[00:07:30] Hello.
[00:07:56] I'm on there, isn't ready.
[00:08:26] you
[00:08:56] You
[00:09:26] Okay.
[00:09:47] Whoa, why is my game so zoomed in?
[00:10:06] What the...
[00:10:09] What is this?
[00:10:13] Magnifier, I've never been seen out of my life.
[00:10:16] Well, I hit that open that, I don't mean, I must know that I mean.
[00:10:39] Guys enjoy your pipe strip.
[00:10:52] I kind of miss it.
[00:11:00] I don't know if I'm making another one, be it hard.
[00:11:04] No way I need more than...
[00:11:06] 1, 2, oh my god, I made the wrong key card.
[00:11:14] Okay.
[00:11:16] 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
[00:11:21] No way, I need more nine shots, right?
[00:11:24] I was with my third blinds.
[00:11:27] Maybe I stabbed one first, so warm up.
[00:11:33] So I don't suck.
[00:11:38] All these told me that everybody that grinded a reinist is going to have really
[00:11:43] get a reinist game, but I'm going to have pipe aim and it's going to suck.
[00:11:48] Now I don't think that's true, because I played a lot.
[00:12:00] Yeah, this is my first time doing it blind. I did what the reruns and I almost got
[00:12:08] out but I ran out of time. I think I almost got out. I'm pretty sure I
[00:12:13] remember what that was doing. So let's try it again.
[00:12:17] I think I did forget a lot, little.
[00:12:30] Thank you, Nick.
[00:12:47] Wait, what time is it to go?
[00:12:58] It's been so long.
[00:12:59] 22 to 4 shit.
[00:13:01] Alright.
[00:13:03] Let's go first.
[00:13:04] Oh, they're the Steelers, tough, great.
[00:13:32] Aaron Rogers' last pass in the NFL was a touchdown.
[00:14:02] Curse it up, pipe strip at 10k plus viewers in this way as if you wanted to listen
[00:14:28] know on this later we should bring it back.
[00:14:58] So, when people didn't care about the drops, it was mostly the pipe now.
[00:15:28] All right, we'll have to remember how to play this game.
[00:15:57] I'm a player.
[00:16:09] It is.
[00:16:11] I'm a mess.
[00:16:14] I stopped.
[00:16:16] Okay.
[00:16:17] All right.
[00:16:18] Good warm up.
[00:16:27] That's a warm-up.
[00:16:49] I fact, you're do-oh my god, get it.
[00:16:53] It's like, it's like, I fact, like, torque off.
[00:16:58] It's a, it's a, it's a play on words.
[00:17:01] That's good.
[00:17:05] It's like, it's like, I fact, it's supposed to be like,
[00:17:10] I like, you know, I don't know what to say.
[00:17:12] It's a bad word to like, you know?
[00:17:14] And then Duke E. Dora would be, you know,
[00:17:17] I don't want to say that word either because it's a bad word.
[00:17:20] Oh, I've got it through that, ladies.
[00:17:50] I'm for Terminal.
[00:18:20] It's time.
[00:18:50] I have the card, I have room for my gun. I don't need the mask anymore apparently, right?
[00:19:08] I asked my girlfriend to have a 3BTG sum.
[00:19:15] Okay.
[00:19:17] All right.
[00:19:19] What'd she say?
[00:19:30] What locations that woods?
[00:19:35] Well, let me just have the Thoracier Summary shot on the intershame for a distance from the 20 meters.
[00:19:43] It should have three times through the tunnel.
[00:19:48] I must escape from Tarkov.
[00:19:54] It's not 20 too yet.
[00:19:56] What do I do until 22?
[00:20:05] Um,
[00:20:08] um,
[00:20:12] um,
[00:20:15] um,
[00:20:20] um,
[00:20:26] um,
[00:20:32] um,
[00:20:34] What could I have found in red?
[00:20:39] Oh my god.
[00:20:48] I can buy stuff in the traders and whatever.
[00:20:53] I like whatever.
[00:20:55] I can do like the left lip stuff whenever, but I can't really care that much.
[00:21:25] I thought I was going to be a biographic card.
[00:21:47] That was this, the barred seven car batteries, is that worth it?
[00:21:52] Wait.
[00:21:57] Wait.
[00:22:00] Seven times five.
[00:22:02] Wait.
[00:22:03] Wait.
[00:22:08] Seven times six.
[00:22:12] A.
[00:22:20] Find you to click 50 something.
[00:22:22] Wait, I can buy these.
[00:22:23] 11, how much is 67?
[00:22:26] 7 is 400k worth.
[00:22:31] 1,
[00:22:34] 5, 6, 7.
[00:22:37] Boun, it's now a little bit.
[00:22:50] That's money, dude.
[00:22:52] The flavor, the nine-brow.
[00:23:14] You guys don't need to get what you meant only, I'll just close the chat again.
[00:23:18] You can talk amongst yourselves about it, it doesn't matter.
[00:23:37] It don't matter.
[00:23:42] Oh my god, so good, allton fish shields went up crazy and money, ridiculous.
[00:24:42] blue it. I know you are saying to see it happen. I am. I would like to see him in
[00:24:47] jags when I would ever like to see that over the bills. Now I just want an NFC team to win.
[00:25:09] That's around that one that...
[00:25:15] Charger is still gained aura.
[00:25:18] The Chargers are pooped.
[00:25:22] Badecotegave.cote, Bade's knee got cote.
[00:25:26] You want to see pictures of Gade's knee, he sent me?
[00:25:39] Disney is fucked.
[00:26:09] He said he tore his ACL, he doesn't know about his PCL, I'm seeing when this gets, but his ACL is definitely torn.
[00:26:30] Look at his knee, bro.
[00:26:35] This is the same knee as last year.
[00:26:39] is needs
[00:26:44] I've told him he's back on the day shift with me instead of you.
[00:27:14] Hi there, I'm John R. Buckle. I'm a cartoonist and this is my cat Garfield. Hi there. I'm Garfield. I'm a cat and this is my cartoonist John.
[00:27:30] I'm going to use the word.
[00:27:40] I'm going to use the word.
[00:27:45] Why do you all have like cleaner setups and shit than I do, bro?
[00:27:49] It makes me so mad.
[00:27:52] I wish I didn't have to have like a streaming setup.
[00:27:55] If I just had a simple gaming setup,
[00:27:56] clean like this. It's hard to have a clean streaming set of you just need to much shit.
[00:28:05] Wait, wait a second.
[00:28:16] If you're watching, you're streaming me discuss this or I leave, which one?
[00:28:20] What do you think, Chat?
[00:28:24] Chat?
[00:28:25] The, the, the band from chat and the way you're telling chat that I'm abusive because I fucking care about you.
[00:28:33] And don't want to see you pouring yourself into the fucking ground.
[00:28:37] I didn't say you're abusive.
[00:28:38] Bullshit.
[00:28:39] I said you yell at me for my behavior.
[00:28:41] Because I care about you.
[00:28:43] So I'm straight into the talk about it for you.
[00:28:50] Don't let's hit it.
[00:28:52] I think I have to ask him.
[00:28:58] Oh, that's not a good plan.
[00:29:00] I'm the busy behind-bomb. Cover me.
[00:29:02] Huh. That's an all-time or bad.
[00:29:06] What is this?
[00:29:10] What was this supposed to- Oh, somebody fucking crashed into their yard. Oh my god.
[00:29:16] Holy shit.
[00:29:19] Wait, into their house.
[00:29:21] Wait, what are all these bricks?
[00:29:23] They crash into their shit.
[00:29:37] You know what? Well, we wait for terminal.
[00:29:39] Maybe we should wash some twitch clips from my channel this week.
[00:29:48] 7 days
[00:29:57] 5.040 laps rat head out
[00:30:01] maybe i'll see you guys later tonight maybe i'll never show up again
[00:30:05] um... if you guys want to see me um... my twitch stream is gl40 laps rat
[00:30:15] Pipe me.
[00:30:22] All right. Sorry guys, hold on.
[00:30:25] I got my Celsius, but
[00:30:33] I just don't know where my ins are.
[00:30:37] Where can my ins be?
[00:30:38] is it?
[00:30:43] Try!
[00:30:48] Then when now he's disappointed, like it wasn't the perfect day for him because I'm here.
[00:31:03] He doesn't like me.
[00:31:05] But if you want, I can pretend to be true, I won't lie.
[00:31:12] Breath.
[00:31:25] Who's the tallest girl you've ever dated?
[00:31:35] This is probably how it's going to go for some people.
[00:31:43] Oh my god, a bomb!
[00:31:47] As you guys know that my cat is all.
[00:32:11] Why are you into tutorial so you don't have to play this hot garbage and can get
[00:32:15] to break from the aspect and people still get drops. Why are you in the
[00:32:19] tutorials so you don't have to okay so I'm seeing that question come up
[00:32:23] another a couple of times here let me go ahead and answer that one before we
[00:32:28] get any further. So I'm in the tutorial the tutorial I think you have a
[00:32:36] misunderstanding of what's going on this tutorial is a place where I can
[00:32:44] focus on improving at the basics. If you ever loaded the tutorial, which, again, as somebody's
[00:32:52] asking this, I'm assuming there are natural talents, especially because they're taunting
[00:32:56] me, saying that, you know, oh, you're scared to play the game, but you can't really
[00:33:02] taunt me with that, because I've said it multiple times that I'm very, I'm, I am, in, in,
[00:33:09] way. I need to fix the ads, bro. I'm still running crazy ads. I got a lower
[00:33:17] lower the ads.
[00:33:39] Okay.
[00:34:09] And there, maybe going with like this darker, it's like a black kind of helmet, we'll make it to your head is a little bit harder.
[00:34:19] Maybe going with like this darker, it's like a black kind of helmet, we'll make it to your head is a little bit harder to see.
[00:34:36] Well, well, that's, that's an interesting strategy because then you're marking your territory,
[00:34:45] which is yourself and you're, you're, you're saying, hey, don't come at me.
[00:34:51] And you, you get it out of the way, too.
[00:34:53] So when you're, when you're, when you're planning, you've already pissed yourself.
[00:34:57] So you don't need to worry about that caution.
[00:35:00] As long as you can get over the embarrassment and realize that it's not just, it could
[00:35:05] you know somebody, if you're planning the bomb and
[00:35:10] you're proud.
[00:35:24] I didn't actually like you snuffing his name.
[00:35:35] the
[00:35:42] it is had
[00:35:47] for restarting the game
[00:35:51] for the same as the game 400 minutes 22 seconds
[00:35:55] there's a
[00:36:00] I heard them singing, but I was trying to sleep.
[00:36:26] program to receive. You can check out anytime you like. What you can never leave.
[00:36:37] Yep. Holy shit. That was actually not so bad.
[00:36:43] Oh, he started. Oh, my god.
[00:36:49] Oh, if you could have seen anybody clipped any of that.
[00:36:53] Oh, fuck.
[00:36:56] So it was funny, arena drops was funny.
[00:37:02] Now that it's over, I feel like I shouldn't release the secrets, but there's a certain
[00:37:10] server that a need was attempting to queue in order to, you know, welcome back Jim Davis,
[00:37:21] along the downtime in between games, but no one expected, no one, no one thought the server
[00:37:33] would be so dead, that we could go 400 minutes at a time with no game, and it was funny
[00:37:43] because Axel was trying to do the same strategy, but he would get games every like 20 to
[00:37:51] 30 minutes, because he couldn't connect with his
[00:37:54] pain to the server that we were on. So he wasn't able to
[00:38:00] cue on the on the God server, and he would have to play
[00:38:03] every like 20 minutes, which is so funny. We had the
[00:38:11] God server. We had the God server, 400 minutes used
[00:38:19] back to back. My favorite clip of the whole thing is, um, where is it, is it, you know,
[00:38:40] I'll be over a week now.
[00:38:46] But what is this clip?
[00:38:48] This isn't the one I was talking about.
[00:38:53] Oh my fucking god!
[00:38:56] Oh! Hello, hello creature!
[00:39:00] Look, I creature!
[00:39:02] Are you cold?
[00:39:04] You probably are.
[00:39:05] It's like 60 degrees in here.
[00:39:08] I'm sorry.
[00:39:10] So, me'd need to cat for the first time.
[00:39:20] Here it is. This clip is cinema.
[00:39:34] I could like pipe.
[00:39:36] Oh, ring!
[00:39:37] John, it's not speaking to this question aloud.
[00:39:40] So Jim Davis is also exploring the mind-body duality.
[00:39:43] My analysis is working!
[00:39:45] Jim, it operates on the level of a literal question.
[00:39:48] But it also is an exam.
[00:39:49] Brother!
[00:39:50] He drew me out of it.
[00:39:51] Jim Davis is...
[00:39:52] What the fuck is going on?
[00:39:54] Coach tells us something about that.
[00:39:55] I made one!
[00:39:56] John, I'm fucking hitting one!
[00:39:58] I'm pointing this strip.
[00:40:00] The comic is quite literally centered.
[00:40:05] No, where could I?
[00:40:07] Oh no!
[00:40:08] This is his reality.
[00:40:09] That's my stream PC keyboard, by the way.
[00:40:13] This is my stream PC keyboard.
[00:40:16] This is where cognition and the power and function of the mind take over.
[00:40:23] Oh, did they?
[00:40:24] They speak keyboard.
[00:40:25] Dying!
[00:40:26] It's just a shell.
[00:40:28] That's up.
[00:40:30] Ah.
[00:40:33] Today I woke up and for the first time I said, let's move on from Tomlin.
[00:40:41] Oh, Rogers needs to hang it up and we need a new O.C.
[00:40:45] This is the Steelers team I expected all year.
[00:40:48] Hey, I'm gonna talk to you, too.
[00:40:51] You got it, 20, too.
[00:40:53] All right, fine, I'll turn this out, don't I? Okay.
[00:40:55] I'll take it.
[00:40:58] I like money.
[00:41:01] If it's 2021-27, you think I can kill? I'm killing.
[00:41:06] All right. It's time. Terminal. Escape.
[00:41:11] The Tarkis. Escape from Tarkis.
[00:41:15] Win the Tarkov.
[00:41:21] I think this is run for.
[00:41:26] I think this is run number four win talk of
[00:41:32] This close money
[00:41:45] You gotta look out watch
[00:41:47] It's two of them. Dev. I'm pretty sure
[00:41:56] ship you know like where are they hold it hold it hold it hold your
[00:42:00] 100% are you running insane
[00:42:04] hundred percent
[00:42:26] Oh
[00:42:56] for like 30 minutes is no idea.
[00:43:26] How do you do that?
[00:43:36] He did the white line thing. That was a month ago though.
[00:43:44] What's high tail?
[00:43:50] Oh, there's that.
[00:43:53] Ugh.
[00:44:02] Milk me, milk me, Terry milk me.
[00:44:07] Oh my, there's a Minecraft.
[00:44:13] What is this just Minecraft?
[00:44:20] This guy is so unlikable though.
[00:44:28] This face makes me mad.
[00:44:41] Why is there no sound?
[00:44:43] Oh my god.
[00:44:44] You know why there's no sound?
[00:44:47] Arkov broke my fucking game on the Obrow.
[00:44:52] First to raid back, go internal.
[00:44:54] Arkov breaks my PC's audio.
[00:45:14] Well?
[00:45:17] I'm going to have to restart my shit.
[00:45:22] I'm more surprised that you're surprised.
[00:45:25] True.
[00:45:47] Yeah, see if I've thrown here I'll live.
[00:46:17] You
[00:46:47] Thank you.
[00:47:17] I hope I don't lose my fucking kit, bro.
[00:47:24] Boom!
[00:47:25] It's no good.
[00:47:30] I really hope that it's my past my kit.
[00:47:32] That's only one answer.
[00:47:34] Where could my pipe be?
[00:47:36] Has it in for no time, sis?
[00:47:38] Hmm.
[00:47:39] Now you're fucking getting it, bro.
[00:47:43] Now you're getting it.
[00:47:47] Hello, my fellow scams. Good luck at terminal.
[00:48:05] I'm escaping, Mr. Run, right now.
[00:48:17] You think they'll fire Tom and actually they will
[00:48:47] Imagine the Steelers and Ravens just train coaches.
[00:48:56] Who wouldn't happen but it'd be so funny?
[00:49:07] For what, that way for what, what, for what?
[00:49:11] Don't let Tom on.
[00:49:17] and
[00:49:23] are they fire time one
[00:49:25] and another one is simple
[00:49:26] of
[00:49:30] I know he's never a losing season or ever by the
[00:49:34] one's the team that's like
[00:49:36] nine and seven or whatever every year
[00:49:39] and loses the first playoff game every year
[00:49:47] that was the only one
[00:49:54] like eight years ago or something
[00:49:59] nine years ago
[00:50:04] they talk came out in the u.s. before they it's a bomb no bomb no
[00:50:10] Oh Bob, there was an office.
[00:50:32] I fell over American.
[00:50:40] When we were here would go, would the team rather have a hardball or a Tom one?
[00:50:50] I don't know if I can get it out of the way.
[00:51:00] Oh my god, I'm here.
[00:51:04] Dude, how do I get it?
[00:51:10] I feel like humble and better.
[00:51:14] Almost a better kill, sure. I'll say it.
[00:51:44] Oh my god, I didn't bring the fucking evidence.
[00:52:02] Oh!
[00:52:32] Now we're to my evidence today.
[00:53:02] How am I still since arenas?
[00:53:23] Or do you want endurance for these strength?
[00:53:26] All that aren't this, still no max skills.
[00:53:56] They use the ASMAP.
[00:54:06] I feel like I'm on like, in between Dremel's house and the Crackhouse, like Southwest on the
[00:54:20] the mouse.
[00:54:22] Hello.
[00:54:30] I sent you a picture.
[00:54:32] Remember it's origin.
[00:54:34] Maybe.
[00:54:36] Maybe.
[00:55:20] Oh, you shit.
[00:55:47] That thing is ancient.
[00:55:52] I will seal my phone right now.
[00:55:55] That is ancient.

[00:57:43] I could have been so bad.
[00:58:09] Wait, there's going to be a barbecue food truck outside of my apartment today.
[00:58:18] I'll tonight, right here at that.
[00:58:27] Oh my goodness. What is this?
[00:58:42] Give me all your shit.
[00:58:48] All right, ain't nobody, my mission ain't nobody got one of these still, bro.
[00:59:18] This is that OG shit that ancient poster.
[00:59:24] That Shopify ass poster.
[00:59:33] That's 2021, maybe.
[00:59:35] That's 2021.
[00:59:37] and
[00:59:43] and
[00:59:47] May be early 2022.
[01:00:17] I'm going to restart it.
[01:00:47] You
[01:01:47] in randomly the past four days and not a single time have I seen you in game.
[01:01:52] Lock it in Terry.
[01:02:17] the
[01:02:24] time to win the terminal
[01:02:31] the evidence for the last two days were a wash, all right?
[01:03:01] The last two days were a wash now.
[01:03:25] You should, what has never won a playoff game?
[01:03:55] you
[01:04:25] Oh, shit, we back.
[01:04:55] You
[01:05:25] Do that think it would mean that I'm just going to be 24-7 drops chasers.
[01:05:39] It's like storm chasers, but for twitch drops.
[01:05:55] So we have Hong Kai Star Rail, oh it's ending today.
[01:06:01] What do we have coming up? What do we have starting soon?
[01:06:07] Ah yes, PUBG for, um, the day.
[01:06:12] Albion Online, the Legend of Yamir.
[01:06:15] Black Desert, World of Text Console, by consoles on its way.
[01:06:25] We also have a big infinity niki stream coming and we also have a big infinity
[01:06:55] coin pusher lives as well.
[01:07:15] Do I get rid of my thingy?
[01:07:19] Yeah, we have all month for coin pusher.
[01:07:30] Pray you sound and look so cute, are you single?
[01:07:45] No.
[01:07:49] Valiass mobile dungeon, I love mobile dungeon and even this I'm doing daytime risk.
[01:07:57] I believe these settings on all the time.
[01:08:19] you
[01:08:49] you
[01:09:19] So, we're going to start applying our reenies every day.
[01:09:49] you
[01:10:19] The ballroom was so excited for our venues and he quit playing, like halfway through the week.
[01:10:49] I think this is attempt, or the first time I got lost in my other time, second time I
[01:11:08] died, the black division, third time I almost escaped, that I've learned some things.
[01:11:17] But I get in here, I'm closing my chat box, so there's not the spoil of anything for myself.
[01:11:32] So there's not the soil myself.
[01:11:47] I'm dead.
[01:11:54] I knew I fucking heard him.
[01:12:02] Mother fucker.
[01:12:08] I moved my model one, my terminal model one.
[01:12:22] He was so much further than I felt I heard him.
[01:12:30] Reporting him just because.
[01:12:32] There.
[01:12:34] I'm reporting him for being unemployed.
[01:12:37] How do you have that many raised? 1633 raised this white.
[01:12:49] Reported for jobless.
[01:13:07] You
[01:13:37] 1590 PMC raises crazy bro.
[01:13:58] I got 825 and I play a lot.
[01:14:12] Well, I need knives.
[01:14:15] Oh my god.
[01:14:31] And she...
[01:15:01] the
[01:15:27] and goes terminal, this is like way to the terminal ship.
[01:15:31] Now he'd have like less rage, right, because he'd be sitting there a little time.
[01:15:35] 1600 raids is a lot of fucking raids, bro.
[01:15:46] That's so many.
[01:15:57] I was shooting Ben lately.
