that Mike put up. First thing Mickey told me was he has one of the highest hit rates in Vegas.
Basically nine out of the ten times people give him money or stake him, he wins.

It was an epic speeding of proportions. It was just a bunch of really bad beats, dude.

to 30 months in prison for bribing a sewer authority official

to Miterman's projects.
He also admitted to coaching an architect how to testify falsely before the federal
grand jury.
Mickey described spending his young adult life in and out of jail, addicted to cops,
and bouncing around from New Jersey to New York and Florida as a homeless nomad taking
advantage of anyone who was trying to help him.
Now, the only evidence of this was that he was arrested in Bucks County, Pennsylvania
for retail theft.
And right before his social media launch, Los Angeles prosecutors charged him with three
counts.
assault with a semi-automatic firearm and one of assault with a deadly weapon likely
to cause great bodily injury. On March 25th, 2021, he pleaded no contest to the third count
and the two firearm counts were dismissed. One Redditor who claimed to know him in real
life corroborated some of his story. Yes, his name is Mike Miterman. He's from Marlboro,
New Jersey. I went to school with him and he was in my friend group from the years 2006
to 2009.
He's been in gas all the time trying to find this.
He got arrested a dozen times.
Nobody wanted to really be around him too much
because he was always balls to the walls.
His grandfather was super wealthy
and it was a known thing around town.
I don't actually know where the money came from
but I'm going to assume it's from his grandfather's passing.
However, it wasn't so much Mickey's alleged criminal background
that people were suspicious of.
Is it really hard to believe that a kid
who was raised by legitimate fraudsters
became a criminal himself?
It was more so his wild and seemingly nonsensical stories of how he became extremely rich after
being such a degenerate.
For example, he claims he got out of this drug-filled, crime-ridden lifestyle by working
at a tattoo shop, then painting buildings for the shop owner, which led to him remodeling
a rehab center, to then working at the rehab and then climbing up to a $500,000 per year
salary.
And when I finally mastered that new area of the business, I'd go to a totally unrelated
rehab and try to keep leveraging my position in my pay until eventually
they're paying me like half a million dollars a year and essentially I'm doing
the same amount of energy and effort I was doing for $12 an hour but I'm
getting $500,000 a year in salary. You know in the grand scheme of things I was
like basically just the other day homeless right looking back I was running
good saving money I knew how to eat ramen for all three meals a day. Mickey
effectively describes the process of climbing the corporate ladder but he
somehow did it in just a few short years, which somehow
built a little rehab and pharmacy empire.
So now together we're all in meetings and these guys gave me
mutual respect despite having tattoos on my face, despite
being so much younger than them. They said he earned a seat at
this table, he must know what's good. One thing went to
another, I ended up owning 300 pharmacies, a few clinical
laboratories, drug rehabs.
How do you go from there to like, I feel like you just get
some steps. So like you're becoming like this guy was
is getting paid a lot to help run a series of rehabs
that's owned by somebody else.
And then at a certain point, you just have enough.
Jack, how many pharmacies do you buy with it?
Let's say I'm on a bike, you spend 500K a year.

At that scale, you would expect Mickey's name to show up on a business filing, a lawsuit,
a local news story, a press release, a LinkedIn post, literally anything connecting him to
even one of these pharmacies.
But the only Florida companies he owns were registered in 2018.
Mikkel Holdings, LLC, and Gangbusters Media, LLC.
Neither of these filings identifies the company as a pharmacy, rehab center, health care provider, clinical laboratory, or treatment center.
There appears to be virtually no proof connecting Michael Miterman to this supposed empire.
And when he was asked more specific questions about scaling this business, like for example how he was able to find patients for these rehabs,
he went on a sidebar about how he used to work on Wall Street.

The more I was winning, the more I thought I should pay attention to what had going on.

And I started buying in a little bigger, winning a little bigger, and really focusing
all my energy on how to be a better gambler.
According to Mickey, he was initially making money through Highstakes Poker and Blackjack,
but his real claim to fame was an East Asian table game called Bakara.

