:07] They can see in the coin base gold grind. It's still significant significantly for Doran
[01:27:12] But if Morgan can get to a point where he can at least stabilize in a side lane against Doran and you can have him for you for a fight
[01:27:17] It's actually favored in gold towards TL, right?
[01:27:20] But that is a big if because Doran is gigafed and now is one of the things that T1 did so well
[01:27:26] Even when TL had that gold meat is fine favorable fights in situations where it felt like it shouldn't have been possible
[01:27:32] So again, this is what we know.
[01:27:33] We heard from spawn yesterday.
[01:27:34] Look, getting a lead is fine.
[01:27:36] Closing the game out a different story.
[01:27:37] Really need to take it to the next level
[01:27:39] and quit, of course, on rise.
[01:27:40] Is the centerpiece?
[01:27:41] Is the focus?
[01:27:42] Because the story for TL versus T1 at this tournament
[01:27:44] has been individual members stepping up.
[01:27:46] And today, it's Quidd's turn.
[01:27:48] He is the man who has this goal to manage.
[01:27:50] 3-0-2 on the way to a second item.
[01:27:52] Tia are already fully stacked for the Seraphs to come in
[01:27:55] and can just be a massive threat in the fights.
[01:27:57] Yeah, it is really cool.
[01:27:58] Even though Kaisa is not a new pick, you know,
[01:28:01] as far as the history of league.
[01:28:03] It is a new pick at MSI and it's really cool to see TL
[01:28:07] just continually trying to innovate here
[01:28:09] to surprise their opponents.
[01:28:10] You're going up against T1, let's be honest.
[01:28:12] This team has won three world championships in a row.
[01:28:15] Like you are the underdog, right?
[01:28:16] Like you can beat T1 domestically in the LCK
[01:28:19] and you're the underdog when you play it
[01:28:20] in an international event, right?
[01:28:22] Of course, exactly.
[01:28:23] That's just the amount of success this team has
[01:28:25] on an international stage.
[01:28:26] Yeah, so you've got to be coming out
[01:28:27] with your best in draft.
[01:28:28] You've got to be looking for edges.
[01:28:29] You've got to try to surprise them
[01:28:31] Because if you just play stock standard, the same game that T1 has seen
[01:28:34] a thousand times, they're going to beat you almost everyone.
[01:28:39] Just about.
[01:28:40] Of course, T1 continuing to push on that sideline.
[01:28:41] You mentioned it, Doran, so strong.
[01:28:43] It's difficult for anyone to match him, but TL kind of ignoring him,
[01:28:47] leaving on his lonesome, setting up more going to push top lane as they set up
[01:28:49] to crash the Herald mid by a little bit of trickery there, drifting in now.
[01:28:55] From Jose, now knocking up.
[01:28:57] Maybe everybody doesn't connect the tower, has to flag and drag out.
[01:28:59] It's a little bit messy.
[01:29:00] I like the look on the drift but wasn't quite clean enough and now he's gonna pay the price
[01:29:06] of all just be Hose the other one. Nice ulti coming out from Yondo to get away from Doran.
[01:29:10] Core dropping down as well. Baker with a double. T1 more than happy to punish.
[01:29:15] Yeah, that was really clever from Hose but a little bit too clever for his own good.
[01:29:19] He gets in the Herald there. The reason they don't just let it automatically crash is
[01:29:22] he knows Kari's gonna block it. So he drives it instead, spins around in the circle. Had
[01:29:26] he been able to actually get that into the tower, it would have been great because he
[01:29:28] He pops out away from the turret and gets the shield when you do pop out, so it would
[01:29:33] have been totally fine, but because of that misstep, it turns into a bit of a disaster.
[01:29:38] The goal lead doubles for T1.
[01:29:40] They both die.
[01:29:41] They lose control over mid lane, over bot lane.
[01:29:43] Two towers fall.
[01:29:45] So it was a creative look from Jose, but just couldn't quite fix the angle when he wrapped
[01:29:50] back around.
[01:29:51] But Morgan did grab the top lane tier one, so at least a little bit of gold back for
[01:29:54] him.
[01:29:55] Doesn't make a difference in terms of the individual goal discrepancy between players, but a little
[01:29:58] bit closer to that second item. Again, good looks, but not quite perfect. And against
[01:30:03] T1, it really has to be flawless if you're going to go for something like this. It's
[01:30:07] a clever start, tries to make the most of it, but unfortunately the full commit starts
[01:30:11] to cost him.
[01:30:12] It was really cool, but you could tell he's trying to turn as fast as he can. And Shelley
[01:30:17] kind of goes through that tower, but he just couldn't quite get the angle. And then tries
[01:30:21] to flag a drag out, quarter, move back up to get the locket down on him, and then they
[01:30:26] Doren show up. This is a beautiful all from yawn during that cast time. That is the nerfs to
[01:30:31] Invesa in action that decreased cast time on the alt uses that to killer instinct over the top of Doran
[01:30:36] Makes him miss otherwise that could have been even worse
[01:30:38] but Kour goes down for the the stints of Jose and
[01:30:42] You're gonna have to retake
[01:30:45] Reboc his license but guys cars have turning radiuses you guys are gonna be out there flipping me out as if you think cars could
[01:30:50] Just turn instantaneously like that. You gotta you gotta chill
[01:30:53] It's less about being able to turn faster. It's more about you don't try that kind of turn. I see I see yes
[01:30:59] You're going down the highway. You don't just try to do a
[01:31:02] License, so I don't know why Dean necessary to speak in this particular moment, but yeah, you're I'm gonna trust you on this one
[01:31:08] I was like you have a car you drive you know things
[01:31:15] Yeah, I could probably I could have made that no work I'd say I
[01:31:19] I would have break the stop sign personally, but I respect that I would have I would not gotten in the Herald
[01:31:24] Yeah, I mean where do you even drive the Herald from it's kind of weird when you think about it
[01:31:27] You're fully absorbed in its body
[01:31:29] I think and then you know it out the back order for this to be where are you coming?
[01:31:33] No, I think we all know I think we're not gonna talk about it cuz it's a family friendly show
[01:31:37] DL I'm not getting a copy and a little something from the t1 playbook
[01:31:41] It is the cheeky random Baron start and t1 t1. It's their playbook. They know this play
[01:31:47] They dropped the ward over the wall. They saw them there and he'll immediately backed off
[01:31:51] You can't sneak a 20 minute Baron against T1 because T1 is on their way to try to sneak a 20 minute Baron. That's the problem
[01:32:00] What do you mean this is embarrassing we were both trying to sneak it
[01:32:03] We have reservations. Let's just leave. Let's just leave. This is weird. We'll take dragon
[01:32:07] Which is I'm back in a couple minutes try to sneak it again
[01:32:10] Look, and I'm getting dragon not the best deal from TL, but they didn't all die at the Baron so that's decent
[01:32:14] Again, we check in on the items the thing we do very often
[01:32:17] Two completed items for Quid, but has stalled out a little bit as Faker's also grabbed a second.
[01:32:22] And Grylai's not the biggest raw power spike, but certainly an incredibly annoying item coming out from Faker.
[01:32:27] And with Paze doing so much damage, with Doran doing so much damage, he can opt for a utility item
[01:32:32] and still just be a giant pain for TL to try and navigate around.
[01:32:36] Yeah, we'll see exactly how TL are going to be able to play it out in these next fights.
[01:32:41] It is going to be Hextech's soul, but thankfully TL did get that one early Mountain Dragon,
[01:32:45] So they're not facing down Seoul in four minutes. It is facing down Seoul point
[01:32:49] Not something you want to give for free
[01:32:51] But at least it's not game ending by any means if you do give over that third dragon
[01:32:55] Whereas that fourth dragon will be a must you're gonna have to contest that
[01:32:58] I think if you want to stand a chance playing against Ezreal and Bard and Thalia
[01:33:01] With that hextech soul is just it's gonna be GG. So we'll see what TL can do
[01:33:07] Basically game is definitely slowed down over the last seven minutes or so
[01:33:10] But both teams are constantly posturing and looking for opportunities
[01:33:14] Both teams have done an excellent job not burning any major cooldowns, even when looking, when checking.
[01:33:20] Tiffany Flash has come down here. Flash forward on to Baker.
[01:33:23] Immediate engage. John coming over to the wall. Baker now in trouble, but he's able to flash out.
[01:33:26] Safety owner of beautiful disengage on the present guard and now Karrion locking down multiple livers.
[01:33:30] Looking to follow up. Morgan 1v1 off on the side, but it might not matter because Karrion is now running for the hills.
[01:33:33] Unfortunately, Team Liquid spent so much to finish off with support, and now they're in trouble.
[01:33:37] Paze flashing into melee range of two people. He is unconcerned. He is unstuck.
[01:33:43] Just continuing to free fire!
[01:33:45] A triple for the Ezreal!
[01:33:47] Yeah, a triple for the Ezreal, but Morgan is still alive.
[01:33:49] Quinn is getting out of there. They do get another kill,
[01:33:51] and now the realm orb coming through.
[01:33:53] Quinn will be able to exfiltrate the hot zone,
[01:33:56] but not before four members from TL go down.
[01:34:00] It's a fight won by T1 by the slimmest of margins there.
[01:34:05] Morgan just couldn't quite get in to actually join the fight,
[01:34:09] and Quinn not able to get that tiny bit of extra damage he needed
[01:34:12] it to be able to finish off phase. That's the gold difference in action.
[01:34:15] Still sticking around for a second. I don't think this is the play they're looking for,
[01:34:19] but consider it for a brief moment. And you highlighted it was an initial start that looks
[01:34:24] pretty solid for the side of Team Liquid Alienware. Check it out again now. Starts off with Faker
[01:34:30] and Trouble, but T1 recover beautifully. Yeah, it's a really nice Q flash in on to Faker,
[01:34:34] but they buy so much time for him here. The Ezreal goes through the whole team, Oner throws
[01:34:39] down the Crescent Guard to buy a lot of time, and then Jose and Yon are already kind of
[01:34:42] through this fight. Karrie goes for a Q flash which ends up being a rare misstep on the
[01:34:45] Bard. Whiffs on the Q flash, gets taken down, but T1 are back to live, back on Baron here.
[01:34:51] TL do know about it, but the question is can they do anything about it? It's going down fast.
[01:34:56] Well, Jose Diaz and no flash, and Karrie does have Altees doing aggressive disengages. Altees
[01:34:59] doesn't connect. Jose, time to make the score better in the 50-50s. Jose trying to make the
[01:35:02] difference, but outer! Once again, I look at 1 HP! This man refuses to lose an objective
[01:35:08] Morgan in trouble. T1 descending on TL. Nowhere left to run.
[01:35:16] And that is probably going to be enough here for T1.
[01:35:19] The A's team liquid. Oler wins another smite against Jose.
[01:35:24] It was down to 1 HP, but that is 1 HP too much for TL.
[01:35:29] And T1 wipe them off the map and take full control of this game here.
[01:35:34] They're not pushing for the end, but they are pushing three waves
[01:35:37] And looking to deal enough damage that this one is all wrapped up.
[01:35:41] Breaking open the base.
[01:35:43] An incredibly confident take, trusting an owner to win the 50-50,
[01:35:48] even if it's by the slimmest of margins.
[01:35:49] But T1, we saw in the previous fight,
[01:35:51] not afraid to play on the slimmest of margins.
[01:35:54] They always come out on top.
[01:35:57] You know, maybe gonna look for some exit kills.
[01:35:59] Punish T1 if they're overeager on recalling too soon, but...
[01:36:04] What a dominant fight.
[01:36:06] Yeah, I mean the smite was so close, but the reality is you're gonna lose the fighting if you get the smite
[01:36:10] And that's more why T1 are willing to actually flip this core goes in you know hex flash over stuns up owner in comes
[01:36:17] Jose the initial spike brought it to something above one and then it went to one two seventy eight one and then so I'm
[01:36:23] Not even sure whose auto attack that was you know
[01:36:25] I'm not sure if that was like a Jose auto queue that that actually you know brought back down or accused might or something like that
[01:36:30] But either way it goes the way of T1 the reality is though
[01:36:33] I think even if he steals that, they're very likely to still get ace.
[01:36:37] Maybe the rest of the carries just back off or something and you can get a
[01:36:39] couple of Barons out.
[01:36:40] Um, but unfortunately that is not the way the cookie grumbles.
[01:36:43] And last time these two teams fought owner was winning every single 50 50.
[01:36:48] And, uh, he picks up where he left off in this series.
[01:36:51] And that's a backbreaker for our production tract at right.
[01:36:54] Five Oh now six Oh on those 50 changes.
[01:36:57] That's it's their kind of, it's kind of messed up again.
[01:37:00] We got a lot of EU producers here and he is a really nice guy.
[01:37:03] really good Lee Sin.
[01:37:04] That's why T1 banned it.
[01:37:06] Maybe he'll get a shot at it in game two for now though.
[01:37:08] Survival is the name of the game for TL
[01:37:10] and it is a tall task with a baron empowered T1
[01:37:13] pushing in on the top side of the map.
[01:37:16] Blake connects on to Morgan.
[01:37:18] Monsters procs, could be engaged on the owner.
[01:37:21] Yon's still living for an extra second.
[01:37:22] Snipe though coming through, crucially on to Morgan.
[01:37:27] The Seeker not gonna connect T1 losing a member
[01:37:29] but are still going to break open the base.
[01:37:31] TP is there.
[01:37:32] Four Doran just to get re-into the fight.
[01:37:36] He won.
[01:37:37] A poise to end it here.
[01:37:39] Yeah, Faker is still coming out of base,
[01:37:41] so he's going to be running out there.
[01:37:42] When Dragon's on the map, Doran's
[01:37:44] going to whiff on the ultimate here.
[01:37:45] TL trying to hold on.
[01:37:46] They're looking for an engage with Core.
[01:37:47] Core right into the backline.
[01:37:49] Blackboard looking to lock up a haste.
[01:37:50] Pays two quick on the trigger, though.
[01:37:52] Manages to jump out just in time.
[01:37:53] Tempord, bait connecting under two.
[01:37:54] Kerry looking for the perfect setup.
[01:37:56] Nails it on to Quinn.
[01:37:57] Cataclysm across the team and down goes the rise.
[01:38:00] TL found some good fights, but they
[01:38:02] could not get their footing in this game is T1 tear right through him.
[01:38:07] A beautiful game one here from T1.
[01:38:11] TL made him work for it.
[01:38:12] They scrapped with him, but it was T1 in control.
[01:38:15] Start to finish.
[01:38:16] It's them coming up in the big moments as they did in the last game.
[01:38:20] And what a turnaround here from Doran compared to Morgan Desk.
[01:38:23] What do you think about it?
[01:38:25] It's always it's always the same thing with this team.
[01:38:27] It's they give you hope.
[01:38:29] They give you something to just grab on to and then they take it away from you.
[01:38:34] It's the small details once again that make the difference here for T1.
[01:38:38] I don't like the fact that Azale asked us that question.
[01:38:40] He knows the answer.
[01:38:41] I'm not going to be happy about that.
[01:38:43] What the hell?
[01:38:44] Look at his face over there.
[01:38:45] You know what he did.
[01:38:46] He's got it all from ear to ear.
[01:38:48] That was really to just play that one more time.
[01:38:51] Because I thought that Team Liquid did a great job of being able to catch out
[01:38:54] the classic T1 Baron.
[01:38:56] Yeah.
[01:38:57] Like again and again.
[01:38:58] In fact, they tried to do it themselves!
[01:39:00] It looked like it was going to be that moment, and maybe that moment of redemption for Jose Diodo with those smites.
[01:39:06] But he just couldn't quite find us.
[01:39:08] This was insane, because even missing on the Baradultimus, going in McCord JJ, they set up and won HB!
[01:39:16] And then both of them in the pit, it's Doran who's able to get the double kill.
[01:39:20] It's a good public execution to follow up, and this was really the nail in the coffin.
[01:39:24] Because TL, it kind of always felt within touching distance.
[01:39:27] Yes, T1 were in the lead, but it felt like it could really blow up in their favor,
[01:39:31] especially with the composition they had, but that one kind of sealed the deal.
[01:39:34] It did, it did, and I felt like Team Liquid played that.
[01:39:37] They played the later portions of that game so well.
[01:39:40] So many of those teamfights.
[01:39:42] Once again, Jose Dioto was doing so well.
[01:39:43] OK, Raz, we were talking about Top lane,
[01:39:45] we were talking about how Lord Morgan could make the difference here.
[01:39:48] Yeah. A lot of deaths on the snars.
[01:39:51] That did happen.
[01:39:52] Yeah, it did indeed happen.
[01:39:54] It was a positive difference. Yeah, fortunately, and I feel like Doran heard all the stuff we were talking about earlier on in the show because
[01:40:02] I had for X reflex replay he played that early 1v1 against Morgan so well
[01:40:08] Like on that in Bessa a pick that he's about to get a T1 skin on like a world skin on the
[01:40:14] Buffer that he had on his ultimate to the
[01:40:18] Alti from Morgan
[01:40:19] I thought really made this one perfect the wall comes through but he all buffer all to the entire way through that fly
[01:40:24] over the boulder by the way over the boulder and the follow-up from Morgan so he is able to like
[01:40:29] capitalize on the mistake that Morgan played he played that so damn well even to step up after
[01:40:35] the ultimate as well so he just barely gets him away from the wall denies the cc that would have been
[01:40:40] his death like picture perfect from Doran there's too many things you have to be careful about when
[01:40:45] you play against T1 and i feel like liquid came with a lot of fire here sadly it hasn't been enough
[01:40:51] Why do we have to show Kiraia running the show once again? He said it in his interview on stage guys
[01:40:57] I haven't played Bart too much lately leave it open. I'm bad in the champion. He's baiting everybody here
[01:41:02] Yeah, he is and he got the word from
[01:41:05] From Doran top lane, but yeah, I got an advantage. We get some help. Yeah, we're getting the entire team pops
[01:41:11] That's the crazy part to me and all of this is that like we came in and we saw T1 even the regular split domestically
[01:41:17] And then also come into this tournament. It was we're gonna play around Bob
[01:41:20] We're gonna play around fun and this time around it's play for Doron ready to take down Morgan
[01:41:25] And they did it numerous times in the early game that really led to this big advantage
[01:41:30] Yeah, I even just that one play even though it didn't lead to a death
[01:41:32] Guess what it lost to a lot of dead minions in the top set of the map that we put like that Morgan couldn't get to so a lot
[01:41:38] Of the times you're right and then very annoying barred from carrier
[01:41:41] But he shows it improves it to us constantly that he can make it happen
[01:41:45] And they wanted to test it to see if we can get it out of the way in game one
[01:41:48] And yeah, he killed us on you can even see in the screens there as well even without that help pays
[01:41:52] That is where it was absolutely insane. It's off. It's cinema across the board
[01:41:56] It feels like some T1 and they're gonna figure out game to I've back to the drawing board so far
[01:42:00] It's you on opens up this for against team liquid Alienware. Let's see what they can come up in game two bodies out
[01:42:06] You know what it gets better. It does get better. It does get better
[01:43:18] of the offseason blues once world is over? Fear not, because League of Legends is coming
[01:43:27] to the very first Esports Nations Cup, where players split from their clubs and compete
[01:43:32] for national pride. Will China test every limit imaginable? Will South Korea turn every
[01:43:39] game into a macro masterclass? Will EU and NA actually play in the correct alliance?
[01:43:45] The final event of the year is not to be missed.
[01:43:48] Esports Nation's Cup 2026.
[01:43:50] See you in Riyadh.
[01:43:53] Oh, no, I don't want to take it to the other side.
[01:43:56] I don't want to take it to the other side.
[01:43:59] I'm taking it to the other side.
[01:45:15] expanding. So players can focus on the game and fans can focus on the moment.
[01:45:45] The infinite precision armrest is part of the largest you can learn on stage standard initiative,
[01:46:08] to bring your home or training settings to the tournament stage.
