What you are watching is two men burglarizing a home in Jackson County, Indiana.
They take countless valuables, including jewelry, cash, and several guns.
What they don't realize is that the entire burglary is being live-streamed through a series of hidden security cameras.
And the owner of the home is currently watching them.
Not only that, but the owner knew exactly who one of them was.
A friend of the family, 29 year old Steven White.
After reporting this to the police,
officers went straight to Steven's residence to confront him.

Well, they said the child got me on camera last night, burglarizing the place.

She asked Steven to break into her home
and steal some of Harold's possessions.
This way, she could report the burglary
and receive a payout from her insurance.
She promised him a $3,000 payment,
but she didn't tell him that she planted
hidden cameras all around her house.
Since Steven just admitted to being a part
of this burglary conspiracy,
he was promptly arrested
and taken back to the station.
What started as a simple break-in
was that with potential homicide investigation,
and the person who reported the burglary
was now the main suspect.

reason why she's being caught is that one, the burglar guy, her new plan was

just from the messages alone, something was done to him.
Before showing Marsha anything, the detectives gave her an opportunity to implicate Ashley right away.

We've got months and months and months of text messages.
I mean, it's obvious that something happened to him.

Sensing that the detectives weren't buying her clueless
act, Ashley began to pivot.
