is learning how to hinge properly.
And there was actually a drill that I used,
which is kind of hard to explain,
But basically you get a foam roller
and you put it against your forearm
and your leg, like your quad shin area
and you hinge, but it's kind of hard to explain.
I don't have a foam roller on me here.
You basically put the foam roller here
and in front of your leg and you hinge
with the foam roller like right here,
like in between and then hinge back up.
And it kind of teaches you just to keep the core tight
really when you do the movement
And that changed our deals for me.
I thought that was the sickest, sickest drill for our deals.

What item level you need to do, Mythix, you can do them easily at 220,
but a lot of people making the groups aren't going to invite you
unless you're like 228 or something or like close to 230, because people are,
but you can always make your own groups, like they're not that hard.
But that's a fair question.

You want to be like around 220, 230 item level to do that.
But like you can totally, it's like, they're not,
It's not like you need that.

This means you're gonna be able to upgrade a higher level. It's like just better gear

You would world quest you here, max your renown with all four of these to get sham-tracked items, unlock hard mode prey by doing normal prey, do two hard modes to get your epics,

too. You do your spark of radians quest, the blue quest in the city, and the world tour
purple quest. And then you do the full M0 world tour. And then you should get, should
get like another three to four epics. Could be less or more if you get lucky and these
are going to be better in track does this look like a pretty good list I wanted to compile
this for myself and for you guys because people are going to be asking hey Zahra add spending
dawn stones to boost item level law so I actually haven't spent my dawn stones yet the reason
I haven't is because I wanted to see what I actually get next week and then upgrade
all of my

We've taken the last little bit to compile a list on what you should do in no particular order
But this order might be helpful. What to do at 90 in midnight
Okay, world quests to get gear for MZero's,
there's just blue quests all around the map, right?
There's an epic quest too for your cash.
I still have one of mine to do.
There should be like two of them,
but like, let's see if there's any good blue quest
open today for me.
I did most of them yesterday, so maybe, yeah, like this.
224, blue head, has a chance to upgrade,
socket, et cetera, like just hit your world quests,
get your big cash is out of the way, send it.
Like that's probably what I would do first.
Then max renown with all four reps.
You have Singularity, Silver Moon, Herati, and Amani.
You have Champ Track, which is like 246 item level stuff,
guys, you can get like a 246 trinket, neck, waist,
and helmet.
So it's seven with Singularity,
nine with Silver Moon, eight with Herati,
nine with Amani.
To check your renown, just go to your Reptab,
click any of these four renowns.
you view renown to see your rewards.
Easy peasy.
To build up your renown, all you do
is you do quests in each zone.
Ever song, Zolomon, Voidstorm, and Herendar.
If I'm saying that right, Herendar, whatever.
Do your quests really fast or renown.
I actually still need to finish this up.
I need three of them still, like another one or two.
That's what I'm doing today.
Next, unlock hard mode prey
by doing one normal prey with a quest from Astalor.
So I'm in Silver Moon.
I'm next to the prey dude, Astalore.
He-
He sounds pretty cool.
You talk to him, pick up the quest, go to the table,
pick a normal hunt, do it, turn in the quest,
you unlock hard mode, then do your two hard mode preys,
and you get guaranteed two more epics.
I think for mine, I can't remember which two epics I got.
Maybe it was like this ring or something?
Yeah, I think it was maybe like this ring and then this cloak can't can't remember
Anyway, guaranteed two more epics when you do two hard mode praise like two two thirty three
I think it was this ring and I think it was this cloak. Yeah ring and cloak after that push any delve to level seven
So you're ready to get to the higher tier delves which are coming out next week or the week after
So just get level seven delves. You're also gonna get gear from this to so you're gonna get blue gear
to replace all your crappy leveling gear that you didn't replace with world quest.
So you push delves up, get better gear, just get them to 7, which means any delves get to level 7.
Then you're going to do your spark of radiance quest. There's two spark of radiances you can get
this week. This is for crafting. The first one is going to be from a blue quest in the city.
I've already done it, but if you go to Silver Moon, there's going to be a blue quest like
right here. Follow that chain, you get a spark of radiance. The next one is going to be
from a purple quest, it's called World Tour.
I've also already done it.
Should be in the city.
It's called World Tour.
You might even have it already in your quest log,
I did, from leveling.
Just do the World Tour quest.
Boom, you get your second one.
I'm saving these for now.
Next, you do your entire Mythic Zero World Tour.
If you want, you can do heroics before this
to get more gear, but Mythic Zeros are pretty easy.
You should just be around like 220, 230,
and you should probably be able to get that
from world quests or now like if you do all of these things you should have the
item level ready especially with delves and pray you do your whole world tour
this can be eight dungeons to check your lockouts go to your raid tab raid info
lockouts here eight dungeons once per week will give you a chance that you'll
probably like three or four epics I got three some people that really I got
really lucky no like five or six I got three of them you'll probably like three
for veteran track epic. So this is like the biggest, best way to gear, right? That resets
on Tuesday. If you're European, it resets on Wednesday. So cool. That's like everything.
It was like, it was like, I did zero through five. So that's six steps kind of confusing.
That's what you do at level 90 next week on Tuesday or Wednesday reset. You run all
your M zeroes again to see what resets. You do two more hard mode praise to see
what drops because those reset weekly as well. And then craft the gear using your
sparks based on what you didn't get. So next week, like I have an epic belt, legs, neck, ring,
trinkets, right? Like, so I even got an epic weapon. So like, I'll see what I get
and then craft what I didn't. So I look up like a wow, the wowhead guide, like what should I craft?
Maybe I would craft like another ring, for example, probably what I will do. I'll probably get
the renowned helmet so I probably wouldn't craft that one for example. And then I would spend my
Dawncrest to upgrade what's remaining so the adventurers Dawncrest I would kind of spend those
on the crappier gear which's still remaining to make it less crappy and I'm ray ready.
That's pretty much it. That's what I'm doing at level 90. I'll put this list in my discord
for people that want it. I'll do that actually right now but like that's I mean it's it
seems kind of complicated. Type one in the chat. Is this complicated? One in the chat
if it's complicated, two in the chat if this really isn't that bad. It's complicated until
you know what you're doing and then it's not complicated. I've seen a lot of twos. It's
not that bad. It's not that bad. So that's pretty much it. I'm going to put this in
in the classic WoW, or not classic WoW, Midnight Discord.

