It's passable, I would say.
I'd say the framerate is definitely passable for most users.
Nowadays though, every single player story game runs well, because you just turn on frame gen and then boom, problem solved.
So, I don't complain that much anymore about like single player poor optimization or performance

I do like the free roam exploration, that's probably the better part of the game for sure.