Winning the money wasn't exactly the appeal of Vegas.
It was how the casino started giving him essentially free luxury vacations because he was a high

Because I wasn't going to Vegas trying to win.
I was trying to go to Vegas because it was a city that stayed open or opened up before
LA did.
And I wasn't trying to have a life.
So I was just going there and I was like, I like to gamble, let me gamble.
And like the first week I got one, I don't know, 20K, something like this.
And the casino was like, all right, cool.
If you want to come back next week, we'll give you like a room for free
I'm like, oh sweet like a free trip, you know, then I'd win again and they call if you want to come back next week
We'll also pay for your commercial airfare. I'm like, oh cool. They're gonna pay you like everything
Then you're like, oh, do you want a private jet or like whatever it is?
So in the beginning I was just winning small like 20 to 50 K basically weekly in my second year
It was mostly six figure wins out of roughly the 18th month mark
It's like halfway through my three years. I had my first million dollar win my first seven figure win
I think it was either 1.125 or 1.250. I can't remember exactly my first one. I have a video of it, but whatever it was, I broke the million dollars.
Now, what Mickey is describing does exist. It's called player development, where casinos were-
For development? Yeah, they care a lot about wager money, right? But they're really happy about losses.
I mean, wager is how you build that VIP profile, right? Cool, right? But if you're winning, they're not like, they're not gonna be ecstatic about it either.
Like, if you haven't lost anything, they're not that interested in it.
But you have a high wager and losses for them to give you all that.
It's not a worse-
There were high value players by giving them a bunch of free stuff,
secretly hoping they'll come gamble and lose all their money.
But Mickey allegedly wasn't losing,
and he claims that he essentially turned casinos into his own private-
So what I used to do before I was banned in Vegas,
they'd give me these massive villas,
and I'd also get a block of rooms, like standard rooms, underneath the villa usually.
So my assistant would schedule all these different girls who wanted to smash
To go to all these different rooms at different hours
So I'd go downstairs to like call it room number one and there'd be a girl in there
We'd then I'd go to room number two three four five
I go back to the party for an hour and in that hour my assistant

Different girls who wanted to hook up go into those rooms so I can rotate like an hour on hour off and this is where

Mumbra Mickey's identity really makes him seem like a caricature of what the average person
imagines a high rollers life looks like and new people listening to him weren't exactly buying
his story. How can he keep it going so consistently for the full interview? This dude is incredible.
He just keeps his bull rolling non-stop. I mean, because it, Jack, we've seen a lot of
comps, comps of videos, interviews, a lot of these people that yap a lot, right? This whole story is
true, there's changed the one small part of it that, oh yeah, okay, this could all be true,
but the whole point is that he's losing. Or it could all be true, but the girls work,
they didn't want to smash, they were paid to smash. It's the whole thing that's true,
but you change a small little thing. I'm sure some of these stories are true,
but I've had to deal with a lot of pathological liars in my life, and this guy fits every mold
perfectly. But just as everyone was ready to write Mickey off as a guy who was addicted to
boosting his own ego, he began positioning himself as the guy who was exposing the casinos
for rigging the game against everyone else.
I ended up figuring out that the casinos cheat.
They cheat in ways that most people are unaware of, and I reversed their cheats and I became
one of Vegas' biggest winners of all time.
Suddenly he tried to be like someone you might root for, the rags to riches hustler who beat
the corporate casinos at their own game.
It took three years of gambling specifically in Las Vegas before I got banned from 95%
of the casinos in the world.
How did it ban you?
It came in all different ways.
Some of them made up crazy stories.
Some of them told me outright.
But they came in all ways.
They would either confront me in person.
They would call me over the phone.
They would send me an email.
So you wouldn't be able to go into the millions.