[01:16:05] I did die to a 60 hour demon on my factory bathroom this morning, but I don't know,
[01:16:12] I didn't play in the week.
[01:16:13] Oh my god, my toolkit, I forgot it.
[01:16:27] .
[01:16:47] .
[01:16:49] .
[01:16:50] .
[01:16:52] .
[01:16:53] .
[01:16:54] .
[01:16:56] .
[01:16:57] you
[01:17:27] to
[01:17:55] Did his creative aruse, inviting Stephanie to come in and advise them on a case involving
[01:18:02] stolen art, knowing they were dealing with one of their own, they rehearsed and prepared
[01:18:06] for the interview more than anything they had done before.
[01:18:09] Their plan of attack was to keep the conversation as casual as possible for as long
[01:18:13] as possible, and carefully waited for the key moments to initiate the confrontation.
[01:18:17] I don't know if you know what's worth there.
[01:18:19] Right.
[01:18:20] Sure.
[01:18:21] How's it going?
[01:18:22] No, no, no, no.
[01:18:23] Uh, well, let's see.
[01:18:26] I don't want to talk about this in the squad,
[01:18:28] and because I don't know who people are listening to.
[01:18:30] And if we go to my side, everybody's always wondering,
[01:18:32] when everybody else is listening to them.
[01:18:34] The first thing that he techives do is set up a compatible tone with a suspect.
[01:18:38] She has just stepped foot inside an interrogation room,
[01:18:41] and the detectives negate the negative implications of such an environment
[01:18:44] through a friendly disposition.
[01:18:46] Consultative meetings, such as seeking advice over an ARP theft, can take place anywhere,
[01:18:51] and the last place detectives would choose to spend more time in would be an interrogation
[01:18:55] room.
[01:18:56] The reason they give the suspect for meeting in such an unusual location is to not spread rumors
[01:19:01] or in-you-endo.
[01:19:02] Yet, the real reason is that all firearms have to be checked in before entering the area,
[01:19:07] and they needed the suspect to give up her gun without a learning suspicion.
[01:19:10] But, uh, we're talking about being business,
[01:19:13] but we've been assigned a case that we've been looking at.
[01:19:15] Okay, it's a new case and we're doing a case.
[01:19:18] There's a notes to see that,
[01:19:20] as far as your name being mentioned.
[01:19:22] Oh, okay.
[01:19:23] Do you know John Ruben?
[01:19:24] Try and imagine for one moment that you savagely murdered a love rival in a jealous rage.
[01:19:29] Over two decades had passed since the act.
[01:19:31] Then all of a sudden, you're brought to an interrogation room
[01:19:34] and sat directly opposite to senior investigators
[01:19:37] who bring up the name of the man you committed first degree homicide for.
[01:19:44] John, what?
[01:19:45] Run.
[01:19:46] The investigators already knew how to say John Rutten's name correctly.
[01:19:49] The mispronunciation was a simple strategy to see how the suspect would react.
[01:19:53] Setting aside the element of the murder,
[01:19:55] John Rutten was the second-longest relationship in Stephanie's life.
[01:19:59] And a psychiatrist later stated that this pause was four times as long as it should have been.
[01:20:04] She was already being deceptive by acting as if she hadn't thought about that name for so long.
[01:20:09] Giving reason for her prolonged reflection.
[01:20:11] When in reality, the name John Rutton was engraved in her memory.
[01:20:14] And even when slightly mispronounced, it would have most likely taken milliseconds for her to realize exactly who the detectives were referring to.
[01:20:21] Oh, yeah, I want to school with them.
[01:20:23] You did? Yeah.
[01:20:24] I wanted to do that.
[01:20:25] Good. I would just go and let's see.
[01:20:28] Once you see a late 19,
[01:20:30] semi-eighths started and, you know,
[01:20:34] met them at school at the dorms.
[01:20:38] She says she met him in the dorms,
[01:20:41] yet left out the fact that they had dated for four years,
[01:20:44] and went on numerous holidays together.
[01:20:46] Even though she wasn't asked directly,
[01:20:48] a truthful subject would most often volunteer this information
[01:20:51] without having to be pressed for it.
[01:20:53] We have friends, close friends.
[01:20:55] The other day close.
[01:20:56] I mean, what's this all about?
[01:20:58] Well, it's regarding, it's a case of working on it at Balls John, and in there, to the stem for, we review it, you know, there's notes and stuff that he knew and stuff.
[01:21:07] Oh, yeah, we, good friends, um, with the dorms for, as in the dorms for two years.
[01:21:14] You guys live in the same dorm?
[01:21:16] Yeah.
[01:21:17] Okay.
[01:21:18] You guys just friends or anything else?
[01:21:20] Yeah, we were real good friends.
[01:21:23] Yeah.
[01:21:24] Was there ever any relationship or anything that developed between you guys?
[01:21:28] Yeah, I need to be gay to that.
[01:21:30] You know, I mean, it was a problem about...
[01:21:34] When it's relating to his wife.
[01:21:37] It's unfortunate that Stephanie's face wasn't captured at this moment,
[01:21:41] because she would have no doubt been immediately struck by the psychological reaction known as fighter flight.
[01:21:46] Her brain would have just triggered the influx of a specific cocktail of hormones
[01:21:50] in order to prepare her to either stay and deal with a threat
[01:21:53] or try and run away to safety, Stephanie chooses to fight.
[01:21:57] Okay.
[01:21:58] Did you know her?
[01:22:00] Not really.
[01:22:01] I mean, I knew that he had a very years ago.
[01:22:03] Did you ever meet her?
[01:22:05] God, I don't know.
[01:22:07] You know, who was her?
[01:22:09] Well, I...
[01:22:11] I'm sorry.
[01:22:12] God's been a long time ago.
[01:22:17] I have never...
[01:22:19] He's...
[01:22:21] The words, gosh, God, G, are exclamatory remarks used to express surprise or strong emotion.
[01:22:28] You will see them used continuously throughout this interrogation, which is the suspect trying to
[01:22:33] insinuate a vague memory due to a lack of contemplation on the subject matter.
[01:22:37] She's trying to omit the impression that she would have had no reason to give any further thought to
[01:22:41] John, or anything related to John, since they stopped seeing each other over two decades ago.
[01:22:46] You know.
[01:22:47] Yeah.
[01:22:48] Well, let me ask you, you said you dated John, how long did you guys date?
[01:22:53] I mean, why are you guys, is this something?
[01:22:59] As we know, Stephanie is a cop and has been for 25 years.
[01:23:02] She will be wise to the fact that acting oblivious to the unusual development of a situation
[01:23:07] will be a glaring red flag in the eyes of the investigators.
[01:23:10] It's been shown time and again on this channel.
[01:23:12] of these suspects will often try and act naïve to a blatant confrontation as a means
[01:23:17] to avoiding it altogether. Whereas truthful subjects will address the confrontation and
[01:23:21] either refute it or if it's subtle, want immediate clarification and transparency as to
[01:23:26] what was being insinuated. I mean, you said I was going to need to need to need about
[01:23:30] orange. Can you tell you guys are here? I mean, Stephanie, here's the situation.
[01:23:34] Basically, we, you know, we knew that this when we saw this in this chrono that maybe, you
[01:23:41] You know, that's what the Chronicles can be indicated.
[01:23:43] The detective now subtly avoids the question altogether,
[01:23:46] but instead offers a deceptively reassuring response to the suspect.
[01:23:50] He makes a very sharp switch from the investigative subject matter
[01:23:53] to the previous topic of workplace rumors.
[01:23:56] He brings her focus back to the false perception of them being on her side.
[01:23:59] Stephanie had just asked what was going on.
[01:24:02] And now he essentially replies with,
[01:24:04] we are your friends. We're doing you a favor.
[01:24:06] And we didn't want to come up to you.
[01:24:11] Oh shit.
[01:24:21] So far, bro.
[01:24:39] If we die here or reset, we won't have much time to get in before the or I am
[01:24:56] Okay, it's closing time.
[01:25:56] I'll go on in the damn tree, bro.
[01:26:26] Oh, shit.
[01:27:26] They're doing this fucking BTS APOP,
[01:27:54] Shed, I'm in the ship. Paypop fucking concerting in MNC bank stadium and they announce it.
[01:28:03] And the tickets, people are going crazy because the tickets are so expensive. It's fucking crazy.
[01:28:12] nosebleeds, right? Like behind the stage. Section 500 something. Nine hundred dollars.
[01:28:25] Club level. Three thousand dollars.
[01:28:35] That's probably just as they announced it today though, right?
[01:28:42] I bet 69.420 you will escape now you must okay I must.
[01:29:07] Biply-yips nip in the Baltimore Frontline Quartet are opening. Oh my god, I need to go then
[01:29:14] That's more expensive than to take it's a terminal real
[01:29:23] Well use all the drops money and buy tickets
[01:29:32] You go watch
[01:29:34] I don't know if I'm going to be in the top of the map.
[01:29:39] Oh my god, my god.
[01:29:42] Where do I open CS cases?
[01:29:46] The modern day Korean backstreet boys.
[01:29:52] Well, if I use a meads drop money to buy him and me both tickets.
[01:29:59] I can't say yo dude, in grass, I spent your money on this.
[01:30:09] I hope you enjoy. We're going together.
[01:30:15] Oh my god, I'm escaping.
[01:30:18] But first I have to pee because I'm nervous.
[01:30:21] I'm closing my chat box for ice skate by the way. No spoilers.
[01:30:24] I will not be reading the chat. I'm minimizing it.
[01:30:27] I just got into where I have to move.
[01:30:29] Water.
[01:30:57] you
[01:31:27] You
[01:31:57] you
[01:32:27] You
[01:32:57] you
[01:33:27] you
[01:33:57] You
[01:34:27] Oh shit!
[01:35:27] See if he is here?
[01:35:29] But I don't know if he is here.
[01:35:41] Okay.
[01:35:45] Oh shit!
[01:35:49] I'm so fucking scared right now.
[01:35:57] I'll be all locking up a damn bandage.
[01:36:16] I'm going to kill you.
[01:36:46] I'm gonna do it so I'm gonna fight.
[01:37:12] All right.
[01:37:42] I remember the nephew there.
[01:38:01] That's it.
[01:39:01] Oh, where was the boss on?
[01:39:26] Shit, shit, shit.
[01:39:28] The body, the body, the body.
[01:39:30] Alright, I died here once.
[01:40:00] All right.
[01:40:59] Where are they?
[01:42:25] I thought something just ran out of here.
[01:42:36] I see them.
[01:43:25] I don't want to die.
[01:43:45] That didn't happen. Holy fuck. I think we're going to run out there.
[01:44:00] What?
[01:44:15] What?
[01:45:15] Oh.
[01:45:17] Oh, no.
[01:45:18] Oh.
[01:45:20] Oh, no.
[01:45:23] Oh, no.
[01:45:45] All right.
[01:47:10] I'm coming.
[01:47:17] Come on, Tom.
[01:47:26] and
[01:47:54] I'm so glad that's all in the same spot.
[01:48:00] Fuck man.
[01:48:21] Let me just go back to the armory and do it, baby.
[01:48:24] I
[01:48:46] Okay, fuck I don't remember where I went from your brawl. Oh, we like I can do that kind of deal
[01:48:54] Okay.
[01:48:59] Okay.
[01:49:04] Oh my god.
[01:49:12] They're on.
[01:50:12] baby daddy
[01:50:30] they may even open this door
[01:50:32] I don't think I have to fight them.
[01:50:44] They can't open the key door.
[01:50:47] I'm up.
[01:50:49] Okay, shit.
[01:50:51] I forgot this next part.
[01:50:53] Wait, no, I didn't.
[01:50:54] I remember.
[01:50:55] I remember now.
[01:51:02] Okay, food and water.
[01:51:17] Shit, do I remember?
[01:51:57] Bones, Bones, Bones, Bones, Bones, Bones, Bones
[01:52:03] Remind us
[01:52:05] Alright, we're in
[01:52:13] Last time there was hell of a scat
[01:52:27] Oh my god, we're tree, we're tree.
[01:52:44] No, no, no, no, no, no.
[01:52:54] It's not for me.
[01:53:14] No, we just heard it.
[01:53:18] I had a research, Ray.
[01:53:37] Two at a time, check. 30 minutes.
[01:53:44] What?
[01:53:48] The same fucking arm.
[01:54:14] Oh my, my armor plates are ruined, bro.
[01:54:29] They're done.
[01:54:31] My plates are just cut.
[01:54:33] I'm going all the way up to the left last time I was so much
[01:55:03] time bro.
[01:56:03] 8-0 way.
[01:56:13] There we go again.
[01:56:31] I'm not going to open Shad so we can complete this ship drive like 7 or 8 more key cards.
[01:56:41] I don't want anybody to spoil it for me. I ain't reading shit.
[01:57:01] I don't like that fence, man.
[01:57:31] You
[01:58:01] the
[01:58:08] of
[01:58:13] all the software
[01:58:17] to
[01:58:21] Well, we factory scavener on, I guess.
[01:58:50] I feel it's so long.
[01:59:20] to
[01:59:32] the
[01:59:37] a mom the many of it's safe to be a safe open shot
[01:59:41] in between runs are my cuts I'm probably
[01:59:44] Actually, I know I'm cooked. I don't even worry about it
[01:59:57] Ethan said not safe. Oh my god. I just saw the crazy as shit. Brow
[02:00:06] Brow
[02:00:08] This is so funny
[02:00:11] Old
[02:00:14] We store Charlie Kirk, catch 8% that that's what we saw, we saw Charlie Kirk, catch 8%
[02:00:29] just 444 yards, we saw, we saw, we saw, we saw, we saw, we saw, we saw, we saw Charlie Kirk,
[02:00:41] Oh shit, now that's crazy.
[02:00:59] CJ Strahd helping the Texans win football games.
[02:01:11] That's good.
[02:01:26] That's good.
[02:02:36] I'm gonna jump over that dude, scabs for ain't they got it.
[02:02:52] It was doing that Kibber class too.
[02:03:06] and
[02:03:32] Well, do I do until I can run terminal, bro?
[02:03:35] It's not like I can go do a normal raid.
[02:03:37] Cause I already have my terminal kit, like,
[02:03:40] I'm locked in on the terminal,
[02:03:41] it sucks that I can just go back.
[02:04:02] I wish you a good day.
[02:04:23] I wish to see them.
[02:04:25] I see them.
[02:04:53] So we're extract 14 times for 160,000 XT and 2 RAM.
[02:05:03] Man, what in the fuck?
[02:05:23] I think it's only 22 to 4, right?
[02:05:45] All right, let me do it. I think it's only two. Okay, it's not that long.
[02:05:52] Boom! Snowball, let's do it! Maybe I just eat a snack and we finish this good until it's ready.
[02:06:01] I think that long.
[02:06:15] you
[02:07:15] the
[02:07:36] You're like, that's worth it.
[02:08:36] by the card in the evidence
[02:08:49] hard
[02:08:51] evidence we're ready for terminal
[02:09:06] You're at your desk and ask those kinds of questions or do anything.
[02:09:23] You know how up there, people can see what's going on if you want to do an interview
[02:09:26] room or people are in there.
[02:09:27] That's a lot.
[02:09:28] So we want to do a four-due, some privacy, some confidentiality to talk about this, because
[02:09:33] we thought it might be something, you know, you're married to someone else, obviously.
[02:09:36] and so forth and that you may not want to, you know, talk about these things in that setting
[02:09:40] where someone, you know, we don't want the rumor mill or gossip or anything that kind of
[02:09:42] stuff is going to hurt. So what we did this just as it means to try and speak to you
[02:09:47] and do the confidential place where you, you know, where your business is not there for
[02:09:51] other people and who you're on your division. Whether it be shock or the total reluctance to
[02:09:56] accept the situation at hand, Stephanie wearingly accepts the reassuring response without further
[02:10:01] inquiry into her initial challenge. She instead falls back into her agenda of having a foggy
[02:10:06] memory with regard to the incriminating contents.
[02:10:09] You know, God, I spent a million years ago.
[02:10:11] I mean, you know, what year is it now?
[02:10:16] 2009, I mean, I graduated in 82, 82, yeah.
[02:10:21] You know, we dated, I dated other guys.
[02:10:25] I'm sure he dated other girls.
[02:10:28] Well, let me ask you.
[02:10:30] Roughly, how long would you plan when you said you guys did?
[02:10:33] I mean, notice how she now goes on to over-explain things that don't require an explanation,
[02:10:43] and weren't even inquired about.
[02:10:44] It's a clear cut indication of hyper-arousal and a derivative of TMT, also known as terror
[02:10:50] management theory.
[02:10:51] The suspect will go off on unrelated tangents, as means for gaining momentary relief,
[02:10:56] going into detail about trivial things, affords her a brief escape from the terrifying
[02:11:00] reality eventuating before her.
[02:11:02] This is a very common occurrence in interrogations where the suspect is facing serious charges
[02:11:07] and psychiatrists believe it to be a subconscious coping mechanism.
[02:11:11] I started school there in 78.
[02:11:13] I started to see it in 1978.
[02:11:16] I graduated in the 82.
[02:11:18] I don't even remember what your he graduated.
[02:11:21] If it was a year or two before me.
[02:11:24] I think it was a little bit older than I was.
[02:11:27] you know, I can't remember if you was born, let's have born in 60, 1960, I don't
[02:11:32] think it was born in 58 or 59, I mean, you know, I mean, I was parents, I knew the
[02:11:37] sister, his brother went to Northridge, you know, sister spent the night at my house
[02:11:45] before, obviously I spent the night at his house before he pressed something I
[02:11:48] at my house for, you know, I, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't,
[02:11:54] correct me if I'm wrong, because from what you're telling me, you guys dated while you
[02:11:58] were in college together, right? Yeah, and probably after college, um, I can't, she's trying to
[02:12:06] think when I'm in that my husband, I know my husband in, I need to go out, let's see,
[02:12:14] because I met Scott when I was teaching Dairup in Oregon.
[02:12:17] But we had long stopped dating before that.
[02:12:22] So you haven't talked to him for a long time?
[02:12:24] Oh, I think I haven't talked to him in a long time.
[02:12:27] I can even tell in the last time I talked to him.
[02:12:31] I met Scott thinking in 92, maybe, April of 92.
[02:12:37] Scott, did your husband?
[02:12:39] Yeah, I'm trying to think I was teaching Dairup.
[02:12:42] see what we hear is. It will be married. I think I'm very in 1996. I think I'm
[02:12:48] at 92. Prior to that, I couldn't tell you how long I talked, you know, talked to
[02:12:53] John prior to that. But since you met your husband Scott, you haven't talked to him.
[02:12:59] I mean, he may have called me once or twice before we got married. Right. You know,
[02:13:06] So, I looked at, I moved to see me in 1994 because I lost my house in the years
[02:13:13] quake.
[02:13:14] Quite honestly, I probably keep in contact with a few people from the dorms we all live
[02:13:21] on the 10th floor.
[02:13:24] And there's about three or four people I keep in contact with.
[02:13:33] There's probably like six or eight of us that were all really close to who it was people.
[02:13:37] Oh, geez.
[02:13:39] Dying the bastard.
[02:13:41] People I still, I haven't been in contact with her in a long time.
[02:13:47] I mean, well, well, you know what's, I mean, what's it all about, I mean.
[02:13:53] Well, that has to be.
[02:13:54] The suspect challenges the detectives for the second time.
[02:13:57] And once again, the question is avoided,
[02:13:59] avoided, but this time in a more confrontational manner as the topic is maintained with no reassurance
[02:14:04] afforded.
[02:14:05] The detectives are ramping up the pressure in a very subtle, yet highly effective manner.
[02:14:09] What end of the relationship between you and John?
[02:14:13] You know, it was kind of a weird relationship, I mean we dated, I can't say that he was
[02:14:20] my boyfriend, I don't know that he would concern me, his girlfriend, we dated, we did things
[02:14:26] I played sports in college, you played basketball, and his brother played basketball.
[02:14:33] We just, you know, it just didn't work out, I don't know what to tell you, it was like,
[02:14:39] I went out with other guys, saw the guys, and went a lot of vacations, you know.
[02:14:46] And once you guys split, were you guys still friends, or kind of, you know?
[02:14:51] I mean, friendly, not friendly.
[02:14:54] I don't think it was not friendly.
[02:14:56] I mean, we were friendly.
[02:14:58] I know that we went to Hawaii at one point.
[02:15:04] Yeah, I mean, you know.
[02:15:06] And you were saying that, um,
[02:15:08] Did you tell the nine now?
[02:15:10] Did you ever met his wife?
[02:15:12] I may have.
[02:15:14] Do you remember a name or anything?
[02:15:16] Um, um, for what she did for living, or she worked, or anything about it.
[02:15:28] The suspect was just asked three consecutive questions relating to the victim.
[02:15:32] She was supposedly in a reflective state during all three of the questions, yet her facial
[02:15:36] expression completely changed for the third one.
[02:15:38] This is because she was pretending to be in a state of reflection for the first two questions
[02:15:42] as she already knew the answers.
[02:15:44] as for the third question, she actually was in a state of reflection and was genuinely
[02:15:49] searching her memory for the correct answer.
[02:15:51] Did you ever met his wife?
[02:15:56] I may have.
[02:15:57] Do you remember a name or anything?
[02:16:04] The detectives created a ruse, inviting staff to take care of her.
[02:16:08] whether I think she was a nurse,
[02:16:13] and I can't remember how he said he met her.
[02:16:16] Yeah, I mean, it's been so long ago.
[02:16:19] Well, then, did you go to the wedding?