[01:46:12] Not only that, other players will also make the setting more natural.
[01:46:17] The most comfortable, more powerful play comes out naturally.
[01:49:38] to play in the game, Team Liquid Alienware, and T1 up, 1-0, and while there were a large
[01:50:02] number of incredibly, incredibly scrappy fights, those last few reminded us just why T1, some
[01:50:08] might say are you know one of the best in the world I think would be pretty safe
[01:50:11] to say I might say there might be some metrics we could use to track that might
[01:50:14] be some trophy we might be some of them everyone might be some of them yeah they
[01:50:18] they did what T1 does and they took over in teamfights there was a lot of slim
[01:50:22] margins in that game but at the end of the day ifs and buts and you know good
[01:50:27] of what it doesn't really matter right you have the game ended how the game
[01:50:30] ended didn't quite get that solo kill if the Megan R hits the wall he I think he
[01:50:34] has the damage with Q flash to kill him maybe top lane looks different maybe the
[01:50:37] whole game looks different because they were very proactive on the map elsewhere.
[01:50:40] If they get this night, maybe they can get out and do different things.
[01:50:42] But these are not what happened, so it doesn't really matter.
[01:50:44] TL have to just try to reset and go back at them.
[01:50:48] And it is really, really hard because you can feel like you're doing so many things right,
[01:50:52] but it can feel a little hopeless against a team like T1 because you look at the game from Qwid.
[01:50:58] If I'm Qwid, I feel like basically everything I did was great from the vast majority of that game.
[01:51:04] He was everywhere. He was roaming the jungle fights. He was going down to bot lane ghosting covering again getting killed there
[01:51:09] They're rum warping elsewhere looking for another kill forcing summoners doing plays
[01:51:12] But you still lost right so it's gonna be difficult to try to just kind of have that mental reset and talk about
[01:51:18] Exactly what you want to change when you only have a handful of minutes going to the second game
[01:51:22] You can't wait a ton on these little things you have to think about what can we actually fix for the next game and quick mental reset
[01:51:28] Let's go again
[01:51:29] GL a number of interviews coming out for that first series with T1 or even have to series with KC talking about you know taking the losses in stride
[01:51:36] So optimism if they can just come back into this game full force
[01:51:41] However, they do now finally have they get to participate in the right of first selection after losing out in that first game this time
[01:51:46] They've opted for blue side to be one opting for first pick so
[01:51:51] Priority here, but he almost have luxury of that counter picks we get later in the draft and as much as a lot of people are gonna say
[01:51:56] Well, you should have been barred. Well, at least they don't have been barred for the rest of series
[01:52:00] Right, you know and that is kind of the argument sometimes that coaches will make and saying that hey
[01:52:04] Yeah, I could get barred for all the games, but if we're gonna be t1
[01:52:07] It's probably gonna be a long series
[01:52:09] It's probably gonna be five games and do I want to spend five fans over the course of a series on the barred
[01:52:14] You know, so people kind of look at it that way. Yeah, it is going to be Jase as the top lane blind pick
[01:52:20] York is up and available and is picked that a lot of people really like these days
[01:52:23] The question is, do you want to play that style?
[01:52:25] I'm always a big fan of Malphite too,
[01:52:27] but I don't think you really do Malphite this early.
[01:52:29] But I do think Malphite is excellent into the Jace.
[01:52:32] It can really be a difficult matchup for them to deal with,
[01:52:35] but it's kind of something that's pretty conditional
[01:52:36] that you go later in a draft if they have, you know,
[01:52:39] if they're playing Ash Seraphine and Jace,
[01:52:41] and you know, like, lost a low mobility,
[01:52:42] then it can be kind of a pretty nice pick,
[01:52:44] but we'll see where they want to go.
[01:52:46] And Nocturne is up, though,
[01:52:48] they have banned the Orianna themselves,
[01:52:50] so they won't have that pairing.
[01:52:51] Because does lend itself to more split push which makes me believe in New York a little bit more right if you want to play through
[01:52:57] Side lanes then what better jungler to have
[01:53:01] Then not turn that makes a lot of sense right this semi-global pressure the ability to shut down
[01:53:05] you know potential TPs etc, but
[01:53:09] Flickthroughs here from tl it is going to be the rumble so something that Morgan has been comfortable on and now paired alongside the
[01:53:15] Not turn a lot of these really nice ultimates coming through
[01:53:18] So I think they're looking at it less for the sideline than if you're gonna go rumble and more for the team fight
[01:53:23] So what they are clearly missing now is the piece that holds everyone together, right?
[01:53:27] So you then you're thinking about things like the noddles because rel is gone Jarvan is gone
[01:53:32] Lee sin obviously, you know, they did leave it up and owner is an incredible Lee sin
[01:53:36] this would be a great time to pick it because
[01:53:38] You don't have to worry about pose a taking it for the rest of the series. You don't have to worry about banning it
[01:53:43] Yeah, so they're gonna take it away and owner is an absolutely stellar Lee sin
[01:53:47] So it's not like he's taking a hit by it by picking as well. I know he is ridiculously good on it
[01:53:54] This course is scary prospect owner on the least
[01:53:56] I know to do the prioritizing that not for the champion can still offer a lot of that immediate utility
[01:54:01] But there will be some eyes on owner in the early game
[01:54:03] So you can get that snowball rolling as you want to bait what the final pick here is going to be
[01:54:09] Yeah, thank you for your options, you know, do they want to early pick me and then you know try to set up
[01:54:13] So it is going to be Lissandra, so this is pretty interesting because you do expose yourself to some of the more difficult matchups
[01:54:19] People love Lissandra in a matchups like LeBlanc, you know some of these champions that are really dependent upon mobility
[01:54:25] They can walk them down
[01:54:27] Quid is a very good Lissandra. You could go for this type of angle
[01:54:30] You can also go things like Victor, if you just want to kind of like look to play in scale, have that AoE damage in teamfights
[01:54:35] And Syngra is something that has also been rising in priority here at MSI
[01:54:40] But I'm more believing the Sylas simply because it's Quidd.
[01:54:43] And I feel like anytime there's a good melee champion angle,
[01:54:46] Quidd wants to take it.
[01:54:47] And TL are such believers in his ability on these champions.
[01:54:51] He's good on the control mages.
[01:54:52] He played a great rise game.
[01:54:53] But this is his bread and butter, a call.
[01:54:55] He's Sylas, Yoane.
[01:54:56] These types of champs, if you give him an angle,
[01:54:58] he always wants to take it.
[01:54:59] Yeah, Sylas a fantastic champion in those early skirmishes.
[01:55:02] And seeing that was on the opposite side
[01:55:03] just gives you a little bit more of the reliable CC
[01:55:05] that I think, TL, we're missing, right?
[01:55:07] We said we need something to hold this all together.
[01:55:09] You've got a lot of great tools to get fight started.
[01:55:11] You've got a lot of follow-up damage with the rumble,
[01:55:12] but a little more CC definitely makes the job a bit easier
[01:55:16] overall.
[01:55:16] Now, recognizing the amount of AD already present on the enemy
[01:55:19] team, maybe thinking ahead of what the bot lane matches are
[01:55:21] going to look like, they've taken away the Ziggs.
[01:55:23] Mel, perhaps something that we could see as well.
[01:55:27] We'll see if they are going to take that away without Mel.
[01:55:30] This is the first Los Andres at an international since 2023
[01:55:33] world.
[01:55:33] So it has been quite a while.
[01:55:35] The new picks continue to come here.
[01:55:37] And it's gonna be the Nautilus that I called out, you know, that is kind of like what you lose out on by dropping that pick to three
[01:55:42] You know, they clearly were maybe a bit more worried about Salis getting banned out or maybe they were never even thinking about the Nautilus
[01:55:48] But it was immediately where my head went just because Jarvan and Rella are already gone
[01:55:52] There's such obvious bang with the Rumble, but Nautilus can be kind of felt like the next in line
[01:55:56] So the question is do Mel and potentially another engage support get banned out?
[01:56:01] Because yes, like you you can use Nocturne and Alt as a go button
[01:56:04] But you don't want that to be your only go blood. You want some sort of CC to lock them in the rumble all and it's better if it is like
[01:56:09] Alistar flash combos then the
[01:56:12] Nocturne comes in then the rumble all comes in like obviously they have Silas to steal as Elizabeth's under all and try to use that as
[01:56:18] Kind of a bit of engage but still feel like you need a bit more lockdown and I really like that they
[01:56:23] Off to demand the Calista way here right traditionally really good against a lot of these shorter range kind of melee champions
[01:56:29] and also just having access to that all he does mean that no longer is to support an easy pick opportunity an easy angle to
[01:56:35] Look for something with that knock turn. So and of course because he pays
[01:56:38] Dominate on it the last time they play I think that's a good point
[01:56:41] And I think additionally they're kind of looking at it as sometimes of pairing with Renata and we're not as a really good
[01:56:46] Against dive wrong. So if you give them an easy angle for a super powerful to be to like plus the plus Renata
[01:56:51] The allowed is great against doctrine dive hostile takeover is great against all these melee champions running at you
[01:56:57] So I do think it's kind of like a bit of a two-pronged ban
[01:56:59] not that you can never play Renato with other things.
[01:57:01] Sure.
[01:57:02] That is the most common and most powerful 2v2 pairing for her.
[01:57:06] And so it would be interesting to see where they go.
[01:57:08] Teal definitely needs some more physical damage.
[01:57:10] You do have Nocturne, but Ferris does kind of fit the bill here.
[01:57:14] And just waiting for last pick from CORE.
[01:57:17] So there is always that possibility of them
[01:57:19] getting a bit spicy and flexing things around.
[01:57:21] Yeah.
[01:57:21] I don't really see it happening here,
[01:57:23] but I think they just want to get a better 2v2.
[01:57:25] So they're saying, you know what, Verus is a strong laner.
[01:57:28] We're going to hold Corse pick.
[01:57:29] We're going to see what the 2v2 is from 2-1.
[01:57:32] And then we're going to try to pick off for Luthor.
[01:57:33] He is my assumption based on Orsi.
[01:57:36] And we're having a winning 2v2 here.
[01:57:37] Get a page of it.
[01:57:38] We've seen how good Pays and Carey are,
[01:57:40] and close to even natural, or even in a slightly favored
[01:57:42] matchup.
[01:57:42] And it looks like they want to take over.
[01:57:44] Lucian Millio offering a lot of range
[01:57:46] to that calling as we get later, but just such a powerhouse.
[01:57:49] I mean, the interaction between these two champions.
[01:57:52] Millio's replaced Nami.
[01:57:53] The new Premier pairing.
[01:57:55] And it has just so strong.
[01:57:56] It is really, really powerful.
[01:57:58] And you're also thinking about that, right?
[01:58:00] You're thinking about all of these tools coming in.
[01:58:02] And then you've got breath of life.
[01:58:04] You've got ultimate attack to deal with non-fans with that.
[01:58:06] You've got the home leg shields.
[01:58:07] Alistar, the other pick that I mentioned,
[01:58:09] after Nautilus has banned out.
[01:58:11] It's not playing for lane.
[01:58:12] It is playing for comp.
[01:58:13] But they are going to see what everything is
[01:58:17] as far as the comp for team one.
[01:58:19] And then they're going to say, you know what?
[01:58:20] We're going to go Alistar.
[01:58:21] We need that lock down.
[01:58:22] We need that engage.
[01:58:23] I think this style of champion really does suit core the question is
[01:58:27] How brutal is it to be too gonna be because you picked very first wrong lane and then you picked a pile on to go next to him, right?
[01:58:32] And I mean Alice I just can't do anything your traffic cone like you can go W
[01:58:36] Number one and turn and knock them away. You're so completely right
[01:58:39] I think this is the struggle right is that oftentimes we see the vision of what TL have put together
[01:58:44] But getting through that laning phase. Let's get through the laning to survive. Go fifty five
[01:58:48] What did we say last time?
[01:58:49] Just survive against the Ezreal Bard, and they died.
[01:58:52] And it wasn't the end of the world.
[01:58:54] They did find ways back into the game.
[01:58:55] But TL, I think, really hoping for a situation.
[01:58:58] Yeah, I'm sorry, buddy.
[01:58:59] Yeah, I shouldn't make assumptions like that.
[01:59:01] That's fine.
[01:59:01] You're right.
[01:59:02] You're right.
[01:59:02] That's my mistake.
[01:59:03] Well, hopefully your world won't end in the laning phase
[01:59:05] this time.
[01:59:06] I think Alistar's fight, which is the best.
[01:59:07] Yes, yes, that is true.
[01:59:09] I think we are going to see a similar setup to how the 2v2
[01:59:11] was played in the last one, where
[01:59:13] we saw Bard and Ezreal in the brush,
[01:59:15] looking to chunk you level one, looking to play for that passive from Emilio plus
[01:59:20] Arden Blaze, you know, trying to get that damage down as much as possible.
[01:59:25] Because they know Alistar needs at least level three before he can really play the
[01:59:28] game. And then even at level three, it must carry it. He's just, is using his Q for
[01:59:33] harass. Basically the only way you're going in is if you flash, right? I'm just
[01:59:37] going to assume that every time you walk at him in combo, he's going to Q you.
[01:59:41] You have to assume that with carry, a player of his level.
[01:59:43] Yeah, and it's just he doesn't need to use the Q for damn it. He just doesn't have to he's not under any pressure is
[01:59:49] Wait opting for a bold skin choice. I will say but if it pays off it will be a
[01:59:53] Nice little dig a nice little twist of the night or you look at that way. I'm looking at like respect
[01:59:59] I'm playing against the goat here. I'm gonna rock the goat skin. That's fair. That's a good way to look at it
[02:00:04] Oh, yeah, much more positive interpretation. I mean, I think everyone who plays mid lane faker is your idol, right?
[02:00:11] This guy is who everyone wants to be this guy is who you know everyone is trying to
[02:00:16] Imitate is trying to have that level of success. W back
[02:00:20] Glacial just to stop some of the potential follow-up here as predicted. That's that's all we're gonna get from the Alistar. He's walking menacingly
[02:00:29] Kerry is standing back menacing rain it seems to be working more well, yes
[02:00:33] Yes, of course, Vendetta is Riftbound's next set arriving July 31st, it brings together
[02:00:41] a new champion's iconic rivalries and beautiful art from across Runeterra.
[02:00:45] That was Jason's Vendetta card, but instead of looking at that, look at this real Jason
[02:00:48] right in front of you.
[02:00:49] And we're about to see Morgan get, you know, Vendetta against the Goran.
[02:00:54] That's true, that's true.
[02:00:55] It tries in beautifully.
[02:00:56] Thank you, Riftbound team.
[02:00:57] There are some, does feel like Top Lane is the Thunderdome for potential solo kills,
[02:01:01] Oh no.
[02:01:02] Paker with the slow number himself, first blood!
[02:01:06] Oh my gosh, it's an execute.
[02:01:08] It's an execute on top of that
[02:01:09] and you'd wear the man's clothes, he wasn't too pleased.
[02:01:13] Nope, take off those pants.
[02:01:15] New skin, remake, get him a new skin.
[02:01:17] Get that off of you.
[02:01:18] Get that skin off.
[02:01:19] Well, beautifully played there by Faker.
[02:01:22] He's playing Ignite Flash
[02:01:24] and we didn't get a chance to touch on it
[02:01:25] but he's able to use that combat summoner,
[02:01:27] really bowling out quick here early.
[02:01:30] Has him chunked low,
[02:01:31] hits level 3, and when you were that low, Ignite just adds so much kill threat here.
[02:01:36] And because Quinn wasn't able to get any damage down onto Thaker when he goes for it,
[02:01:41] steps forward, doesn't even get level 3, excuse me, I think that came from the kill,
[02:01:44] so just Q flash, W, Ignite, auto, that's more than enough, well played,
[02:01:49] and you can see Quinn, a little bit frustrated, but still a smile on his face.
[02:01:53] Thaker's stone cold though, he didn't even react, just another day of the day at the office.
[02:01:57] For you, it was the most important series of your year. For me, it was, it was a Wednesday, Thursday, whatever day it is, it all blurs together.
[02:02:05] League of Legends Day.
[02:02:06] Another T1 related news. This is actually completely crazy. Please look at the left side of the screen.
[02:02:11] Karrion has passed Faker for international assists. Most assists of any player.
[02:02:17] You know what has to happen now? Karrion and Faker have to roll swap. We need to get the go-worses.
[02:02:23] versus a classic until carries at the top of the kill leaderboard.
[02:02:26] We're going to have to swap.
[02:02:28] Or did it and you're going to be a couple of young getting much, much lower.
[02:02:30] The fall up is there for Monter.
[02:02:32] It's an easy kill coming through flashing from court to get a kill back.
[02:02:35] That Tower shot finish in the job core.
[02:02:37] Good return kill.
[02:02:38] But look at the CS or don't if you're a North American fan because it's 31 to 13.
[02:02:44] And that is the problem.
[02:02:45] Core plays it pretty darn well there and you know, is able to get one back.
[02:02:50] But now for dead.
[02:02:51] Good bit coming in from Kariah, pays waiting in the darkness.
[02:02:56] He got the recall and already come through.
[02:02:59] I don't know why he thought it already
[02:03:01] come through though, because they shouldn't really
[02:03:04] have super decent recall timing there.
[02:03:05] I wouldn't have thought.
[02:03:06] I'm a little bit confused at the play.
[02:03:08] Yeah, after he hit that first hit of damage onto Kariah,
[02:03:11] he really thought Paze was just wasn't there
[02:03:13] and continued to step forward in it.
[02:03:15] Well, it cost him dearly, owner.
[02:03:17] Now also hovering around the mid lane,
[02:03:18] quick in a step in, trying to get a bit of healing back,
[02:03:20] but owner is already here,
[02:03:22] Quinn wants to get the kill in return,
[02:03:23] but he just doesn't have the damage.
[02:03:25] Very close there.
[02:03:26] You can see the frustration on TLCoach's faces.
[02:03:29] This one's pretty much over a four minutes.
[02:03:31] It's gonna be really tough.
[02:03:33] Yeah, cause I mean,
[02:03:33] Moussandra getting leads like this.
[02:03:36] Yes, she has the ignite is not something
[02:03:38] that you often see.
[02:03:39] This is usually just you push and you ignore that lane.
[02:03:42] It's not about killing in the 1v1.
[02:03:44] I kind of want to see it again
[02:03:45] cause I think Quinn actually missed his Q,
[02:03:46] otherwise he could have maybe made it one for one.
[02:03:48] It was hard to tell.
[02:03:49] Maybe the edge of it did actually hit
[02:03:51] But faker was baiting there. They knew that was the window. Quid knew that was the window before faker gets six
[02:03:56] He had been playing the lane pretty darn well after the solo kill comes back
[02:04:01] I was able to put him in position where he can actually look what I won't be one
[02:04:06] The damage just not really there either
[02:04:09] For TL's bottom lane as Paze already has the sheen and the double buff so the other wandering down
[02:04:14] But it'd be spotted by the control ward still a bit of a ways from level six
[02:04:19] Unfortunately, the map is just falling apart.
[02:04:22] Yeah, it already has, pretty much.
[02:04:24] I mean, this is tough, right?
[02:04:25] You know, for Jose, you're playing Nocturne.
[02:04:27] You can't really be that active from there.
[02:04:29] I'm trying to threaten here, on to Yon,
[02:04:31] but they're mostly just pressuring him
[02:04:33] to make him miss some of the CS.
[02:04:34] I don't think they're looking for any sort of a dive
[02:04:36] with Jose there, but he's definitely being super annoying.
[02:04:40] With these double buffs, makes it even worse.
[02:04:42] You know, Kor did get a kill back, which was great.
[02:04:45] You know, got owner's flash, which was great,
[02:04:47] but then gave the double buffs and the kill straight to Paze,
[02:04:50] which makes the lane pretty much impossible to play when you're already miles behind.
[02:04:55] You look at the buy, Paze got Sheen Longsword, and Yan just got a Longsword.
