I think I've, uh,
I don't know if this weekend, so, got to talk serious for a second, unfortunately.
Obviously, Friday, I told you guys about Tank.
And he had diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma.
It was pretty far along.
That was kind of what we were told.
And there was still a timeline that was given to us that was, I guess at the max end of it
was six months.
I guess I misinterpreted that so that was on me.
So six months, like probably the max he was going to make it.
And so he was literally on stream Friday, bro.
And we got off stream, went to bed.
At night he was, so this is Friday night.
He was restless, maybe, is the word out use.
He just like, he wasn't.
He couldn't, I don't know.
He just couldn't sleep.
And so he was kind of waking up and he was breathing a little heavy,
but we were giving him a steroid from our vet that was supposed to kind of
delay as much as we can.
And so he was going out, you know, just kind of up all night,
just anxious, I think, is the word I would use, is what he was.
And then Saturday morning, he was still like up,
like walking around.
He could just kind of tell something was off with him.
And then he went and he laid in a spot
that he's never laid before, like ever.
And he's always been under me and Alexis' feet
or Bruce's feet, just the family's feet,
basically forever.
And I went and I kind of sat with him a little
and I saw that like he was still,
his breathing wasn't like so labored
that it was like this is happening,
but it was like concerning enough for me.
And then there was one thing that our vet said
that for some reason this really stood out to me.
I don't know why,
But she said like, he was really skinny
and that's why we brought him in was he was so thin
and that was the main reason we brought him in
to get checked cause he was just so thin
compared to what he was.
And she said, if he gets a big belly
or if he kind of looks pregnant,
then there's probably internal bleeding happening
and you gotta bring him in like immediately.
And he was laying there and me and Alexis
both noticed he couldn't see his ribs anymore
and his belly was big.
So, I'm really going to try to get through this without fully breaking down.
So I got a lot this weekend, so I don't know if there's anything really left in the tank.
So we flipped the tank.
Wow.
him in and the vet like runs a bunch of scans on him and he was bleeding internally.
And she said that he wasn't going to make it through the weekend.
So, um, he has no longer with us, unfortunately.
It was just, uh, nothing he can really do kind of thing, man.
Like, he, we didn't want to see him suffer, obviously.
So, needless to say, this happened way faster than we anticipated.
And it was, you know, he was the best dog man.
And you know, I brought him on stream when he was a puppy.
So and I usually if there's any pretty breaking news in my life, I usually, you know, share
that with you guys.
So it's been a very hard week in the sense of the diagnosis into, okay, I think we have
some time with him still into now he's gone and we just didn't, you know, no one
really saw this come in at the pace that it did. You know, Meena Lexus always said like
whenever tank does end up passing away because both of our dogs are old, right? Mesa is 13
and she's getting old for sure. And tank was 10, which for a rottweiler is pretty old
for a rott. And we always said like whenever tank does pass away, it's going to be fast.
I did not anticipate that fast, for sure.
So, but yeah, he, it was just, he was old.
It was so far along when we actually caught it
and he didn't show any signs of anything, like anything.
I mean, even the day he got diagnosed,
he was catching his ball, you know,
it's like he had the puppy energy his whole life.
And he just never really got old, at least in my eyes.
So yeah, really tough weekend, needless to say.
And me and Alexis and the whole family
appreciate it's all the, a lot of you guys
were wishing him very well and long life as long as it could
be.
And thank you guys for that.
So, okay, and have a complete breakdown, thankfully.
Yeah, it's tough.
I mean, life obviously gets tough at times.
And pets, this is my first time as an adult losing a pet.
And this is very hard for sure.
And yeah, it sucks.
It sucks.
So needless to say, but yeah, I don't really want to dwell on it
too much and get all emotional with you guys.
But it's just like there was, you
could tell something was off with him.
And we just didn't anticipate it to be like that, you know, that was like literally we found out Tuesday and now it's Monday and he's gone. So it's just what are you going to do then? You know, he had a great life, man.
He was a great dog and, you know, miss him very much. So how did we catch it?
I mean, the only thing we really caught was that like the reason we brought him in was
he was losing weight.
That was literally it.
Everything else was normal.
His eating was normal.
He was running fine.
He's playing like with his ball still like he loved his ball.
And the only thing we noticed even with his eating that he was getting skinny, like
he was still eating and he was dropping weight.
So we thought we were going to have to just bring him in and just he's going
to do some blood tests and like, yeah, you got to switch his food.
That's kind of what we were anticipating and that's how we found everything out and it was
just so far along and he just didn't show any signs.
He showed zero signs, you know, so like that he had anything wrong with him.
He's a tough dog, man, I guess, but yeah, it was just like I said, like that night
in morning, he was, you could just kind of feel there was something wrong with
him, like just energy. I don't even know. Like he was just really anxious or some. And
then when he went and laid where he never does, I was like, that was a pretty big
tell that some wasn't right. And that's why we brought him into the vet and the
vet kind of confirmed what we thought. So has Bruce taken it? He's sad. He's
very sad. Obviously, he's asking a lot of I mean, yeah, he said, you know, asking tough
questions, like, why did he have to die? Like stuff like that? Because this is the first
thing that Bruce really had to experience. Right? I mean, he's six now. So, um, yeah,
He's doing okay though.
He's doing all right.
So I think Alexis has taken it really hard.
That was like her boy kind of thing.
Like, you know, I love Tank, obviously.
But he was definitely a mama's boy.
And it's really hard for her.
So and being here, being, you know, the combination
You know losing tag and on top of that seeing her so upset is obviously tough.