[02:16:21] No, I didn't go to their wedding.
[02:16:24] No, I did not go to their wedding.
[02:16:28] Can you tell what you're got married?
[02:16:30] I mean, it's been a million years ago.
[02:16:33] Again, I mean, what?
[02:16:34] You know, I don't understand why you're talking about some guy gave the million years ago.
[02:16:39] Well, do you know what happened to his lawyer?
[02:16:41] Yeah, I know she got killed.
[02:16:43] You wouldn't need to be an expert in body language to recognize the unmitigated terror
[02:16:47] emanating from the suspect's face at this moment.
[02:16:50] She had just verbalized the victim's tragic demise from a first time in most likely over
[02:16:54] two decades.
[02:16:55] What did you hear about that?
[02:16:58] I guess I'll post her at work.
[02:17:00] I'm sure I spoke to him about it.
[02:17:03] I think I spoke to another friend that he has about it and how did how did you first learn about that?
[02:17:10] James.
[02:17:13] Someone could have called me. I could hurt you that work.
[02:17:18] I think at one point there may have been a flyer or something. I know good friend of his.
[02:17:22] You want to jump that thing? What have happened?
[02:17:25] Yeah, I think so. Yeah, I'm sure I was on the job. That's why I would have heard about it with a flyer.
[02:17:30] He had a good friend like, like, fold-rit, Mike, um, you know, being that you're kind of used to see John.
[02:17:45] You know, was it everything okay between you guys? I mean there was an every, anything uncomfortable or anything between you and her.
[02:17:52] Eight separate witnesses testified that Stephanie had confronted Sherry at the hospital she
[02:17:58] worked at, while the two of them were reportedly in an intimate relationship with John.
[02:18:02] The confrontation was said to have been highly aggressive, and Stephanie had to be escorted
[02:18:06] off the premises by security.
[02:18:08] Reports stated that Stephanie was by far the more combative, and even made threats against
[02:18:13] Sherry's life.
[02:18:14] You know, I don't know. I mean, it's kind of been so many years. I mean, uncomfortable. I mean, I can't even remember if we got a conversation. I mean, when we may have, I may have seen her at his apartment, you know, geez. How many years ago was that? I don't even know what year she, you know, got killed.
[02:18:36] Where was his apartment? Notice her passive disposition as she gives the following truthful response.
[02:18:42] on Roscoe. Yeah, Roscoe and um, um, Easter West of the so, uh, either Easter West of the Soto.
[02:18:52] Do you know where he moved after did, and did he moved after he got married or do you know or
[02:18:56] now notice how her disposition switches from passive to frantic as she once again
[02:19:00] pretends to have a vague memory.
[02:19:05] Oh, I'm sure he did. Do you know where he was living or
[02:19:09] somewhere in the valley? Did you ever visit him? Is it wine? No. No, never
[02:19:17] out. They get together in dinners. I had no idea. No. Like I said, his
[02:19:23] sister used to come over. His sister had come to my place. I knew his brother
[02:19:29] because his brother played basketball in Northridge. If I was just coming
[02:19:33] across some pictures that I just scanned from, I take a lot of photos, like 10,000.
[02:19:42] And I just do the service where I scanned everything.
[02:19:47] And after his wife died, did you talk to him again?
[02:19:54] Yeah, I mean, I did talk to him.
[02:19:56] I talked to him, probably his parents, probably some other friends.
[02:20:03] You know, I'm sure I talked to him.
[02:20:07] But you don't, you're not sure where he moved to after he got married.
[02:20:11] No idea.
[02:20:12] I've never went over to visit him or...
[02:20:14] I don't think so.
[02:20:16] I mean, I don't know.
[02:20:19] I don't, I don't think I did.
[02:20:22] I know you've been raw school for a long, long time, and you're...
[02:20:32] I mean, a few days are claiming that I'm a suspect, and, you know, I got a problem with that.
[02:20:38] Okay, so, you know, if you're doing this as an interrogation, you're saying, hey, I'm a suspect.
[02:20:45] Now I got a problem with, you know, now you're accusing me of this?
[02:20:49] Is that what you're saying?
[02:20:51] We're trying to figure out what happened, Stephanie.
[02:20:54] Well, I was, you know, I'm just saying, you know,
[02:20:59] I need to get a lawyer for accusing me.
[02:21:01] I mean, you know, you don't have to, I mean, you know,
[02:21:04] you're here if you're all free will.
[02:21:05] No, I know, but I mean,
[02:21:07] you're not under arrest.
[02:21:08] You can walk out when you're free.
[02:21:09] You can leave whenever you'd like.
[02:21:10] Well, you know, I'm trying to give you some background of, you know,
[02:21:13] how I knew him.
[02:21:14] And now you're telling me that somebody's saying that we had this big old fight
[02:21:19] And I don't even know what you're talking about, you know what I don't want to, you
[02:21:23] know, get in trouble for something that I didn't even do or they're saying I did something.
[02:21:28] Okay, you understand?
[02:21:30] Right.
[02:21:31] How would you guys like it if tables are turned on you?
[02:21:33] I understand.
[02:21:34] No.
[02:21:35] That's what we're telling you.
[02:21:36] I mean, you're free to go whenever you want it.
[02:21:37] If this makes you uncomfortable and you want to be the one.
[02:21:39] Well, now you're starting to make me uncomfortable.
[02:21:41] The thing is, I mean, step this difficulty could at that time on the crime sheet.
[02:21:45] Okay.
[02:21:46] everything you're talking about, that is an angle that they look at.
[02:21:49] I'm going to go but now we're looking at everything else on the case, because nobody was ever
[02:21:53] arrested on the case.
[02:21:55] I don't know that or not.
[02:21:58] Now what we'd like to do is obviously, you know, all the DNA stuff and things of the nature
[02:22:04] that, you know, gets done on the cases nowadays, you know, if we ask you for all the DNA
[02:22:08] swap, would you be willing to?
[02:22:11] 2115, we see you.
[02:22:21] May be, because now, now, now, because now I'm thinking I'm probably going to talk to a lawyer.
[02:22:33] Okay.
[02:22:34] I mean, well, I don't know how to support.
[02:22:37] So, okay, don't get me wrong.
[02:22:38] I've been doing this long time, and I wish I had been recording this, because now it sounds like there's
[02:22:45] you know, you're telling these people to say I'm a fightin' with dirt, and now you're
[02:22:49] selling like you're trying to, you know, I've been doing this long time.
[02:22:53] And now it almost sounds like you're trying to pin something on me.
[02:22:56] Now I got that sense.
[02:22:58] Well, what it gets to, in these cases, and you know it as well as I do, our job is to identify
[02:23:02] them and it's not just to believe this.
[02:23:04] So if we ask you to point, this is the wrong.
[02:23:07] If you go slow, so you can get a fire limit at you,
[02:23:11] would you be willing to do that?
[02:23:13] Maybe.
[02:23:14] Because I know this, I, I, I, I, that's what we're at too.
[02:23:18] I mean, because right now, from looking at the evidence,
[02:23:22] it's, you know, it's possible we may have some DNA at the location.
[02:23:26] That's great.
[02:23:27] And we're going to do what we can to try to put this thing together.
[02:23:32] And your name's in the book.
[02:23:34] These people are pointing at you for whatever reason.
[02:23:36] I mean, that's just that's absolutely crazy.
[02:23:40] And it would be a responsible art partner to look at it.
[02:23:44] I know, you guys have to do your job.
[02:23:46] And I guess someone have to contact somebody.
[02:23:48] So.
[02:23:49] That's fair.
[02:23:50] I mean, because I know how the stuff works.
[02:23:52] I mean, I, I, I, I just can't believe it.
[02:23:56] That's a great, we understand.
[02:23:58] I mean, if we were in your position, I mean, we would feel the same way.
[02:24:01] I just can't believe it.
[02:24:03] I mean, it's just, I mean, I'm shocked.
[02:24:05] I mean, I'm shocked. I'm really shocked that somebody would be blamed saying that I did this. I mean, we had a fight so I went and killed her. I mean, come on.
[02:24:13] That's.
[02:24:15] That's all.
[02:24:17] Thanks for giving me the proof of the same thing.
[02:24:20] Thanks for your time.
[02:24:21] Yes, thank you.
[02:24:22] All right.
[02:25:05] Okay, Stephanie, you know you have the right for me to sign up. Do you understand?
[02:25:10] Yes. Anything you say may be used to get your court. Do you understand?
[02:25:14] Yes. You have the right to the presence of an attorney before entering any question.
[02:25:18] Do you understand? Yes.
[02:25:19] If you cannot afford an attorney, it won't be appointed for you free of charge before any question.
[02:25:23] If you want, do you understand?
[02:25:25] Yes. If you want to talk to us, right?
[02:25:27] Oh.
[02:25:28] All right. Okay.
[02:25:30] That's crazy.
[02:25:31] I'm like in shock. I'm totally in shock.
[02:25:38] We are back on the record in people versus Lazarus.
[02:25:45] Surely before noon, the jury announced they have a verdict.
[02:25:50] We will take the verdict this time.
[02:25:52] People of the state of California versus Stephanie, I mean Lazarus.
[02:25:57] Case number B-8, 3-5-7-4-2-3.
[02:26:01] We the jury in the above and time of action, find the defendant, Stephanie,
[02:26:05] Ilyne Lazarus, guilty of the crime of murder,
[02:26:08] a shearing racism.
[02:26:10] In violation of penal code section,
[02:26:12] 1-87-8, a felony, as charged in count,
[02:26:15] one of the information.
[02:26:17] We further find the murder was of the first decree.
[02:26:20] Thank you for the opportunity to speak during this hearing.
[02:26:31] There are really no words that can describe the loss of Sherry and the whole of this experience.
[02:26:38] So it makes no sense to talk very long.
[02:26:40] It suffices to say that the Rasmussen family, my family and Stephanie family have been
[02:26:46] entrusting to a bizarre world of disbelief and indescribable sadness.
[02:26:51] Sherry Rasmussen had a profound dead pack on something.
[02:26:55] And I was proud that she agreed to be my wife.
[02:27:02] It was impossible not to notice Sherry when she entered the room.
[02:27:06] To me her physical presence was startling.
[02:27:09] I can clearly remember the first moment I laid eyes on her.
[02:27:12] Sherry Rasmussen was a physical presence in my heart still races when I look at pictures
[02:27:17] of her.
[02:27:18] The Sherry was extraordinary, more per who she was in the race you looked.
[02:27:22] She was a hard worker, a consummate professional, a leader, a diplomat, forgiving, tough,
[02:27:30] and a kid at heart.
[02:27:31] Sherry's loss, the way she died, and the trial 25 years after her death, has had a profound
[02:27:37] impact on many, many others.
[02:27:40] The effects are broad and stand a generation, creating pain for those whose lives should have
[02:27:44] never been touched by the tragic event.
[02:27:48] Again words are feeble tools for describing these impacts, but there are so many moments
[02:27:52] and so very many tears.
[02:27:54] And the fact that Sherry's staff occurred because she met and married me brings me to my
[02:27:59] knees.
[02:28:00] Stephanie Lazarus was sentenced to 27 years to us not for the murder of Sherry Rasmussen.
[02:28:05] She is currently being held inside the maximum security unit of the Central California
[02:28:09] the women's facility.
[02:28:14] Any other car that's...
[02:28:15] Oh, he's shit.
[02:28:27] What?
[02:28:30] What?
[02:28:30] This runs for Sherry.
[02:28:33] Yeah.
[02:28:34] Yeah.
[02:28:39] you
[02:29:09] We're in.
[02:29:21] Do it for Sherry.
[02:29:24] Block.
[02:29:31] I'm far as shit.
[02:29:35] Nice spawn right in the middle of this shit.
[02:29:49] Actual opposite corner of the map, by the way.
[02:31:19] Let me down!
[02:31:49] Good, I couldn't see him.
[02:32:19] We got to gear up and re-cube fast.
[02:32:49] you
[02:33:19] You
[02:33:49] and
[02:34:04] no my mother ones
[02:34:10] This is what a resource-vance is.
[02:34:40] you
[02:35:10] You
[02:35:40] of the thing
[02:35:47] okay
[02:35:55] that I almost forgot. Please give me a spawn on like that half of the map row I'm begging.
[02:36:17] I beg.
[02:36:22] I think my friend is off.
[02:36:24] What?
[02:36:47] We're going from looking at feet, looking at shoes, selling some shoes, and now we're
[02:37:17] are touching people and breaking into their rooms.
[02:37:19] It's a big thing that I got going on.
[02:37:21] It's like, so sad it's not always.
[02:37:24] So, entering their rooms and touching their feet
[02:37:26] and like, that's the step.
[02:37:28] What would be the next step after that?
[02:37:30] What started out as a burglary turned into a nightmare
[02:37:33] for multiple women on what should have been a relaxing
[02:37:36] fourth of July weekend.
[02:37:38] A resort nestled on the coast of Utah,
[02:37:40] Nevada, became the center of this bizarre crime spree
[02:37:44] during the nights of June 30th in July.
[02:37:46] The events earned the assailant in the nickname, Footfondler.
[02:37:52] The escalating nature of his crimes leaves investigators asking,
[02:37:56] what drove him to commit these strange acts, and what was he planning to do next?
[02:38:02] I don't know why would he, and he was really stupid.
[02:38:04] Do you think he would have been able to start?
[02:38:06] It's August 1st in the residential neighborhood of Atwater, California,
[02:38:10] where two investigators with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office
[02:38:14] serve a fugitive warrant.
[02:38:16] Nearly a month after the incidents that terrorized the residents of Lake Tahoe, the
[02:38:21] investigators prepared a question 26-year-old Mark Anthony Gonzalez, leading to an unusual
[02:38:27] conversation with disturbing insights and child-dropping revelations.
[02:38:32] The following footage has never been seen before.
[02:38:35] I am Mark. Yes. I'm Mark. I'm the second drinking.
[02:38:38] I'm a second. I'm a second soul.
[02:38:40] Okay.
[02:38:41] Please.
[02:38:42] Please.
[02:38:43] I'm going to walk this way.
[02:38:45] Okay.
[02:38:46] So Mark.
[02:38:47] Did we have a review of that?
[02:38:49] I think that would be a little bit about your
[02:38:51] I don't know around the 4th of July.
[02:38:53] Okay.
[02:38:54] Okay.
[02:38:55] Can you tell me a little bit about your vacation?
[02:38:58] I just went over there.
[02:39:00] You know, having a good time for the July weekend.
[02:39:02] We just went over there.
[02:39:03] You normally go over here, but there's a lot of them voting, and just things like that.
[02:39:08] I don't even have a good time. That's it. Nothing too big.
[02:39:11] The officer is well aware that Mark's definition of a good time goes beyond voting on
[02:39:16] the lake, but before she confronts him with what she knows, she first informs him
[02:39:21] of his Miranda rides, but Mark chooses to be anything but silent.
[02:39:26] So I'd like to talk to you about some of your activities while you were up in like
[02:39:28] Okay, specifically the rooms that you went into of the women and in touch in their
[02:39:35] feet.
[02:39:36] And before you tell me that you didn't do anything like that, I'm going to tell you
[02:39:38] just this is your one opportunity to be straightforward with me.
[02:39:41] Okay.
[02:39:42] I know that it was you because you left your fingerprints behind.
[02:39:45] According to victim statements on the nights of July 2nd and 3rd, Mark entered two
[02:39:49] separate rooms at the resort through unlocked sliding glass doors.
[02:39:54] One woman described waking up as her blankets were being lifted from her body.
[02:39:58] And all another was all my passion of someone rubbing her legs and feet.
[02:40:03] The officers were soon confronted Mark with more disturbing details from these incidents.
[02:40:09] But for now, they continue to question him about his deranged motive.
[02:40:13] So I don't understand why you did those things.
[02:40:16] I'm trying to understand.
[02:40:18] I've never met you.
[02:40:19] I don't know anything about you.
[02:40:21] So can you kind of explain it to me?
[02:40:23] just out of dumbness, just I don't know why I would do it. It was really
[02:40:28] steeping. Well, I'm not about that. I mean, I'm sure you can't appreciate it.
[02:40:31] Of course, you're like, there's a ton of women up there. Why those rooms?
[02:40:35] Why did you learn to those rooms? Well, you know, I really
[02:40:37] really mixed the thing that I was, I was out of dumbness that I did it.
[02:40:40] And I don't know why I would do it. Just a stupid thing. Okay.
[02:40:45] Um, to you. Yeah. How did you get into the rooms? I mean, how did you
[02:40:50] just, I guess, fix the room or decide? Well, because every room looks to
[02:40:53] The same I honestly did think they were like the rooms that I was going to come back
[02:40:56] into.
[02:40:57] But they all looked in that resort like they're all the same rooms that I just went
[02:41:02] in and just threw the back.
[02:41:05] Mark can't seem to decide whether he entered their rooms by mistake, or if he had a
[02:41:09] more nefarious purpose, thankfully, the officer gives no attention to his excuse.
[02:41:15] So, you're winning, and then the ladies explain to me that you were rubbing their legs
[02:41:20] in their feet. What's what's to deal with that? Just a dumb thing that I have,
[02:41:24] just a little fetish thing that I got going on. I don't know you're so
[02:41:27] split into me. Just explain it to me. No judgment. No, no, zero judgment.
[02:41:31] No, it's like a big thing that I got going on. It's like, it's like, like,
[02:41:34] some fetish won't call it. Okay. And it's stupid. I know it. Have you done anything
[02:41:39] like this before? No. Mark is quick to deny it, but is it will soon be revealed?
[02:41:45] This isn't the first time. His self-described foot fetish would land him in hot water with
[02:41:50] the police. For now, the officer attempts to figure out his state of mind and learned
[02:41:55] something that Mason just marks crimes are escalating.
[02:41:59] What was the draw or what was exciting about it for you? Was it the feet themselves? Was
[02:42:03] it the excitement of the, I shouldn't be doing this? What was it to deal with that?
[02:42:10] Obviously, I was almost like one year ago, the next step, you know, just, I don't know.
[02:42:17] What's the first step?
[02:42:18] Well, just like what I hear you say that you have a-
[02:42:21] Oh my god, grow.
[02:42:26] These spawns are gonna drive me crazy.
[02:42:35] What did I do to spawn on fucking Narnia every time?
[02:42:47] I just don't want to see a white boy with any motion now, think that the case.
[02:43:17] I ain't gonna die.
[02:44:17] I feel like I'm going to win this time on term will grow.
[02:46:11] It'd be in the... the rather out would it be in terminal or out of charcoal?
[02:46:36] It's all pretty out, let me out.
[02:47:36] It's time for you to go to the police station.
[02:47:39] I am going to the police station.
[02:48:36] Don't fuck this up, everyone is watching.
[02:48:46] I don't fuck it up.
[02:48:49] It is watching.
[02:49:12] All right, chat is staying minimized on my shit until I escaped from Target today.
[02:49:22] And I stepped too much.
[02:49:24] Just like, like, don't really just random, no.
[02:49:27] Like, bring it up.
[02:49:28] Is there, like, I don't know.
[02:49:30] Is there, like, this is right.
[02:49:32] It's just, well, it is, but I just, no one will be through the regular.
[02:49:36] Have you ever done, you know, like, that, like, still on shoes, taking shoes,
[02:49:40] Just thought I'd buy and choose someone because you're fine and all that."
[02:49:44] The officer isn't simply making an educated guess about his activities, while she's keeping
[02:49:49] her awareness of Mark's history close to the best for now, she'll soon explain what she
[02:49:54] knows about the case in shocking detail.
[02:49:57] In the meantime, as Officer Jenkins continues to question Mark, Officer Shultz decides to
[02:50:02] call in for backup to prevent an uncomfortable situation from unfolding when a family member
[02:50:07] to begin watching the encounter from a distance.
[02:50:10] Hey, can you ask a unit to me this over here?
[02:50:12] Yeah, we're going to be doing that here shortly.
[02:50:14] So we just like for a black and white.
[02:50:16] We got a family member that's out here just
[02:50:18] for the cover for us.
[02:50:19] So I'm going to be honest with you.
[02:50:20] I have no idea how I would be that.
[02:50:22] This is like a thing that I have gone on.
[02:50:24] And it's not not the right thing.
[02:50:26] Yeah.
[02:50:27] I don't know.
[02:50:27] I don't know.
[02:50:28] I don't really know what's going on.
[02:50:30] I mean, you're having to go thin with someone about.
[02:50:33] There's something to a therapist that, like,
[02:50:35] what have you done on a while?
[02:50:37] I mean, yeah, a few things, I'm trying to cook it where a little wristband and stuff
[02:50:42] just kind of cook with that situation.
[02:50:44] While the use of a wristband is a documented tactic used by some psychologists to mitigate
[02:50:49] unwanted behaviors, it's interesting to note that Mark does not appear to be wearing
[02:50:54] one.
[02:50:55] When you say you wear a wristband, it's like, well, it's just like, if I had to get into
[02:50:59] that stage, I'll normally, you know, try to wear it and then I'll sat me out of things
[02:51:02] doing, you know, weird things like that.
[02:51:05] Have you been doing weird things like that for some time?
[02:51:09] No, I'm not just watching, just watching,
[02:51:11] like I said, watching, just kind of,
[02:51:13] I don't speak with you.
[02:51:14] OK, yeah, see what you're talking with.
[02:51:15] Yeah, yeah.
[02:51:17] How long have you had the stuff that I've got?
[02:51:18] Right here.
[02:51:20] I'll see, like, all these other years.
[02:51:24] I don't know.