Now, it is possible that Mickey was banned by these casinos, put simply, advantage players
look for completely legal ways to turn the odds in their favor.
Card counting is probably the most famous example, using nothing more than your own
memory and basic math to recognize when the remaining cards favor you.

to completely dismiss is that there's just enough reality surrounding it. The
criminal upbringing is real. The stacks of cash are real. The casino lifestyle
is real. The celebrity relationships are real. And Mickey clearly knows enough
about gambling to sound like he belongs there.
But the one thing that would actually prove his entire story, how he supposedly beats
the casinos, is also the one thing he refuses to reveal.
Because Mickey claims that he discovered a secret strategy for Bakarat that allowed him
to beat Las Vegas casinos for more than $32 million.
Sure.
And conveniently revealing that strategy would supposedly destroy the advantage that allows
him to keep making money from it.
So to understand just how ridiculous his claim actually is, you first need to understand how Baccarat works.
Baccarat is actually an incredibly simple game because the player barely does anything.
Bancor! Bancor!
Before any cards are dealt, you bet on one of the two hands to win, the player or the banker.
You can also bet on it.
If you're that guy who plays on the opposite side, I mean, you're a fucking idiot.
It's your vibe, it's your vibe.
If the people are playing on one side and coming in, he's failure.
I mean, people look at you weird, and then they'll cast you out or they'll leave, or they'll complain.
And the casino deals both hands according to a predetermined set of rules,
meaning unlike Blackjack, you don't decide whether to hit, stand, or do practically anything else.
Everyone knows that Blackjack, the winner, is closest to 21.
In Bakurat, the closest to 9 wins.
Faces are worth 1, cards 2 through 9 are worth the exact number written on the card,
and 10s and face cards are worth 0.
If your cards add up to more than nine, you just drop the first digit.
So a seven and an eight add up to 15, drop the one, it becomes a five.
If the banker finishes with an eight and the player finishes with five,
anyone who bet on the banker wins.
And that's basically it.

So if you have a good card, if you have a good card, you are monkey, monkey.

Mathematicians have actually tried to figure out if Bakurot can be beaten the same way
that people beat Blackjack.
Gambling mathematician Michael Shackelford calculated what would happen if a player could
perfectly count every card and only bet when the math finally shifted in their favor.
His conclusion was that for all practical purposes, Bakurot is not a countable game.
And another legendary gambling mathematician, Peter Griffin, came to an even more ridiculous
conclusion. He calculated that even under more favorable conditions that you would typically find
in Vegas, a perfect card counter betting $1,000 at a time could expect to make about $0.70 an hour,
which means that only if you're the world's greatest card counting genius under perfect
conditions, you can beat the game. But the winnings are so tiny, it's basically pointless.
It's one don't be offset those winnings by if you bet banker you have to give him a cut

Yeah, you do close to games to pure luck in any casino
Which is why Mickey Mace's claims to have discovered an algorithm to beat Baccarat are incredibly difficult to believe
And if we assume that Mickey is lying his intentions in doing so are unclear in one moment
He is talking about how casinos are spying on him and he is going to expose the secret to bring them to their knees and watch them burn
And in another instance, he is saying that he will sell his method to anyone for 50 million dollars
Now years have gone by and Mickey still hasn't exposed
So my luck is so bad that I bought it and I still lost somehow.
And I don't think he sold his method for $50 million.
But instead, he claims to have built a business where he uses other players to gamble anonymously
and then they split the profits.
What I do now is I gamble under the guise of unknown gamblers.
I fund 100% of their betting so they have no exposure or liability to a loss.
And I give them a piece of all the earnings, we split all the profit.
This is the exact business model executed by Kevin Spacey in the 21, which is a very
fun movie to watch, but it's not rooted in reality.
If this model worked, Mickey could just keep recruiting people and make an arguably infinite
amount of money.
But then every casino would become suspicious when they see a massive influx of random folks
constantly winning big from Bakarat, which is an unbeatable game.
It's easy to understand why people were suspicious of Mickey Mace, but his stories were compelling
enough to draw in millions of views from whoever gave him a platform. Some creators
who investigate con artists and scams like Spencer Cornelia went from heavily questioning
Mickey's authenticity to believing he was entirely legit after meeting him in person.

