because I'm always focused on some other activity

in a different group of people there,
just demographically because of the income disparity, right?
Just because of correlating variables.
So there's all these instances where people can use data.
And data can, on the surface, look like it's objective,
but whenever it's evaluated and you research it,
and you actually see how the methodology was conducted,
you'll see that they're actually just totally full of shit, right?

So basically, the scientific method, the goal is to disprove what you believe, not to prove what you believe.
This is a huge issue that a lot of people don't understand,
but that's the fundamental core thing that makes science something that people should follow,
listen to, and practice.
But people don't get that at all. It's confirmation bias. Yes, exactly.
And so that's the big reason, like I'm a big supporter of science, but these people aren't
doing science, they're doing propaganda. So it's that simple, that responsibility definitely.

or 0.1% of these people, you know, there's a negative interaction or something that shouldn't have happened the way that it has.
But there's like 99% that it's effective in.
Do you think that you should be compassionate towards the 99%.
Or should you be compassionate towards the 1%.
So it's this inversion of morality and ethics that I think a lot of people get caught up with because it feels good to root for the little guy.
It feels good to, you know, be on the side of the, you know, consider downtrodden.
But what oftentimes happens, I think, is that the people that have that have their empathy
weaponized against them, and are made to actually create effectively allowances for bad
actors and people that are trying to hurt them.
And I think that's what happens a lot.
And I think that's what's happening here, too, compassion for the guilty is cruelty through
the innocent, exactly.
And so, yeah, you're going to have mistakes that are made.
But I think at the same time, it's really important to make sure that you understand that
you're operating in a position of like reality.

Well, they're attached to an ideology.
And because they're attached to the ideology, they allow the ideology to think for them.
And I think that that's one of the differences of, I think you see a lot of times, right?
It's like these people are just constantly doing this.
They're focused on in general.

You guys can clearly see that I'm not ever really emotionally affected by anything.

Right? And so like, it doesn't bother me in the same way that I think it bothers other people.
I just find it to be interesting.

One thing is that there's a lot of cases where
there's a lot of people that are very good at explaining topics
at their own pace.
But whenever they're engaged in a real time
conversation, especially whenever something is happening,
like kind of off the cuff, they're generally
not as prepared to answer questions and respond to them quickly.
And I think that what people do on the internet
is that they apply a standard of like,
if you don't have the instantaneous answer,
the moment that somebody asks you a question,
then you're somehow like wrong
or being able to come to an answer
for something really fast and side of a debate
or an argument is the best indicator
to whether you understand the debate or the argument.
I totally reject that.
I think that's a totally bad way to look at things.
And it's something that has the appearance of intelligence,
but in oftentimes, I think it reveals or it obscures
actually a lot more information.
Because generally, whenever you're having a conversation
and you're explaining an idea, it takes a long time
in order to really talk about all of the facets to it
and make it make sense.
So there's a lot of people that are not very well spoken,
But they can formulate an idea that's comprehensive and it's good.
But it's not something that there are some people that are good at being speakers,
or other people that are good at being writers, et cetera.
So whenever I see somebody that doesn't do well at like a debate,
or they don't do well in an interview or something like that,
I'm not really that surprised.
I think that there's different skill sets for different things.
So like you don't have to be a good audience and feel first before speaking. Yeah, I mean like sometimes like you know for example
And this is the other issue is that if somebody says you know in an argument or like in an interview or debate like

That person is considered a moron, but in fact, I think that it's a very prudent thing to do

I think that in general, I mean,
like complex ideas, like some kind of fraud.
It's like really, really big.
That's hard to do.
It's background for us better rhetoric, not for who's correct or true.

People online often treat fast response much higher than slow
higher than slow world thought out response, and they think like that often in real life
fast talking instead of thinking. Yeah, definitely. Why are there so many people being
skeptical of the fraud? That's literally either tax dollars. Because it's being done by a
minority group and these people are trained to think that the minority groups can do no
wrong. And it's coming from a person that is, you know, allied against them politically
from their mindset. And so they don't want to acknowledge that there's anything wrong
because that would be conceding ground to an ideological opponent.
That's the reason one.

