And yeah, what are your thoughts about the ridiculous restrictions during COVID?
I think that COVID, I mean, this is, this is my opinion.
And like maybe this is like considered woke to some people, but
I don't think that everybody was lying and everybody was evil during COVID.
It seemed like Anthony Fauci hadn't hidden information.
Like I'm not sure about that. I haven't watched it,
but I've just seen like one or two videos of it. It seemed like he hid information.
But I think that there were scientists that were working through the scientific method of
let's try this, let's try that, let's do this, let's do that. And certain things in the process of
that didn't work very well. Like for example, the six feet apart or the, you know, we just have to
spend two weeks to stop the spread of this. Because you have to remember like whenever you
you have a pandemic, the last big pandemic that we had was like,
what, in the 1920s or something like that, like worldwide in
the US or in the US, basically, it's been a very long time since
the US has had a big pandemic, right? So I think Spanish flu,
yeah, exactly. It was a long time ago. Before going down
voucher clips, you can start with this one. This is this is the
craziest one. Okay. It was not based on science though. Well,
and that's the problem, right? Is that basically, yeah, yeah,

But let me finish that.
So this is generally where I'm coming from
with fucking, you know, the COVID, right?
Is that, like, I didn't really know
whether COVID was like how legitimate it was,
but because my mom was obviously,
like, this is whenever my mom was sick,
she was like immuno-compromised, like, to the max.
And because of that, I had to, you know,
I had to basically, like, I couldn't afford to be wrong,
And I was skeptical.
I was like, oh, this probably isn't that big of a deal.
But like, I couldn't afford, like, you know,
there's like a 1% chance I can't afford to be wrong, right?
So I did wash my hands.
I did wear a mask.
I did do all the things that you were supposed to do.
And, you know, I did that without even a question, right?
Of course, right?
Because I couldn't take a risk with my mom's health, right?
And I didn't really know.
And I don't think that a lot of doctors knew.
I think the big problem with COVID,
this is the big issue that I think really happened
COVID that broke the trust between the American public and the officials, is that the officials
were going through the scientific process, but they wanted to always have the scientific consensus.
And what I mean by that is that basically they didn't really know what the solution was,
but they knew that they were working towards a solution, right? They didn't know, like, okay,
maybe we can have everybody like spread apart, maybe we can have everybody take this vaccine,
Maybe we can have everybody do X or Y thing. Maybe everybody wears a mask, everything will be fine.
But the problem wasn't that the officials were going through different protocols. The problem
was that those protocols were not allowed to be questioned, because that's fundamentally
anti-scientific. The scientific method is hinged on the most important part of the scientific method
is actually the beginning of it, in my opinion. It's called the null hypothesis, which is the
implication that you have to disprove what you believe to be true. So basically you're starting
from the assumption that what you believe is not true and you are trying to disprove it. And so
that's a totally different parameter than for example trying to prove everything. And so basically
the point that I'm making is that the scientific method is built off of assuming that you're wrong.
The scientific method is built off of the continual, like, you know, we have the, you know, there are theories of gravity, even, right?
There are theories of the Big Bang theory, like things that we all take for granted are still kind of theories, like, we don't really know what's going on,
but this is our best working information for it right now.
And I think COVID, the problem is that COVID tried to arrive at the finish line.
Like, they tried to begin at the finish line. I guess that's better way to say it, right?
not even arrive but begin at the finish line. And so it was like we have all the answers.
You can't ask what the answers are. You can't question the answers. You can't say whether
the answers are wrong or not. And I think all of those things coming together made people
distrust the government. I think that's generally what happened. If we assumed it to be true,
we'd be still beating the Sun revolved around the Earth. Yeah, exactly, right? That was like
Galileo or something. But yeah, they just messed up. They silenced anyone who went against the
grain, doctors had their careers ruined over it. Yeah, exactly. And I think that like another
good example of this being a cultural and a social consensus problem and not necessarily
just exclusive to COVID was gender affirmation. So gender affirmation care, especially towards
kids, doctors also were pilloried for that as well. There were doctors that were attacked
and, you know, D, you know, D legitimize because of their unwillingness to, you know, acknowledge
that people can change their gender. So fundamentally, I think the big problem is that, you know,
whenever a medical, whenever a scientific community, like basically prioritizes consensus
over what actually matters, which is the truth, you have the problems like we have with, you
know, COVID, or we have the problems like what we had with the gender affirming care.
And that's the main issue. Does that, does that make sense to you guys? Like, I feel
I feel like I took kind of a while to explain that, but I think that was a pretty good analysis.
I don't know about that.
Your mom made some bad choices, but a good son does best to help.
Well, listen, I mean, you can't control what another adult does, right?
You just can't do that.
You can try, but it'll probably just make your relationship with that person worse,
and it will ultimately fail.