tax statements that showed his win and loss statement. The number on the screen I saw
was profit. So that's from 2020. I'm letting you know this is nothing in
comparison to what I did in 2021. That's a very big number. And this is only from
one casino. Do you want to buy real estate? I can help you buy some nice houses.
Spencer went even as far to verify that Mickey actually does have countless
women trying to sleep with him. So I'm super fascinated to see his DMs and
he's actually gonna show me his DMs. I just want to like tap into this life of
partying and rappers and famous people hitting you up. So this is another thing
you're never done, but uh, you've been easy. Yeah. How can you, how can you be an investigator
guy if you're a laser guy? It's like impossible. I mean, it's like impossible. I mean,
completely impartial. It's like you just glazing. Yeah, I'm going to let you do it. So here,
just take my phone. I think we spoke on the phone about this. These girls are all hitting you up.
Yeah. I can tell by the picture that they're, they're nice looking. I'm serious. You're welcome
to open and see a lot of photos yourself. But Spencer's audience wasn't buying it. Looks to me
that Spencer got whined, dined, and charmed.
Mickey straight up finessed you kid.

The most interesting part about Spencer's interview
was Mickey talking about his pharmacy business.
Because remember, that's how he claimed to have gotten rich
in the first place.
Now, most people envision that Mickey built 300 CVSs
or other brick-and-mortar stores.
I'm just gonna do the small ones, but-
He said that wasn't the case.
Are you owning the real estate or are you owning the storefront?
No, no, I'm owning the licensing.
Got it. So what I do is,
the faster we can get licensed, right?
the faster I can sell them off.
Now what I was doing was my actual strategy
is when I sell them off, I'm saying,
hey guys, I really don't have that much interest
in running or operating pharmacies.
It's a lot of work, full-time job,
and I don't know if I'm equipped for that.
But what I am equipped for is knowing who wants to buy them,
right, you could sell them 100, 150, $200,000 a pop,
you sell them, and then I say to all those guys,
say I'm gonna sell you this license, no problem,
but I also own these companies that do A, B, and C.
So our deal will be, I will sell you this license,
you're gonna be the new rifle owner,
but you have to utilize A, B, and C company that I own.
So we're processing and billing and things like this
for all of the patients that are running through
these pharmacies and so on.
Okay, and if these guys can't get the license themselves?
I mean, why would they chip a nice little operation
for some shit that if they can't get themselves?
I mean, how did he get it then?
This actually makes his story sound a lot more believable,
but there's some details that should be noted.
Firstly, Mickey repeatedly describes this process
as obtaining a pharmacy license
and selling that license to someone else.
Technically, Florida calls the authorization to operate a pharmacy a permit, and Florida
law explicitly says, a pharmacy permit is not transferable.
If upon the sale of an existing pharmacy, there is any change in the identity of the
natural person, partnership, or business entity which holds the permit, a new application
must be filed and a new permit attained.
But when searching Florida Pharmacy Licensing Records, federal healthcare databases, and
his legal name, I still couldn't identify a single pharmacy or rehab operation that
we could definitively connect back to him.
However, there is actually one clever way to transfer a permit.
Let's say Mickey has a client named John Smith who wants a pharmacy.
Mickey can create Florida Pharmacy LLC and then Florida Pharmacy LLC obtains the pharmacy
permit.
Instead of Michael Miterman selling the permit to John Smith, he could sell 100% of Florida
pharmacy LLC to John Smith and now they own a company that owns the permit. So if this is what
Mickey did and revealed the names of these LLCs, his story would be much easier to verify.
Florida saves historical corporate filings so we could potentially see a company being created
under Mickey's control, confirm that it actually became a permitted pharmacy, and then watch his
name disappear from company's filings as new owners took over. It wouldn't tell us exactly how much
they paid him, but if Mickey really repeated this process hundreds of times, finding that pattern
over and over again would be pretty compelling evidence that he actually did what he says.
But when Spencer asked him about why he couldn't find any LLCs under his name,
the video makes an awkward cut before and after this topic that could have potentially clarified
some things. So if you do it like that, there is no connection. Which is probably why I struggle
to find LLCs and a background to history check on pharmacy some type of check because I know your
real name was like I was looking it up and couldn't find anything if you you would have to look
annoying youtubers can't find me I did this way before social media because it was the
what number one most sound financial advice I got from my advisors was one of the difficulties
about being and again this is another aspect of mickey's life and career where he shares just
enough information to have some truth to what he is saying, but specific key details are missing
so we can't verify his claims. Another thing we cannot verify is if he is actually banned from
any casinos. His biggest selling point is that he's so good that he's been banned by 95% of
casinos in Las Vegas. Nevada actually does publish an official list of people who are banned statewide
from casinos, and Mickey is nowhere to be found on this list, but that doesn't necessarily disprove
what he says. This list is reserved for people formally excluded by Nevada gaming regulators,
usually for things involving crime, corruption, or threats to the integrity of gaming. Individual
casinos can privately ban who they want, and those bans don't necessarily become public,
so Mickey could absolutely be banned from dozens of casinos without his name appearing on Nevada's
list. Once again, I guess we'll just have to take his word for it. One thing that's for sure
is that Mickey is a man that he wants to appeal to the viewers of whatever platform he is on.
When he talks to Adam22 and VladTV, he goes into detail about the millions of dollars he won,
the celebrity stories, and the amount of women he sleeps with. When he connects with challenge
YouTubers, he focuses specifically on the card games and showcases his knowledge of strategy.

