So to the wow classic dev team, please honor this final week of ranking. So it sounds like

So what they did in 2021, it sounds like, is they ended the season Monday at 7 a.m.
then Tuesday was the pre-patch.
So they did a day early, but what they're doing this time is just cutting it off
a week early without telling anyone.
Anyway, it seems like some people are pretty darn upset about this.

to Soul of Iron Buff would be very big for any of us that are playing hardcore.
Blizzard, thank you for listening, that means a lot, really does, it really does, thank
you, thank you Blizzard.
So now guys, we don't have hardcore TDC, but we have the Soul of Iron Buff that you can
get a level one to prove you haven't died. So if you want to play hardcore TVC, all you
do is make a character. You get the soul of iron buff. As long as this is up, you can
prove your deathless. If this buff goes away, you've died. How cool is that? That's all we need.
That's all we need it. Now there's a way to verify if someone else is hardcore. That
is all we need it. I'm so happy that we don't need a full server. We don't need this in
that as long as we have this buff. It's verifiable. Super rat. Now all you need is the hard
core add-on for like achievements or like, you know, if you want to like track other stuff,
but as long as we have this buff we're in, then that's super rat. That is super rat.
Solivire to TV in the woods, there it is, the beginning of the TVC hardcore arc, yeah,
just days before pre-pest drops, there we go, there we go. So the downside is that you
do have to run to the city, so like when you're level one, you have to go all the way
to under city or something, get the buff and hearth back, that is kind of annoying,
but it's fine. But yeah, right there, man. You can literally just make a character, get the
buff and prove your hard fortune. You can just get the buff later. I can't you? You can get
the buff by five or six if you don't die. Oh, I thought you had to get it at under a certain level.
in my wrong. It just checks if you've died or not. As long as you don't die. Okay,
so you can start a character for however long you want and it checks if you've died. Oh,
that's, that's even better. So you could just start hardcore and when you, when you get to the
city at level five or six or eight or whatever, then just pick it up when you can pick it up.
That's fine. That's, that's also fine. That's even better. Cool. Yeah, dude, I'm stoked.
I'm super stoked. I really, really was a big advocate for this because without this,
people could cheat the add-on, right? People could cheat. People could die,
turn the add-on off, you know, whatever, and still pretend they're alive with this. It's like iron
clad, baby. Soul of fire. No cheating it. If you die, the buff is gone.
The downside of this, and it's not really a downside, it's just that one side note for
this, not it's on a downside, one side note is the add-on had appeals back in the original
add-on days, sound like with this buff, you can't appeal this buff, right?
So like if you die to a disconnect with the add-on, and then you get a appeal, you won't
get the buff back, right?
So that's just like a little side note.

the position I'm at with appeals is 99% of the time.

Big news, what buff I just joined, Solivine has been added to TBC, the Solivine buff
is buff that you can get if you haven't died and it'll show other players that you
haven't died.
It's like a buff that basically says, hey, I'm hardcore, they just added this to TBC, right?
It's not a hardcore realm, it's not a hardcore character.
You can still die without deleting,
but this buff will prove that you've never died.
So now we can play TVC hardcore with just this buff alone.
It's pretty red, pretty red.

Yeah, so in Shadowlands, we did something called the Zero to Hero.
Where we basically, it went to the Shadowlands a fun time with the Zero to Hero,
because what we did is we started a brand new character as Zero rating,
and we hid the name.
So no one knew who we were.
And we just joined random L of G groups.
And I put in a rule where you had to join people
within like 50 rating or 100 rating if you're on rating.
So you couldn't just like join someone who was really good
and they'd pretended to not know you.
So it's like even if people knew who you were,
you could only play with people low rated, right?
Anyway, you started at zero rating, hit all your names,
hit their names.
We had a week or a height, all the names on the screen,
and we climb to 2,400.
It's pretty sick.
We did that on like rogue, shadow priest,
couple classes.
Why is TBC Arena so low?
I mean, the TBC Arena is higher than,
like TBC Arena still is like kind of closer to the top.
I like TBC Arena.
Much better than a lot of other arenas.
I think TBC Arena was good.
I just don't think it was great, like Mop or Rath or Cata, right?
Like really what you could, how you could rate rank them is maybe like this, like Mop
or Rath or Cata, number one, and like Legion and TBC kind of the follow, like TBC, I do
like it's up there, it's just not number one for me.
In any way, to answer your question as to why, I think the gameplay is pretty darn
one-dimensional, which is trying to be a good thing, really, because it keeps things simple.
But there's a lot of RNG still, like, misses, dodges, like miss on a kidney shot and stuff like that,
and like, to be frank, a lot of the, a lot of the classes sign is still like very simple.
So, as a mage, for example, like most of your games, you're running in, ice-lancing, fire blasting,
and spamming arcane explosion until you get a kill.
It's pretty like it's still like very classic like in that sense, which like you could
argue with a good thing, but I like like a bit of complexity.
Like, wrath and catas are adding a bit of complexity.
It's not super complex compared to like like dragon flight, right?
Or something.
It's like dragon flight, in my opinion, it's two complex, but like wrath, catamop was like
the right amount of complexity, right?
You have, you have a good amount of complexity.
It's not too one-dimensional, but it's kind of right
in that middle zone.
Anyway, that's why I like these the most.
It's a perfect amount of complexity, not too complex.