everyone went to their own echo chambers
and pointed fingers at everyone.
Yeah, I do think that COVID was a social contagion as well.
Like it was a really, like, I think that we are not
really fully understanding the damaging effects of COVID.
Like I'll give you an example of the damaging effects of COVID.

But like fundamentally, you can be happy with almost nothing,

it's just basically another type of anti-social behavior, right? So my point with the clip that
I'm making is that, like, we haven't, I think, fully seen the effects of a COVID, you know,
arrested development generation take effect. I don't think that we've fully seen that happen yet.
And I think that you look at some video like this, I mean, like, where do you think things are going to go?
Right? I mean, if you were, for example, like, I remember when I was 12, right, and, you know,
like, I don't know how old he was, then I'd have to do the math, right? But he was probably like 14 or 15,
maybe he's graduating middle school, who the fuck knows, right? But like, from like, let's say 13 to 15 to 16,
that's a really important period of time. And I actually, that's not even really the right way to say it.
every point in time between the age of like four or five to like 17 is really important and I would
even probably move this up to like 21. Like each of these different like if you took the two years
that COVID deleted from your life and then you think about like which two years could you live
without as like those different as that age. Like I feel like you know from eight to nine like I
my life changed like who I was changed from like 11 to 13 I changed in a big way from
like 16 to 18 I changed in a big way. So think about like one of those steps just being deleted
from a social experiment. Just delete that step entirely. Well guess what? You're probably
going to have some problems. You see what I'm saying here right? It was only two for
you lucky. Well I'm just I'm talking about like in general right because two was the
amount of time that COVID fucked up people's lives, right? So, and what happened, man, makes
it way more difficult? Yeah, exactly, right? Post-university trying to make it in the world,
cook too. Oh, I have no doubt it was its own, it was its own struggle too, you're right about that.
Vaccines weren't meant to protect, prevent COVID entirely, they were meant to reduce the risk of
it. So here's the problem though, is that the government's messaging about that was not completely
aligned. So whenever you had Joe Biden going out there and saying that, you know, if you get this
vaccine, you're not going to have to worry about COVID or you're not going to get COVID or something
like that. I forgot exactly what the language was, but when you have the president going out there
and saying that, and then there are people getting COVID still, people are going to think that it's
a lie because it is a lie because he said you're not going to have to worry about it. And now
you're worrying about it. I mean, it's just really that simple. And I mean, again, it wasn't
consistent. Yeah, so it was a problem with, like, this is, I think, you know, again, and then we'll
get to the Anthony Fauci stuff, right? But I think COVID was a failure of the government on
basically every single systemic level. And I think that what made the COVID thing even worse
was the fact that they were assisted by so many corporations and NGOs. So basically, it created
this, like, entire control apparatus where you had, like, 1984 level censorship for, you know,
a handful of different things. And then that censorship started getting outsourced to other
things too. Like you couldn't have opinions about BLM. You couldn't have opinions about the police.
You couldn't have opinions about immigration. And so like this expanded a lot very, very fast,
right? And that's the way of the captured institutions. It is. And I don't think it would
have changed if it wasn't for Elon buying Twitter. I'll tell you that. So they wanted you to rely
on vaccines and suggested you get these vaccines on a quarterly schedule. Yeah. I mean, I think that
especially like you know because I'm leveraging like what is the average
person's like scientific intelligence I think the average person's scientific
intelligence is that well we got polio vaccines there ain't no more polio so
why we get COVID vaccine and they're still COVID the vaccine is fake I think
that's what the average person thinks I do I think it's that simple it's
It's literally that type shit.