[02:04:59] Very true. Faker waiting off to the side of the Giova.
[02:05:02] Snow has access to the Spell Shield. Altea's stolen by Quid, but...
[02:05:05] So it'd be a tough fight for TL. Paze still hasn't recalled,
[02:05:09] but again, his previous recall was so good, it just doesn't really matter.
[02:05:13] Jose has ulti. Maybe TL decide to fight it here.
[02:05:16] Quick over and over the wall.
[02:05:19] Ulti out from Jose, maybe hoping he just gets a steal.
[02:05:22] No vision means they can't quite respond.
[02:05:23] Instantaneous combo across the teamfaker,
[02:05:25] alting, but it's a little bit too late.
[02:05:26] An explosion of aggression coming out from the side of TL.
[02:05:29] Now it's owner running for the hills as Quick
[02:05:31] looks for the cleanup kill.
[02:05:32] Two going over the line.
[02:05:32] The footwork just a little bit too fancy.
[02:05:34] Quick on the chase, but a nice turn from the side of TL.
[02:05:37] Yeah, they might be able to eventually chase down
[02:05:39] on her, but it's hard to even say.
[02:05:41] And Quinn knows he's going to start losing minions,
[02:05:42] So it is just going to be an execute here from owner.
[02:05:46] Nicely.
[02:05:46] Oh, it's not yet the timing wrong.
[02:05:48] I just gave him the benefit of the doubt
[02:05:50] that he would have had his time down right.
[02:05:52] That's actually really big for Quinn
[02:05:53] to be able to get that gold after the last execute
[02:05:56] from Faker and the solo kill.
[02:05:58] It would have been so frustrating to have two executes
[02:06:00] against you in that way.
[02:06:02] But great job by TL fighting back.
[02:06:04] They take the dragon and gives them a new lease on life.
[02:06:07] You know that mid lane 1v1 was looking
[02:06:09] like it was completely cooked at 4 minutes like I called out.
[02:06:11] but they're able to still find a good fight here.
[02:06:13] 4 is threatening, Qwid comes over the wall,
[02:06:16] they turn off the light, they push them back,
[02:06:18] and now T1 can see nothing.
[02:06:19] So they just turn on the dragon,
[02:06:20] they finish the dragon, but then,
[02:06:21] where does the dragon dies?
[02:06:22] Look at this, in they go.
[02:06:24] Massive AOE combo across multiple members,
[02:06:26] but the Saundra all came out.
[02:06:28] The Nocturne Q hit a bunch of people,
[02:06:30] Yon is free firing.
[02:06:32] Yeah, Alistar dies, but that is a beautiful play
[02:06:35] from a really tough position
[02:06:36] early on here in game number two.
[02:06:38] Yeah, and I will say,
[02:06:39] while T1 still hold onto this gold lead,
[02:06:40] You got to respect TL for always finding these fights even at a disadvantageous position seeing the moments where they can't capitalize
[02:06:46] Pays taking over to level six looking for you on the other calling
[02:06:50] Was it was not was not great
[02:06:53] The faker on the way down. Oh, oh, indeed
[02:06:56] John only level five no cleanse available punch back coming in from core flash forward with the Q locking him up
[02:07:02] Pays caught up under tower and taken down
[02:07:05] Excellent turn coming in from core to ship that in their favor. Is that world champion cordier J
[02:07:10] Are we in 2017? Who is this man?
[02:07:14] This is World Champion Faker just barely able to make it out.
[02:07:17] And I gotta say, that's two plays back to back where it feels like T1 should have a pretty
[02:07:22] good edge, a pretty massive edge that just had not worked out in their favor.
[02:07:26] Or again on this, on this Alistar we saw the laning phase miserable, but in these plays
[02:07:30] he's been pretty big and quid.
[02:07:31] Well he might have been losing this, but again got bundled a couple of kills and now
[02:07:35] he's sitting pretty.
[02:07:36] Yeah, he's definitely doing a lot better.
[02:07:38] I mean just beautiful stuff from core. He's making so many plays
[02:07:41] That is pretty incredible to be able to outplay in that situation when yon doesn't even have flash
[02:07:46] You don't even have to use this barrier core just played that brilliantly yon had a great change of corruption and TL
[02:07:52] Kind of pulling a rabbit out of the hat still in a tough spot
[02:07:55] But I mean they were down 2k at four minutes where at nine they're only down 1.2
[02:07:59] It's still not great, but I mean this is actually a playable position now from what looked like it was
[02:08:05] completely over
[02:08:07] Definitely very true. I think the big thing we have to look at in terms of gold overall is the item
[02:08:11] It has turned into four pays essence
[02:08:13] We were already completed the only person on the map with that big power spike. You're being a downer, man
[02:08:18] He's just got to give some credit back to T1 of this one Baker goes over the wall
[02:08:21] And it looks like he's gonna die he's gonna ult himself to get a bit more space frozen ice force of negation coming in to get a bit
[02:08:26] More team fight damage beyond is still standing for an extra moment
[02:08:29] Oh, they're here to the midst of carry an owner wants to get the kill finished pays trying to save his jungle
[02:08:33] Oh look at that! Snipes him with the Q! Yacht vs. Pays in the pit! Yacht got the damage!
[02:08:38] No! It's a get it done!
[02:08:40] They completely ignore Yacht in the fight. He stands, he fires, he stacks the lethal tempo.
[02:08:46] And a completed item or not, he makes some pay for that one.
[02:08:51] Cormac down early in this fight.
[02:08:53] Owner, T1, they go in. They try to engage here onto CORE.
[02:08:58] CORE does get the combo down. He knocks out Keria there.
[02:09:01] And they're stolen mainly while buying a lot of time as you can see Jose goes in, he's focusing down carrier.
[02:09:06] But look at T1, just completely ignoring Yon the whole time.
[02:09:09] He has the little tempo fully stacked.
[02:09:10] You're standing mainly range of him as the Lucian and you are still hitting Jose Dioto who gets the Triumph proc multiple times there.
[02:09:18] The barrier comes through Yon.
[02:09:20] Look at the cooldown there. The split second the LTP Muffy popped it, didn't end up beating him at the end of the day.
[02:09:25] But that is huge. They thought they could just kill the Nocturne really fast, but he got the passive heal.
[02:09:30] He got multiple triumph procs and he lived so much longer than they were expecting that ignoring this Ferris
[02:09:35] Who's supposed to be so weak so useless really came back to bite him and my you know
[02:09:41] Raining on your parade a moment ago was was the gold deficit
[02:09:44] But the gold basically dead even now Isaac a very very playable game T1 similar to last game all the paltry some a paltry
[02:09:56] Like I we have the Lord the Lord Morgan on the top side
[02:09:59] He needs to get more of a time from going here if he wants to be a lord.
[02:10:02] He's a little bit of a broke boy at the moment.
[02:10:06] A little bit behind, but the rest of the map looking comfortable.
[02:10:09] Jose Dioto 2-1 in 3, 5 seconds till that ulti's up.
[02:10:14] Winnable.
[02:10:15] Get one ready to make another play in the bottom lane.
[02:10:17] Yeah.
[02:10:18] I mean, the scary thing is, you know, obviously if you're in NA fan, you are excited that
[02:10:22] we pulled back to parody, but we've lost so many games against T1.
[02:10:25] You lost with a 6k goal, but yeah, it's exactly.
[02:10:27] And it's happened multiple times for TL.
[02:10:29] So including the series that Spawn was referencing,
[02:10:33] where they were at UWC playing game three of 6K final game,
[02:10:37] ended up losing that one, too.
[02:10:38] So T1 always cannot be counted out.
[02:10:42] This team makes magic happen time and time again,
[02:10:44] as Morgan was expecting a contest.
[02:10:46] So he just walks down towards the dragon.
[02:10:48] He's going to be there if they need him.
[02:10:49] And TP's back towards top when they see it.
[02:10:51] T1 is not contested.
[02:10:52] And our production team keeping us humble
[02:10:54] as they flashed the gold crafts there.
[02:10:55] You can see 6K gold, the 1.2K gold.
[02:10:57] Those are the games we talked about where it did feel like there might be an angle to win.
[02:11:00] But again, it was so much about the mid to late game.
[02:11:02] So as good as it is, as comfortable as it might feel for a lot of people who aren't NA fans,
[02:11:07] probably shaking right now, not certain if they could be excited yet.
[02:11:10] Still have to close it out for it to count for it to mean anything.
[02:11:13] And T1, a team that adapts so quickly, even in disadvantageous situations.
[02:11:17] You just got to remember, if you're winning, it's because they're really good.
[02:11:19] If they're winning, it's because they're triart.
[02:11:21] They're just sweaty, you know?
[02:11:23] Alright, Faker walking away, Altey still there for Quinn, very tryhard to Faker to walk away.
[02:11:33] They didn't want to just die to Quinn.
[02:11:36] You're not going to stand and fight there.
[02:11:37] You don't want to just spawn or have a lumpy fight.
[02:11:39] That's fine.
[02:11:40] Alright.
[02:11:41] Cool man.
[02:11:42] T1, do you have that slight lead?
[02:11:43] But it is a couple of dragons now for TL, able to win both of those fights over by the
[02:11:47] dragons.
[02:11:48] That is massive for them.
[02:11:49] And they would be moving in towards Nounsoul, which is actually quite nice for their comp
[02:11:53] when you're thinking about Lissandra, Jace, Lee Sin, all of this upfront damage.
[02:11:57] So much burst that's going to be coming out from T1, which would be terrifying.
[02:12:01] You know, giving champions like this Verus in particular, that additional survivability
[02:12:07] to maybe be able to live through that initial burst.
[02:12:09] And I'm going to be interested to see, you know, where Yon goes with his build from here.
[02:12:13] He had gone Rageblade last time, you know, he did go Shiv first.
[02:12:16] Yep, but I did you know I was talking to spawn and talking about the potential of going more like HP centric build against some of the
[02:12:22] Teams where you don't need to necessarily non-stop auto and I'll be interested to see if if he is gonna consider some of those
[02:12:28] You're going a little bit more defensive because there's so much first
[02:12:30] Oh, I'll be coming in for quick dash forward as well
[02:12:33] Thanks Slayer to get more damage now, but owner is down here in the meantime quick of me trouble owner arriving
[02:12:37] Just time to us a to on the approach quickly for extra second the difference the lock it of the iron salari keeps him alive
[02:12:44] 5 core, absolutely clutching this game thus far, but it's going to be tough to lock down
[02:12:48] an owner trying to use Yon to escape, W over the wall, flash out to safety, the man's got
[02:12:52] too much style, too much class.
[02:12:55] Yeah, he's got swag, well played there by owner to get out, but still it's a big win.
[02:12:59] Morgan looking for potential solo kill, the last minion died otherwise he would have gone.
[02:13:03] Colleen coming in, Minocore is in trouble, has already popped the unbreakable will.
[02:13:06] Quit seeping deep.
[02:13:07] Yon rafting around, ultramega fire kick to push Yon back, with debating if he can go
[02:13:13] forward.
[02:13:14] carry ready to body box though has his ulti to cleanse out if he needs it
[02:13:17] it just a glimpse of T1 to retreat as a unit not give that flank angle at the
[02:13:21] side of TL. Yeah we'll play there by T1, very cognizant of the fact that Whitt
[02:13:25] could be coming in and if they overcommit there on the core they
[02:13:28] would get collapsed on they could be down a man and and maybe taken out but
[02:13:31] it's another brilliant play from the core gets there just in time keeps quit
[02:13:34] alive with the locket you know yes owner does escape and that was really nice
[02:13:38] for T1 but at the end of the day it's still the one for zero on the kill on a
[02:13:42] to play that T1 were kind of going for initially the other ones kind of setting
[02:13:45] it up. Faker again was trying to go for that same play he did earlier on quid
[02:13:48] trying to bait quid to go an aggressive knowing the South has to do that to
[02:13:51] trade and just playing behind him approach the bottom lane glacial path
[02:13:54] coming out from Faker trying to stay flat from hosier to he knows that Faker
[02:13:57] does not have alti for at least a couple seconds I don't think the
[02:13:59] calculation is always going to be perfect though so hosier to backs away
[02:14:02] doesn't want to over force on the dive and said happy to grab the plates they're
[02:14:06] happy to grab the plates not so happy to lose your flash for that though he
[02:14:09] He really thought he would be in range to get the tether, and I think he was expecting
[02:14:12] an insta w from faker, so he flashed in his fell shielded immediately, you know, because
[02:14:17] you're not going to be able to react to the w, it's just too fast if you're point blank.
[02:14:20] So he did try to kind of guess on it.
[02:14:23] The end of the day though, they do get first power off the back of that, so TL going to
[02:14:26] be still really happy about this.
[02:14:27] You were down 2k at 4 minutes, you're now up a thousand gold here at 15.
[02:14:31] Definitely a good look.
[02:14:32] T1's response to the top side, dozens on the tower their own.
[02:14:35] the Herald.
[02:14:37] Excuse me for rubbing.
[02:14:38] No, Herald.
[02:14:39] I got both.
[02:14:40] I got both.
[02:14:41] Feeling comfy as owner now.
[02:14:43] Another retreat necessary.
[02:14:45] Altie coming in.
[02:14:46] That's going to be no way out for Dorenjo's Idioto.
[02:14:49] This time, nails the special.
[02:14:50] It was he a 1v1 in the mid lane.
[02:14:51] Yacht trying to battle with Paze, but Paze too damn strong.
[02:14:55] Well played there by Paze.
[02:14:56] Paze flashes over the ultimate.
[02:14:58] Something that's very difficult to do timing-wise.
[02:15:00] It's easy to flash to the side.
[02:15:02] That's not hard, but he wanted to stay in range.
[02:15:04] in range knew he had the damage for the solo kill if he could actually outplay him in that
[02:15:07] way and he's able to pull it off and now quit his oom and the owner's coming behind him.
[02:15:12] Faker not here to do damage just to stall.
[02:15:14] Quit getting to melee range is big though.
[02:15:15] Faker gets himself an extra 2.5 seconds extra healing coming in from the frozen tomb.
[02:15:18] One more rotation is quit.
[02:15:19] Deathpiltie tries to finish it but the damage is not there.
[02:15:22] Owner however is grabs the kill.
[02:15:25] Nicely done there.
[02:15:26] Quit just way over staying is welcome.
[02:15:27] I mean if he saw as mana Faker can't delay like that because quit to kill him but because
[02:15:31] he's out of mana, it was tough 4 quid in that position and you just got to kind of chase
[02:15:36] down. So we can see this one more time. Yon already a little bit low and the pink ward
[02:15:40] there was a lot of safety for Pace. That ward that you can see right here, this actually
[02:15:47] gave him a false sense of security because this ward does not actually see that ward,
[02:15:51] I don't believe. So it doesn't actually see the far other side. So Pace had his ward over,
[02:15:55] hugged that wall and that made Yon face check and which set up for that brilliant play from
[02:15:59] pays where he's able to flash over the alt, but required a lot of things to happen there
[02:16:03] and you can understand why Yon walked into that brush thinking, hey, it's warded, unsafe.
[02:16:07] Yeah, let me take a look at the Coinbase gold where I need to see pays. Pretty comfortably
[02:16:11] ahead. And the overall tower plate's given enough of an edge as well as a bit more in
[02:16:15] the kill department, especially after that solo 1v1. T1 gonna slow down the Drake stacking.
[02:16:21] 9TL the sole point.
[02:16:26] Now, TL looking maybe to respond here with the play of their owner.
[02:16:29] At least clear out some of the vision.
[02:16:31] Topside, Morgan uncontested on this push for now.
[02:16:36] And Yon, you know, this is Yon vs. Paze, Yon vs. everyone else.
[02:16:39] Obviously had a pretty rough outing, you know, versus Paze.
[02:16:42] I don't think he's still back to his peak form, you know, in those other series,
[02:16:45] but he has definitely been improving.
[02:16:47] I think he's rebuilding that confidence and it's nice to see him, you know,
[02:16:50] having a pretty solid game here, had a really tough start,
[02:16:52] was able to have that big fight, get back in it.
[02:16:54] Yes, he's still behind, pays,
[02:16:57] but it is a manageable disadvantage.
[02:16:59] The rest of the team is all ahead.
[02:17:01] You know, they have a real shot in this game,
[02:17:03] and this is all TL really can ask.
[02:17:04] You just can ask for me early game,
[02:17:06] put us in a spot where we have a chance to win,
[02:17:08] because at the end of the day,
[02:17:09] you've got to win the team fight if you want to beat T1.
[02:17:12] And they are in a spot where they have a legitimate shot
[02:17:15] to win, but you've got to get it across the finish line.
[02:17:18] It is so damn hard to do against T1.
[02:17:21] So many brilliant team fighters across the board.
[02:17:24] Any one of the five from T1 can step up at any moment
[02:17:27] and solo win a team fight.
[02:17:28] And that is really hard to deal with.
[02:17:31] It certainly is.
[02:17:32] And I think Tio in this game and certainly in my last game,
[02:17:35] finding a lot of good opportunities to fight back,
[02:17:36] match that kind of breakneck pace.
[02:17:38] But it was often in the previous series,
[02:17:40] when the game slowed down, that there were little hiccups,
[02:17:43] little mistakes that T1 immediately capitalized on.
[02:17:45] So you're right.
[02:17:46] There's so much pressure.
[02:17:47] And you might not think it because they're just walking up, farming, hitting a wave,
[02:17:50] but that one wave extra, that one missed up on a side lane,
[02:17:54] can be devastating if it costs you summoners or denies you good setup on the next objective.
[02:17:58] It really does. I think that Quinn and Jose need to get more on the same page in this game.
[02:18:02] I feel like throughout the tournament, they've been really good about that.
[02:18:05] But we've seen Quinn a number of times pushing very deep into side lane without Jose there to protect him.
[02:18:10] Harold looking for a charge here, and we'll get a tower very low,
[02:18:13] but T1 really don't want the actual fight as Morgan TP's in, so they just back off.
[02:18:18] They hit the TP out of it as well as a couple of plates.
[02:18:22] You know, fully set up here in the mid lane, but not with a lot to play for,
[02:18:25] is now another TP moving into the bottom lane, hoping to catch up Doran.
[02:18:29] Doran might just go for a TP of his own. Nope. Yep. There it is.
[02:18:32] We're trading TP's. Flash forward, Scott, if that's Doran, you are not escaping this one!
[02:18:36] Quick frozen to him comes in from Quinn. Happy to see that one away from Faker.
[02:18:39] His fire rains from the sky and down goes Doran.
[02:18:42] But look at mid lane. T1 immediately rush back to mid lane when they had that Herald crash to try to finish off that tower.
[02:18:47] So T1 realized, alright, we can't get anything there. But that was the flash from Quid. That was the TP from Quid.
[02:18:53] That was the ultimate from Quid. So that's not a free kill by any means.
[02:18:56] Yes, they got the TP off of Doran. They get the gold on a Quid, which is nice.
[02:19:00] But T1, as they always do, will make you pay on the map.
[02:19:03] If you overcommit to one side, they are so good at punishing you elsewhere.
[02:19:07] They're not going to just try to run down there when they know it's a lost cause for Doran immediately go mid, take a tower, continue getting that goal into Pay's pockets.
[02:19:15] Definitely a terrifying team to play against. So often we play teams when they play together as five members as a core with one plan. I think it makes T1 terrifying. They can do that and they can also split up.
[02:19:23] They can play three on one side. Everyone feels like they can make perfect decisions on their own and also together. And it's not without faults either or there, but for the most part they're always responding to whatever you're trying to do.
