The only downside is that I semi-agree with you is that when nerfing it this way, they
should have maybe made it a little bit stronger because it's not worth investing in now.
Like before, when I was a refutation build, I had like 15 points, no, 20 plus points into
cooldown recovery, duration, and stun threshold, whereas that's not worth justifying anymore
for something that only lasts seven seconds plus I had like 900 word now I have 200 so they maybe
if it's going to stay in the game long term I know everything needs to be perfectly balanced
right away but if it's going to stay in the game long term it maybe needs less maybe just more
more stent threshold.

I wanted to make a reading of it. There are some substantial changes here. Some were very
surprising because I skim read it already. I'm going to read through it fully now and we'll
go over it together. End game changes added an additional 24 passive skills to the top
section of the atlas tree, particularly affecting individual biomes. Fortress, towers, gateways,
enigma chambers, and halls are now awarded more atlas points, but as I've already completed,
these areas will be granted, so I've logged into a bunch of free points. Maps that are available
to select for the right of the nameless are now much more clear. The larium fog can no longer
spread to maps that grant atlas passive skills, as this was causing bugs, so that's good that
that they fixed that.
Additional rares spawn within unstable breach stabilizes
when not always spawn regardless of runes
here in the spawn or not.

armament of crafting. Added a new Gosp option. The four toms they can be found throughout the
tome. Okay, cool. Player changes. And there are some big ones here. This is one of the ones I
skimmed. Added a new linear support gem at Zero's Communion. This is going to be game changing
and build enabling. This allows you to reserve on your life. It's huge. I did 40 new elemental
passive skills near dual sockets. This is insane. I am blown away by this because this is game
changing. This is a huge buff for casters. Very, very needed. And I've never seen anything like
this is a mid-league patch. This is really cool. And I love that they're doing it. So it's actually
insane. I love it. I have not actually looked at it, but the fact that they're doing this step
stuff in the screen. And a lot of people were saying they did look good. Logging out and
in again now preserves your heavy stun build up. Logging out while you're heavy stun will
now restart the heavy stun animation when you log in unless you log to a different place
when you log out. I personally love this. Whenever I was doing race practice with Engoramus,
I kind of like hated that level of cheese. And I think it's a good punishment that like,
yeah, you can log out. You can log out. That's fine. And I'm a big proponent of that. Are
you should get punished for it. And now, yeah, you lose your map. And that's good. I think
you should, you should get punished. Let's see. The empowering infusion notable, now
everyone's 35% in-erase spell damage if you're confused, consumed in elemental infusion recently,
previously 30, and a lot of the infusion things are buffed here. This is also a huge change.
The cold lightning and fire attunement support gems are no longer limited to just attacks.
So that's massive.
IceBite and IceBite 2 is no longer attacks.
It's the same with Innovate.
Conductive Runes, base crit of 7.
Refutation, cooldown, no longer recovers while the buff is active.
This is one of the biggest changes in the patch.
I think it makes a lot of sense.
I was definitely expecting it.
I do think maybe refutation could have gotten some love
in like making it less prone to getting heavy stun.
Now that it is a lot more situational and not something you're keeping up permanently.
So on hardcore for people playing minions, if you're not doing the full companion soak
yet, I would probably recommend going block early instead of like the extra damage.
Obviously the build has so much damage anyway.
I think this is an okay change.
It's a little bit controversial to do a mid-league, but I still think this is okay and makes sense.
It was kind of crazy.

Emperor Alice is crazy repulsions triggered wave knows the basic returns of six
Acolyte arc one of trailer no longer disability from dealing le damage
it's eternal life passive no longer for life reservation huge especially with this the azir's
communion moat buffs stuck from gemling leader near virtuous barrier now persist
Benefits granted, the socketed skills by Gemly and Lee
in their Advanced Summitorgy are now shown when holding Alt.
We've also addressed a handful of issues with effects for this
insemnacy passive.
Quality on Mirage Archer and Archer Arbalist is functional.
Pysemic, Gorge, and Shield will now display the qualities.
Stampede, 20% more AoE.
This is about where Exposure remains.
Stormlands and Blast 1 Blast are getting one less
predictor from quality and unintended. Rune master, revered vestments, 15% rate
charge rate. Okay, interesting. The maximum number of a region of fission, so you
can have a one, isn't that equal to the maximum number of any single type of alien
fission you can have. Emergent, instinct, ancient, almond rune, region, 5% life
if you use a command skill recently when gloves.