So he was an old dog.
But like I said, I think the hardest part through this whole thing.
I kind of talked about this on Friday was like in our heads in me and Alexis's heads,
We're going to go through this with Mesa first, our oldest dog, because she, I don't know how
to explain it, bro.
Mesa is like, she's getting old.
You can tell she's getting old.
Does that make sense?
Like she's moving a lot slower.
We're bringing her into the vet a decent amount too, just in case.
But like her blood, she has really bad arthritis, like there's times where she can't really
get up that easily, so it's like you got to help her.
So like she's getting older, so we anticipated that with Mesa.
we kind of saw that happening.
And I think the reason Tank is so out of left field
is like, you just weren't expecting it at all.
Like it wasn't even on our radar, you know?
And like I said, he literally,
I mean, he was running around like it was nothing
even two days before, you know?

Okay, so I kind of talked about this on Friday as well for me personally whenever I've had grief or loss in my life routine has helped me a lot and like I lost my mom oddly enough in three days is the anniversary oddly enough when I was 15.
And obviously that was detrimental, right?
But it's like one thing that really helped me personally
was just getting back into the swing of things.
It's like, obviously, you know, I mistank very much
and I love him so much, but, you know, routine just really
helps me with dealing with it.
And it was the same thing with my mom, you know what I mean?
kind of how I've always been, I guess. I guess people are wired differently, I'm sure when it comes to
grief. But um, yeah, we'll, when will 10 play four night again? This guy's asking the real questions.

Um, but yeah, but yeah, it was, uh,
sorry. Yeah, overall, thank you guys for all the well wishes. It was a very tough weekend,
very unexpected in the sense of like, he didn't seem ill at all. And um,
yeah, we're gonna miss him very much. So,
So who's tank he's our Rauwiler he was he was our dog and I literally like got him on
stream as a puppy you know what I mean like he was a puppy I didn't get him on stream
but I brought him on stream as a puppy so like you guys have seen him literally from
the side like when we first had him as a puppy he was literally behind me like because Alexis
was still working at the time and I was streaming it was like we tried to keep
him like behind me while I was streaming like literally because I was the one that was home
trying to like watch him still while I was streaming. So, um, he used to be on the stream
quite a bit. You know, when he got older, I mean, he would just kind of hang out with,
honestly, just hung out with brew a lot, which is great. He was great with brew. So,
But I have to give me another dog.
I guess I do have a question from pet owners.
Whenever you've lost a dog, have you gotten another one?
And has it helped?
I'm assuming it would help.
But it's also like, you know what?
I could probably see some people, everyone's different.
I could see some people saying, yes, they got another dog,
you know, timeline-wise, who knows?
But it's like they ended up getting another dog eventually,
you know, after a little bit when you're ready.
And then there's also some people that it's like,
maybe they didn't and maybe that was, you know,
the one dog they really wanted, I don't know.
So.
I guess there's no real wrong answer with that.
But yeah, I mean, as of right now, I mean, I'm sure I'll say this, me and Alexis are
definitely like animal people.
You know what I mean?
So I could, I could I see us getting another dog down the line?