When he talks to investigative journalists like Tyler Olivera or Tommy G, he portrays himself as the everyman who is taking him down the e-book.
Yeah, yeah, I really did go to school. They had like a placard of your name on it. Like it's not some big deal. Like it's not like some, some laser shake.
I think on the ground there's some piece of metal that has your name on it. I mean...
The C-Nos.
Anything that's, that's, that's reliably verifiable.
I could use 20 millions of dollars by peddling garbage, promo on my Instagram. I've never done it. I've never done it.

In Tyler's video, Tyler risked $500 under Mickey's coaching, and they were able to 5x the money, turning it into $2,500.
But Mickey warned everyone that they will not have the same results as him and Tyler.

Way more likely than their last $500 becomes zero.

Between 2021 and 2023, Mickey participated in a number of live-streamed poker games where he
has reached a net loss of approximately $939,000. His only reported tournament payout against
professionals is $600. But of course, poker's not his game, right? It's popular. So another
convenient excuse. In May of 2023, he might have also done these games that are like sponsored
and and the bounce source is sponsored by and he doesn't even lose that money. Like that recorded
money he lost, maybe none of it was even his money. He was announced for Hustler Casino Lives,
million dollar game, where every player was expected to sit down with a one million dollar
buy-in, but just days before the game, Mickey suddenly backed out, claiming that one of the
producers had gone back on an agreement they had made.

why was Mickey trying to prove he had $1 million right now with an old cashier's check? While
specifically covering up the one piece of information that would have immediately revealed
how old it was. The walls began caving in on Mickey, and he was forced to reveal the
truth to protect whatever little reputation he had left. Like when Vlad asked about owning 300
pharmacies in his early 20s, remember how he supposedly got rich in the first place, but
Mickey basically admits to embellishing much of the details. That actually grew to a whole bunch
of rehab centers. Yeah. Like how many did you own at one point? It's a little bit of a trick
question because you can take like partial contracts with a lot of treatment centers and
sometimes you'll have to pretend like, oh, we found someone out and do it cheap, you're out. So it's
