Ah, just woke up maybe a little while ago and ready for another fucking day as always.

I'm like, this is my outlook. This is the outlook I had on at my job, right? I'm serious.
I knew what I was. I was an obnoxious, abrasive, annoying, rude asshole. Everybody, like, I
would say things that would make you mad all the time. So I knew that I had to be on
my best behavior all the time. I couldn't be late. I couldn't get things wrong. I
had to do the job right, I couldn't fuck up at all.
Because I was already on, I started on two strikes.
So I can't get a single strike.
I can't have anything go wrong at all.
So what'd you do at Sam's Club?
I worked at Sam's Club for a week.
I worked there for a week.
And I just stopped showing up.
I said, you know what?
I don't wanna do this.
Like I got the job, I worked at the cafe.
And this was like, wait, wait,
sick when I was going to college, right? And I didn't like it. The reason why I
didn't like working with food, it may be sick. And so I just decided that I would
just stop showing up. I should have, and to be fair, I went there for like three
days, like four days. And I was, I think that's reasonable. That's a
good amount of time to be there. And so 45 years, yeah, something like that,
right? And I'm a fuck up, but usually people like me at you. Yeah,
That's the thing right is you can be a fuck-up if people like you and you can have people not like you if you don't fuck up
But you can't be a fuck up and also nobody likes you. That's the point where you get fired
That's where you're gone. That's where your job is over
So I go to I go to the work at Sam's Club, right? And you know, I'm I'm hating it

like literally like like five minutes into the job
I'm hating it and I'm realizing like this is just crazy and so this is like my third or fourth day at the job and
They tell me they're like okay
Well, we're gonna have to tell you what your schedule is and at this point
I had already decided that I'm just not gonna go to this job anymore
I'm just gonna quit and I you know, I'm not a confrontational guy. So I just stopped showing up
I'm like, I'm not gonna tell you guys I quit you'll just be able to figure it out, right?
And so anyway cuz fuck them. That's why and I
I uh and that's really that's the way I look at everything I mean let's be honest it is and so uh yeah
just not really a confrontational guy I don't like doing that kind of stuff I'm a I try to be a
reasonable person in some cases but do I really give a fuck about what those guys are thinking no I
don't and so what I went and I did is I just they told me they said all right all right Zach
listen listen listen you gotta understand this we're gonna need you here tomorrow at seven
in the morning and I said wow that's really early they said yep but you need
to be here for the team and I said yep I got to be there for the team and they're
like well all right that's good and so you're gonna be there for eight hours and
then the next day you're gonna be there again at seven in the morning I
said wow this is so I'm gonna have to start waking up early they said yep
you're gonna have to start waking up early that day I almost went to bed
at seven in the morning. I woke up at like 4pm. I checked my phone. There's like seven
different missed calls and like my voicemail was full so like they couldn't leave me a
voicemail and they were like well try to figure out like you know they're like where are
you what are you doing and I just like I'm like oh damn. Damn bro like oh man it looks

Shit, I guess I'm just gonna have to play video games all day. Oh

the real biggest flex is that you don't even think about them like that they're
not even in your radar like I'm not thinking about like somebody that said
something negative to me when I was like a kid and like now I'm gonna like
prove them wrong like if I'm proving this person wrong it means this person
still controls me because I'm behaving in a way that's controlled by them
I'm doing something because of them. I don't get like when I say I'll give a shit about him
I mean it. I didn't care what they were saying. I don't care what they think
I don't care if they like me out here if they hate me. It doesn't matter

him, right? It would annoy him. And then now, later on, all their kids were on drugs, right?
And there were like losers. Like, me, I was doing great. And so my dad would like to
remind them of that. He would do that too much. And it would embarrass me. Because
I always told him, why do you care what Kathy says? Kathy doesn't know how to
use a computer. I mean, yeah, Pa, I know you don't know how to use a computer either, but
like that's different though, right? Because I can't know, no, she really doesn't. Like

going to get later on. You're going to get weapon upgrades. You're going to get a double jump. You

So they become very formulaic in a degree that, like, you play one of these games,
you know what you're going to get. You're going to damage, attack, like, you know,
you shoot, how many attacks you shoot out, your health, the probability of you getting a
higher upgrade like a luck factor and so every one of these games kind of plays the same way
and I think that's one of the reasons why like for example a game like Pragmata comes out and
it's like a very very different experience very very different experience and I think that the
experience of that is something that a lot of people are looking for I would say I think they're
looking for something that's like unique they're looking for something that's different
rather than just the exact same type of game that you see all the time narrative heavy

time, I think that that's what you've got to do.
