The main reason why everyone goes crit strike tempers is because their crit chance is extremely
high.
Like, no one's going critical strike if their crit's like 50%, like that's too low.
But if your crit chance is like 80% plus, I think it's super worth, oh my god, I think
it's super worth to go for the temper.