[02:19:33] first area as well. Paze now has completed his third item. Obviously he's not, you know,
[02:19:37] full item in gold ahead of Yon, but Yon did go for those upgraded boots. You know, he
[02:19:41] does have the Steel Caps, which are going to be pretty effective this game, but Paze
[02:19:45] is a beast right now. First one to three items, and there's a number of players on the map
[02:19:49] who don't even have their second. Quid finally just got his, and I do like the buy when you
[02:19:54] are playing double AP solo lanes. It makes a lot of sense. You have Bloodletters curse
[02:19:57] here. You're shredding for just the rumble. I'm not a fan of this item when people go
[02:20:00] go out and they're solo AP, I just don't really think it makes sense, but I think in this
[02:20:04] case it does make a lot of sense and Morgan is not going to have to go for it now.
[02:20:08] Morgan is actually going Lee Andries into, it looks like probably like Shadowflame, he's
[02:20:10] just going for a really high damage build and this is somewhat enabled by Quid who's
[02:20:15] going to be there shredding for him.
[02:20:17] Yon also has a decent amount of magic damage on the Varus, so it's actually a pretty smart
[02:20:22] buy I think in this case and I like that from Quid.
[02:20:26] Yeah, high value itemization choice there.
[02:20:30] Small things off to make the big difference in these fights,
[02:20:32] his owner.
[02:20:33] Walking into the TL bot side jungle,
[02:20:35] looking to clear out some vision with the support of Paze.
[02:20:37] Paze, careful not to step too far up here.
[02:20:39] Of course, four members of team one in the area.
[02:20:43] And the bot lane, we're having the 1v1.
[02:20:44] Quick, comfortable in the side lane against Faker.
[02:20:47] That's all cleaned down, but Quick has the overstay.
[02:20:49] Glacial path forward, a little bit more of a slow down coming in.
[02:20:51] Poser, two new-done owner.
[02:20:52] Now, it looks like Hozidio to fly in with top try and finish off Faker,
[02:20:55] but he drops out of vision.
[02:20:56] Opposite of you, can't get the kill, lock the game a little bit more HP, ulti coming up in the milio,
[02:20:59] going off to the side, doing what he can, Doran flashing in, Morgan with the equalizer doing a ton of work,
[02:21:04] Quint's still living, the absconded duck connects, Pays running for his life, a flamethrower behind him,
[02:21:10] Lord Morgan making it work, but Doran is still up, Doran is trying to make the difference.
[02:21:17] Trying to make the difference, but he can't do it, he can't actually make it in this fight here as TL again coming out on top here.
[02:21:25] The question is, can they go to the dragon?
[02:21:27] And that shock blast onto Yon means a lot.
[02:21:30] Low health bars now for both Yon and Core.
[02:21:33] They're going to have to base.
[02:21:34] Good fight.
[02:21:35] Good look.
[02:21:36] Take a look back.
[02:21:37] Quick confidence in the 1v1.
[02:21:39] Absolutely is very confident in the 1v1 going in here.
[02:21:42] And it's not much of a 1v1 that they can even test at this point.
[02:21:44] He just is destroying him.
[02:21:46] He used that ult early.
[02:21:47] And Jose decides, you know what?
[02:21:48] I can go and finish him off because he
[02:21:50] doesn't have that ult.
[02:21:50] But Kariah is there, double shield.
[02:21:53] He has the heal.
[02:21:54] He buys a lot of time, but then the lock-in from Core kind of baits in Paze as Paze goes in at the flashback out.
[02:22:01] Look how long Quid lasts though.
[02:22:03] Spell rotation after spell rotation after spell rotation comes up and buys so much time.
[02:22:07] Morgan arrives, is able to finish him off another double, therefore yawned.
[02:22:12] As you can see,
[02:22:14] Quid thought he had an angle to live. Yeah.
[02:22:17] I have to ask you, are you familiar with the Quiggle? No, I'm not. I'm not familiar with the Quiggle.
[02:22:22] Is that the Quiggle?
[02:22:24] It is close to a Quiggle.
[02:22:25] Close to a Quiggle.
[02:22:26] Alright, well you keep me posted.
[02:22:27] Yeah.
[02:22:28] What was that called?
[02:22:29] It's got to be something with Silas.
[02:22:31] The Quilas?
[02:22:32] I don't know.
[02:22:33] The Quilas.
[02:22:34] We'll work on it.
[02:22:35] Okay, okay.
[02:22:36] The Quilas.
[02:22:37] Some tools that have been received.
[02:22:38] But it's Core!
[02:22:39] Core!
[02:22:40] Kicking everything off!
[02:22:41] Millions across the entire team!
[02:22:42] Equalizer doing damage to Vaker in the midst!
[02:22:43] Slowing down the advance of TL!
[02:22:45] But it's looking good for the boys in blue!
[02:22:48] TL!
[02:22:49] On the way to the pit!
[02:22:50] A double for Yon!
[02:22:51] CORE! J! J!
[02:22:54] Say the name, oh my gosh, he is on fire in this tournament.
[02:22:59] This one not going to be stolen away. They're going for Baron, they're going to get so much off the back of this.
[02:23:04] That was a four man combo from CORE, who just flips the game on its head, takes out T1, gets them to drag it.
[02:23:13] They're on sole point, they're going for the Baron.
[02:23:15] And you can't count he went out not not gonna lie lots of milio. I'm still a little nervous
[02:23:23] Carrier
[02:23:25] See me so
[02:23:27] Carrier, can you steal it not spotted hovering in the fog?
[02:23:32] 3k it should be impossible
[02:23:35] He won't do it. Okay observers playing with us TL this game started with quid solo dying 1v1 to a
[02:23:43] and Lissandra. They are now up. They are on sole point and they are empowered by a Baron.
[02:23:49] I mean this is just crazy again. It's all about core. He has the position in the brush.
[02:23:53] He knows they're going to try to force their way in. Look at this. As soon as they stack
[02:23:56] instant flash, four man combo and no hesitation from all of TL. Jose's in there. Morgan's
[02:24:03] in there. Yon is in there and Yon with the change of corruption through the whole team
[02:24:09] Threads the needle, catches Paze of all people, with the change of corruption, takes him out.
[02:24:16] And are they pumped up or are they pumped up?
[02:24:18] And it's so important to highlight.
[02:24:20] That is a tenth of a second difference.
[02:24:23] Core was charging Hex Flash.
[02:24:25] It wasn't Snap, React.
[02:24:26] He's calling that shot two seconds ahead of time.
[02:24:29] Has to be perfect for him to make that work.
[02:24:31] He hit three people, that play might be entirely different,
[02:24:33] but connects on all four and now G1 for the first time in the series
[02:24:36] really feel like they are on the back foot.
[02:24:38] The gold is still within touching distance,
[02:24:40] but TL for the next two minutes,
[02:24:42] for the duration of this Red Bull Baron power play,
[02:24:44] are in control of the map.
[02:24:46] They are, and the question is,
[02:24:47] can they get it across the finish line?
[02:24:49] This is now the third game this tournament,
[02:24:51] where they've been in a pretty good spot against T1,
[02:24:53] where they've had a chance,
[02:24:54] you know, legitimate chance to actually win,
[02:24:57] and we have to see, can they do it?
[02:24:58] You know, you have to be able to actually finish out the game.
[02:25:02] T1 is not beat until the Nexus explodes.
[02:25:04] This team never says die, always looks for angles, always looks for plays.
[02:25:09] On back, equalizer across the top, forcing Paze away, excellent ulti coming in from Karrie to get the disengage.
[02:25:15] Kale will break open mid at the very least.
[02:25:18] Yeah, it's another great change, corruption from Yon, who is really having a good game at this point.
[02:25:22] And now, I'll draw your eyes to the seekers that he has.
[02:25:25] And a more spawn with a frozen tomb, lock down his air, Paze down, trouble hosed, Yono immediately going in.
[02:25:29] The fear just barely, getting him out of range, able to walk away, Faker looking for the disengage.
[02:25:34] Quick going right back in, Payne's trying to survive,
[02:25:36] and there's Quick!
[02:25:37] In game one, he was clutched.
[02:25:39] In game two, he's unstoppable, the triple.
[02:25:42] TL taking another fight here.
[02:25:45] His owner tried to go aggressive and looked for a second,
[02:25:46] like Faker might have been able to bail him out.
[02:25:48] Korra's trying to keep Doran around.
[02:25:49] As Quick as he peed in, I don't know
[02:25:51] if he's going to be able to chase him down.
[02:25:53] He does have his flash.
[02:25:54] Oh, he's out of vision.
[02:25:55] Smart play.
[02:25:57] Playing on the edge of vision there.
[02:25:58] He's looking for Yon.
[02:25:59] He's looking for Yon.
[02:26:00] I don't know.
[02:26:01] Doran?
[02:26:02] There's no way to stop this. Morgan has to debate. Can he even come into the right flash over the wall from the awp? He gets two!
[02:26:09] 2,000 gold. He just got a double shot down there. 2,000 gold. Went to Doren off of that play.
[02:26:16] Yon tried to look for the outplay, but he had no chance of corruption and he flashed over the wall and set up a double to the skies there as Doren just slams his hammer down.
[02:26:26] You can't forget Doran the TP out. It looks like he's just playing to save his own life
[02:26:30] But he's playing for the exit kills on the opposite fight as well and yawn doing his best
[02:26:34] Maybe thinking they can play on that margin, but instead hand delivering that second kill
[02:26:38] It's actually such a big deal not even just because of the gold. I mean the gold is a big deal
[02:26:42] He's just got 2k. It was a 900 gold shut down in the 1k shut down
[02:26:45] Okay, yawn completed his zoning is that fails it out a bit
[02:26:48] But I was gonna say you lost your flash and your seekers is Varus
[02:26:51] That is a really hard fight that you're gonna have now in one minute
[02:26:54] And I'm curious, with TL here, at sole point, will they still look for it?
[02:26:58] Doran, I thought he was just gonna face-check him, but he has the ward there, covers both sides.
[02:27:01] That's Alva right in the midst of another one, Paranoia going down there,
[02:27:04] Gethra to take down Paze, they've got enough damage to get it done!
[02:27:06] Overstep from the bot lane on the side of T1 as TL are quick to punish.
[02:27:10] That's huge! That is Paze dead, and that is the dragon spawning as he will actually come up.
[02:27:16] TL need to try to force this, try to rush it down, and claim Mountain Soul, which would be so big,
[02:27:21] and a rare misstep there pays too far up.
[02:27:24] We didn't see the setup.
[02:27:24] It also looked like the Breath of Life came out too early from Kariah.
[02:27:28] Not sure if he was cleansing something else that didn't catch,
[02:27:29] but the fear landed after the Breath of Life came through.
[02:27:32] So nicely played by TL.
[02:27:34] They pulled the trigger.
[02:27:34] They do kill him off, but it means no alt on Jose.
[02:27:37] No alt on core.
[02:27:38] And so the question is, will they try to rush this down?
[02:27:41] Because Morgan has not yet moved.
[02:27:43] Fighter for mid priority now is Faker.
[02:27:45] It's a glacial path to make his way out pays.
[02:27:48] Still got a little bit of that, that Jackie love in him,
[02:27:50] is ox likes to say we'll still step forward on occasion. The benefits usually
[02:27:54] outweighing the cost but not in this case. He went walking in looking to face
[02:27:58] check you over the walls. The dragon spawns owner hovering in the darkness.
[02:28:04] He's won every 50 50 thus far. Team liquid may just be looking for a fight.
[02:28:10] Nice poke on the quid. No ulti taken away from him yet. See what he can
[02:28:15] hijack. See what he can do to put down a favorable position. Owner fishing core
[02:28:20] off to the side. Eyes on the Alistar, but Faker might want to start this fight first.
[02:28:24] Lights turned off. Dragon getting burned down. Owner wants to stay around in the area. 2K
[02:28:28] getting lower and lower. Denying access to the pit. They need to burn down the objective.
[02:28:31] But it's the other one! Are you kidding me? This is why they call him owner. The objectives
[02:28:38] belong to him. Just as the fight might belong to T1, but instead, no. TL remains steadfast,
[02:28:46] Crankable in the face of elimination quid unstoppable
[02:28:51] Yeah, they're gonna try to chase him down here quick try to stop the bases as they're looking to push mid as well
[02:28:56] But Jose and y'all are both very low
[02:28:59] But how does he do it every single time gets through everyone played that brilliantly
[02:29:04] Cor was trying to stand on them to get the HP low watch owners patience here
[02:29:09] So he knows he only gonna focus this down course gonna knock him out instead. He kicks core away
[02:29:13] So now it's like wait, how do we keep him back? They knocked her and also and they try to kill him
[02:29:17] But then he realizes it's too low the fierce Heather doesn't actually land it from Jose Ward hop in range
[02:29:24] 1450 East might perfectly done that man is a machine
[02:29:29] I refuse to believe that a human can do it the owner showing me once again
[02:29:34] It can be done a beautiful change of corruption though from yawn
[02:29:38] He's found pace in every fight yawn is on fire again caught him with the ult
[02:29:42] That's why Jose flashes in for the fear tether afterwards if you don't catch Pays with that
[02:29:46] I think Pays can glide on you and kill their whole team from that low HP
[02:29:50] So many fights so damn close
[02:29:54] Seekers up for quid
[02:29:56] Son is free on quid still playing very far forward very aggressive
[02:30:02] He's getting scary and scary Morgan off on the side gets an extra two and a half seconds
[02:30:06] F y'all to going in on the baker force the flash over the wall and almost instantaneous retreat coming out from T1
[02:30:11] They know at this point in the game the stakes are sky-high if they lose another fight
[02:30:15] You know might just grab to win. Yeah, they are really on
[02:30:19] That knife's edge this late in the game next team fight win doesn't really matter who it is
[02:30:23] You could probably if you get a clean fight, it's over 100% even if you get a fight
[02:30:27] That's pretty favored, but he carries her dead
[02:30:30] You could just march down and end it and T1 are gonna try to force the issue here
[02:30:33] They know they pushed put back quit is heading down towards bot. He does have his tp Morgan has no alts and no zonias
[02:30:39] That's why they're forcing the issue. Rumble's weak.
[02:30:42] You look good. Have to be careful. Where is Faker?
[02:30:44] Could be waiting. The dark end.
[02:30:45] Pole hitting four members is big.
[02:30:47] Faker ready to arrive in the fight.
[02:30:50] Wade waiting off on the side. Which ulti will he take?
[02:30:53] Faker appearing over the wall. Look at the lockdown.
[02:30:54] Yonburi goes for it.
[02:30:55] Binds an extra moment.
[02:30:57] A stolen away Milleal.
[02:30:58] So he's giving him the space that they need.
[02:30:59] Owners straight into the back line.
[02:31:00] Wants to turn it.
[02:31:01] But Yon is too damn strong. Pays locked up.
[02:31:03] But the follow-up is not there.
[02:31:04] And he's ready to glide.
[02:31:06] Ready to slide through this entire fight.
[02:31:08] Quick dash over the wall.
[02:31:09] a GA, a Zondja's, an extra couple seconds,
[02:31:12] Pay's determined to make the difference,
[02:31:13] flashing out a snipe from downtown.
[02:31:16] Y'all, please!
[02:31:19] Hold back.
[02:31:20] Both 80 carries playing on the absolute edge.
[02:31:23] Team Liquid advantage in the fight,
[02:31:25] but fire, once again, the barrier's still there.
[02:31:28] The healing.
[02:31:29] Pay stands!
[02:31:30] Morgan does not!
[02:31:33] Doran has been so clutched down the stretch here,
[02:31:36] that double kill at the end of that last fight,
[02:31:38] and two shot blasts each getting a kill.
[02:31:41] And the problem now for TL is the respawn timers.
[02:31:43] Morgan is dead for 50.
[02:31:45] T1 are going to rez, and they could just
[02:31:47] go right back to the Baron.
[02:31:48] Because Morgan is going to be dead for 40 seconds still.
[02:31:53] And owner and faker up into Doran may have just won T1.
[02:31:56] The Baron may have just won them the game
[02:31:59] with those two shot blasts.
[02:32:00] As good as it's looked for TL, as good as some of those fights
[02:32:03] have been, the gold is still so close.
[02:32:05] There is no greater advantage to the Baron
[02:32:07] shifting so heavily in the favor of T1 and we've said it for a moment
[02:32:16] TL believed it was all coming together but T1 so quick to take that away. The game not over yet
[02:32:22] but it's getting closer to ending in T1's favor. I mean it was just a great force here because they
[02:32:26] know that there's no zonis, there's no flash, there's no equalizer. Rumble doesn't have the tools.
[02:32:32] TL does a good job of absorbing this engage. Great zonis there from Yan. The breath of life
[02:32:35] from Qwidd, 5th lot of time there from Yon.
[02:32:38] Owner goes in, can't finish him off. Faker looks like he's in trouble,
[02:32:41] but it's on the other side that Paze is the real issue here.
[02:32:43] Paze gliding around, Jose's ult came back up.
[02:32:46] They get in to try to punish Paze here,
[02:32:48] and look at TL playing around cooldowns.
[02:32:50] They wait until the scrap shield's back up to try to go and defend Qwidd,
[02:32:53] but this shock blast and the subsequent one, this was one auto away from being killed.
[02:32:59] Trying to make his way out, so he's already used now.
[02:33:01] He's in trouble. Qwidd can try and turn this one back
[02:33:03] and click ulti out. Now Qwidd needs to get the hell out.
[02:33:05] They may have over-committed to this one. A nice knockup. A nice interrun.
[02:33:08] Honor might fall equalizer across the top, but the damage isn't quite there.
[02:33:12] Honor ticking and burning, but with the GA still supporting him, there was no hope of finishing the kill.
[02:33:17] Yeah, it always seems to be the way against T1.
[02:33:20] You come close, but it's so hard to finish the job, whether it's a kill, whether it's a game, whether it's a dragon, it just doesn't matter.
[02:33:26] They make you fight for every last inch.
[02:33:29] Honor limping away there. How do you be able to get the kill? Then they can't go for the dragon.
[02:33:34] And you can actually delay it and have an earlier respawn in your jungler.
[02:33:37] Maybe you get sold, but again, three times now.
[02:33:41] T1 delaying this soul for TL, and now they are both on three dragons here.
[02:33:46] And T1 take a slight gold lead.
[02:33:48] They have the bear, and they are really just one fight away from ending the game here.
[02:33:53] But it's anyone's game to win.
[02:33:55] That they are, but when you want to get chunks like that,
[02:33:58] the game gets a lot harder for Team Liquid Alienware.
[02:34:02] He won now on the retreat.
[02:34:04] After he just back away, still a minute left
[02:34:06] on that red bull Baron power play.
[02:34:08] But getting the drink is enough.
[02:34:10] Some cool tech here from Core goes to Bissell.
[02:34:11] Again, we talked about the multiple sources of AP.
[02:34:14] This is fantastic.
[02:34:15] Quinn really needs to get golds for his zonias, though.
[02:34:18] Feels like he's pretty far off.
[02:34:20] When he gets that third zonias, there's
[02:34:21] a lot of playmaking tools here.
[02:34:23] On TL, obviously Core with the Alistar all difficult to take
[02:34:26] down.
[02:34:26] There's GA that will be coming back up here for Jose.
[02:34:29] And then they're looking to get towards triple Zonius as Yon having an intense 1v1.
[02:34:35] He's decided not to.
[02:34:36] Yeah, I think Jose has basically said he wants it for an item completion because you look at Jose's items.
[02:34:40] He's saying, wait, wait, wait, just leave it.
[02:34:42] I actually want to finish it, or maybe Yon get nervous that T1 will be there too soon.
[02:34:46] Either way, it doesn't really matter.
[02:34:48] Maybe Yon was trying to work in towards the QSS.
[02:34:51] And Quid does get his Zonius, so that is a fake purchase.
[02:34:54] That he does. The tower almost just disappears right in front of our eyes.
[02:34:59] waiting off to the side hoping to find a flank has to clear out the vision first
[02:35:03] he wants bottom with the spryers the last wave of the Baron empowered siege is
[02:35:08] here three minutes the soul for either side or the Baron is on the table and if
[02:35:15] you wanted action you got action 50 combined kills in 36 minutes now the
[02:35:18] highest combined kills for a game at this MSI it has been an absolute blood
[02:35:24] Both teams really playing well in this game.