But it's not important for your beliefs to be challenged as if you're arguing with somebody
immediately and they have to have a response instantly and you have to have a response instantly.
I think that you can process ideas that are disagreeing with you at your own pace and then
deconstruct and explain your point of view at length rather than try to do it in an argument
to form. Like I don't view one of these as necessarily better than the other.
Processing explain to call me is better in my opinion. Yeah. Look at any argument needs
build to argue the other side. Yeah, no doubt. Sure. Is there a time where you have a
question here beliefs or values? Yeah, I think everybody does. People do that all the time.

I don't think that they really are actually.
I think that in order to come up,
there's a lot of data and statistics that you have to have,
and like use as a reference point.
So unless you know all the data and statistics that you can use,
then like off the top of your head,
then you're going to be at a disadvantage.

makes you more informed or like more intelligent
to know it off the top of your head,

There was probably my now, is everything gets politicized,
nobody knows which degree without turning each other into enemies.

No, I don't do debates. I've said this before, I don't do them.
it's just not my strong suit, so I don't like debating, so I don't do it.
I'll listen to people's perspective, and I'll listen to other people's arguments, and
I'll watch a video or something like that, but I'm not going to just like, I don't
like having to argue with people ever.
And so why would I do that if I don't like doing it?
That's simple. I mean, I just I have no interest in that at all.
So yeah, I mean, I just do not do that for any reason.

I usually like you have control over that in a way where it's like if they're being annoying or they're kind of bringing up the same stuff over and over

Well, I think that it's really important to understand
what your strengths are as a person.
And whenever you understand what your strengths are,
you're able to act in a way that's in your best interest.
And so, to me, like I generally have the policy of,
I only do things that are in my best interest.
I only put myself in situations that are advantageous.
And so, if I think that something might not be advantageous
or it might not be a good situation,
then I would never position myself in that place
because it would be problematic for me.
So, why would I ever do something that would put me out of this advantage?
It doesn't make any sense.
So, that's really, that's how my outlook is in general, facing your fears to best
would overcome them.
It's not really facing it, it's not like I'm afraid, it's that I just don't want
to do it, and I don't think that I'm good at it.
And I would rather double down and be good at something that I'm already good at and become
extremely good at it, rather than be average at a handful of things.
And I think that's to a certain degree you have to position yourself.
Because like somebody, there are people that are, like there are some people that are just better at certain things than other people, right?
And so I've never been, I've never had the mindset of shoring up weaknesses.
I've always had the approach of doubling down strengths.
So if I think something is something that I'm good at, then I will double down and do that even more,
rather than try to get better at something that I'm bad at.
And like I focus on being very good at a handful of things, rather than being average at many things.
There was pushing to engage with political leadership previously.

And so because of that, I'll have to sit back and be like, okay, what was I thinking? What was I saying?
All right, how can I fit this together? And like creating a web of an argument that I think is is is meaningful.

And you put all your points in the little money you do after the drink, yes sure.
You sometimes mix up words as well, but we get you. Yeah, exactly. Like, it's not a strength of mine,
so I just never do that. And I think that Nick should probably look at it from that perspective too.
If you're a great at making videos that doesn't mean you're great at debating people.
So, focus on your strengths, only do things that paint you in a good light.
Never play on somebody else's home turf. Never put yourself in a position that's not advantageous.
just never operate in a way that's not in your best interest, always work in your best
interest, always do things that help you and never operate in a premise that's outside
of them.
That's always been my advice for anybody.
And to the extent that people want you to operate outside of that premise, the majority
of the times that they want you to do that, it's so they can take advantage of it.
And so why do you want to play a game based off of the rules that's of another person
is creating that are designed for you to have the lowest possibility of winning.
Never do that.
It's just that simple.
