So if you're coming in and you're like, should I play?

barrage when you have max salvo,
Or if you just cast Barrage, Arcane Pulse when you need charges
or more than one target, Arcane Blast,
if you don't have more than one target,
Arcane Barrage should be around a mana.
I'm actually shocked, you know,
Orb with triple clear casting stacks.
But yeah, this is what I've been following.
This is the easy mode rotation.
So it probably is a little harder,
best Arcane mage rotation.
Cast Arcane Orb whenever you have just cast and have clear casting.
And it's really this simple Arcane Orb with orb mastery talents hits hard, but it's not
just the orbs, it generates salvo faster than missiles while producing a bunch of splinters
to avoid overcapping on orb charges so you can send out one at the start of a pull without
clear casting or if you're about to cap on charges on Arcane Surge since it will
refund the cooldown quickly.
be careful about where you aim orb because it can... did I hate orb? Occasionally these
will have to be learned through trial and error, yeah. When you are against four more enemies
you can use orb with clear casting even if you don't use barrage to get salvo stacks
quicker. That's the note I was looking for, okay. So if you have a bunch of enemies you
could just clear cast an orb even if you're not at 20 stacks of barrage. That's good
to know. So cast an arcane barrage with four charges if you have 20 stacks of salvo.
Touching the mattress coming off coolant in the next 45 seconds.
Try to hold off on this if you can.
Right, so you could just re-up easy.
If you plan to play in the ore barrage channel,
you don't necessarily need to build a arcane charges
for this line.
It would also be good to practice arcane barrage
if you have 15 or more salvo stacks
and are on the last global of arcane surge.
I see that makes sense.
Because you just want to send it during your window.
Cast arcane pulse here below for arcane charges
on two or more targets, because they're going to blast.
If you cast Arcane Brash,

like what I'm used to only for me to end up settling for a worse version of my setup
as if I'm being honest it just became frustrating and I just wanted to play the game.

Like what I did this weekend is literally sat down at my computer off stream and spent
like two to three hours staring at my screen and moving everything and sizing it.
And now it looks really good.
But it took like, I tried to do this on stream the other day and I was just getting

not distraction, no distractions,
and just staring at it, reading every single box,
sizing everything, and then you can get it looking nice.
My suggestion to Blizzard would probably be something like,
especially for like classic Andes coming,
is like put a layout just called like classic,

that like you don't actually run into a ton of players.

if you want like an MMO experience, go play classic.
If you want like an ARPG modern MMO
where you just kind of like get into the content,
get to the hard, mid-pluses, raids, collection sim,
housing stuff, go play retail, right?
Like it's very different expectations,
very different audience.
They're both okay, but it just depends
what you're looking for.

earned the character progression and maturity to unlock flying mounts which is ironic because
one level later when I unlocked epic mounts I thought who the hell is using this antiquated
mode of transportation when I can just do this.
There you level 13 I'm rocking a set of pre-raid diss looking blues from playing dialogue
simulator I've unlocked talents which actually seem dank like I can P.O.E. some sick ass theory
crafted builds for different situations and I was excited to feel the power of my new abilities.
Only to be thrown into an overstimulating war where I think I could have just AFKed
through and it would have finished without me. The final boss landed and I was gonna go fight
him until I realized nope they are good apparently job is done.
Q up cinematic numero 14 I'm lost as shit I really should have watched that enthusiastic
blood elf spark notes breakdown before this but right now I couldn't be bothered.
This took me to Stormwind and I was so refreshed to see some level of familiarity as they
said okay puff the magic dragons aren't familiar with our main hob so I had to do a self
guided tour of this city that felt just as alive as it does in classic in terms of
other players in it were the very first and most important stop was to find what I can
only assume is the microtransaction currency vendor hashtag priorities.
At this point I was struggling with what I'm gonna call story fatigue as every NPC has
some main character story that they want to bore me to death with for 5 minutes as we
go for walks as I was starting to see why they wanna strip the word warcraft out
of the name of this game when I've done way more talking and walking than I've
done fighting.
I thought it was time for Westfall but apparently it was time for Dragonflight
And at this point, I remembered that the tier lists were around raids and dungeons.
So I thought maybe questing and leveling just isn't the point of retail.