[02:51:24] How long is 26, right?
[02:51:26] 26?
[02:51:26] I've started before you were an adult.
[02:51:28] Yeah.
[02:51:29] How did you, I guess?
[02:51:30] I guess people just like had a real big, you know, like,
[02:51:33] I guess that's the first time that you remember having
[02:51:35] like, like, a big, big, big, big, big, big, big.
[02:51:37] Like, how did you discover it?
[02:51:39] I would say, no idea, I think I'm out of seeing something
[02:51:42] that I like to watch something like that.
[02:51:44] I think the stuff will be a strategy for a while.
[02:51:47] I just never want to know it.
[02:51:49] After gaining some insights into Mark's compulsions,
[02:51:52] the officer circles back to the incident that brought them
[02:51:54] to his front door and refers to an earlier statement he made
[02:51:58] that has some deeply unsettling implications.
[02:52:07] Amen!
[02:52:28] You're right.
[02:52:30] What's the matter?
[02:52:33] You can go further.
[02:52:35] The situation is not clear.
[02:52:37] The situation is not clear.
[02:52:39] If you don't want to leave, you'll get to the end.
[02:52:41] Your most important thing is to get to the end.
[02:52:45] The situation is clear.
[02:52:51] The situation is not clear.
[02:52:53] The situation is not clear.
[02:52:55] I have no idea what to do with this, but I'm not going to do it.
[02:52:59] I'm going to go to the other side, I'm going to the other side, I'm going to give you a question.
[02:53:03] Why don't we have a meeting with you?
[02:53:05] Why don't we have a meeting with you?
[02:53:08] Everything is clear, everything is clear.
[02:53:11] Okay, let's see.
[02:53:15] This is the run.
[02:53:18] Hello.
[02:53:28] Sorry.
[02:53:37] Hello?
[02:53:41] I think I can kill this guy no matter what.
[02:53:46] There
[02:53:57] We need to talk about this right now
[02:54:05] I didn't see him in all of them though, face shield
[02:54:12] And why is there another guy in here with me
[02:54:46] Okay, where's the closest gun? I know there's the one that's like lean and what I've ever had.
[02:54:56] Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
[02:55:01] I'll talk about this, bud.
[02:55:16] Oh my god I got him. I fucking got him. I fucking got him.
[02:55:31] Okay.
[02:56:01] I didn't even alt in no face shield.
[02:56:23] I'm not sure if I can kill him.
[02:56:53] That's the hell.
[02:57:16] Okay, last time it made me like aggro with these black division with the fuck as
[02:57:44] ago. But the first time I was here they'd ran at me, so I really don't know what
[02:57:50] to expect
[02:58:12] that's my shit in my shit
[02:58:20] Is that guy's stuff gonna be here?
[02:58:24] This guy's stuff might be here.
[02:58:29] Oh my god, no blockers in here.
[02:58:32] Oh, fuck.
[02:58:50] Oh yeah.
[02:58:57] There was this stuff being here.
[02:59:05] I don't know.
[02:59:45] I'm so locked.
[03:00:15] I just don't know if that's all the black to be sure.
[03:00:42] and is this guy's stuff in here
[03:01:12] I don't know if it's his stuff.
[03:01:16] I don't think any of this. Oh my god, all the stems. I can think of the stems, bro.
[03:01:24] And the mags. Oh my god.
[03:01:28] I says face shield, not here.
[03:01:32] and
[03:01:42] why is this official here and not on him
[03:01:48] Holy shit.
[03:02:08] Is that the kind of kids people would be bringing into this shit, bro? He was so sad.
[03:02:18] Oh god.
[03:02:40] I'm watching the fire.
[03:03:02] Oh shit.
[03:03:17] Oh my god.
[03:03:32] This is not using his fucking non-unfiled man to grow the fence from to the other home of God.
[03:03:53] The floor? Why is that?
[03:04:02] I should have run a bunch of S-shaped feld to this, right?
[03:04:26] All right, the key, my kit, we can take off the container and armoured drill.
[03:04:48] of
[03:05:04] everything's fine we're okay
[03:05:13] My kit, the key, the container.
[03:05:18] Need water, maybe I bring more food and water.
[03:05:22] All right.
[03:05:24] It's like two more ischress, fuck it.
[03:05:26] And then there's their water.
[03:05:28] Shit, is there water?
[03:05:32] I can drink the red cola.
[03:05:37] Okay, that's 23.
[03:05:38] I'm sure we have to find more water, right?
[03:05:43] Maybe that's it, this guy's armory set of mine.
[03:05:54] Just see how he's wearing it, shit.
[03:05:57] What, you know what?
[03:06:08] Oh, shoot!
[03:06:31] Oh, shoot!
[03:06:35] All right, Black division supposed to be your last time they work though.
[03:06:54] If I didn't think I ever get them, that'll certainly be so much time.
[03:06:57] Oh my god, he bounced it.
[03:07:05] one
[03:07:12] one
[03:07:15] as fast
[03:07:18] one
[03:07:20] perfect
[03:07:23] huge
[03:07:26] water
[03:07:30] I need to stab so push me.
[03:08:00] I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die!
[03:08:30] This is civilian. I'll load happens if we fill them. But I'm almost good.
[03:08:35] Yeah, I don't want this extra going, bro.
[03:08:39] It's just heavy.
[03:09:00] I almost shot 33 minutes is more than we got last time.
[03:09:16] I'm gonna take my time.
[03:09:46] Alright, I died up your last time.
[03:10:03] Okay, focus.
[03:11:03] I'm going to grab him.
[03:11:14] I'm going to kill you.
[03:11:24] I'm going to kill you.
[03:11:34] What?
[03:12:04] What the hell?
[03:12:19] I got him.
[03:12:32] Oh, who was this shit out here, right?
[03:12:39] Do I think it's in a different spot?
[03:12:43] No.
[03:12:45] Oh bro, I could be cooked.
[03:12:58] I could be absolutely cooked.
[03:13:00] It's not going to be the same area, bro.
[03:13:06] Oh shit.
[03:13:11] Oh no dude.
[03:13:21] Oh no.
[03:13:29] This is bad.
[03:13:54] We got to think.
[03:14:01] This is bad dude.
[03:14:04] Um...
[03:14:09] Um...
[03:14:15] It's got to be this area bro.
[03:14:18] Let's just search this area for me.
[03:14:21] It's not here?
[03:14:23] Anic.
[03:14:27] No way would be in like somewhere far away.
[03:14:29] There's just no way.
[03:14:34] Oh shit, now where could my explosives be?
[03:14:40] Hmm.
[03:14:43] Now where could my explosives be?
[03:14:51] Okay, I'm starting the panic.
[03:15:09] I'm panicking.
[03:15:11] I don't know what to do, bro.
[03:15:23] Ah, shit.
[03:15:28] Do the right here, bro.
[03:15:37] There's a little thing over here.
[03:15:55] I thought those blocks were in here. Come on.
[03:16:03] No. Oh no.
[03:16:08] Oh no.
[03:16:13] That's like on the box though, but it was in last time.
[03:16:20] Shit, you're looking beast.
[03:16:23] This is bad, not like in these trucks.
[03:16:49] I'll do it. I'm actually full panic right now. I didn't even think that this could be like a fucking dynamic thing, bro.
[03:17:00] I thought I just found them last time and I'm good.
[03:17:04] What about another chance to be seen in other tents?
[03:17:22] Wait, what if I had to run to the door first?
[03:17:33] And the main spawn in.
[03:18:03] Oh, this is fucked, the last week of the years, I don't see, I don't see, I don't see
[03:18:29] and here, I don't see, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't
[03:18:33] down there, we're also the shipy at noon, oh, fuck me man, I really don't know.
[03:19:03] I mean what?
[03:19:13] This is a brilliant thing.
[03:19:31] We backtrack and look for a sign, maybe.
[03:19:50] Ah, tent, a tent, a tent.
[03:19:56] A tent.
[03:20:01] Let's head.
[03:20:11] Oh, it's got to be in that area though, right?
[03:20:25] I'm wasting my time not going back to that area.
[03:20:55] What the hell are you doing?
[03:20:57] I'm just kidding.
[03:20:59] I'm just kidding.
[03:21:00] I'm just kidding.
[03:21:01] Oh, another tank over here, maybe.
[03:21:27] I just said, I think someone shall have a real ass, so I don't think it's over here.
[03:21:40] Let's go back to the area, dude, it's gotta be there.
[03:21:55] This area feels like I fucking distraction, this whole half feels like I'm just
[03:22:04] distraction.
[03:22:05] This is like black division spawns on, it feels like every time black division spawns
[03:22:15] This is where I need to go next.
[03:23:15] Maybe all one of these units.
[03:23:31] We'll be up yonder.
[03:24:01] I'm going to set that in bro.
[03:24:06] Oh, dude, if it's on the opposite side, I'm cut.
[03:24:19] Oh my god.
[03:24:22] Dude, 17 minutes.
[03:24:24] Oh my god.
[03:24:25] Come on.
[03:24:27] 10 minutes. Oh my god, come on. Holy shit. What was it doing there?
[03:24:42] You might be close to your guy.
[03:24:52] You need to bash the fuck up.
[03:25:00] Okay.
[03:25:05] I need to pop up both of it all.
[03:25:09] on the shape 12, in the pop in the shape 6, check my mag, remember where to fix the fucking
[03:25:20] thing at, put it weird, do I fix the thing at, or I can play with your god?
[03:25:32] I don't think these are scabs.
[03:25:40] I'm going to kill him.
[03:26:10] Oh, no.
[03:26:15] I don't want to fight him like that.
[03:26:25] Didn't I go left last time?
[03:26:28] There's a tool said I guess if I didn't bring this one of you there.
[03:26:32] The last time I went this way, bro.
[03:26:38] Oh, I didn't
[03:26:42] I'm gonna all be in confused
[03:26:52] I went in and up maybe
[03:26:56] Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
[03:26:59] Just walked in right here
[03:27:08] oh my friends hello
[03:27:37] this gambling that they're not in these things, bro, every time I go up, the thing was
[03:27:58] right here, right?
[03:28:06] Like, this is as far as I got last time I don't know what else to do.
[03:28:28] It's got to be super easy shit, right?
[03:28:36] If you're a door key, it's got to be like the last thing, no?
[03:28:41] A peer door key?
[03:28:42] You know what I'm thinking of everything in this set you have to do because you know,
[03:28:45] looking at a PM pistol or some shit.
[03:28:47] I'd be so classic dark off, you know, PM pistol believe.
[03:28:51] But they take your gun and you gotta kill somebody like it's a lot of work for a two campaign,
[03:28:55] but you only have a PM.
[03:28:56] the end.
[03:29:03] Your door key. Oh my god, it's like all the way around, isn't it?
[03:29:07] It's all the way back around the other way, isn't it?
[03:29:26] That shit's six, that shit's six.
[03:29:33] After run pass, this black division that I like was hiding from, I should have killed him
[03:29:41] the first time, bro.
[03:29:42] And there's black division up on the other side, cause I fall in the last time I did that.
[03:29:47] ah
[03:30:17] Oh my god, I thought that was like the vision.
[03:30:30] He's down.
[03:30:35] Boom!
[03:30:36] Okay.
[03:30:37] The low-frame, when you escape, I will get hobbies and celebration to classics with curly-
[03:30:42] I don't know if I'm really trying to find them right now, but I also don't know if...
[03:30:47] Or if I rush this too much, I...
[03:30:49] I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know how much I have to rush.
[03:30:51] It's low-key if I rush too much and try to blacken it into the massive thrill.
[03:30:59] I'm just gonna go fast and win.
[03:31:02] Easy.
[03:31:07] go fast and wait and I remember there was some up to the left up here last time
[03:31:32] but like further up maybe
[03:31:54] over here
[03:32:02] Oh
[03:32:22] Is this it
[03:32:27] Oh
[03:32:32] Oh
[03:32:43] Anyway, this is it right
[03:32:46] Where's the door?
[03:33:32] No, they're running away, bro.
[03:33:42] I should go without way.
[03:33:53] I thought I had to come back to this way. I'm not even need to go over there.
[03:33:59] Shit
[03:34:11] I must have to go at them real
[03:34:15] They wouldn't run that way if not right
[03:34:19] Seven minutes it's so over
[03:34:23] Why they'd run away dude?
[03:34:59] I'm not gonna be here.
[03:35:27] off it. No pushing please.
[03:35:37] Oh, watch to put my gun away. I thought we'd actually put my gun away bro.
[03:35:54] Oh my god.
[03:36:01] Where's the boat?
[03:36:07] Ooh.
[03:36:12] Hello.
[03:36:13] That's not a real guy.
[03:36:18] Oh, black division!
[03:36:37] No.
[03:36:39] No fucking way.
[03:36:49] That had to be the end.
[03:37:01] That was like the last guy.
[03:37:07] I almost did it.
[03:37:36] Please don't punch your desk, I get phantom pain and can feel it every time you do.
[03:37:46] Phantom pain.
[03:37:55] I can't believe that shit just happened.
[03:38:02] Another game restart.
[03:38:05] So that's got a fry or fucking like memory like leak and all that shit right
[03:38:11] internal
[03:38:13] Dude, I can't believe that just happened
[03:38:17] That was it, bro. I did it all blind
[03:38:23] And I knew the last one
[03:38:27] And now I figure back to shoreline
[03:38:35] You
[03:38:53] No way
[03:38:58] No way
[03:39:05] and
[03:39:31] you
[03:40:01] Oh my god, now I have to wait.
[03:40:18] I'm going to get some food while you guys watch this shit and I'll be right back.
[03:40:23] Entering their rooms and touching their feet and like that's this step what would be
[03:40:27] the next step after that.
[03:40:30] I mean, I'm not sure there's something going on with my one.
[03:40:34] There was there more that you were wanting to do that you didn't?
[03:40:38] No.
[03:40:40] Please forgive me.
[03:40:42] Personal nature of my questions that I know I'd be offered.
[03:40:45] I can speak to you now.
[03:40:46] If you've heard it's on me, it's part of I appreciate your honesty.
[03:40:49] I do know that.
[03:40:50] It's me.
[03:40:51] It's me.
[03:40:52] It's me.
[03:40:53] No.
[03:40:54] I've already stopped.
[03:40:55] When you were in the rooms of the women, there was some thought that attacked your
[03:41:00] f***ing green f***ing performance, or else it was just watching the
[03:41:03] version.
[03:41:04] Watching the touching, or herself?
[03:41:05] Yeah.
[03:41:06] Okay, touching yourself, okay.
[03:41:07] No, no, just watching, and watching that.
[03:41:10] Yeah.
[03:41:11] Okay, yeah.
[03:41:12] Mark struggles to get his story straight, and the officer isn't buying it.
[03:41:15] I was a mixture of the rules, you know, I was just wondering if I could have
[03:41:21] done this.
[03:41:22] And like this is a part where it was just be honest with each other. I don't think that she went into a random room. I don't think that you're in the guy's feet.
[03:41:31] No, I'm going to be honest with you. I don't think that you're in the guy's feet. So I think that you probably knew that it was a woman and I'm not judging you.
[03:41:38] I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry because it was so dark.
[03:41:41] So would you just randomly start checking doors and find one of the lockers or what?
[03:41:47] I'm having the time to tell them that I will answer, but I'm going to see if there's
[03:41:51] the answer.
[03:41:52] We have a lot of times you will probably be going into a woman's room, writing her feet
[03:41:57] and her legs, or trying to.
[03:42:00] This is all of her sound.
[03:42:02] Like first time I've done it like that.
[03:42:04] Mark's heavy emphasis on the word there is troubling to say the least.
[03:42:08] And that's the question.
[03:42:09] Was it really his first time?
[03:42:11] When you were up in Tahoe, I understand that how many times do I wear there?
[03:42:15] This twarks?
[03:42:16] did you try a to get into another room that the door was locked? There was actually three
[03:42:21] rooms. Just once that I went in. The one that was open.
[03:42:25] This would turn out to be a lie. Mark may have been stopped into one locked door, but it
[03:42:30] did little to slow him down as he brazenly broke into not one, but two other rooms.
[03:42:36] You went in the ones I went in. Okay, so two times and then only went in the ones that
[03:42:41] for opening.
[03:42:42] Yeah.
[03:42:43] Okay.
[03:42:44] Um, well, unfortunately, you kind of hit the nail on the head, going into a woman's room
[03:42:50] without their permission, touching them without their permission, and that's a crime.
[03:42:54] I'm sure you understand that.
[03:42:55] Yeah.
[03:42:56] I don't know why it would be like this.
[03:42:57] It's not a hear you.
[03:42:58] I hear you know what you're saying in the sounds to me like this is something you've
[03:43:00] been kind of battling for a long time.
[03:43:03] Yeah.
[03:43:04] Yeah.
[03:43:05] I'm your partner parents aware of the struggles that you are.
[03:43:07] They are doing their thing.
[03:43:08] Yeah.
[03:43:09] Do they know what you did in Toronto?
[03:43:10] Yes.
[03:43:11] Okay, when did you tell him what they found that I didn't tell him okay, they found out how did they find out
[03:43:18] It's my sister told them you know, it is this thing. I don't really
[03:43:23] They're making it out. Yeah, cuz through this house. Yeah
[03:43:27] Two sisters all the days yeah
[03:43:31] Mind you call me
[03:43:33] Why you make me drive all the way here? Why do you call me? Come on out scared and I get it and I
[03:43:39] And I understand me coming from, and unfortunately, you are going to have to set behind the
[03:43:44] accountable for your crimes.
[03:43:45] Okay.
[03:43:46] So I have a warrant for your arrest.
[03:43:47] I do appreciate your honesty, thank you for the conversation and I think that goes
[03:43:54] a long way to speak to the kind of man that you are.
[03:43:56] A lot of guys who just stand here, I don't know what I'm talking about right now.
[03:43:59] The discussion between Mark and Officer Jenkins is far from over, as he has more jaw-dropping
[03:44:05] confessions to share.
[03:44:07] In the meantime, Mark's father has seen the handcuffs go on and has finally decided to get
[03:44:11] closer to the situation.
[03:44:27] While Mark's father claims to be unaware of the events, what he says next reveal
[03:44:32] see knows more than he's letting on.
[03:44:34] So he entered the rooms at multiple women.
[03:44:38] So I have a warrant for his arrest.
[03:44:41] There's four different charges to our burglary, which is a felony in the state of Nevada.
[03:44:46] Well, you didn't steal anything.
[03:44:48] It doesn't matter.
[03:44:49] Burglary is not stealing.
[03:44:50] Burglary in the state of Nevada is defined as entering any structure with the intent to commit
[03:44:55] larcenate, assault, battery, or any other felony once inside.
[03:45:00] another person's body against their will is a battery. Okay, so that's included in this
[03:45:05] section of the temporary. Okay, and then battery and attempted battery. So there's four different
[03:45:11] charges. I'm sorry to, you know, sounds like these have been struggling this for quite some time. So
[03:45:16] unfortunately, I believe he's escalating a little bit. I know he's already seeing a counselor.
[03:45:22] He's going to tell me what he has in 10 a minute. Maybe we need to revisit that. But
[03:45:28] But it's going on.
[03:45:31] So I think that's the kind of for me when and so I've learned it.
[03:45:34] I kind of noticed when you're talking, you're trying to get into it and there's
[03:45:37] something like a, like, a, a, something, something, I have to do with it.
[03:45:41] No, he, um, so if you have prior, I don't know if you're aware of this history without
[03:45:45] a lot of this department, I don't remember.
[03:45:46] So I can't even show his office.
[03:45:48] He has prior contact during those contacts, their, their cases, um, there was, um,
[03:45:54] information given to me that maybe he had been, after taking someone
[03:45:57] in shoes or touching himself.
[03:46:00] According to the Atwater Police Department, Mark was suspected of stealing women's shoes from
[03:46:05] porches and garages in his neighborhood, leading to one sergeant giving him the nickname,
[03:46:10] the shoe bandit.
[03:46:12] But this won't be the only shoe-related incident as a report will reveal later.
[03:46:17] I do think that he has fetish that's kind of got the better of them and he's having
[03:46:22] some decision-making issues in its exploiting.
[03:46:26] We're going from looking at feed, looking at shoes,
[03:46:30] stealing some shoes, and now we're touching people
[03:46:33] and break the answer rooms, right?
[03:46:35] Well, Mark, weights and handcuffs,
[03:46:37] the second unit officer, Schultz, requested,
[03:46:39] has still not arrived.
[03:46:41] Hey, Schultz from Douglas County again.
[03:46:43] Hey, Schultz, you know, we're code for it
[03:46:46] with one in custody.
[03:46:48] It's, could one of your units transport him for us?
[03:46:51] Or do we need to transport him to your facility?
[03:46:55] There's a 20 plus ETA or 14 minutes out from the facilities you want to just go.
[03:47:00] Yeah, I can see it.
[03:47:01] You want to just put them in the room.
[03:47:04] I'm up to you.
[03:47:05] All right.
[03:47:06] Yeah, that sounds good.
[03:47:07] While letting us suspect sit in the front seat beside the arresting officer
[03:47:11] as unusual, it's the following conversation that takes place between the two that
[03:47:15] will surely raise a few eyebrows.
[03:47:18] I'm not going to attack you all like drive race.
[03:47:20] Well, you say that, but I've had people attack me while I was driving.
[03:47:24] So I just want to make sure that that's not to do no, you've been a perfect gentleman and I appreciate that. Thank you.
[03:47:31] What? All right. We're doing my driver. His promise is not going to attack you on driving.