[02:35:27] Some incredible mechanics on display here.
[02:35:30] T1 with the edge now, but it's three dragons to three.
[02:35:33] 2K gold is irrelevant at this point in the game,
[02:35:36] and 5K of the advantage is all on Doran,
[02:35:38] and Doran has been done as items for a while,
[02:35:40] so he basically has nothing he can spend it on.
[02:35:42] Unless he wants to start changing out items,
[02:35:44] the gold means nothing.
[02:35:45] It is going to be about the gold on the carries,
[02:35:48] and in those roles, it is even or slightly favorite towards TL right now.
[02:35:52] right now. As it is, you can see QSS now picked up from Yon, double defensive items here.
[02:35:57] But really, it's going to come down to who can find better positioning on the fight or
[02:36:02] who can chip away at those major cooldowns before the next fight breaks out. Morgan,
[02:36:06] probably going to have access to that TP, flashes, should all be up. It's really only
[02:36:10] Yon's we're waiting on. So it's going to be the full team fight, no greater edge, and
[02:36:16] thus one of these two lineups can maybe find a pick on a side lane, punish someone for
[02:36:19] for over pushing a potential wave,
[02:36:21] but it's a big reason why you see T1 moving his three,
[02:36:24] even just to clear a single midway.
[02:36:25] Yep, Yon even there was trying to cover Jose
[02:36:28] as he's doing his wolves.
[02:36:29] They know one pick in the game could very easily be over
[02:36:32] because Mountain Soul could be the decider.
[02:36:34] And if you die at the wrong time,
[02:36:36] you lose your summoners at the wrong time,
[02:36:37] you misplay in a fight.
[02:36:39] The stakes do not get higher than in a 40 minute game.
[02:36:41] Well, the respawn timers are gonna be a minute
[02:36:44] if you die here and that's pretty much lights out
[02:36:46] if you take a bad fight.
[02:36:47] So all of the pressure now on these players here.
[02:36:52] And T1 is a team that has faced that pressure
[02:36:56] and come out on top so many times in their careers.
[02:37:00] TL gonna have to try to pull off some magic,
[02:37:03] you know, complete an actual victory here
[02:37:05] because the difference between going 1-1
[02:37:08] and actually being tied in this series and being down 2-0,
[02:37:10] it's a golf bigger than the Grand Canyon.
[02:37:13] Yeah, it is huge.
[02:37:15] Asking for a reverse sweep against T1
[02:37:17] It's just not something that you see every day.
[02:37:20] And remember what it took for us to get this close in this game.
[02:37:22] A heroic comeback with backed up by Jose Dioto
[02:37:26] and core the facilitator of each and every game turning
[02:37:30] play for TL.
[02:37:31] You said it yourself, coming into this tournament domestically,
[02:37:34] not at the top of the list in anyone's mind for support.
[02:37:36] So a lot of names above him.
[02:37:37] But he has been clutch in this tournament so far.
[02:37:39] And in this game, he is no doubt the MVP for TL.
[02:37:42] But an MVP of a loss doesn't mean much.
[02:37:45] TL desperate to convert this into a win.
[02:37:48] And Doran has been really the hero after getting a lot of criticism in the last
[02:37:52] series against TL.
[02:37:54] He comes into game one, gets a solo kill onto Morgan.
[02:37:58] And then he comes into this game and from a number of positions where it looked
[02:38:00] like TL were going to get the advantage, he gets a double kill, then he gets multiple
[02:38:03] shot glass for kills.
[02:38:04] TL are threatening, calling, use, traded for the unbreakable will.
[02:38:11] Dash backwards from TL.
[02:38:12] Really nice to get that Alistar cool down out of the equation.
[02:38:15] At this point, Korra can maybe hope to get one combo before he drops in a fight.
[02:38:19] Exactly. He has the base as well, so T1 might be already on the Baron. We don't know.
[02:38:23] They could actually be over there, and they are, in fact, on the Baron.
[02:38:25] It's going to get spotted. Korra is rushing out of base here,
[02:38:28] but this could be one of the final moments.
[02:38:30] 15 seconds on the drake. Maybe TL, yet they're immediately going to turn.
[02:38:33] They have to accept fighting against the Baron in power of T1 on their terms at the Dragon Soul,
[02:38:39] rather than risk going into unknown territory.
[02:38:42] I like the call but it's still really really risky here. T1 gonna try to bully their way in. We don't know if TL are rushing the dragon down or looking for a fight. They're on the dragon but it's still so healthy.
[02:38:52] Anycans playing AK, getting lower core, looking for the engage,
[02:38:56] put off to the side, he's got a duck at the connective pace.
[02:38:58] For now, he's on touch, hosted here in the backline,
[02:38:59] but he's face first into three.
[02:39:00] Lockup is there from Baker, and it's all falling apart.
[02:39:03] Team Liquid have pulled off the dragon for a brief moment,
[02:39:06] owner into the backline.
[02:39:07] Three members left, and they have to hold the line.
[02:39:09] Yaw desperate to turn this back, but Dorn comes in from the skies.
[02:39:12] Yaw still living for an extra moment,
[02:39:14] getting a couple extra autos.
[02:39:15] Baker will finally fall, but Pays full out,
[02:39:18] playing clean up to close it out.
[02:39:21] Core tries to repeat the heroics from earlier,
[02:39:24] but it just doesn't happen.
[02:39:26] T1 win the fight, they avoid the engage.
[02:39:30] TL spent so much on that initial punch,
[02:39:32] and it was just not meant to be.
[02:39:35] Pays stay safe and takes over another team fight.
[02:39:38] A statement from T1, no matter how far ahead you get,
[02:39:42] it just might not matter against this lineup.
[02:39:44] Pays gliding through the fight,
[02:39:46] a single misstep, more than enough for this team
[02:39:48] to end things in their favor.
[02:39:50] Core doing what he can to hold the line,
[02:39:52] but there's just no time.
[02:39:54] Pays this time around.
[02:39:55] Eyes on the prize.
[02:39:56] He doesn't need any more kills.
[02:39:57] Looking for the Nexus.
[02:39:59] Owner knocking it down.
[02:40:01] Core doing everything he possibly can,
[02:40:03] but a few autos are all that's left between T1 and matchpoint.
[02:40:08] Down goes Core.
[02:40:09] Down, go, TL.
[02:40:12] Jose Dioto will fall.
[02:40:14] The Nexus will fall.
[02:40:15] T1 at matchpoint.
[02:40:18] Well played by T1 again, they come up big in the team fights and so many clutch moments by Dorian
[02:40:25] really felt like he was such a difference maker in this game. AD, it's a reverse report, it's nothing.
[02:40:33] Yeah, I think I know that. I think I know that, Isael. You don't have to tell me I could see the
[02:40:39] score in front of me and I'm mad. Listen, like at the beginning of the day you said, I trust them to
[02:40:43] to take one. I feel like that was the one.
[02:40:47] That was the one. I fully believe this was this.
[02:40:50] I thought it was going to go up to Frisch.
[02:40:51] We were screaming on the desk. Oh my God!
[02:40:54] Yeah!
[02:40:55] Okay, before we talk, I'm sorry, Raz.
[02:40:58] But you know what? A bit of a pat on the shoulder.
[02:41:00] Before we talk about what went wrong,
[02:41:02] let's take a look at what went right with the replay
[02:41:05] by Cisco and thanks to the Reliable Cisco Network.
[02:41:08] We know that Corey JJ, we've talked about him.
[02:41:10] He can be clutched. He was clutched once again.
[02:41:13] Things started to go bad after this, but this was one of the plays where you can trust the support in the veteran.
[02:41:18] Four man knockup. He has been the reliable player on Team Liquid. His engages have been so good.
[02:41:26] Every time you look at the draft, you're like, that's an Alistar into Emilio. I'm not too sure about it.
[02:41:30] You see plays like that and you know why he locks it in.
[02:41:34] Yeah, I did nothing. I literally was looking at it going, okay, why would you take the Alistar against Emilio?
[02:41:39] I played this matchup, it sucks, it's an Israel time!
[02:41:44] Well CoreJJ made it work and I fully thought that off the back of this and with the way Jose Diodo was playing
[02:41:50] but all the backup that was there was going to come to fruition but they just couldn't get it across the line.
[02:41:55] I want to take a look at the post game breakdown because let's look at that gold graph.
[02:41:59] No, I don't want to look at it.
[02:42:01] No, no, no, but listen, what point in game?
[02:42:03] I think we see it clearly, but what is interesting is that T1 made it happen over time.
[02:42:09] It was not one game breaking team fight.
[02:42:12] It was picking up in the mid lane, finding that clutch TP.
[02:42:16] Those really small plays once again that make the difference and like even if Team Liquid set up the pace of the game,
[02:42:22] it's just not enough with T1 and the way they can find their way back in the game.
[02:42:26] Yeah, before we look at all the bad, all the good that was happening for Team Liquid.
[02:42:30] Okay, we're looking at all the bad.
[02:42:31] Look, that was a perfectly placed control ward because he knew that Yon had no idea he was sitting in that bush.
[02:42:38] And so he recognized that Yon was trying to cross through, paced throughout this entire game, found beautiful moments, and it wasn't just him dying.
[02:42:45] No, it wasn't. It was Doran stepping up. There were so many moments where a just little unique plays coming through from T1.
[02:42:53] The individual players stepping up to make the difference happen.
[02:42:57] Even here like Doran getting a double snipe off the back of this that then set up for T1 Baron immediately after
[02:43:03] It was tiny plays that just broke the back of TL. Yeah
[02:43:07] The last replay he got a 1k shut down and this one he gets another shut down
[02:43:12] And that was off the back of pays really cutting well in that one
[02:43:15] And then you see that smite fight that owner reliably wins and that stops the the the fact that you ended up getting a soul
[02:43:22] for Team Liquid, they couldn't get that, so it ends up being a quadruple mountain mountain
[02:43:26] show for T1. It's so frustrating when you're going up against T1, and this is, I'm gonna
[02:43:31] say if they go to a main stage, when they go to a main stage.
[02:43:34] I got lost all hope. But like, this is something you always have to recognize with T1, they're
[02:43:40] so mechanically skilled in team fights, so all the prep, all the setup, huge goal league
[02:43:46] doesn't matter.
[02:43:47] So make it keep some bringing it. It's just not enough and I do feel like game 3 might not be enough for them to find the solution here
[02:43:55] Especially with the crowd being so vibrant especially T1 being prepared every step of the way
[02:44:00] Raz I hope they can get this one game. It has to be next one. Otherwise the series is completely good
[02:44:07] I appreciate T1's effort, but it hasn't been enough so far T1 bringing us too much points
[02:44:13] Let's see if they can close it out next game
[02:44:15] Let's go TL!
[02:44:17] Just one game!
[02:44:45] from the skies.
[02:44:46] Yonster living for an extra moment,
[02:44:47] getting a couple extra autos.
[02:44:49] Baker will violently fall, but Pays full out,
[02:44:52] playing clean up to close it out.
[02:44:54] Four tries to repeat the heroics from earlier,
[02:44:57] but it just doesn't happen.
[02:45:15] The human body was built to move.
[02:45:25] Not trapped at a desk in one singular posture for 12 hours a day.
[02:45:32] It's time your chair evolved.
[02:45:35] This is Secret Lab Titan Evo.
[02:45:39] ergonomically engineered for you, gamers, hybrid workers, artists,
[02:45:45] and back in your every move.
[02:45:51] Times like this are where star players shine and new legends step up,
[02:45:58] where legacies are built and dreams either realized or ripped apart.
[02:46:05] He still doesn't die!
[02:46:07] You cannot accept the fact that I am an expectant
[02:46:11] To talk about terrible
[02:46:13] If you want to live, you have to be strong
[02:46:16] Do yourself a broken dream
[02:46:18] I just find a Easter
[02:46:37] of the offseason blues once worlds is over? Fear not, because League of Legends is coming
[02:46:57] to the very first eSports Nations Cup, where players split from their clubs and compete
[02:47:02] for national pride. Will China test every limit imaginable? Will South Korea turn every
[02:47:09] game into a macro masterclass? Will EU and NA actually play in the correct lengths? The
[02:47:14] final event of the year is not to be missed. Esports Nation's Cup 2026. See you in Riyadh.
[02:48:02] I've told you I was done with basic browsers
[02:48:29] You're setup wants opera GX and you're holding it back.
[02:48:49] Speak to the game browser.
[02:48:51] GambleDopperGX.
[02:48:59] Let go gives you wings.
[02:49:02] With my new phone company, Menace Mobile,
[02:49:05] our pricing structure will be so confusing,
[02:49:08] it can only be described as evil.
[02:49:10] That isn't evil.
[02:49:11] It's just typical phone company stuff.
[02:49:13] Besides people just switch to Verizon.
[02:49:15] With their new simplicity plan,
[02:49:17] It's just one plan and one price.
[02:49:19] What now?
[02:49:19] And it's only $30 for a single line.
[02:49:21] $30!
[02:49:23] So you're all choosing Verizon.
[02:49:25] Freeders!
[02:49:26] Introducing the Simplicity Plan, $30 for a single line.
[02:49:30] Can you hear me now?
[02:49:31] Woo hoo hoo!
[02:52:17] And it was so close. And you heard it from the desk, you'll hear it from the desk, you'll probably hear it from me too.
[02:52:22] But now that it is 2-0 in the favor of T1, it's starting to feel impossible for Team Liquid Alienware to come back.
[02:52:31] I mean, you have to win three in a row against the most clutch team of all time.
[02:52:34] And they've beaten you five times in a row at this tournament. So it's a tough ask, right?
[02:52:38] We have now seen three games, I would say, out of the five, where I'm like, hey, Dill could win this.
[02:52:44] win this. They have a real shot. This I think was the closest even closer than the 6k1 just
[02:52:49] because it was so late in the game that if you nail that engage, if you are able to win that fight,
[02:52:55] the game literally just ends because the rest timers are too long, right? But that is what
[02:53:00] makes T1 T1. That is what makes the top teams the top teams is that unless they've said a thousand
[02:53:04] times, love it or hate it, so meta is team fighting. At the end of the day, everything else is just a
[02:53:09] vehicle to set up your team fight in League of Legends currently. And so, split-bush,
[02:53:14] laning phase, picks, stealing camps, everything is just to make you stronger for the team fight.
[02:53:18] If you can't win a team fight, you can't win a game. And T1 has been better in five games in a row
[02:53:23] than TL in the team fighting, right? And that is really the biggest difference. TL has had their
[02:53:28] moments. They have won team fights, but never the last team fight. And all team fights are not built
[02:53:34] people in League of Legends. If you win one at 40 minutes, the Nexus explodes. If you
[02:53:38] win one at 10, you get a gold lead. We'll give you a little gold star on your shirt
[02:53:43] exactly. But you're not getting the Nexus, you're not getting the win. Now the first
[02:53:47] pick though, coming in for the side, P1. They did not for first pick, PL once again had
[02:53:53] a side selection. So off to go for blue. Taking their time here. What is the option
[02:53:59] Going to be Camille still remains from a band. Why was left through this time around it won't be allowed
[02:54:06] Pick it up now for owner. Oh, so T. L. Are first pick this time so
[02:54:12] It's the same as last game T1 refer to our first pick
[02:54:16] No, it's looking or my oh, I'm crazy
[02:54:21] You're good, you're good. Yeah, we just passed the highest kill game ever
[02:54:25] I think I just passed out reset from the brain. Yeah. All right, so I just buy coming in. I don't know why my brain just did not see by
[02:54:33] Nefiri pretty common answer to the vibe is something that Jose is very comfortable on
[02:54:37] You can win out of the duals. There's obviously a lot of great uses for your immunity
[02:54:41] The vials as well as the Q you can actually immune avoid and Jose loves playing in his opponent's face on this champion because you're so
[02:54:48] Adept at actually jumping in that other jungle going over walls stealing away cams
[02:54:52] So I do think it's something that really fits his style, but it is something that kind of needs to comp those around it
[02:54:57] It's kind of similar to not turn that way where it's like you don't just want not turn and no one else that wants to die
[02:55:02] Right or absolutely really play so Renekton makes a lot of sense here is absolute comfort for Morgan
[02:55:08] And the question is where does Doran want to take us?
[02:55:11] Will he just go towards something like a sign and just kind of say you know what?
[02:55:15] I'm just playing to be that brick wall and set up for the team fights
[02:55:18] I just need to not die and we will be chilling
[02:55:20] Casio currently the Hover would be the line.
[02:55:26] Yeah, and I mean I will say Quid is not an Olivia guy, you know, so like that's not available.
[02:55:34] I feel like he's probably just gonna go for it, to be honest.
[02:55:37] If I was to guess what Quid would go from here.
[02:55:40] Okay, it's gonna be Zahen as the answer.
[02:55:42] So Dorian just wants to scrap, and this is, to me it's pretty 50-50 as far as the top lane matchup goes.
[02:55:48] kind of skill base. I think there's different points of power for both sides.
[02:55:53] We're considering the Galio which would make it way more all in as far as the dive is concerned.
[02:55:58] I was kind of thinking he would just go control mage for control mage,
[02:56:02] but you know this is definitely another powerful option here. And we have to see you know what kind
[02:56:07] of style of game they want to play. I mean if you go Galio you are really committing to full dive.
[02:56:12] And I do think it can be very difficult to dive into both the hen and Casio. So I can't say I
[02:56:18] love the direction of the draft in the first three because if you don't watch
[02:56:22] out the hen, the hen just grim deliverance drops down your whole team
[02:56:25] you're trying to fight through him and he is just ailing you and you're trying to
[02:56:27] dive onto Casio through the asthma and petrifying gaze it can work but it's tough
[02:56:32] yeah I think the burden of execution even if TL have a lot of you know the
[02:56:35] necessary hard CC certainly is on them to make these combos work he won
[02:56:40] half his rank as a hen champion who was recently buffed but as you mentioned
[02:56:44] Outside of those big teams by ulti, you still click the lane to be relatively comparable.
[02:56:49] Respect to the 3 Jose Dioto fans out there in a C of T1. They're fighting the good fight.
[02:56:55] That they are. Will it be enough? Well, we're gonna have to find out.
[02:56:58] Again, we see that Galista Bandaways fan game won as well. I think it makes a lot of sense.
[02:57:02] Again, when you're going for a dive comp, you want to limit some of these champions with some free build and protection,
[02:57:06] whether it's for themselves or for anyone else.
[02:57:08] And Paze is just, he's a freak on that champ and that guy is so good on Kalista.
[02:57:14] And Kalista is so good in the early game and Paze and Keria are the best bot lane duo.
[02:57:20] So that is problematic, right?
[02:57:22] You give the best players in the game one of the best early game champs and then you tell them play safe.
[02:57:27] And it's kind of like, well, good luck.
[02:57:30] You know, when you break it down for me, it does seem like the most obvious decision in the world actually to ban that away.
[02:57:36] Ziggs also taken out the corner. Again, this is a champion where you already see double AD on the top side and really nice to have the relative safety of the Ziggs who can play back and just ult on top of whatever is happening.
[02:57:45] And they need AP, right? Because you're looking at the comp. Yeah, Galio is kind of magic damage, kind of sort of, but let's be honest. Usually you go, you know, at most like one AP item and then you're kind of going tanky.
[02:57:55] Sometimes people go more than that, so I think Mel and Zig's really, really smart fans.
[02:57:58] Not only are they champions that can kind of just maybe and more a lot of laning phase through wave clear,
[02:58:03] but they are champions that really round out the composition here that TL is drafting for.
[02:58:08] And they're compositionally good as far as throwing the ult into backline on top of the galley ult, you know, all these types of tools.
[02:58:14] So I'm curious to see where they go. If they want to play something that enables dive, you could always go Sivir, you could go Jin.
[02:58:19] I think those are our picks that, you know, are relatively okay in lane, but the problem is Caitlyn's still up.