I mean, definitely.
But I mean, obviously everything just happened.
So I don't know about timeline stuff, but I don't know.
Do we still have cats?
Yeah, we still have our four cats and they're, they're handful in their own, right?
So, and we still, we saw Mesa, like I said though, Mesa, Mesa is getting old for sure.
And we don't really know timeline wise exactly what we're looking at with Mase either.

And like I said earlier, it's just like, we kind of saw that happening with Mesa,
our other dog because she is, she's 13, bro.
old. And you kind of see that, you know, process. And I think
that's the reason it was so hard with tank is it just, I mean,
literally out of left field, we found out Tuesday, and he's
gone Saturday. It's like unreal, bro. We had a family member
who also had a rat wilder. And they said it was kind of
the almost the same exact thing. Like, up until the up until
like the end, like he was totally fine, totally normal. And then just like, damn, like a switch
flips. And they lost him. So kind of a similar thing, unfortunately. But yeah, um, so all
All that being said, thank you guys for all the well wishes.
So it was a tough, really tough, I mean, tough, basically a tough week since Tuesday, finding
it out, trying to process finding it out and then losing him as quick as we did was,
especially because we did think we had a little more time with him.
That kind of hurt, you know, but it's just, I mean, what are you going to do, man?
You know, it's kind of happens that way, unfortunately.
I will say those last five days from when we found out
on Tuesday, he was eating like a king.
So we were making mistakes like every day.
He was just eating rabbi's.
So last couple of days he was eating like a king for sure.
So yeah, that is kind of where I'm at with everything

just didn't really mess with their vibe with, but there was
something that he just didn't know.
He liked Dennis.
Now he liked any, I will say Dennis always messed with him
and riled him up.
And I always had to be it's literally having Dennis as a friend at times is like having
us older son.

a dog owner, you probably know there's highs and lows in times like what what is happening
when we first had tank as a puppy. We were trying to what's the terminology, bro?
train, right? So it's like, when you go away, you put him in the crate, so if they can't
do anything crazy to themselves, you know what I mean? So like, we were trying to get
him to do that, and he wouldn't stay in he paid, he like wouldn't stay in the crate,
like he drove him nuts. And what we had to do was get a bro, we bought like a random
radio and put it on classical music, a classical music station, and he was totally fine.
It was the most bizarre thing ever. Like, he literally, he literally would not, he would lose
his mind. And so for the first like day or two, we're like, what are we going to do? Like,
he hates staying in the crate, but it's like, at the same time, if neither of us are there,
that's the best thing for him is to be in there. And so literally, then we get this,
like radio and you put it next to the like crate and it was on classical music and he's
just vibing and he loved it and then he just stayed in there and he was totally fine as
a puppy. I was like, dude, what is happening? It's so random. The classical music would
unlock him and be like, okay, I'm good now. You know what I mean?

but like for a month I've been pretty good.
And it's like all dairy, all gluten.

cheese, gluten, the killer that has really just put a nail in me, peanut butter. I love, love peanut
butter. And I can't have my peanut butter anymore. What else is there? That's kind of like, wow,
eggs, eggs, eggs, like my eggs, egg whites are red for me. I can't like so she wanted
me to cut out. Now, once again, are these foods bad for you? No, but for my body in particular,
basically, I don't fully understand the science behind it, whatever she's had me do. But essentially,
what it sounds like to me is she wants me to cut these out for like a month just to
kind of reset everything, essentially. And I hate to admit it. I hate this. I don't even want to say
this. But I feel better off eating, like eating off it. I hate it. I hate that I feel better.
I can't lie. And it's like, her, I guess her thinking is, but yeah, I do, I feel better
we're not eating the stuff. And it's she was basically saying like, it's just kind of bogging
my body down immune system and everything, just like just like weighing it down, continually
putting that stuff that my body is like flaring up against. So it's like, I don't and I don't
fully understand the science behind it. But basically her thought is if you're off for
about a month, which I'm getting close to a month here, that it kind of resets everything.
And you hopefully can go back and I can have like eggs and peanut butter again,
I don't know, be green, essentially,
that when we test it again, I don't know.