[03:47:40] I don't know. People do silly things.
[03:47:42] As the conversation continues, the questions from officer Jenkins, we are more and more into deeply unsettling territory.
[03:47:49] If the women have spoken up, did you have a plan as to what you're doing through that?
[03:47:56] After, yeah, just be. Just be in it.
[03:48:00] Did you have a thought or a fantasy of how it might go with your mind?
[03:48:07] Oh, no, really.
[03:48:10] Did it bother you at all that, like, being received the next summer husband?
[03:48:18] laying in both instances, the women were not alone.
[03:48:22] When one victim nudged her husband awake, he reported saying that shadowy figure at the
[03:48:26] foot of their bed.
[03:48:27] After shouting at the unknown person, he then chased him through the sliding door, but lost
[03:48:32] side of him shortly after.
[03:48:34] I guess, but I'm not specifically that I was going to put the neighbor next to someone
[03:48:38] that had anything to do with it.
[03:48:41] But I guess wasn't quite exciting for you that way because I was a little more scary.
[03:48:47] So what part of it was exciting for you was it the entry the room secretly was it the actual feet in waves
[03:48:54] and being able to touch them or what was the most interesting favorite
[03:49:03] There are a particular type of feet or lights that you like
[03:49:11] I'm really going just like ones that are nice, you know, nice and green
[03:49:17] I can't see. I've ever watched it.
[03:49:27] What the fuck is this stuff?
[03:49:29] I don't know what the thing is.
[03:49:31] It's not a fucking big.
[03:49:33] It's a fucking big thing.
[03:49:35] Okay.
[03:49:36] All right.
[03:49:37] Can I have a try?
[03:49:38] Yeah, I'll try it.
[03:49:39] I'll go.
[03:49:40] Can I enjoy it?
[03:49:41] Yeah.
[03:49:42] With a consenting burden?
[03:49:44] Yeah.
[03:49:45] The officer's line of questioning is far from over and there's still one important question about his behavior she has yet to ask.
[03:49:56] Do you think you're able to stop?
[03:49:58] I mean honestly.
[03:49:59] If I have a partner maybe.
[03:50:01] Did what?
[03:50:02] Have you been in like a committed relationship where that was a thing?
[03:50:06] No.
[03:50:07] So you're not sure.
[03:50:08] I've never actually like done that.
[03:50:11] after his identity in this case was revealed to the public, one woman came forward with a troubling
[03:50:29] story about an interaction with Mark on the website, offerup.com. The truth of the matter has
[03:50:35] not been verified, and the statements made by this individual only reflect their opinion.
[03:50:41] According to her statement, Mark was interested in purchasing a pair of high-heeled shoes
[03:50:45] from her, but first, requested she put the shoes on and take pictures of her feet.
[03:50:50] She refused and immediately ceased all communication with him.
[03:50:54] Nine other postings on his seller profile showed that Mark was attempting to sell or give
[03:50:59] away various pairs of women's sandals, flip flops, and high heels, which may be what prompts
[03:51:04] officer Jenkins to ask the following question. Is there a particular type of shoe that you want?
[03:51:09] Open toe shoes. Okay. Anything open to it?
[03:51:12] So that's not an intellect that the post-today would go on.
[03:51:16] Right. So you gotta be able to see the feet.
[03:51:18] Yeah. Okay.
[03:51:19] Have you ever had the compulsions to hurt?
[03:51:22] No.
[03:51:23] Feet or anything like that.
[03:51:26] Or did you have any thought of hurting the women when you were touching their feet in life?
[03:51:31] No.
[03:51:32] Okay.
[03:51:33] Finally, arriving at the Mercedes Police Department, the officers prepared to take
[03:51:37] Mark in for processing.
[03:51:39] Ironically, a routine procedure will end up giving Mark a taste of his own medicine.
[03:51:49] While it's impossible to know what Mark may have been planning to do next, it's clear
[03:51:53] that his unsettling obsession was taking a dangerous turn.
[03:51:57] Shortly after his arrest in at Water California, Mark Anthony Gonzalez was
[03:52:01] was extradited to Nevada to face charges where the crime occurred.
[03:52:05] He pleaded guilty to two counts of felony burglary and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
[03:52:10] In addition, in order to pay the family's arrest attrition in the amount of $435,
[03:52:16] he was later transferred back to his home state, where he remains incarcerated
[03:52:20] at the substance abuse treatment facility in state prison in Corker and California.
[03:52:25] It will be eligible for parole, no sooner than February of 232.
[03:52:38] David Russell Williams enrolled in the Royal Clinic.
[03:52:51] Ice and made headphones?
[03:52:55] So, you remember like a year ago, when Dyson came out with these things, the Dyson Headphones
[03:53:11] combo, wearable, air purifier, nightmare gadget.
[03:53:15] I tested them, I reviewed them, I gave it a chance, and up still being the single dumbest
[03:53:20] product I've ever reviewed.
[03:53:22] still is. So imagine my surprise, when Dyson unveils a new product a year later, and it's just headphones.
[03:53:29] It's just like they removed the stupid air purifier part and left behind the giant metal pair of Dyson headphones that were kind of overshadowed last time.
[03:53:40] This is them. And they are $500. So yeah, of course, I'm going to give them a shot.
[03:53:46] Because, you know, all the off-chance that someone out there was turned off by the super-spreader air filter thing,
[03:53:51] but was still intrigued by the idea of a pair of super-high-end dyson active noise canceling headphones.
[03:53:57] I'm dedicated to giving you the fair shake, and the thing is, the thing is, it might not seem to make much sense,
[03:54:03] until you consider that AirPods Max also exist. In fact, the more you compare them,
[03:54:09] the more it feels like dyson just saw AirPods Max just getting dusty sitting in the corner,
[03:54:14] no updates after four years, still has a lightning port,
[03:54:18] still super heavy, just unchanged,
[03:54:21] and still getting sales at $550.
[03:54:25] And thought, okay, well, surely that audience
[03:54:28] is looking for an alternative, right?
[03:54:30] And when you put them side by side,
[03:54:31] it becomes actually pretty clear to me
[03:54:33] that what Dyson seems to have done
[03:54:35] is aimed to basically one up Apple headphones
[03:54:37] in as many ways as they possibly could.
[03:54:39] While still being in the same exact category
[03:54:42] of huge, heavy, no-scancing headphones.
[03:54:46] So like I said, these things retail at 500 bucks,
[03:54:49] but that is 50 bucks cheaper than Apple's.
[03:54:51] It has replaceable ear cups for 50 bucks a piece.
[03:54:54] Blue they're not, that also undercuts Apple.
[03:54:56] The rated battery life is 55 hours,
[03:54:59] which is just dramatically better
[03:55:00] and more than doubles, AirPods Max is 20 hours.
[03:55:03] Also, Dyson's headphones work the same
[03:55:05] on both iPhone and Android.
[03:55:07] And of course, he's also have a real off button.
[03:55:10] So yeah, but anyway, I think I have to start with the fact that these headphones are somehow heavier, even than apples.
[03:55:19] These are the heaviest headphones I've ever tested 451 grams, which is not great on paper, but the thing that they at least do well is they kind of they distribute it well across your head.
[03:55:32] Now, everything on these headphones is metal, like not just the ear clips, but also the hinges, the top band, and then basically just this top cushion is super soft.
[03:55:42] The left and right ones actually aren't super soft, even though they look the same, and that's because they've put batteries in here.
[03:55:48] So the weight now is actually higher off of the ear cups, which is how they manage to be, I'd say just as comfortable as AirPods Max.
[03:55:56] They feel different, but not a high bar.
[03:55:58] They're still super heavy.
[03:55:59] It's just they're not super uncomfortable
[03:56:02] for sitting around and passively listening for a while.
[03:56:05] And honestly, there's actually a lot of interesting,
[03:56:07] sometimes clever design with these headphones.
[03:56:10] The main one really being these interchangeable back plates
[03:56:13] and ear cushions.
[03:56:14] I'll get to how the sound don't worry.
[03:56:15] But these ear cups are a quarter twist
[03:56:19] and unlock away from being totally replaceable.
[03:56:23] And then these back materials is just a cap
[03:56:27] that is also a quarter twist away from being
[03:56:31] totally replaceable as well.
[03:56:32] So they can both be replaced with different colors
[03:56:35] and then you can mix and match different combos
[03:56:37] of ear cups and back plates.
[03:56:39] Now you don't actually get like a bunch of these
[03:56:41] with the headphones, like I said, they're 50 bucks a pair.
[03:56:44] So basically when you go to their website,
[03:56:46] you choose between these four base color combos
[03:56:49] and I'd say choose wisely
[03:56:51] because then any extras you want,
[03:56:53] you got to pay for. So you might have seen what people were doing a few years ago
[03:56:56] with like mixing and matching different ear cup colors with AirPods Max. Dyson
[03:56:59] basically, I think, saw this, but took it to the next logical level and just
[03:57:04] said, alright, we'll build it right in as a future and up so you. And it's, it
[03:57:08] fine. It works. Is it a bit of a gimmick? Kind of, yeah, sure. But you can also
[03:57:13] tell they put in real work with the lock and twist mechanisms. So they don't
[03:57:17] come off easily, but you can also always unlock and swap out a new cap, which
[03:57:22] have lots of different finishes by the way.
[03:57:24] There's the aluminum one, which is really shiny and metallic, but the colored ones have
[03:57:27] like a matte finish.
[03:57:29] They almost look like a color wear collab.
[03:57:31] Another clever little design thing, and this actually comes from the previous Tyson headphones,
[03:57:36] is that it's clever little joystick on the back, on the back right hand side.
[03:57:39] This is almost all of the physical controls for these headphones.
[03:57:43] And it's great because it has a bunch of functionality.
[03:57:45] You can press in to play pause.
[03:57:48] You can go up or down for volume, left or right moves you through tracks, and it sticks
[03:57:53] out so it's easy to find and blind.
[03:57:55] You don't even have to see it.
[03:57:56] Then the only other physical control is double tapping the left ear cup to turn on and
[03:58:01] off noise cancellation or transparency mode.
[03:58:03] Unfortunately, this control is extremely finicky and only works like 50% of the time,
[03:58:11] which sounds insane until you realize this is not a touch surface.
[03:58:17] it's just a cap on top of the headphones.
[03:58:20] So I imagine it's some sort of like four sensor,
[03:58:23] so you like really have to smack the headphones to change it.
[03:58:28] Yeah, that's not great.
[03:58:29] But a couple other small observations,
[03:58:30] but the chime that plays when you first put them on,
[03:58:35] is there so no more about every time?
[03:58:38] I don't know why, please turn that down.
[03:58:40] But then these headphones also only twist in one direction.
[03:58:44] So that way, that's how you get them
[03:58:46] to fold flat, although they don't actually
[03:58:50] totally fold at all.
[03:58:52] So to bring them with you, you need this.
[03:58:57] This is the case.
[03:58:58] I mean, I guess you don't need this case,
[03:58:59] but this is when it comes with.
[03:59:00] This is it's basically two flat boards
[03:59:03] of silicon connected by some elastic.
[03:59:06] They kind of just push the headphones down right in there.
[03:59:08] You do have to shrink them down a little bit.
[03:59:10] And there is one pocket near the top for any cables
[03:59:12] you want to take with you.
[03:59:14] Sure, that's fine.
[03:59:15] These headphones also have on-head detections, so they can automatically play when you
[03:59:19] put them on and then automatically pause whatever listening to when you take them off.
[03:59:23] Pretty standard for high-end headphones, and they also have multi-point, multi-device connectivity.
[03:59:28] So I have these paired to both my iPhone and my Pixel at the same time.
[03:59:32] And the Dyson app is pretty solid.
[03:59:34] It lets you change ANC modes, and it still does that real-time thing where it shows you
[03:59:40] like a graph of the last 30 seconds of how loud it is outside the headphones versus
[03:59:45] how loud it is inside the headphones. So you can see that delta when you have nice
[03:59:48] cancellation on. Find cool, I guess. It's not the most useful feature in the world,
[03:59:52] but it's still cool to look at once and a while. But then of course, how do they sound?
[03:59:57] They're headphones after all. That's what people want to know. So as your resident
[04:00:01] non-audio file, but someone who has listened to a lot of headphones,
[04:00:06] these sound solid, but not amazing. I actually did listen to a lot of back-to-back with the
[04:00:14] the AirPods Max, because that feels like the appropriate comparison here, and the AirPods
[04:00:19] sound better in basically every single genre, but by like 10 to 25%. And you can play with
[04:00:26] the EQ in the Dyson app, but there's only three presets. So there's neutral. That is a
[04:00:32] flatest, most honest representation. It is actually surprisingly neutral, and hands sounds
[04:00:37] closest to AirPods Max, and it's pretty good. That's my personal favorite for listening to music.
[04:00:42] There's nice big, ranged, deep sub base, and then still has crisp, detailed nids and highs.
[04:00:47] And then base boost sounds horrible, but it does what it says if you're into that.
[04:00:52] I think the struggle really is mostly to create like an open, like wide-feeling sound stage.
[04:00:57] The inside of the earcups actually is pretty shallow. It's legit touching my ear with the fabric.
[04:01:01] So it's just not the widest sound stage, and there isn't as much instrument separation as I was hoping for.
[04:01:07] But in general, they sound like any other rock solid B plus noise cancelling headphones would for around like a $300 price point.
[04:01:15] There are also 8 microphones all the way around for active noise cancellation, and they are decently good at getting rid of some white noise,
[04:01:22] but they are not the strongest. Like Sony's, Bose, and AirPods all cancel way more background noise,
[04:01:28] and then the transparency mode is okay. The real strength of these headphones, if you must know,
[04:01:33] is definitely the battery life.
[04:01:35] What they've done with, like, getting the battery
[04:01:36] cleverly on the band instead of resting on your ears,
[04:01:41] made a surprisingly big difference,
[04:01:42] and it's a lot of battery, this battery life is amazing.
[04:01:45] Like, I've only had to charge it once
[04:01:47] during this super heavy use of, like,
[04:01:49] we can have testing I've been doing.
[04:01:52] Yeah, like, 50 plus hours with ANC on is, like, world beating.
[04:01:57] So, great battery life.
[04:01:58] Plus they actually have an off button,
[04:02:00] which they can't all say they do.
[04:02:02] But at the end of the day, these are still Dyson headphones
[04:02:05] like why do these exist?
[04:02:06] That's that's the real question
[04:02:08] that I've been wondering this whole time testing them.
[04:02:11] And I think the obvious business 101 answer
[04:02:14] is Dyson spent real R&D money making this stupid
[04:02:20] pair of headphones that have an air filter attached to them
[04:02:23] and figured they might as well get their money's worth
[04:02:26] and also ship something that might have a little bit
[04:02:28] of a larger addressable market, which is just headphones.
[04:02:32] Now there's headphones. So if you aim these squarely at AirPods Max, which is what I did,
[04:02:38] I feel like that's the closest thing to them, then they don't seem as ridiculous. I mean,
[04:02:43] they're built just as well. They have much more clever, interesting customization going on.
[04:02:50] They have decent sound. They also have like a solid physical controls and they're much better with
[04:02:55] battery. So yeah, I guess some sort cheaper than make sense, but however, if you compare them to
[04:03:02] basically any other high-end normal pair of noise canceling headphones in the 350 range from any of the other majors,
[04:03:12] then yeah, these are a price. I apologize for that. It's 2130, right? That's the verdict.
[04:03:17] 2130Q.
[04:03:25] you
[04:03:55] When forensic health professionals evaluate stocking, four essential items are taken into consideration
[04:04:14] of the nature of the relationship between the stocker and the victim, the stocker's motivations,
[04:04:19] The psychological, psychopathological, and social realities of the stalker, and the psychological
[04:04:25] and social vulnerabilities of the victim.
[04:04:27] The subject of this episode is 25-year-old Stephen McDaniel, and to gain a deeper understanding
[04:04:32] of the foregoing components, we have to extract certain elements to the knowledge of hindsight.
[04:04:38] The evolution of technology over the past two decades has made forensic investigations considerably
[04:04:43] more efficient.
[04:04:44] Two of the items on this list can now be examined through a single component, which would
[04:04:48] But otherwise take forensics weeks or even months to conduct an previous era.
[04:04:53] And that component is the internet, or more specifically, internet search history.
[04:04:58] The disclosure of web browser data is often a crucial piece of evidence for building
[04:05:02] a case, as it can unveil many aspects of a suspect's personality that would otherwise
[04:05:07] be kept hidden.
[04:05:08] And this is sometimes far more effective than anything else presented in court, including
[04:05:12] information extracted during a full confession.
[04:05:15] Without going into specific detail, a large majority of the subject's time was spent watching
[04:05:20] porn that surrounded the theme of violence and torture.
[04:05:22] He would always let back to back to back searches of how to commit sexual assaults.
[04:05:26] Look at his face.
[04:05:27] Oh my God!
[04:05:28] To forensics, this is an overt sign of desensitization to sexual activity.
[04:05:36] Excessive exposure to online pornography can have this effect over time.
[04:05:40] It can build up a tolerance to the traditional idea of sex.
[04:05:43] Therefore, the subject may continue a more potent form of stimuli to get the same
[04:05:47] rush.
[04:05:48] For Stephen McDaniel, this began with watching abstract material on the internet and eventually
[04:05:53] led him to planning and then carrying out what he saw on screen.
[04:05:57] His target was 24-year-old Lauren Gittings, his next door neighbor of three years, and
[04:06:02] this takes us to item four of the forensic checklist.
[04:06:06] With respect to social vulnerabilities, the victim essentially had none.
[04:06:10] Lauren was outgoing and extremely popular.
[04:06:12] She was a well-liked member of her community and had a strong social support system.
[04:06:17] With relation to psychological vulnerabilities, the term, perceptual naivety would potentially
[04:06:22] come to light during a forensic investigation.
[04:06:25] Steven had asked her out on a date within six months of their acquaintance, which was
[04:06:29] reportedly only the second time they had ever spoke.
[04:06:32] Lauren declined, but stated she would like to remain friends, which was only her being
[04:06:36] courteous in trying to soften the blow of rejection.
[04:06:39] She would later tell her actual friends that Stephen made her feel extremely uneasy and
[04:06:44] was uncomfortable to be around.
[04:06:45] It may have seemed like a non-essential observation at the time, but in hindsight, it
[04:06:50] appears that her instinctive senses were trying to tell her something.
[04:06:53] Lauren had told her friends multiple times that she felt someone had been inside her apartment,
[04:06:58] and she also started getting an eerie vibe when she came back alone, especially late
[04:07:02] at night.
[04:07:03] It was as though she could sense something wasn't right, and she even thought about moving
[04:07:07] multiple times.
[04:07:08] But unfortunately never went through with it.
[04:07:10] The reality was that Stephen McDaniel had stolen a master's key from a security guard
[04:07:15] and let himself enter her apartment and looked around on several occasions.
[04:07:19] He also started filming her when she would leave and return to her apartment during all
[04:07:23] hours of the day.
[04:07:24] Had Lauren been in this situation before, or even knew anyone that had, she may have trusted
[04:07:29] her intuition and unknowingly saved herself from a tragic fate, but that's the key word.
[04:07:34] Trust, she had no proof of the danger she was in, only conviction, which unfortunately
[04:07:39] wasn't strong enough when it was most needed.
[04:07:58] Stephen McDaniel snuck into Lauren's apartment once more.
[04:08:01] Only this time she was sleeping inside, as he crept into her bedroom, she awoke and immediately panicked once she saw the intruder.
[04:08:08] McDaniel then pounced on top of her and proceeded to strangle her for roughly 15 minutes.
[04:08:14] Lauren put up a courageous mind on that her attacker's face in chest, but she was eventually overpowered and died of hisphyxiation.
[04:08:22] After the murder, Steve was in the face.
[04:08:24] Lauren's body in the bathtub with a hacksaw.
[04:08:26] He cut his victim into five pieces.
[04:08:29] Was each piece in a trash bag, and then dispose of each of them in separate trash cans around campus?
[04:08:35] Three days later, Lawrence concerned friends would arrive at her apartment and let themselves in with a separate trash cans around campus is fucking insane, by the way.
[04:08:45] Keith.
[04:08:46] Medanio would notice from his window and invited himself inside as he offered to help.
[04:08:51] All of her belongings were still inside, including her cell phone, driver's license, and passport.
[04:08:56] A missing person's report was filed that night.
[04:08:59] A search party commenced the next morning and police would discover the victim's torso at 9.40am.
[04:09:04] It was placed in a trashcan next to the apartment complex.
[04:09:08] The rest of the victim's remains were never recovered.
[04:09:10] The investigation was then switched from a missing person to murder.
[04:09:14] Police canvas the surrounding area and began conducting interviews with neighbors and classmates.
[04:09:19] One of whom was Stephen McDaniel.
[04:09:21] But he was first interviewed by the local news and at the time was unaware that part of the victims' remains had been discovered.
[04:09:27] Um, we're just trying to find out where she is at this point.
[04:09:31] I mean, no one has seen her since Saturday, and the last time I made one hurt from her was an email that she sent out,
[04:09:38] and no one's hurt from her sense.
[04:09:41] Well, kind of person was she, I mean, how did you like to see?
[04:09:44] She's nice as can be.
[04:09:45] I mean, very personable, very much feet first.
[04:09:48] Do you know anybody that?
[04:09:50] And the enemies you're not a part of something that I want to hurt her?
[04:09:52] No.
[04:09:53] I mean, we, we just don't know where she is.