But for now, what I'm doing is quite simple for Frost.
A lot of it plays off of freezing stacks.
Like, I almost need to go to a target dummy since all these mobs are dying so fast, but
you want to keep reya frost on cooldown, you want a glacial spike when you have it, you
want to finger safrost ice lance when you have it, and you want to keep your flurry
stacks down.
If you have a flurry proc, you use it as well.
After all that, you want to ice lance if you have at least six stacks of freezing,
and after that, you just frost bolt.
So it's like, that probably sounds pretty confusing without me doing it, but I need
to show you on like a target to me to actually do it. So like Ice Lance because I have a
proc, Flurry because I have a proc. I have six stacks so I can Ice Lance. We'll send
a Glacial Spike. Everything dies in one hit so it's kind of hard to actually show.

My biggest issue with most DPS specs is everything seems based around a 45 second cooldown and the window you pump out of the window

Yeah, that's that's actually like one of the larger like differences between classic gameplay
and more modern gameplay is that back in the day you would have cooldowns but they
wouldn't do that much so for example a mage would like pop their on-use
trinket and like water rally or whatever and like yeah like that would be more
damage but now like a mage pops combustion and you're damaged like 15
X's, but without combustion, you're dead in the water. Right? Um, which was one of my like
bigger criticisms with the implications with that and how it plays out in PvP because in
PvP, if you have periods of zero damage and 15 X damage, then you're really only scared
when someone pops a cooldown. Besides that, you won't die. Um, right? Whereas back in
day damage was always pretty high and then when they pop a cooldown it would get like even a little
higher so anyone could die at any moment that's very different right like fundamentally very very
different um i think there's arguments for both i think i'm like mythic plus it actually maybe
plays out better like the way it is now um and even in like modern pve and that's probably like
the way it is the way it is now but in pvp i think it makes the game a little more like scuffed
because you want anyone to be able to die at any moment, right?
And if you can only really die in those cool-down windows,
then it's just like, OK.
So I think that's a fair and valid criticism.
And these are the conversations that I really enjoy having.
There's a specific point in the gameplay.
Like in the comment that I had was,
what I don't enjoy is this.

PvP enjoyer why the reason why is because
because the game is structured around Mythic Plus and Raids, what does that mean?
That means that every class has to have mobility, AOE, and defensives to be able to play the
game and compete.
If not, the class sucks in Mythic Plus and Raids.
So what does that mean?
Every class has to have mobility and AOE, which means what arena becomes is everyone
is blinking and teleporting all over the place and spam AOEing.
That's what solo shuffle is, that's what arena is, that's what Blitz becomes.
It becomes an AOE mobility madhouse.
Now if you enjoy that, that's fine.

your healer to like rotate defensives on you on high keys a low keys it won't matter right high keys though
he said it's going to be an issue so you might have to play frost and higher keys just for the
like not to die because arcane kind of lost all their defensive stuff so we'll see how that plays