Like if you go into retail with the expectation of like, I'm going to have a journey and,

Why gnome?
So the reason I played gnome is because it's actually kind of a funny, well not funny story
but like longer story.
In Season of Discovery I played a gnome and the reason I played a gnome in Season of
Discovery was no reason at all.
I just picked one randomly and gnome was what I picked.
So after that, retail came out and I was gonna try to figure out like how I was gonna like
play retail and like what I wanted to do and I decided to make a role playing character
that I took my season of discovery gnome and took them across the fabric of time and
teleported them to retail, right?
So that's where my name is Yarsu.
It's a mixed up version of Zaryu because I went through time and I'm like a time
lost gnome roleplaying on moon guard that got lost from season of discovery from my sod gnome
mage character so now my sod gnome mage is on retail but mixed up and confused and lost and dazed
and that's this character that's why i'm a gnome if you follow the series from a year and a half
ago that's what that's kind of what we're doing so now we're locked in a dial

it's going to be a little bit don't do it so to pop it and I did and wait till like launch

That's a good step because for a while there there was a billion currencies. It was so confusing

But now all of the other ones are under a tab called legacy with all of these old currencies that like you never really need our use anymore

You know, it's just like it's one of those things it's like a double-edged sword right retail has
has so many ways you can play the game and so much optionality, but at the same time,
that makes the game confusing, because it's like, what can you do? And the answer is,
you can do anything. You can collect achievements, you can collect pets, you can collect mounts,
you can raid, delve, mythic, PvP, battleground, solo shuffle, like the game is so much
and it's so vast and it's so big that like, by definition it's confusing. But as part
of what makes it good is that it's just so massive, but I think older versions of the
game like classic, like you don't have mythics, you don't have like mythic rates, you don't
have housing, you don't have achievements, like you literally like it's just very simple,
like you log in and level, right?
So what would make retail less confusing would probably make retail not retail.
So I don't know, I don't know if I really have the answer for you, but it's a

Blizzard changing the add-on API?
It's probably a good thing, but it is quite annoying to try to get your UI set up the
way you want it to now. But it's probably a good thing. I think ultimately Blizzard's
in-game add-ons need to just have more customization. Like the cooldown manager, for example, could
just use it. It just needs a lot of work. I think it's probably good that there's
no combat add-ons, but the in-game ones probably should be a bit more robust. Dirty.

You know, if you're trying to avoid sweaty gamers, you're not going to avoid them on retail or classic.

But I just want to be real with you too and just be like,

The best, my best advice for you, no matter what version of game,
of while you're playing or any other game, is plug into a community
that has like similar goals as you do, so that,
like, like for example, if you want to take the game more casual,
then find a guild that's taking the game more casual.
If you want to be super tryhard and sweaty and like parse and min max find a guild that's gonna do that

My biggest problem with Delves is the followers.

I want it to be like,

doing really hard solo PvE content for rewards

I don't want a follower with upgrades and all that.
Like to me, that's just needless fluff.
I just want to play the Delves just like a Mage Tower.

in classic that like respect your time like a leveling journey so to speak
or like one heroic or something, you know?

weren't necessary for something like a Mage Tower, but would be for Delves.

So, you have 20 stacks of freezing.
You never really wanted to hit 20,
because then you're wasting stacks, I think.
Whatever you do, it generates more freezing stacks.
Six stacks of freezing is what you want to send
in the Iceland's at minimum.
If you have fingers of frost, you want Iceland's.
If you want to, if you flurry, you want to flurry into the ice lance to use stacks.
Besides that, you want to ray across on cooldown, flacial on cooldown, flurry on cooldown, and
orb on cooldown.
So 12 stacks while ice lance are stacked off, so 2 ice lances into a flurry, and with
flacial into an ice lance to get our stacks back down, while ice lance this proc off,
ice lance two more times to get our stacks back down, into an orb, into an ice lance
for the proc, a flurry for the proc into an ice lance to get our stacks back down and it dies.
So you're just kind of managing stacks.
It's not, I actually like Frost.
The rotation isn't overly complex, but it's also not like literal one button like fire.