[04:09:55] What about in the parking lot area? I know there's been doing a lot of activities for
[04:10:00] their cover cover, we've got here, whatever they recover from there.
[04:10:03] How do you know, if you had to see anything there?
[04:10:07] I mean we don't know if this is a big person.
[04:10:12] We don't want to mean like, get the power body there earlier.
[04:10:15] Oh, ladies and gentlemen.
[04:10:16] That's all we're gonna have to do.
[04:10:18] They know who did that.
[04:10:19] This is most likely a genuine reaction disguised as another. He is most likely feeling
[04:10:37] a sense of fear and shock over the fact that substantial peace of evidence has been discovered,
[04:10:42] yet he plays it off as a feeling of sorrow over the loss of his supposed friend.
[04:10:46] Yeah, how about anyone that would want to further choose?
[04:10:50] There's a nice person, as there he is.
[04:11:00] Question moving, if you don't get hurt,
[04:11:02] she was going to be moving out.
[04:11:16] Well, I spawn far as shit.
[04:11:36] I can't believe I just did the whole last hurmule and died in the last fucking part, dude.
[04:11:41] I can't believe it.
[04:12:41] the
[04:12:49] good
[04:13:03] why do I always fall on the opposite side, bro?
[04:13:11] All right, a 1185 raise this crazy.
[04:13:41] He was interviewed by police at 11.50 a.m. and offered to help in any way he could.
[04:14:03] Yet came across as fidgety and apprehensive the entire time.
[04:14:07] There were two highlighted moments of the interview.
[04:14:09] The first was when Stephen asserted that he was a virgin, saving himself for marriage.
[04:14:13] The second was when the detective discovered scratch marks on his face and stomach,
[04:14:18] which he asserted were done by himself and his sleep.
[04:14:20] He at that point, unknowingly began to be seen as a
[04:14:25] Oh, I had it, too.
[04:14:55] I'm sure I'm not using over and four
[04:15:10] I'm gonna have to use a normal M4
[04:15:25] or an AK12
[04:15:53] new AK12 with 60's. What is this shit?
[04:16:23] You
[04:16:53] This is so much a 7 and 40 row.
[04:17:23] You
[04:17:53] He card evidence, gun ammo, deals, something like that, okay.
[04:18:23] you
[04:18:53] you
[04:19:23] He came the prime suspect and was asked if police could search his apartment, Stephen reluctantly
[04:19:39] accepted and was then transported back to the complex with four other investigators.
[04:19:43] While searching his apartment, they discovered a collection of swords, guns, toilet rolls,
[04:19:48] thought piled provisions as if he was expecting an apocalyptic event, and a mask made out
[04:19:53] of women's underwear. The most significant discovery, however, was a pack of condoms. Stephen
[04:19:58] was asked why he would have such an item in his possession if he was staying celibate
[04:20:02] before marriage. At which point, he miraculously confessed to stealing them from another
[04:20:06] apartment. This gave the detectives probable cause for arrest, and Stephen was placed in handcuffs
[04:20:12] and brought back to the police station. His interrogation began.
[04:20:15] How those damn you are?
[04:20:16] Yeah.
[04:20:17] All right, brothers.
[04:20:19] All right, brothers.
[04:20:20] All right, brothers.
[04:20:21] All right.
[04:20:22] I was going to ask you a few more questions.
[04:20:28] You came down earlier tonight, meeting the talk, talk, all right.
[04:20:33] You don't have any weapons all you do.
[04:20:35] That's just you are.
[04:20:36] What's wrong?
[04:20:37] You know what will take the pilots in, right?
[04:20:40] Yes.
[04:20:41] Do you remember?
[04:20:42] The monotone dialogue and lifeless demeanor you see here reportedly started on the drive back to the police station and their suspects
[04:21:00] Condupped throughout the entire procedure is not only mystifying, but almost impressive. This is one of the most extraordinary pieces of interrogation footage to ever reach the public domain
[04:21:10] I think you know about this girl right here, you know? Who is it?
[04:21:18] One of the games. She lived next door to you? Yes.
[04:21:23] One's last time you sang her. Two or three weeks ago.
[04:21:28] Okay. Was your friends with Lauren? Yes.
[04:21:32] Look at me talking, son. Okay.
[04:21:34] The Suspect has morphed himself into this abnormal and extremely creepy character, whether it's a strategy or some sort of mental breakdown is unclear.
[04:21:43] But what's incredible is that it somewhat dictates the pace of the interrogation
[04:21:47] that Detective has just closed the distance and commanded eye contact, both of which are recognized techniques to increase psychological pressure.
[04:21:55] Yet the absurdly haunting manner in which the Suspect turns his head and fixes his gaze,
[04:22:00] Unnerbs that he teched him to the point where he becomes the one to look away and reset his posture.
[04:22:05] This essentially never happens in interrogations, as it can give the suspect an incredible boost and confidence.
[04:22:30] Yeah, the executive steps back from his initially aggressive strategy.
[04:22:33] He asks trivial questions for 35 seconds before attempting to ramp up the pressure in a more subtle manner.
[04:22:39] And you've lived next to Lauren for a long time?
[04:22:42] Yes.
[04:22:43] You know where she's at tonight?
[04:22:46] No.
[04:22:47] No.
[04:22:48] Maybe you ever say it with that dress on?
[04:22:51] No.
[04:22:52] You have no idea where she's at?
[04:22:56] No.
[04:22:57] Yes.
[04:23:04] Dude, how many times am I going to spawn on this side of the fucking map?
[04:23:13] I'm getting sick of this.
[04:23:17] It's every single time.
[04:23:57] Bring it.
[04:24:18] for it.
[04:25:48] all right I know where everything is I know where they fucking oh shit
[04:26:18] oh my god I don't know where you were in your all that
[04:27:48] I'm gonna be safe about this.
[04:27:53] That dude shot 60 rounds, bro.
[04:28:18] the amount of ammo
[04:28:44] Wow
[04:28:48] I hope that dude wasn't on my shit because I was totally reading a fucking text, bro.
[04:29:18] You
[04:29:48] You
[04:30:18] I may as well just bring another mag instead of extra bullets.
[04:30:47] Here, this is the rate where I spawn in next to this shit.
[04:31:06] Or short.
[04:31:17] You're so good.
[04:31:30] You're so good.
[04:31:47] Just tell me what happened, bro.
[04:32:03] I don't know.
[04:32:04] Well, where's she at?
[04:32:05] I need you.
[04:32:06] I'm asking you for your help.
[04:32:08] I'm a detective.
[04:32:10] I'm asking you for your help.
[04:32:12] Can you help?
[04:32:14] I don't know.
[04:32:16] What do you mean you don't know?
[04:32:18] You can help a friend out.
[04:32:20] I don't know what you mean.
[04:32:22] I need to know what I want to tell you.
[04:32:24] I don't know.
[04:32:25] Do you think care that no one can bug?
[04:32:28] Yes.
[04:32:32] I mean, I don't want to do you?
[04:32:33] Yes.
[04:32:46] What's up with the pair on the word that was in your apartment?
[04:32:51] That it was like a mask.
[04:32:53] It was cut out like a mask, dude.
[04:32:55] You cut on the word out a little like a mask?
[04:32:58] No.
[04:32:59] Are you a knife collector or a knife person?
[04:33:02] No.
[04:33:03] You just like knives?
[04:33:05] I used to collect some swords.
[04:33:07] Do you know your swords?
[04:33:09] Yeah.
[04:33:10] And to sell and try to get some swords?
[04:33:12] Yeah.
[04:33:13] Is that how long will it look? What the long hair the last time you sang her? Yes, let's do that best as she looks. Yes
[04:33:28] How many her there's a name that you said you're talking normal? We'll still want to know why you act on like this. I need to know
[04:33:37] Wow, I'll sit here after all this
[04:33:43] earlier today we sit here and talk and now you're acting like you don't know
[04:33:50] let's go home
[04:33:58] when something happens I'm telling you
[04:34:04] why are you shutting down why are you not talking to me
[04:34:09] I don't know.
[04:34:10] You don't know? Are you scared?
[04:34:12] No.
[04:34:13] I mean, you're not scared, all right?
[04:34:18] No.
[04:34:20] Steven is the meaner, doesn't waver for the first 20 minutes, so that you take to eventually
[04:34:25] take some more distinctly aggressive approach. He attacks the subject's character to see if it
[04:34:29] might coax him out of the act and into defending his dignity.
[04:34:33] You got your ass on that fucking news.
[04:34:36] And stood out there and gave them media report that her mother saw about her
[04:34:44] missing daughter and you won't be to sit there telling that you don't know.
[04:34:51] Tell what you want me to tell, because you're all over the news.
[04:34:59] You sure stood out there and ran your mouth to the news media.
[04:35:02] And now you're going to get out here and you don't fucking know.
[04:35:07] You know, you're just a sorry piece of shit that don't give a fuck.
[04:35:14] Right?
[04:35:16] Well, why don't you tell them me to everything?
[04:35:20] Do you need to see what you told them me to do today?
[04:35:23] It was on the land of clock meds.
[04:35:25] Well, I'm asking you.
[04:35:27] Tell me, I want to know.
[04:35:30] I don't know where she is.
[04:35:32] Bro is getting close.
[04:35:33] She told the media.
[04:35:38] You didn't stay in the front of camera and say,
[04:35:40] I don't know.
[04:35:41] I don't know.
[04:35:43] I don't know.
[04:35:51] I need you to tell me what you want me to tell her mother.
[04:35:55] I know that I want to ask you another thing.
[04:35:57] I'm not going to tell her mother that you don't know, because her mother saw you on the news tonight,
[04:36:03] and she cried all the way down the lake.
[04:36:07] Because you had to bowels, you get on the news, and tell everybody every time.
[04:36:12] So this little act that you're doing right now, I work a little may.
[04:36:18] So you just snap out of it, and tell me what they know about them.
[04:36:23] So we can live all.
[04:36:26] How about you not know?
[04:36:31] I'm a time machine on site.
[04:36:37] If you did something, that you regret.
[04:36:43] You didn't know.
[04:36:47] I didn't.
[04:36:49] What did I know?
[04:36:52] Whether it was planned or not, the second detective enters the room with a similar strategy of immediate aggression.
[04:36:58] Report development seems to have been collectively thrown by the way-sign.
[04:37:04] Sir, man.
[04:37:07] You talked to him by his guns.
[04:37:09] Who was last time he shot those guns?
[04:37:12] My God.
[04:37:13] Dude.
[04:37:15] I'm here!
[04:37:22] I'll see you in the next video.
[04:37:24] I'll see you in the next video.
[04:37:52] This is it.
[04:38:52] You know, when is this six?
[04:38:55] You've never shot a gun.
[04:38:57] Have you ever shot any gun in your whole life?
[04:39:00] No.
[04:39:04] So you bought three guns that you've never shot.
[04:39:07] Yes.
[04:39:08] Why?
[04:39:10] For what?
[04:39:13] For what?
[04:39:15] I'm asking for what?
[04:39:17] Why do you want to have them?
[04:39:19] I mean, tell me why I'm important to you to have three guns.
[04:39:29] That's an easy question.
[04:39:31] Come on, talk to me, but when you've talked all day to day, we have a problem to communicate.
[04:39:37] Why I'm important to you to have three guns?
[04:39:43] Do you not know?
[04:39:46] You say you know a long head, right?
[04:39:50] You said you told me earlier, you long were friends, right?
[04:39:53] Yes.
[04:39:54] How would you describe the isolation ship?
[04:39:59] She was your friend.
[04:40:01] What did you ever do things for us,
[04:40:04] you ever do things for you?
[04:40:05] When did she ever do for you?
[04:40:08] We talked.
[04:40:09] We talked what we'll talk about.
[04:40:11] And there's the news.
[04:40:12] And there's the news.
[04:40:14] Okay.
[04:40:15] How many times have you been in her apartment with her name now?
[04:40:26] You don't know?
[04:40:30] If you had to guess,
[04:40:32] what would you just, I mean, more time, two times, three times, what?
[04:40:39] Maybe two, maybe two.
[04:40:41] See, if I had only been somewhere twice,
[04:40:45] I could remember that. If I had been there over 50 times in the U.S.
[04:40:50] now, they thought, I'm not going to know a lot.
[04:40:52] But the fact that you've only been there twice when I say,
[04:40:55] how many times a minute, you say, you don't know.
[04:40:57] That's just odd to me. Does that make sense to you?
[04:41:02] Yes.
[04:41:03] That does make sense. What does the wife say in one hour makes sense?
[04:41:15] Lawrence, misson.
[04:41:18] This is pretty cool, I hate it.
[04:41:22] You're native.
[04:41:25] She's misson.
[04:41:27] Much like Detective I, Detective II now valiantly moves in from a psychological charge.
[04:41:33] He closes the distance and locks eye contact.
[04:41:36] His physical demeanor, alongside a prolonged gaze, will hopefully crack the suspects fortified barrier.
[04:41:42] Once broken, the momentum will commence and the suspect will be more likely to divulge
[04:41:47] incriminating information.
[04:41:48] All the detective has to do is maintain eye contact for longer than his adversary.
[04:41:53] It's a psychological battle of attrition between two opposing forces, and these moments
[04:41:58] can sometimes last for minutes on end.
[04:42:00] And now, I mean, you both know it's no different than when you was a little kid, right?
[04:42:07] Can you reach the net cookie jar?
[04:42:10] You got a call after your mom told you not to get that cookie?
[04:42:13] Well, choose, choose, you get the cookie?
[04:42:15] No.
[04:42:16] Stay right.
[04:42:18] Now, smart.
[04:42:21] You're here to be careful with us.
[04:42:23] I have no idea what you are doing.
[04:42:53] I have no idea what you are doing.
[04:43:53] He is going to kill him.
[04:44:03] I'm going to kill you.
[04:44:33] All right, just run.
[04:45:03] I'm going to die.
[04:45:13] Where's the one I wanted?
[04:45:17] I'm dead.
[04:45:49] I'm not gonna die, I'm not gonna die, I'm not gonna die.
[04:46:19] Oh my god, help me, help me!
[04:46:29] Oh my god, help me!
[04:46:37] My fault already.
[04:47:07] Run!
[04:47:37] I'm gonna shoot, sorry about the color died.
[04:48:01] I don't know if I can do this.
[04:48:11] I don't know if I can do this.
[04:48:21] Come on, man!
[04:48:25] Watch out, a friend!
[04:48:26] Be quiet!
[04:48:30] You're right there!
[04:48:37] Watch out, man!
[04:48:51] the
[04:49:12] my arm on real
[04:49:40] all right
[04:50:12] Oh my god.
[04:50:32] Oh, he's back.
[04:51:59] I can't.
[04:52:24] I'm not going to the other side.
[04:52:26] I'm going to the other side.
[04:52:27] I'm going to the other side.
[04:52:54] This is my least favorite fight with these one I've got there as well.
[04:53:17] Oh, I didn't get it.
[04:53:47] You
[04:54:17] You
[04:54:47] You
[04:55:17] And whatever you tell a lot, you feel bad about writing it, going with every lot as a chance
[04:55:33] you don't get cold.
[04:55:37] And that way is on you, because you know you did something bad.
[04:55:42] You didn't take the cookie?
[04:55:47] You didn't take the cookie?
[04:55:49] No.
[04:55:50] You snuck you and cleaned it up, like you've been using cleaned it to clean it up.
[04:55:55] I know what that smell is like.
[04:55:56] My wife's not like that all the time when she cleaned the house.
[04:55:59] You've been using some kind of cleaned it to clean up your apartment, had you?
[04:56:03] No.
[04:56:04] Stephen, did you tell me you lived like I made?
[04:56:07] How does your apartment get cleaned?
[04:56:09] I cleaned it.
[04:56:10] I cleaned it.
[04:56:11] What was the last time you cleaned this, David?
[04:56:13] I don't remember.
[04:56:15] Was it this week?
[04:56:17] No.
[04:56:18] You mean you go a whole week without cleaning?
[04:56:20] Yes.
[04:56:21] Wow.
[04:56:22] That's horrible, Steve.
[04:56:24] I don't know why I was to say it, Steve.
[04:56:30] Let me tell you what I think.
[04:56:32] I think this year was a friend of yours.
[04:56:36] Look at her right here.
[04:56:39] I think this shoes are for any of yours.
[04:56:42] And I think something happens to him.
[04:56:46] He's so close to him right now.
[04:56:50] He used to watch her coming in at her apartment, didn't he?
[04:56:55] No.
[04:57:00] Where'd I have no?
[04:57:01] We just talk.
[04:57:04] It's not pretty good what I am.
[04:57:06] Yes, you tell me you look the pretty girl like that. You never want to stop ever.
[04:57:13] She looks good.
[04:57:17] You never thought that.
[04:57:22] I don't understand.
[04:57:27] What do you mean you don't understand?
[04:57:29] You know, when you sitting in the city of girl walking down the road,
[04:57:32] He said, man, that girl looks good.
[04:57:36] You'll say, look, you gotta really think
[04:57:37] yourself, many girls look good in it.
[04:57:39] Yes.
[04:57:40] You never thought that about her?
[04:57:42] Yes.
[04:57:44] So you can tell me you look at porn on the internet
[04:57:50] and get off to that, but you never look to her.
[04:57:52] It's now what it would have been like, have sex with her?
[04:57:55] Yes.
[04:57:56] Yes.
[04:57:57] You know.
[04:58:02] this is hard, buddy. I know this is hard. And I can tell it's only you want to let it go.
[04:58:09] There's blood in your apartment, Stephen. You didn't get it all up.
[04:58:14] This is the widely recognized futility technique, which is used to make the subject
[04:58:19] believe it is useless to resist due to the overwhelming evidence against them. It's
[04:58:23] most effective when the interrogator can play on doubts that already exist in the subject's mind.
[04:58:28] The only problem here is that Stephen didn't dismember Lauren inside his apartment.
[04:58:33] It all happened in Lauren's apartment, so that he checked his bluff as already called at this point.
[04:58:39] It didn't all come off. He's scrubbing you white.
[04:58:43] But we can tell that. Don't you watch CSI?
[04:58:50] Yeah, we know it.
[04:58:51] The detective now completely shifts his strategy from confrontational and aggressive
[04:59:06] to sympathetic and understanding.
[04:59:08] He attempts to create a connection and then affords Stephen a more socially acceptable reason
[04:59:13] for the crime.
[04:59:14] This is extremely difficult to toll off after a direct confrontation as there is no established
[04:59:19] report or trust, but usual routine is the exact opposite. You would first build
[04:59:23] rapport and then get aggressive once a connection has been attained. I want to
[04:59:28] give you an opportunity to tell it. I want to be here with you to build to that
[04:59:34] process because I know you're not a monster, man. I know you're not a bad guy.
[04:59:41] Can you just a haul of work?
[05:00:41] I'm going to the hospital.
[05:02:11] The strategy fails at the first hurdle, Stephen immediately shuts down the afforded sympathy
[05:02:33] and reasoning behind the alleged crime, which was the concept of unsupportant parents, but
[05:02:38] Detective now attempts to roll with it.
[05:02:40] A lot of people can't say that.
[05:02:43] In fact, that you do not support from your family.
[05:02:47] She makes it.
[05:02:48] You're family wants to feel like they've raised somebody that tells the truth of his honest
[05:02:52] right.
[05:02:53] Yes.
[05:02:54] Did you hear that girl's beating?
[05:02:56] No.
[05:02:57] Did you ever hurt anyone's beating?
[05:03:01] No.
[05:03:02] Never hurt anyone.
[05:03:04] No.
[05:03:05] I've made mistakes in my life.
[05:03:10] That's not even normal to say you've never heard anybody.
[05:03:14] Sometimes people get mad and they say things they don't mean to say to hurt.
[05:03:19] They never take the dollar care.
[05:03:22] The lead detective then asks non-confrontational questions for almost 30 minutes,
[05:03:27] which is most likely to see if it will change the suspects the meaner and the manner in which he responds.
[05:03:32] But it doesn't. Stephen maintains the same
[05:03:35] whifeless disposition, which he has now
[05:03:37] kept up for almost 90 minutes.
[05:03:39] You know, it's crying.
[05:03:41] I was talking people that he works with
[05:03:42] and they talk about hide.
[05:03:44] He's always expressed himself.
[05:03:46] He'll know it.
[05:03:47] He's very talkative.
[05:03:48] It's didn't say you're so talkative,
[05:03:50] but that you always so friendly.
[05:03:52] You stop and say hello and you talk.
[05:03:55] What, why is it so short with us tonight?
[05:03:58] If you have all this kind of personality about you,
[05:04:01] Why is it that everything that we get from you, Jess, no, I don't know.
[05:04:11] Why do you add in my this statement?
[05:04:16] You see, I'm able to talk and complete sentences.
[05:04:21] I don't know what happened to conversation,
[05:04:23] but all the things you're bringing to the table is that, yes, no,
[05:04:26] or I don't know.
[05:04:27] Stephen, did you hear that girl?
[05:04:29] You tell me if you did.
[05:04:31] Yes.
[05:04:32] Have you lied to me at all in this interview?
[05:04:36] No.
[05:04:37] Yes, you have.
[05:04:38] Who's last time you did laundry?
[05:04:41] Here, weeks to go.
[05:04:43] You made a wash clothes in a few weeks?
[05:04:46] Yeah.
[05:04:47] Why?
[05:04:48] I have a lot of clothes.
[05:04:50] That's another lie.
[05:04:51] You don't have a lot of clothes?
[05:04:53] Yes, I do.
[05:04:55] No.