[02:58:26] So it's like, if you go, if you go something like Sivir and you have a weak laning phase, then it could be really tough.
[02:58:31] So instead, they're gonna go Xayah, which obviously is always a great answer into the Vi, very easy to ult the ult from Vi.
[02:58:38] But, that being said, you can really struggle against range in the 2v2, so I'm worried about, like, what if they just go Caitlyn Karma or something like that, you know?
[02:58:46] I know Karma's been nerfed a lot, but you could just go like a long-range, pokey-style bot lane,
[02:58:51] rely on the Vi for engage, and just play to dominate the 2v2.
[02:58:55] And so, that's my big concern, is they just go, yeah, Caitlyn Karma, Caitlyn Lux, Caitlyn whatever.
[02:59:00] Instead it's gonna be Zeria and Umi.
[02:59:03] I think almost for sure they're gonna go Zeria and Umi if they're gonna lock the Zeria, but...
[02:59:06] Makes a lot of sense, and you highlighted it well, right?
[02:59:08] But also, Ziya's a champion who, I think similar to the Victor that you mentioned earlier,
[02:59:11] draft so good when enemy champions have to fight into her,
[02:59:13] But she's not that 80 carry you can instantly follow up on whatever gallium to fury play you're trying to make so bit of a disconnect there
[02:59:19] And maybe instead
[02:59:22] Considering the Lulu I mean Lulu is great as well right you know you have really really effective peel
[02:59:26] If you time your wild growth you can you can actually knock the dash in from the fury
[02:59:30] Which is really frustrating for the theory and it's gonna make it really tough for Jose because you go in you get polymorphed
[02:59:36] Core, I feel like he's the kind of player who, yeah, we're down two games.
[02:59:41] If this is the pick, this is the pick, right?
[02:59:43] He's not going to be phased by the moment.
[02:59:45] If he believes it is the best pick, he's going to go blitz, win or lose, he's going
[02:59:48] to be okay with that because he believes it is the strongest pick.
[02:59:51] Whether or not you are actually going to go blitz, it's hard to know.
[02:59:54] I would respect the hell out of it.
[02:59:56] Kovakon is more common.
[02:59:59] He's got a world skin on it, and this is absolute comfort for him.
[03:00:02] It is going to facilitate the dive really, really well, and TL do have kind of a bit of a one-note comp here, you know, Ziya is kind of just following up.
[03:00:11] Obviously, you have the defensive ult to try to be able to deal with these mails that are going to be diving on you.
[03:00:15] But I feel like T1 want to fight back, and TL can only really click forward, because to me, if I'm T1, and I'm Zery, I'm Casio, I am running backwards,
[03:00:25] and I'm just hitting you as I'm running backwards and I'm making you fight through owner and Doran
[03:00:30] and these melee champs which I think is a really cool task.
[03:00:33] And it's certainly, especially when you're already down two games, this is the do or die composition
[03:00:37] from the side of Team Liquid Alienware and while there's certainly a lot of comfort and a lot of power,
[03:00:41] again the burden of execution is on them.
[03:00:43] We've seen the path to success with Paze on this area before.
[03:00:47] If he goes late, he wins games.
[03:00:49] Now there's not a Yumi strapped to his back so it might be a little bit harder,
[03:00:52] But overall, still has been that threat so consistently in those late game fights.
[03:00:57] P.L. are going to want to let him get there very well.
[03:01:01] Could be the final game of the series.
[03:01:06] P.L. would need to be the first team to take us to a game four in the entirety of Play-Ins.
[03:01:11] Three O's across the board in every single series.
[03:01:16] You know what, I think it's time to make an executive decision.
[03:01:19] We're going to send two through from Play-Ins.
[03:01:20] Yep, top two to you.
[03:01:21] Honestly fair, you know, I want to see some more TL they might not be, you know,
[03:01:26] be able to take down T1 in the best of five, but they could beat a lot of the
[03:01:29] other teams I feel like in the main stage. So we'll see. Unfortunately, I'm not
[03:01:33] going to be able to change the format here and they're gonna have to win three
[03:01:37] in a row if they want to earn it themselves and get there of their own merit.
[03:01:41] What are you trying? That's the important thing. A man can dream.
[03:01:45] And I have representatives as Pays and Carriers expect to be pretty comfortable in this early
[03:01:51] They're not the most oppressive early on, but when you have a Lulu standing next to you up against a Rakan, it feels like a pretty favorable bottom.
[03:01:57] Yeah, for sure. I mean, you do have that range advantage, right?
[03:02:00] But I do think it's a better level 1 than before. Unfortunately, Core did miss the Q, the gleaming Quill,
[03:02:06] and it's such a big difference on these trades, not only because of the damage, but the positive trade of dealing the damage and getting the heal is so big.
[03:02:15] Big and he is gonna be able to hit that one a lot of work on Lane really is down to how many cues can you hit?
[03:02:22] Because that is gonna allow you to chip them away and keep you topped off
[03:02:25] Yeah, double value on the head getting the damage in the healing double loss on that miss or something will keep an eye on
[03:02:32] Checking out on the early jungle pathing looks like T1 have laid down a bit of vision there to spot it out
[03:02:36] But reminder if you're watching MSI might as well get rewarded for you should get rewarded
[03:02:41] You deserve it so head on over to lollysports.com Isaac anyone else logging with your ride idea
[03:02:45] And watch live for a chance to get those MSI 2026 drops. I think I will
[03:02:53] You can solo cast this one. I'll go log in. Maybe this is like we could just talk about a
[03:02:58] Our boy pace because it seems appropriate at this point in the series
[03:03:01] We're gonna have to hold that thought because there's a hot dog. There's a glizzy on the bottom side
[03:03:04] So we're gonna make himself known
[03:03:06] Or it's a little one though
[03:03:07] They need level two before they can even pretend that this could work
[03:03:10] I was in here on the way.
[03:03:12] Pays jumping over the wall going a completely different direction from Kariah.
[03:03:15] You just cannot follow him.
[03:03:17] That would just take too much time.
[03:03:20] It's too uncertain.
[03:03:21] Good reaction from Pays.
[03:03:23] Yeah, he's going to lose a couple minions, so, you know, it's still a bit annoying,
[03:03:27] but well handled there by Pays.
[03:03:28] The real question is, can owner do anything about it?
[03:03:31] And this is Pays stats from last game, 1532 damage per minute.
[03:03:37] That's the second highest damage per minute internationally all time number one.
[03:03:41] Of course, of course, of course is sneaky as everyone knew back in 2017 on
[03:03:46] Caitlin against W.E. in the World's quarter finals back when C9 made those.
[03:03:52] That's true.
[03:03:53] That's when they qualify for international events.
[03:03:55] Yes.
[03:03:55] Flash from Faker.
[03:03:57] Nice little advantage for the midline matchup for owner.
[03:04:00] He's by the side of the bottom line.
[03:04:01] Flashback from core.
[03:04:02] Now they need to get the hell out.
[03:04:03] Pauli more party there on the on ball breaker.
[03:04:04] Where's it going to go?
[03:04:05] He turned back, instant reaction coming on is good.
[03:04:08] But it will not save his support.
[03:04:10] Yeah, that's just beautifully played there by Oner.
[03:04:12] They knew that Core had used his flash,
[03:04:14] and that he had one charge of his E.
[03:04:16] So it's just kind of that mind game.
[03:04:19] And basically, Oner held the ball breaker so long
[03:04:22] that Core's second charge of his E is going to expire.
[03:04:24] He's got to use it, and then so he just
[03:04:25] has it timed out perfectly, gets in.
[03:04:28] And this is really just the anti-timing for TL.
[03:04:30] They had them in a position where they could actually
[03:04:32] 2v2 kill them.
[03:04:33] Karrie has Oom, Karrie is low.
[03:04:35] And then look at this, I mean, there's just nothing you can really do about it because if you don't use that second e-charge, you don't have a way out.
[03:04:40] You're dead. If you do an owner predicts perfectly as you did, well, guess what? You're dead too.
[03:04:46] Good patience, as you highlighted, really does make the difference with those key moments is more training on the top side.
[03:04:52] Morgan doing all right here, getting that prior early on, but not too great an advantage quite yet.
[03:04:57] It's really only owner and pays who are starting to build up those individual leads.
[03:05:01] Yeah, I mean, there is no flash now on Keria, so no summoner is available for him.
[03:05:06] But the same is true on the side of TL. They are both missing their flashes.
[03:05:10] Jon's going to have his barrier back.
[03:05:12] You would love to see them try to take out Keria with no flash, but that's so tough to do.
[03:05:16] They have all these wards. You can see all the question mark things on Jose.
[03:05:19] They know exactly where he is, so Pays and Keria should be really easily able to avoid that.
[03:05:25] And what is just kind of slowly getting whittled away on, he's falling behind in CS.
[03:05:30] And we've seen TL fall behind in this series and find good fights to come back, but this is an especially difficult game to do
[03:05:36] Once you get your ult, you can see the angle with Core on this big engage pick, but again, if you fall too far behind, you highlighted it so well
[03:05:42] It's just so easy for Faker and Pace to kite back to just step away from what is a very linear comp in terms of engage
[03:05:49] You really need Core to be this unexpected element out of Fokker War or it's pretty easy to flash back and win a fight
[03:05:54] Which we have seen him do, right? You know, we saw him have that big moment at the dragon last time
[03:05:58] Now I'll put a trade in here.
[03:06:00] I can get something to do.
[03:06:02] That was just immediately backs off.
[03:06:04] One of the strengths you highlighted in the theory, right?
[03:06:06] Pretty easy to get out of dodge on those short trades.
[03:06:09] Going to be able to hop over walls.
[03:06:11] Going to take those trades.
[03:06:13] The owner had the jump on him, and he's going to have to retreat because Faker had first move.
[03:06:17] And so this should be an easy dragon for T1.
[03:06:19] Bot lane has Pryo.
[03:06:21] Jose got pushed out top.
[03:06:22] Quidd is pushed in mid.
[03:06:23] There's nothing TLs really can do about it.
[03:06:25] So Jan is going to be looking to clear this out.
[03:06:27] to clear this out. Of course, you know, they have vision on the dragon, so Jan's not worried
[03:06:31] that he's about to get dove. That's why he can stay around when Core is facing. If they
[03:06:35] didn't have that ward, it's a lot scarier, right? Because owner could be behind you in
[03:06:39] the brush. Yeah, probably would have forced Core to stay as well, but could the TL were
[03:06:43] able to set up enough vision to ensure that they could get that wave for Jan, still falling
[03:06:46] behind a bit, but not too much as both AD carries clearly, just comfortable stacking
[03:06:51] their coals, trading waves back and forth. Yep. And I mean, we saw kind of the early
[03:06:56] trades go in the way of pays and carrier. But when yawn and core got to a place where
[03:07:00] they actually could look for an all in, that is when owner is there and that is the beauty
[03:07:04] of the top level of team play, right? There are these windows where in certain matchups
[03:07:09] you are going to be weak, you are going to be vulnerable and you want your jungler there
[03:07:12] at that moment. Owner was there at the perfect time. Not only does he save them, he gets
[03:07:16] the first blood, which is going to be so nice for T1 who are again out to an early over
[03:07:22] 1k gold lead here at six minutes not as bad as last game by any means last game was 2k at four minutes
[03:07:28] Yeah, but it is still obviously very bad, especially against a team that scales really really well as T1 says yeah
[03:07:34] And it's just it's difficult
[03:07:36] You would like for TL to be able to find a little bit more here in the early game
[03:07:39] But T1 has just been so consistently ahead in that regard
[03:07:44] And another ward there caught Jose so he has just been permanent worded out feels like the whole game
[03:07:48] He finished off those Raptors, the Ward expired from T1, but there were pings on him.
[03:07:53] They know exactly where he is, and that is making it very hard for him to really look for any angles.
[03:07:58] He does have level 6 as his owner, and so their first look is going to be pretty big.
[03:08:02] You know, you're looking for Kor and Jose to try to find that big engage,
[03:08:07] Quinn to be there to follow it up, Morgan to be on a flank.
[03:08:09] It's got to be that kind of a beautiful play, really well coordinated,
[03:08:13] Or I think you can expect Petch-Finding Gaze and Zerikiding back and all of these tools to be used to easily disengage and then potentially chase down.
[03:08:23] Uff, Ultra Shock Laser. Would have just clicked the honesty. Side steps here, forced to stay in lane.
[03:08:29] Pays and carrier once again, comfortable in the early stages, kind of as expected, but now without late game scaling power is faker.
[03:08:35] I have to get it locked up. My asthma is trying to disengage. Good patience coming in for Rosario, but an even better interrupt coming in for a motor.
[03:08:41] Jose no desperately tries to disengage the poison not quite enough to finish him
[03:08:45] That was really well done by owner the Q flash in the alt the perfect CC
[03:08:50] Otherwise figure is dead because figure has no flash mind you. It's just coming up now
[03:08:53] So that was really well tied and both quit and Jose were able to predict and back step and avoid the petrifying gaze
[03:09:00] So beautifully done, but again owner to the rescue here saves the day in the bot lane saves the day in the mid lane
[03:09:06] It is gonna cost him his flash as well as his alt, but this was
[03:09:10] beautifully timed so again they're trying to set this up really nice timing as
[03:09:13] Jose comes out of the overall wall the petrifying gaze avoided by both members
[03:09:17] but then look at this Q flash from Fawth so no way for Jose to actually react
[03:09:21] with the immolability yes Jose does live thanks to the ulti magic shield that
[03:09:26] came down from quid but now Doran is moving here Jose is coming faker has
[03:09:29] first moved this looks tough for TL the way Doran quickly trying to second pass
[03:09:34] but you can't grim deliverance coming out Jose Dioto targetable for a brief
[03:09:38] moment as he fires back on the daggers, but they don't miss.
[03:09:40] Instant flash in coming in from Morgan,
[03:09:42] trying to interrupt owner as best he can.
[03:09:43] Owner right on top of quick, flashing for Faker.
[03:09:45] My eyes were to stop at a potential ball.
[03:09:46] Close near to getting lower and lower,
[03:09:47] but the darkened daggers healing left just in time.
[03:09:49] Morgan desperate to go Faker.
[03:09:51] No, he can't finish off Doran as long as that passive bar
[03:09:53] is stacked, and Doran happy to take him down.
[03:09:56] Nicely done there by T1, winning out for a huge fight
[03:10:00] on the top side.
[03:10:01] The setup really wasn't there for TL.
[03:10:03] They were always kind of like down on health
[03:10:05] at the beginning of that fight.
[03:10:07] And it felt like T1 was always going to have the third man there faster.
[03:10:10] They don't have Gally-Ol.
[03:10:11] They don't have some of these really big tools.
[03:10:14] But they felt they needed to force.
[03:10:15] But, I mean, look at Quid at the start of this fight, right?
[03:10:17] He has very little mana, has basically no health.
[03:10:20] So Quid can't really do much of anything.
[03:10:22] I do think Morgan plays it well.
[03:10:24] But Doran stacks the passive, which means he's not a target.
[03:10:26] Morgan has to try to take down Faker.
[03:10:29] But Faker sinking in those twin fangs,
[03:10:33] kiting it out really, really well.
[03:10:35] and quit smiling on his face, but you know that they can feel it slipping away.
[03:10:40] And you already see how hard the extended fights are.
[03:10:42] Even with the Dominus from Morgan, just the constant twin fang damage,
[03:10:45] Doran the longer he stays in that fight, stacking up the passage,
[03:10:48] just getting more and more AD, that much harder to kill,
[03:10:50] especially once the passive revive is up and available,
[03:10:53] has got another taunt in the mid lane, owner there,
[03:10:55] once again to cover the Goldy growing to 2.3k, two grubs and the Drake.
[03:11:01] So T1 really not giving anything back to Team Liquid Alienware,
[03:11:04] Doran of course a player we're highlighting one of the big differences why we're seeing almost an even more dominant performance
[03:11:09] From T1 here is that he was falling behind in so many of the games in the previous series this time around not the same story
[03:11:15] Yeah, not at all. I think Morgan has played well overall for sure, but
[03:11:19] Definitely was just destroying Doran in the last one. It's it's not been like that at all
[03:11:23] Doran has outplayed him in this series absolutely has had the bigger impact it feels like and so
[03:11:29] It is gonna be really really tough now because TL are playing this hard engage comp with what feels like
[03:11:34] three losing lanes at this point and Hose is getting worded out everywhere
[03:11:38] and 2-1 are going to be all the objectives, right?
[03:11:40] So when you're in a spot like that, it is very, very tough
[03:11:43] because if they see the engage coming, it's hard to imagine them dying to it
[03:11:46] and TL are going to have to be picture perfect
[03:11:49] when they do actually pull the trigger and try to find a committed fight.
[03:11:53] And longer we go, the bigger that deficit gets,
[03:11:55] the higher and higher the stakes get for that big defining moment, that big fight.
[03:11:59] You want to control the area, vision already laid down his page, just tries to poke, chip
[03:12:06] away at health bars. Owners' attention still focused on the Drake, as they might be looking
[03:12:10] to make it a 50-50. The only one he's won so far is when he was able to turn off the
[03:12:14] lights with nocturne. Own around a position. Great, going to the side of T1.
[03:12:20] See, they're going to try to zone them off though. They're going to try to keep them
[03:12:23] away from balling. Yann is going to go push, so Jose and Kor are here to harass while they're
[03:12:27] pushing in mid lane as well so I still think this is pretty nice from TL if you
[03:12:31] can't go for the fight if you can't go for this might fight then you have to
[03:12:34] try to get what you can elsewhere pace goes back to paste they're gonna steal
[03:12:37] away a blue buff they're gonna zone them off you know maybe a couple minions not
[03:12:40] a huge amount but area charm flash immediate alts gonna come through
[03:12:44] wild growth now to follow pace so happy for this he knows they burned all their
[03:12:47] cooldowns they want to keep the fight going owner charging in Q4 and not
[03:12:51] quite enough range to engage but the alti coming out response alt there from
[03:12:54] And then Yon.
[03:12:57] Well handled on both sides, honestly.
[03:12:59] CORE does spend his flash though,
[03:13:01] and that is the big difference.
[03:13:02] It's such an important summoner.
[03:13:04] Quid though, getting behind them,
[03:13:05] and Faker's gone back to mid with no TP.
[03:13:07] Faker not able to join.
[03:13:08] Quid looking to turn back on owner.
[03:13:09] Instantaneous flash coming out.
[03:13:10] Hosidioto, the darkened daggers,
[03:13:11] gotta keep track of that cooldown.
[03:13:13] If they land, it could be a big difference.
[03:13:14] Karrion not gonna get locked up.
[03:13:15] Flashing his own way out.
[03:13:17] Lock up there on Hosidioto.
[03:13:18] Quick dash over the wall, but Faker doesn't need the TP.
[03:13:21] He's arriving just in time on the flank.
[03:13:23] Yon tries to turn it back.
[03:13:24] to get a kill. Vias go on to two, the Tottenham, and up to Petrify, and Gabe, team Liquid, turn
[03:13:29] to stone as T1 takes the fight. T1, a 4,000 gold, a triple kill, four pays, and TL are
[03:13:39] in a world of trouble now if they weren't before. Down 4.5k, super fed Zerry, didn't
[03:13:47] even have to use the summoners on the fight. I respect the attempt from TL because they
[03:13:51] They know they are going to kind of get outscaled.
[03:13:52] They need to go aggressive, but it's a great flash from Keria,
[03:13:55] which means that Galio ult does nothing.
[03:13:58] Then they're focusing Jose.
[03:13:59] TL can't fight on top of the tower
[03:14:01] because they'll get destroyed by it.
[03:14:02] So they're forced to just retreat.
[03:14:04] And Faker had just booked it down to bot lane,
[03:14:07] even though he didn't have the TP.
[03:14:09] They delayed enough that he arrives,
[03:14:11] hits a petrifying gaze, takes out Yan,
[03:14:13] and it is everyone gone from TL.