Like, that's literally it.
And so that's really the radio sales today.

And I think 100%, I would say 80% of people
think like this, right?
Flu vaccines, though?
Yeah, but flu wasn't really seen.

Is that COVID was seen as something
that you were going to move past.
Like, we were going to move past COVID.
And that's the way it was really kind of,
like given to us. It wasn't like this is an ongoing thing that we're going to have to deal with from now on.
It was seen as, oh, okay, COVID is happening. We need to get past COVID.
Like the flu is understood to be something that happens on a regular basis. And again,
I'm not arguing with you on the reality of this. I'm arguing with you on the perception of this. Does that make
sense? And I think that's what the perception was. So again, a lot of bad things happened during
COVID and I think that it destroyed trust in the government. Like it's really funny because like
between COVID and the Epstein files, I think that conspiracy people will be eating good for the
next 50 years, okay? Like we have destroyed the trust in the government between those two different
events for probably the next 20 or 15 years. Like in the same way that like you know how America
right now is like kind of still traumatized from what happened with the war in the Middle East and
and that's the reason why nobody wants to go after Iran.
They're like, oh, well, look at what happened in the Middle
East.
Look at what happened with Iraq, what
happened with Afghanistan, right?
And so the reason why, and I think that will go away.
And it's beginning to go away now, right?
But it will go away in probably 20 more years,
because people will, that'll be gone, right?
It won't be in an immediate memory of ours.
So I think what happens is that people will eventually
move past this, but it will take a long time.
So does that make sense?
I don't know.
Hopefully, I talked a lot, and that's a lot of stuff to say.
So I just want to make sure people are following along
with that before I start looking at the actual clips.

Well I think that people here's the issue is that what I find is very funny
isn't China like a complete ethno-state? Like it's a total ethno-state. So like
it's a total ethno-state that like basically all the things that it's
very odd to me to see this right because a lot of the things that I wish
America does are things that China also does, right? Like, and not to the extent that China
does it, but like closer on that spectrum, like, you know, shutting down domestic terrorists.

think that they have, you know, a bunch of Somalians that are living on welfare and
scamming them? No, of course not. Do you think that they have like a million DEI initiatives
that are built around hiring gay people instead of actually just getting a job done? Of course
not do you think that they're built around you know like some sort of racial guilt for some bad
thing the Chinese did 300 years ago no of course not so if you I think China is a great example of
what even you know and I think American culture is the greatest culture in the world I do but
Chinese culture is not bad but I think that we could do it even better than them just like we
did when we went to the fucking moon right 50 60 years ago into the fucking moon and so at the end
end of the day, I think you can look at China and you can say, this is this is what's possible
if you stop allowing your history and your like your parameters to be defined by the
biggest losers, right? You don't allow yourself to be hindered by failures and by the lowest
common denominator of society. I think China does that the right way. China also executes
corrupt politicians. So unless America approaches corruption some more way, it'll never happen.

number of minutes watched for that first week. Looking at the release date, it's
actually gonna be a nightmare for the open bar gang because we're gonna have
to get through four entire episodes of this shite in two days.

just want to see it. You can see it. I want to see it. I did this Amazon. The showrunners
themselves keep emphasizing that people can just jump right in with season three
and don't need to have watched the previous seasons to understand.

some of the most popular trailers that have come out that are games that you might not
really know about, games that might not have a huge budget, but games that still might
deserve your attention. And this is going to be our first episode, our pilot episode
of the show. And I don't know exactly how all this is going to go. I'm not sure. But

encounters designed to be tough but rewarding. That's cool. Each new run reshapes the world.

games and everything, feel free to apply because we are going to be taking more applications