[05:04:56] You got enough underwear last year, three weeks?
[05:04:58] Yes, do you wear a stamp around with more than one day?
[05:05:03] Yes.
[05:05:05] Why?
[05:05:07] Because it's still cleaning up to where?
[05:05:11] Where's that little girl, Stephen?
[05:05:14] I don't know.
[05:05:15] Stephen, you know?
[05:05:16] You're going to look at this right here, this little girl right here.
[05:05:20] You're going to say, you know, no?
[05:05:23] I know you know.
[05:05:25] Yes, you know, what are you going to say tomorrow when I said we got your hair?
[05:05:29] What are you going to say to me, then you know what I'm going to do?
[05:05:35] Look at my hair.
[05:05:38] That's not easy at all, it's not out.
[05:05:41] Look at all that, I don't know what you're doing.
[05:05:43] You don't think nothing about it, do you?
[05:05:45] As we know, Stephen went inside Lauren's apartment with her friends three days after
[05:05:50] she was already deceased.
[05:05:52] This would give reason for his DNA being found at the scene, and would essentially
[05:05:56] nullify its use as damnatory evidence.
[05:05:59] Stephen, being a law student, would be well aware of this.
[05:06:22] You're here.
[05:06:24] What's the matter?
[05:06:25] We have to go to the right.
[05:06:27] You can go to the next.
[05:06:30] I don't want to leave the left.
[05:06:32] I want to leave my house if I don't want to leave the left.
[05:06:36] Your family will be waiting for you.
[05:06:40] I'll leave the house.
[05:06:42] I'll leave the house.
[05:06:44] I'll leave the house.
[05:06:46] I don't want to leave the house.
[05:06:48] I'll leave the house.
[05:06:49] The war is the same as the Soviet Union, but the war is not yours.
[05:06:54] I will not let you in the future, so I will not be able to talk to you.
[05:06:58] Why do you need to be punished?
[05:07:00] Why won't you be punished?
[05:07:03] Everything is clear.
[05:07:04] There is no evidence.
[05:07:06] I will go to the hospital if it is clear.
[05:07:49] The
[05:08:40] All right, this is the one, brother.
[05:09:10] This is the one. I feel it. I will succeed this time
[05:09:20] I know what it takes to succeed in the terminal. I've been so close. I've edged the boat
[05:09:29] But not this time
[05:09:31] The side I will finish on the boat
[05:10:40] I'm riding on, I'm riding on.
[05:11:40] the
[05:14:37] I'm a straight apart.
[05:15:07] I'm gonna freak out, bro.
[05:15:17] I didn't hear him walk over there.
[05:15:19] Now we have to wait again.
[05:15:24] Oh dude.
[05:15:31] That glass makes me so mad.
[05:15:32] I like can't fucking see them.
[05:15:36] Thank you for watching!
[05:16:06] Fuck.
[05:16:36] One, two, three, we have five more chances, bro.
[05:16:53] If I can't get it done in five more, that's just crazy.
[05:16:56] I should have that easy.
[05:16:58] Is anyone that is run, bro?
[05:17:00] I'm just going to not fuck up.
[05:17:02] Fuck!
[05:17:03] We have to wait until it's 22.
[05:17:05] Back to the video.
[05:17:06] I hate this time shit and a lot, I really do.
[05:17:10] Because you know what, I don't believe it, you're a lot.
[05:17:13] I believe that you're a good guy, you've been pinned on.
[05:17:17] Girl didn't say you'd have respected you deserve.
[05:17:20] You did something stupid.
[05:17:22] And I believe you feel bad about it.
[05:17:24] And that's why you're all freaked out right now.
[05:17:27] But I'm giving you the opportunity to get right.
[05:17:30] I'm giving you an opportunity to show everybody you're not a monster
[05:17:34] that you feel bad about what happened.
[05:17:37] Your hand is standing at my hand.
[05:17:39] Your hand is there.
[05:17:41] That's right, buddy.
[05:17:43] See that?
[05:17:46] Look at it.
[05:17:50] See how easy?
[05:17:53] See this stuff on your hand?
[05:17:56] Yeah, it fell out of your hand when you was moving the body.
[05:17:59] That's right.
[05:18:01] You remember moving the body?
[05:18:06] Yes, you do, Stephen.
[05:18:08] Why, man?
[05:18:11] Why?
[05:18:16] Tell me, bud.
[05:18:18] I think you're doing it.
[05:18:19] Yes, you do, Stephen.
[05:18:20] We're wanted to tell it.
[05:18:21] So that way people understand you're not a monster.
[05:18:24] Things just, you've got not a control.
[05:18:26] It's a sickness.
[05:18:30] Why'd you do it, Stephen?
[05:18:33] Stephen, why'd you gonna keep telling that?
[05:18:38] You hurt that girl.
[05:18:40] Yes, you did, Stephen?
[05:18:45] You hurt her, man?
[05:18:48] She was screaming.
[05:18:51] Screaming, Stephen?
[05:18:54] Why?
[05:18:56] And I know you feel bad about it.
[05:19:00] I can see in your face, what came over you, man?
[05:19:07] What happened, Stephen?
[05:19:10] I don't know.
[05:19:12] I know you don't know.
[05:19:14] You can't control the future.
[05:19:17] I didn't do it.
[05:19:19] Stephen, let's steal your hand and take it over there.
[05:19:23] They didn't do that.
[05:19:25] That's right.
[05:19:27] It's all stickin' in right now.
[05:19:30] He knows what you're thinking.
[05:19:33] Steve, how long did he be a gang between me and you?
[05:19:39] I know it hurts.
[05:19:41] I know you're not an alpha person,
[05:19:43] and you want to tell it.
[05:19:44] Your hair was there, Stephen.
[05:19:46] We've all known it all along.
[05:19:49] We've all known it all along.
[05:19:52] We want it just to give you an opportunity to tell what happened.
[05:20:00] Do I have sex now?
[05:20:04] Do you try to have sex?
[05:20:07] No.
[05:20:08] Do you think about having sex?
[05:20:10] No.
[05:20:11] Lime.
[05:20:12] I'm kind of man that I think about having sex.
[05:20:16] You said earlier, you like girls, right?
[05:20:18] Yes.
[05:20:19] Since he's a pretty girl, right?
[05:20:21] Yes.
[05:20:22] What'd you do to her, Stephen?
[05:20:23] I didn't do anything.
[05:20:24] You're lying.
[05:20:25] You hurt that girl.
[05:20:27] No, I did.
[05:20:28] Sure, Stephen.
[05:20:29] That's why you're grabbing this massive mill down right now.
[05:20:33] The detective quite literally repeats the phrase, you hurt that girl to which Stephen
[05:20:37] responds, no, I didn't.
[05:20:39] And this goes on for the best part of 20 minutes.
[05:20:42] Perhaps the detective strategy was to induce mental exhaustion, yet it had no effect
[05:20:46] whatsoever.
[05:20:47] Why don't you hire a guy girl?
[05:20:49] I didn't.
[05:20:51] Why don't you hire a Steve?
[05:20:53] I didn't.
[05:20:55] In her ever, Steve.
[05:20:57] No, I didn't.
[05:20:59] They did.
[05:21:03] We'll take this one, but you don't deserve to look at that.
[05:21:07] Just stay right here, okay?
[05:21:09] Okay.
[05:21:11] I'll appreciate all your cooperation tonight, okay?
[05:21:15] Okay, no, okay, no, okay.
[05:21:30] I just need to discuss a few more things with you.
[05:21:33] The lead detective now abandons the pursuit of any sort of admission.
[05:21:37] He instead proceeds to belittle and humiliate the suspect as much as possible.
[05:21:41] It may have a tactical purpose, but it's more likely out of front.
[05:21:45] We had a wait for hours.
[05:21:46] It's like the fact he is certain of the suspects' culpability.
[05:21:49] Where you, I know earlier today you told me you stay home all week yet, right?
[05:21:53] In your apartment.
[05:21:54] Yes?
[05:21:55] Did anybody see you just tell anybody over the weekend and where you want to come to you to all week in?
[05:22:02] Is there any thing I can look at that I can say?
[05:22:07] He couldn't be involved because he was all the computer or he was all blind, all
[05:22:16] poor on time or he was all blind and don't call each word or anything that would
[05:22:23] exclude you as being involved all together how made.
[05:22:27] Did anybody see you this weekend at the house?
[05:22:30] Did you go out to get a news paper?
[05:22:34] You two wave to neighbor or just lock yourself in all week?
[05:22:39] Yes.
[05:22:40] Nobody saw you.
[05:22:42] Come in.
[05:22:44] Will you just stay in the house all day?
[05:22:46] Yes.
[05:22:47] Will you two all day in the house?
[05:22:49] I mean, you've always done that trail long.
[05:22:51] You don't have no friends.
[05:22:53] How can you go your whole life without a friend?
[05:22:55] Damn.
[05:22:56] They have friends.
[05:22:57] Where they are?
[05:23:00] Hmm.
[05:23:02] Where there is friends here, Mike?
[05:23:09] Yes.
[05:23:10] Name one, is there about a doctor, so they need your friend in.
[05:23:13] Find the right answer.
[05:23:15] Cast loss and Ashley Morehouse.
[05:23:19] Current in the law.
[05:23:21] There's same people I thought to be there.
[05:23:23] And they're not your friend.
[05:23:25] Yeah.
[05:23:26] I'm going.
[05:23:27] One of the reasons interrogations are so fascinating is the ethical
[05:23:31] The ethical vacuum it creates for everyone inside its bubble.
[05:23:34] At any other circumstance that he teched as behavior here would be considered cruel and
[05:23:38] reprehensible.
[05:23:39] He'd essentially bullying the suspect.
[05:23:41] Yet the empathy we would normally have is now stripped away through the impression of
[05:23:45] retribution.
[05:23:46] We know this person has done something horrific, and the treatment he is now receiving
[05:23:50] is marinated through his own actions.
[05:23:52] I'm not your friend, I mean, it's all over anyways, I just don't know what was going on tonight.
[05:24:10] We know what you did there, so we just want to know what you, if you won't tell
[05:24:21] it more.
[05:24:22] I didn't do anything.
[05:24:24] That's what you said.
[05:24:26] But we know different, so you fought the other way.
[05:24:32] You're fucked.
[05:24:37] We already know.
[05:24:40] You know you kill her, we know you put her body in the trash can, knows me, you know
[05:24:45] that's it.
[05:24:46] Glendin knows that you're mother, your sister knows that your sister's husband knows
[05:24:54] that the one that used to beat your sister, he knows that, ah, you know what he's
[05:25:00] there?
[05:25:01] He's a crazy motherfucker, he's what he's there, oh my God, that's your own family
[05:25:09] I don't know if I want to see anybody's coming to visit you.
[05:25:16] So you can sit there with that down, look on your face, but it's over.
[05:25:32] The entire interrogation took over two hours.
[05:25:35] been spent up by 20,000 percent. You truly get a glimpse of how remarkable the suspects
[05:25:40] catatonic performance was.
[05:26:10] His mother came to speak with him soon after this moment, and although he maintained
[05:26:15] his innocence, he immediately snapped out of a zombie-like character.
[05:26:19] It's difficult to interpret the reasoning behind the performance, whether it was a pre-plan
[05:26:24] strategy improvised in the moment or some type of psychological breakdown is unclear.
[05:26:29] But whatever it was, it evidently seemed to work as the interrogators got nothing.
[05:26:34] The suspects behavior was so abnormal they were essentially at a loss with what to do,
[05:26:39] where to even start with a specific plan of attack. The evidence, however, was irrefutable.
[05:26:44] Hundreds of pictures of Lauren were discovered on Steven's flash drive, along with multiple
[05:26:48] video recordings of inside her apartment. A hacksaw was found in a supply closet of the apartment
[05:26:54] complex, and it was marked red with what was later identified as Lauren's blood through DNA
[05:26:59] testing. The packaging for the exact same hacksaw was found in Steven's apartment. When confronted
[05:27:04] with the evidence. He took a plea deal to avoid the death penalty and was rendered
[05:27:09] on life sentence without the possibility of parole. He is currently being held in
[05:27:13] the high security hand-cox state prison in Sparta, Georgia. Oh, is shit.
[05:27:20] That's him now. Oh, my god. He's a nutcase to be back.
[05:27:23] Hope you're doing well. This is the sixth and final installment of my
[05:27:28] Oh, he's shit.
[05:27:58] So, this whole thing, you've only been able to do terminal like half the time is so
[05:28:04] ass.
[05:28:05] Not even half a time, by the way.
[05:28:07] That's the order of the time.
[05:28:28] On April 24th, 2024, federal agents in Portland, Oregon, served a search warrant on the
[05:28:45] home of Travis Griegler, a registered sex offender who was suspected of possessing and
[05:28:50] sharing child pornography.
[05:28:51] A sheriff's deputy from nearby Cowellets County recounted what went wrong that led the suspect
[05:28:56] to flee north into Washington in a federal agency economy.
[05:29:17] What follows next is the result of six months of work acquiring dozens of videos to document
[05:29:22] the massive multi-agency response.
[05:29:24] The video begins with deputies rushing to catch up to the federal agents stolen
[05:29:28] Ford Police Interceptor, meanwhile, while other officers are urgently working to
[05:29:33] set up stopsticks, an action that carries real risk of being struck by a vehicle.
[05:30:24] We're going to do the same by our 12 and he's driving all over the shoulder that he can make them in the direction of the boat we go.
[05:30:30] We're over breathing, we're spouting. I am just down the river path.
[05:30:39] We'll find out.
[05:31:11] I think Brady just did.
[05:31:18] The only time I can find is the jump 35.
[05:31:36] Here it comes.
[05:31:50] But I don't know if you're looking for a higher model of gravity.
[05:31:54] Let me know when you're going right to sign for the exit.
[05:32:20] I don't know if they got it or not.
[05:36:20] I'm going to start slowly, I'm going to drop the truck here so I can do my best to stop.
[05:36:44] You don't come on yet.
[05:36:47] 214,000.
[05:36:51] 214,000.
[05:36:54] 214,000.
[05:36:59] 233,000.
[05:37:00] 214,000.
[05:37:01] 214,000.
[05:37:03] 214.
[05:37:04] 214.
[05:37:08] 214,000.
[05:37:09] 214,000.
[05:37:10] 214,000.
[05:38:14] We'll do that.
[05:38:18] We'll do that.
[05:38:24] I may go talk to half it together.
[05:38:28] Boom!
[05:38:29] You have a loser?
[05:38:30] Be a two car.
[05:38:32] A two-car.
[05:38:33] A two-car.
[05:38:35] A two-car.
[05:38:37] You have time to go.
[05:38:40] We're gonna find the time to finish the first year.
[05:38:50] We're gonna have to find the time to finish the second year.
[05:39:00] Go, go, go.
[05:39:10] Stack up.
[05:39:27] Hey, you can see me.
[05:39:30] You could see me.
[05:39:33] Let's fix this car.
[05:39:41] Hey, buddy.
[05:41:00] We'll see right here, sir.
[05:41:09] That's close.
[05:41:10] What's going on there?
[05:41:11] Come in here.
[05:41:12] What's on that?
[05:41:15] Everybody else in the car, right here?
[05:41:17] No.
[05:41:23] Everything we've been saying there is a field
[05:41:25] of audio in the video we've recorded in this video,
[05:41:27] but we've said...
[05:41:30] Here we go.
[05:41:57] Why would pull me back so that way if they got him on my side? I could stop
[05:42:11] coffee and then of course everybody goes there and I'm like we don't
[05:42:16] like first come and they're here there's a job there's always a job other than
[05:42:24] being. It's not that I want to beat up for the same.
[05:42:28] What's the control?
[05:42:30] What's the control?
[05:42:35] What's the control?
[05:42:43] What's the control?
[05:42:44] Here.
[05:42:53] I'm gonna cross west.
[05:42:55] Great.
[05:42:56] The left, Jake.
[05:42:58] J-A-Y.
[05:42:59] The Losin.
[05:43:00] J-R-Y.
[05:43:02] J-R-Y.
[05:43:03] J-R-Y.
[05:43:04] Okay.
[05:43:05] I'm gonna go in.
[05:43:06] The left is a big deal.
[05:43:11] I'm one of those parts.
[05:43:20] Hello.
[05:43:21] That's some abrasions, my arm, my leg.
[05:43:27] Do you want to be checked out by us?
[05:43:28] Please.
[05:43:29] Okay.
[05:43:30] Did he check me?
[05:43:31] You got me.
[05:43:32] I mean, I had five herniates.
[05:43:34] So I'm always back in.
[05:43:35] No.
[05:43:36] Got it.
[05:43:37] Just shoulder pain.
[05:43:38] Well.
[05:43:39] We have to see him on her stand.
[05:43:41] Yeah.
[05:43:42] How fast was it to be as a volume when you actually roll?
[05:43:45] Not very.
[05:43:46] The tired already been blown.
[05:43:48] So maybe 40 50 if that.
[05:43:52] What are you going to do?
[05:43:55] Regardless, if you come with us a lot the way you're still going to go to the channel.
[05:43:59] Let's try it like you're looking at it.
[05:44:00] No, no, no.
[05:44:01] We can take here.
[05:44:02] They can take you.
[05:44:03] What do you want to do?
[05:44:04] Let's go.
[05:44:05] What do you need for me?
[05:44:36] Yeah, that's it.
[05:44:43] Hey Travis, we have to go to the hospital, we are going to the top car.
[05:44:46] You know what I mean?
[05:44:47] Okay.
[05:44:48] And then you're going to go get booked in the jail.
[05:44:50] Okay.
[05:44:51] We're going to take you to the hospital.
[05:44:53] What?
[05:44:54] You want me to go there?
[05:44:55] Uh, yeah.
[05:44:57] I'm going to search your real quick and then you're going to be going to be going to be
[05:45:07] going to be in the right back and there.
[05:45:08] We're going to see the last one guys.
[05:45:09] Thank you.
[05:45:10] You can go for a pitch jam.
[05:45:12] That's good.
[05:45:13] Nothing in your shoes.
[05:45:15] You can go back and there.
[05:45:18] Good luck back in there, okay?
[05:45:21] Do you list that or something to this?
[05:45:22] I just want to go back in there, okay?
[05:45:24] Can you list that or something?
[05:45:28] Okay, I just take this. Do you have the idea or anything on it?
[05:45:31] In my wallet, where am I going to go?
[05:45:33] This wallet is in my pocket.
[05:45:37] There you go, hop in there.
[05:45:45] There's something to make these for talk guys.
[05:45:50] I'm not going home, I'm going home.
[05:45:51] Okay, I gave my best shot. I'm gonna go in over else.
[05:46:11] Hey, just seeing all everything back here's audio video. Okay.
[05:46:13] That's it.
[05:46:21] All right, double check, I'm going to get this thing, I'll do an ass, put that there, got the key, got the evidence,
[05:46:39] so we didn't gain an hour before I go, but that's fine.
[05:47:09] Yeah, whatever's convenient. I can't afford it. So I don't know if somebody fall in there
[05:47:14] What's that? Who do you want to go with here?
[05:47:16] I'll stick with these guys.
[05:47:19] I can stay on the air.
[05:47:22] And then go to the tube, but it's going to be Carlos toeing for all of you.
[05:47:25] They should be a pretty cold person.
[05:47:27] I'm just a little, somebody go on the stage.
[05:47:30] All I want to do is say, just not guys, you've prepared to go with me.
[05:47:32] Yeah, I'm sure it's worth it.
[05:47:39] to see if you want me to sit with them and tell them. So you're told yes we're from the hospital
[05:47:46] or when we get there and they have to stay with us.
[05:47:50] Stay with us.
[05:47:52] We're going to stay with us.
[05:47:55] I got a Marshall and a HSI that they were standing there to take us to the hospital.
[05:48:02] So I don't know. I just wanted to go.
[05:48:05] I'll get that sort of an opportunity. I'll just go there and then to there.
[05:48:08] Just let me know. I'll see. I'll say there until I hear otherwise from you or
[05:48:14] Stay tuned.
[05:48:18] I'm just trying to take a great cooperation there.
[05:48:24] We can't taste roommate 20 days ago.
[05:48:26] Do some about that.
[05:48:28] So I already didn't realize it was from this car.
[05:48:30] I'm trying to tell him about what it's got.
[05:48:34] I should have bad about this car.
[05:48:38] Have it, move.
[05:48:41] Travis Grigler was taken to St. John's Medical Center in Longview, Washington, where he
[05:48:45] was medically cleared and taken back to Portland by a federal agent.
[05:48:49] Cowlets County charged Travis with possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession
[05:48:54] of a firearm, possessing stolen firearms, both in reference to the firearms located
[05:48:58] in the stolen HSI vehicle, felony eluding, and violating community custody.
[05:49:04] However, that case remains open as Travis was charged in federal court with possession
[05:49:09] of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and theft of government property.
[05:49:14] According to federal court documents, during the initial search of Travis's bedroom, an
[05:49:18] HSI agent discovered a black Samsung cell phone, which Travis was prohibited from possessing
[05:49:23] as a stipulation of his supervised release stemming from his 2008 conviction of possessing
[05:49:28] and distributing child pornography.
[05:49:30] A search of the phone yielded photographs of Travis's paystubs, and selfie photos of Travis,
[05:49:36] establishing that the phone was his, along with two videos depicting child pornography.
[05:49:41] Additionally, another phone known to be Travis's was recovered in a boot in the back
[05:49:45] of a task force officer's police car, who had recovered the boots from the crashed HSI vehicle.