[03:14:17] Four kills to zero there.
[03:14:19] And TL are going to be in so much trouble.
[03:14:24] Pays is ridiculously fed.
[03:14:26] Going to be working towards the second item
[03:14:28] about the cash in us.
[03:14:28] Call is tough.
[03:14:31] It certainly is.
[03:14:33] I think they say no one is above the law,
[03:14:35] but T1 is certainly above T law at this point in the game.
[03:14:40] It's looking grim.
[03:14:41] And look, I know.
[03:14:44] I know.
[03:14:44] I'm sorry.
[03:14:46] Little dad, you're lighting the mood.
[03:14:48] You know when you're getting
[03:14:50] Let's take a look at the coin base gold grind flawless. It was here surely. No
[03:14:55] Cut the tape cut the tape break it down good
[03:14:58] Thank you point base, but stats aren't all telling us telling us what we already know you're right
[03:15:03] They aren't but in this case they are as owner might be solo killing Morgan very close. No, he's not Morgan
[03:15:10] Bring it back as quick to engage the thorn on the bottom side grim deliverance turn out to get back
[03:15:14] They are hoping for the 1v1 fury bar stacked
[03:15:16] But he can't get wiped back in the book.
[03:15:17] Nice healing coming in for Morgan.
[03:15:18] Down for Morgan!
[03:15:19] Morgan!
[03:15:21] Two members back to back.
[03:15:22] Two 1B1s.
[03:15:23] He gets a resurrection coming in from Doran.
[03:15:24] Meanwhile, in the bottom lane.
[03:15:27] Backs up.
[03:15:28] Morgan, are you kidding me?
[03:15:30] From nowhere.
[03:15:31] A little bit of hope here for TL.
[03:15:35] As Morgan comes to life here, he is behind.
[03:15:39] And he is 1V2.
[03:15:41] Took out owner and faker there.
[03:15:44] That was brilliantly done by Morgan.
[03:15:48] Doran does arrive on the bot side,
[03:15:50] so they can't have a shutdown there,
[03:15:51] and they're still down 5K.
[03:15:53] But he's a sliver of hope.
[03:15:55] A sliver of hope.
[03:15:56] We might get a whole piece of hope.
[03:15:57] I can't even see it, but I can smell the hope.
[03:15:59] You can smell the hope.
[03:16:01] You can see not in the circular graph of which team has hope.
[03:16:04] We take a molecule of hope.
[03:16:06] Yeah, on the side, it says that there's a 0.01 or something.
[03:16:08] I need a high-powered microscope.
[03:16:12] If the electron microscope.
[03:16:13] Don't get me the Hubble telescope.
[03:16:14] We know it's there.
[03:16:15] We have to find it.
[03:16:17] It's still great.
[03:16:18] We're searching the skies.
[03:16:19] Yeah, one point by Morgan.
[03:16:20] Really punishing, I think, overaggression there from T1.
[03:16:23] It has been so key to keeping a lot of these games close.
[03:16:25] But at this point in the game, it
[03:16:27] does feel maybe a bit too far gone.
[03:16:29] Then we'll see what the next plays have in store for us.
[03:16:33] You're right.
[03:16:34] I'll take it back.
[03:16:34] It's a close game.
[03:16:36] Anybody could take it.
[03:16:38] Never say never.
[03:16:40] We'll see if Morgan breaks some magic happen.
[03:16:43] But T1 very well set up for this Herald.
[03:16:44] It's going to be really tough to get in.
[03:16:47] And when you're this far behind, we'll see.
[03:16:50] Oh, knock up there.
[03:16:51] Altee going in on the Pays.
[03:16:53] Pays up just so fast.
[03:16:54] Altee already potches, getting so much additional movement
[03:16:56] speed.
[03:16:56] Owner looking for the lock up.
[03:16:57] Dally will finally come in.
[03:16:58] But as is the Grimm deliverance,
[03:17:00] TL getting a little bit more.
[03:17:01] Is Morgan now on a killing spree?
[03:17:03] Hosee did it off to the side, but he can't re-engage.
[03:17:05] 1 for 0 in TL's favor.
[03:17:07] Really well handled there by TL.
[03:17:09] And then they actually kite out Pays, Altee.
[03:17:12] So they are going to be able to stop him from just chasing them down.
[03:17:16] But that really is all they do because the Herald still did go to T1.
[03:17:21] By a wall, he's feels like he's just teasing nice backstep from Jose,
[03:17:25] but Baker fast enough to zoom out of that one.
[03:17:29] Yeah, they're going to try to get the objective bounty, which has spawned.
[03:17:32] But this is tough.
[03:17:33] T1 is still around here.
[03:17:34] Owner is running from base.
[03:17:36] Baker is going to base has no TP.
[03:17:38] So T1 making the call to just give it up to will be an objective bounty.
[03:17:41] So more than just the one kill is actually gained at the end of the day
[03:17:45] TL playing some of these skirmishes really well as I feel like they have in a number of games
[03:17:50] But it is always just so tough and you win some early skirmishes you get some little advantages, but
[03:17:56] This team is just so tough to actually knock down. It's very rare that
[03:18:01] T1 just collapses in a team fight, you know, they actually get the whole thing sometimes you just get a little bit
[03:18:07] You get a slight edge, but then when T1 get their fight,
[03:18:10] it feels like they wipe you, they get so much more,
[03:18:12] and that is kind of the devastating effect
[03:18:15] that they seem to have in these fights.
[03:18:16] You land a blow, you get a little chip on the paint,
[03:18:18] they land a blow, you're dead.
[03:18:20] You're punched through the wall.
[03:18:22] You get punched through the wall, it's a little bit tough.
[03:18:25] At this point, it only gets harder
[03:18:27] as the goal discrepancy continues to grow,
[03:18:28] and really again pays the hero of the series
[03:18:31] in so many of these games, especially game two,
[03:18:33] and most certainly here, looking set up to do so,
[03:18:35] in Game 3. Two and a half items, and the later we go, the harder it is going to be to lock this man down.
[03:18:42] You can see the few attempts that Team Liquid and Alienware have had have been close, but not enough to actually get that kill.
[03:18:48] Not enough to actually shut this man down.
[03:18:50] Morgan getting pressured here on the bot side. Harold is there. Can't really do much about this defense.
[03:18:55] They're trying to play on the other side, but Baker is a tough dive under the tower at full health
[03:19:00] And stacking up towards that seraphs love to have that shield. It's gonna be working in towards catalyst here
[03:19:06] And looks like Doran gonna just drift his way out
[03:19:11] Not too far though wants to recall not interested in taking the full ride steps in buddy. That's right. Yeah, that's fair
[03:19:17] He's not a lazy toplane. That's true. Healthy lifestyle. Yeah, I respect it. Yeah
[03:19:22] Morgan
[03:19:24] He tried he had a good fight on the top side and it doesn't have the dominance in level 13
[03:19:28] And I mean that Renekton all can do a lot of work, but again
[03:19:32] I think we painted a pretty clear picture here later
[03:19:34] We go the harder against but for pay is finally on his lonesome might be the angle
[03:19:37] But he's still at the flash the extra damage of the daggers not there yawn now in trouble yield going in all the coming up
[03:19:43] We also watch for motor the extra shield from the barrier getting a bit more space quit on the way trying to get him out
[03:19:47] With the time the shield is there but the door might just finish it pulls him right back in no escapes today
[03:19:52] Hosei!
[03:19:53] Hosei survives there, the one darkened dagger missing from Hosei means they don't quite
[03:19:59] have the damage to take him down and despite some good reactions from Yon, his owner was
[03:20:03] going forward, it just didn't matter.
[03:20:05] T1 now 6.6k ahead, pushing on this tower, Faker wasn't even there, he's pushing top
[03:20:10] lane and T1 just keep getting away with these fights as they always seem to do, they always
[03:20:17] seem to get out with just that blinking health bar equal to the task once again.
[03:20:22] Well played again landing both the daggers so crucial for Jose Diodo, but that little miss that little difference
[03:20:28] Adds up and we expected to see the big five on five
[03:20:31] We expected to see the big fights from this composition, but people could haven't found those angles
[03:20:35] They found little pick opportunities, but even those who've been going awry
[03:20:38] Only makes it that much harder is Doran now
[03:20:41] Debating if he wants to run into Morgan here and figure just look for a pick in a brush
[03:20:45] You can see core is low and figure has no alt so two plus two equals a petrified gaze
[03:20:50] Yep, and we'll see this one more time. So here it is this one darkened dagger does miss it looks like over to the right
[03:20:57] Pays you know flashing the second as well
[03:20:59] So maybe part of the first one tagged him
[03:21:01] It's hard to tell because it is kind of a fat animation the second one definitely got avoided there by pace
[03:21:05] So what played by him?
[03:21:06] Yon is able to cancel the vial and has the barrier lands a nice route
[03:21:10] But quick realizes the fight is done
[03:21:13] So he doesn't even want to go in there and try to appeal for yawn
[03:21:15] Eventually someone was going to get one auto on Yon if he would just die so
[03:21:18] Quid decides he's just got to try to get out of there and live to fight another day.
[03:21:23] Yep. Makes a lot of sense reminder that at the conclusion of this series which of
[03:21:28] course will be in two games when we go to Silver Scrapes, we'll be having the
[03:21:32] draw. Now people have already kind of done the math on the draw. We know the
[03:21:35] winner of this will play against BLG. G2 are already set to play TES but if
[03:21:38] you're an NA fan, finding out who Lion plays is going to be very important for
[03:21:42] your mood after this particular series so be sure to stick around.
[03:21:45] Well we can't play BLG so that's a dub and we can't play T1 so that's another dub.
[03:21:53] But you know what I'm kind of down to see them play anyone it'll be fun main stage is
[03:21:58] going to be a lot of fun seeing all the number one seeds coming in from all these different
[03:22:02] regions it's going to be exciting to see how they can perform I think a lot of people are
[03:22:06] going to be surprised by Feria as well I think they're a really strong team so it should
[03:22:09] It would be fun to watch a lot of these teams, the big names as well as those who aren't as well-known,
[03:22:14] but we'll see if TL can find a way to hang on in this game where T1 have two dragons to one and looking for a chase down here.
[03:22:23] We're just trying to make his way out.
[03:22:28] We'll get the retreat, but he's forced away that sideline, not getting any easier.
[03:22:33] No, it's going to be tough, and Quinn has no TP, Faker does, so Faker can just continue to play towards that topside
[03:22:38] while T1 do look to set up around this dragon.
[03:22:41] It's probably unlikely that they're
[03:22:43] going to be able to contest it very effectively,
[03:22:45] but TLB's need to just have to make their judgment.
[03:22:47] They know they're insanely behind.
[03:22:49] They know that paces on three items with an IE at 21 minutes.
[03:22:52] That's ridiculous.
[03:22:53] They're not blind to that fact.
[03:22:54] Basically, every fight will look like a bad fight.
[03:22:57] You are looking for the fight that looks as good as you can get.
[03:23:01] You know what I mean?
[03:23:02] Even fight is a miracle at this point.
[03:23:04] A 1%er is probably what most of the fights are.
[03:23:07] So if you see a 5% chance, you are going to take it.
[03:23:09] And that's where they are.
[03:23:10] That's what they have to try to look for.
[03:23:12] And they are aware, I think, that T1
[03:23:13] could be trying to sneak this, but the question
[03:23:15] is, can they get over there?
[03:23:17] That's a good question.
[03:23:18] So much vision.
[03:23:19] Jose Diaz spotted TP there.
[03:23:22] Jose has access to the flash.
[03:23:23] The Miasma slowing him down, opting to retreat instead
[03:23:26] of go deeper and trying to play for the 50-50.
[03:23:28] All the in from 4JJ.
[03:23:29] Page immediately gets out!
[03:23:31] It turns to Punish!
[03:23:32] Youngler right back in the air.
[03:23:34] The Fed is pulling back.
[03:23:34] It's good damage.
[03:23:35] but it is simply not enough Paze to quick on the trigger.
[03:23:38] Cores engage, not a half.
[03:23:40] Oh, now Gernaday looks to set him up, that's the triple.
[03:23:43] Looking for four, the entire team ready to take.
[03:23:46] Oh, Quadra coming in.
[03:23:49] He's looking for the pen, so he wants to get it.
[03:23:51] Oh, for Quadra, Pen's gonna finish it!
[03:23:54] And what better way to do it?
[03:23:56] Paze gets the pen to kill here to seal the deal.
[03:24:00] Incredible stuff from the side of T1.
[03:24:05] Undefeated through the entirety of the plans.
[03:24:08] No doubt they were the favorites,
[03:24:10] but this level of dominance is incredible to see.
[03:24:14] The last desperate hold from the second seed of the LCS.
[03:24:18] They played their hardouts, but it was not enough
[03:24:21] in the face of the three-time champs.
[03:24:24] T1 taking their time, taking it to the fountain,
[03:24:28] sending the message to all the teams,
[03:24:30] waiting in the main stage,
[03:24:32] And especially to PLG as a clean sweep team, Liquid Alienware.
[03:24:39] The king is coming.
[03:24:41] Faker and T1 on their way to the main stage.
[03:24:45] They never get knocked out early in tournaments.
[03:24:49] They always are there for the deep runs.
[03:24:51] And it's this level of dominance, this level of consistency that shows you why.
[03:24:56] They are always able to win the day.
[03:24:59] And T1, very impressive in this series.
[03:25:02] TL, I think, can be proud that they pushed them,
[03:25:04] that they had some close games, they had some good performances.
[03:25:07] But it's just not enough against a team of this caliber.
[03:25:09] T1 always coming up big in the clutch moments,
[03:25:12] whether it was a smite from owner,
[03:25:14] whether it was those shock blasts, those hero plays
[03:25:16] from Doran, whether it was a miraculous team
[03:25:18] fight from Paze, a brilliant engage from Faker or Kariah.
[03:25:22] There's always one member there ready to step up
[03:25:25] to take over a game, and TL just could not get past them.
[03:25:30] TL, clean, swift KC can feel good about that one.
[03:25:34] We're not able to make a dent.
[03:25:37] T1's undefeated streak.
[03:25:38] But as you highlight, so many good moments,
[03:25:40] so many good performances, montage moments in some
[03:25:43] of those series, especially from Jose Dioto.
[03:25:45] But that's enough from us here to talk more
[03:25:47] about T1's victory.
[03:25:48] And look ahead to the draw show.
[03:25:49] It's the analyst desk.
[03:25:50] I'm not kidding honestly T1 really went okay you guys had your fun we're gonna wrap it up
[03:26:00] from now on yeah three-minute game to wrap the series razzam they can't see it but I
[03:26:06] am looking at you right now yeah you are you are it's a serious hot-hike they handled
[03:26:11] it's a pure business today T1 showcased a lot and I feel like the one thing that was
[03:26:16] like the most iconic thing from them. Incredible team fighting. Yeah. Like just you cannot
[03:26:23] match Pays in moments like that for like just a split millisecond being able to catch that
[03:26:28] he was going to be a target flashing over the Baron pit wall and then just like being
[03:26:31] able to clean out that was ridiculous level of team fighting and awareness from somebody
[03:26:36] like Pays who is I think solidified going into the main event as the best 80 carry of
[03:26:41] the tournament. Yeah, it feels a bit hard to dispute that with the way that this guy
[03:26:44] playing at the moment. He's been absolutely exceptional and it's not the first time we've
[03:26:48] seen him pop off his play-ins. Now, obviously, Kyle LaBeurre is going to be a step up when
[03:26:52] you get to the main event, but even then, he has set the foundation for every talking point
[03:26:57] that feels like for T1. And what a way to close play-ins. With that, with a penta like that,
[03:27:04] to kind of just blare out whoever our opponents next are. Good luck. The only thing that's running
[03:27:09] through my head is like, did I? I did put them down and my pick-ups did not. I'm great at
[03:27:13] This man has just picked up so many kills, the damage is always there from him, he's been absolutely absurd.
[03:27:20] I remember when the champion came out, I think it was his rookie year when he was back at Gen.G and he was one of the best performance you can think of when you have Xerri available on the rift.
[03:27:29] So the fact that this champion is meta again, enabled with Lulu, good luck in the main event guys!
[03:27:35] Hey guys, it's another champion that you're gonna have to look out for when it comes to T1.
[03:27:40] And I think we answered the playing thinking that they were gonna be heavy favorites.
[03:27:44] I don't think we can readjust expectations with how strong do they look right now.
[03:27:49] It's hard because we only had one-sided games, right, throughout the entire game.
[03:27:53] But how do we feel about T1 so far?
[03:27:55] I feel very strong about them. I will say the opponents will be extremely difficult from here on forward.
[03:28:00] forward so like you still have to recognize HLE that took them down domestically and the likes of BLG that just won first stand so like the opposition is going to be incredible.
[03:28:09] Well that's the thing I think actually like I'm a little bit kind of questioning T1 because honestly I think they have looked good right but like their next opponent is BLG.
[03:28:17] Like if you give a lead like that your individual plays are not just going to match up like they will body you.
[03:28:23] So I think for T1, I want to see a little bit more of a secure early game
[03:28:26] And I don't want to see them still playing towards a style which is playing around bot
[03:28:29] I think we got to see a
[03:28:32] Kind of jokey version of T1. I don't think they're gonna play like this when we get to the main stage
[03:28:36] I don't think they're gonna be as flipping when it comes to where some of their plays
[03:28:39] I think they will really clean it up
[03:28:40] But I that's why I'm kind of critical of this T1 because I don't think we will see this main stage one thing that did get cleaned up easily
[03:28:47] Doran looked like a monster this series. So we'll see where it goes from here.
[03:28:52] Yeah, and see what he has to say. He's on stage right now for the Veris and post-game interview. Let's check it out.
[03:28:58] He's on stage 26, playing stage round 4. At the final gate to the bracket stage, T1 played another 3-0 victory and keep their NSI journey alive.
[03:29:12] We have prepared a little gift for you to celebrate your qualifications to the
[03:29:31] This is Gondori, the mascot of 1993 Teijun Expo, wearing a special T-MU hat to celebrate this NSI.
[03:29:46] Do you like the T-MU Gondori doll?
[03:29:48] Yes, this Gondori wearing this T-Mobile hat looks absolutely adorable.
[03:29:59] I'm so happy that I was able to celebrate this moment, this MSI hosted in K-Jun.
[03:30:07] Another 3-0 today.
[03:30:11] How does it feel to claim the one and only ticket to the practice stage?
[03:30:16] The competition was real, so I was unsure at the beginning whether we can make it through or not,
[03:30:26] but I'm really glad that we were able to pull it off without dropping a single game.
[03:30:37] This playing stage has only had 3-0s. Were you surprised by the result as well?
[03:30:42] To be honest, there were some games where I didn't play up to my expectations.
[03:30:51] Sometimes I was kind of not performing at the best level, but me and my team all together worked really hard.
[03:30:57] So I think that's how we were able to pull it off.
[03:31:03] Morgan has been in great form recently, so a lot of people were paying attention to the top lane matchup.
[03:31:08] How did it go?
[03:31:11] Because I have so much experience playing up against him in the LCK, so preparation
[03:31:18] wasn't too difficult and I think we were able to have a great game together.
[03:31:26] You had an incredible performance on the top lane today.
[03:31:29] How would you like to sum up today's match and how would you like to rate your performance?
[03:31:36] Although we got a 3-0 win today, I'm expecting a lot more hardships to come in the future,
[03:31:43] so we have to still lock in and prepare for the upcoming bracket stage matches.
[03:31:51] What kind of mindset are you going to bring to the bracket stage?
[03:31:57] I feel like I should rather not focus too much on, like, I gotta do well, I gotta prove, you know?
[03:32:05] I think playing at the end will help me in the break of stage.
[03:32:14] Now you will be facing B.O.G in the break of stage, and it's going to be a reunion of you and Bin.
[03:32:26] So I'm going to be a little bit of a combat interview from Bin, so I think I got to teach him some lessons.
