worst it causes accidents and kills people it's a pretty easy logical
decision she got banned she did they banned her now knowing what they do with
everybody else. This band will probably last for, you know, like one day, right? Three days
or something like this. I wonder if you ran somebody over and killed them. I wonder how
long you'd get banned for. What do you guys think? Like a week? Like two weeks? Like
three weeks? How long would the band be if you ran somebody over and killed them?
Maybe a whole month, right? People are just like, they're so tired of your shit.

thought about it, right? I thought about it because like originally I was like, well, I don't want to

And so I thought this out and I feel like logically you shouldn't let people stream and drive.
I think that's really the truth. You shouldn't let people do it. And I think that if you are
driving like if somebody's recording you I think it's like okay that's fine but
like as the streamer you need to be in the past like if you are the streamer
your hands cannot be on the steering wheel okay and they can't you can't be
driving with your legs either you can't be doing any driving at all and should
be common sense you are driving is already illegal as a form of distracted
driving well it's not really it's not illegal right it's it's not I mean
like it depends on how you want to look at it totally agree nobody in chat for
sure well like this is the point that I'm making right it's like so if I look
at let me just think of a streamer like extra Emily extra Emily driving let me

I think that they are being distracted by the stream

Like that's literally, you just don't need to be doing it.

There is never a world where streaming and driving
makes you a better driver, right?

And when you take into account the effects of public safety, you have to think beyond
the individual and you have to act according to the best interest of the group.

have people driving around, live streaming themselves, talking to a chat, looking at
their camera.

I am an excellent driver.

so I've had my driver,
I've had a driver's license ever since I was 16.
i think actually a permit then i got my license fully when i was seventeen
but either way i had it before i was even eighteen years old
and uh... my dad would have me drive around all the time and so that was it

so uh... anyway so i i i got my driver's license at sixteen seventeen
and inside of you know i i'm i'm thirty thirty five thirty six years old
So let's say 20 years I've had my driver's license.
I have been driving legally for four years,
probably less than that, maybe three, three to four years.
All the rest of the time,
I was either missing inspection,
missing my driver's license,
because I had never had it renewed,
missing a insurance,
missing the license plate update.
There was something wrong with my car,
Basically, where if I ever got pulled over,
I would immediately get in trouble.
And so what that caused me to do is
it caused me to become a good driver.
And this was also spurred on because Cody was also
doing the same thing, except for Cody started driving.
Like, I started driving at 16.
Cody started driving at 12.
So what happened is that Cody and me and Jeff
would drive to McDonald's.
Cody would be 12 years old driving the car.
Now, was this legal?

at this point, and so we thought to ourselves,
you know what, he's gonna be able to get away with it.
Maybe the cops won't immediately see
there's a 12 year old driving a car.
Now, looking back on that as an adult,

we thought we were the smartest people in the world.
And to be fair, we actually never got caught.
so whenever you're driving and you're in a situation where it doesn't matter if
you get in an accident
it is your fault no matter what because you are breaking like three laws at the
same time
and so like we might have had things that were illegal in the car we might have
had people that have warrants in the car i knew i know one guy dead
uh... this is a friend of ours we had to deal with him all the time and i
like to have a place works at a gas station now he was the one that
Cody was telling me he was listening to Kanye's new song, the H.H. song. It was one of his
favorite songs. He's black, by the way. We were listening. We were driving around in
high school listening to 808s and Heartbreak. This is like Kanye's album with the time,
right? The new CD that came out. And like now he's still listening to it. It's like,
ride or die, right? And so he sure is. Oh boy, what a detail. Yeah, yeah, definitely. I don't want to
say the guy's name is like he's named after like this, like the name is like what you've named
like a German shepherd. It's like you didn't even have like a guy's name. It's so weird. So like
we called him an abbreviation of his name. But anyway, I don't want to go into too much more
of the details. The point is that, you know, again, like you whenever you're driving
around and you know that anything that you do wrong immediately gets you in
trouble you have a totally different outlook around how you act and how you
drive and how you behave so you follow every stop sign you stop at every stop
light you never run red lights you never speed over 10 miles an hour and you

He says, son, why are you going 10 miles over the speed limit?
He says, dad, but I'm going to speed limit.

10 miles over. Slow down. And so we were driving around, right? And we had a totally, totally,
totally different outlook on the way that we did things, right? We did. And so anyway, just tuned
in. This is the way it was. And kind of true. And so, you know, this is the reason why I think
I'm a very good driver. It's because I knew that any time if I ever got pulled over, I would
immediately get booked. I would immediately probably have my car towed. I'd get taken
down to the station. They'd want to give me a ticket at least, right? And like, you know,
most of these times, you know, there are like three violations, five violations or something like that.
So really, that's the reason why I'm a good driver is because I avoid police officers.
And the best way to avoid police officers is to avoid allowing yourself to get pulled over.

position to have because your prioritizing good faith actors over bad

the data that they have on people and it's a massive a massive apparatus that they've
created and I only have seen a very very small part of this so and that shit's bad right
well is it bad for them to do that um you could say that it's bad but you could also
say that it's good and I think that that's the problem is that it's it's a value
judgment right it's like do you care about having freedom or do you care about having
a degree of safety on the internet and more accountability because I think that
the I think both things are true I think that you need to be able to figure out
who's doing something on the internet you need to be able to figure that out
because if you can't figure that out you can't stop child molesters and
people pushing child porn you have to be able to figure that and that's it's
all it's not only just that it's also terrorism it's threats of
assassination. Like I mean, literal national security interest threats and
problems can manifest on the internet. And you have to have a way to
counterbalance that and to hold it accountable. Like that's obviously what
happens. They can already do that though. They can. And so yeah, anyway,

anything about u.s. Copyright law you would know that this is true and it's