[05:49:50] A review of the SD card yielded hundreds of images of child pornography, Travis pleaded guilty
[05:49:56] and was given nearly 22 years in federal prison.
[05:49:58] And upon completion of his sentence,
[05:50:00] will be unsupervised release for the rest of his life.
[05:50:03] He was also ordered to pay the United States government
[05:50:06] over $27,000 in restitution.
[05:50:09] Travis is currently serving his sentence
[05:50:11] at Terminal Island Federal Correctional Institution
[05:50:14] in Los Angeles, and is scheduled for release in October,
[05:50:17] 2042.
[05:50:18] Car's got fire in the net. It's got computer, right? It's got lights and sirens.
[05:50:26] And they didn't want to pursue it. I'm sorry, my mind. I'm sorry to hear right now.
[05:50:34] I'm sorry to hear right now. I'm sorry to hear right now.
[05:50:38] In a police car, I'll speak to this guy, I think it was the guy in the hospital.
[05:50:45] So I picked him up in England, and he's passing cars on the inside shoulder.
[05:50:51] We finally made it up his clamor.
[05:50:54] And then, if it's my turn, I could just keep that nasty little business on.
[05:51:01] There should be.
[05:51:08] Stealing up a lease car is one of the risky
[05:51:38] I can't wait to watch this shit later, after screen.
[05:51:56] Hey everyone, welcome back to Lab Coats.
[05:51:59] Did you know Coca-Cola is the world's most popular non-alcoholic beverage?
[05:52:04] That's a little timid I picked up as I studied literally every aspect of this drink
[05:52:08] for almost a year at the cost of my own sanity, but I digress.
[05:52:13] Point is, Coca-Cola is kind of a big deal, practically every human being on the planet
[05:52:18] knows what it is.
[05:52:20] And yet, despite existing for almost 140 years, only a handful of people actually know what
[05:52:26] it's made of.
[05:52:27] As a matter of fact, the Coca-Cola secret formula is one of the most tightly guarded
[05:52:31] trade secrets to ever exist.
[05:52:34] with protected measures so extreme that they're almost laughable.
[05:52:38] Seriously, they have a giant steel vault that they show off on guided tours.
[05:52:42] Does that not sound like something straight out of SpongeBob?
[05:52:45] And if that wasn't enough, being greens are all shipped unlabelled and from entirely different
[05:52:49] facilities, who are kept almost entirely in the dark about what they're making.
[05:52:54] So much effort, all for a soft drink that the company half-heartedly promotes with horribly
[05:52:58] out-of-touch AI commercials.
[05:53:01] It'd be funny if somebody managed to steal the secret formula right from under their noses,
[05:53:05] pieced together a chemically identical beverage with the exact same flavor,
[05:53:09] and then till absolutely everyone on the internet how to make it themselves.
[05:53:13] To most sane people, this probably sounds like a fool's errand.
[05:53:17] After all, many of attempted the quest and invariably came up short.
[05:53:21] Trust me, I tried all the formulations none of them tasted like real coke.
[05:53:26] So is this even possible?
[05:53:28] Well, this is all Fism's final one.
[05:53:31] Wow.
[05:53:32] Oh, shit.
[05:53:33] The theorized that the recipe could be deciphered with health and
[05:53:34] mass spectrometry, although the author basically concluded that only a major
[05:53:38] group like Pfizer would have the time and resources to actually do so.
[05:53:41] Guess this was before science youtubers got serious, because I actually have two
[05:53:46] YouTube friends with two different kinds of mass spectrometers.
[05:53:49] And one even happens to be a college professor.
[05:53:52] Yeah, we're coming for you Coca-Cola.
[05:53:55] Oh, what's that, Coca-Cola uses Coca-Cola use? You can't possibly have to replicate it without.
[05:54:00] Have you heard of chemicals?
[05:54:04] I'm aware that whatever I make won't be absolutely identical down to the trace contaminants,
[05:54:08] but if I add all the major flaring agents that are detected in real Coca-Cola,
[05:54:12] I should get something that tastes like Coke, regardless of if it came from a Coca-Cola plant.
[05:54:16] And spoiler alert.
[05:54:25] This approach actually works pretty freaking well, and in regards to legality, well,
[05:54:31] Coca-Cola hasn't actually patented their recipe.
[05:54:34] Seriously, doing so would require them to expose what they're actually patented, and that's obviously not something they want to do.
[05:54:41] Consequently, unless I try marketing my own product under the Coca-Cola name, there's really nothing they can do about it.
[05:54:47] So, what are we waiting for? Let's get cooking.
[05:54:51] Now, believe it or not, we already know over 99% of Coca-Cola's make up, at least by
[05:54:56] weight.
[05:54:57] A leader of Coke contains roughly 110 grams of sugar, 96 milligrams of caffeine, and 0.64 grams
[05:55:04] of phosphoric acid based on pH measurements and other scientific analysis.
[05:55:09] It also contains caramel color, which contributes important flavor compounds like Firphral,
[05:55:14] in addition to the Cola's rich brown hue.
[05:55:17] What we don't know is what makes it the last ingredient.
[05:55:20] flavors. This is where the real battle begins. As of 2025, only one of the natural flavors
[05:55:27] can be definitively verified. Deco-canized Coca-Leaf extract. The step in company in New Jersey
[05:55:34] is one of the only American companies licensed to work with Coca-Leaves, and guess who they
[05:55:38] sell the extract to once the cocaine is removed. Cola Nut extract was also used at one point,
[05:55:44] but it was phased out in favor of refined caffeine. I tried finding my own source of cocaine-free
[05:55:49] We coca extract, but companies like Power Leaves never return my emails, and the package
[05:55:54] I bought from this definitely not sketchy-proven website got seasoned the border.
[05:55:58] So basically I was at square one like every other non-coco-cola entity, which meant I had
[05:56:03] to work up the entire flavor profile from scratch.
[05:56:06] At first, I thought this might be fairly easy.
[05:56:09] I mean, several color recipes are already published, including the original Pembrigen Coca-Cola
[05:56:14] from 1886, so I figured it'd simply be a matter of tweaking these until I got something
[05:56:18] fit. Long story short, I was very, very wrong. As a starting point, most recipes call for the following
[05:56:27] set of flavors. Orange, lemon, lime, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and niroy. A few
[05:56:35] other ingredients that get suggested include black pepper, lavender, clove, and caffir lime leaf.
[05:56:40] So I bought all these flavors as essential oils from reputable vendors. Using essential oils
[05:56:46] and food might sound a bit strange, but rest assured this is fairly standard practice in
[05:56:50] the food and beverage industry, as it allows for very precise and repeatable combination
[05:56:54] of food.
[05:56:55] Well, this is the legit shit!
[05:56:56] To run my early trials, I would measure precise volumes of each oil using a micro pipette,
[05:57:01] and combine them in a small vial.
[05:57:03] Once mixed, the required amount of flavor oil would be dissolved in roughly one milliter
[05:57:06] of food-grade alcohol, which helps the dispersant of the soda instead of clumping into droplets.
[05:57:12] This was an issue I faced when it made root beer from Sassfress oil a few years ago,
[05:57:16] and the ethanol practically eliminates it without throwing off the flavor.
[05:57:20] Finally, the flavor mixture will be measured and added to a pre-determined volume of soda,
[05:57:24] which was made with the established proportions of acid, caffeine, caramel color, and sugar.
[05:57:29] Pretty straightforward.
[05:57:31] Initially, I attempted to use something called Northogonal Array to perform my analysis.
[05:57:36] Not Halkin' Light has an excellent video explain how these work, which I highly recommend
[05:57:39] When you check out, but basically, the Northogonal or Tuguchi-Ere is a type of mathematical
[05:57:44] table that allows you to find meaningful correlations with a relatively small number of
[05:57:48] triangles.
[05:57:49] In my case, I was hoping to determine which flavors contributed the most to the flavor of
[05:57:53] cola.
[05:57:55] Unfortunately, the human mouth proceeds flavor mixtures in really complicated ways, so
[05:58:00] my results were highly inconclusive, and often disgusting.
[05:58:05] That said, I did actually learn a lot by doing this.
[05:58:08] In terms of flavors, nutmeg, cinnamon, and coriander seemed to contribute the most to the
[05:58:12] iconic color flavor, but now with our strong citrus base, composed of lemon and lime.
[05:58:18] At the same time, flavors like Naroli and Lavender just didn't seem to work in the modern
[05:58:22] profile.
[05:58:23] Dude, how many mock-ups did he make?
[05:58:25] That he isn't found in today's Coke, and also made it taste like artificial sweeteners
[05:58:29] were being used.
[05:58:31] Despite showing up in most recipes, Orange didn't really seem to fit either, and at least
[05:58:36] not in the larger amounts they were usually suggested.
[05:58:38] One to two percent ended up being the sweet spot, and while modestly important to the
[05:58:42] flavor, higher amounts would begin to throw off the citrus notes.
[05:58:47] Of the other flavors I tested, Kaffir lime leaf was by far the most out of place, since
[05:58:52] it basically tasted like citronella.
[05:58:54] Clove was similarly overbearing and noticeably different from the spices found in Coke.
[05:58:59] black pepper and vanilla contrastingly seemed to do very little. I mean if I really boosted the vanilla,
[05:59:04] it was detectable and the perceived sweetness would go up, but black pepper mostly just seemed to
[05:59:09] accentuate the more earthy flavors already found in Nutmeg. Now while I digather at least a
[05:59:14] rough idea of what's in Coca-Cola from these early trials, I still had no idea what the correct
[05:59:19] ratios were, or what ingredients I was missing. So to find out, I cracked out my secret weapons,
[05:59:25] scientific papers and chemical analysis. In terms of analysis, Vince from
[05:59:30] Neptunium and Ben from Aspec everything agreed to analyze Coca-Cola,
[05:59:34] my ingredients, and a few similar sodas like Pepsi using their mass spectrometers.
[05:59:38] These machines essentially take a tiny sample of whatever you want, split it into
[05:59:42] chemical fractions using either a liquid or gas chromatography column, and then
[05:59:46] analyze each fraction by ionizing and firing its components through magnetic field.
[05:59:50] Holy shit, I waste all my crazy.
[06:00:07] I don't know what that's about.
[06:00:50] Come on, we're in queue so long, I forgot the fuck we were doing but I'm locked in now.
[06:01:20] I'm not a Jew, you simulator, I'm not a one.
[06:01:50] The person splitting up light, the magnetic field splits up iron based on their mass, giving
[06:02:03] a sort of fingerprint that can be used to identify what chemical was ionized.
[06:02:07] That's the explanation, and this is the exact chemical makeup of Coca-Cola.
[06:02:13] Let's dissect its secrets, shall we?
[06:02:16] The dominant peak we found was something called alpha-terpineal, which mostly arises
[06:02:20] from the Asikadlai's hydrolysis of limining and pining, and it hints the Citrus oil's
[06:02:25] do-in-fact-micable-art portion of Coke's flavor.
[06:02:27] The next major peak is actually the remaining limining, followed by Fortricanial and Fential.
[06:02:33] Sinemaldehyde, Sabanine, and Carine were also detected, indicating the presence of cinnamon
[06:02:38] and nutmeg.
[06:02:39] And finally, we found Nucolipdol, Borneo, forphoral from the caramel color, and ethylhevolinate.
[06:02:45] Level in a gasset and its esters form when sugars like fructose are heated under acidic conditions,
[06:02:50] suggest the Coca-Cola undergoes heating at some point during its production.
[06:02:54] Now, this is all well and good. But unfortunately, we couldn't pin down the exact concentration
[06:02:59] in which component using this data. You see, a mass spectrometer's output is given as a plot
[06:03:04] of relative intensity.
[06:03:05] As in the Coke or Miela or like recipe, been super deep under wraps for like so long.
[06:03:15] Not a concentration. If you want concentration and can also do a lot of math and other
[06:03:20] testing to figure out how different chemicals interact with the machine. So, instead
[06:03:25] of relying purely on the Mespectramatry data we collected, I chose to also lean on the
[06:03:29] data from this article in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. This table
[06:03:33] in particular listed pretty much every flavor found in Coca-Cola and even gave their measured
[06:03:38] concentrations. There were a few flavors they left out, such as Fential, but I figured once
[06:03:44] the concentrations of other ingredients were determined, these secondary flavors would be easy
[06:03:48] to dial in with the help of mass spectrometry. I won't be going through every chemical on this
[06:03:52] list, but there are a few of you would like to point out that reveal important information about
[06:03:56] the secret formula. Obviously, Sinemaldehyde and Vanillin can be directly correlated with Sinemalde and Vanilla,
[06:04:02] so we can check those off as part of Coke's recipe. Laminine and Afatarpinial are also present,
[06:04:07] along with aldehyde's like octaneal, nonanal, and decanal, which collectively signal the strong
[06:04:12] presence of citrus oils. This is all stuff we mostly knew. Things get interesting, though,
[06:04:17] with linole and the various forms of eugenol. Eugenol and its esters make up 80 to 90% of
[06:04:23] clove oil, which is one of the suggested ingredients that people reference from time to time.
[06:04:28] However, the concentrations found in Coke are only enough to account for the traces contributed
[06:04:33] by nutmeg and cinnamon oils, which are much more definitive ingredients. And since clove
[06:04:38] of oil throughout the flavor in my early tests, I think it's fairly safe to rule it
[06:04:42] out as a potential flavor.
[06:04:44] Sticking with ingredients we already discussed, Linalool also rules out a few potential
[06:04:48] flavors.
[06:04:49] To explain how though, we need to talk about enantiomers.
[06:04:53] Basically, for a molecule like Linalool, two mirror versions exist, R and S. You can flip them
[06:04:59] around all you want, but no orientation will make them identical.
[06:05:03] Interestingly, the R and Antimere of Linalool makes up the majority of both lavender and
[06:05:07] Neroly oils, while the S and Antimer makes up the majority of coriander oil, and, according
[06:05:12] to the study, Coca-Cola contains mostly S-Lin-A-Woole, with the amount of our Lin-Loole
[06:05:17] only being enough to cover what would come from the Citrus oils.
[06:05:21] Some might argue that chemicals like Nerole and Nerole signify the presence of Neroly,
[06:05:25] but this simply isn't the case.
[06:05:27] These compounds are found in Citrus oils just like Lin-A-Loole, meaning we can pre-defendatively
[06:05:32] say, Neroly and Lavender are not ingredients in Coke.
[06:05:36] The last chemical I'm going to bring up is the Cdic acid.
[06:05:39] To me, this one was kind of a shock, especially with it being the third most prominent
[06:05:42] flavor by mass.
[06:05:44] My first thought was that it was simply arising from the acid catalyst breakdown of acetate
[06:05:48] esters in the cola.
[06:05:50] But after talking with Darcy over on the art of drink channel and seeing it in an actual
[06:05:54] recipe from the 1950s, I'm almost certain that's being added deliberately.
[06:05:58] To be clear, the amounts being used are on the range of the range.
[06:06:01] Right.
[06:06:02] I'm sorry.
[06:06:04] I'm sorry.
[06:06:06] I'm sorry.
[06:06:08] And where is the urgent report?
[06:06:11] The report is not complete.
[06:06:14] It's not the case.
[06:06:16] You need to get the report.
[06:06:19] I'm sorry.
[06:06:21] I'm sorry.
[06:06:23] You can go further.
[06:06:26] I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
[06:06:29] Just because I'm not a problem.
[06:06:34] My parents are going down right now.
[06:06:37] We don't have a job.
[06:06:42] The production team is the best performance.
[06:06:45] Retreatably, we don't have hardware.
[06:06:51] I'd like to get out of the car.
[06:06:52] Let's add it now.
[06:06:54] Time to get out of here.
[06:06:56] We will be no good.
[06:06:59] All right, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go.
[06:07:59] You can't go back to the ground, you can't go back to the ground, you can't go back to the ground.
[06:08:29] I'm going to die!
[06:09:29] Okay, let's get to the army.
[06:09:59] Nice!
[06:10:01] Oh, my god, shoo, shoo, shoo, shoo.
[06:10:59] I'm going to kill him.
[06:11:09] I'm going to kill him.
[06:11:19] I'm here!
[06:11:49] I'm gonna go.
[06:11:59] I'm gonna go.
[06:12:04] I'm gonna go.
[06:12:14] All right, we get them to push us.
[06:12:34] we get ready
[06:13:04] Okay
[06:13:34] Okay, I need to pick a lot of better way to fight his Hunter Fuffer's girl.
[06:13:45] You need the other door.
[06:13:47] I've died of them every time I play early.
[06:13:50] Is there another door I can go in?
[06:13:53] Oh, dude.
[06:14:00] This is a...
[06:14:08] Oh my god.
[06:14:47] ...
[06:14:49] What?
[06:15:17] Okay, stay locked in.
[06:15:27] He scared me, he's fucking fent-leading.
[06:15:33] one
[06:15:43] one
[06:15:53] It's very locked.
[06:16:08] Oh my god.
[06:16:10] I'll do almost accidentally to open it.
[06:16:40] All right, I got my kit.
[06:17:07] to serve evidence evidence evidence
[06:17:17] off now I don't have to find these guys
[06:17:24] shit
[06:17:31] I forgot the evidence every time
[06:17:37] Next is C4, oh my god if it spawns somewhere else, you don't have to put it.
[06:18:07] Okay, I'll go.
[06:18:25] Okay, I'll go.
[06:18:37] I can't even see you, bro.
[06:19:07] Okay.
[06:19:17] I should be fine, I'll be right back.
[06:19:37] the
[06:19:44] one
[06:19:47] two
[06:19:58] two
[06:20:04] I'm doing great on time.
[06:20:19] He's, he's black division motherfuckers this way though, are so annoying.
[06:20:33] and the C4 dude if there's a third spot
[06:21:33] I was there when we'd two oh shit
[06:21:57] Shit.
[06:22:27] Shit.
[06:22:34] Shit.
[06:22:42] Shit.
[06:22:47] Oh, no.
[06:23:05] I don't know.
[06:23:17] That was all I knew.
[06:23:20] I think I'm fucked.
[06:23:22] I think I'm actually fucked right now.
[06:23:35] Oh, bro.
[06:23:39] It wasn't such a random spot last time.
[06:24:05] I'm going to kill him.
[06:24:15] I'm going to kill him.
[06:24:34] It's gotta be here somewhere, bro.
[06:24:40] If it doesn't spawn in this area, do we?
[06:25:04] I got to have different swans for this shit, bro.
[06:25:11] Come on, you're that worthless like that.
[06:25:34] I don't think I assume this area, you know, dude.
[06:26:04] Oh, what's there?
[06:27:19] Oh, shit.
[06:27:33] Oh, it's bad, okay.
[06:27:38] I thought that was black division, bro.
[06:27:43] There's black division up here, though, from what I remember.
[06:27:48] And they're not where they were last time, which is scary.
[06:28:48] That's a good one.
[06:29:12] There's no black, there's no here, let's try one, oh my god.
[06:29:21] Wait.
[06:29:24] But, I think that was our first last time.
[06:29:29] Oh my god, dude.
[06:29:32] Is there a different one that can break?
[06:29:42] Dude, where would it be? I've never seen there wasn't a spawn, but there's no way for one in the spawn, right?
[06:29:49] There's just no way.
[06:29:59] Oh my god!
[06:30:12] I'm going to the right.
[06:30:22] I'm going to the right.
[06:30:32] Oh my god, that's all, damn.
[06:31:02] I'm not going to have to go all the way back to fucking swam to fix that other one
[06:31:20] nice all.
[06:31:21] I don't know where these things out like where else these things can be.
[06:31:25] I'm just trying to go the swam one and then this one.
[06:31:28] It's like before I select the keycard, bro.
[06:31:36] Oh, shit.
[06:32:28] I really hope this is in the right spot, bro.
[06:32:58] This isn't where I think it is, it's usually a real.
[06:33:07] It just means it's back towards where I need to be to get this stuff.
[06:33:12] But I swear I saw one of these.
[06:33:15] Oh no.
[06:33:16] I don't think it's all the way back here, dude.
[06:33:22] I think that's fucked up.
[06:33:52] wasn't it flashing red when I first said good where could the other one be at?
[06:34:17] I knew back there was there in love.
[06:34:52] I hope you like the vision please.
[06:35:08] This whole area you would think it to be, right?
[06:35:13] This just searches whole last place.
[06:35:18] There's like a line going through it.
[06:35:30] Oh my god.
[06:35:36] It's saved.
[06:35:42] I'm getting R and G, that's so hard right now.
[06:35:48] 20 minutes.
[06:36:18] I don't even still hide, bro.
[06:36:48] Yeah, it's scary, I don't know if I even need that, but okay, let's start
[06:37:18] move in 45 bullets in 9
[06:37:34] Where's the gun?
[06:37:36] I'm not sure if I'm gonna be in the middle of the game.
[06:37:46] I'm not sure if I'm gonna be in the middle of the game.
[06:38:06] That's shortcut this.
[06:38:16] I'm really angry.
[06:38:23] Oh.
[06:39:04] We have more black division with white lock-in.
[06:39:34] 2
[06:39:45] 2
[06:39:49] 2
[06:39:55] Come on!
[06:40:25] You're killing me.
[06:40:47] Come on, let's go there!
[06:41:17] But this is where there was like a million black division last time, real.
[06:41:30] Oh no.
[06:41:43] He fucking teleported.
[06:41:53] Bro, he was standing, running, and then he was crouched, like, a re-steps behind.
[06:42:10] Brrr.
[06:42:40] You
[06:43:10] It's even time to go, so... no.
