on your guns and they do different things. For example, this one makes it so your weapon
doesn't use ammo for the first shot of every magazine. This one makes it so if you don't
have any ammo left, it will consume HP. And this one, if I shoot you, it will
heal you so that one's like if you friendly fire it cool yeah yeah yeah so
you can upgrade your armor those are the ones I recommend universally unless
there's like a weapon when you really like because they're generally pretty good