[03:32:35] That was Dora from T1. Thank you very much.
[03:32:44] Yes, I love the instant clap back from Doran here.
[03:32:48] And I'm going to give you a bit of context here in case you didn't see it.
[03:32:51] There is an interview that is heavily trending on Weibo right now where Bin said,
[03:32:55] I feel like ever since my debut, whenever I go up against Doran, I always have the upper hand.
[03:33:00] Actually, I knew he wasn't playing very well this NSI, but I didn't expect him to be that bad.
[03:33:08] Ben, when he talks, the fans, BLG fans are like, are you gonna put your foot in your mouth?
[03:33:13] That might light a fire under Doran.
[03:33:15] I mean, at least put the foot in the throat with that one for the beginning.
[03:33:19] Yeah.
[03:33:19] Because my word, but that's the thing.
[03:33:21] Ben has always kind of got the better of him in a lot of those situations.
[03:33:23] He did.
[03:33:24] So I am curious what this version's gonna look like.
[03:33:26] because Doran did have a couple of whoopsies, today was significantly better though.
[03:33:30] Just the fact that he knew and was aware of that interview going into today and it looked like he was on something.
[03:33:37] Doran looked insane, so I feel like that could have been a motivating force.
[03:33:42] He looked insane against a player that he's been used to playing against, remember Morgan when he was with Pro in the LCK,
[03:33:49] but still, Ben is a different beast, but knowing Doran, seeing his interviews usually,
[03:33:55] He does not talk like this. He is angry. He is fired up.
[03:34:00] I'm going to be looking at that top lane matchup more than anything.
[03:34:03] That's just the fact that we're all kind of aware that that's the match that's going to happen between BLG and T1.
[03:34:10] There's so much history between those two organizations as is.
[03:34:13] Yeah, I mean, all the time we seem to get these two teams facing up at MSI where BLG can sometimes get the better of them.
[03:34:19] When you look more towards the worlds though, it belongs to T1.
[03:34:22] But even just coming back to Doran, it's going to be hard for him, the way BLG play is, hey, we're going to like unlock on and put a ton of resources up towards that top end of the map, like invest in being, try and play towards his strength.
[03:34:35] If you end up in a bad matchup and you end up with two, three members of BLG up there as well, Doran's going to have his work cut out for him.
[03:34:41] And we have been used to T1 not giving him any counter pick, not giving him that much attention.
[03:34:46] attention was drawn to bot lane, especially with the owner focusing on that lane, do you
[03:34:50] want to switch things up in a matchup like this?
[03:34:53] That's what I'm wondering.
[03:34:54] Oh, that's a good point.
[03:34:56] I will say, just gonna put it out there, this team has a lot of weapons, which made it really
[03:35:01] difficult to pick out who was going to be the opa player in the game.
[03:35:05] And I was thinking it was going to be Doran.
[03:35:07] I thought it was going to be Doran.
[03:35:08] But that pays.
[03:35:09] It would have been any of them, but yeah, then Xerri doing Xerri things.
[03:35:13] Xerri doing Xerri things.
[03:35:14] Yeah, open player of the series, giving it to Pace.
[03:35:17] I mean, it's interesting to see how he developed joining T1 this year, replacing Guma.
[03:35:22] There was a lot of expectations on him, especially coming back to the LCK.
[03:35:26] Six months into the season with this big beginning of the journey at MSI.
[03:35:31] How do you feel about Pace?
[03:35:32] I mean, I think he's really leveled up after coming back from the LPL.
[03:35:35] He just feels like he's got that aggression in him that he's always
[03:35:38] kind of the life's edge, but understand exactly where he needs to push.
[03:35:41] And it doesn't matter what's happening. It feels like you give like whether it's solution whether it's the Zerry whether
[03:35:47] It's a Caitlyn like the guy is always going to find those leads and always going to be able to play through that strength
[03:35:52] And it's impressive to me how regularly he's able to get winning positions
[03:35:57] But like absolutely blow a team out of the water from that position
[03:36:01] Yeah, I mean so much of this is what pays is incredible at seeing moments in teamfights that no one else will that Ezreal
[03:36:09] game where he just like popped over in front of three team liquid members some
[03:36:13] most of the players that I see if they ever do that they get popped instantly
[03:36:16] and people call him an intro but he sees that window and he's able to clean up so
[03:36:20] in terms of maximizing damage he is one of the best at it.
[03:36:24] I'm looking forward to seeing what C1 is going to be able to showcase here in the main stage because you
[03:36:29] say they're gonna clean up their gameplay this is exactly how they've been playing so far in DLCG
[03:36:33] throughout the whole year. This sloppiness that for me is not something that they
[03:36:39] something that they should keep on doing but again they're not gonna have a lot
[03:36:42] of time to figure it out and thinking about the playing stage what we've seen
[03:36:45] so far only 3-0's by the way we're beating the record of the longest streak
[03:36:50] of 3-0's today with this series. What have you learned in tier 1? Well we were just saying
[03:36:57] all this about Paze and how well he was able to maximize damage the fact that
[03:37:00] he got the second highest damage per minute in an international in that
[03:37:04] second game. Yeah, but so you're right. Some of those circuses, it's hectic, right? But
[03:37:11] it could turn into something beautiful, which is great team fighting and that could be something
[03:37:15] that wins of an event like this. Yeah, I do think though, like some of the
[03:37:18] takeaways I've had for T1 is like, like mages are no joke. Mages bot lane are kind of insane.
[03:37:23] And if you end up a carry on things like the Camille, that becomes a very different ball
[03:37:26] game trying to manage that aggression in the early stage. But I do think that then calls
[03:37:30] out where you have to be very careful if you're going up against T1 to make sure you're not
[03:37:35] giving those early plays across and even the barge we got to see earlier from Karrion,
[03:37:39] this like roaming style is still a big thresh which is something you just have to keep under
[03:37:44] check even if they're not playing that 2v2 high progressive bot lane.
[03:37:49] I'm hearing some, like my palms are sweaty only knowing that the G1 show is coming,
[03:37:54] that we're getting there, yes. We have most of the matchups already so we know that we're going
[03:37:59] We're gonna have a T1 versus PLG, we know that we're gonna have a GT versus TSI embracing
[03:38:04] myself with this one because that's usually a good news.
[03:38:06] Maybe not this time around though.
[03:38:07] We'll see about this in just a few seconds.
[03:38:10] The draw show is ready on stage.
[03:38:12] So prepping you a bit for the way it has been done here, the schedule is not gonna be decided
[03:38:19] yet.
[03:38:20] We don't have it yet for now.
[03:38:21] What we do have as we said is the fact that the four tiers have been based on historic
[03:38:27] regional performances and the region's strength at first stand in 20-26.
[03:38:32] Tier 1 teams will face tier 4 teams and tier 2 teams will face tier 3 teams.
[03:38:38] So we know that BLG cannot play against TS and because they're from the same region,
[03:38:43] so the first two match-up are decided as we've talked about.
[03:38:45] And I believe the first ball drawn will be playing against the Lions as well.
[03:38:49] So there's only two balls that are in the pit there because we already have these decided.
[03:38:53] So today we're going to draw the tier 3 teams as we said, CpDoll, Furia, and the LCP's secret wales.
[03:38:59] The first team drawn is going to go face off against Lion on the top side of the bracket,
[03:39:05] while the other will face Honwalife Esports on the other side of the bracket.
[03:39:09] You already know who I want.
[03:39:11] The Lion.
[03:39:12] Give us Furia.
[03:39:13] We have, like, I feel like that I haven't really existed for a while,
[03:39:16] and Cloud9 has put some dirt on our necks.
[03:39:19] Cause they say Furia did a lot of work for unused in the Americas cult.
[03:39:23] I'm like I can understand the revenge, but I'm also like that's a dangerous level dangerous
[03:39:28] Yeah, they're a dangerous team. Batu has been an exceptional jungler, an incredibly creative jungler, and so there's a lot there
[03:39:34] So that team, I mean they play Yasuo, Bot lane as well like from the draft alone is really really
[03:39:40] Scary, but yes, these are the bracket. These are the teams that are already decided like we're already said
[03:39:45] We're just seeing what Lyon and HLE get the face off against
[03:39:49] So we've talked about BLG versus Qon
[03:39:52] I said that I'm raising myself for G2 versus TS because of historical beef between these two teams and the way it usually goes.
[03:40:00] How am I hoping here?
[03:40:03] The problem is the most recent match, like, set of data we have with Worlds where we went 0-1 and then 1-3,
[03:40:10] where Toppies worth BG2 at Worlds in 2025.
[03:40:13] So I'm a little bit more nervous about that matchup.
[03:40:16] Plus I think TN is playing absolutely insane at the moment.
[03:40:20] So I think that's Q1 TN matchup is going to be so much fun to watch because that's the thing
[03:40:25] Even though these two organizations do have history. There's so many new faces
[03:40:28] You're right. TN is gonna be on the team and not like Kanabi who was on the team in the prior event
[03:40:32] And then on top that you have Fengyu who's a rookie and you have Zoyan who's like in on this stage
[03:40:37] First time at an international. There's a lot happening there for top e-sports. There's generational trauma of TN versus G3 sports
[03:40:44] Yeah, 2019, baby. No one remembered this one.
[03:40:48] But given the fact that Jitsu has been performing really well as first stand,
[03:40:54] came close against BLG, I'm gonna say close, I'm coping with PD.
[03:40:58] I'm wondering how it's gonna be.
[03:40:59] Give us Gloria, let's see.
[03:41:01] Give it to us.
[03:41:06] Kill it to us!
[03:41:07] Yay!
[03:41:09] LC Esmer is the CD of all of the classics.
[03:41:12] Okay, you can read.
[03:41:14] The thing is, Fury's been talking a lot for good reason.
[03:41:17] They've been beating us. They've been beating our ass.
[03:41:19] So we definitely want that match up.
[03:41:21] But the problem is, if you win both sides of the two rivalries you have at this event,
[03:41:25] I'm never going to hear the end of your game.
[03:41:27] Yeah, yeah. I'm already yapping.
[03:41:30] And I know I'm annoying as hell.
[03:41:33] Anyone want to assist Team Secret Wales?
[03:41:36] On the other side of the bracket, as you say.
[03:41:37] That is an incredibly tough matchup for Team Secret Wales.
[03:41:39] And I know for LCT as a region, they want to be able to show
[03:41:43] A, the performance that you usually seek from them domestically.
[03:41:46] And from a lot of those players that had that international experience in first stand that we saw from the other prior events,
[03:41:53] they have been cleaning house in the LCP.
[03:41:56] So they need to be able to show that internationally now.
[03:41:58] They definitely took matchups for the Commonwealth.
[03:42:01] Not exactly known for taking it easy on people.
[03:42:05] Especially the early game, but cannot be coming across the early game for that team is absolutely insane.
[03:42:09] But you can see the matchups on your screen.
[03:42:11] Honestly?
[03:42:12] There's like three of the four absolute bangers, and I'm sorry team secret Wales you drew to the short straw here
[03:42:19] Yeah, I mean there was not gonna be an easy metro for them
[03:42:26] Right of Vietnam
[03:42:28] Non-stop fighting I want to see pun put in a position where he can get that ball there or something right you
[03:42:33] You gotta give him a creative counterpick
[03:42:35] But I think for me the most important one is the stuff we were already talking about fire
[03:42:38] which is G2 versus Top B sports.
[03:42:41] Seeing them in an international event
[03:42:42] got a lot of Chinese fans stomach-churning.
[03:42:44] Yeah.
[03:42:45] But it's different this time.
[03:42:46] And it's BLG T1 in the off to side, who like,
[03:42:49] it never really is a great, like an easy matchup
[03:42:52] anytime you go against T1 and like, at least not Worlds.
[03:42:56] Yeah.
[03:42:57] Which is basically the one saving grace,
[03:42:58] because BLG and the LPL has never beaten T1 at Worlds.
[03:43:00] But at least at MSI, the data kind of
[03:43:03] half skews a little bit more in their favor.
[03:43:05] Yeah.
[03:43:06] T1, they've been top three for the last five years,
[03:43:09] but obviously not winning the event.
[03:43:11] It's been that one event that's been really difficult for them.
[03:43:13] But Paze can be like, I want 2024.
[03:43:15] I'm in the winner here.
[03:43:18] But Knight is just the best mid laner at the event,
[03:43:21] the best player in the world.
[03:43:23] Knight has been, even though through all the hectic nonsense
[03:43:25] that's been happening, he's just been super consistent.
[03:43:28] So I want to see that matchup again.
[03:43:30] It's another chance for him to show his worth.
[03:43:32] one he won MSI prior so it's time for him to get another one.
[03:43:36] You think he's going BLG?
[03:43:38] I mean I'm the next, but Bodex help here.
[03:43:40] Yeah, I know, I'm not going to say BLG.
[03:43:42] Yeah, BLG winning the event.
[03:43:45] Yeah, I honestly I do think Knight is probably the best mid laner in the world right now.
[03:43:49] Yeah.
[03:43:50] And if he can show that this event I think it gives us so much then to talk about like going
[03:43:55] towards the rest of the year but he's been playing absolutely phenomenal, his teamfight is insane,
[03:43:59] His lane isn't safe. He averages 7 kills a game.
[03:44:03] Yeah, that's ridiculous.
[03:44:04] That is absurd!
[03:44:05] It's crazy.
[03:44:06] So like, coming into the main stage, I think he is the player to watch.
[03:44:09] And if immediately T1 can take the BLG scalp,
[03:44:12] I think that very quickly changes so many of the narratives
[03:44:14] that a lot of pundits have come into this turn.
[03:44:17] What's scary about this team, and what made them and got them
[03:44:20] a first-hand championship was the fact that you could look at any other lane
[03:44:23] and see someone that could carry it out, right?
[03:44:25] Like, Viper's on this team.
[03:44:27] The same could be said with Ben, who's just having beef with Doran.
[03:44:30] Any one of those.
[03:44:32] And you can't disrespect Sun, who I think has been a really pivotal piece.
[03:44:36] Now they don't have to have that rotating Doran in the jungle.
[03:44:38] They have someone that they can rely on.
[03:44:39] And I feel like this team is ready to win an MSI.
[03:44:43] Closing thoughts on G2 TS.
[03:44:46] I know we've talked about the Faga TS as a different beast here,
[03:44:49] even if I'm hoping that they're going to be the team
[03:44:53] that they usually are internationally.
[03:44:55] What are we looking at here?
[03:44:56] How much of the fire that G2 had at first hand do you think they can bring back to the stage on the first series they have?
[03:45:02] I love the fact that you called out first hand. To me, it's all about Stunman and yes, the bot lane as well because they were the biggest surprise to me that got them a huge win over the two LCK teams.
[03:45:13] Gen G especially at first hand, so Stunman is a real star. He's somebody that you could just put him on any champion, give him a nastus angle.
[03:45:21] So this is honestly the best draw that could have from an LPL and LCK team to get top eSports, even though we're giving top eSports a lot of praise.
[03:45:29] How do you feel?
[03:45:30] I think it's also giving G2 time to kind of see where the meta stands and start to work out.
[03:45:34] Like counter picks and answers to a lot of what their strategies are going to be, I think works out well.
[03:45:39] I do think it is going to be tough against TN.
[03:45:41] It's actually when he's like so locked in with Hungryway and how they play around the early game and looking for invades.
[03:45:47] If there is a team that's going to be able to do it, it's G2.
[03:45:50] Like, Skiomon is the best jungler in LEC for a reason, and I'm just looking forward to
[03:45:55] seeing how that one pops out.
[03:45:56] I know a lot of people are hearing the cheers.
[03:45:58] I think it's CasterJun's birthday.
[03:46:00] Oh!
[03:46:01] Right there, and everyone's cheering them on.
[03:46:04] That is absolutely beautiful.
[03:46:06] That is amazing.
[03:46:07] What a legend.
[03:46:08] I don't know.
[03:46:09] We're going to have to get over there.
[03:46:11] Yeah, oh, cute moments.
[03:46:13] Yeah, there's a lot of birthdays.
[03:46:15] Yeah, there is.
[03:46:16] Kobe, Kassar, John.
[03:46:17] What's going on there?
[03:46:18] That's true.
[03:46:19] Hi.
[03:46:19] Month of Celebration.
[03:46:21] And Esports.
[03:46:22] Hi.
[03:46:22] There's a few celebrations.
[03:46:23] And I mean, looking at this, by the way, this MSI
[03:46:26] play-ins, 3-0, 3-0, 3-0, 3-0, we've never seen anything like
[03:46:30] this.
[03:46:31] That's insane.
[03:46:33] That's not going to happen going into the main stage.
[03:46:35] Competition's too tough, I think.
[03:46:37] Sorry.
[03:46:38] I agree.
[03:46:38] I wanted to poke your brain on something because you were
[03:46:40] hoping for that lion matchup.
[03:46:42] I do want to call back to what happened to them at MSI, not
[03:46:45] MSI at first hand at the beginning of the year and the fact that they were really disappointed in the showing that they had
[03:46:51] It's a good matchup on paper for them. But how sleep are you can it be? It can be I think a lot of the times
[03:46:57] There's always that feeling that like we shouldn't lose the CBL all right like once upon a time
[03:47:02] They're a minor region
[03:47:03] But like this is just a completely different CBL all and that has been proven when Furia went to MSI and took G2 to 5 games
[03:47:10] Like and they could have easily made it to that
[03:47:12] MSI main stage and then they went to America's Cup and handed both not just C9 but Sentinels
[03:47:19] They put us on our butts like there's a such a I
[03:47:23] Would want to say decisive team that you have to be willing to take fights against them
[03:47:27] Or you have to be as smart as them because yeah
[03:47:30] That's it will definitely do a lot of things that you don't expect
[03:47:32] Yeah, I think it's also speaks a lot to the work that ThinkCard is putting with this team that like they kind of came together
[03:47:37] Is like incredibly mechanically strong but like the macro is there now for them
[03:47:41] Their understanding draft is there.
[03:47:42] Like it really feels like they are all round, like strong, strong team coming from the region
[03:47:48] and one that will represent them well on this main stage.
[03:47:50] And it's just a question of are teams ready for that powerhouse coming through from the CBLO?
[03:47:55] Yeah, and of course, Thinkard moving on towards Blackbush, but he always sings praises to the current staff
[03:47:59] and the current teams like, I don't want to, I don't want to assume.
[03:48:02] I just want to get back. That's it. That's all I want.
[03:48:05] I recognize that it's a harder team to face in comparison to Team Seeker Worlds,
[03:48:09] But I still want to be able to have that because that's a new flourishing rivalry
[03:48:12] And they're gonna have a bit more time than some teams to prepare as ladies and gentlemen
[03:48:16] We have a schedule
[03:48:18] The game that we're gonna open the main event with on july 3rd
[03:48:22] So it's gonna be Friday at 12 KST
[03:48:26] It's gonna be H&E vs. Team Secret 12 followed by G2 vs. TES
[03:48:30] On july 4th Saturday, it is gonna be Lion vs. Feria and second matchup will be BLG vs. T1
[03:48:38] Okay, so we get the main event for last.
[03:48:40] Oh, it's also 4th of July, right?
[03:48:42] Oh, true!
[03:48:43] We have to win that one, boys! We have to win that one!
[03:48:48] Excited. Excited matches again!
[03:48:51] For the bracket stage, we'll see you in a couple days for this.
[03:48:55] Tomorrow, no games, we're going to return on the 3rd of July for the bracket stage,
[03:49:00] and we'll be back at 5am CST.
[03:49:03] That's very early, but you want to turn up this win for this one.
[03:49:06] And that's all for us once they add MPM PST for the start of the bracket stage
[03:49:12] Guys, thank you. We'll see you in two days. Be nice to each other come back in two days and we'll see them
[03:49:19] Take these guys
[03:49:36] Triple looking for four, the entire team ready to take.
[03:49:40] Oh, Quadra coming in.
[03:49:43] He's looking for the Penta.
